Resumen
This study aims to investigate the impact of anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus) oil produced in different factories on the fatty acid composition and quality indicators. The study utilizes anchovy oils obtained from three different factories. Fatty acid analysis was conducted using gas chromatography, and the results were expressed as percentages. Additionally, fatty acid quality indices such as atherogenic index (AI), thrombogenic index (TI), Polyene index (PI), and hypocholesterolemic/hypercholesterolemic ratio (h/H) were calculated. The findings of the study indicate that different processing technologies may influence the fatty acid composition of anchovy oil. Anchovy oils were observed to be rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and notably contain omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). This study provides valuable insights into anchovy oil production and quality, offering an in-depth understanding of sustainable nutrition. In conclusion, this study sheds light on a significant issue in the anchovy oil industry and may guide researchers and industry experts interested in improving the quality of fish oil products and supporting human health with potential opportunities.

Resumen
The North Coast of Central Java is a key location where 12% of Indonesia's anchovy catch, or 23,560 tons, is produced by purse seine fishing. We used the FPIs tool, which has 68 different measures scored from 1 to 5 by experts, to evaluate the environmental, economic, and community performance of the anchovy fishing industry on Java's north coast. The result shows that the community pillar performs relatively better (an average score of 3.6) than the ecology and economy pillars, only 2.63 and 2.68, respectively. This research highlights the overcapacity of the fishery and the decreased trend of the anchovy's abundance index, indicating the fishery's unperformed ecology and economic dimension. This research suggests that despite the fishery's poor ecological and economic performance, the local community's dependence on anchovy resources remains high, as suggested by significant involvement in the fishing and processing of the catch and ownership of most vessels the local fishers possess.

Resumen
Anchovies (Stolephorus indicus) are abundant in both macro and micronutrients, including protein, carbohydrates, fat, and calcium. Their rich nutritive value has led to numerous applications in the food industry, particularly in fortifying food products for vulnerable groups. Proximate analysis is indispensable in the food industry for product development and quality control. The objectives of this study were to assess the proximate composition and functional properties of anchovy powder obtained through oven drying and foam mat drying. The characterization of anchovy powder encompassed functional properties, such as water solubility index, water absorption capacity, and physical parameters like colour and bulk density, as well as proximate chemical parameters. The results demonstrated that the protein content of anchovy powder obtained through oven drying was significantly higher than that from foam mat drying (p<0.05). The primary component of fish powders was protein (71.43±0.14%), followed by lipids (4.45±0.06%), ash (14.59±0.09%), moisture (8.55±0.01%), and carbohydrates (1.00±0.01%). Nevertheless, increasing the quantity of foaming agent did not enhance the solubility or water absorption capacity of the anchovy powder, despite the concurrent increase in its protein content.

Resumen
Anchovies are among the largest fish catch worldwide. The anchovy fillet industry generates a huge amount of biowaste (e.g., fish heads, bones, tails) that can be used for the extraction of several potentially valuable bioproducts including omega-3 lipids. Following the extraction of valued fish oil rich in omega-3, vitamin D3 and zeaxanthin from anchovy fillet leftovers using biobased limonene in a fully circular process, the solid residue (anchovy sludge) was used as starting substrate for the production of biogas by anaerobic digestion. In spite of the unbalanced carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratio, typical of marine biowaste, the anchovy sludge showed a good methane yield (about 280 mLCH4·gVS−1), proving to be an ideal substrate for co-digestion along with other carbon rich wastes and residues. Furthermore, the presence of residual limonene, used as a renewable, not-toxic and edible extraction solvent, does not affect the microbial methanogenesis. The results reported in this study demonstrate that anchovy leftovers after the fish oil extraction process can be efficiently used as a starting co-substrate for the production of biogas in a modern biorefinery.

Resumen
Abstract Sago (Metroxylon sp.) is a local food commodity producing carbohydrates that can be used as an alternative to wheat flour in noodle making. The weakness of sago starch is its relatively low protein content. Adding anchovy flour (S. Indicus) can increase the nutritional value of dried sago noodles. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of investment, namely the study of technical and economic performance in establishing a dry noodle industry based on sago flour enriched with anchovy flour. The research uses descriptive methods to obtain an overview of situations or events. The analysis uses primary and secondary data from direct observation in the production process and literature studies. The results showed that technical performance could be achieved at a production capacity of 10 kg of sago flour per day with a yield of 85%. This industry has an NPV value of IDR 114,882,352, an IRR of 35.36%, a Net B/C of 1.08, and a PBP of 37 months. Based on the techno-economic study, the industrial design of dry noodles based on sago flour and anchovy flour is feasible to run.

Resumen
Recent studies demonstrate that fisheries are massive contributors to global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The average Korean fishing vessel is old, fuel-inefficient, and creates a large volume of emissions. Yet, there is little research on how to address the GHG emissions in Korean fisheries. This study estimated the change in GHG emissions and emission costs at different levels of fishing operations using a steady-state bioeconomic model based on the case of the Anchovy Tow Net Fishery (ATNF) and the Large Purse Seine Fishery (LPSF). We conclude that reducing the fishing efforts of the ATNF and LPSF by 37% and 8% respectively would not only eliminate negative externalities on the anchovy and mackerel stock respectively, but also mitigate emissions and emission costs in the fishing industry. To limit emissions, we propose that the Korean government reduce fishing efforts through a vessel-buyback program and set an annual catch limit. Alternatively, the government should provide loans for modernizing old fishing vessels or a subsidy for installing emission abatement equipment to reduce the excessive emissions from Korean fisheries.

Resumen
The regiospecific characteristics of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in triacylglycerol (TAG) significantly affect the physicochemical and physiological properties of marine fish oils. In this study, the TAG molecular species composition and positional distributions of fatty acids were investigated in three marine fish species rich in omega-3 PUFAs (anchovy, tuna, and salmon). The regiospecific distribution of the fatty acids was measured with the allylmagnesium bromide (AMB) degradation method. The TAG compositions were analyzed with HPLC and the TAG molecular species were identified with APCI/MS. DHA was preferentially distributed at the sn-2 position of TAG, whereas EPA was evenly distributed along the glycerol backbone. The combinations of FAs, DDO, EOP, EPS, DSS, OOS, and PPS were the predominant TAG molecular species, and OOP, DOS, and DPoPo were the characteristic TAG molecules in the anchovy, salmon, and tuna, respectively. These data can be used to distinguish other marine fish species. The TAG composition categorized by TCN and ECN showed well-structured distributions, with double or triple peaks. These findings should greatly extend the use of marine fish oils in food production and may significantly affect the future development of the fish oil industry.

Resumen
Anisakiasis is a fish-borne zoonotic disease caused by the ingestion of raw/undercooked fishes or cephalopods parasitized by members of the genus Anisakis. Freezing ensures the inactivation of viable Anisakis larvae; however, since it affects the organoleptic properties of food, essential oils and their compounds were proposed as an alternative. In this study, fresh anchovy fillets were experimentally parasitized with L3 Anisakis larvae to test the anisakicidal efficacy of R (+) limonene (LMN) in marinated fishery products. The anisakicidal effectiveness and organoleptic influence of several LMN concentrations (0.5%, 1%, and 5%) were tested during the marinating process (MS) and storage in sunflower seed oil (SO) of marinated anchovy fillets. Double treatment (DT) with 1% LMN was also performed both during marination and subsequent storage in oil. MS treatment resulted only in a reduction in larvae viability after 48 h, while a complete inactivation was observed in SO after 8, 10, and 20 days of treatment with 5%, 1%, and 0.5% LMN, respectively. DT was the most effective with complete larval inactivation after 7 days. Only 5% LMN influenced the sensory characteristics of the fillets, resulting, however, in a pleasant lemon-like odor and taste. Considering the results obtained, LMN might be a suitable natural alternative to manage Anisakis risk in the fishery industry.

Resumen
This study aims to determine the status of raw material availability to support production activities to become a sustainable business. The analytical methods used were location quotients, standard deviation, and relative scale. Several micro and small-scale fish processing businesses in Kendari City such as smoked fish, dried fish, fish balls, somay, shredded fish, spicy anchovy sauce, seaweed chips, crab shell powder, and crab shell chips. All these products have the potential to be developed locally considering that Kendari City is the centre of the fishing industry in Southeast Sulawesi. The fishery products both capture and cultivation in Kendari can fulfill and support product development except for seaweed and crab shell-based products due to the availability of raw materials. Both raw materials must be imported from other regions such as South Konawe and Bombana districts. This study found that the types of fish most widely used in fish processing businesses are kite, skipjack, and tuna. Three statuses of sustainable availability were identified, namely fulfilled, moderately fulfilled, and less fulfilled. There are three categories of sustainable availability status depending on the fishery product business developed: first, fulfilled mainly for smoked fish, fish balls-somay, and shredded fish; second, less fulfilled for dried fish and spicy anchovy sambal; and finally, less fulfilled mainly for seaweed chips and crab shell powder and chips.

Resumen
The olive industry involves environmental problems of special relevance, such as the generation of residual brines after the pickling process. Moreover, in the pitting and filling operations of the olives, fatty residues are generated that end up being washed away in the wastewater of these industries. The novelty of this work is based on the extraction of high value-added compounds from residues resulting from the industrialization process of olives, whose content in fatty acids, phenolic compounds and other substances could make them susceptible to being considered as a raw material of interest for the development or enrichment of other foods. The results obtained determined that the physico-chemical and functional characteristics of the oil and the brine, generated as by-products in the olive industry, indicated their potential as raw materials. For this reason, new formulations of the filling of olives (anchovy, red pepper, and lemon flavour) were developed, using the residual oil as a by-product, which showed greater global acceptability by consumers compared to a commercial stuffing made with sodium alginate. In addition, wastewater was used as a brine by-product to pickle three types of vegetables: carrot, cauliflower, and onion. All pickled vegetables showed the highest phenolic content and a higher overall liking, the differences being significant with respect to commercial reference. In conclusion, the results obtained could allow for the conversion of a by-product into a co-product, partially solving an environmental problem, and providing added value to the final product.

Resumen
Abstract de Moor, C. L., Butterworth, D. S., and De Oliveira, J. A. A. 2011. Is the management procedure approach equipped to handle short-lived pelagic species with their boom and bust dynamics? The case of the South African fishery for sardine and anchovy. – ICES Journal of Marine Science, 68: 2075–2085. Worldwide, small shoaling pelagic fish manifest rapid and substantial natural changes in abundance. Is the application of a management procedure (MP), evaluated using simulation tests [i.e. a MP approach otherwise known as management strategy evaluation (MSE)], to recommend total allowable catches (TACs) with constraints desired by industry on the extent of interannual changes viable for such resources, particularly given the customarily lengthy MP evaluation process? This question is examined by considering the rapid boom and then bust situation that arose for the South African fishery for sardine (Sardinops sagax) and anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus) across the turn of the century. Novel adaptations to the MP in place at the time of the boom allowed enhanced resource use during the boom period without compromising the risk of unintended depletion of the populations. Importantly a two-tier threshold system allowed the normal constraints on the maximum extent of interannual TAC reduction to be modified when TACs rose above the specified thresholds. The general protocol underlying the application of MPs for South African fisheries proved sufficiently flexible for the approach to continue to be applied, despite the unanticipated rapid fish population boom and then bust experienced.

Resumen
Bioeconomic modelling is an important issue in sustainable fisheries management of commercial marine fisheries in Kelantan, Malaysia. Previous studies focus on the impact of trawling on fisheries, tourism and the socio-environment, which overfishing is a direct threat to local fishing communities. In addition, bottom trawl fishing may affect fishing, environment and socio-economic management objectives. Moreover, fishing activities lead to changes in the structure of marine habitats and affect the diversity, composition, biomass and productivity of related biota. Finally, the previous research discussed on challenges of the fisheries industry in peninsular Malaysia. Studies focused on bioeconomic modelling in sustainable management of commercial marine fisheries in terms of fishing gear, climate changes, and anthropogenic disturbances are still limited. This study aims to investigate the sustainability of marine fish production and analyse the potential effect of climate changes and anthropogenic disturbances that affect fisheries activities. The theory and practice of the bioeconomic surplus production model by Gordon - Schafer (GS) are used to calculate the total biology and economic value. The result of the study indicated that trawl nets, anchovy purse seinses, climate changes and anthropogenic disturbances affect the sustainable management of commercial marine fisheries in Kelantan, Malaysia.

Resumen
Several anchovies species are captured all over the world; they are consumed fresh but also preserved by the industry, either by brine-fermentation or canning in oil. The industrial process generates large amounts of residue (about 50% of the original fish biomass) that is generally used to produce fish flour. In this paper, the advancement of a recently proposed process for the full valorisation of anchovies aimed at the extraction of fish oil (to be used as an omega-3 source) and at the production of biomethane through anaerobic digestion is presented. Particularly, in the experiments presented, a co-digestion of anchovy sludge—used as a nitrogen supplement—and market waste (5% and 95% on a Total Solids basis) was performed. Since the proposed extraction process uses, as a green-solvent, d-limonene, the well-known problems of toxicity for the anaerobic biomass must be overcome during the digestion process. As discussed below, the granular activated carbon (GAC) is used to reclaim and improve anaerobic digestion processes in a reactor displaying clear signs of inhibition. In fact, GAC demonstrates multiple benefits for anaerobic digestion, such as adsorption of toxic substances, biomass selection, and triggering of direct interspecies electron transfer (DIET).

Resumen
Fisheries and aquaculture industry, which provides a continuous and high-return market advantage to potential countries, is also one of the priority industries for Turkey. Although Turkey has important advantages with its geographic position and bio-diversity, the industry's contribution to foreign trade is not at an acceptable level. Accordingly, it is important to evaluate the capture fishery and aquaculture products, which provide the best contribution to the foreign trade of Turkey. Thus, the present paper aims to provide foreign trade executives with an intuition about the most appropriate products to invest in and contributing products to Turkish foreign trade within the scope of market strategies. Entropy-WASPAS, which is a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making method, is used for evaluating the contribution of fishery and aquaculture products to Turkish foreign trade. This model includes both criteria (production, import quantity, import value, export quantity, export value) and alternatives (trout, sea bream, sea bass, sprat, atlantic bonito, anchovy, horse mackerel, pilchard, sea snail, prawn, cuttle fish, mussel). Entropy is used to determine the criteria weights, and WASPAS is applied for ranking the fishery and aquaculture products. According to the results, export value is the most important criteria while Sea Bream is found as the most significant product for Turkey’s foreign trade.

Resumen
In the food industry, oil blending represents a simple method for the generation of products with desired nutritional and technological properties. The objective of this work was to blend anchoveta oil (AO) with virgin olive oil (VOO) to modify the ω-6/ω-3 ratio of the product for nutritional purposes and to evaluate its oxidative stability index (OSI) for technological purposes. Four AO/VOO blends were formulated: 50/50, 40/60, 30/70 and 20/80 (w/w), generating a ω-6/ω-3 ratio between 0.610–2.129, nutritionally recommendable. The Rancimat method allowed determining the OSI of the formulations at temperatures of 100, 110 and 120 °C, finding OSI ranges between 0.963–3.410 h, 0.430–1.730 h and 0.183–0.813 h, respectively. The kinetic behavior of the formulations with respect to activation energy (89.622 to 93.414 kJ/mol), entropy (−13.248 to −17.657 kJ/mol), enthalpy (86.455 to 90.248 kJ/mol), Gibbs energy (91.928 to 96.348 kJ/mol) and Q10 (2.090 to 2.153) has been described. The formulations are proposed as an alternative to increase the shelf life of AO and increase the nutritional value of VOO.

In this study, we analyzed the microbial community of traditional fermented foods of Jeju Island to identify the distribution of useful microorganisms and confirm their anti-inflammatory and anti-melanogenic effects to determine their potential use as cosmetic ingredients. Firstly, we examined the microbial communities of Omphalius rusticus Jeotgal (OR), Spratelloides gracilis Jeotgal (SG), Chromis notata Jeotgal (CN), Turbo cornutus Jeotgal (TC), Trichiurus lepturus intestine Jeotgal (TL), Branchiostegus japonicus Sweet Rice Punch (BJ), Salted Anchovy Sauce (SA), Jeju Soy Sauce (JSS), and Jeju Soybean Paste (JSP). We found that Latilactobacillus sakei (87.2%), Tetragenococcus halophilus (37.7%), T. halophilus (96.8%), Bacillus subtilis (23.4%), T. halophilus (71.3%), L. sakei (53.7%), Lentibacillus sp. (42.9%), Enterococcus durans (14.6%), and E. durans (32.8%) were the dominant species. Secondly, to study the nine Jeju fermented foods’ anti-inflammatory and anti-melanogenic effects, we employed RAW 264.7 and B16F10 cells, classic cell models for inflammation and melanogenesis studies. Ethyl acetate extracts of the nine Jeju fermented foods all inhibited nitric oxide (NO) and melanin production in a concentration-dependent manner. Thirdly, to test the applicability of the nine Jeju fermented foods to human skin, we used the MTT assay to assess their cytotoxic effects on human keratinocytes (HaCaT cells). Finally, the topical applicability of the nine Jeju fermented foods was tested through primary skin irritation, and it was found that they did not cause any adverse effects. Therefore, extracts from the nine Jeju fermented foods have potential applications as ingredients in anti-inflammatory and anti-melanogenic products and can be used in the cosmetic industry.

Resumen
As a real-life application of a “virtual human,” virtual anchors refer to the application of virtual reality technology in communication hosting to create virtual images that simulate human anchors. The pursuit of a virtual human image originates from philosophy, art, and biotechnology. Virtual anchors are also required to undertake the function of communication and hosting. First, by sorting out the development process of virtual anchors, we find that the development of a virtual anchor is based on the needs of technological development and the purpose of capital profit. Second, the simulation technology of a virtual anchor has five dimensions, such as appearance, individuality, and autonomy, and two levels: internal and external. This simulation technology has reached the intelligent simulation stage. Finally, the technology involved in virtual anchors will lead to a trust crisis. That is, the people's body-mind relation and cognitive trust will be broken under the mediation of data. Virtual technology will recreate a false aura, that is, false space-time and fake original works, which is the intelligent falsehood required by the new cultural industry.

Resumen
With the progress of Internet technology in China, with the outbreak of novel coronavirus at the end of 2019, the development of offline industry is sluggish, but the development of webcast industry is more rapid. At the same time, there are many hidden problems behind the rapid development. From 2021 to 2022, multiple malicious incidents of online anchors evading taxes were exposed, involving a huge amount of money and attracting widespread attention nationwide. Our country's financial revenue has also caused great losses in the cases of tax evasion and evasion by these online anchors. In addition to the quality of anchors, it also reflects that China's development in personal income tax supervision has not caught up with the development of the anchor industry in a timely manner. Currently, the tax authorities attach great importance to this issue and have successively introduced some regulations on tax related matters in the online live streaming industry. However, China's laws and regulations related to personal income tax are not sufficient to meet the requirements of tax supervision. The state maintains social stability, improves infrastructure, and provides complete social security. As public figures, internet anchors, based on their own influence, cannot shirk their corresponding social responsibilities. They should bear the obligation of positive publicity and guidance to the public, and the most basic step is to pay taxes in accordance with the law. The online live streaming industry is not an impossible place, but a place full of enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility to achieve self-worth.

Resumen
In recent years, the live broadcast industry has been booming, but some anchors have realized that their images are not consistent with the images of recommended products, which will affect consumers' purchasing intentions. This paper takes consumer perception as the theoretical basis to construct a hypothesis model and takes situational experiment as the research method. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the inconsistency between anchor image and product image will have a negative effect on consumers' purchase intention, and consumers' perception of anchor professionalism and perceived product reliability play a mediating role between the two. The text puts forward a new explanation mechanism in theory, and has some enlightening effect on the selection of anchor team in practice.

Resumen
The Internet of Things (IoT) for smart industry requires the surveillance and management of people and objects. The ultra-wideband positioning system is an attractive solution for achieving centimeter-level accuracy in target location. While many studies have focused on improving the accuracy of the anchor coverage range, it is important to note that in practical applications, positioning areas are often limited and obstructed by furniture, shelves, pillars, or walls, which can restrict the placement of anchors. Furthermore, some positioning regions are located beyond anchor coverage, and a single group with few anchors may not be able to cover all rooms and aisles on a floor due to non-line-of-sight errors causing severe positioning errors. In this work, we propose a dynamic-reference anchor time difference of arrival (TDOA) compensation algorithm to enhance accuracy beyond anchor coverage by eliminating local minima of the TDOA loss function near anchors. We designed a multidimensional and multigroup TDOA positioning system with the aim of broadening the coverage of indoor positioning and accommodating complex indoor environments. By employing an address-filter technique and group-switching process, tags can seamlessly move between groups with a high positioning rate, low latency, and high accuracy. We deployed the system in a medical center to locate and manage researchers with infectious medical waste, demonstrating its usefulness for practical healthcare institutions. Our proposed positioning system can thus facilitate precise and wide-range indoor and outdoor wireless localization.

Resumen
With the popularization of Internet technology, many people choose the way of "we media" or e-commerce to work, such as live streaming of goods. The research topic of this group is the big trend of Taobao living with goods. This group focused on learning and searching for information about the top anchor Mr. Li Jiaqi and his studio. The group assigned different team members to relevant tasks, such as the establishment of the broadcast room, the operation of the broadcast room, the data of the broadcast room, and finally, the corresponding analysis and comparison of the data found. Through the research data, the study suggests that many excellent anchors make use of this trend to create industry influence and performance different from their peers. The sales field involves a wide range, and will never be limited by the form. Li Jiaqi and his team can have better results with innovation and cooperation. E-commerce is proof of the development of an era. It brings a lot of convenience to people and increases industrial competition, so it also causes a huge disparity in industry performance between big anchors and little-known anchors, which may also be a problem for many young people engaged in this industry to think about.

Resumen
Motivated by tunnel accidents in the recent past, several investigations into the sustained load behavior of adhesive anchors have been initiated. Nevertheless, the reliable lifetime prediction of bonded anchor systems based on a relatively short testing period still represents an unsolved challenge due to the complex nonlinear viscoelastic behavior of concrete and adhesives alike. This contribution summarizes the results of a comprehensive experimental investigation and systematically carried out time-to-failure analysis performed on bonded anchors under sustained tensile load. Two different adhesive materials that find widespread application in the building industry were used, one epoxy and one vinylester based. Performed experiments include full material characterizations of concrete and the adhesives, bonded anchor pull-out tests at different loading rates, and time-to-failure sustained load tests. All anchor tests are performed in a confined configuration with close support. After a thorough review of available experimental data and analysis methods in the literature, the experimental data are presented with the main goal to (i) provide guidance for the analysis of load versus time-to-failure test data, and (ii) to derive a set of recommendations for efficient time-to-failure tests having in mind the needs associated with different analysis techniques. Finally, a new approach based on a sigmoid function, previously used only for concrete, is for the first time applied to bonded anchors systems and compared to the established regression models.

Bangka Island itself has special foods, including brain-brain, pineapple cake, sting, trigger, kemplang, pantiaw, tahukok, rusip. Among the typical foods of Bangka Island there is one unique type of food that is rusip. Rusip is a traditional food for the people of Bangka Island. At first glance, there is nothing interesting about the typical Bangka cuisine. Rusip is a chili sauce made from anchovy or bilis. The color is cloudy, the smell is pungent, and the flesh of the fish is smooth. Rusip is made from fermented bilis fish (Clupeoides borneensis) After the fish is fermented and emits an acidic odor, then it is processed with onions, chili with brown sugar, rice crust water, salt, and also key oranges. "Rusip can be eaten in the morning, afternoon and night. Rusip is also considered to be a side dish at meals or commonly eaten with cassava leaves, kangkung leaves and also dipped with cucumbers and eggplants or other vegetables. Almost all regions in Bangka produce rusip. small or home industry In general, rusip products have the appearance of whole fish that starts to crumble, cloudy and runny with gray and brown color, salty and sour taste, and fishy and sour aroma which is a characteristic of fermented products. rusip that cannot last for a long time, it is necessary to process innovations based on rusip to bring up new processed products, besides that the rusip can be easily accepted by many people. Based on this, there is a need for community service that emphasizes innovation processed products made from russip-based products, while the participants in the community service activities were women P KK who are members of the National Crafts Council of the Bangka Province with a total of 30 people. Resumen
Ensuring the operability of the support of mine workings supported in various conditions of subsurface development is one of the most important and difficult to solve problems in the mining industry. The reason for the low stability of underground workings is the insufficient bearing capacity of anchors, especially with a long service life. A decrease in the bearing capacity of the anchor support over time occurs as a result of natural processes of deformation of rocks, a decrease in strength and corrosion of the support elements in aggressive environments. With the weakening of the bearing capacity of the anchors, the displacements of the rock contour of the workings increase, the number and width of cracks in the roof rocks increases, local rock falls and local blockages of mine workings appear. It is shown that the choice of the type, structure and parameters of the anchor support that ensures the stability of deep-lying underground mine workings in a complex-structured, multi-strength, multi-modular array of layered enclosing rocks with complex morphology and the presence of flexural disturbances of the silvinite formation of a potash deposit should be made differentially taking into account the geological structure of the array behind the contour of the workings, which determines the specifics of loading components along the length of the anchor.

Resumen
AbstractFloating LiDAR systems (FLS) and other moored environmental monitoring systems are used extensively for wind and environmental assessments in offshore wind projects. In addition, wave energy converters (WECs) are being evaluated for more extensive use in coastal and deeper waters, most of which also require anchoring to the seabed. Since these systems must be moored, heavy anchors and typically heavy chain are used to secure the mooring and measurement/WEC buoy to the seabed. Disadvantages of present mooring technology include 1) damage to the seabed and benthic communities in vicinity of the mooring, as chain sweeps over the sea bottom; 2) an unnecessarily large watch circle at the water's surface; 3) slightly increased likelihood of marine mammal entanglement; 4) mooring damage from nearby fishing activity; and 5) likelihood of mooring failure due to self-entanglement within the mooring itself. This study presents an alternative mooring using mechanically compliant, elastomeric hoses to connect the buoyed system to the bottom anchor. Modeling the two mooring types with a typical buoy used in wind resource assessments shows a significant decrease in anchor drag area and surface watch circle with the use of the elastomeric hose versus the traditional chain and polyethylene line mooring. The hose also is equipped with copper conductors and/or fiber-optic conductors, providing power and data transmission between the bottom and the surface. For WEC solutions, the elastomeric hose provides similar benefits as for FLS and environmental monitoring systems, with the added advantage of being able to transmit power to the seafloor for distribution. For one WEC application, we have developed an elastomeric solution containing not only larger copper conductors to enable power transmission but also fiber-optic conductors to permit data transfer from a garage mounted on the bottom (servicing an autonomous underwater vehicle [AUV] or unmanned underwater vehicle [UUV], for instance) to the surface buoy for onward transmission to shore.

Resumen
Taking the specific production geological conditions of the auxiliary transportation lane in the west area of Gaojiabao coal mine of Shaanxi Zhengtong Coal Industry as the research background, based on the anchorage support theory and the characteristics of the TBM digging process, numerical simulation, theoretical analysis, and other research methods were used to investigate the depth of the destruction of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway to form the reasonable support parameters of a large cross-section of hard rock roadway suitable for TBM digging and to propose an intelligent digging and support process of the TBM corresponding to the on-site practice. The proposed intelligent tunneling support technology corresponds to a field practice of TBM. The study shows that: combined with the field industrial test and adjusted by the peripheral rock deformation and damage law, the anchor diameter of 20 mm, the length of 2500 mm left-hand threaded steel anchors, row spacing of 1100 mm, spacing of 1200 mm, and the anchor diameter of Φ21.8 mm, the length of 6200 mm left-handed threaded steel anchors, row spacing of 1100 mm, spacing of 1200 mm are the most reasonable solutions, which can ensure the control of the tunnel peripheral rock. The program is the most economically efficient in ensuring the control of deformation of the roadway perimeter rock and maintaining normal use.

Resumen
In a wireless sensor network (WSN), node localization is a key requirement for many applications. The concept of mobile anchor-based localization is not a new concept; however, the localization of mobile anchor nodes gains much attention with the advancement in the Internet of Things (IoT) and electronic industry. In this paper, we present a range-free localization algorithm for sensors in a three-dimensional (3D) wireless sensor networks based on flying anchors. The nature of the algorithm is also suitable for vehicle localization as we are using the setup much similar to vehicle-to-infrastructure- (V2I-) based positioning algorithm. A multilayer C-shaped trajectory is chosen for the random walk of mobile anchor nodes equipped with a Global Positioning System (GPS) and broadcasts its location information over the sensing space. The mobile anchor nodes keep transmitting the beacon along with their position information to unknown nodes and select three further anchor nodes to form a triangle. The distance is then computed by the link quality induction against each anchor node that uses the centroid-based formula to compute the localization error. The simulation shows that the average localization error of our proposed system is 1.4 m with a standard deviation of 1.21 m. The geometrical computation of localization eliminated the use of extra hardware that avoids any direct communication between the sensors and is applicable for all types of network topologies.

Resumen
This study employs the numerical analysis and experimental testing to analyze the fracturing mechanics and the size of rock cones formed in the pull-out of a system of three undercut anchors. The research sets out to broaden the knowledge regarding: (a) the potential of the undercut anchor pull-out process in mining of the rock mass, and (b) estimating the load-carrying capacity of anchors embedded in the rock mass (which is distinctly different from the anchorage to concrete). Undercut anchors are most commonly applied as fasteners of steel components in concrete structures. The new application for undercut anchors postulated in this paper is their use in rock mining in exceptional conditions, such as during mining rescue operations, which for safety considerations may exclude mechanical mining techniques, mining machines, or explosives. The remaining solution is manual rock fracture, whose effectiveness is hard to assess. The key issue in the analyzed aspect is the rock fracture mechanics, which requires in-depth consideration that could provide the assistance in predicting the breakout prism dimensions and the load-displacement behavior of specific anchorage systems, embedment depth, and rock strength parameters. The volume of rock breakout prisms is an interesting factor to study as it is critical to energy consumption and, ultimately, the efficiency of the process. Our investigations are supported by the FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis, and the developed models have been validated by the results from experimental testing performed in a sandstone mine. The findings presented here illuminate the discrepancies between the current technology, test results, and standards that favor anchorage to concrete, particularly in the light of a distinct lack of scientific and industry documentation describing the anchorage systems’ interaction with rock materials, which exhibit high heterogeneity of the internal structure or bedding. The Concrete Capacity Design (CCD) method approximates that the maximum projected radius of the breakout cone on the free surface of concrete corresponds to the length of at the most three embedment depths (hef). In rock, the dimensions of the breakout prism are found to exceed the CCD recommendations by 20–33%. The numerical computations have demonstrated that, for the nominal breakout prism angle of approx. 35% (CCD), the critical spacing for which the anchor group effect occurs is ~4.5 (a cross-section through two anchor axes). On average, the observed spacing values were in the range of 3.6–4.0.

Resumen
Internet live broadcast marketing (LBM) is an important form of product exchange in the era of post Covid-2019, and it is the fifth revolution of retail industry characterized by “new retail”. From the process of evolution and development of webcast, this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of LBM with empirical research methods, as well as imbalance of the input and output of LBM, the “high income but low ability” of the anchors, and suspected false propaganda. This paper is aimed to analyze the specific cases from the perspective of “people, goods and markets” in terms of the unique laws of retail industry, using the traditional “4P” theory of marketing management and the new thinking of marketing 4.0 in the digital era, and to put forward specific suggestions. Meanwhile, this paper will start from the status quo of the most important core element of LBM - anchor talent, and suggests some specific training programs for the improvement of the anchor talent. Based on McKinsey’s China Research Report, this study also analyzes the trend from global supply-chain to regional evolution in the era of post Covid-2019, especially the characteristics of gradually increasing trade interdependence between Southeast Asian countries. It is suggested that colleges and universities should speed up the cultivation of interdisciplinary anchor talents with both “bilingual” skills and marketing knowledge, to promote the development of LBM in Southeast Asian countries. Finally, this study gives specific suggestions on the establishment and improvement of laws and regulations in the live broadcast economy, to call on the attention of the government agencies, and lead the live broadcast economy to the track of sustainable development.

Resumen
The strengthening and retrofitting of existing masonry built heritage has become an increasingly important issue in the last decades. Among the innovative solutions developed by the construction industry, the application of externally bonded fabric-reinforced cementitious matrix (FRCM) composites attracted a great interest, proving to be an easy, effective, and cost-efficient strengthening/retrofitting technique. FRCM composites were shown to be particularly suitable for applications on masonry due to the good compatibility between the composite inorganic matrix and the masonry substrate, which also promotes their durability.A crucial point for the effectiveness of externally bonded FRCM is the bond within the composite strip and between the composite and substrate. Indeed, composite debonding is the commonly observed failure mode. In order to improve the bond with the substrate, connectors (anchors) can be used to improve the bond capacity of the FRCM composite. In this paper, the mechanical and bond properties of a glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) anchor spike, designed for FRCM strengthening, are investigated. First, tensile tests are performed to determine the elastic modulus and tensile strength of the anchor. Then, the anchor-masonry bond behavior is experimentally investigated using pull-out tests. Three different masonry substrates, namely a solid clay brick masonry, a tuff block masonry, and a stone masonry were adopted in the pull-out tests. The results show the influence of the substrate type on the anchor-masonry bond capacity and failure mode observed.

Resumen
Steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is currently the material of choice for a broad range of structural components. Through the use of SFRC, the entire, or a large portion of, conventional rebar reinforcement can be replaced, in order to improve the load-bearing behavior but also the serviceability and durability characteristics of engineering structures. The use of fiber reinforcement therefore plays a vital role in acute current and future construction industry objectives, these being a simultaneous increase in the service life of structures and the reduction of their environmental impact, in addition to resilience to extreme loads and environmental actions. Next to the extended use of SFRC, modern construction relies heavily on structural connections and assembly technologies, typically by use of bolt-type cast-in and post-installed concrete anchors. This paper addresses the influence of fiber reinforcement on the structural performance of such anchors in SFRC and, particularly, the load bearing behavior of single headed anchors under axial static loads in uncracked and cracked concrete. Along with a presentation of background information on previous studies of SFRC with a focus on anchor concrete breakout failure, the experimental investigations are described, and their results are presented and elaborated on by consideration of various research parameters. A comparison with current design approaches is also provided. The conclusions are deemed useful for structural engineering research and practice.

"Can small pelagic fish landings be used as predictors of high-frequency oceanographic fluctuations in the 1–2 El Niño region?" Resumen
Abstract. A group of small pelagic fish captured between 1981 and 2012 within El Niño area 1–2 by the Ecuadorian fleet was correlated with the oceanographic Multivariate ENSO Index (MEI), and the Oceanographic El Niño Index (ONI) referred to El Niño region 3–4. For the period 1981–2012, total landings correlated poorly with the indexes, but during 2000–2012 (cold PDO) they proved to have a 14–29 % association with both indexes; the negative slope of the curves suggested higher landing during cold events (La Niña) and also indicated a tendency to decrease at extreme values ( > 0.5 and < −1.0). Round herring (Etrumeus teres) fourth-quarter (Q4) landings were related to the MEI in a nonlinear analysis by up to 80 %. During moderate or strong La Niña events landings noticeably increased. Bullet tuna (Auxis spp.) catches showed a negative gradient from cold to warm episodes with an R2 of 0.149. For Chilean jack mackerel (Trachurus murphyi) irregular landings between 2003 and 2007 were observed and were poorly correlated (R2 < 0.1) with ONI or MEI. Anchovy (Engraulis ringens) captured in Ecuadorian waters since 2000 had an R2 of 0.302 and 0.156 for MEI and ONI, respectively, but showed a higher correlation with the cold Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO). South American pilchard (Sardinops sagax) was higher than −0.5 for the ONI and MEI, and landings dramatically decreased; however, Q4 landings correlated with ONI and MEI, with R2 of 0.109 and 0.225, respectively (n = 3). Linear correlation of Q4 indexes against the following year's Q1 landings had a linkage of up to 22 %; this species could therefore be considered a predictor of El Niño. Chub mackerel (Scomber japonicus) landings did not have a significant linear correlation with the indexes for 1981–2012 and therefore could not be considered a valid predictor. Chuhueco (Cetengraulis mysticetus) is a local species with high landings during El Niño years and, conversely, remarkably low landings during La Niña years. Additionally, chuhueco availability and landings were negatively affected by cold PDOs. Pacific thread herring (Opisthonema spp.) showed a 24 and 36 % relationship between landings (Q1) and the MEI and ONI (Q4). Therefore, results suggest that the South American pilchard and Pacific thread herring could be considered good species to use as predictors of El Niño in region 1–2 (Ecuador), especially when average Q4 MEI ∕ ONI is used against the next trimester Q1 landing. All species were prone to lower landings and/or fishing availability during strong–extreme events (ONI/MEI, > 1.0 and < −1.0), and were also shown to be affected by the PDO. In the long term, landings decreased under warm PDO and vice versa, and therefore PDO fluctuations could be used to help manage these fisheries and to help the industry in long-term planning.
