The thesis is devoted to the detection technology of water treeing in medium voltage power cables of coaxial design with a water barrier under the action of strong electric fields on the basis of mathematical modeling of spherical particles of water in the crosslinked polyethylene insulation and physical modeling of the humidification process of cable samples in the laboratory. Based on the proposed mathematical model of water treeing as clusters of spherical shape in the crosslinked polyethylene insulation of the high-voltage power cable of coaxial design with axial symmetry, the region of strong electric field has been shown to be a function of size and distance between spherical inclusions. Based on the simulation results, the technics of impulse reflectometry in the time domain has been confirmed to be as one of the promising methods for diagnosing operational irregularities (ellipticity, eccentricity, water treeing) in high voltage power cables. The results of physical modeling of accelerated aging have shown the effectiveness of the high-frequency dielectric spectroscopy technics for the detection of free water in the polymer insulation of new cables and aged in a wet environment. Using the measurements technics of dielectric absorption the informative diagnostic parameters of moistened cross-linked polyethylene insulation have been shown to be absorption currents measured at 15, 30 and 60th seconds after applying the high constant test voltage, and the dynamic of change of insulation resistance depending on the applied high DC voltage.

Improving the characteristics of these systems is an urgent task. Relationship of work with scientific programs, plans, themes. The work is connected with the scientific programs, plans and themes that are being developed at the department. The purpose and tasks of the study. The purpose of this work is to improve the microwave devices based on thin dielectric resonators. To achieve the goal, you need to accomplish the following tasks: 1. Analyze existing microwave structures. 2. To study the microwave structure on the basis of thin dielectric resonators. 3. Show the prospect of designing devices on microwave based on thin dielectric resonators. The object of the study is the structure of microwave based on thin dielectric resonators. The subject of the study is electrodynamic properties and characteristics of thin dielectric resonators. The method of scientific research includes: methods of analysis of microwave devices, analytical modeling. The practical value of the results. The designs of a controlled phase rotator on the basis of thin dielectric resonators were proposed, which allowed to reduce the control voltage. The applicant's personal contribution: • Electrodynamic characteristics of phase rotators on the basis of thin dielectric resonators have been experimentally investigated. • The designs of phase rotators with reduced control voltage are proposed. Structure and volume of work. The work consists of an introduction, six sections, conclusions and a list of sources used. The total volume of the dissertation is 76 pages. The work includes 16 drawings, 29 tables, list of used sources from 26 titles.

Full textIn the given work, the nutritional pockets of the teoretical publications are stored in those thin dielectric resonators and the method of determining the NVH parameters in the power electronics. The method of a thin dielectric resonator is applied to the result of the experimental data. When study slim dielectric films arise difficulties, to that method do not gave accuracy. When the method of thin plots is used, the results have been shown, when the basic resonator is changed, the accuracy is determined. To the method of robotics is adaptation to the method of the stored dielectric resonator for the parameterization of thin cells. For achivment it's delivered goal it was necessary to solve the problem: 1. Analyze existing methods 2. Analyze power of a thin dielectric resonator (TDR). 3.Propose method of study parameters in the small films on the basis of the TDR. 4. Experimentally check method of thin plvok on the basis of the TDR. The subject і objective of this work is: Ob'ekt: thin dielectric resonator Subject: Electrodynamic power of a thin dielectric resonator Science novelty: Theoretically, this experiment is complementary to the electric-dynamical authorities of the TDR, but on the basis of the TDR, it is possible to obtain the accuracy of the NVCH - the power of subtle electrical add-ons.
