Resumen
Topicality. Slow economic growth, high unemployment, and rising inequality have driven social change, and inclusive growth has figured prominently in policy debates in the world. The main items on the agenda are the ability of governments to pursue policies that will boost economic growth, equitable distribution of incomes, and the prosperity of social groups. The benefits outlined above go beyond the traditional income generation approach to include inclusive performance in various aspects of social welfare, particular work, and health. While many tools and processes are already available to policymakers, a more coordinated approach is needed to strengthen governance to achieve inclusive growth goals. Aim and tasks. The study aims to determine the prerequisites, formulate the essence, generalize and critically analyze the methodological foundations of inclusive economic development, which possibility to identify the main problems and propose the main measures for their improvement. Research results. The concept of inclusive growth is a relatively new theory of economic development. The preconditions concept of inclusive growth its development were laid even at the first stages of the formation of the world economy. And the problem of uneven distribution of income from the economic activity was officially recognized by the world community at the 6th specialized session of the UN General Assembly in 1974. At the beginning of the XXI century, the development gap increasing and the problem of poverty again is able to develop a consensus agenda of the world politics. In the new economic system, a person becomes the engine of economic development. This human-centered concept will be based on inclusive development. This concept, despite its potential, has certain limitations. Conclusion. The real meaning and methodology for assessing the level of inclusive development is in its infancy and therefore is not devoid of shortcomings. Among the latter, it is necessary to determine: the presence of objective (measurable) and subjective (evaluative) indicators; lack of statistical data to assess the level of inclusive development; the absence of interchangeable and complementary measures, which is associated with the use of different calculation methods in foreign countries; the digitalization process will be disregard basic principles of the functioning of an inclusive economy.

Resumen
Autotourism development in Russia presupposes provision of its comprehensive support, including autotourism itinerary development. The article presents an algorithm for itinerary selection as factored by a number of evaluation criteria. Itinerary selection is a multistage process and encompasses activities from collecting data on attractions to making a preference-informed decision. Therefore, the author regards it as important that the data available on the characteristics of the tourist resources of a targeted region be supplemented by information on autotourism services on route and on site. The optimal itinerary selection process is based on a few criteria: mileage, road time as determined by the trafficability of the route, service supply index, en-route additional attractions, safety infex, etc. for the purposes of a multi-cretiria-based itinerary selection, the author suggests that Harrington’s desirability function and the desirability scale be used. The complex/summarized integrated index serves to indicate the optimal itinerary. The methodology proposed by the author can be applied by professional participants of the tourist industry, and HE faculty engaged in research in autotourism itinerary development.

Resumen
This concept paper describes a computer processor which assists users in developing performance requirements for new systems. The output of the processor is function based objectives, performance based system criteria and environmental conditions which may effect system performance. The system criteria are based on the cognitive decision rules of experts for assessing the effectiveness of system performance. These are obtained from a regression based technique in which the experts rate the effectiveness of a system several times, each time with different values for each of the several candidate system performance criteria.

Resumen
The appointment of an accounting expertise is now becoming increasingly popular, since proof of tax violations is impossible without the use of professional skills and knowledge in the field of accounting and taxation. To produce a new methodological toolkit, an examination of tax liabilities, a logical model for organizing and conducting an accounting examination of tax liabilities, and a method of applying analytical procedures for identifying objects and cases of illegal actions related to understating the taxable base for VAT and income tax have been developed.

Resumen
Chlorpropham is employed worldwide as an anti-sprout chemical to the harvested potato tubers during storage. A simple and precise analytical technique is developed for routine estimation of the sprout suppressant from a large number of potato samples supplied from commercial stores demanding quick analysis. Chlorpropham is extracted completely from potato tubers by intelligent reflux extraction followed by quantification using GC-FID (Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionization Detector) equipment. In this article, the performance of the technique is compared with the lengthy extraction/cleanup process, and the results are validated as per one-way analysis of variance. The recommended technique is found to offer rapid, accurate, and reliable analytical results with ease in handling a large number of samples constituting a wide range of residual chlorpropham levels often found in a complex structural commercial potato stores.

Resumen
Analysis of a small part of methodological literature about development of compositional thinking in architecture students and its effect on development of flexible compositional activity skills in design work, acute need in development of a contemporary architect’s personality able to adapt to new technologies and challenges of a job market determined the choice of the topic for the research “Experimental Methodology for Development of Compositional Thinking in Senior Architecture Students”. The article covers the object, subject, purpose, hypothesis and tasks of the research concerning development of compositional thinking based on the proposed system of composition exercises. In the course of the research we have identified certain trends in development of compositional thinking in senior architecture students, such as: management of creative skills development was possible only on the basis of a set of various optimally compatible forms and methods, focused instruction and education on the basis of fairly wide general development of students in view of their personalities. Research prospect, in our opinion, includes further study of possibilities for use of the system of exercises on general laws of composition in development of visual thinking in architecture students and improvement of their professional qualities in creative and design projects.

Resumen
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to propose a leagile transformation model for product development that guides manufacturers in the construction of a road map and the management of its deployment in line with both lean and agile improvement objectives. Design/methodology/approach – An intervention qualitative and transformative research approach was adopted in order to develop required knowledge to theorise professional practice made from rigorous observations of facts. The research project took place over a period of two and a half years, in partnership with an international firm that develops and produces a wide range of luxury products. Findings – The application of the methodology proved that a lean transformation does not have to be generated only by the field needs but it can follow a mixed approach where a top-down transformation management linked with strategic objectives is deployed without compromising implication and needs from people on the field. The right balance can be found between the strategic aspect of transformation and the incremental aspect on the field of lean paradigms. Research limitations/implications – For complete validation and widespread scientific application, the model should be tested in other sectors and industries. Practical implications – The application case of the leagile model in several divisions of a luxury organisation proved that the proposed approach can be used as a guide for manufacturer in the construction of an improvement road map and in the management of its deployment. The application cases enabled a number of positive results to be generated and measured on quantitative indicators such as service ratio for new products for which, one of the divisions saw an increase of 30 per cent. The approach created a positive revolution among development team members by its potential in terms of communication, steering, benchmarking and knowledge system. Originality/value – The model supports the identification and prioritisation of improvement initiatives by focusing on the levers for improvement that meet the needs and objectives of transformation, as well as the organisation’s maturity level.

Resumen
Introduction. In the mid-90s, as a result of the language policies adopted in Europe to improve the language skills of its citizens, a new approach to language learning emerged, this was named, Content Integrated Learning and Foreign Languages (CLIL). With the same vision, within the changes made in its educational policy, since 2016 Ecuador implements this approach in its foreign language curriculum. Objective. The objective of this work was to provide evidence on the effectiveness of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) in the acquisition of reading competence compared to the traditional learning of English as a foreign language (EFL) in the first year of Bachillerato at Unidad Educativa Riobamba. Methodology. The study was carried out based on a quantitative method, quasi experimental design and it was applied in two moments: pre and post- test. In order to determine the statistical differences in the reading comprehension process between the two groups of students, CLIL reading texts were applied to a population of 60 students, which 30 students represented the control group and all the other remaining students were the experimental group. The control group was evaluated after using the textbook as the only class teaching material and, the experimental group, was evaluated after receiving CLIL classes using its corresponding materials. Results. The results indicated that students in the experimental group showed at the end of the project, a significant development in reading comprehension and vocabulary. Conclusion. Therefore, through this research it was determined that the use of CLIL texts directly influenced the development of reading comprehension and requires teachers to start using this approach.

Resumen
The aim of this article is to present an original methodology that was prepared for the research concerning the history of spatial development of historic towns and their conservation protection. The methodology, already repeatedly verified by the Author in the course of research on the origins, urban model and restoration of selected medieval towns in Poland, is universal and so applicable also during the research carried out in towns outside Poland. In this article it will be exemplified by the studies on the spatial development of the medieval town of Skawina located in Lesser Poland. The methodology consists of five stages. The first stage of research involves the so called “desk study”, which is conducted in selected archives, both in the country where the selected town is located, and abroad. The second stage involves field research in the analysed town. The research is accompanied by an inventory of the area of the chartered town, including its preserved elements such as e.g. the market square, the settlement block or the settlement plot. Photographic documentation is also collected during field research. The third stage of research uses aerial archaeology to analyse the urban layout of a given town. The fourth stage involves confronting the research results obtained at previous stages, primarily comparing archive plans and aerial photographs, as well as analysing them in order to identify changes occurring in the urban layout of the studied town. The final, fifth stage involves assessing the cultural values and the necessary methods for protecting the analysed historic town. The discussed methodology allows for drawing conclusions combined with hypotheses concerning the shape and functional-spatial structure of the examined town in the past, as well as its current values in the context of protecting the cultural landscape. The need to prepare it sprang from the current situation in historic towns which are not always properly protected, and scientific studies of their history are often insufficient. The situation and the need for better protection of historic towns has also been indicated in international documents prepared by the ICOMOS and UNESCO, such as the International Charter on the Conservation of Historic Towns of the ICOMOS from 1987, and the UNESCO Recommendation concerning the historic urban landscape from 2011.
