Abstract:
There is an emerging consensus that new approaches are needed to take account of the impact of social conditions on young people's lives. We argue that an approach informed by the sociology of generations can highlight the interrelationships between changing social context and life patterns. This approach enables policies that aim to enhance the social inclusion of youth at risk to recognise the intersections between individual and social transitions that shape the changing experience of youth. We argue that social change needs to be recognised in order to ensure that policies are based on a sound understanding of new patterns in young lives.

Abstract:
Relevance is determined by the riskogennostju social, political, economic, social and cultural living conditions of Russians, growing uncertainty, fragmenarnostju the functioning of many social institutions. Relevance also lies in the intensity of the negative development orientations of youth as a result of the socio-economic changes and the growing public controversy, resulting in loss of life smysloobrazujushhih ideals, loss of confidence, changing values in public and individual consciousness. The problem of trust/distrust of youth to social agents, personal safety, self-actualization become relevant. Aggressive behaviour becomes the norm of the time. The role of trust as one of the most important factors in the implementation of dialogue in society. Prerequisites for the actualization of the destructive problems are complex and diverse in many respects, part of the Russian society and the socio-economic and political contradictions. The novelty is that the necessity of an interdisciplinary approach in the study of the phenomenon of "trust"; on the basis of a theoretical and comparative analysis of the factors forming confidence as conditions for social dialogue shows that supports socio-cultural situation in the society. Category "trust/distrust" appeared to be integrative, structural and properties of multicomponent, developing and undergoes a transformation.

Abstract:
The article presents the analysis of the state youth policy as an instrument of influence on the state and social development of youth, its social activity. The contradictions that exist between the performance indicators declared by the state policy and the real problems of youth, determined by the living conditions, are indicated. Based on the results of all-Russian and regional sociological studies and statistics, the motives of migratory movements of youth from their territories of residence to the centers of gravity of the country and foreign countries that have more attractive living and employment conditions for youth are justified. Using the example of the Russian Far East, the dysfunctional consequences of the clerical-bureaucratic approach laid down in the state youth policy to quantify the state of youth ignoring its large-scale migration outflow from the territories of residence are substantiated. Scientific and practical recommendations on improvement of indicators of the state youth policy promoting strengthening of its role in providing the basic needs of youth in various spheres of activity, especially in development of youth business are offered.

Abstract:
Social justice approaches that work towards eliminating youth homelessness with a sole focus on material needs overlook the significance of non-material aspects, such as the impact of social exclusion and stigma on individuals’ subjectivities. The lack of social legitimacy associated with homelessness is exacerbated under neoliberal conditions, with the shift from social to individual responsibility positioning those unable to achieve the normative transition to adulthood as social failures. We draw on interviews with young homeless women in Australia to extend the emerging sociological focus on the relational aspects of homelessness through a social justice lens. We analyse the association between subjectivity, stigma and neoliberalism, and draw on Iris Marion Young’s theory of justice to highlight how these shape experiences of homelessness. We conclude that overcoming homelessness requires policies and practices that give a greater focus to non-material aspects of homelessness through an emphasis on empowerment, self-respect and autonomy.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of a study of the family prospects of modern youth for the period from 2011 to 2017. A tendency has been revealed to reorient young people from traditional family values, including the birth and upbringing of children, to creating a satisfying need for support, freedom, and self-development of the partnership. There is a reduction in the target saturation of family prospects for young people, the reduction in the content of their goals related to marital relations, while concentrating on the planning of personal development. The family prospects of Russian youth reflect their focus on creating in the future not a traditional patriarchal family, but a free alliance that implements emotional, psychological, as well as recreational functions and a safety function at the expense of the reproductive one.

Abstract:
The article is sanctified to research of role youth in forming of youth politics in Ukraine. Separately, the authors investigate the issue of the implementation of youth work in Ukraine in the conditions of military challenges. It was established that Ukraine is going through difficult times, fighting against Russian aggression and occupation, which is manifested in economic, human, infrastructural, ecological losses for Ukraine. It was determined that modern youth policy manifests itself through the following directions: organizational-social, humanitarian and political, which provides an opportunity to realize the appropriate potential of youth, and modern youth activity provides an opportunity to form a new state policy on a qualitatively different basis. The authors believe that in modern conditions, the discussion and research of the role of youth in youth policy is an important direction in the activities of relevant state and public organizations in the war and post-war period of state development. The need to develop appropriate strategies to maintain a positive and constructive orientation to continue activities for the youth by state and public organizations, despite the various challenges of wartime, has been proven. Special attention is paid to the issue of the ability of young people to respond to modern challenges and needs of the time, because many young people in the conditions of military operations continue to work actively, despite all the difficulties that exist in matters of security, logistics, social security, etc. It is also determined that youth organizations abroad also actively help in the organization of events of a political, humanitarian, and human rights nature, both for refugees and for Ukraine as a whole. Accordingly, we believe that the program actions, projects, volunteer initiatives of today's youth will play an important role in imitating their patriotism, activity, organization, self-sacrifice, motivation for the next generations of Ukrainians and can be used in the formulation of youth work for the following periods.

Abstract:
The article examines the concepts and features of social security of youth. The article substantiates: the development of youth social security in the conditions of a rapidly changing environment of a globalized life space in the context of the integration of education and science of Ukraine into the European space of civil societies; cultural basis; the need for a social space for young people in order to form their psychological experience; approaches to forming an understanding of youth social security. Ukrainian youth need considerable social support and social protection as they are only at the initial stage of establishing their life positions, represent more than half of the category of working population within the country and suffer significantly from the economic crisis, the insufficient level of state support for their social needs and even more severe factors due to military operations on the territory of Ukraine. Uncovering the concept of youth social security is impossible without researching the "youth" category. The article reveals the interdisciplinary nature of this category and makes proposals for a clearer legal definition of the "youth" category by amending the Law of Ukraine "On the Basic Principles of Youth Policy". In the article, based on a comparative analysis of the terms "social protection" and "social security" presented in the works of Ukrainian scientists, it is justified that, in general, social security of youth can be considered in the following meanings: as a complex of organizational, legal, economic and financial measures aimed at to overcome relevant social risks and minimize their impact on the life of the population; as an institution of law in the modern system of social security law - i.e. a set of legal norms that regulate social relations in the field of organization, financing and provision of legally prescribed types of material support, social services and social benefits for young people; as an object of state administration and the direction of state policy - that is, a system of measures to ensure the social rights and guarantees of a young person; as the activity of the state and representatives of the non-state sector; a set of measures to create conditions for the development and formation of this social group in the state; as a system of social relations, etc.

Abstract:
In the context of the political transformation of Kazakhstan, the issue of youth policy is justified by the trends in the formation of the rule of law and civil society. The fact is that these trends are not possible without regulating the political passivity and apolitical youth. It should be noted that the political activity of Kazakh youth is haphazard, besides, most of them are indifferent to changes in the political sphere. In addition, the phenomenon of quasi-liberalism, widespread in modern social networks, is becoming a destabilizing factor in the political system. All this hinders the establishment and development of feedback between the state and youth. In this regard, the strategic importance of the state youth policy as the main regulatory mechanism of the relationship between the state and youth is very high. The authors put forward the concept of the development of ideological concepts, in addition to its socio-economic orientation. It is also noted how important the place of social networks is in carrying out ideological work among young people.

Abstract:
Problematic aspects of the synergy of youth and migration policy, which acquire additional relevance for Ukraine in the war conditions, in the article were considered. The aim of the article is the scientific substantiation of the conceptual provisions regarding the regulation of youth migration mobility with the detection of modern priorities for Ukraine. The analysis of the legislation of Ukraine in the social sphere made it possible to reveal the importance of the issue of state support for youth among the conceptual-strategic and program-target priorities. At a time when developed countries are actively promoting the idea of «Talent on the Move», youth migration in Ukraine is taking on threatening characteristics due to the lack of systematic regulation of it. The results of a sociological survey of young people with migration experience, based on the example of the Lviv region of Ukraine, proved that youth re-emigration intentions were extremely low even before the Russo-Ukrainian War 2022. The emigration of Ukrainian youth is intellectualizing, changing the previous migration labor wave. The current wave of forced emigration also has the face of children and youth, who are highly likely to successfully integrate into host societies. Taking into account the risks of irreversible demographic losses and the social functionality of the state, it is necessary to implement a new concept of regulating the youth migration mobility, which includes measures to influence migration movements and migration potential, as well as support for the main areas of youth life. The new concept should be developed in accordance with the regulated priorities of national security, human and sustainable development, the expediency of youth policy regionalization in the conditions of a successful decentralization reform. The basis of the migration potential regulation is the organization of migration mobility monitoring in the context of the development and capitalization of human potential, that is, the clarification of the consequences of migration for the person and the region (state) of origin. It is mandatory to support of social ties with diaspora institutions. The new concept of regulating the youth migration mobility should aim to stimulate their re-emigration with a promising transition to ensuring circular migration during the post-war recovery period of Ukraine. The obtained results are the basis for further research in the part of determining the mechanisms of stimulating the re-emigration of young people to Ukraine and attracting their potential during further stay abroad.

Abstract:
Background: Participation in sport and physical activity (PA) leads to better overall health, increased life expectancy, and decreased mortality rates across the lifespan; however, there may be a range of individual, family, and community factors that influence PA participation among ONENA children and adolescents residing in the 22 Pacific Island Countries and Territories (PICT) and Australia. This review aimed to synthesise existing quantitative and qualitative literature regarding barriers to and facilitators of PA and sport among ONENA youth. Methods: The literature was systematically searched to include studies reporting barriers to and facilitators of PA and sports participation among ONENA children and adolescents aged 0–18 years residing in the 22 PICT and Australia. Using a pre-established taxonomy based on the social-ecological model, a deductive analysis was performed. Quality appraisal was performed using the mixed methods appraisal tool. Results: Of 1388 articles, 14 studies were included, with 128 ONENA children and adolescent participants across the four qualitative studies; 156,581 ONENA children and adolescents across the seven quantitative studies; 801 parents, children, and adolescents in one quantitative study; and 642 parents in two quantitative studies. Of the 14 included studies, none were based in Australia and only 10 of the 22 PICT were reported as the participants’ residence: Palau, New Zealand, Tonga, Cook Islands, Kiribati, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Fiji. Four studies reported barriers, and another four studies reported facilitators of PA and sport, with the remaining studies reporting both barriers and facilitators. Overall, there were more barriers reported (30 in total) than facilitators (27 in total). Conclusions: Research in this area is lacking, with ONENA youth living in Australia and 12 PICT not represented. Overall, there were a larger number of facilitators experienced at individual and interpersonal levels, while barriers were highest at the community level, with the policy level having facilitators and barriers equally represented. Programs that offer PA and sport participation options with embedded SDT-informed strategies for all family members; that are accessible through existing transport and related social, cultural, and physical infrastructure; and that are committed to communities through formal co-design partnerships are needed, to enhance the PA and sport participation of ONENA youth residing in PICT.

Abstract:
The article examines the impact of dynamic changes in political, socioeconomic conditions on the life of youth. In such a situation, young people show signs of anxiety, social insecurity and pessimistic views on the future. Profound changes are taking place in the formation of motives for life, in primary needs, social positions and life values, leading to an exacerbation of the need for security and, at the same time, to a limitation of its satisfaction, which is the most important condition for normal life, development, selfaffirmation and self-expression of young people. The psychological safety of young people is ensured through socio-psychological adaptation due to the adaptive potential. As a result of the study, the features of the perception of social anxiety in young people and the manifestation of adaptive potential in extreme conditions were revealed. A comparative analysis of similar phenomena in the CIS countries, Europe and Israel was also carried out.

Abstract:
Conventional literature associates large youth cohort size (YCS) with increased risk of political violence in countries with such demographic profiles. Key questions which remain unanswered, however, are whether YCS is also associated with young people’s proclivities toward more peaceful forms of protests, and whether structural socioeconomic conditions influence such a relationship? Using multilevel binary logistic regression techniques on pooled individual level data for 51 democratic countries purposively sampled from World Values Survey Waves 3 to 6, and country level data from World Bank, and UN Population Division, I show that YCS demonstrates a positive relationship with young people’s participation in peaceful demonstrations. This relationship is, however, moderated by structural factors such as education and unemployment, which end up reducing young people’s likelihood of participation. I argue that resource limitation, as predicted by the Civic Voluntarism Model, better explains the relationship between YCS and individual youth protest behavior in democratic societies, more than socioeconomic grievance, as suggested by grievance theory. An important implication of this finding is that participation in elite-challenging behaviors such as peaceful protests, can be expected to be more common among young people in affluent democratic societies, than their peers elsewhere in the democratic world.

Abstract:
The article discusses the working conditions and employment of American working youth during the global pandemic (2020) within the discursive space of the online communities of the social network Reddit. The aim of the study was to conduct a discourse-analysis of professional virtual communities of American working youth. The main tasks were to analyze the specifics of the language of online communication of American working youth, to identify the main problems of employment and labor relations relevant to young Americans, to find out how much American working youth identify with the working class, and to study its class interests, class positions and feelings of solidarity. Infrequent (basic) and frequent (additional) content analyses were used to analyze empirical information (143 text and visual posts in 11 communities of the social network Reddit). The results of the study draw conclusions about the presence of a specific language of communication, similar conditions of employment and living standards, the stability of class positions and the high level of virtual solidarity of American working youth. Comparison of the data obtained with the results of our previous study of virtual communities of Russian working youth allows us to tell about the similarities and differences between American and Russian youth. The main common feature characteristic of both (American and Russian) working youth is the presence of their own group identity.

Abstract:
This article examines the relationship between receiving support for postsecondary education (college or vocational training) from state vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies and long-term outcomes for youth with mental health conditions (MHCs). We use longitudinal data to follow three cohorts of youth VR applicants for 9 years after they applied for VR services. The results show a strong relationship between receipt of postsecondary education support and long-term employment, earnings, and federal disability benefit receipt. For some outcomes, such as being employed in the 9 years after VR application, the number of years employed, and benefit receipt in the 9 years after VR application for those who did not receive benefits at the time of application, the association is larger for youth with MHCs than for those with other disabilities. These findings provide valuable descriptive estimates of the benefits of providing postsecondary education support for VR youth with MHCs and how these benefits compare with youth with other types of disabilities.

Abstract:
This article examines the main causes and social prerequisites of extremism among young people. The problem of youth ex- tremism and its spread in Russia is very relevant for the modern state and society. The article presents statistics that reflect crimes of an extremist nature. Examples of various youth associations (subcultures) that engage in illegal anti-social activi- ties, professing the cult of force and carrying out destructive behavior towards people with a different skin color, religious or gender affiliation are considered. This article identifies the social background of youth extremism, including the processes of modernization and urbanization, the processes of cultural decline, as well as the political and ethno-confessional situation. The main characteristics of the concept of "extremism" are given. The Strategy of countering extremism in the Russian Fed- eration until 2025, approved by the President of the Russian Federation, has not been ignored, where uncontrolled migra- tion and violations that it causes in regions with a well-established ethno-confessional climate are specifically highlighted as factors that provoke the manifestation of youth extremism. This article discusses the main approaches to the study of the stated topic from a sociological perspective. The main socially significant factors that have a certain impact on the for- mation of extremist moods in the minds of young people are also highlighted. The study of this problem leads to the conclu- sion that extremist youth movements are most widespread in major cities. In this regard, comprehensive work is needed not only to prevent extremism among young people at the preventive level, but also to eliminate the influence of those social factors that contribute to its emergence in modern conditions.

Abstract:
The article deals with the phenomenon of aggression as a social phenomenon that has both social and biological (psychological) conditions. Based on the analysis of scientific sources the author has classified the types of aggression, emphasizing that the typology depends on the division criterion. The research results are based on the most commonly used classification of aggression into physical, verbal (psychological) and self-aggression. Particular attention is paid to the socio-cultural determinants of aggression and violence among young people, including the models of aggression that young people observe in a close surrounding (family, educational environment) and in a remote surrounding (media, Internet, television programs). It has been stressed that the circumstances aggravating the manifestations of aggression are the use of alcohol, drugs, computer addiction. The article emphasizes that the likelihood of manifestation of aggressive forms of behaviour depends on the frequency of aggression in the environment, on manifestations of aggression by authority figures (for example, educators), on the observation of the benefits of aggression (for example, in the form of an advantage gained), as well as on the frequency of opportunities for aggressive behaviour. The article emphasizes that not only victims of aggression, but also aggressors need help. In order to counteract aggression as part of a young person’s social life, it is not enough to identify the problem – it is important to eliminate the causes of aggression. Restricting, preventing and countering this phenomenon require an effective network of social services, as well as the activation of local communities. On the example of the programs for preventing and eliminating aggression in the Republic of Poland the author proves that assistance aimed at stopping aggression should be taken not only for a young person’s personal well-being but also through the social and psychological consequences of this phenomenon.

Abstract:
The article deals with theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the subject-object status and involvement of young people in the processes of political, social, and economic development of a municipality. The starting point of the research is the assumption that the traditional approach to youth as a socio-demographic group, distinguished by socio-age and professional characteristics, does not correspond to the current dynamics of political processes occurring in municipalities and regions. From the authors’ point of view, there is a need in a different understanding of the status of youth as an active part of society, which is largely able to solve problems independently. The concept of youth development and the formation of municipal youth policy based on the analysis of conceptual interdisciplinary approaches that determine the subject-object status of youth in the system of youth policy is proposed for discussion. The article substantiates the idea of subjectivity of youth in modern social and political conditions.

Abstract:
The article considers the problem of formation and development of social motives and social responsibility in students. This problem becomes especially relevant in the current level of social, scientific, technical, information development of our country. On their own initiative, young people take part in public democratic movements for the preservation of peace, justice, advocacy for nature, the world around them, women’s rights, student youth and more. At the same time, changes in socio-economic and international relations require a rethinking of what has been achieved in the formation of social responsibility in young people, the development of new approaches to solving this problem. After all, today’s youth will be the basis of civil society in the near future. The formation of social motives and social responsibility is a long process. At each stage of human life, they are “born”, developed and improved. It is conditionally possible to allocate 3 stages of their formation: emergence of ideals, formation of world outlook and search of self-affirmation. At the first stage, a person (child) has a desire to get emotionally close to an image or a real person who is ideal for him. Most of the ideals for children are characters from movies and literature. In the second stage, identification for young people ceases to be sufficient. They begin to “land” their ideals and reflect on the meaning of life. The reassessment of one”s own personality begins, worldviews are formed, social relations are understood, and one”s place in society is sought. Parents, teachers, the public must help, direct the “search for yourself” in a personally and socially useful direction. The third stage, in our opinion, is the formation of social motives and social responsibility in higher education institutions. That is why it is important to formulate the pedagogical conditions for their effective work in this direction. These theses were the starting point when writing the article. The authors consider two areas of problem solving – the formation of social motives and social responsibility in educational teams (classes, universities) and in the process of civic activity. It is proposed to monitor the success of the pedagogical impact on the socialization of schoolchildren and students by using the criteria and indicators proposed by the authors of the article. Key words: social motives, social responsibility, social consciousness, civic activity, monitoring.

The arguments presented in the scientific article allow the author to distinguish a number of urgent problems in the sphere of interactions between the youth and the state in the conditions of modern Russia, each of which may lead to a number of negative social consequences. The youth policy implemented by the state is unmethodical. Abstract:
This article explores migrant young people’s engagement, participation and involvement in socially meaningful activities, events and experiences. This type of social participation is approached in the social inclusion literature using the notions of social capital and active citizenship (Bourdieu, 1986; Coleman, 1988; Putnam, 1993; Putnam, 2000). A key objective, therefore, is to explore the attitudes, values and perceptions associated with social participation for young people. They include the meanings that social engagement has for migrant young people, along with drivers and inhibitions to active participation. The article focuses on both the motives for being actively engaged as well as perceived barriers to social engagement. It is based on a large study conducted among migrant young people of African, Arabic-speaking and Pacific Islander backgrounds in Melbourne and Brisbane, and presents both quantitative and qualitative (discursive) snapshots from the overall findings, based on interviews and focus groups. While many studies have centred on the management of migration and migrants, this article draws attention to the individuals’ active position in negotiating, interpreting and appropriating the conditions of social inclusion. Accounting for the multidimensional and multilayered nature of social inclusion, the paper highlights the heuristic role of social engagement in fostering the feelings of belonging and personal growth for migrant youth.

The empirical portion presents the results of surveys of China’s working youth, determines respondents’ priorities in the sphere of profession, and cites the presence of cognitive myths related to the role of higher education and social ties in the process of job searching. The scientific novelty of this research consists in author’s approach towards exploration of the formation of professional choice process among Chinese youth not only under the influence of objective conditions, but also through the prism of social stereotypization and mythologization. Based on the conducted research, the author proposes a series of measures aimed at overcoming professional imbalance in China.

Social inclusion is broadly recognized as a priority to accomplish at an international level. While the influence of sport toward this social mission has been largely debated, literature lacks contributions capturing the challenges of sport when promoting social inclusion. Based in case study methodology, the investigation explores the impact of a multi-stakeholder sport initiative developing social inclusion for socially vulnerable youth and the related challenges of the intervention through in-depth interviews with diverse program stakeholders. The main findings indicated the emergence of four challenges: limited transferability of program outcomes for youth in living conditions of severe vulnerability; drop-out of youth in living conditions of severe vulnerability; limited sustainability of program social workers; lack of sports club management skills. The work highlights some limits of sport-based programs for social inclusion and discusses some implications for practice to maximize the societal impact of such interventions.

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the activities of youth councils in territorial communities. Presented the definitions of the youth council, the peculiarities of their creation and functioning in the conditions of social transformations in Ukraine. It is clarified, that ensuring the coordination of youth work and active involvement of youth in the life of local communities is possible on condition of formation of youth infrastructure in territorial communities. Modern literary sources on the problem of research of the youth council in the community are analyzed. The regulatory and legal framework that governs communities when forming a youth council has been defined. It was found that the youth council should also shape youth policy in communities: create socio-economic, political, organizational, legal conditions and guarantees for the socialization of children and youth, as well as their integration into social processes in the interests of youth and youth participation. The algorithm of forming a youth council in the community is considered. It is noted that the youth council creates an effective system for collecting, processing and responding to requests and local youth initiatives. An example of the functioning of youth councils in Vinnytsia region is given. A number of regional social programs aimed at recognizing the subjectivity of young people, the need for their self-realization and development of their own potential in their country, improving the civic competences of young people and their participation in all spheres of public life have been studied. It was found that positive results can be achieved by systematic implementation of successive steps of organizing youth work at the community level.

Abstract:
The article reveals the problems of youth participation in political communications in the conditions of the information society and the new forms of political interaction (online / offline). The authors proceed from the premise that youth participation in political communication includes not only activities associated with traditional forms (voting, membership in political parties), but also with negative actions (extremism, xenophobia, terror, etc.) and hence political and civic education plays a significant role in the study of the political system and decision-making processes. The author’s approach is to consider social media as a modern tool for expanding civic participation in the modern political process, the use of which creates the possibility of creating and developing the image of a youth leader. New possibilities and forms of political communication have opened up prospects for research on the political participation of young people, and it seems to remain a trend for to researchers, politicians and youth workers in the near future.

Abstract:
Latino youth housing conditions have transformed dramatically over the past 20 years. Rates of household crowding have plummeted, nearly all Latino children are U.S.-born citizens, and broadband Internet access is widespread. However, Latino youth remain disadvantaged and their housing conditions remain understudied as they come of age in an era of housing crises, from foreclosures, evictions, to the novel coronavirus pandemic. This article examines Latino youth housing conditions since 2000, including crowding and mixed-nativity/status households. Multivariate analyses of national data show that eviction, foreclosure, and a representative zip code sample of COVID-19 case rates are strongly linked to the housing conditions of Latino youth. The article illustrates these links by analyzing and mapping eviction rates, foreclosure rates, and zip code coronavirus cases in the census tracts of Maricopa County, Arizona. The results underscore the urgent need for policies that invest in housing Latino youth to ensure that progress of the last 20 years is lasting.

Abstract:
This article is dedicated to the analysis of protest activity of the Russian youth in the context of the institutionalization of the global digital politics. The contradictions existing in the Russian political system are viewed in the form of conflict, which determines the specificity of the reproduction of protest activity of the representatives of youth cohort. The ambiguities in implementation of state policy manifest as the trigger for the formation of protest activity, including mobilization of social activity of youth in constructive / destructive behavioral practices. Research methodology is comprised of the concept of social action in interpretation of M. Weber, T. Parsons, J. Habermas, as well as the theory of social changes developed by P. Sztompka, which allows relying on the thesis of the mutual interaction of structures in relation to the actors in terms of analysis of youth protest. Interpretation is given to the results of discourse analysis of political media texts on the Internet that was conducted by the authors. The scientific novelty consists in determination of the existing expert opinions on the conditions necessary for minimizing protest activity of the youth, as well as most widespread technologies used for their implementation. Of particular importance are the results of the original empirical study that allow interpreting the two positions, which reflect the opinion within the professional environment on the role of youth in protest movement of the Russian Federation, forming the so-called “ideological foundation” for further reasoning on the state and social activity related to protesting youth.
