In modern life, social organizations, these organizations are protecting the needs of life, but in any organization, it is mostly used as the medium through some groups, in order to participate in society to the different nature of the functional groups appear to meet the needs of social development, social continuity and stability. The nature of the sport club, is to meet the needs of social development in the sport generated. This study aims to understand the business model of badminton club, social network structure between club organizations and members formed their social capital structure derived, also discussed the importance and impacts to the business model of the social network and social capital. Using qualitative research methods, through semi-structured interviews to outline the implementation of in-depth interviews and participant observation combined, New Taipei City Storm badminton club of five cadres, five of ten members were interviewed, and then analyzed with induction integration results of this study are: First, a stable development of badminton club, the business model is a multi-oriented operations, must have stable internal resource management and provide services to attract external customers, coupled with the ability to create value proposition and the balance of payments balanced financial management. Second, social networks badminton club members formed their social influence is layered, and can have a weak joint and dual advantage of a strong joint, where the center of the network members are mostly high in the community and an influential key figures . Third, through social networking club members, are derived from the structure of social capital in the surface structure composed of members of the network is found mostly relatively longer recognize familiar with, and the age and age of the members of the team is to determine the level of interaction density, and its duties will affect the relationship with the partner, a strong link between master; cognitive structure surface, identity is the value of the process, will be affected by the value of mode is changed, a sense of belonging is the depth of the identity of the badminton club , the tradition is the team's vision; relations constitutive surface, and communication is the basis for the development of trust relationships. Fourth, explore the social network members, and the social capital helps to explore business model derived badminton club.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among social support network, association affairs social network and other recreational social network of a badminton club in Hsinchu. This study based on questionnaire survey. “Social network questionnaire scale ” was used. Purposive sampling was applied in this study. 18 players in the badminton club participated in this study. Descriptive Statistics, Degree Centrality of Social Network Analysis, Multidimensional Scaling, Quadratic Assignment Procedure and Multiple Regression Quadratic Assignment Procedures Tests were employed to analyze this data. The results of this study were as follows: a. Those who had highly personal centrality on social support network, association affairs social network and other recreational social network participated mainly took the leading positions in the club or been the senior players of the club. b. Pairwise correlation (QAP, Quadratic Assignment Procedure) among the four kinds of social network were verified. (emotional support network, informative support network, instrumental support network and association affairs social network) c. In MRQAP (Multiple Regression Quadratic Assignment Procedures) analysis, the regression result showed significance on four independent variables (emotional support network, informative support network, instrumental support network and association affairs social network),in which the highest emotional support network. Finally, the study suggested some possible directions for the future researchers.

The purpose of the study was to investigate participation motivation, satisfaction, and loyalty among badminton club members. In addition, the relationships between the three constructs were to be reviewed and tested. The questionnaires were answered by members of target badminton clubs in the central part of Taiwan, and 205 valid samples were collected. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Badminton club members’ participation motivation factors from high to low are: “health and fitness”, “social and competence”, “stimulus-avoidance”, and “intellectual”. Satisfaction factors form high to low are:“product quality”, “price”, and “service quality “. Rating of satisfaction and loyalty are both close to mid-high level that improvement plans are needed to be undertaken for managerial cause. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. Gender, age, member identity, and participation frequency affect motivation. 2. Gender, marriage status, age, member category, and education affect satisfaction. 3. Age and member category affect loyalty. 4. Motivation dimensions which affect satisfaction are “health and fitness” and “intellectual “. 5. All satisfaction dimensions affect loyalty. Suggestions for management and future research are provided.

During recent years, the change of people’s lifestyles and their rising income have resulted in rapidly developing of the sport of badminton around all over the world. Playing badminton has become a popular and common recreation instead of an exclusive entertainment for the noblesse. A lot of people from all over the world have devoted to the sport of badminton because of its strength and beauty with speed, skill, and physical agility. Since 1992, badminton has been listed officially as one of the competitions in Olympic Games. Up to now, more than one million people have joined in playing badminton in Taiwan. Furthermore, the government has also been strongly supports the construction of regional sports centers and is promoting the concept of the universal health. The main purpose of this research is to study whether and how the brand image will affect the purchase intention of badminton rackets for the students in badminton clubs of national universities in Taipei Area. We adopt the Howard-Sheth model as a conceptual framework to study consumer decision process. Demographic factors, purchase brand, information sources, product of attributes of badminton rackets, purchase motivation and brand image are regarded as independent variables. Our samples aim at the students who have joined the badminton clubs and are studying in the national universities in Taipei Area. In this study, we collected 412 valid questionnaires are corrected, and have been used by various statistical methods, such as number of distribution, factor analysis, independent t-test, Person’s chi-square test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’ method and Regression Analysis, to test hypothesis. The results show that (1) the demographic variables of badminton rackets consumers have siginificant difference from purchase brand, information resources, product of attributes evaluation criteria, purchase motivation, brand image and purchase intention; (2) the brand image has positive relationship on customer’s purchase intention.

Texto completoO presente trabalho consiste no relatório do estágio profissionalizante, realizado como parte integrante e conclusiva do Mestrado em Treino Desportivo na vertente de Formação de Jovem Desportista da Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias que decorreu no Clube Raquete Estrelas das Avenidas, entre setembro de 2013 e julho de 2014, tendo como objeto de intervenção principal a reflexão sobre o desempenho de um treinador de Badminton no âmbito da formação de jovens atletas. Sendo um dos objetivos deste relatório, descrever o desempenho do estagiário nas áreas de intervenção do treino, da pedagogia e do planeamento, terminando com uma reflexão crítica dessa prática, através da elaboração do Planeamento do Treino para os dois escalões, a elaboração de Grelhas, Tabelas e Quadros de Observação mensais, de Macrociclo e fim de época que espelham o nível técnico e tático dos atletas, os supramencionados objetivos foram atingidos na sua plenitude. Igualmente, através da introdução de novas opções metodológicas, foi concretizado o auxílio no treino de badminton, tendo-se procedido à introdução de novos exercícios para melhoria da velocidade, agilidade e flexibilidade, bem como à recolha de informação relativa a práticas formativas e novas opções pedagógicas e metodológicas. Relativamente aos objetivos desportivos inicialmente definidos para os três atletas, foram totalmente concretizados, dado que os mesmos conseguiram atingir as fases finais de diversos torneios, obtendo os seguintes resultados: O atleta Sub-13, passou de 13º para 4º no ranking da Federação Portuguesa de Badminton e os atletas Sub-17, conseguiram ficar respetivamente em 17º e 20º no ranking da mesma Federação. No que diz respeito aos objetivos gerais e específicos definidos para os três atletas, os mesmos melhoraram a velocidade, agilidade e flexibilidade e, a par de uma maior concentração em treino e jogo, acabaram a época a realizar as séries de movimentação a 6 cantos por minuto.
The present work consists in the professional traineeship report of carried out as an essential and conclusive part of the master's degree in Athletic Training in the field of Training Young Athletes of the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologia that took place at the Clube Raquete Estrelas das Avenidas, from September 2013 to July 2014, wherein reflection on the performance of a Badminton coach as part of training young athletes is the main intervention object. As one of the objectives of this report is to describe the trainee’s performance within training, education and planning intervention areas, concluding with a critical reflection on this method, through the elaboration of a training programme for the two levels; grids, tables and charts of monthly, macrocycle and end of season observation that reflect the technical and tactical level of the athletes, the abovementioned goals were achieved in full. Aid in badminton training was also attained by introducing new methodological options, granted to the introduction of new exercises to improve speed, agility and flexibility; as well as the collection of information on teaching practices and new educational and methodological options. Concerning the objectives initially set for the three sports athletes, these were fully achieved, given that they managed to reach the final stages of several tournaments, having obtained the following results: the under-13 athlete climbed from 13th to 4th in the Portuguese Badminton Federation ranking and the under-17 athletes ranked 17th and 20th in the ranking of the same Federation. In relation to theoverall and specific objectives defined for the three athletes, these sportspersons enhanced their speed, agility and flexibility and, besides a greater training and game concentration, they ended the season performing the series of movements of 6 corners per minute.
