Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh desain produk, promosi, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian motor Yamaha N-Max Pada PT. Hasjrat Abadi Motor. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian motor merek Yamah N-Max di PT. Hajrat Abadi Motor. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode Simple Random, dan dengan teknik tersebut diperoleh 60 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Kuisoner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Desain Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan thitung sebesar 18,838 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000; (2) Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai thitung sebesar 37,332 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000; (3) Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai thitung 31,429 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000; (4) Desain produk, promosi, dan gaya hidup secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai thitung sebesar 486,105dan signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract:
In the present paper, we study the quasi-Yamabe solitons and almost quasi-Yamabe solitons on the lightlike hypersurfaces of the semi-Riemannian manifolds endowed with a torse-forming vector field. We show some conditions for the lightlike hypersurfaces to be quasi-Yamabe solitons and almost quasi- Yamabe solitons with the tangential component of the torse-forming vector field on the semi-Riemannian manifolds as the soliton field. In particular, we also specify the conditions for lightlike hypersurfaces of (n + 2)-dimension semi-Riemannian manifolds of constant curvature to be quasi-Yamabe solitons and almost quasi-Yamabe solitons. Besides, we provide some geometric properties of the lightlike hypersurfaces satisfying quasi-Yamabe solitons, quasi-Yamabe gradient solitons, almost quasi-Yamabe solitons and almost quasi-Yamabe gradient solitons. Furthermore, we investigate properties of screen homothetic lightlike hypersurfaces admitting quasi-Yamabe solitons and almost quasi-Yamabe solitons.

This study aims to determine the implementation of violin courses at Yamaha Music School Padang. The data were obtained during the learning process. Interviews were conducted to violin instructors at Yamaha Music School Padang. In addition, photos during the violin learning process at Yamaha Music School Padang were documented. Based on the research results, the implementation of music courses at Yamaha Music School Padang, especially the violin course, "seems not guided" by the concepts and principles of the Yamaha method. In fact, the materials contained in the Yamaha Music Examination Syllabus as an evaluation of learning outcomes based on YMES clearly describes the achievement of students’ learning outcomes based on YMES. The materials contained in the Yamaha Music Examination Syllabus also evaluate the “readiness” of students towards creative abilities. Likewise, the principle of Emphasis on creativity is increasingly not being noticed in music courses at Yamaha Music School Padang if it is viewed from the 'minimal' 'activity' carried out by Yamaha Music School Padang.Keywords: Implementation, Violin Course, Yamaha Music School Padang

The Chern-Yamabe problem is to find a conformal metric of [Formula: see text] such that its Chern scalar curvature is constant. In this paper, we prove that the solution to the Chern-Yamabe problem is unique under some conditions. On the other hand, we obtain some results related to the Chern-Yamabe soliton.

Abstract:
The present paper aims to deliberate the geometric composition of a perfect fluid spacetime with torse-forming vector field ξ in connection with conformal Ricci–Yamabe metric and conformal η-Ricci–Yamabe metric. We delineate the conditions for conformal Ricci–Yamabe soliton to be expanding, steady or shrinking. We also discuss conformal Ricci–Yamabe soliton on some special types of perfect fluid spacetime such as dust fluid, dark fluid and radiation era. Furthermore, we design conformal η-Ricci–Yamabe soliton to find its characteristics in a perfect fluid spacetime and lastly acquired Laplace equation from conformal η-Ricci–Yamabe soliton equation when the potential vector field ξ of the soliton is of gradient type. Overall, the main novelty of the paper is to study the geometrical phenomena and characteristics of our newly introduced conformal Ricci–Yamabe and conformal η-Ricci–Yamabe solitons to apply their existence in a perfect fluid spacetime.

The Yamaha Showroom is a place for repairing and selling spear parts. Not all Yamaha showroom locations can be known by the public, both those from the City of Tasikmalaya and those from outside the city. This is due to a lack of information about the Yamaha showroom in Tasikmalaya City. This study aims to build an android-based Yamaha showroom search application as a source of information to find out the location and route to the showroom location in Tasikmalaya City. The application design method involves modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and location-based service (LBS) applied to the Yamaha showroom search application that was built. The results of the research resulted in a Yamaha showroom search application in Tasikmalaya City that can help the community in finding Yamaha showroom locations in Tasikmalaya City. This showroom search application in the city of Tasikmalaya can help show the direction to go. This application provides information about the opening hours and location of the Yamaha showroom. The LBS method applied to this application is for coordinate points that are more accurate and can be used anywhere and anytime by the public and easy to use.

Dengan adanya variasi produk yang ditawarkan, konsumen dapat memilih produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan. Sepeda motor merek Yamaha adalah salah satu produk sepeda motor yang diperhitungkan selain sepeda motor merek Honda, Suzuki, dan Kawasaki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian motor merek Yamaha di Bogor. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitati. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen atau pengguna motor Yamaha di Kota Bogor yang terdata di Dealer Yamaha selama periode kuartal kedua tahun 2020 sebanyak 273 konsumen. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 273 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keputusan pembelian motor Yamaha di Kota bogor saat ini masih tergolong baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil survey bahwa hal yang terlintas di benak konsumen ketika akan membeli motor adalah merek Yamaha. (2). Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi menentukan keputusan konsumen membeli motor merek Yamaha di Kota Bogor adalah, angsuran angsuran terjangkau, kapasitas bagasi yang besar kenyamanan saat berkendara, variab mesin, desain motor, akseleresai dan pelayanannya yang baik. Pihak perusahaan sebaiknya meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada dimensi pilihan produk, dengan cara melakukan inovasi-inovasi yang variatif, sehingga kualitas produk sepeda motor Yamaha lebih baik dari sebelumnya, dan tingkat kesesuaian spesifikasi sepeda motor Yamaha yang diharapkan oleh konsumen benar-benar sesuai dengan harapan konsumen, sehingga konsumen merasa puas dengan pilihan mereka, serta banyak manfaat yang dapat dirasakan langsung oleh konsumen setelah menggunakan sepeda motor Yamaha. The population in this research is a customer Yamaha Motorcycle repair shop Demangan Yogyakarta for approximately arround 2 months April 2019 till June 2019.Determination of the number of samples will be determined by the level of Confidance 95% and margin of error is 10% then obtained the number of samples as many as 98 people. The sampling techniques used in this study were based on Non Probabiliy Sampling methods using the Accidental Sampling approach.The results showed that (1) the level of conformity between expectations (importance) of the customer and performance (performance) of the company against the quality of services provided by the Yamaha Motorcycle repair shop Demangan Yogyakarta has an average level of conformity Below 100% of which is 88.30%. 88.30% means the company lacks or does not fulfill what is considered important by the customer and the service has not beensatisfactory; (2) Priority of improvement of service quality (top priority in the Quadrant A IPA diagram with index PGCV) namely: 1) Workshop Yamaha new source Motor Demangan has a complete spare parts, 2) equipment used Yamaha Workshop new source Demangan complete, 3) Employees Yamaha Motorcycle repairshop Demangan tell the customers when the service is certainly motorbike will be delivered, 4) Employees Yamaha Motorcycle repair shop Demangan always ready in responding to customer demand, 5) Mechanics workshop Yamaha Motorcycle repair shop Demangan fast In servicing motorcycles, 6) Employees Yamaha Motorcycle repair shop Demangan always able to answer questions related to Yamaha motorcycles, 7) Employees Yamaha Motorcycle repair shop Demangan always prioritize the expectations of customers.

For conformal Ricci flow metric $ g(t) $, $ t \in [0, T) $, the time evolution formula for the Yamabe constant $ Y(g(t)) $ is derived. It is demonstrated that if the beginning metric $ g(0) = g_0 $ is Yamabe metric, then the Yamabe constant is monotonically growing along the conformal Ricci flow under some simple assumptions unless $ g_0 $ is Einstein. As a result, this study adds to the body of knowledge about the Yamabe problem.</p></abstract>

Abstract:
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions Yamaha Nmax at PT Yamaha Bahana Lampung. The population in this study were consumers who bought Yamaha Nmax at PT Yamaha Bahana Lampung from July to October 2020 with a total of 37 consumers. The sample used is the entire population because there are few respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was processed and tested for validity and reliability, after which the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample. This study uses simple linear regression. From the results of the test and analysis, promotion has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Yamaha Nmax at PT Yamaha Bahana Lampung by 59.8%, the remaining 40.2% is from variables or other factors not examined.

It is shown that almost Ricci-Yamabe soliton in standard static spacetime with function ? satisfies Poisson-Laplace equation. AbstractIn this paper, we study Yamabe soliton and quasi Yamabe soliton on Kenmotsu manifold. First, we prove that if a Kenmotsu metric is a Yamabe soliton, then it has constant scalar curvature. Examples has been provided on a larger class of almost Kenmotsu manifolds, known as β-Kenmotsu manifold. Next, we study quasi Yamabe soliton on a complete Kenmotsu manifold M and proved that it has warped product structure with constant scalar curvature in a region Σ where ∣Df∣ ≠ 0.

Sepeda motor yang sangat diminati dan masih banyak penggunanya khusus di wilayah Kabanjahe adalah motor Yamaha Vixion, Yamaha Vixion merupakan alat transportasi yang banyak diminati para kalangan pria remaja. Sering terjadi kendala dari Yamaha Vixion yang menyebabkan kerusakan sehingga dapat menganggu aktivitas yang dilakukan. Kerusakan pada mesin motor terjadi akibat kelalaian dalam melakukan perawatan. Pemilik motor baru menyadari kerusakan setelah motor tidak dapat beroperasi sebagaimana mestinya. Oleh karena itu dalam penggunaan motor kemungkinan besar membutuhkan perawatan rutin, hal inilah yang mendorong pembangunan sistem pakar untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan mesin motor Yamaha Vixion.Maka dari itu dibutuhkan peran sistem pakar dalam membantu pengguna untuk mengetahui kerusakan yang terjadi pada Yamaha Vixion. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, dan Iklan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Yamaha NMAX Pada Yamaha Cabang Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Metode analisis data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Celebrity endorser dan Iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Konstribusi variabel Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, celebrity endorser dan Iklan berpengaruh sebesar 0,811 atau 81,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan Manajemen Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Keputusan Pembelian, dimana dalam penelitian ini variabel Brand Awareness yang mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian Yamaha NMAX Pada Yamaha Cabang Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang melalui, maka disarankan untuk meningkatkan Brand Awareness melalui peningkatan Top Of mind, Brand recall dan Brand recognition, mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian Yamaha NMAX Pada Yamaha Cabang Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of psychological factors on the decision to buy a Mio M3 CW 125 motorbike in Palu City. The research variables used were psychological factors consisting of motivation, perception, learning, belief, and attitude. While the dependent variable is the decision to buy (Y). The research method used is descriptive causal, with a sample of 90 people. The form of sampling uses accidental sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that: 1) psychological factors consisting of motivation, perception, learning, beliefs, and attitudes simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to buy a Yamaha Mio M3 CW 125 motorbike; matic Yamaha Mio M3 CW 125; 3) perception partially has a significant effect on the decision to buy a Yamaha Mio M3 CW 125 motorbike; 4) learning partially influences significantly the decision to buy Yamaha Mio M3 CW 125; influential significantly influence the decision to buy a Yamaha Mio M3 CW 125 motorbike matic; 6) the attitude partially influences significantly the decision to buy a Yamaha Mio M3 CW 125 motorbike in Palu City. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor psikologis terhadap keputusan membeli motor matic Mio M3 CW 125 di Kota Palu.Variabel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu factor psikologisyang terdiri dari motivasi, persepsi, pembelajaran, keyakinan, dan sikap.Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan membeli (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kausal,dengan jumlah sampel 90 orang. Bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. In this paper, we give some classifications of the k-Yamabe solitons on the hypersurfaces of the Euclidean spaces from the vector field point of view. In several results on k-Yamabe solitons with a concurrent vector field on submanifolds in Riemannian manifolds, is proved that a k-Yamabe soliton (Mn,g,vT,λ) on a hypersurface in the Euclidean space Rn+1 is contained either in a hypersphere or a hyperplane. We provide an example to support this study and all of the results in this paper can be implemented to Yamabe solitons for k-curvature with k=1.

We characterize almost co-Kähler manifolds with gradient Yamabe, gradient Einstein and quasi-Yamabe solitons. It is proved that if the metric of a [Formula: see text]-almost co-Kähler manifold [Formula: see text] is a gradient Yamabe soliton, then [Formula: see text] is either [Formula: see text]-almost co-Kähler or [Formula: see text]-almost co-Kähler or the metric of [Formula: see text] is a trivial gradient Yamabe soliton. A [Formula: see text]-almost co-Kähler manifold with gradient Einstein soliton is [Formula: see text]-almost co-Kähler. Finally, it is shown that an almost co-Kähler manifold admitting a quasi-Yamabe soliton, whose soliton vector is pointwise collinear with the Reeb vector field of the manifold, is [Formula: see text]-almost co-Kähler. Consequently, some results of almost co-Kähler manifolds are deduced.

Yamaha All New NMAX is one of the products from Yamaha that is most in demand by the public. The decision of consumers to have the intention to buy products offered by companies is one of the important factors in competition between companies. The problem arose when the Yamaha All New NMAX, which is one of the pioneers of large automatic motorcycles in Indonesia, had to be less competitive with its competitors. The disadvantage of this motorcycle is that the design offered is less elegant and luxurious. In addition, there are still some consumer complaints about the quality of the Yamaha All New NMAX such as the standard version in terms of security, the competitor has been equipped with a smart key or keyless feature. Yamaha sees pricing as the most important thing and should get special attention. If consumers are already willing to the price offered, then the product will be accepted by the wider community. So looking at the problems above this study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on the interest in buying Yamaha All New NMAX. As for the type of research used, namely explanatory research, the number of samples in this study was 94 respondents who had purchased Yamaha All New NMAX at Yamaha Flagship Shop Semarang for the last 4 years using a non-probabilty sampling technique. This research technique uses purposive sampling. In this study, data processing using the SPSS application, the results showed , results were obtained that product quality has a positive and significant influence on buying interest, price has a positive and significant influence on buying interest, product quality and price have a positive and significant influence on buying interest. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the researcher has several suggestions, namely, improving product quality to be even better, providing better price offers to be accepted by consumers, providing product innovation and correcting product deficiencies in order to increase consumer satisfaction and increase customer satisfaction. consumer purchases.Yamaha All New NMAX merupakan salah produk dari Yamaha yang paling banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Abstract:
Yamaha Mio is one of the most popular products from Yamaha by the public. Every brand requires elements such as perceived quality and brand experience in order to improve consumer purchasing decisions. Based on a survey of top brands regarding the best product in its class (motor matic), Yamaha Mio is still inferior to its competitors, namely Honda Beat and Honda Vario. From these data, it shows that the consumer experience of Yamaha Mio is still not good compared to its competitors' products. In addition, there are still some consumer complaints about the quality of the Yamaha Mio such as the lights are not bright enough, the gasoline is a little wasteful, and the suspension slams hard. Whereas perceived quality can be achieved if the product is in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers. So looking at the problems above, this study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality and brand experience on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Mio. The type of research used is explanatory research, the number of samples in this study are 100 respondents who have purchased a Yamaha Mio at Yamaha Flagshipshop Semarang during the last 3 years using a non-probabilty sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. In this study to prove the influence between variables using various tests such as validity tests, reliability tests, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis and significant tests, namely the t test and F test. In processing the data in this study using the help of SPSS software version 26 with the results that there is a positive and significant influence on the perceived quality variable on purchasing decisions, then there is a positive and significant influence on the brand experience variable on purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence on the perceived quality and brand experience variables on purchasing decisions.Yamaha Mio merupakan salah produk dari Yamaha yang paling banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Setiap brand memerlukan adanya elemen seperti persepsi kualitas dan pengalaman merek agar dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Beradasarkan survei top brand mengenai produk terbaik dikelasnya (motor matic) Yamaha mio masih kalah dengan kompetitornya yaitu Honda beat dan honda Vario. Dari data tersebut menunjukan jika pengalaman konsumen terhadap yamaha mio tergolong masih kurang baik dibandingkan dengan produk kompetitornya. Selain itu, masih terdapat beberapa keluhan konsumen mengenai kualitas dari yamaha mio seperti lampu yang kurang terang,bensin yang sedikit boros,dan bantingan suspensi yang keras. Padahal perceived quality dapat tercapai apabila produk sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan dari konsumen. Maka melihat permasalahan diatas penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived quality dan brand experience terhadap keputusan pembelian Yamaha Mio. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan yaitu explanatory research, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 100 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian yamaha mio di Yamaha Flagshipshop Kota Semarang selama 3 tahun terakhir dengan menggunakan teknik non probabilty sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh antar variabel menggunakan berbagai uji seperti uji validitas,uji reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi,analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda serta uji signifikan yaitu uji t dan uji F. Dalam mengolah data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 26 dengan hasil terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel perceived quality terhadap keputusan pembelian, lalu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel brand experience terhadap keputusan pembelian serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel perceived quality dan brand experience terhadap keputusan pembelian.

We consider almost quasi-Yamabe solitons in Riemannian manifolds, derive a Bochner-type formula in the gradient case and prove that under certain assumptions, the manifold is of constant scalar curvature. We also provide necessary and sufficient conditions for a gradient almost quasi-Yamabe soliton on the base manifold to induce a gradient almost quasi-Yamabe soliton on the warped product manifold.

So it can be concluded that tSig<Sig (0.002<0.050 ) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that the Green marketing variable affects the purchasing decision of Yamaha Panca Motor Pagar Dewa .2) The tSig value for the Lifestyle variable (X2) is 0.001. This study aims to determine some factors considered by consumers prior to purchasing Yamaha motorcycles in Palu City. Type of study is exploratory with 105 respondents who bought Yamaha motorcycle in Palu City. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and questionnaire. The tool for factor analysis is SPSS program 22.0. The results show that factors such as product, price, friend suggestion, promotion, product quality, service quality, advertisement, family suggestion, brand, lifestyle, brochure, and design were considered by consumers in buying Yamaha motorcycles in Palu City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dipertimbangkan konsumen membeli sepeda motor Yamaha di Kota Palu. Tipe penelitian penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif (exploratory research), dengan sampel sebanyak 105 responden yang memutuskan membeli sepeda motor merek Yamaha di Kota Palu, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner dan kemudian di olah menggunakan alat analisis faktor dengan program SPSS 22.0. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan persepsi konsumen sepeda motor merek Honda dan Yamaha. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik survei kepada 100 mahasiswa mahasiswi STIE Dewantara yang menggunakan sepeda motor matic merk Honda dan Yamaha tahun 2013 ke atas. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini: (1) nilai skor pada uji perbedaan rata-rata lebih besar sepeda motor Honda dibanding Yamaha; (2) terdapat 4 perbedaan variabel antar grup, variabel produk, lokasi dan promosi menjadikan alasan untuk konsumen dalam memutuskan membeli sepeda motor Honda sedangkan untuk varibel harga konsumen lebih memilih untuk membeli sepeda motor Yamaha; (3) Ada perbedaan perilaku antara pengguna sepeda motor Honda maupun Yamaha karena memiliki nilai sig < 0,1 pada tabel Variables Entered/Removed; (4) Variabel terikat (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh semua variabel bebas (produk, harga, lokasi dan promosi) sebesar 75,34% artinya semua variabel bebas berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat (Y) keputusan pembelian; (5) sepeda motor Honda memiliki tanda positif (+) dengan variabel bebas (produk, lokasi dan promosi) sedangkan sepeda motor Yamaha memiliki tanda negatif (-) dengan variabel bebas (harga); (6) Model diskriminan layak digunakan dan mampu melakukan klasifikasi dengan tepat untuk analisis diskriminan pada penelitian ini karena diperoleh angka ketepatan yang tinggi yaitu 96%.

The development of an expert system is aimed to help Yamaha motorbike users to solve damage problems to a Yamaha Automatic motorcycle. Damage to a Yamaha Automatic motorcycle is a problem that requires experts (technicians) to rely on their knowledge to solve the problem. This system is built using the forward chaining method which is used to test the factors that have been entered by using the rules stored in the system until a conclusion is obtained. By using the forward chaining method, it is hoped that it can help the system in diagnosing the damage to the Yamaha Automatic motorcycle engine. Therefore, by applying an expert system for motorcycle engine damage, the problem of Yamaha Automatic motorcycle engine damage can be resolved.

Dari Penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Yamaha Bima Motor Tolitoli dengan Nilai koefesien korelasi (r) = 0,9754 atau 97,54% adalah angka positif Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan adalah positif, sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Yamaha Bima Motor Tolitoli sebesar 97,54 %, maka hipotesis menyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Yamaha Bima Motor Tolitoli.

Analisis ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui tekanan indikator dan tekanan efektif pada mesin sepeda motor Yamaha tipe Vega-R berbahan bakar LPG dan daya mesin pada mesin sepeda motor Yamaha tipe Vega-R berbahan bakar (LPG).Untuk mengetahui besar tekanan dan daya tersebut dilakukan perhitungan-perhitungan secara teoritis dengan menggunakan persamaan termodinamika, persamaan tekanan indikator dan efektif mesin serta persamaan daya mesin.. Mesin yang digunakan adalah mesin motor Yamaha tipe Vega-R yang sudah dimodifikasi dari motor berbahan bakar bensin menjadi motor berbahan bakar LPG, yang dikerjakan pada Laboratorium Teknik Mesin Politeknik Katolik Saint Paul Sorong. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa Tekanan indikator mesin berbahan bakar LPG motor Yamaha tipe Vega-R adalah 0,544 MPa dan tekanan efektifnyaadalah 0,450 MPa, sedangkan Daya indikator mesin berbahan bakar LPG motor Yamaha tipe Vega-R adalah 8,001 (10,9 HP) kW dan daya efektifnya adalah 6,619 kW (9 HP).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai kualitas produk dan desain berpengaruh secara parsial dan secara serempak terhadap keputusan pembelian motor yamaha vixion pada organisasi vixion di kota Palu. Lokasi pada penelitian ini di wilaya kota palu provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota organisasi vixion di Kota Palu yang berjumlah 8 organisasi yaitu Vixion Young Riders Community, Rider Vixion Independen, Yamaha Vixion Club Indonesia, Vixion Jari-Jari Palu Vixion Ruji Squad Palu Celebes Vixion Club Dan Vixion Independen Club yang jumlah keseluruhan anggota 282 anggota. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sample random sampling sebanyak 74 orang, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin untuk menentukan jumlah sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui teknik observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara, SPSS 21 For Windows. Dan teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang terdiri dari kualitas produk, dan desain secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Motor Yamaha Vixion Studi Pada Organisasi Vixion di Kota Palu . Sedangkan, secara parsial desain berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Motor Yamaha Vixion Studi Pada Organisasi Yamaha Vixion di Kota Palu, sedangkan kualitas produk berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang diteliti mampu menjelaskan 11,3% pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen (Keputusan Pembelian Motor Yamaha Vixion Studi Pada Organisasi Yamaha Vixion di Kota Palu, sedangkan sisanya 88,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yang lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
