Full textMarknadsföringsarbetet befinner sig i en ständig förändring där flera branscher går från ett traditionellt marknadsföringsarbete till ett mer digitalt marknadsföringsarbete. Just för byggbranschen visar tidigare studier på att småföretag inom byggbranschen inte har hängt med i utvecklingen och menar på att småföretag inom byggbranschen ofta har bristande kunskap inom marknadskommunikationens område. Problemet som uppstår är dels att småföretagen får nöja sig med generella teorier och modeller, dels att småföretagen ofta ha rbegränsade resurser. Samtidigt visar studier på att konsumenter inom byggbranschen upplever det svårt att hitta hantverkare vilket leder studien in på hur småföretag inom byggbranschen använder marknadskommunikation för att skapa försäljning på konsumentmarknaden. Studien har utgångspunkt i en kvalitativ forskningsmetod med en deduktiv tillämpad ansats. Studien baseras på empiri insamlad från sex småföretag inom byggbranschen i Dalarna som tillsammans utgör den empiriska data som uppfyller studiens syfte. Med stöd av teori och tidigare forskning har studien kommit fram till hur småföretag inom byggbranschen arbetar med marknadskommunikation för att skapa försäljning. Forskningsstudien resulterar i att småföretag inom byggbranschen använder sig av både traditionell-/ och digital marknadskommunikation. Resultatet av olika traditionella marknadskommunikationer som småföretagen använder är visitkort, reklamblad, logotyper på arbetsfordon och sponsring för att skapa igenkänning och förtroende hos kunder. Småföretagen använder även digitala marknadskommunikationer i form av webbsidor och sociala medier för att göra det lättare för kunder att hitta dem samt skapa interaktion med sina kunder. Generella slutsatser är att småföretag inom byggbranschen ofta strukturerar sin marknadskommunikation efter resurser eller eget intresse och att huvudsyftet med marknadskommunikationen grundar sig i att skapa igenkänning och förtroende för varumärket. Genom dessa marknadskommunikationer har småföretag inom byggbranschen möjlighet att skapa försäljning.

To achieve the goal of implementing the safe fireproofing of wood and to set up national data of firing prevention experiment, this research cooperates with National Science Council’s annual research which called A study on the test of the Fire Resistance Performance on wood Bearing Wall in 2007 and proceeds the relevant experiment. The objects of this study are focused on Fire Resistance Performance in Wood Framing Construction and Charring Rate of Timber Frames. Fire Resistance Performance in Wood Framing are based on domestic and international wood framing and based on current regulation to proceed the fire-resistant performance experiment for an hour. The experiment of Charring Rate of Timber Frames adopts the really wood. The types of wood include China fir, Japanese Cedar, Southern pine and Spruce-pine-fir which are all common materials for domestic building. The outcome of this research combines the result from experiment and the materials from theory. The theory contain Fire Resistance Performance in Wood Framing Construction and Fire Regulation, high-temperature combustion properties of wood, Char theory and Char rate. The result from this study please refers to following paragraph: First, Fire Resistance Performance in Wood Framing Construction 1. The result of experiment illustrates that on the aspect of structure of wood framing construction, the stud-section 2×6 has higher fire resistance than 2×4. Besides, calcium silicate board has higher fire resistance than gypsum board. 2. In the heat-conduction characteristic of the wall, non-heating side of the stud-section 2×4 and calcium silicate board have higher heat-conduction than non-heating side of the stud-section 2×6 and gypsum board. 3. When above four items are damaged by fire, the calcium silicate board has faster heat conduction than gypsum board. Relative is higher to stud being heated high-temperature char influence. Second, Charring Rate of Timber Frames 1. Due to some unexpected reason, the high-temperature furnace equipment of the char rate experiment can not in normal temperature warming according to set temperature. Therefore, there are some errors between the result of char rate experiment and char rate forecast model. This study amends the high- temperature furnace equipment and re-calculates the char rate forecast model. When the heating conditions in the CNS standards under the premise of the warming curve, char rate forecast models and experimental data have a very high ability to explanation. 2. According to the platform wood framing fire resistance performance’s internal warming condition, this research proceeds an char rate experiment to different kinds of wood. Although there are some problems caused by equipment which led to the experimental data for reference purposes only, the preliminary char rate of experimental wood and procedure of timber frames’ char rate have been established and can be the references for the related study in the future.

The dissertation is focus on wood-base materials that were applied to structure of fire endurance and incombustibility of interior finish for purpose. Firstly, to distinguish the fire-retardant formulations those were treated on the lignocellulosic materials, and to research the relationship of the combustion gas toxicity and the smoke factor. Then, take advantage of wood-base panel to discuss the fire endurance and incombustibility various. Recently, the fire test and requirement are standardization in the world, the test results of incombustibility sometimes varied with the test method used, that will impact on the industry of forest. Those wood-base finish materials were sorted by irradiance density and irradiance time. The difference and the relationship between the test results of those test methods were studied. In order to predict the combustion characteristics of standard change, refer to the improvement and judgment in advance. First of all, on the screening of high performance of fire-retardant formulations: oxygen index method is very suitable for the investigation of the flammability of ligno-cellulosic materials, and for the screening and systematic evaluation of chemicals. It can offer the affection of single chemical, the synergism affect of the fire retardant chemical mixtures, and provide to evaluate the high fire retardation and low toxicity fire-retardant. The oxygen index of single chemicals was ammonium phosphate higher than boride and halide. The fire retardant chemical mixtures of heterogeneous on synergism affect are better than mixture of Homogeneous. Secondary, the evaluation of combustion gas toxicity usually by the concentration of CO2, CO, CO2+CO and consumption of O2, was not enough to explain the incapacitation time of mice; in the opinion on the law of conservation of matter, the smoke factor also provides the reason of the incapacitation time. In this study, weight loss percent could reduce the different of materials tissue, it has a significantly positive effect on the smoke factor than burning weight loss; the incapacitation time of mice is an inverse proportion with the concentration of CO2 and consumption of O2, but they are affected by the smoke factor. During the relationship between the incapacitation time of mice and smoke factor, we could explain why passing “Grade 3 materials incombustibility” in CNS 6532 also could meet the limit of the incapacitation time of mice in CNS 8738. On the manufacture of wood-base panels, depending on the incombustibility or fire endurance, the wood-base panels laminating of wallcovering materials, lining board, steel wire fence and the treatment of fire-retardant, were different performance on test result; thinking about fire endurance of wood structure, all parts were used incombustibility materials, are not economical and to waste the unnecessary chemical. Finally, discussing of the relationships of different fire-resistance test methods, While applied on interior finish lining board, wallcovering materials of buildings, it could evaluate the change of heat release by the total temperature -time area (Tdθ) minus the area of temperature cure of reference board. According to the judgment level of incombustibility for surface test in CNS 6532, the requirement of ignition time in ISO 5657, “Glade 3 incombustibility” and above “Glade 2 incombustibility” materials are over 900 seconds under the irradiance of 20 and 50 kW/m2. All of the grade 3 incombustibility materials met the requirements of the class 3 of CAN/ULC S 135 tested by the cone calorimeter method; on the contrary, the requirement met by the cone calorimeter method does not necessarily meet the requirement by the surface test. Comparing with Japan’s noncombustibility test method is worthy to take as our models, it is not only the heat release considerate, but also the flammability and combustion gas toxicity.
