Resumen

Jan Grzegorzewski (ok. 1846-1922) był publicystą i badaczem. Studiował slawistykę w Odessie. Od 1870 przebywał we Lwowie, Stambule, Bułgarii, Krakowie, Zakopanem. Prowadził w Sofii Instytut Hyacinteum (1904-1915). Ostatnie lata życia (1916-1922) spędził w Polsce. Badał folklor Spisza i Podhala. Publikował prace popularne i naukowe. Dzięki otrzymaniu subsydium z Kasy im. Mianowskiego, wraz z orientalistami A. Gawrońskim, W. Kotwiczem i J. Rozwadowskim, rozpoczął wydawanie naukowego periodyku „Rocznik Orientalistyczny (t.1, 1914-1918). Był współzałożycielem Polskiego Towarzystwa Orientalistycznego (1922). Opublikował dokumenty dotyczące stosunków polsko-tatarskich w XVII-XVIII w. Lata 1920-1922 poświęcił badaniu kultury i języka Karaimów w Haliczu. Dużo zebranych materiałów pozostawił w rękach wykształconych Karaimów halickich. Zachowane we Lwowie i Haliczu papiery po J. Grzegorzewskim zbadał T. Kowalski (1934). Mają one dużą wartość naukową.

Resumen

In veel beschouwingen over onze huidige samenleving valt de term ‘vertrouwenscrisis’. Het begrip vertrouwen speelt een fundamentele rol in de theologie van Wilhelm Herrmann (1846-1922), die niet alleen de interpersoonlijke of sociale kant van vertrouwen belicht, maar ook het religieuze aspect daarvan. Vertrouwen opent het zicht op transcendentie. Herrmanns theologie is geworteld in het cultuurprotestantisme van de 19e eeuw, maar kan opnieuw belicht worden vanuit het perspectief van een publieke theologie, die zich richt op het belang van religieuze opvattingen voor het publieke debat.

Resumen

We herein provide an annotated checklist for the Iranian Dasytidae and Rhadalidae (Coleoptera: Cleroidea). A total of 54 species and three subspecies of Dasytidae in 16 genera, four tribes and three subfamilies, and 11 species of Rhadalidae in five genera and three subfamilies are reported and discussed where necessary. Of these, 27 (sub-) species of Dasytidae (48%) and eight species of Rhadalidae (73%) are currently known only from Iran, and are here considered as endemic species. However, some species occurences are doubtful or need confirmation. One species (Dasytes xanthocnemus Kolenati, 1846) is reported from Iran for the first time. Furthermore, Danacea micans astrabadensis Pic, 1922 is resurrected from synonymy and given subspecific status.

Resumen

The first catalogue of the Romanian Cholevinae (excluding Leptodirini) is presented, based on revised and new records. The overall distribution and distribution in Romania are documented for every species, with particular reference to subterranean environment (caves and subterranean superficial environment). Epigeal and hypogeal records are listed separately. Thirty two of forty nine species group taxa recorded in the Romanian fauna occur both in the epigeal and subterranean environment, 14 of them frequently recorded in the latter. Many species, dependant on the subterranean environment during certain stages of their life cycle, are considered troglophilic or subtroglophilic: Choleva cisteloides dacica Jeannel 1922, Ch. glauca Britten, 1918, Catops picipes Fabricius, 1792, C. longulus Kellner, 1846 and C. tristis Panzer, 1874. The Romanian fauna of Cholevinae is more similar to that of the Central Europe than the Balkan Peninsula.

Cette étude trouve chez Rousseau une conception paradigmatiquement « moderne » de la nature. C’est une nature empreinte d’une négativité paradoxale, car si l’idée de nature intègre en elle une idée de l’humain, elle commence à désigner en même temps tout ce qui est étranger à l’homme : les lieux sauvages, le dehors de la cité. La nature est donc là où l’homme n’est pas, mais aussi là où il n’est plus : son origine lointaine, qui tranche avec ce dont elle est l’origine. Ainsi, la « nature » que Rousseau trouve dans les beaux paysages – une nature positive, sensible et descriptible – représente à la fois l’origine et le négatif de l’homme moderne.De ce point de vue, la thèse examine la façon dont cette nature paradoxale constitue chez Rousseau l’objet d’un nouvel art descriptif. Dans une seconde partie, elle étudie la façon dont la littérature du xixe siècle reprend et transforme cette poétique nouvelle. La mission de l’écrivain devient l’imitation de la nature, mais non au sens classique de la mimésis, car la littérature ne fait pas que refléter la nature : elle imite en quelque sorte son mode ontique, sa manière d’unir l’indéterminé et le déterminé, le sensible et le conceptuel, le descriptif et le prescriptif. Examinant cette parenté complexe entre littérature et nature au xixe siècle, il s’agit de tracer la voie qui mène de Rousseau au « genre descriptif » de Senancour et qui trouve un aboutissement inattendu dans l’œuvre de Proust
This study finds in Rousseau a paradigmatically “modern” conception of nature. It is a nature marked by a paradoxical negativity, for if the idea of nature includes an idea of humanity, it begins to refer to all that is not human: the wilderness, the outside of the city. Nature is where man is not, but also where he is no longer: it is the distant origin that has no continuity with that which it originated. Thus, the “nature” that Rousseau finds in beautiful landscapes—a positive, sensible and describable nature—represents at once the origin and the negative image of modern man.From this point of view, the present study examines how a paradoxical nature comes to constitute in Rousseau the object of a new descriptive art. In the second part, it looks at the manner in which nineteenth-century literature takes up and transforms this new poetics. The writer’s mission becomes the imitation of nature, but not in the classical sense of mimesis, for literature does not merely reflect nature: it imitates its ontic mode, so to speak, its way of uniting the indeterminate and the determinate, the sensible and conceptual, the descriptive and the prescriptive. In the context of this complex relation between literature and nature in the nineteenth century, this study charts the course from Rousseau through the “genre descriptif” of Senancour and to an unexpected culmination in the works of Proust

Resumen

This chapter gathers Tillich’s academic work from 1909 to 11, including two dissertations on Schelling and his lecture on certainty and the historical Jesus. Schelling provided Tillich and his modern-positive tradition with a way of thinking about Christianity in the light of the history of religions, after the challenge of Ernst Troeltsch (1865–1923) to separate historical and dogmatic method. Tillich notes Schelling’s insistence that humanity is God-positing regardless of unbelief. It is also significant that Tillich affirms the notion of an undoubtable condition of thought, whether as Schelling’s concept of ‘unpreconceivable being’ or Fichte’s I (das Ich). With Schelling, Tillich sees a wider application for justification than the ethical sphere. However, it is first in the Kassel lecture on the historical Jesus that he connects the idealist notion that knowledge is limited to the self-certainty of the subject with the claim that autonomy is justification in the area of thought. This is expressed as the rejection of the misunderstanding that faith is an intellectual work. This could have been the influence of his Lutheran tradition, encouraged by Schelling. The chapter argues it emerged from Tillich’s engagement with Wilhelm Herrmann (1846–1922).

"Kırklareli is a province located in the northwest of Türkiye, in the Thrace part of the Marmara Region, on the Bulgarian border. After the city joined the Ottoman lands, it became a county affiliated to the Pasha Liva of Rumeli Province, and became a county affiliated to the Silistre province after the administrative division in 1831. It was attached to the Edirne province in 1846 then became a district of Edirne in 1854 and a sanjak of the Edirne province in 1885. Kırklareli, which was under Bulgarian occupation for a year during the Balkan War, rejoined the Ottoman lands in the Second Balkan War. Kırklareli, which had a quiet period until the end of World War I, was occupied by the Greek Army, although there was no article about Thrace in the Armistice of Mondros signed at the end of the war. The Greek occupation, which started from Tekirdağ on July 20, 1920, was completed in a short period of five days with the occupation of Kırklareli on July 25, 1920. Kırklareli, which was stuck between Istanbul and Edirne throughout history and remained in their shadow, had important roles during the National Struggle Period due to its political and geographical location. It became a passage to Bulgaria for the members of the Thrace-Pashaeli Defense of Rights Society. The raiding parties, which fought to prevent the Greek forces massed in Thrace from crossing into Anatolia, also placed their forces in and around Kırklareli. This situation caused the people of Kırklareli to suffer more oppression, torture and torment under the Greek occupation during the armistice years. However, all the hardships and pains suffered could not overshadow the joy of liberation experienced by the people of Kırklareli on November 10, 1922."
