This thesis addresses in the conducted immunity test and analysis of controller area network module board for automotive electronics. Two types of conducted immunity tests are performed. The first type named conduction and coupling transient wave test follows the IEC 61000-4-4 and ISO 7637-2 standards, which describe the electrical fast transient/burst immunity test and the electrical transient conduction from conduction and coupling along supply lines, respectively. The second type called the conduction and coupling continuous wave immunity test follows the ISO 11452-4 standard, which describes the electrical disturbances for the Road vehicles - component testing produced by the induced bulk current injection from the narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy. Under IEC 61000-4-4 standard, the power supply with four different test voltages (0.5kV、1 kV、2 kV and 4 kV) and transient repetition frequency of 5 KHz are established in the conducted EFT/B immunity test. Refer to ISO 7637-2 standard, the transient interference tests for the CS8972 CAN Bus test boards are performed. Five different transient waveforms with the highest voltage levels are measured and analyzed. The goals for this thesis not only provide the testing results but also propose the protection solutions in reducing the interference and keeping the normal operation status for those DUTs. The BCI test following the ISO 11452-4 standard demonstrates that the continuous-waves from four different current levels are coupled to the signal transmission line of the CS8972 CAN bus. The testing frequencies ranged from 1MHz to 200MHz are performed since the operation frequency of the power amplifier is limited to 200MHz. Besides, the common-mode rejection filter is proposed to suppress the common mode noise in the high speed transmission system. From 2.8GHz to 8.8GHz, the insertion loss is less than -15dB. The overall size for the designed common-mode rejection filter is 0.21λg×0.23λg. The bandwidth ratio of the rejection band is about 103%. Both simulation and measurement results are in good agreement.

After years of hard work, the automobile parts and components industry of Taiwan automobile has not been trapped by the scale of Taiwan's automobile niche market. In recent years, the threshold for breakthrough in the industry has become a member of the international automaker's international parent division system. The industry also surpassed the output value of NT$192.1 billion for the first time to exceed the output value of the automobile industry and become an implicit champion. This study focuses on the overall ethnic groups of the automotive component industry of Taiwan Automotive and includes the analysis of the Taiwan automotive component market and the automotive electronics component manufacturing industry to understand the changes in market structure and vendor behavior and operating performance, and analyzes in accordance with SWOT and 4P detailed analysis. Industry's vendor behavior and competition strategy. Simultaneous use of Porter's Five Forces Analysis Integrated SWOT analysis combined with the Eisenhower Cross Rule Program Observe the development direction of the industry. Research conclusions: Sub-category of automotive subcomponents of Taiwan's automobile industry. The sub-category of automotive sub-components in Taiwan and auto electronic component markets has been analyzed by SWOT and 4P. In the mature period and growth period, but facing the next generation of new self-drivers, it is necessary to think about the concept of group-sharing resources sharing and the concept of exotic innovation to once again meet international challenges to meet the challenges of the next generation.
