Abstract:
The babies are six months and over enter the fulfillment phase of complementary food. Working Mom often has difficulty in preparing the child's food, due to limited time and knowledge of food recipes, so using frozen food is an easy way to provide food. Apart from being considered more economical, cleanliness is also more guaranteed, and the most important thing is that nutrition is fulfilled and fresh when consumed even though you have to struggle with time. The purpose of this Community Service is to educate working mom in utilizing social media as a means of finding information, as well as a verified, trusted source. The method used was a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with approximately 30 participants from the Mom Blogger Community and the City of Pelangi in Pancoran, South Jakarta. The FGD’s result, the Working Mom utilizes social media because of their network and the ease of making food, no longer looking for trusted sources because of their lack of understanding in using smartphones, so that even though the making of MPASI recipes is accessed through a number of mass media and social media, it is necessary to consider, composition, material handling, processing techniques, sanitation and

Abstract:
The present paper intends to look at a genre of popular paperbacks, written by and about would-be or new mothers, called mom lit, which itself is a sub-genre of chick lit, and to investigate how it negotiates with the tropes of mothering, neotraditionalism, work and domesticity. Though books have been published worldwide that can be classified under this genre, here the focus will be on British and American mom lit (limiting ourselves to three novels) and how the legacy of a variety of popular productions like childcare books and mothering blogs – among others – inform it. A review of the critical literature, feminist as well as postfeminist, will be undertaken so as to contextualize these novels. Issues analysed include the debate regarding the performance capabilities of working mothers, the influence of self-help books in structuring the mother’s consciousness, the cycle of trying to balance work and children, “time-debt” and its attendant feelings of guilt, the psycho-somatic disorders that correspond to motherhood, and the issues of single parenting and unconventional motherhood. This analysis highlights the treatment given these issues in mom lit novels. As an inadequately investigated genre of popular writing, mom lit’s ascent to prominence and eventual waning off is critically considered.

Abstract:
Communities worldwide are increasingly introducing regulatory measures to protect independent businesses from chain stores, but the efficacy of these attempts is largely debated. Moreover, effects are likely to vary by the characteristics of the local economy, a consideration overlooked by existing studies. Using a sample of U.S. cities with unique community characteristics, the authors examine Formula Business Restrictions (FBR), a type of an American land use regulation that restricts the entry of “formula businesses.” The authors find that the passage of FBR led to a higher number and percentage of employees working in mom-and-pop businesses, which was primarily achieved by protecting existing ones from downsizing. This positive effect occurred over time with increasing magnitude. The authors also find heterogeneous effects on different sectors: FBR had strong positive effects on the retail sector, but not on the service sector. Findings suggest that chain store entry barriers can be beneficial for mom-and-pop businesses when designed carefully.

Abstract:
The Convention on the Rights of the Child, among numerous other documents, states that the best way for a child to grow up is in their biological family. Sadly, however, sometimes, in situations where parents are unable to provide the necessary care for their children, other adults take over, in this case, alternative care. Forms of alternative care include placing the child with relatives, in childcare homes, family-type children’s homes or foster families. The SOS Children’s Village Lekenik is one example of two active SOS villages in the Republic of Croatia. This paper focuses on the role of the SOS mom. The paper gives a brief overview of the selection and education of SOS moms, how an SOS family functions, and the workplace challenges and successes involved. As key elements in working with children in alternative care, emphasis is placed on love, patience and understanding of every child’s individual needs. Abstract:
Mother in law also has role to support the success of exclusive breastfeeding, beside biological mother. Thisstudy aimed to investigate differences between perceived breastfeeding social support from mother-in-law on working and not working-women. There are 200 sample of this study, which is divided to 2 groups of 100 working-women and 100 not working-women. Perceived breastfeeding social support scale (27 item, α = .95) is used in this study and it is constructed by using social-functional support theory. Result shows that there is significant differences between perceived breastfeeding social support from mother in law on working and notworking women (t (198)=2.42; p= .016; p < .05). Emotional support and informational support from mother-inlaw more perceived by not working women than working mom, in the other hand, working women and not working women have no different perception about instrumental support. Result of this study may be one of information that can be used to inform mother-in-law about how precious social support is to exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract:
The art of benchmarking study has improved at an astonishing rate the scientific research in all areas but mainly in microwave engineering domain, and in particular, the field of microwave (MW) and radiofrequency (RF) integrated circuit design. Moreover, the fast simulation of complex MF/RF structures is considered a big challenge for the simulators, mainly in light of the continuous information and communication technology (ICT) development. In this context, the present paper sets out to present two important numerical electromagnetic (EM) methods, the method of moments (MOM) and our advanced transverse wave approach (A-TWA) for full-wave analysis of RF/MW structures. The computational complexity of these methods is evaluated. Two complex printed antennas working in the RF/MW range are selected and investigated. The EM problems that can be found in these circuits and that could not be solved analytically or by other numerical methods are discussed. The EM-validation of the studied structures using A-TWA and MOM is demonstrated and compared in the context of RF/MW applications. The obtained simulation results prove the efficiency and rapidity of our approach in comparison with the literature.

Two large, cardboard cartons full of new dolls were delivered to Lucy Aslan's fifth grade classroom at the Lincoln School in New Haven, Connecticut, an unexpected gift from the nation's largest black-owned toy manufacturer, Olmec. Although the boxes remained unopened, the children's eyes strayed toward them often. Most of the 25 children were poor or working class, and all but Carlos were black; only two came from homes where both parents were resident—the rest lived with one parent or households of extended kin; one boy was in and out of a shelter with his mom. The miraculous arrival of several dozen new toys was unprecedented, almost magical.

Abstract:
This article examines how the detention or deportation of a parent shapes the roles and responsibilities of young adults within the household and the consequences that these changes have on their educational experiences. Drawing from thirty-two in-depth interviews with young adults living in the United States whose parent was detained, author Carolina Valdivia finds that children’s responsibilities within the family abruptly change as soon as a parent is apprehended, with conditions worsening as the parent undergoes deportation proceedings. More specifically, young adults take on additional and a wider range of responsibilities to help their families cope emotionally and financially, including working additional jobs and spending more time taking care of younger siblings. The article also demonstrates how young adults’ gender, birth order, and level of education at the time of a parent’s immigration arrest shape their participation at home and notes how increased responsibilities affect their educational trajectories.

Presented applications are designed on the basis of the traditions of national scientific knowledge and aimed to help in solving the problem of including children with autism spectrum disorders in the educational environment. Discussed applications can help to organize work with children, can become a functional prosthesis in the absence of speech at the initial stage of working with the child (one of the applications can be used as a communicator). Applications goals include: pointing out and development of the child’s «I-action», development of a «concept area comprehension», development of oral speech, in non-speaking preschool children this is implemented by restructuring the way the impaired function is realized. Mobile applications which are focused on a generalized method of pedagogical action developed as a template that allows to use it variably, personifying the educational trajectory not only in working with ASD children. The applications are supplemented with methodological recommendations for professionals and parents.

When the COVID-19 pandemic happened, people and sectors of society needed to adjust specific norms and standards to fit into the demands of the time. This paper is an autoethnography of my experiences as a mother-teacher during the peak of the pandemic. It is in the context of my experiences and other mother-teachers working from home, conflicts in the roles played by mother-teachers at home, the expectation of society, and social norms. It is about how I perceived my reproductive and productive roles. Moreover, I interviewed mother-teachers, and their stories served as counter and conforming narratives to my narratives. The following are emerging themes: the unprecedented time; a mother is born; off the rhythm; and silver lining. These themes discussed the various phases mother-teachers grappled upon and triumphed. Writing this autoethnography was a therapeutic experience for the high emotions I had to deal with during the pandemic.

<p>Appropriate complementary feeding practices must be sustained during the COVID-19 pandemic for optimal growth and development of a child. However, the studies assessing factors associated with complementary feeding practices during COVID-19 are still limited. The objective of this study was to evaluate maternal attributes and minimum acceptable diet (MAD) of 6-11-month-old children during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study was part of the “COVID-19 Mom-Infant Study” and was conducted in all regions of Indonesia using an online survey. Chi-square or Fisher's exact test was performed to examine the relationship between MAD and maternal attributes, with a significant level at p-value &lt;0.05. From a total of 262 data collected, 74%, 77.1%, 94.3% of the children aged 6-11 months have met MAD, MDD (minimum dietary diversity), and MMF (minimum meal frequency), respectively. Mother’s education level (OR= 3.625; 95%CI [1.805 – 7.280]) and working status (OR= 2.197; 95%CI [1.291 – 3.895] were found associated with child’s MAD. One-third of children did not receive the recommended infant and young children feeding practices. Conducting nutrition interventions to mothers with lower education and not working should be a priority under these circumstances.</p>

Abstract:
The museum as an institution can trace its origins to the colonization process. Many are still undemocratic and exclusionary institutions by nature. This article explores how digital collections, digital storytelling, and ethical guidelines for museum professionals working with historically marginalized communities can contribute to democratize museum practice and theory. Making use of two case studies: 1) the creation of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights’ (CMHR) oral history collection; and 2) the planning of the Swedish Museum of Movements’ (MoM) ethical guidelines – this piece proposes a shift from theory to practice in human rights museology to help institutions be more attuned and responsive to the communities they intend to serve. Both case studies demonstrate that implementing human rights museology in national museums is not an easy task and still faces multiple challenges. Yet, they also indicate that this concept can be more productively informed through practices developed by the marginalized groups which have been historically excluded from taking part in the decision-making processes in museums.

Abstract:
This article examines the factors behind a story of racial accommodation in an unlikely space, one formerly renowned for racial violence and exclusion. The space of boys’ baseball provides an opportunity to understand how class and racial changes in a formerly White, working-class neighborhood of Philadelphia, unfolded over a 30-year period. With gentrification, came new class and racial encounters on the local baseball field. The author’s research included participation as a “bench Mom” over a decade, 2 years of ethnographic fieldwork involving observations of more than 100 games in two boys’ age divisions, and 40 in-depth interviews with coaches and parents of players. Factors identified as central to the smooth racial integration of the space are the centrality of baseball to neighborhood “character,” a demographic shortage of White neighborhood children, the “racial sponsorship” of the first Black middle-class children, a growing external accountability toward new Black politicians, and the unique character of baseball itself.

Abstract:
Although demographic evidence suggests that, in the developed world, the number of employees who provide both childcare and eldercare is substantial, we know very little about how these “sandwiched” employees differ from those who provide only one form of caregiving (i.e., childcare, eldercare). In this article, we use partial least squares structural equation modeling to examine dual-income employees in households with three different caregiving situations: employees with only childcare ( n = 4,129), only eldercare ( n = 599), and both childcare and eldercare ( n = 767). Findings show that demands contribute to stress more for sandwiched employees than those who provided only one form of caregiving, and more for employees with only eldercare demands than employees with only childcare demands. Results also indicate that control (at work, at home) negatively moderates the relationship between demands (at work, at home) and stress for some employees but not others.

Abstract:
The project “Shelter for years is home, mom, dad” – child-friendly patrol was created out of concern for the safety of children and to promote the correct patterns of family life – without violence, and addiction. Municipality Welfare Centre in Sosnowiec and the local Police Department noticed the possibility of being partners who could help each other in solving problems related to working with dysfunctional families. The cooperation of these two institutions has been to minimize the traumatic experiences of children and to start a family support system in solving its difficult life situation. Very quickly, in Sosnowiec, the first effects and effectiveness of 'child-friendly patrol' were noticed. Other institutions and organisations began to join in cooperation that helped in achieving it, thus gaining the trust of the inhabitants of Sosnowiec and increasing their effectiveness in helping people in need. Thanks to the partnership project, a broadly understood interdisciplinary cooperation for people experiencing violence and people using violence has developed. The system of helping/protecting children against the injured parties was has also developed through joint activities.

ObjectivesIn this workshop, I want to broaden the vision on attachment trauma and highlight the importance to acknowledge EAT as a hidden epidemic. The significance of EAT in the development of anxiety symptoms becomes more and more apparent.MethodsRecognizing the effect, that the quality of the attachment relationship has on the development of a secure attachment bond, is important to understand the factors underlying the development of anxiety symptoms. The availability, responsiveness, mentalizing possibilities… of the parent create a secure base from which the child can explore and develop. The absence of those features in the child–parent relationship, causes traumatic stress in the child and impacts his psychological and neurological well-being.ResultsInsecure attachment influences the neurobiology and results in dissociative processes (hyper- and hypo-aroused) expressed in different types of anxiety disorders.Derived from the neurobiology there is a clear link between anxiety, depression and aggression. The internal working model (IWM), rises from insecure attachment, influences adversely the child's capability to regulate and relate. From an intergenerational point of view, an insecure attachment style of the parent implements the absence of affect en stress regulation capabilities and leave the child with the inability to regulate his anxiety.ConclusionThere is a clear link between EAT and different types of anxiety disorders.Treatment strategies should integrate neurobiological, attachment and trauma insights resulting in body oriented therapy, development of affect – and stress – regulation strategies, restructuring the internal working model, the therapeutic relationship as attachment bond…Disclosure of interestThe author has not supplied his declaration of competing interest.

Abstract:
Authors examined the effects of SUPRO 595 and GRINSTED? Carrageenan CC 250 addition on selected sensory properties of smoked pork loin. Sensory evaluation of products included an estimate of cut appearance, texture odor, taste and color. Using photoelectric tristimulus colorimeter (the MOM Color - D) determination of color characteristics in pork loin samples was carried out. The values for psychometric lightness (L*), psychometric hue redness (a*) and psychometric chrome - yellowness (b*) were expressed based on the CIELAB system. Tenderness and firmness of samples were instrumentally measured on an "INSTRON" - 4301, under the given working conditions. The variants of smoked pork loins with soy isolate were better evaluated compared to the variants with carrageenan. The results of instrumental determination of color characteristics of the products showed that between the variants with soy isolate and the variants with carrageen there existed insignificant deviation in the values of psychometric lightness (L*), in the presence of redness (a*) and in the presence of yellowness (a*). Instrumentally measured tenderness and firmness showed that the samples with carrageen were characterized by somewhat greater tenderness and firmness compared to the samples with soy isolate.

Large consumption of cooking oil may cause water pollution, especially in the housing area. These community developments aim to change the behavior of households to recreate waste cooking oil to become a multipurpose natural soap. A housewife or a working mom can be an entrepreneur for this creative product. Specifically, it is called an ecopreneur because of the green product. Soap can promote and sell through social media such as Instagram. Online workshops, observation, and interviews were used as a method to run this project. The result can be found that someone who cares about the environment will take a little step to make a big change. She also encourages her neighborhoods and also food stalls not just to throw away the cooking oil waste but make it more useful. She used this soap, not only for individual use, give it to those who want it, and also for souvenirs. Instagram with hashtags figure does works for promotion specially to create positive electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM). Instagram also can make it possible to reach green consumers, not only for selling purposes but to build awareness, creativity, and relationship with other green consumers together to save the environment and make a sustainable living.

Abstract:
Abstract Four double-monoclonal time-resolved immunofluorometric assays (TrIFMAs) have been developed for the specific determination of pregnancy-associated plasma protein A/proeosinophil major basic protein (PAPP-A/proMBP) complex in first-trimester maternal serum samples. The assays have a functional sensitivity of &lt;4 mIU/L and a working range from 4 to 1000 mIU/L. These 4 assays, together with a polyclonal sandwich TrIFMA, were compared for their ability to discriminate between normal pregnancies (n = 149) and pregnancies carrying a Down syndrome fetus (n = 36) in maternal serum screening samples from gestational weeks 4–13. In 26 Down syndrome pregnancies from gestational weeks 7–12, the median PAPP-A multiples of the median concentration in controls (MoMs) determined by monoclonal antibody combinations 234–3/234–2*, 234–4/234–2*, 234–4/234–5*, and 234–5/234–6* were 0.35, 0.37, 0.42, and 0.44, respectively, whereas the median MoM determined by the polyclonal assay was 0.56. ROC curve analysis also showed that better overall diagnostic accuracy and detection rates were achieved by the monoclonal TrIFMAs than by the polyclonal TrIFMA. This report is the first to describe assays that specifically measure PAPP-A/proMBP complex without possible interference from other proMBP-containing complexes.

Abstract:
Purpose The overall goal of this paper is to explore via Gap and TOWS analysis if organizations are offering innovative benefits from the perspective of married employees that make being a working dad or mom easier in Qatar. Design/methodology/approach A large convenient sample of 824 working Qataris were surveyed, using a 15-item instrument based on previous research. The researchers used factor analysis to ascertain construct validity, based on two suitability tests: First, the Kaisers-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure of sampling adequacy generated a score of 0.807, well above the recommended level of 0.50. Second, the Bartless test of sphericity result was significant (Chi Square = 2079.671, P= 0.00), indicating that there are adequate inter-correlations between the items which allow the use of factor analysis. Findings Findings of the gap analysis validate the trust – building model between leaders and followers from the employee’s perspective. The responses identified in this study enhance the trust in leaders who behave ethically, treat employees fairly, and promote work-life balance. This is an indication that Qatar’s National Vision 2030 introduced by Qatar government is transforming organizations’ values and attitudes in Qatar so that they perform beyond expectations. Additionally, findings of TWOS analysis identified four employer benefits items that are considered opportunities and eight employer benefits items that are identified as threats for the organizations in Qatar as a whole. Also, findings of path analysis confirm that the impact of “gap in perceived supervisor support” on “gap in perceived development of a caring organization” is strengthened via the intervening of “gap in perceived child-friendly working hours” and “gap in perceived parental leave”. Originality Qatar’s National Vision 2030 has set new future trends that demand changes in organizational culture and the empirical findings of this article should help decision and policy makers in Qatar to determine where change is possible and to focus on priorities as well as possibilities.

Abstract:
Background: The role of parents nowadays is as a substitute for teachers at school. In order to always guide and teach assignments given by the teacher online. With parental guidance, this online learning will run well, safely, and effectively. In fact, many parents experience difficulties because they are busy working so that they cannot accompany their children directly. In addition, parents are so busy with daily routines. The role of parents, especially mothers, is now increasing, who previously only took care of the house, now have shifted to educating and accompanying their children for online learning. Purpose: This study aims to determine the perspective of parents as companions of children at home and to determine the role of parents in implementing learning at home during a pandemic. Design and methods: The method used in this research is a narrative method with a qualitative approach, with a case study type approach. This approach seeks to describe and elaborate on a complex case from various dimensions. In this case, the research analyzes the role of parents in educating their children during online classes. Learning at home makes parents find many difficulties in teaching children about the material provided by the teacher. Children usually have direct interaction with their teachers. Results: The role of parents in educating their children online is very important. When the school is face-to-face, the teacher is the one who pays attention to the students to what extent the students understand the lessons, but if online parents have to really educate, direct. Especially mom. The involvement of parents in supervising children has a very big influence on the success of children in a pandemic like this. Parents help direct children such as writing, reading, and doing their assignments. When a child cannot do his job, the mother helps him.

Abstract:
This is a case study carried out in 2018. It aims to describe the proposal for the care of a patient with a psychotic psychic structure. The case comes from the proposal of psychoanalytic care in a social clinic, in the individual and group mode, for a period of more than eight years. Group meetings and individual sessions took place weekly. In group mode, with the participation of four analysts, there was also a social triad: patients, mom and dad. In the individual mode, the relationship took place as an analyst-analyzed. From a little participatory beginning in the group and in the individual sessions, the patient (Rebeca - fictitious name), evolved improving her socialization, her family relationship, and even her professional issues. The psychosis clinic is an arduous task, but Rebeca managed to position herself and detach herself from the family. Currently, she is working, has maintained good social contact with the other members of the therapeutic group (Grupo Vida) and with her co-workers. This clinic is captivating because, in some way, the bond with patients remains; it is an endless analysis, which requires courage and determination from the analyst. The importance of the viability of the psychosis clinic is pointed out, in the psychoanalytic proposal, via active transference.
