L’articolo ripercorre il viaggio vissuto dalle allieve e dagli allievi di una sezione dell’ultimo anno della scuola dell’infanzia nel mondo della matematica: nel corso dell’intero anno scolastico i bambini, accompagnati dal personaggio mediatore Galileo Galilei, si sono cimentati in significative esperienze che hanno permesso loro di avvicinarsi a concetti matematici in modo profondo e allo stesso tempo ludico.Sono state sperimentate una varietà di proposte, nella convinzione che l’apprendimento, in età prescolare, debba avvenire per esperienza concreta attraverso il contatto diretto con gli oggetti, tramite il fare corporeo, il movimento e il gioco.Lo scopo del percorso è stato di avviare i bambini allo sviluppo di quei prerequisiti importanti per permettere loro di affrontare la scuola primaria1 con maggiore sicurezza, come la conoscenza dei concetti topologici e delle relazioni spaziali, il potenziamento delle funzioni esecutive, le capacità di enumerazione e di conteggio. ________ 1 La scuola primaria in Italia dura cinque anni e corrisponde alla scuola elementare nel Canton Ticino.

Resumen

Gemeinhin gelten Landesparlamente im bundesdeutschen Föderalismus als quantité négligeable. Ihre Macht scheint, so die überwiegende Auffassung, eng beschränkt, weil im unitarischen Bundesstaat deutscher Prägung alle wichtigen Entscheidungen auf zentralstaatlicher Ebene getroffen werden und die Volksvertretungen in den Bundesländern nicht wirkmächtig an der Staatsleitung beteiligt sind. Die empirische Analyse zeigt allerdings, dass von einem kontinuierlichen Macht- und Einflussverlust der Landesparlamente nicht die Rede sein kann. Weder hat sich der „legislative Gestaltungsraum“ der Bundesländer stetig verkleinert noch kann davon gesprochen werden, dass Landesparlamente auf Gesetzgebung ohne Einfluss bleiben.

Resumen

Classification of subalpine meadows of the Chersky and Kolymsky mountain ranges (Magadan region, Chukotka) has been performed according to the Braun-Blanquet approach. The plant communities belong to 2 associations and 4 variants. The new alliance — Aconito delphinifolii–Caricion podocarpae and two new associations — Tilingio ajanensis–Festucetum altaicae and Spiraeo beauverdianae–Calamagrostietum purpureae are described. Distribution of the alliance Aconito delphinifolii–Caricion podocarpae in the Russian North-East is discussed. Chorological analysis of coenoflora of the alliance has been done.

Resumen

In spite of the question and the possibility of a simplified understanding, the title “Back to the Roots or Forward towards the Future?” is not necessary a dilemma regarding the future development of the Alliance. Back and forward is not about two directions, but more about the need to combine the lessons learned, while strengthening the bonds that have been underpinning NATO throughout its history, and reinforcing the strong core of the Alliance with the mechanisms that are going to provide the necessary protection against the full spectrum of threats. Threats that are known, the ones we can predict and those that cannot yet be foreseen. The key word for the latter is flexibility. With this in mind, we can clearly recognise the farsighted nature of the 2010 Strategic Concept, which remains the guiding document for the Alliance for the future years despite the turmoil in Eastern Europe and Middle East and the related increased perception of threat felt by some Allies. Going back to the roots means ensuring a credible preparedness for collective defence, while going toward the future signifies the importance of being able to use the capabilities for defence against the whole spectrum of threats, and perform other core tasks of the Alliance. There is no need for the revolution to ensure the credibility of the Alliance, but there is a ‘simple’ demand to fulfil the commitments given in the past regarding the provision of capabilities. This has been a challenge for many Allies, and their slowness has had negative implications for the Alliance’s credibility. In light of this, the Russian-Ukrainian dynamics can also be an opportunity for the national defence systems to convince the political elites that defence matters and that there are costs associated with it. Naslov kljub vprašaju in možnosti poenostavljenega razumevanja ne predstavlja nujno dileme o prihodnosti razvoja zavezništva. Nazaj in naprej ne pomenita dveh smeri, temveč bolj združevanje naučenih lekcij in poudarjanje veznega tkiva, ki je Nato skozi zgodovino ohranjalo tako močno, ter opremljanje tega zdravega jedra z mehanizmi, ki nas bodo še naprej ščitili pred celotnim spektrom groženj. Pred tistimi, ki jih poznamo, tistimi, ki jih lahko predvidevamo, ter nekako tudi pred tistimi, ki jih ne moremo predvideti. Pri slednjih je ključna beseda fleksibilnost. V takšnem prikazu lahko prepoznamo daljnovidnost zavezniškega koncepta iz leta 2010, ki kljub pretresom v Vzhodni Evropi in na Bližnjem vzhodu ter s tem povezanim povečanim občutkom ogroženosti v nekaterih zaveznicah ostaja temeljni smerokaz organizaciji tudi za prihodnja leta. Vračanje h koreninam pomeni zagotavljanje prepričljive pripravljenosti na kolektivno obrambo, usmeritev v prihodnost pa možnost uporabe zmogljivosti za obrambo pred spektrom različnih groženj in izvajanje drugih temeljnih nalog zavezništva. Za zagotavljanje verodostojnosti organizacije ni nujna revolucija, temveč preprosta izpolnitev preteklih zavez za zagotavljanje zmogljivosti. Prav s tem so imele članice veliko težav in ravno njihova počasnost je negativno vplivala na zavezniško verodostojnost. S tega vidika je lahko rusko-ukrajinska dinamika samo priložnost za obrambne sisteme, da opozorijo politične elite na pomen obrambe in dejstvo, da ta stane.

Abstract In already known localities in the Julian Alps (Mangart, Malo Polje, Zeleno Jezero, Blehe under Šoštar) and in several new ones (Loška Koritnica, Bavh, Spodnji Lepoč, Mlinarica, Konjska planina, Mali Babanski Skedenj) we inventoried the stands along the subalpine-alpine springs and spring areas where Carex frigida frequently occurs as the predominant vascular plant. We classified them into the following associations: Saxifrago aizoidis-Caricetum ferrugineae, Caricetum davallianae s. lat., Ranunculo traunfellneri-Paederotetum luteae, Carici frigidae-Petasitetum albi (alliance Adenostylion alliariae) and Palustriello decipientis-Caricetum frigidae (alliance Cratoneurion). The latter two were described as new. Based on comparisons with similar communities along mountain springs we discussed the most appropriate classification of the latter into higher syntaxonomic units.

Resumen

The dominance of xeropetrophytic plant communities with original species composition along with high phytocenotic diversity is the first to determine the distinctness of the South Ural low-mountain steppe province within the Ural Mountains. As the zonal steppe ecosystems are totally destroyed and transformed, petrophytic cenoses represent the predominant type of natural vegetation. They are of high conservation importance due to preserving unique biodiversity with a large number of rare and endangered species, relics and endemics (Ryabinina, 2003; Yamalov et al., 2019). Stony steppes in the Southern Urals have been studied for more than 100 years. Initiated in the 1980s, the syntaxonomical research covers now only the limited territories, mainly within the protected areas (Unikalnye ..., 2014; Prirodnye ..., 2018). The recent studies are focused on the relationship between the petrophytic vegetation and macroecological gradients in the context of geographical zonation (Zolotareva et al., 2019; Korolyuk et al., 2020). Our study presents the results of the analysis of 265 relevés of petrophytic communities of the steppe zone, carried out by the authors on the territory of the Gaysky, Kuvandyksky, Saraktashsky and Belyaevsky administrative districts of the Orenburg region, as well as the Khaibullinsky district of the Bashkortostan Republic in 2014–2018 (Fig. 1). Six phytocoenons were identified using the TWINSPAN algorithm followed by manual sorting. They represent the main diversity of petrophytic vegetation in the studied region and differ in the groups of species identified by formal criteria (Korolyuk et al., 2016; Zolotareva et al., 2019). We conducted the cluster analysis to compare these with the petrophytic associations of the Urals: 26 associations from the classes Festuco-Brometea Br.-Bl. et Tx. ex Soó 1947 and Anabasietea cretaceae Golovanov et al. 2021 (Fig. 2, 3). Five communities were assigned to the steppe vegetation, and their position in the syntaxonomical system was determined. Communities 1–3 regarded as typical steppes have similar floristic composition and dominant plants; community 4 is closer to the rich forb-bunchgrass steppes; community 5 and the ass. Anthemido trotzkianae–Thymetum guberlinensis have transitional features to desert steppes. We identified the new alliance Elytrigion pruiniferae all. nov. D. s.: Allium tulipifolium, Alyssum turkestanicum, Artemisia salsoloides, Centaurea turgaica, Elytrigia pruinifera, Ferula tatarica, Linaria uralensis, Poa bulbosa s. l., Polycnemum arvense, Spiraea hypericifolia. Holotypus — the association Elytrigietum pruiniferae Lebedeva ass. nov. Alliance represents xeropetrophytic vegetation of the steppe zone of the South Urals. Its area covers the watersheds of the Sakmara, Ural and Ilek rivers. Its communities were also found on the right bank of the Sakmara river (the Guberlya and Kuragan basins), as well as in the lower part of the Bolshoy Ik river basin. The communities occupy convex slopes and tops of ridges with immature gravelly soils. In the southern part of the alliance distribution area, they are confined to slopes of various shapes and exposures, while in the northern part mainly to convex southern slopes or to the top of the ridges. The alliance represents xerophytic part of the order Helictotricho-Stipetalia. It replaces the more mesophytic alliance Helictotricho desertori–Orostachyion spinosae on the moisture gradient (Korolyuk, 2017). The alliance includes 3 associations and 1 community type. Ass. Elytrigietum pruiniferae Lebedeva ass. nov. (Table 4), holotypus — rel. 1 (field no. 15-086): Orenburg region, Kuvandyk district, 1.5 km southwest of Yalnair village, near-summit convex part of a rocky slope, 51.28635°N, 57.81782°E, 10.06.2015, author — A. Yu. Korolyuk. D. s.: Alyssum turkestanicum, Centaurea turgaica, Elytrigia pruinifera, Linaria uralensis, Poa bulbosa s. l., Polycnemum arvense, Spiraea hypericifolia, Thymus guberlinensis, Tulipa scythica. The association unites petrophytic steppes in hilly lands and low-mountains of the Saraktash, Kuvandyk and Gaysky districts of Orenburg region and on the Turatka mountain in Khaibullinsky district of Bashkiria. The cenoses are confined to convex slopes and tops of ridges. They are developed on gravelly soils on outcrops of basic and metamorphic rocks, less often on sedimentary rocks. There are 4 variants within the association. Ass. Thymo guberlinensis–Galatelletum villosae Yamalov ass. nov. (Table 5), holotypus — rel. 2 (field no. 16-015): Orenburg region, Kuvandyk district, 19 km SW of Zaluzhye village, 51.18268°N, 56.91858°E, author — A. Yu. Korolyuk. D. s.: Astragalus tenuifolius, Ephedra distachya, Galatella villosa, Hedysarum argyrophyllum, Meniocus linifolius, Scorzonera stricta, Stipa lessingiana. The association represents xerophytic stony steppes. They occur in all regions confined mainly to the southern slopes and tops of ridges with fine gravelly soils on sedimentary rocks. There are 4 variants within the association. Ass. Stipo zalesskii–Centauretum turgaicae ass. nov. (Table 6, rel. 7–22), holotypus — rel. 10 (field no. 17-122): Orenburg region, Gaysky district, east of the Kazachya Guberlya village, slightly convex slope of the ridge in the near-top part, 51.14663°N, 58.03227°E, 06.18.2017, author — A. Yu. Korolyuk. D. s.: Amygdalus nana, Campanula sibirica, Carex pediformis, Cephalaria uralensis, Erysimum canescens, Helictotrichon desertorum, Pulsatilla patens, Stipa pulcherrima, S. zalesskii. The association was described in the southeastern part of the Guberlinsky Uplands (Gaysky District). The communities occupy habitats typical for petrophytic steppes — convex slopes and tops of ridges on outcrops of basic and metamorphic rocks. The associations Elytrigio pruiniferae–Stipetum sareptanae Golovanov ass. nov. and Anthemido trotzkianae–Thymetum guberlinensis Golovanov et al., 2021 were described in the study area as well. Ass. Elytrigio pruiniferae–Stipetum sareptanae ass. nov. (Table 7), holotypus — rel. 10 (field no. GY18-043): Orenburg region, Kuvandyk district, 4 km SE Novyi village, Suyunduksai Balka, 51.02067°N, 57.33993°E, author — Ya. M. Golovanov. D. s.: Artemisia lerchiana, Astragalus tenuifolius, Atraphaxis frutescens, Ephedra distachya, Gypsophila rupestris, Hedysarum argyrophyllum, H. razoumovianum, Meniocus linifolius, Sterigmostemum tomentosum. The association is found mainly to the south of the latitudinal section of the Ural River within the Guberlinsky Uplands (Kuvandyk District), as well as of the hilly lands of the South Urals (Saraktashsky District). The communities are confined to slopes of different exposure and steepness on outcrops of sedimentary rocks. The plants of dry and desert steppes, as well as those preferring chalk outcrops, are among the diagnostic species. This brings the association together with desert-steppe communities of the order Agropiretalia Korolyuk et Laktionov 2021, class Artemisietea lerchianae Golub 1994 (Korolyuk, Laktionov, 2021). Nevertheless, the composition and structure of cenoses confirm the assignment of the association to the class Festuco-Brometea. There are 4 variants within the association. The diversity of xeropetrophytic vegetation of the South Urals is much higher than that described in the article. The involvement of data from the adjacent regions of Kazakhstan will facilitate the further development of its syntaxonomical system.

Resumen

The problem in this thesis is Devotion and commitment in a contradictory conditions in the relationship between Noah and Allie who have differences in social status. Until their relationship was opposed by Allie's mother, even so Allie remained devotion to choose Noahh. Devotion and commitment to the contradictory conditions between Noah and Allie also occur when they are old. Noah remained loyal to Allie when she suffered from Alzheimer's disease. The object of this study was The Notebook novel by Nicholas Sparks. This research uses Sigmund Freud's theory of personality psychology. The results of this study are the figures Noah and Alli have personality aspects that refer to Sigmund Freud's theory of id, ego, superego. The writer uses descriptive analysis method and qualitative method. The author carries out a systematic procedure with an understanding of the novel, figures Noah and Allie, and also structural theory. This research aims : (1) to analyze the importance of loyalty and commitment in contradictory conditions. (2) to describe the loyalty and commitment contained in the Novel The notebook. (3) to explain the loyalty and commitment shown by Noah and Allie after marriage. Based on the results of this analysis it can be concluded that the problem faced by the main character is his deep love and loyalty to his wife, Noah did everything for Allie, including writing to him for two years even though his letter was never responded by Allie. But when they met for the first time after being separated for quite a long time their love for each other was still there. Until they married and aged together and Allie contracted Alzheimer's disease, but Noah remained faithful with her.

KurzfassungMehr als fünf Jahre nach dem NATO-Gipfel in Wales blickt dieser Artikel auf die Prioritäten der Allianz sowie die Streitkräfteentwicklung einer Auswahl ihrer Mitglieder. Konkret wird zunächst die Bündnisebene in den Blick genommen und anschließend werden die Landstreitkräfte der USA, Großbritanniens, Frankreichs, Polens und Deutschlands betrachtet. Die Analyse legt dar, dass alle betrachteten Landstreitkräfte, mit Ausnahme Frankreichs, nach Osten blicken, hierbei allerdings auf unterschiedlichen Konfliktbildern, politischen Kontexten und bestehenden Streitkräftestrukturen aufbauen, aus denen sich Divergenzen ergeben.

Resumen

During floristic surveys in the southwestern borders of the Hissar Mountains (Pamir-Alai system, Central Asia), 2011–2013, we collected one unidentified species from genus Iris Linnaeus (1753: 38) subgenus Scorpiris, section Juno (Trattinnick 1817: 135) Bentham ex Bentham & Hooker (1883: 687). These plants were introduced into the Tashkent Botanical Garden, where we carefully studied them in the Iris living collection. We conclude that the new species is related to an alliance that contains Iris parvula (Vvedensky 1963: 425) Hall & Seisums (2011: 300). This group consists primarily of high-mountain species, the distribution of which is limited to the ridges of the Pamir-Alai and western Tien-Shan (Central Asia)—Iris parvula, I. linifolia (Regel 1935: 152) Fedtschenko (1905: 159), I. tadshikorum (Vvedensky 1935: 152) Vvedensky (1935: 563) and I. narynensis Fedtschenko (1905: 159; Ikinci et al., 2011). According to our studies, this group could be extended by the inclusion of Iris vvedenskyi Nevski (1932: 323) and Juno linifoliiformis Khalkuziev (1985: 1663), here transferred to Iris. Iris vvedenskyi is primarily documented for the Kugi-Tang Range (western Pamir-Alai), and its main distribution is in Turkmenistan. The lesser-known I. linifoliiformis grows on northern slopes of the Turkestan and Alai Ridges (Khalkuziev, 1985). The world checklist of selected plant families (2013) placed J. linifoliiformis in synonymy with I. linifolia. Vvedensky (1971), in the note to Iris linifolia, wrote that plants from the Alai Ridge differ from I. linifolia and should be recognized as a new species, between typical I. linifolia and northern forms of I. tadshikorum Vved. Later, a researcher of the flora of Alai Ridge, Khalkuziev (1985), described these plants as Juno linifoliiformis Khalkusiev (1985: 1663) and distinguished them from I. linifolia by their deeply dissected (1.5–2.0 mm long) crests and narrower leaves not exceeding flowers.

Resumen

A report from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in 2016 says that Indonesia is still struggling to close its gender equality gap. However, looking at the development of internet usage and the penetration of social media in Indonesia, it can be said that Indonesia has the opportunity to utilize social media to address various gender issues. This article uses a case study to explore and analyze the way “Aliansi Laki-Laki Baru” (ALLB) or “New Men’s Alliance”, a form of activism which emphasizes the importance of men's involvement in fighting for gender equality, utilizes social media to promote their ideas. As a social movement, ALLB consistently use social media to reach their audiences, engage their partners, and creating a sense of community. They focus in promoting mutual relationships between men and women and the importance of men’s involvement to support gender equality. The study on men’s involvement in promoting the agenda of feminism and gender issues is critical, yet there are still few studies in the context of Indonesia. This study shows that through ALLB, advocacy on gender issues has undergone a fundamental change that does not make women as the main focus but rather on men, and their role to fight for gender equality and justice for women.

Questo itinerario didattico interdisciplinare (matematica ed educazione visiva) è stato realizzato in una scuola dell’infanzia del Canton Ticino seguendo un approccio contestuale. In una prima fase, i bambini hanno realizzato un intero processo statistico, dalla domanda di ricerca alla rappresentazione dei risultati. Sono state proposte due indagini: la prima volta a capire se nelle case degli allievi fossero presenti più gatti o più cani, la seconda per determinare se nella scuola dell’infanzia di Bioggio fossero presenti più allievi o più allieve. Questa prima fase ha messo in evidenza come la difficoltà principale dei bambini fosse la rappresentazione dei risultati, e in particolare la rappresentazione di classi di equivalenza (gatto/cane, maschio/femmina). Questo genere di difficoltà è stato quindi affrontato didatticamente con il linguaggio visivo del pittogramma, che ha accompagnato gli allievi attraverso diversi compiti di realtà. Lungo le ultime fasi del suo sviluppo, l’itinerario è stato strutturato per consolidare la capacità degli allievi di creare pittogrammi.

Der Klimawandel zerstört langfristig die Lebensgrundlagen auf diesem Planeten, für alle Lebewesen (planetary health). Die Deutsche Allianz für Klimawandel und Gesundheit e.V. ist ein Zusammenschluss von Akteuren aus Gesundheitsberufen, die sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, die gesundheitlichen Folgen des Klimawandels nicht nur innerhalb des Gesundheitssystems, sondern auch in der Öffentlichkeit deutlich zu machen. Gleichzeitig fordert sie zum Handeln auf und betont die wichtige Rolle der Gesundheitsberufe, um die notwendige Transformation auf den Weg zu bringen.

Una visita al Museo dei Trasporti a Lucerna è parte integrante del mini-corso Mitenand, due giornate e mezza di insegnamento intensivo per preparare le classi delle scuole medie del Canton Ticino all’insegnamento curricolare del tedesco che attualmente inizia nel secondo anno. Il museo fornisce il contesto ideale in cui intraprendere i primi passi alla scoperta della realtà germanofona in modo disteso e piacevole. Il potenziale motivazionale è incrementato dall’esperienza di autoefficacia che consegue dalla presa di coscienza di disporre già di competenze ricettive: allieve e allievi le scoprono nella veste di “detective delle lingue”, mettendo in evidenza e applicando strategie di comprensione linguistiche ed extra-linguistiche.

We studied the phytosociology of communities of moist rock crevices and slope debris in the Liščak gorge in the southern Julian Alps. Based on the relevés from this and several other gorges in the Julian Alps and their foothills we described new associations Violo biflorae-Astrantietum carniolicae, Palustriello commutati-Astrantietum carniolicae, Veronico urticifoliae-Violetum biflorae, Palustriello commutati-Veronicetum urticifoliae, Veronico urticifolia-Saxifragetum cuneifolii, Calamagrostio variae-Asteretum bellidiastri and Lamio orvalae-Lunarietum redivivae, and a new alliance Astrantio carniolicae-Paederotion luteae. Die Rekonstruktion der Stadtmitte Potsdams ist Paradebeispiel einer Stadtentwicklung von oben: Diskurse der Ästhetik und Wiederherstellung vergangener Pracht werden geschickt verknüpft mit Strategien der Privatisierung und Verwertung von Stadt. Das Narrativ der schönen und großartigen Stadt wird gebrochen durch Proteste, die sich seit mehreren Jahren gegen den Abriss der sozialistischen Leitbauten und für eine alternative, vielfältige, demokratische Entwicklung der Innenstadt für Alle einsetzen. Der Beitrag skizziert die Durchsetzung der Rekonstruktion der Stadtmitte als preußisches Disneyland, in der diese Alternativen marginalisiert und historische Brüche auslöschend eine feudale Stadtordnung rekonstruiert wird. Eingebunden als Akteure des Protests verknüpfen die Autoren verschiedene Perspektiven der Kritik: sie zeigen Hintergründe und Kontexte der lokalen Wiederaufbau-Allianz, die sich in planerischen und politischen Entscheidungsprozessen durchsetzen konnten.
