Resumen
PKP-PK is a unit that must be owned by every airport. This unit is tasked with carrying out aviation accident rescue and fire fighting in the area or around the airport. Seeing the importance of this unit, it is necessary to conduct research on emergency service facilities, find out the reaction time, analyze PKP-PK categories, analyze fire risk management, and the development of this unit. This research was conducted at the PKP-PK unit located at Bayuwangi International Airport. The research method used is descriptive quantitative where data is obtained from the results of questionnaires given to PKP-PK personnel. These data are then compared with Regulation Nomor KP 14 Tahun 2015 which is used to assess the readiness of the PKP-PK. Whereas for risk mapping using the FAA Risk Matrix table. The results show that there is still a shortage of operational facilities while the reaction time and PKP-PK categories are in accordance with regulations. Risk mapping obtains 4 events that have a potential hazard.

Resumen
The Search and Rescue Co-ordination Center Goch called me, some years ago, to the Stuttgart airport with the rescue helicopter of the Federal Armed Forces Rescue Center at Ulm. A single-engine sports plane, whose pilot was a student on his first solo flight, had tried a belly landing. Next to the runway, there were several fire-trucks, two ambulances and one emergency physician's car waiting. Our rescue helicopter stayed hovering for nearly one hour until the student pilot finally managed a belly landing. Safe on the ground, he was surrounded by firemen, paramedics and physicians, while we flew back to Ulm. We had not landed promptly I was told because of the landing taxes an army helicopter has to pay at a civilian airport! This episode prompted me to look for more information. The Federal Republic of Germany is obliged by international agreements to search for planes in distress—no matter what nationality—to save the passengers and, if possible, the equipment and to provide medical treatment for the survivors if necessary. This Search and Rescue (SAR) Service is executed according to the instructions given by the International Civil Aeronautical Organization (ICAO). In the Federal Republic, the SAR service is provided jointly by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Transport. The Ministry of defense provides the means and the Rescue Co-ordination Center. The Ministry of Transport provides the alarm services through the air traffic control offices.

Resumen
The speedy development of disaster medicine has made intensive care on accident sites possible for everyday use. This prehospital care Has proved to be an indispensable, life-preserving work. It does, however, require having qualified medical and technical help brought to the site of disasters in reasonable time, and the ability to bring patients back in properly equipped units, supervised by paramedic staff, to ready and well run hospitals which are able to carry on the treatment and secure the results already obtained.Rescue work associated with air crashes must be of high interest to all nations, as air traffic is global and a European traveller may easily get into trouble in a wilderness in another part of the world. Through the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) membership, nations are bound by means of international regulations, to contribute to security in the air and supervision of planes in their own area, and to co-operate with the FIR-system in adjoining areas. This system contributes to a better chance of detection of an aeroplane in difficulties, but the rescue problem will have to be solved by the existing and available national military and civil rescue service, its organization, material, education, medical preparedness and disaster plans.Statistics reveals that about 50% of all crashes take place in landing procedures, some of them occurring just outside the airport. To these must be added collisions en route and cases of sabotage. Most crashes at take-off happen so near the airport that there will be no problems of detection, and help in fire-fighting will be available from the airport, if necessary.

Resumen
The existence of travel agency in Malang is viewed as strategic business because it could replace the personal vehicle for heading toward Juanda Airport in Surabaya since Malang itself didn't have any international standard airport so the member of the society who wants to get in or out from Malang using aeroplane should go to Juanda Airport in Surabaya. This would cause the competition among travel services in Malang become more competitive by the emerging of new travel agencies. In case the Kirana Travel Agency would maintain its existence, they need to make efforts to improve its service quality. Therefore, it require an experiment to found out what kind of service attributes that wanted by the customer and how does the gap between the perception and consumer expectancy toward the ongoing service quality. One of the planning method that can be use to translate the need of the consumer into action plan for the company is QFD. This step would be use as evaluation tool and planning on service quality improvement. To sharpened identification of the service quality attributes then the QFD approach integrated with Servqual approach. During the Servqual review, it is found eight service attributes that need to be fixed which is: information accuracy given by the employees, the precise time on pick-up, good reaction of the employees in handling consumer complaints, the availability of health and safety facility (First aid box, fire extinguisher, etc), travel order confirmation, driver that should consistently being polite toward the consumer, easy access to be called and gain information from the operator and travel prices. While the technical response prioritized to be fix and to be use for fulfilling the consumer satisfaction in Kirana Travel from the HOQ analysis includes: employees training (contributed 23.43%), providing special number for complain support (contribution 13.71%), fixing the communication inter-department inside the company (contribution 11.84%), fixing the pick-up schedule system (contribution 8.83%). The improvement proposal given by the researcher is to improve the new and old employee training so it could bring better performance in order to fulfilling the consumer satisfaction.
