<p>Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan jalur strategis perdagangan dunia, dan hal ini menjadi faktor pendukung yang menguntungkan dalam berbagai sektor di Indonesia. Wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang juga sangat luas memiliki implikasi pertahanan negara yang kompleks dan sangat terbuka sehingga mudah dimasuki oleh siapa saja dari berbagai arah. Luas wilayah NKRI terdiri atas 7,7 juta km2, terbentang dari Sabang hingga Merauke, dari P. Miangas sampai P. Rote terdiri atas 17.504 pulau dipersatukan oleh laut dan samudera yang luas. Permasalahan yang timbul sekarang ini adalah dimana alutsista TNI AD khususnya di Batalyon Bekang sudah tua dan kurang efektif dalam mendukung kegiatan logistik, namun secara teknis modernisasi alutsista TNI AD sebelumnya melalui pertimbangan komprehensif, yang utamanya didasarkan kepada efektivitas kegiatan yang dapat mendukung tugas pokok serta penggunaan alutsista dalam suatu kegiatan operasi yang efektif dan efisien. Selain itu dalam artian modernisasi peralatan dan persenjataan militer selain dapat mendukung kegiatan logistik juga harus mampu teruji dalam pertempuran (Combat Proven). Dalam pemenuhan alutsista secara modern sangat diharapkan dalam mendukung tugas pokok TNI AD khususnya dukungan untuk alutsista di Batalyon Bekang, pemenuhan kapal-kapal angkut logistik yang modern. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh modernisasi alutsista Batalyon Bekang terhadap kesiapan dukungan logistik TNI AD dengan sampel penelitian di satuan Batalyon Bekang TNI AD dengan analaisis data menggunakan metode SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) guna mendapatkan penilaian secara obyektif tentang pengaruh kesiapan dukungan satuan dari analisis data tersebut terhadap tugas pokok TNI AD. Dengan adanya modernisasi alutsista maka diharapkan kesiapan Batalyon dapat lebih maksimal dalam melaksanakan tugasnya di masa depan.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci :</strong> alutsista, modernisasi, logistik, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences)</p>

<p>The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the countries with a strategic path to world trade, and this has become a favorable supporting factor in various sectors in Indonesia. The territory of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia, which is also very broad, has implications for national defense that is complex and very open so that it is easily entered by anyone from various directions. The territory of the Republic of Indonesia consists of 7.7 million km2, stretching from Sabang to Merauke, from P. Miangas to P. Rote consisting of 17,504 islands united by vast seas and oceans. The problem that arises now is where the Army defense equipment especially in the Bekang Battalion is old and ineffective in supporting logistical activities. However, technically, the modernization of the Army defense equipment prior to comprehensive considerations, mainly based on the effectiveness of activities that can support the main tasks and the use of defense equipment in an effective and efficient operation, besides that in terms of modernizing military equipment and weapons in addition to supporting logistical activities, they must also be able to be tested in Combat Proven. In fulfilling modern defense equipment, it is highly expected to support the main tasks of the Army, especially support for defense equipment in the Bekang Battalion, the fulfillment of modern logistical transport vessels. This study analyzes the effect of modernization of the Bekang Battalion defense system on the readiness of the Army logistical support with a research sample in the Bekang Battalion Unit of the Army with data analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) method to obtain an objective assessment of the effect of the readiness of the support units of the data analysis on the basic tasks of the Army. With the modernization of defense equipment, it is hoped that Battalion's readiness can be maximized in carrying out its duties in the future.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> defense equipment, modernization, logistics, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science)</p>

Resumen
Traditional fermented foods have been recognized by various communities to be good for health since ancient times. There is a provincial legacy of traditional fermented foods among the ethnic population of North-East India. Fermented bamboo shoots (local name: Tuaither), soybeans (Bekang), and pork fat (Sa-um) are famous in the Mizoram state and represent a primary portion of the daily diet. These foods are prepared using methods based on cultural traditions inherited from previous generations, and prepared using a relatively uncontrolled fermentation process. Analysis of the bacterial diversity in these foods can provide important information regarding the flavor and texture of the final products of fermentation. Unfortunately, studies on the microbial composition and health benefits of such traditional fermented foods have rarely been documented. Therefore, the present study aims to highlight this bacterial diversity, along with the proximate composition of different traditional fermented foods (Tuaither, Bekang and Sa-um) primarily consumed in Mizoram state, India. Samples were collected on three different days of fermentation (3rd, 5th and 7th day), and bacterial diversity analysis was performed using the V3-V4 variable region of 16S rRNA gene with Illumina sequencing. Results revealed differences in the bacterial composition of dominant group members among all of the three food types. Firmicutes (82.72–94.00%), followed by Proteobacteria (4.67–15.01%), were found to dominate to varying degrees in all three of the fermented foods. However, at genus level high variation was observed in bacterial composition among these three different types of fermented foods. Lactobacillus (91.64–77.16%), Staphylococcus (52.00–17.90%), and Clostridium (72.48–55.40%) exhibited the highest relative abundances in the Tuaither, Bekang and Sa-um foods, respectively, in descending order from the 3rd to 7th day of fermentation. A few of the bacterial genera such as Lactobacilli were positively correlated with fermented bamboo shoot samples, and Staphylococcus was positively correlated with protein, carbohydrate and crude fiber content in soybean samples. In general, Tuaither, Bekang and Sa-um exhibited distinct differences in bacterial composition. This variation may be due to differences in the raw materials and/or methods used in the preparation of the different fermented food products. This is the first study to describe the bacterial composition of these traditional fermented foods using high-throughput sequencing techniques, and could help to drive research attention to comprehensive studies on improving understanding of the role of microbial communities in the preparation of traditional foods and their health benefits.

Effect of controlled and uncontrolled fermentation temperature on the microbial load, biochemical changes and change in nutritive value of bekang-um was studied in an attempt to upgrade the traditional fermentation technology of soybean, Glycine max (L.) Merr. The sterile cooked beans were fermented using a low-cost wooden incubator developed previously, adjusted at a constant temperature (35°C) and also under direct sunlight for 4 days following the traditional method. The microbial load, biochemical changes and changes in nutritive values of both the beans fermented were compared under controlled and uncontrolled temperature. The result showed that the viable cell counts, pH, free amino acids, proteolytic activity and alpha amylase activity increased in both the fermenting conditions throughout the process while the reducing sugar increased in the first day and decreased gradually with fermentation in both conditions. There is also an increase in moisture, protein and calorific value, and a decrease in carbohydrate, fats and ash value in both conditions. Fermentation under controlled temperature gave the higher levels of alpha amylase and proteolytic activities, viable cell counts, pH, free amino acids and nutritive value. These results suggested that fermentation proceeds at higher rate under controlled temperature using low-cost incubator could be utilized for the commercial production of bekang-um as the fermentation time could be reduced from three days to two days in addition to its simpler technology.

The Bekang Corps, a vital component of the Army responsible for logistics and transportation, plays a crucial role in maintaining the military's operational readiness and mobility. In the intricate landscape of military operations, the seamless integration of strategy, logistics, and tactics becomes imperative for success. Integrated logistical support, encompassing maintenance, supply, personnel, education, and training, and base facility support, serves as the backbone of effective military operations. However, the manual monitoring of underground fuel tanks at Storage and Supply Points (SPBT) presents challenges in terms of potential errors, time consumption, and significant efforts. The aim of this research is to address these issues by focusing on leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) technology to design and implement a monitoring application specifically tailored for the SPBT environment within the Army's Bekang Unit. This research method is aimed at providing a real-time solution for efficiently monitoring and managing fuel levels. By integrating the Float Level Switch sensor and NodeMCU ESP 8266 microcontroller, this research establishes a foundation in IoT. The Android application, developed using Android Studio, serves as the user interface, while Firebase functions as the real-time database, facilitating seamless communication and data exchange. The results of this research are the successful implementation of this IoT-based solution, which not only enhances the accuracy and responsiveness of fuel level monitoring but also contributes significantly to military operational efficiency. The anticipated significant contribution of the application includes the enhancement of military operational efficiency, the reduction of human error risks, and an increased sense of responsibility regarding fuel availability for operational needs.

Marketing is critical in deciding what products or services to buy and sell because marketing makes customers interested in the products or services we are promoting, and using the OLX application can increase interest in buying the products or services being marketed. The main objective of this study is to find out how much influence and relationship there is between used car marketing and the OLX application. A random sampling process carried out data collection from the population to represent the entire population and data collection using a questionnaire. The method to be used is a descriptive method, this method will involve interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The results of the T-test show that there is a significant influence of used car marketing on the OLX application, this is evidenced that the variance (X) of used car marketing and the variable (Y) of the OLX application having a significantly smaller value. of 0.05 i.e. (0.00<0.05). This is evidenced by the significant value of the results obtained with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 so the conclusion of the hypothesis shows a strong significance. Abstrak Pemasaran sangat penting dalam memutuskan produk atau jasa apa yang akan dibeli dan dijual karena pemasaran membuat pelanggan tertarik dengan produk atau jasa yang kita promosikan, dan dengan menggunakan aplikasi OLX dapat meningkatkan minat membeli produk atau jasa yang dipasarkan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan hubungan antara pemasaran mobil bekas dengan aplikasi OLX. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan proses random sampling dari populasi untuk mewakili seluruh populasi dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, metode ini akan melibatkan wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemasaran mobil bekas terhadap aplikasi OLX, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa variansi (X) pemasaran mobil bekas dan variabel (Y) aplikasi OLX memiliki nilai yang lebih kecil secara signifikan. dari 0,05 yaitu (0,00<0, 05). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan pada hasil yang diperoleh dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga kesimpulan hipotesis menunjukkan signifikansi yang kuat

This Community Service activity refers to the Bekasi city Government program, namely Towards Smart and Healthy Bekasi with An Ihsan Nuance. Efforts made by the Bekasi City Government include improving the health and welfare of the community, through various training in various fields. The Bekasi Government and the Al Fatih Ibaadurrohman Foundation as elements of society and academics from Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University formed a collaboration by holding an entrepreneurship training so that the results are maximum and useful for residents of Bekasi City. The objectives of the activity are: 1) As counseling of public health education and training, 2) As counseling of improving the quality of the spirit of community entrepreneurship. The location of activity is in the East Bekasi District. The trainees are amounting to 118 people. Training methods include the theory and practice of Cupping and provision of entrepreneurship. Cupping is a practical, inexpensive, safe and easy method to learn by the community. This method is useful for maintaining health and treating diseases. The final result of this activity is the achievement of an optimal degree f health, improvement of skills and community empowerment in the economic field.

Pada tahun 2021 Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Bekasi mengatakan jika Sampah di Kota Bekasi menggapai 1. 900 ton perhari. Sampah- sampah itu dijaring petugas dari 12 kecamatan yang terdapat di Kota Bekasi, akan tetapi tidak seluruh sampah bisa diangkut dalam satu hari. Perharinya pemot hanya dapat mengangkat 900 ton sampah. Serta Pimpinan Kajian Ekonomi Lingkungan dari Lembaga Penyelidikan Ekonomi Masyarakat (LPEM) mengatakan kalau pengepul barang bekas berikan kontribusi yang besar untuk industri pengelolaan sampah selaku bisnis informal. Pada tempat pengepul barang bekas yang diteliti ini ada beberapa permasalahan salah satunya dalam proses pemisahan sampah sesuai kategori logam serta non logam yang memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk melaksanakan prosesnya. Maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan rumusan permasalahan dari penilitian ini, yakni bagaimana membuat sistem yang dapat mempermudah proses pemisahan sampah serta bagaimana membuat sistem yang sanggup bekerja secara efisien serta efektif ditempat pengepul barang bekas. Untuk menanggulangi kasus tersebut maka tujuan dari riset ini dapat membuat Sistem Pendeteksi Sampah Logam Dengan Sampah Non Logam Untuk Pengepul Barang Bekas Dikampung Bekasi Jati memanfaatkan Sensor Proximity induktif serta memakai Prosedur penelitian Prototype. Yang setelah itu bisa disimpulkan hasil dari riset yang sudah dicoba bahwa Sistem Pendeteksi Sampah Logam Dengan Sampah Non Logam ini berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang terdapat ditempat pengepul sampah

Detta arbete har undersökt hur man kan utgå ifrån Freuds Det kusliga tillsammans med olika vampyrstereotyper i syftet att skapa skrämmande skräckvarelser. För att undersöka detta togs tre olika vampyrinspirerade varelser fram. En som var baserad på Dracula, en baserad på kvinnliga vampyrer och en baserad på en mer monstruös, fladdermusliknande, vampyr. Dessa varelser placerades sedan i tre olika kontext där en var en miljö inspirerad av Silent Hill 2, en abstrakt odefinierad bakgrund och en enfärgad grå. Detta syftade att undersöka hur en kontext påverkar hur skrämmande varelsen upplevs. Undersökningsmetoden bestod av en webbenkät där resultatet pekade på att kontexten kring varelsen har betydelse samt att bekanta element och igenkänningsfaktor har betydelse för hur varelsen upplevs.

This essay examines the communication value of music in television advertising. It studies different forms of music and whether these forms contribute positively or negatively to how television advertising is perceived and remembered. The forms are jingle, familiar song and unfamiliar song. 100 high school students participated in the study through a questionnaire.                       The study shows that music is an important tool that complements television advertisings visual aspects. Music creates feelings, emphasizes aspects of the image and clarifies the advertised message. The familiar song is perceived and remembered best and television advertising is best served by a familiar song because it carries different associations and meanings which the receiver can link as the song carries on to a brand or product. The essay concludes that all music is meaningful in television advertising, but that the choice of music form is crucial.

This study intends to examine China’s use of religious violence and antiterrorism when constructing a narrative of the situation in Xinjiang. While the tensions in Xinjiang are not a new occurrence, their intensity has undoubtedly increased. Human Rights Watch has described it as a “cultural genocide” and several international actors have condemned Chinas treatment of the minority group Uyghurs. While China seems to portray the tensions as a result of several acts of religious terror, there are traces of a more complicated conflict. Furthermore, the study shows that the conflict was rarely described as the result of terrorism before the September 11 terrorist attacks, despite the conflict starting in the early 1990s. At the same time, researchers have claimed that Islamic fundamentalists have been adopted as something of a global antagonist, and the fear of religious violence has been recognized as a threat that needs to be stopped, even if it demands more violence. Thus, this study is concerned with studying how this has been acknowledged in a global setting and used by global actors as a strategic tool to vindicate controversial actions. The study illustrates how religious violence and antiterrorism have been used in the creation of a strategic narrative by China. Strategic narratives have been described as the soft power in the 21st century and a well-suited methodological tool to form a deeper understanding of soft power in international relations. The study is done through a text- and narrative analysis of China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ testimony of Xinjiang. The results show that extremist religion and terrorists have been pointed out as a main threat in Xinjiang, while separatist also has been linked to these two. By doing this China has managed to acknowledge its measures against the Uyghur separatist movement as a part of the global war against terror.

Resumen
Datorspelens  repetitiva  natur  medför  problem  för  skräckgenren.  Fiender  som  är skrämmande  mister  sin  slagkraft  när  spelarna  träffar  på  dem många gånger och vänjer     sig     vid     dem.     Detta     fenomen     har     mycket     gemensamt     med beteendevetenskapens  teorier  om  fobier.  Människor  lär  sig  att  vara  rädda  för någonting och utvecklar en fobi. Vid upprepade möten med fobiobjektet vänjer sig människor. Det finns dock forskning som visar att en förändring i kontexten under invänjningen kan leda till att denna hindras. Undersökningen syftade till att använda detta  som  en  lösning  på  problemet  med  upprepning.  Två  versioner  av  samma spelnivå  gjordes  och  spelades  av  två  grupper  testpersoner.  Den  ena  versionen ändrade  under  spelets  gång fiendernas beteende. Resultatet tydde på att versionen med  beteendeförändringar  hos  fienderna  upplevdes  som  mer  skrämmande.  Dock fanns  ett  antal  problem  med  undersökningen,  och  resultatet  kan  inte  ses  som tillförlitligt.  En framtida undersökning skulle behöva utökas på många sätt för att öka tillförlitligheten.

Although wine production has an extremely long history across Lebanon, it is relatively suffering from a loss of identity due to globalization, and the huge rupture that occurred during the Islamic era. A development of a collective strategy that focuses on brand identity and territorial promotion is a must for an identity development. Luckily the rich history and culture of Lebanon, make them great assets to build upon them this identity. Accordingly, in this thesis we are going to seek the current vineyard landscapes, vineyards and the cultural potentials that the wine industry has, having the Bekaa region as our framework, and propose upon these potentials and characteristics a touristic map which could be used in a collective development strategy to guide landscape valorisation and wine identity development; Résumé: Bien que la production de vin ait une histoire extrêmement longue au Liban, elle souffre relativement d'une perte d'identité due à la mondialisation et à l'énorme rupture qui s'est produite pendant l'ère islamique. L'élaboration d'une stratégie collective axée sur l'identité de marque et la promotion territoriale est indispensable au développement de l'identité. Heureusement, la richesse de l'histoire et de la culture du Liban en font de grands atouts pour construire sur eux cette identité. O desenvolvimento de uma estratégia colectiva centrada na identidade da marca e na promoção territorial é um imperativo para o desenvolvimento de uma identidade. Felizmente, a rica história e cultura do Líbano, fazem deles grandes trunfos para construir sobre eles esta identidade. Assim, nesta tese, vamos procurar as actuais paisagens vitícolas, vinhas e potenciais culturais que a indústria vinícola tem, tendo a região de Bekaa como quadro, e propor sobre estes potenciais e características um mapa turístico que poderia ser utilizado numa estratégia de desenvolvimento colectivo para orientar a valorização da paisagem e o desenvolvimento da identidade do vinho.

Resumen
Studien ämnar undersöka huruvida backpackers på Khao San Raod i Bangkok, Thailand, etablerar nya kontakter med andra medresenärer. Syftet är att utifrån begreppet socialt kapital undersöka varför relationer initieras samt varför vissa relationer bibehålls men inte andra efter avslutad resa. Då samhället består av kluster som bildar nätverk utgör varje kontakt en resurs. Hypotesen är således att kontakter etableras eftersom de kan ge tillgång till resurser individen annars inte kommer åt. Uppsatsen har huvudsakligen en kvalitativ, teoriprövande design även om inslag från andra ansatser förekommer. Semi-strukturerade intervjuer har ansetts fördelaktiga som datainsamlingsmetod då deltagarnas egna tillskrivna mening ligger i fokus enligt kvalitativ tradition. Det empiriska materialet ackumulerades i två etapper varav den första på Khao San Road och den andra via e-post två månader efter respektive intervjupersons hemresa. Resultatet visar att kontaktuppgifter utbyts med 30% av alla nya bekantskaper men endast en tredjedel av de etablerade kontakterna förväntas vara fortsatt regelbundna efter hemresa. Det föreslås att relationer etableras på grund av deras positionella tillgångar men mattas av när dessa inte längre anses eftertraktade. Personliga tillgångar visar sig mer beständiga varför relationer med exempelvis emotionellt utbyte, såsom vänskap, har större sannolikhet att bestå över tid. Internetbaserade nätverkstjänster som Facebook underlättar möjligheten att bibehålla kontakter och en klar majoritet av intervjupersonerna menar att de skulle återuppta kontakt med gamla bekantskaper om det uppkom ett syfte. Detta bekräftar teorin om socialt kapital och dess betydelse för etablering av kontakter.

ZusammenfassungDie Debatte um die Gentherapie, die die Schwelle von der Grundlagenforschung zur anwendungsorientierten Forschung wie auch zur klinischen Anwendung längst überschritten hat (siehe Kap. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 und 16), bekam ein neues Momentum, als mit dem Genome-Editing (CRISPR/Cas9) die Präzision therapeutischer Maßnahmen und damit auch deren Bandbreite, was mögliche Anwendungen betrifft, erheblich gesteigert werden konnte (vgl. Reich et al. 2015). In den Bereich des Möglichen geraten damit aber auch ethisch problematische Anwendungen wie die Keimbahntherapie oder das genetische Enhancement. Schlagartig wurde dies einer globalen Öffentlichkeit klar, als der chinesische Wissenschaftler He Jiankui im November 2018 die Geburt zweier Säuglinge bekannt gab, die als Embryonen einer Keimbahntherapie unterzogen worden waren (Gießelmann 2018); eine Mitteilung, die weltweit heftige negative Reaktionen auslöste. Befürchtungen wurden laut, dass dadurch die Forschung an Gentherapien mit CRISPR mit diesem Ereignis assoziiert wird (Normile 2018).

Resumen
Architecture since the beginning of time have been developed and shaped according to many aspects such as environmental factors, material availability, construction knowledge, religion, economy, and political decisions. In the current century, with the globalized building materials and increased awareness in architecture construction methods, architecture has hundreds of different ways to be constructed and developed. On the other hand, architecture is being formed and affected mainly due to economic factors, and political decisions. Bekaa Valley, a region in Lebanon could be a spectacular political event. The former is a region famous for its agricultural lands formed by million years of sediment clustering from rich Lebanese mountains bounding the area from the east and the west. In the specific eastern area of ​​Beka'a valley studied - Nabisheith to Douris- is full of farming lands, used by locals and nomads to grow variables of vegetables, fruits, and wheat. A political decision developed by the local minister, to build houses by underdeveloped permits, changed the typology of a landscape created more than 2500 years ago. The architectural typology also changed to the new kind of architecture, which is indifferent to the local knowledge of construction learned and developed by locals. Local knowledge developed and adapted to harshness of weather by local materials replaced by globalized materials and abrupt political decisions.

Seiring dengan perkembangan Jabodetabek, daerah sekitar kawasan tersebut juga mengalami perkembangan, baik secara fisik. Kabupaten Bekasi adalah salah satu kabupaten yang terkena dampak dari perkembangan ini. Salah satu daerah yang menarik untuk diteliti adalah Tambun Utara, dikarenakan daerah ini cukup mengalami perubahan fisik yang cukup signifikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji pola morfologi di lokasi ini serta mencari arah perkembangan kotanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode penelitian kualitatif rasionalistik. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya faktor utama yang menyebabkan perkembangan di lokasi adalah munculnya permukiman baru. Munculnya permukiman baru ini memberikan dampak positif dan negatif pada kawasan Tambun Utara baik dari segi lingkungan, infastruktur, sosial dan budayanya sehingga perlu adanya mitigasi resiko dan kontrol serta persiapan terhadap perkembangan ke depannya.
