Resumen
A probiotic strain oflactobacilliwas isolated from traditional soft Churpi cheese of Yak milk and found positive for biosurfactant production.Lactobacillireduced the surface tension of phosphate buffer saline (PBS) from 72.0 to 39.5 mNm−1pH 7.2 and its critical micelle concentration (CMC) was found to be 2.5 mg mL−1. Low cost production ofLactobacilliderived biosurfactant was carried out at lab scale fermenter which yields 0.8 mg mL−1biosurfactant. The biosurfactant was found least phytotoxic and cytotoxic as compared to the rhamnolipid and sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) at different concentration. Structural attributes of biosurfactant were determined by FTIR, NMR (1H and13C), UPLC-MS, and fatty acid analysis by GCMS which confirmed the presence of glycolipid type of biosurfactant closely similar to xylolipids. Biosurfactant is mainly constituted by lipid and sugar fractions. The present study outcomes provide valuable information on structural characterization of the biosurfactant produced byL. helveticusMRTL91. These findings are encouraging for the application ofLactobacilliderived biosurfactant as nontoxic surface active agents in the emerging field of biomedical applications.

Resumen
Se aborda el caso de una comunidad concreta, Chumpi, para analizar su realidad, las expectativas de sus líderes y pobladores, y proponer algunas herramientas prácticas que le permitan contar con un enfoque de desarrollo local que responda a las inquietudes y necesidades de la población. El primer capítulo describe el contexto del Distrito y su realidad social, económica, comercial y turística. El segundo capítulo especifica el contexto principalmente en los ámbitos de la educación y la salud. El tercer y el cuarto capítulo explican las iniciativas del Gobierno Local y las percepciones e inquietudes que la población tiene, evidenciando que si bien coinciden en algunos puntos, existen muchos contrastes y diferencias en lo que autoridades y población perciben como necesidades e iniciativas urgentes e importantes para la mejora de la calidad de vida en Chumpi. En el capítulo 5 se propone una primera solución para que las autoridades locales puedan responder a esas inquietudes y expectativas de la población, y ésta consiste en contar con un enfoque de desarrollo aplicable en proyectos y programas que se preocupe por la promoción de la salud, la educación, la cultura y una vida saludable. Habiendo propuesto algunas estrategias y actividades de capacitación y reforma para los gestores públicos, el trabajo describe de forma general el enfoque de Comunidades Saludables, su proceso de implementación, objetivos e indicadores generales, considerando este enfoque como una alternativa razonable que beneficia a la mayoría de grupos y sectores sociales. En primer objetivo de este estudio, es resaltar que cualquier modelo de desarrollo que se quiera aplicar requiere del fortalecimiento de capacidades de los gestores públicos. Aunque las autoridades locales cuentan con herramientas de planificación como la elaboración del Plan de Desarrollo Concertado y el Presupuesto Participativo, éstas no son suficientes. El primer paso, entonces, para poder implementar políticas públicas innovadoras es invertir en la capacitación y el fortalecimiento de las competencias de las autoridades locales. En segundo lugar, analizando la realidad de Chumpi se observa que es muy útil contar con un enfoque de desarrollo que plantee objetivos e indicadores concretos que dichas autoridades puedan alcanzar durante su período. El enfoque que se plantea como una posible alternativa es el de Comunidades Saludables. La razón, existe un proyecto piloto ejecutado actualmente que está dando interesantes resultados y está conectando positivamente a las autoridades, la empresa privada y la población.

The application of data mining techniques may assistto find out patterns that can trace the most likely customers tobecome churns. Through this research, using the data miningprocess, it was possible to identify that, among other factors, thenon utilization of the main system modules and the high defaultrates corroborates for customers to become churn.

Background: The question of interaction between the church and religious organizations, the role of the church in the formation of civil institutions has always been of interest to foreign and ukrainian scientists. The following ukrainian researchers can be noted: Vasin M., Tkachuk Y., Vyhovsky L., Dokash V., Melnyk M., Rybachuk M., Voinalovich V. and others. The role of church as a component of civil society is growing significantly during the war due to the active social position in solving social problems. Purpose: To investigate the main areas of activity of church in solving social problems during of the war in Ukraine. Methods: Analysis of data from sociological studies conducted by the sociological service of the Razumkov Center. On the basis of the obtained data, it is possible to determine the level of trust in church in society and society's request for the activity of the church in solving social issues. Results: It is possible to note the tangible activity of the church and religious organizations in the socio-political, socio-cultural life of Ukraine. The Church manifests itself as a powerful and integral institution of civil society, capable of protecting the interests of citizens and solving their problems. Conclusion: The high authority and trust in the society towards the institution of church turned it into one of the important factors in the formation of civil society. The church can act as a factor of national and social consolidation of Ukrainian society. Keywords: church, religious organizations, civil society, social activity of church

The legal and historical analysis of the state legal sources created in comparison with the church canons of the Ecumenical and Local Councils laid the foundations for the law protection of church property. Through examples of Serbian medieval legal sources, the author indicates that the attitude towards church property was inherited from Byzantium, accepted and passed on in modern times. Along with natural updating and revision, the legal protection of church property is regulated by modern state and church-legal sources in the Republic of Serbia. The relationship to church property in secular law is regulated today by the Law on Churches and Religious Communities, which is not only harmonized with the highest state act, but its fullness is realized through a complementary relationship with the highest legal act of autonomous law. Legal protection of church property is a model and direction for other examples in the field of state-ecclesiastical law.

Resumen
After the end of the Second World War, the Serbian Orthodox Church found itself in new social and political circumstances, but also in the legal system of socialist Yugoslavia, which was significantly different from the legal system of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. In 1946, the new communist government adopted the Constitution of the Federative People's Republic of Yugoslavia, which, among other things, standardized the relationship between the Church and the state. On the territory of the newly formed socialist Yugoslavia, which had just come out of the war, the war against the Serbian Orthodox Church was still raging. From the positions of the new state authorities, liquidations and persecution of bishops, priests and believers of the Serbian Orthodox Church were carried out. Several laws were adopted that were directly directed against the Serbian Orthodox Church and other traditional churches and religious communities. The Law on the Serbian Orthodox Church from 1931 was repealed by the decision of the new communist government, as well as all other regulations that were passed until April 6, 1941. The Holy Council of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church could not be convened in a regular or extraordinary session in wartime conditions and due to the imprisonment of Serbian Patriarch Gavrilo (Dožić). On November 14, 1946, Patriarch Gavrilo returned to the country and assumed his patriarchal duties. The Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church, under the presidency of Patriarch Gavrilo, convened the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church for the first regular session after six years of being prevented from convening the highest church body. The session of the Holy Council of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church was held from April 24 to May 21, 1947 in Belgrade. Although there is a belief that amendments to the Constitution of the Serbian Orthodox Church from 1931 were adopted at that session or that the "Constitution was changed", based on the relevant archival material and on the basis of the formal-legal element of this general ecclesiastical-legal act, it is established that The Holy Synod of Bishops, regardless of the numerous norms that have been retained from the Constitution of the Serbian Orthodox Church since 1931, actually adopted the new Constitution of the Serbian Orthodox Church. The subject of this work is the Constitution of the Serbian Orthodox Church from 1947, which is still in force in the Serbian Orthodox Church today.

Resumen
The Cypriot Orthodox Church has been recognized as an independent and autocephalous church since 431, by the decision of the Third Ecumenical Council with the 8th canon. The current 76s. the archbishop bears the title: New Justiniana and all of Cyprus. The Holy Synod is the supreme body of the Church of Cyprus and acts according to the Church Constitution. According to Article 138 of the Church Constitution from 1914, it entered into force on the day of publication. Archbishop Macarius the Third proposed a new revision of the Constitution, but from 1955 to 1961 and 1974, this period was characterized by armed struggles for the liberation of Cyprus, so the final drafting of the new Constitution became a priority from 1980. The new Constitution entered into force in 2010, with the consent and presence of the island's political leadership. According to Article 110, Paragraph 1 of the Cyprus State Constitution, the organization and management of the internal affairs of the church and its property is carried out in accordance with the holy canons and the Constitution of the Church of Cyprus since 1914. Legislative authority is recognized to the Church of Cyprus in Article 111, Paragraph 1 of the State Constitution of Cyprus. The establishment of criminal procedure regulations of church law, which actually refer to the proportional application of state criminal procedure legislation, is evaluated as positive and more modern. For the first time in the history of the Constitution of the Church of Cyprus, issues of criminal church law are regulated. As for family law, for the first time since the Byzantine Empire, it is fully aligned with Article 111 of the Cyprus State Constitution. The Church has reserved its right to grant spiritual dissolution of marriage.

Resumen
This paper examines whose voices narrate official Coptic heritage, what the in-built biases in representations of Coptic heritage are and why, and some of the implications of omissions in narratives of Coptic heritage. It argues that the primary narrator of official Coptic heritage during the twentieth century was the leadership of the Coptic Orthodox Church. The Coptic Orthodox Church is the body that holds authority over the sources of heritage, such as church buildings and manuscripts, and also has the resources with which to preserve and disseminate heritage. The Church hierarchy’s leadership was not entirely uncontested, however, a middle ground was continually negotiated to enable lay Copts to play various roles and contribute to the articulation of Coptic heritage. Ultimately, though, alternative voices must operate within the limits set by the Church leadership and also negotiate the layers of exclusion set by society and state.

Resumen
This paper discusses the religious dimension of the public debate concerning the public health measures adopted by the Romanian authorities during the pandemic and focuses on the role played by the Romanian Orthodox Church within this context. It delineates the different camps that were formed within the Church in this regard and traces their evolution throughout the pandemic. It contextualizes the position of the Church in order to better understand it, placing it within the broader context of the Romanian society during the pandemic and integrating it within the longer history of post-communist relations between the Romanian Orthodox Church, the Romanian state and the Romanian civil society. It analyses the political impact of the public health measures and the role of the Church in shaping this impact. Finally, starting from the Romanian experience of the pandemic and from the ideological, theological and political disputes that it has generated within the Romanian public sphere, it develops some general conclusions regarding the relation between faith, science and politics whose relevance, if proven valid, surpasses the Romanian context and thus contributes to a more ecumenical discussion regarding the theological, pastoral and political lessons that can be learned from an otherwise tragic experience.

Resumen
This study analyzes the role of religion in Orthodox countries, where religion plays an important role when it comes to national identity, focusing on Serbia and Montenegro. Apart from analyzing this specific connection, the paper addresses the politicization of religion by both the state and religious institutions during the turbulent events in Montenegro between 2019 and 2020. Critical discourse analysis and the Discourse-Historical Approach is used to analyze the potential but significant shift in the ethnoreligious and nationalist discourse of Serbian Orthodox Church officials. These methodological tools are used to observe the phenomenon of politicization of religion and frame the discourse of the two actors of this process, the Serbian state and the Serbian Orthodox Church. The paper concludes that the Serbian state has to “defend” the influential position of the Serbian Church due to their historical connection. By protecting the Church, the state is showing its dedication to the preservation of the Serbian national identity.
