Resumen
Primary prevention, based on healthy lifestyle habits that prevent the emergence of risk factors, is the preferred method of reducing cardiovascular risk. Reducing the prevalence of obesity is the most urgent task, and it is pleiotropic in that it affects blood pressure, lipid profile, glucose metabolism, inflammation, progression of atherothrombotic disease. Physical activity also improves several risk factors, with the added potential to lower heart rate.

Resumen
Occupational diseases are disorders of health resulting from conditions related to the workplace. There are 2.3 million deaths annually for reasons attributed to work globally, primarily to chemicals or dust. China has the largest working population in the world, with 776 million employed in 2018. According to the National Health Commission, about 12 million companies were found to have occupational-disease-inductive factors and at least 200 million people are exposed to occupational disease hazards. Preventing occupational diseases is a serious worldwide challenge. On the other hand, many developed countries already have rich experience in the prevention and treatment of various occupational diseases. They have set up various occupational disease prevention agencies and formulated strict occupational disease prevention systems. It is necessary for developing countries to learn from their advanced control measures.

Resumen
Nowadays, NAFLD is considered one of the leading causes of chronic liver diseases globally. This is probably becausea patient with NAFLD usually had more severe diseases -diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM-2), metabolic syndrome, etc. On the one hand, after it was established that insulin resistance underlies these metabolic diseases and, on the other hand, that compensationfor these conditions does not eliminate NAFLD, and the presence of NAFLD worsens the course of the underlying disease, interest in its study increased significantly. The development of NAFLD is increasingly associated with the hypothesis of multifactorial parallel effects, or "multiple parallel hits" ("multiple parallel hits").

Resumen
For prevention of diseases, Ayurveda had advocated the adherence to concepts like dina charya, ritu charya, sadvritta , Na vega dharan etc. these measures are useful in preventing the lifestyle related diseases but for preventing the Aupsargik rogas (communicable diseases), Janapada dhwansa rogas (epidemic diseases), Krumij Roga (Infectious diseases), Asatmyaj roga (allergic disorders), the concept of Vyadhikshamtva (Immunity) is propagated by the Ayurvedic science [1]. According to the concept of Ojas or Vyadhikshamatva or Bala (immunity), the body‟s resistance is of tremendous importance in the daily welfare of living beings not only for disease prevention but also for rapid recovery after disease affliction. [2] Ayurveda propounds that prevention is an equally important aspect of disease management as cure and thus, strengthening the immune system, is a natural way to help the body fight against the disease-causing pathogens. Acharyas promoted the use of Rasayana (Rejuvenation) to enhance ojas and vyadhikshamatva (immunity). This article is an effort to present Ayurvedic concepts of Vyadhishamatva.

Resumen
Dilated cardiomyopathy is myocardial dysfunction causing heart failure in which ventricular dilation and systolic dysfunction predominate. Symptoms include dyspnea, fatigue, and peripheral edema. Diagnosis is clinical and by elevated natriuretic peptides, chest x-ray, echocardiography, and MRI. Treatment is directed at the cause. If heart failure is progressive and severe, cardiac resynchronization therapy, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator, repair of moderate to severe valvular regurgitation, left ventricular assist device, or heart transplantation may be needed.

Resumen
Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are socially significant diseases due to high morbidity and loss of people of working age. In Bulgaria, they are the leading cause of mortality among the population and are a consequence of the effect of cardiovascular risk factors. The draft of the National Health Strategy (NHS) 2021–2030 reports on their wide distribution, as well as on the insufficient knowledge, skills and motivation for their prevention and control. The purpose of this review is to address the prevention of cardiovascular disease, which is a significant problem worldwide. Prevention goals for patients with established cardiovascular disease and those at high risk include smoking cessation, healthy eating, physical activity, and lowering body mass index. There are various methods that are part of health promotion to reduce CVD risks. These methods include motivational interviewing, non-pharmacological means, the use of certain medications for CVD prevention, as well as physical activity. Strategies for effective primary prevention refer to engaging the patient to change their lifestyle and identifying risk factors, while secondary prevention is aimed at activities to detect the disease early and to slow down its progression. It is necessary to create a strategy for timely preventive actions with a view to preventing the negative influence of risk factors and improving people‘s heart health.
