Resumen
Common to all commercial enterprises is the problem of violating the basics of the formation of intellectual activity. The same problem of enterprises’ intellectual activities is quite relevant from a practical point of view. One of the useful tools, the use of which makes it possible to translate the issues of intellectual activities, is the formation of a business model. In the process of the study reported here, a meaningful part of the intellectual business model of an enterprise was proposed and the corresponding concept was introduced. The main groups of indicators for assessing the level of intellectual activities of the business model of an enterprise were combined into the following clusters: qualifications (Q), skills (S), possibilities (V). The level of an enterprise's intellectual activities was assessed using an empirical and graphical method since the selected assessment indicators in their content can only accept point scores. The proposed methodology for forming a radar system to determine the format of business models for intellectual activity of trading enterprises is based on the definition of clusters of indicators to assess the level of an enterprise’s intellectual activities using an integral indicator. According to the radar system, the formats of enterprises' intellectual activities have been determined: innovative, integrated, rational, content-oriented, conducting. It was investigated that the potential for increasing the level of intellectual activity of the integrated format of the business model of an enterprise is about 14 %. The conclusion about the level of the enterprise's intellectual activities is made on the basis of determining the scale of values of expert assessments. Validation of the assessment of the level of intellectual activity of an enterprise was carried out separately for each format for all proposed clusters of assessment indicators. Based on the results of testing, recommendations have been compiled for choosing the format of a business model for the studied enterprises.

At the same time, in combination with risk management, it is possible to reach a better understanding of the enterprise and its activities that ensure the running of the enterprise. The importance of business continuity management and risk management lies primarily in the enterprise’s readiness to face unexpected situations, while the appropriate selection of methods, techniques, and procedures can help to activate and create a sustainable enterprise system. Resumen
An important function of the economic mechanism of any enterprise is the management of its costs. This is due to the fact that any activity, and especially production, requires significant expenditure of resources. The functioning of the enterprise and its competitiveness directly depend on the level of operating costs. In a market economy, costs are the basis for choosing the best of alternative options for the development of an enterprise and making balanced management decisions, a guideline for setting the price of products and a prerequisite for increasing the enterprise’s capital. The effectiveness of adaptive actions of manufacturing enterprises to changes in the economic situation in the country or the immediate industry and their ability to work stably depend to a large extent on the provision of information management systems about the state and prospects of business, existing and potential problems, and alternative directions of development. On the one hand, costs are a necessary condition for the full functioning of any enterprise, and on the other hand, they directly affect the financial result of its activity, as the foundation of the enterprise’s development, and characterize the efficiency of the use of available resources. They are diverse, constantly changing under the influence of both the internal and external environment, and have different dynamics in different periods of time. All this prompts active current and strategic cost management, the purpose of which is to realize the competitive advantages of the manufacturing enterprise and secure it in positions of stable development. Such orientation should stimulate the introduction of the latest cost management technologies, which, in turn, will contribute to successful integration into the global and European economic space. At the same time, the effective functioning of domestic management will be ensured by innovative tools that have been tested at enterprises of the developed world economy and require adaptation to the real conditions of functioning of domestic enterprises. Therefore, the problem of cost management is relevant in the economy of European and world-class enterprises and is too relevant for domestic production to ensure stable profitable activity and competitive advantages in the market of goods and services.

With the development of capital market, commercial credit has gradually become an important part of market credit. Throughout the long-term development of the manufacturing industry, commercial credit has been one of the indispensable soft powers in the process of enterprise development. Therefore, enterprises should fully recognize and use commercial credit as a new means to improve enterprise performance. This paper selects the financial data of China’s listed manufacturing enterprises from 2010 to 2019, divides commercial credit into business credit and business trust, as well as studies the relationship between commercial credit and corporate performance. The empirical results show that the business credit of manufacturing enterprises has significant positive correlation with corporate performance, but there is no significant positive correlation between business trust and corporate performance. This paper also provides effective suggestions for manufacturing enterprises to enhance commercial credit.

According to the 2020 Law on Enterprises of Vietnam, the enterprise's legal representative is the person that, on behalf of the enterprise, exercises and performs the rights and obligations derived from the enterprise’s transactions, acts as the plaintiff, defendant, or person with relevant interests and duties before in court, arbitration, and performs other rights and obligations prescribed by law. However, not all enterprise's legal representatives have equal rights and obligations in representing the enterprise before Arbitration, Court, and other proceeding authorities. If an enterprise has many legal representatives, the company's charter assigns only one of them to act as a representative to participate in prosecuting business-related disputes, or if the enterprise has one legal representative, but this person is dead or missing, etc. Since then, changing the legal representative or authorizing another person to participate in proceedings has encountered many difficulties. Therefore, the Law on Enterprises of Vietnam needs to be further amended, supplemented, or guided for implementation to be more uniform and feasible in practice.

As the market economy system becomes more and more perfect, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more intense, which also puts forward serious challenges to the operation and development of enterprises. Scientific management is the inexhaustible power of enterprise development, and enterprise development strategy, as an important component of the enterprise management system, directly affects the overall quality of the enterprise's operation, which in turn is related to the improvement of the enterprise's comprehensive strength. Only by continuously growing its comprehensive strength can an enterprise stand out among many other enterprises and seize more shares in the market. Therefore, when developing business and managing internal work, enterprises should analyze the influencing factors of strategy execution and take effective measures to improve strategy execution on this basis, so as to better play the role of strategic decisions to promote the development of enterprises.

Resumen
Issues of relevance and necessity of reengineering business processes of HoReCa enterprises are investigated. Significant advantages of business process reengineering are emphasized. After all, this method of redesigning activities is an effective means of significantly improving the activities of hospitality enterprises. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the content, stages and format of the organization of business process reengineering for HoReCa enterprises. The work substantiates the thesis that hospitality and catering services have always been characterized by high profitability. However, the global crisis has become a difficult test for the entire HoReCa industry. The emphasis of the work is on the fact that the reengineering of business processes is an effective measure to ensure the further effective development of HoReCa enterprises. Reengineering is the basis of a radical change in the development of enterprises, ensuring significant competitive advantages and achieving an improvement in the financial condition. The work presents the author's interpretation of the concept of «organizational support for the reengineering of business processes of a HoReCa enterprise» - this is a complex system of processes and procedures for carrying out reengineering in accordance with the set goal of radical transformations of the enterprise, which, based on the interaction of this enterprise with other business entities, as well as with the structures and divisions of the enterprise itself, contributes to the introduction of significant changes in the enterprise's management system. The article emphasizes that the reengineering of business processes is the embodiment of a complex program of transformations and fundamental restructuring of the functioning of enterprises. Its important components are: replacement of the existing management system with new effective concepts; development and implementation of improved business processes and their management methods; preliminary assessment of the acceptability of the riskiness of radical change projects. The authors emphasize that the reengineering of business processes of HoReCa enterprises is a rather complex transformation mechanism. But it is thanks to him that every enterprise in the field of hospitality is able to carry out qualitative improvement of its business processes. Resumen
Introduction. Today Ukrainian enterprises operate under difficult economic conditions, which have developed against the background of the constant increase in the cost of raw materials, energy tariffs, changing geopolitical situation, difficult political situation in the country, which is why most of the enterprises struggle for survival instead of development. Against this background, competition with foreign producers is aggravated, accompanied by a narrowing of the domestic market.Given the complex economic conditions of Ukrainian enterprises, their success today depends on the effectiveness of management in these conditions. Businesses require a modern business process management tool designed to adapt to new challenges and find ways to mitigate the effects of external factors. The economic development of the enterprise is conditioned by the progress of information technologies, the emergence of innovative forms of management, new principles of division of labor, etc. Changes in the management of business entities now require new scientific and methodological approaches, from which the enterprise is regarded as a set of business processes. One of the modern ways of improving the business system is the attraction of external contractors, which is solved by the introduction of outsourcing and allows to increase the efficiency of the enterprise and its competitiveness in the market.Hypothesis. Assessing the readiness of an enterprise to implement outsourcing provides validity of the management decision on outsourcing of business processes and helps to increase the efficiency of utilization of the enterprise's potential. The purposeof this article is to develop a methodological approach to assessing the degree of readiness of the enterprise to implement business process outsourcing to improve the efficiency of the enterprise in the current economic environment and to strengthen its competitive position in the domestic and international markets.Research methods. The methodological basis of the research is a system of general scientific and special methods, the main of which are: dialectical approach, methods of classification and systematization, analysis and synthesis, statistical and logical analysis, concretization, expert assessments and economic and mathematical modeling.Results. A methodical approach to assessing the degree of readiness of an enterprise to use outsourcing in business process management is offered, which, unlike the existing ones, makes it possible to substantiate the outsourcing decision taking into account the existing potential of the enterprise with a greater degree of certainty.Conclusions. As a result of the research, the problem of scientific and methodological substantiation of the enterprise's readiness for implementation of business process outsourcing at the enterprise was solved. This methodological approach enables the management of a number of indicators and the appropriate scale to assess the degree of readiness – the sufficiency of the enterprise's capacity to implement outsourcing and to overcome the risks associated with it. The proposed approach enhances the effectiveness of the management decision to outsource, is versatile and can be used in the practice of any enterprise that plans or already uses outsourcing in business.

Resumen
In his 2006 State of the Nation Address, President Thabo Mbeki indicated that the regulatory environment for small businesses would be improved, as this sector plays an important role in the national strategy for accelerated and shared growth. The aim of this study is to determine whether the size of an enterprise and the sector in which the enterprise operates has an impact on how the enterprise’s tax responsibilities are administered and managed. A survey was conducted amongst small and medium enterprises in the manufacturing, retail and business services sectors in Gauteng. The study focused on Gauteng because the majority of small, medium and microenterprises (SMMEs) are located in this province. The study found that most small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the business services sector outsource their tax responsibilities because they lack the time needed to manage these functions. It was also found that the size and type of organisation affects the role taxation inputs play in business decisions. The SMEs included in the survey preferred a reduction in interest and penalties charged as a taxation relief measure.

Resumen
Under the background of today’s times, the internal and external environment of enterprises is complex and changeable. It is of great significance for the survival and development of enterprises to continuously reduce the business risks and improve the economic benefits of enterprises by adopting scientific decision-making methods. CVP (cost volume profit) analysis is a model established by sorting out variables related to business decisions in enterprise production through mathematical modeling. Based on the interpretation of cost behavior by multiple cost drivers, this paper establishes a dynamic CVP model of traditional CVP analysis, breaks through the limitations of original assumptions, and improves the application value of CVP analysis in practice. The model is applied to the business decision-making and financial management of a case enterprise, and the products with different characteristics of the enterprise are modeled and analyzed, so as to provide targeted improvement suggestions or strategies for the enterprise’s product production decision-making. The research shows that the dynamic CVP model can be used to formulate the financial management strategy to optimize the profits of enterprises, and it can achieve stable profits and development in the market competition.

Resumen
This study explores the value and impact that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) derive from winning business awards. Value and impact are explored in terms of enhanced profitability and performance, network development, enterprise profile and brand identity. This study employs a case study methodology with 10 SMEs drawn from a major business awards competition. Key staff were interviewed in these SMEs to explore the impact of winning the business award on the internal and external business environments. Additional organizational documentation and evidence were also collected from each SME. The results indicate both short-term and long-term impacts. In the short term, enterprises benefited in terms of enhanced brand identity in their business network and community. This resulted in enhanced sales revenue and enterprise profile. Moreover, internally, winning an award acted as a motivator for enterprise employees, enhancing their productivity and attitudes towards the business. In the longer term, these factors became less apparent, but the majority of respondents continued to exploit their business award for ongoing strategic advantage.

Resumen
Unlike commercial enterprises, social enterprises are required to generate both social and economic value. Hence, the sustainability of social enterprises must be considered from a dual perspective: generating and sustaining the envisioned social impact and sustain financially over time to make the social impact continuous. Prioritising social objectives over financial endurance can be suicidal as it may jeopardise the long-term financial viability of the enterprise. Hence, both business and social impact dimensions are to be given equal weightage and incorporated into the enterprise business model, considering the frictions that may exist during their co-existence and finding ways to balance both in long term. The paper starts with an analysis of various dimensions and interpretations of social enterprises followed by a review of literature on business models. The need of innovating the conventional business models used by commercial enterprises to suit social enterprises are then discussed and a business model canvas for social enterprises is proposed, suiting the dual objectives of the enterprise. The paper concludes with the case of a social enterprise, set up for the upliftment of urban poor, to illustrate the application of the proposed social business model canvas.

Partnerships enables enterprises to adjust to changes in the external environment more effectively. The article aims at describing the methodological approach that would allow to formulate the principles of competitive immunity management of an industrial enterprise. Such principles should be based on establishing partnerships with other enterprises and on expanding the possibilities to increase the enterprise’s adaptability by combining its resources with those of partner enterprises. It is proposed to address this task by creating a coordination board comprising representatives of partner enterprises to manage interactions between the companies. Thus, the proposed mechanism for managing an industrial enterprise’s competitive immunity ensures partnership development and enhances this enterprise’s adaptability and overall performance.

Resumen
In Lithuania social enterprise as a social category is formed through defined legal social enterprise criteria and their detailed requirements. This suggests that the criteria for the legal definition of a social business enterprise form the identity referents of a social enterprise as a social category. Between 2018 and 2021, seven law projects were submitted to the parliament of Lithuania that aimed to establish criteria defining social business enterprises. Study of these documents aims to identify criteria for a legal definition of Lithuanian social business enterprises that form the defining attributes of the identity of these enterprises, important for the organizational communication of the social business enterprise. The study revealed that the set of legal criteria – entrepreneurship (doing business), social goals aimed at solving social problems and activity stakeholder involvement – define social business enterprises. This exhibits that Lithuanian social business enterprises are institutionalized as hybrid organizations. The assessment of these identity referents showed that their use in the communication of the organization does not ensure the separation of the social enterprise from the subjects of the non-market subsector of the social economy. It has been observed that the exclusion of a social enterprise from other entities can be constructed by elements detailing the referents, often depending on the success of the company’s activities. This ultimately indicates shortcomings in the legal definition of social economic enterprises in Lithuania.

Resumen
In management, there are many management approaches that make it possible to increase the performance indicators of the enterprise. At the same time, the priority direction of the development of enterprises is the implementation of innovative activities. To achieve success in this area, companies are changing management approaches, organizational structures and business models. However, in the conditions of constant aggravation of the competitive struggle, the achievement of high indicators of the enterprise's activity is best ensured by the reengineering of business processes. The innovativeness of reengineering lies in the fact that it combines the use of the prerogatives of computer technologies, human resource management technologies and changes in business processes. In the current economic conditions, the speed of reaction of all subsystems of the enterprise and the efficiency of operations are of particular importance and are a necessary condition for its effective functioning in the conditions of constantly intensifying competition. In this situation, reengineering is the most effective, because it contributes to increasing the efficiency of the enterprise by changing the business model it uses. Therefore, the study of reengineering procedures, its principles and tasks is relevant in today's conditions. The purpose of the study is to generalize theoretical approaches to the main principles, types and tasks of business process reengineering as a tool for effective enterprise management. The methodological basis of the study was the work of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of reengineering and change management of enterprises. Business process reengineering is a thorough rethinking and radical redesign of business processes of enterprises that want to significantly improve their performance. . It is used when it is necessary to make a reasoned decision about the reorganization of activities: radical transformations, business restructuring, replacement of existing management structures with new ones, etc. Thanks to the effective use of business process reengineering tools, it is possible to make the enterprise more flexible to changes in the external environment and more stable in competitive conditions. Thus, the reengineering of business processes involves a decisive, fundamental restructuring of business processes and the foundations of the management organization in order to significantly increase the competitiveness of the enterprise on the market and significantly increase the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole system.

Resumen
The article analyzes the features of marketing activities of enterprises related to small business Defines the criteria by which enterprises are classified in one way or another. It is noted that the use of only quantitative characteristics, such as the number of staff or turnover indicators can not fully characterize the peculiarities of small businesses. After all, a small enterprise is a specific subject of market relations, which has fundamentally new qualitative characteristics, namely: the union in one person owner and entrepreneur (and often half of the functions), focus on innovation, simplified communication and information systems, work in conditions of fierce competition. The characteristic features inherent in the marketing strategy of an enterprise of any size are identified and specific features inherent exclusively in small businesses are given. Based on the selected features, marketing strategies that can be used by small businesses are summarized. Having a well-thought-out formalized marketing strategy, its adaptation to the conditions of the enterprise, allows to use such strategic advantages of a small enterprise as flexibility, maneuverability, adaptability and reduce the dependence on big business and competition in the market. A number of obstacles that hinder the full implementation of marketing strategy in the activities of small businesses are outlined. In particular, the most important of them are: intuition of marketing activities, lack of consistency between marketing strategy and other strategies in the enterprise, the lack of a separate specialist who would deal professionally with marketing issues and interaction with the target segment. Prospects for further research in this area are outlined, taking into account the requirements of the virtual environment and the focus of the market economy on digitalization.

The effective management accounting of revenue, costs, and business results holds significant importance in enterprise management accounting, particularly for businesses situated in countries with fragile economies such as Vietnam. However, the current situation of applying accounting of revenue, costs, and business results at enterprises, in general, and electricity enterprises in Northern Vietnam, in particular, still has many limitations. Therefore, this article aims to promote the level of effective management accounting for revenue, costs, and business results. A quantitative study was undertaken, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 57 companies within the electricity sector in Northern Vietnam. The collected data was then analyzed using Excel and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 22 software. The findings of the study reveal that there are six elements influencing the management accounting of revenue, costs, and business results in electricity enterprises, including 1) the amount of financial accounting information provided; 2) enterprise size; 3) corporate culture; 4) qualifications/quality of accounting staffs; 5) level of awareness of business managers, and 6) availability of information technology. <p>Small businesses (those with up to 99 employees) are the most common business type in Canada – comprising 97.9 per cent of businesses, and contributing close to one-third of Canada’s gross domestic product (GDP). Yet a significant number of these businesses fail, with only about 50 per cent lasting at least five years, according to Industry Canada. Social enterprises – businesses that provide valuable products or services while delivering social and sometime environmental returns – struggle even more than small businesses to attract finance, grow, and sustain. What are the similarities and differences between these two groups’ needs, and how can Canada’s three levels of government and the broader business ecosystem better support small businesses and social enterprises to thrive? Resumen
The article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of the influence of systematic strategic planning and strategic business innovations on the foreign economic activity of enterprises. It was found that in a dynamic business environment, the ability of enterprises to quickly and effectively adapt is a critical success factor that requires a clear strategy. Thus, systematic strategic planning has grown to the point where its main value lies in helping businesses operate successfully in a dynamic and complex environment and navigate an increasingly unpredictable environment. It is justified that social, environmental and economic indicators are considered simultaneously as a whole, and not independently, as a means of conducting business through obtaining profit, promoting the efficiency of the enterprise, involvement in social harmony and environmental protection, which can help to find practical recommendations and theoretical foundations, that will help businesses grow, thrive and stay in business. It is substantiated that the top management of manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises should realise the need for systematic strategic planning of foreign economic activity, which can lead to an improvement in sustainable productivity. In addition, since strategic business innovation is crucial for the sustainability of manufacturing enterprises and is a significant source of competitive advantage, additional attention should be paid to the development of an innovative culture within the enterprise. This indicates that these practices must exist for this culture to emerge. Thus, decision-makers must realise the added value potential of strategic business innovations and systematic practices of strategic planning of foreign economic activities of enterprises.

This subject includes the language application knowledge in all the aspect of business world in order to make sure the smooth going of all parts of business operation. Not only English language knowledge is needed, but also all the knowledge and abilities related to the business. The establishment of this risk assessment system solves the previous risk assessment of enterprises by Banks, which is mainly based on qualitative analysis and less on quantitative analysis, thus leading to the insufficiency of its relatively one-sided judgment standard. From the comprehensive strength and credibility of the two aspects of the study, extract five risk indicators to establish a risk assessment system. Among them, total input price and tax, total output price and tax, and profit rate are the evaluation criteria for the comprehensive strength of an enterprise. These indicators can analyze the production, sales and operation capacity, profitability and production and operation stability of an enterprise to reflect the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. The failure rate of the input transaction and the failure rate of the sales transaction are the evaluation standards of the enterprise's reputation. Such indexes can analyze the production management aspects such as the purchase planning of the enterprise's goods and the production quality management, to reflect the credibility of the enterprise. Therefore, the selection of these two aspects for analysis can fully evaluate the enterprise's credit risk.

In order to achieve this goal the following scientific tasks are defined: to reveal the essence of the concept of the enterprise digital strategy; to determine the components of the enterprise digital strategy depending on the s business. In order to achieve these objectives, analysis of indicators of information and communication technologies application at the enterprises of Ukraine (including small businesses) and EU countries in 2019 is carried out. Analysis of statistical information makes it possible to conclude that implementation of digital strategies or their elements at Ukraine enterprises is due to the annual growth of the digital data share which is created, stored and processed. The authors summarized the results of scientific developments concerning the essence of the enterprise «digital strategy» concept. As for small business digital strategy, it is the basis for the enterprise business strategy formed intuitively taking into account the market needs and it is based on the capabilities of the digital economy due to the application of digital resources in various business functions. The main components of the small business digital strategy are more flexible and are based on personalized ways of attracting customers and form a new value proposition of the enterprise by integration of information and communication technologies in products and services. The results found that: enterprise business condition positively affects enterprise innovation behaviour, and positively affects enterprise innovation by positively affecting enterprise operating cash flow; with environmental uncertainty as the moderating variable, environmental uncertainty negatively moderates the positive impact of enterprise business condition on enterprise innovation behaviour; further analysis found that the impact of non-state-owned enterprises' business condition on enterprise innovation behaviour is more significant than state-owned enterprises', while state-owned enterprises' impact is not significant. The above conclusions are still valid after the robustness tests such as substitution of variables and lag treatment.

Resumen
This paper adopts the analysis method of big data to conduct an in-depth analysis and research on the sustainable development mechanism of enterprises, firstly, combing the content and methods of enterprise business performance evaluation, defining enterprise sustainable development, and exploring the integration of enterprise sustainable development and enterprise business performance evaluation by specifically analyzing from different perspectives. Then, we analyze the industry in which the enterprise is located, its business situation, and strategy, and after analyzing the current business performance evaluation system of the enterprise, we point out its problems. The current performance evaluation system is incomplete, focuses only on economic benefits, is not long term, and does not consider the company’s strategy and stakeholders’ needs, which affects its importance and feasibility. Then, the above analysis is integrated to build a performance evaluation system consisting of four dimensions, namely, economic dimension, scientific research and innovation dimension, social dimension, and ecological dimension, from the perspective of sustainable development, and a total of 29 indicators are selected. Then, the two research tools of first value method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were combined, based on the panel data of enterprises from 2016 to 2020; the first value method was used to get the weights of each indicator in the business performance evaluation system. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to get a comprehensive evaluation score of enterprise’s business performance in 2019, and then the evaluation results were analyzed in detail and suggestions were made, which confirms that enterprises are based on the sustainable development perspective. The evaluation of business performance is necessary and important. Finally, we propose supporting safeguards, such as establishing a performance evaluation team and a monitoring mechanism, dynamically improving the enterprise performance evaluation system, establishing a sustainable corporate culture, preparing and publishing a sustainable development report, and accelerating the information construction of performance evaluation.

Resumen
Business management is an important part of social service and governance. With the development of economy and technology, the pressure on enterprises to participate in the market competition is gradually increasing. Therefore, it is particularly important to establish an information-based business management system. However, there are still many problems in the process of informatization development of enterprise business management, which seriously restricts the comprehensive development of enterprises. On the one hand, the existing business management information system lacks effective security and supervision links. On the other hand, there is a lack of professional information technology personnel within the enterprise. Machine learning is a discipline that specializes in how to simulate human learning behavior, and it can continuously learn new knowledge structures to make itself progress and develop. The development of enterprise business management informatization is consistent with the development direction of machine learning itself. Therefore, this paper proposes a business management informatization construction method based on a machine learning algorithm, which aims to further promote the development of enterprises in the direction of informatization and modernization and improve the informatization level of enterprises. Experiments show that with the support of machine learning technology, the level of enterprise business management informatization can reach 82.31%, fully indicating that machine learning can help enterprises innovate management models and improve the level of information management of enterprises.
