Resumen
The Iberian Peninsula is a global hotspot for bee diversity due to its large number of different habitats, particularly Mediterranean scrubland, mountains, and hot and cold steppe. In line with its status as a hotspot of bee diversity, the peninsula hosts a very large Andrena fauna, which despite progress in recent years remains incompletely studied, particularly with reference to genetic investigation. Here the Iberian Andrena fauna is comprehensively revised, resulting in a total of 228 recorded species. Numerous taxonomic changes are necessary following inspection of museum specimens, type material, and genetic investigation. The following subgenera are described: Pruinosandrenasubgen. nov., containing six taxa previously placed in the subgenus Campylogaster Dours, 1873, and Blandandrenasubgen. nov., Bryandrenasubgen. nov., Limbandrenasubgen. nov., and Ovandrenasubgen. nov., containing one, one, one, and four taxa previously placed in the subgenus Poliandrena Warncke, 1968. Andrena (Limbandrena) toelgiana Friese, 1921 syn. nov. is synonymised with A. (Limbandrena) limbata Eversmann, 1852. The current lectotype of A. (Micrandrena) obsoleta Pérez, 1895 was incorrectly designated by Warncke; the taxon differs from A. obsoleta sensu Warncke, belonging instead to a taxon within the A. mariana Warncke, 1968 complex. A new lectotype is designated for A. obsoletasp. resurr. from Algeria, and A. mariana solda Warncke, 1974 syn. nov. is synonymised with it; A. (Micrandrena) alma Warncke, 1975 stat. nov., A. (Micrandrena) mica Warncke, 1974 stat. nov., and A. (Micrandrena) tenostra Warncke, 1975 stat. nov. are raised to species status. Andrena (Truncandrena) abunda Warncke, 1974 stat. nov., A. (Micrandrena) lecana Warncke, 1975 stat. nov., A. (Pruinosandrena) parata Warncke, 1967 stat. nov., A. (Micrandrena) pauxilla Stöckhert, 1935 sp. resurr., A. (Pruinosandrena) succinea Dours, 1872 sp. resurr., and A. (Notandrena) varuga Warncke, 1975 stat. nov. are also returned or elevated to species status. A lectotype is designated for A. (Euandrena) lavandulae Pérez, 1902 sp. resurr. which is returned to species status, and A. (Euandrena) impressa Warncke, 1967 syn. nov. is synonymised with it. Andrena (Truncandrena) nigropilosa Warncke, 1967 stat. nov. is elevated to species status, and A. (Truncandrena) truncatilabris espanola Warncke, 1967 syn. nov. is synonymised with it as a junior subjective synonym. A lectotype is designated for A. (Melandrena) vachali Pérez, 1895; A. (Melandrena) creberrima Pérez, 1895 syn. nov. and A. (Melandrena) vachalisyn. nov. are synonymised with A. (Melandrena) discors Erichson, 1841, and Andrena (Melandrena) hispania Warncke, 1967 syn. nov. is synonymised with A. (Melandrena) morio Brullé, 1832. Andrena (Pruinosandrena) mayeti Pérez, 1895 syn. nov. is newly synonymised with A. (Pruinosandrena) caroli Pérez, 1895 and A. (incertae sedis) setosa Pérez, 1903 syn. nov. is newly synonymised with A. (incertae sedis) ranunculorum Morawitz, 1877. Andrena (Simandrena) cilissaeformis Pérez, 1895 sp. resurr. is returned to species status, and is the correct name for A. (Simandrena) breviscopa auctorum. Andrena (incertae sedis) breviscopa Pérez, 1895 is returned to synonymy with A. (incertae sedis) numida Lepeletier, 1841, and A. (incertae sedis) inconspicua Morawitz, 1871 is newly synonymised syn. nov. with A. numida. Andrena (Euandrena) isolatasp. nov. and A. (Micrandrena) ortizisp. nov. are described from the Sierra Nevada (Granada), A. (Truncandrena) ghisbainisp. nov. is described from Málaga province, and A. (Avandrena) juliaesp. nov. is described from Cádiz province. The males of A. (Micrandrena) alma and A. (?Euandrena) ramosa Wood, 2022 are described. Additional lectotypes are designated for A. (Plastandrena) asperrima Pérez, 1895, A. (Plastandrena) atricapilla Pérez, 1895, A. (Aenandrena) hystrix Schmiedeknecht, 1883, A. (Pruinosandrena) lanuginosa Spinola, 1843, A. (Notandrena) ranunculi Schmiedeknecht, 1883, and A. (Euandrena) symphyti Schmiedeknecht, 1883. Neotypes are designated for A. (Chlorandrena) boyerella Dours, 1872, A. (Notandrena) griseobalteata Dours, 1872, A. (Taeniandrena) poupillieri Dours, 1872, A. (Pruinosandrena) succinea Dours, 1872, and A. (incertae sedis) numida Lepeletier, 1841. Type photographs and diagnostic characters are presented in each case, as well as new dietary information for understudied species. Finally, an identification key is presented in order to facilitate future research on this hyper-diverse genus in one of their global diversity hotspots, and current and future research perspectives for Iberian Andrena are discussed.

The ribbon's production is, for the beginning of the XIXth century, one of the most important industry in St-Etienne's region. During the XXth century, it slowly reconverts, forsaking luxurious fabrications destined to fashion for industrial, technic, or decorative ribbons. This reconversion goes with a slow decline of commercial capitalism and domestic system, which however remain until the beginning of the sixties the essential frames of this activity

Resumen
The study examines the development of wildlife conservation policy and practice in Kenya from 1895 to 1975. Started by the colonial state as part of its resource control programme, wildlife conservation in Kenya gradually became an important aspect of the country's economy chiefly because of its significance as the basis of a vibrant tourist industry. The conservation programme was also important to conservationists who viewed Kenya's wildlife as a heritage to humanity. Similarly, local communities, which were affected in various ways by wildlife conservation policies, had their own perceptions of the programme. All this led to the proliferation of groups whose interests were potentially conflicting. Wildlife conservation in Kenya during the period under examination was thus characterised by various struggles between interest groups such as conservationists, the state, and local communities. The struggles centred around such issues as the costs and benefits of conservation and were manifested through anti-conservation activities like the poaching of wild animals by dissatisfied groups. These struggles changed over time in line with social, economic, political, and ecological developments. International events/processes (such as the two world wars, economic booms/depressions, and decolonisation) triggered local processes which influenced conservationism either positively or negatively. Wildlife conservation in Kenya during the period under study was dynamic. The thesis challenges the myth of a monolithic 'colonial' wildlife policy often implied in many studies on the subject. The thesis also lays emphasis on the ecological basis of wildlife conservation while recognising the impact of social, political, and economic developments on the evolution of wildlife conservation policy and practice in Kenya. The country's 'geography' not only provided the foundation for conservation but also influenced the programme over time. Droughts, floods, army worm infestations, and other 'natural' occurrences interacted with social and economic changes, such as population growth and the development of capitalism, to shape conservation policy. The conservation programme was thus influenced by a complex interaction of a variety of factors.

Abstract: Reading and writing are essential activities in the university everyday life, and in this scenario, there are many students who feel insecure about the quality of their reading and textual production. This dissertation investigates the subjective effects produced by the practices of academic literacy in university students of undergraduate course of Psychology at UFPR. This study was guided mainly by a Bakhtinian perspective of knowledge production, whose discursive conception of language allows us to understand the practices of reading and writing as social practices that produce different modes of subjectivity. It was performed a field survey in the form of intervention research through reading and writing workshops, which looking for discuss the meanings of these practices for undergraduate students in psychology at a university extension project called "PermaneSendo". The workshops were based on an aesthetic conception of psychology intervention in higher education, and aimed at reframing literacy practices in the university through an alternative way to traditional psychological practices, which are characterized predominantly by individual actions. The methodology of this research is characterized by a discursive analysis based on dialogic philosophy of language from Bakhtin Circle. The workshops showed that the reading and writing practices prevalent in the university have been based on an instrumental dimension of use of this language, guided by the idea of reproduction and productivity. In addition, the statements of the students indicated institutional discourses of identity that is based on an adversarial and idealized model of college student as competent subject that dominates in advance the academic genres and therefore, dispenses teacher explanations. These student identity discourses allow interpretations about the difficulties that produce meanings of the incompetence and the pathology, well as produces standardized and homogenized modes of subjectivity, that is, the formation of university products, adaptable, competitive, flexible for integration into the labor market. As subversion to this order, the workshops served as a strategy to reduce the suffering of students, given that, destabilized the senses naturalized of the difficulties with academic genres, allowing the creation of a peer-learning space, indicating including intervention possibilities for Psychology in Higher Education. Key words: Academic literacies; higher education; subjectivity; the Bakhtin Circle

This study is based on the thesis that Plato’s style in the Phaedrus creates the content. The study attempts to show that in order to describe this interaction one has to take into consider the enunciative aspects of the text, that is the enunciative situation into which every phrase subscribes and the way the author addresses to the reader. In fact, based on Bakhtin’s notion of the dialogism, our work defines the function of the style by the means of orchestrating a linguistic plurality: Plato presents different languages inside the dialogue, such as the poetic language, the orators’ technic language or also the language of the philosophers who had preceded him; he makes them interact and confront between them, creating by this a new concept of the dialogue’s object, i.e. the speech and the enamoured soul. The enunciative situation reveals the work done on the linguistic material and permits to implement the dialogue between different languages either by attributing these languages to different characters, who become themselves a source of the sense for the terms employed, or by adding to the word’s immediate context a much larger context who demands, for the same word, a new sense different from the one who is coherent with the immediate context. In addition, some particularities of the enunciative situation question the assumptions on which is based the understanding of any statement, in particular, the principle of non-contradiction : according to our theory, these particularities shouldn’t be erased, they correspond to Plato’s intention and form the interpretative riddles that Plato addresses to the reader

Our research examined the question of the meanings of Justice; Do we live in a social group where Justice has the fundamental principle of equity among all of its participants? Is this notion of equity an eternal truth? Perhaps it is only an idealism in language or an idealism of the laws which control our social organisations? Exploring the meanings of Justice, our focus was on speech construction, developed by the magazines Veja and Isto é when they reported on the Primeiro Comando da Capital in May 2006.Our objective was to examine how social groups recognise and value themselves at times of social instability. Do all the members of the social group consider themselves as equals? Our epistemology was Dialogism, developed by the Russian philosopher, Mikhail Bakhtin. Using his methodology we identified in the corpus, the construction of two speech genres: one creating fear, and the other, pedagogic. On the one hand, the magazine reports displayed the development of a speech full of fear for the destabilisation of the dominant social group s order. We also identified the construction of a pedagogic speech which instructed the State to resolve the problems from social destabilisation. In both speech genres, we identified the presence of ideologies which indicated the lack of social equity among all the members of the group.

Even if they rely on apparently quite different investigation domains and ideologies, both Freud and Bakhtin participate to that current which in the XXth century would upset the foundation of the positivist thought and would modify profoundly the traditional conception of science, language and the cartesian vision of the conscience and of the human subject. The thought of one as of the other, therefore, surpasses largely the principal reason of their research: If Freud applies the principles of the interpretation of dreams to the study of literary works, Bakhtin expands on the novel theory and questions polyphony and dialogism of all language. In conception of the literary speech of Bakhtin and of the dreams of Freud, the signs, the speeches and the multiple intentions or affects that animate them are constantly in dynamic interaction and obey it seems, to mechanism of similar transformation. The problem of interpretation is at the center of their works. The two authors are at the same time theoreticians and analysts of whom the theory of literature, of speeches, of work and dreams, pass necessarily by an act of interpretation. We are aware of the role played by the novels of Dostoievski on the theoretical work of Bakhtin. For Freud also, the principles of the work on dreams, according to his own affirmation develop with the interpretation process. We have to think that for him as for the Russian researcher, the theory is always in a link of active complicity with the interpretation; that one and the other are constantly mutually reflected and determined. A compared analysis of their texts can put in evidence the proximity of the thought processes of the thinkers, but can reveal also the differences, with their consequences from the point of view of ideology, ontology, even ethics.

Resumen
Milan Kašanin (1895–1981) in his integral study of medieval Serbian culture pays significant attention to the works and authors who created in the time of King Stefan Uroš II Milutin Nemanjića (1282–1321). Kašanin’s analysis also includes medieval literary and artistic achievements whose central theme is the King's personality and symbols of rule, as well as the spiritual and socio-histor- ical characteristics of the era the era of this important founder and great artistic patron. The author of the monographs Serbian Literature in the Middle Ages (1975) and Stone Discoveries (1978) seeks to systematize knowledge of the cul- tural past, to explain the spiritual and historical forces of the time, to understand Byzantine influences on art forms and meanings, to find elements of original art within medieval Serbian culture and to establish the most reliable periodization of literary and artistic styles. Methodologically, in examining the key focuses of a historically limited period, such as the Middle Ages, Kašanin insists on mutual “illumination of art”. He also connects the poetic and spiritual-aesthetic features of specific literary achievements with medieval church and secular architecture, fresco painting or icon painting, but also with socio-political factors. Therefore, we tried to outline the analytical and methodological framework of Kašanin’s spiritual, historical, and aesthetic thought from the point of view of the history of literary criticism, concerning the way in which he had perceived and named the artistic forms of Milutin’s epoch, art forms in which Milutin’s age and literary achievements of monk Theodosius and archbishop Danilo II.

Resumen
The Burra Charter: the Australia ICOMOS Charter for Places of Cultural Significance has evolved with a broadening of definitions, scope and acknowledgement of multiple values since first adopted in 1979. Accepted normative cultural heritage practices have been called into question in recent years, especially in places where settler colonial settlement occurred. These advances have unsettled previously accepted relationships between place, heritage fabric and community. This paper re-investigates the former Burns, Philp & Co Ltd Offices and Warehouse (1895) in the North Queensland regional centre of Townsville. It was identified in 1975 as a landmark and is at an important intersection of heritage buildings. The change from a hastily erected frontier settlement to a town confident in its future and place in the region is illustrated in this building. The research found that the narratives underlying the cultural significance were incomplete and disconnected. This place was intrinsically linked with the foundation of Townsville and its early development as a port. Hence, it also symbolises the crossing of settler colonial and First Nations peoples’ cultures. It was also evident that the relationship between ongoing commercial needs and the cultural significance of the place were unsettled due to the selective consciousness evident in the narratives. Re-crossing these narratives within the context of contemporary practice provides a framework to inform ongoing change. This is essential for a commercial use that is required to adapt to commercial reality while also responding to heritage constraints. The focus of the paper is then the underlying narratives rather than their possible interpretation. This study is timely in the case of the Burns Philp Building as new owners contemplate further change after a period of decline and Townsville City Council is rapidly constructing the East End boardwalk across the site.
