Quality of Life at Work was established in France by the National Interprofessional Agreement signed on 19 June 2013. The concept has yet to be scientifically defined, but ANACT is seeking to make it operational by means of an approach characterized by the consideration of subjectivity at work and its discussion between all levels of company stakeholders. Since the objective is to decide, in a participatory manner, on the actions to be implemented to improve health, well-being and performance at work, the deployment of this QLW approach should be able to draw on the work of activity ergonomics. Research that integrates the analysis of emotions at work into the classic ergonomic intervention approach. At a time when work is being organized to produce services, worker-beneficiary relations are characterized by emotional labor, which has an impact on health, well-being, and performance at work. Moreover, emotions are essentially subjective, and their identification and expression guide our behavior and decisions. In this context, the first study in this thesis will seek to review the scientific literature describing ergonomic intervention methodologies that take account of emotions with a view to deploying QLW. The second study in this thesis will supplement the results of the review by means of a questionnaire survey on QLW actors and practices regarding ANACT's QLW approach, which appears to be underused. The factors that might explain this underutilization will also be studied using the questionnaire. The third and fourth studies of this thesis will be devoted to the deployment of an ergonomic intervention that we have designed based on the ANACT QLW approach and to which we have incorporated the consideration of emotions at work. More specifically, this intervention is a training-action course in the analysis and transformation of activity, structured around several sessions of “work-related discussion forums” (WDFs), the engineering of which is centred on emotions. Finally, the last study in the thesis puts to the test of experimentation the causal relationship between the expression of emotions at work and decision-making. The major contribution of this thesis is a proposal for a new ergonomic intervention approach in activity-based ergonomics, which lends itself to supporting QLW objectives in part. The intervention enables participants to express their experiences at work and their proposals for solutions. It appears to improve psychological capital (efficacy, hope and resilience), modify the empowerment (self-efficacy) and have no effect on work performance measured by the participants' initial intention. The self-efficacy reduction makes it possible to discuss the precautions to be taken before conducting WDF in companies. Indeed, if employees fail to express their concerns to their superiors, their belief in their ability to act may be affected in the long term. Consequently, before carrying out his intervention, the practitioner must ensure that the management is committed to arguing their decision making at the end of the WDF, otherwise the practitioner would have to refuse the intervention. The limitations of this thesis are mainly methodological, since the research methods chosen to conduct our studies did not really enable us to verify the general hypothesis that integrating consideration of emotions into ergonomic intervention made it effective in the context of QLW. The body of work and ideas arising from this thesis therefore constitute a proposal for any practitioner or researcher interested in discussing the subjective experience of work and its consequences for empowerment, health, well-being, and performance at work

Online product forums enable consumers to post reviews of products and services or view the experiences of other consumers. The research paper will receive information and data from a beauty discussion forum, and it will conduct content analysis into the attributes and electronic effects of word-of-mouth messages. The reviews will attribute structures and formats, contents, subjective and objectives, sentence styles, and word choices on the discussion forum. Finally, by using independent samples t-test and one-way analysis of variance, the results can provide Internet platform providers with a reference for managing their platforms and provide them more useful sources of consumer knowledge.

With the heavy use of technological gadgets such as smartphones or tablet computers, computer-mediated communication (CMC) has been prevalent nowadays. To explore the possibility to involve CMC in L2 classrooms, it is necessary to investigate the effects it brings to L2 learning. This study adopts a FonF viewpoint to examine the effects of online discussion on L2 word form (WF) learning and text comprehension, compared with the effects of individual work. The participants were 82 tenth graders in a girls’ high school in Taipei, divided into the experimental group (EG) and the control group (CG). The two groups were respectively allocated with the learning conditions of online discussion and individual work. Prior to the ten-time intervention, a word form (WF) pretest was conducted. Each time after the intervention, the participants took a WF immediate posttest and a comprehension test based on the assigned reading, followed by a WF delayed posttest one week later. The weekly fifty-minute intervention began with a seven-minute silent reading. Afterwards, some text-based questions were asked for the purpose of eliciting the target words. In the online discussion condition, the participants discussed the given questions with their group members through an online forum, while in the individual condition, the participants wrote down their answers to the questions and then exchanged the answer papers. In both groups, the series of questions focusing on one target word took ten minutes. Data analysis included ANOVA and data variation analysis. ANOVA revealed significant differences in within-group comparisons of the collapsed mean scores of WF tests, indicating that both conditions facilitate the learning of word forms. The analysis of variations in diachronic mean scores of WF posttests shows EG performed not worse than CG for five out of ten times. Considering the heavier cognitive load resulting from dual-tasking of EG’s treatment, EG participants’ performance in word form learning actually exceeded expectations, thus implying that online discussion was more effective in helping word form learning when compared with individual work. Also, the analysis of diachronic data development in the mean scores of comprehension tests reveals EG’s better performance than CG for seven to nine times in the three types of comprehension (i.e. global, local comprehension and inferencing), among which global comprehension is found to benefit most from online discussion condition, as having been proved by the significant difference of between-group comparisons of the collapsed mean scores. The possible explanation is that CMC might elicit more negotiation of meanings since it creates a more friendly environment for learners to comfortably share ideas with other group members. By giving responses and reading others’, learners can develop a better understanding of the texts. This study explores the possibility to involve online discussion as one option in FonF intervention, and suggests that online discussion might be able to facilitate learners’ word form learning and text comprehension. What’s more, this study provides an example to complete research results with analysis of diachronic data development.

With the development of the internet technology, the influence of the electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) marketing on consumer purchase decisions keeps increasing. Most of the consumers look for the information on the internet forum, such as the Mobile01, before they purchase the products or service. The MIC conducted a survey to realize the consumption pattern of the netizens and the eWOM, in 2014. The results of the survey shows that there are about 81 percent of consumers would look for the eWOM information before making a purchase. The extrinsic factors that affect the consumers are more complexity as buying the high-priced and high-risk product, such as the real estate. In order to overcome the hesitation in the decision making process, the consumers would look for the information on the internet frequently and do the analysis. Hence, this research is based on the discussion thread of Kaohsiung "Wen Sha Bao" in the Mobile01 Forum to investigate the the influence of eWOM Marketing on high-priced real estate sales. This research adopts the quantitative research methods. The eWOM and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) are the fundamental for this research. After the questionnaire survey, by utilizing the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the empirical analysis model is constructed to investigate the consumers’ consideration on purchasing the high-priced real estate. According to the results of the empirical analysis model, the Performance Expectancy, the Social Influence and the eWOM all have the positive and significant impact on the behavioral intention when the consumers buy the high-priced real estate on the internet forum of Mobile01.
