Resumen

Depudecin, an eleven-carbon linear polyketide made by the pathogenic fungus Alternaria brassicicola, is an inhibitor of histone deacetylase (HDAC). A chemically unrelated HDAC inhibitor, HC toxin, was earlier shown to be a major virulence factor in the interaction between Cochliobolus carbonum and its host, maize. In order to test whether depudecin is also a virulence factor for A. brassicicola, we identified the genes for depudecin biosynthesis and created depudecin-minus mutants. The depudecin gene cluster contains six genes (DEP1 to DEP6), which are predicted to encode a polyketide synthase (AbPKS9 or DEP5), a transcription factor (DEP6), two monooxygenases (DEP2 and DEP4), a transporter of the major facilitator superfamily (DEP3), and one protein of unknown function (DEP1). The involvement in depudecin production of DEP2, DEP4, DEP5, and DEP6 was demonstrated by targeted gene disruption. DEP6 is required for expression of DEP1 through DEP5 but not the immediate flanking genes, thus defining a coregulated depudecin biosynthetic cluster. The genes flanking the depudecin gene cluster but not the cluster itself are conserved in the same order in the related fungi Stagonospora nodorum and Pyrenophora tritici-repentis. Depudecin-minus mutants have a small (10%) but statistically significant reduction in virulence on cabbage (Brassica oleracea) but not on Arabidopsis. The role of depudecin in virulence is, therefore, less dramatic than that of HC toxin.

Resumen

Sangat penting untuk ditahui kendala dan strategi operasi persediaan Galaxy dept store menghadapi panic buying corona effect. Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa deskriptif kualitatif dimana data yang diperoleh dari Galaxy dept store dalam bentuk wawancara dan analisis pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Panic buying yang dilakukan oleh konsumen seringkali mengarah kepada hal-hal negatif seperti antrian panjang, kehabisan stok dalam jumlah besar, kecemasan yang luar biasa, hingga akhirnya secara signifikan berdampak negatif pada pasar. Sehingga, panic buying menjadi suatu hal yang perlu diatasi saat menghadapi keadaan maupun krisis apapun. Kendala minimnya persediaan dimasa pandemi dengan terbatasnya transportasi dan menurunnya perekonomian Indonesia. Sedangkan strategi operasi persediaan pada Galaxy dept store yang perlu dilakukan dengan cara menambah jumlah persediaan barang yang ada pada Galaxy debt store, akan tetapi tidaklah dengan jumlah yang terlalu banyak. Hal ini dilakukan agar dapat mengurangi tingkat penimbunan persediaan dengan jumlah skala besar.

Masyarakat di setiap daerah kini dimanjakan oleh kehadiran berbagai pusat perbelanjaan. Letak tempat perbelanjaan yang saat ini berdekatan satu sama lain membuat suatu keuntungan bagi masyarakat, karena dapat bebas memilih perbelanjaan mana yang akan dituju. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan cara analisis keputusan dan data mining (AKDM). Selain untuk mengetahui tingkat keseleruhan penjualan dan juga penjualan produk, analisis keputusan dan data mining digunakan juga untuk mengetahui pola pembelian barang oleh konsumen. Sehingga dapat dirancang strategi untuk dapat menarik customer dan memenangkan pasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah AHP, Clustering, dan AR-MBA. Diketahui berdasarkan pengolahan data bahwa produk yang sering dibeli jenis snack adalah chitato, taro, dll. Dari jenis minuman adalah cocacola, fanta, yakult, dll. Selain itu, didapatkan 4 pola pembelian customer (Dept 6 dan Dept2, Dept 9 dan Dept 4, Dept 9 dan Dept 2, Dept 7 dan Dept 2). Strategi yang dapat diterapkan dengan mempertimbangkan hasil pengolahan data adalah dengan melakukan promosi mix antar produk.

AbstractTo measure the financial performance required for the analysis of the company's financial statements, namely using the solvency ratio and the profitability ratio. This study uses multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software. The variables used in this reseach are return on assets, dept to equity ratio and liquidity. with the results of solvency and profitability together have a positive and significant effect on stock liquidity. Resumen

One way to look at a company's financial health is by using financial ratios. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Dept to Asset Ratio (DAR) on Return On Assets (ROA). The research population used is all plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. The research sample consisted of 9 companies selected using purposive sampling method from 14 companies obtained from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the sites of the sample companies. The hypothesis testing method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Current Ratio (CR) has an effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Background: Five-level triage systems are being utilized in Danish emergency departments with and without the use of presenting complaints. The aim of this study was to validate and compare two 5-level triage systems used in Danish emergency departments: “Danish Emergency Process Triage” (DEPT) based on vital signs and presenting complaints and a locally adapted version of DEPT (VITAL-TRIAGE) using vital signs only. Methods: This was a retrospective cohort in five Danish emergency departments. All patients attending an emergency department during the period of 1-4-2012 until 31-12-2015 were included. Validity of the two triagesystems were assessed by comparing urgency categories determined by each triagesystem with outcomes that resembles an urgent hospitalization: 24-hour ICU admission, two-day mortality, critical illness, surgery within 48 hours, 4-hour discharge and length of stay.Results We included 632,196 patients in the analysis. Sensitivity for 24-hour ICU admission was 0.79 (CI 0.78 : 0.80) for DEPT and 0.44 (CI 0.41 : 0.47) for VITAL-TRIAGE. The sensitivity for two-day mortality was 0.69 (CI 0.67 : 0.70) for DEPT and 0.37 (CI 0.34 : 0.41) for VITAL-TRIAGE. The sensitivity to detect diagnoses of critical illness were 0.48 (CI 0.47 : 0.50) for DEPT and 0.09 (CI 0.08 : 0.10) for VITAL-TRIAGE. The sensitivity for predicting surgery within 48 hours was 0.30 (CI 0.30 : 0.31) in DEPT and 0.04 (CI 0.04 : 0.04) in VITAL-TRIAGE. Length of stay were longer in VITAL-TRIAGE than DEPT. The sensitivity of DEPT to predict patients discharged within 4 hours was 0.91 (CI 0.91 : 0.92) while VITAL-TRIAGE was higher at 0.99 (CI 0.99 : 0.99). The odds ratio for 24-hour ICU admission and two-day mortality was increased in high-urgency categories of both triage systems compared to low-urgency categories. Conclusion: High urgency categories in both triagesystem are associated with adverse outcomes. The inclusion of presenting complaints in a modern 5 level triage system led to significantly higher sensitivity measures for the ability to predict outcomes related to patient urgency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial current ratio, dept to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin terhadap harga saham dan pengaruh secara simultan antara current ratio, dept to equity ratio, return on equity ratio, net profit margin terhadap harga saham. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial current ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, dept to equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, return on equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, net profit margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan secara simultan current ratio, dept to equity, return on equity dan net profit margin berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Equity Growth is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factor under control management, i.e. return on asset (ROA), dept to equity ratio (DER) retention rate (RR). The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of internal factors toward equity growth. Using financial data of campanies listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSE) from the periods of 2004 to 2008, this study finds that return on asset influence equity growth. Store Manado Town Square. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif, dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari hasil uji secara simultan diperoleh bahwa Advertising, Personal Selling dan Sales promotion secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen pada produk kosmetik Y.O.U di Matahari Dept Store Manado Town Square. Dan hasil uji secara parsial diperoleh bahwa variabel Advertising dan Personal Selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen pada produk kosmetik Y.O.U di Matahari Dept. Store Manado Town Square, sedangkan variabel Sales Promotion berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen pada produk kosmetik Y.O.U di Matahari Dept. This study examines the effect of Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Dept to Equity Ratio on the stock prices of food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange due to fluctuations in shares in these companies. This research is a quantitative type using secondary data in the form of company financial statements which are accessed through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) idx.co.id. The population in this study is the food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total of 30 companies in the 2018-2020 period. The sampling method in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the results of panel data regression analysis using SPSS software, the research results obtained that partially Return On Assets did not affect stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) had a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially did not have a positive effect. significant to the Share Price. While simultaneously Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Dept to Equity Ratio together have a significant positive effect on stock prices

The objective of this study was to determine the intemal control ofsale of PT HPI (dept. BeeOutbound), analyse PT HPI (dept. BeeOutbound) revenue cycle and to evaluate the internal control of sales in relation with the revenue cycle at PT. Hotel Properti Intemasional (HPI) (Dept. BeeOutbound). The method used in this script is a descriptive method, and the data collection procedure is done in two ways, namely library research to obtain secondary data, and field research to obtain primary data from the company. For the field research, the author uses three techniques namely are interview, observation, and survey documents. The results of the evaluation of intemal control of sales in relation with the revenue cycle, is that the method of sale applied by PT. HPI (dept. BeeOutbound) is a cash sale. In this case it can be described that intemal control of cash sales at PT. HPI (dept. BeeOutbound) has not been conducted in accordance with proper intemal controls as still occur germinating tasks performed by the administration and accounting. Although the outline of the internal control of cash sales in the revenue cycle is good enough and it is also supported by activities that always meeting regularly performed once a week to monitor the performance of the company and also the company's financial condition. When linked with the results of the evaluation of internal control of sale in relation with the revenue cycle then the PT. HPI has not met these requirements ofgood internal control. Resumen

Abstract Solid-state C-13 NMR spectroscopy provides a wealth of chemical information concerning sulfur-vulcanized cis-l,4-polybutadiene. New resonances which appear upon curing have chemical shifts which are expected for crosslink and cyclic structures. The DEPT experiment with MAS worked well for the polybutadiene vulcanizate in the solid state. DEPT is very useful as an aid in the assignment of structures to resonances. The new resonances can be assigned to more than one type of structure given only chemical shift and DEPT information. Swelling measurements indicate the majority of the resonances are due to cyclics. Further work involving C-13 NMR characterization of polybutadiene vulcanizates treated with chemical probes and vulcanizates cured with organic accelerators should provide insight into the specific structures responsible for the individual resonances.

Two new compounds were identified as 2-ethyl-cyclohex-2-ene-6-hydroxy-methylene-1-carboxylic acid and 3b-hydroxy-lup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid, respectively, from the petroleum ether extracts of Cleome rutidosperma plant. <p>The aim of the research is to determine 7<sup>th</sup> grade students’ understandings relating the concept of negative integer. For this purpose, a total of 100 7<sup>th</sup> grade students who were selected randomly from 4 middle school in Burdur centre were asked those two questions: “what do negative integers mean, where do they use”, “write a problem appropriate for the expression of “+3-7=-4”. The research is a qualitative research and the model is general scanning model. Descriptive analysis was conducted in analysis of the data. The students’ responses were tried to be given directly and presented categorically. The students indicated commonly the contexts of “temperature below 0 degree”, altitude below sea level (minus elevation)” and “debt” as usage areas of the negative integers. 38% of the students couldn’t give any example for usage areas of the negative integers. 22% of the students couldn’t write a problem appropriate for the given expression. These students indicated inappropriate context or inappropriate problem mathematically. 45% of the students didn’t write any problem. As a result, 67% of the students couldn’t write an appropriate problem. 33% of the students could write problems that are considered as appropriate. These students used commonly the contexts of “dept, dept owed, lose money”.</p>

Resumen

<p>Recent studies show that it is possible to detect technical dept automatically from source code comments intentionally created by developers, a phenomenon known as self-admitted technical debt. This study proposes a system by which a comment or commit is classified as one of five dept types, namely, requirement, design, defect, test, and documentation. In addition to the traditional term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF), several word embeddings methods produced by different pre-trained language models were used for feature extraction, such as Word2Vec, GolVe, bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT), and FastText. The generated features were used to train a set of classifiers including naive Bayes (NB), random forest (RF), support vector machines (SVM), and two configurations of convolutional neural network (CNN). Two datasets were used to train and test the proposed systems. Our collected dataset (A-dataset) includes a total of 1,513 comments and commits manually labeled. Additionally, a dataset, consisting of 4,071 labeled comments, used in previous studies (M-dataset) was also used in this study. The RF classifier achieved an accuracy of 0.822 with A-dataset and 0.820 with the M-dataset. CNN with A-dataset achieved an accuracy of 0.838 using BERT features. With M-dataset, the CNN achieves an accuracy of 0.809 and 0.812 with BERT and Word2Vec, respectively.</p>

We describe three new species of Radula subg. Volutoradula from above 3000 m in the tropical Andes: R. ilkiuborgesiae from Colombia (Dept. Santander), and R. longicarinata and R. magna from Bolivia (Dept. La Paz). The new species stand out by the unusual shape of their lobules. Full descriptions, illustrations as well as comments on the morphology, taxonomy, ecology and distribution of the new species are provided. The discovery of the new species adds three further endemic taxa to the rich bryophyte flora of the tropical Andes, the richest area for Radulaceae in the Neotropics.

ImportanceEarly warning scores (EWSs) are designed for in-hospital use but are widely used in the prehospital field, especially in select groups of patients potentially at high risk. To be useful for paramedics in daily prehospital clinical practice, evaluations are needed of the predictive value of EWSs based on first measured vital signs on scene in large cohorts covering unselected patients using ambulance services.ObjectiveTo validate EWSs’ ability to predict mortality and intensive care unit (ICU) stay in an unselected cohort of adult patients who used ambulances.Design, Setting, and ParticipantsThis prognostic study conducted a validation based on a cohort of adult patients (aged ≥18 years) who used ambulances in the North Denmark Region from July 1, 2016, to December 31, 2020. EWSs (National Early Warning Score 2 [NEWS2], modified NEWS score without temperature [mNEWS], Quick Sepsis Related Organ Failure Assessment [qSOFA], Rapid Emergency Triage and Treatment System [RETTS], and Danish Emergency Process Triage [DEPT]) were calculated using first vital signs measured by ambulance personnel. Data were analyzed from September 2022 through May 2023.Main Outcomes and MeasuresThe primary outcome was 30-day-mortality. Secondary outcomes were 1-day-mortality and ICU admission. Discrimination was assessed using area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC) and area under the precision recall curve (AUPRC).ResultsThere were 107 569 unique patients (52 650 females [48.9%]; median [IQR] age, 65 [45-77] years) from the entire cohort of 219 323 patients who used ambulance services, among whom 119 992 patients (54.7%) had called the Danish national emergency number. NEWS2, mNEWS, RETTS, and DEPT performed similarly concerning 30-day mortality (AUROC range, 0.67 [95% CI, 0.66-0.68] for DEPT to 0.68 [95% CI, 0.68-0.69] for mNEWS), while qSOFA had lower performance (AUROC, 0.59 [95% CI, 0.59-0.60]; P vs other scores &lt; .001). All EWSs had low AUPRCs, ranging from 0.09 (95% CI, 0.09-0.09) for qSOFA to 0.14 (95% CI, 0.13-0.14) for mNEWS.. Concerning 1-day mortality and ICU admission NEWS2, mNEWS, RETTS, and DEPT performed similarly, with AUROCs ranging from 0.72 (95% CI, 0.71-0.73) for RETTS to 0.75 (95% CI, 0.74-0.76) for DEPT in 1-day mortality and 0.66 (95% CI, 0.65-0.67) for RETTS to 0.68 (95% CI, 0.67-0.69) for mNEWS in ICU admission, and all EWSs had low AUPRCs. These ranged from 0.02 (95% CI, 0.02-0.03) for qSOFA to 0.04 (95% CI, 0.04-0.04) for DEPT in 1-day mortality and 0.03 (95% CI, 0.03-0.03) for qSOFA to 0.05 (95% CI, 0.04-0.05) for DEPT in ICU admission.Conclusions and RelevanceThis study found that EWSs in daily clinical use in emergency medical settings performed moderately in the prehospital field among unselected patients who used ambulances when assessed based on initial measurements of vital signs. Directed enzyme prodrug therapy (DEPT) involves the delivery of a prodrug-activating enzyme to a solid tumour site, followed by the subsequent activation of an administered prodrug. One of the most studied enzyme–prodrug combinations is the nitroreductase from Escherichia coli (NfnB) with the prodrug CB1954 [5-(aziridin-1-yl)-2,4-dinitro-benzamide]. One of the major issues faced by DEPT is the ability to successfully internalize the enzyme into the target cells. NfnB has previously been genetically modified to contain cysteine residues (NfnB-Cys) which bind to gold nanoparticles for a novel DEPT therapy called magnetic nanoparticle directed enzyme prodrug therapy (MNDEPT). One cellular internalisation method is the use of cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs), which aid cellular internalization of cargo. Here the cell-penetrating peptides: HR9 and Pep-1 were tested for their ability to conjugate with NfnB-Cys. The conjugates were further tested for their potential use in MNDEPT, as well as conjugating with the delivery vector intended for use in MNDEPT and tested for the vectors capability to penetrate into cells.

The object of this study is a banking company whose shares are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period, and the sampling method was census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the financial performance of banking shares. And the research variables are Stock Price (Y), Return on Assets (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Price Earning Ratio (X3), Earning Per Share (X4). Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of testing the hypothesis then the conclusion is Price Earning Ratio and Earning Per share, positive and significant impact on the share price, while Return on Assets, Dept To Equity Ratio, Earnings Per share no significant effect on stock price. The step-by-step analysis of high-resolution proton and 13C NMR spectra of per-O-methylated-6-monoamino and 6,6-diamino-A,D-β-cyclodextrins is described. Selected 2-D experiments (COSY, NOESY, HSQC, DEPT, and HMBC) allowed us to challenge the current interpretation. The full assignment of the proton and carbon-13 NMR spectra of these two compounds was performed enabling us to complete the assignment of NMR spectra acquired at 500 and 800 MHz for these important synthetic intermediates.Key words: COSY, NOESY, HSQC, DEPT, HMBC, NMR, 6-amino-β-cyclodextrins, 6,6-diamino-β-cyclodextrins.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of independent commissioners on financial performance, analyze the effect of institutional ownership on financial performance, analyze the effect of DER on financial performance, and to analyze the influence of independent commissioners, institutional ownership and DER on financial performance. The method / approach of this research is associative research. The results of the first hypothesis research, the Independent Commissioner Beta value of 0.615116 indicates that the independent commissioner has an influence on financial performance. The second hypothesis testing results, Beta value of institutional ownership of 0.007281 indicates institutional ownership has an influence on financial performance. The results of testing the third hypothesis, the DER Beta Value of -0.162996 indicates that the DER has an influence on financial performance. The fourth hypothesis testing results, the significance test of multiple regression seen from the data from the results of significant testing and F test. Conclusion of the results of the first hypothesis testing, the Beta value of the independent commissioner indicates that the independent commissioner has an influence on financial performance. The results of the second hypothesis testing, Beta value of institutional ownership indicates institutional ownership has an influence on financial performance. The third hypothesis testing results, Beta value dept to equity ratio indicates the DER has an influence on financial performance. The fourth hypothesis testing results, a significant test of multiple regression can be seen from the data of the significant test results and the F test. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai hal-hal sebagai berikut: untuk menganalisis pengaruh komisaris independen terhadap kinerja keuangan, untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja keuangan, untuk menganalisis pengaruh dept to equity ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional dan dept to equity ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan. Metode/Pendekatan berdasarkan pada judul dan permasalahan, maka jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Hasil Penelitian Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama, Nilai Beta komisaris independen (komind) sebesar 0.615116 yang menandakan bahwa komisaris independen (komind) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan (knrkeu). <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Marriage is an important moment in a person’s life. In order to make the dream wedding come true, many bride-to-be take a lot of references from the internet, especially a wedding site, such as The Bride Dept. The visual elements of the Bride Dept's wedding site design such as colors, layouts, logos, typography, and images can communicate certain meanings to the reader. To find out the meaning production behind the visual elements of the site design of The Bride Dept, the researcher uses semiotics analysis from Roland Barthes with a two-stage significance approach to explore the connotation and denotation meanings. The study was conducted using semantic level visual semiotics. The results of semiotic analysis in this study implies the phenomenon of the millennial generation that prepares marriage to the fullest. Not only to be remembered, but also can inspire or amaze others who seen it. Websites design that offer many images of wedding themes, invite the bride and groom to be more active in preparing the wedding.</p><p><br /> <br /><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Pernikahan adalah momen penting dalam perjalanan hidup seseorang. Demi mewujudkan pernikahan impian, calon pengantin masa kini banyak mengambil referensi dari internet, khususnya sebuah situs pernikahan, seperti The Bride Dept. Elemenelemen visual pada desain situs pernikahan The Bride Dept seperti warna, layout, logo, tipografi, dan gambar dapat mengkomunikasikan makna-makna tertentu bagi pembaca. Untuk mengetahui produksi makna di balik elemen visual desain situs The Bride Dept, peneliti menggunakan analisis semiotika dari Roland Barthes dengan pendekatan signifikasi dua tahap untuk mengupas makna konotasi dan denotasinya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan semiotika visual level semantik. Hasil analisis semiotika dalam penelitian ini menyiratkan fenomena dari generasi millennial yang mempersiapkan pernikahan dengan total. Tidak hanya untuk dikenang sendiri, tapi juga dapat menginspirasi atau membuat kagum orang lain yang melihatnya.
