Abstract:
the status of women in family law became the main focus in legal reform. The reforms made must be dynamic and flexible in the face of changes in the socio-cultural context of society. The purpose of reform in addition to raising the status of women in the relationship between husband and wife also aims to provide legal certainty. Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law as the basis for resolving matters within the Court must continue to adapt to the social shift of society and the demands of social change so as not to lose its function as a social operator. To see the change in the status of women before the existence of Law Number 1 of 1974 and also KHI then the approach used is a historical approach. The juridical approach is used to see how the rules in Law No. 1/1974 and KHI apply to adapt to the demands of society change. The focus of juridical studies on the age limit of marriage, polygamy and divorce. Determination of the age limit of marriage has changed from 16 years of age for girls to 19 years. There is a change in article 7 paragraph (1) so that women and men have a passion for the right to education, health and constitutional rights. While the rules of Indonesian polygamy are not completely prohibited but the court provides strict conditions to do, while the rules of divorce for women have the right to file for divorce if the husband violates talaq ta’liq and commits the causes of divorce.

Abstract:
Few studies have examined the impact of unintended pregnancy on women in developing countries. This paper examines the impact of unintended pregnancy on Indonesian women’s psychological well-being. It is hypothesized that experiencing unintended pregnancy is associated with lower psychological well-being and that use of family planning and small family size are associated with higher levels of psychological well-being. Data are drawn from a 1996 survey of 796 women aged 15–49 from two Indonesian provinces, Lampung and South Sumatra. This article focuses on the 71% of women (n=562) who answered all 41 survey items related to psychological well-being. In cluster analysis, women grouped into three clusters, differentiated by their scores on four scales of well-being established through factor analysis (general negative feelings, satisfaction with relationships, satisfaction with economic/family/personal conditions, and negative feelings regarding domestic issues). Women in cluster 3 were characterized mainly by their high level of psychological well-being. Women in cluster 1 had the lowest level of well-being, and women in cluster 2 were in the middle. Multinomial logistic regression was used to assess jointly the effect of unintended pregnancy, contraceptive use, number of children and other factors on a woman’s level of psychological well-being. Unintended pregnancy was associated with lower levels of psychological well-being and contraceptive use was associated with higher levels of psychological well-being, while number of children was not associated with level of well-being. Women who had experienced an unintended pregnancy were less likely to be in the high psychosocial well-being cluster versus both the medium and low clusters. In addition, women using contraception were more likely to be classified in the high than in the low or medium well-being clusters.

Abstract:
The social distancing appeal that the government encourages is not matched by the state's efforts to provide economic security to the community. PSBB will directly or indirectly limit the movement of the community. The teaching and learning process at schools and residents who work will be limited to working or studying at home. This limitation of activities in public spaces will have an impact on people's income, especially those in the middle to lower economy. The implementation of social distancing during the Covid-19 outbreak has increased the risk of violence against women, complicates women's economic conditions, and affirms women's social status as subordinate, or women are in a lower position than men. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the cause of domestic violence during the covid-19 period in Indonesia, what are the prevention efforts against domestic violence during the covid-19 period. Causes of Domestic Violence During the Covid-19 Period, namely the government's appeal to the community 'at home alone', causing a separate polemic for women and children, especially those who experience economic and psychological pressure at home from extraordinary isolation measures, has prompted increasing instances of reports of domestic violence, especially women who are forced to live for months in abusive relationships. causes and consequences of violence and to prevent the occurrence of violence through primary prevention programs, policy intervention and advocacy as well as information programs and supporting initiatives through all mass media TV, social networks, cell phones.

Abstract:
Women are creatures of God Almighty who must be protected, even though gender equality has been done with men. Therefore women must be protected from all forms of intimidation, harassment, exploitation, violence both physically and psychologically. Because the nature of women in the eyes of the social and religious eyes have differences with men, as the nature of women is the weakest god creature. Even in law, women have different protections compared to men. This writing is in the form of descriptive narrative which means describing using available legal materials which are then processed based on the theories obtained and using normative methods based on library studies, namely by collecting various kinds of literature consisting of books, journals, and documents others relating to violence and sexual harassment and social control of these crimes. Sexual crime experienced by women in Indonesia is caused by the weak social control in the community that makes the bond of social ties not well established, causing women to be lower in the eyes of the perpetrators who commit violence against women. report the actions that occur, thus there will be omission of these conditions so as to make the perpetrators freely commit sexual violence against women. Therefore the role of community social control is very necessary to protect women.

Abstract:
Whether we realize it or not, gender inequality is one of the social problems that we can easily find in people's lives. The problem of gender bias can occur in various aspects of life, including the aspect of legal rights, such as the right as guardian of marriage in Indonesia. This study aims to find a discourse analysis of the opportunities for women as marriage guardians in Indonesia. This study employs empirical normative legal method. The primary data sources are the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and social observation. The secondary data sources used were various other relevant studies. Meanwhile, the theory used as a tool of analysis is the sociological theory of Islamic law from Ibn Qayyim al-Jauzi regarding changes in Islamic law. This study concludes that based on the pattern of equality of gender relations in Indonesian society, granting the right of authority as guardian of marriage to female relatives is a form of istihsan bi al-'urf, the change of law from general law (kulii) to special or casuistic law (juz'i) based on existing culture or custom. This is parallel with Ibn Qayyim's theory of change in Islamic law which makes conditions (ahwal) and culture ('adat) part of the factors of changing Islamic law.

Abstract:
Women in the world of prostitution are unwittingly becoming things that are rife. The world of prostitution is divided into several social classes. Talking about prostitution must also talk about social class. The law guarantees a decent livelihood, and is equally in the eyes of the law for each of its citizens. As mandated by Article 27 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia concerning Human Rights. Besides that women are considered as weak creatures that can be traded is a perspective that we must all fight. Many history books say that being a woman means being a jewelry for men. Such thoughts weaken women's mentality. Though many laws in Indonesia protect women's rights. As a result, many women are desperate and choose a shortcut to survive by entering the world of prostitution. Positive law in Indonesia only regulates people who trade other people. While trafficked persons are not subject to any punishment. In fact, many people in the community that occur are trafficked people actively ask pimps to trade. The change in Law Number 21 of 2007 to impose sanctions on prostitutes is expected to be a form of strong warning to eradicate prostitution itself. It should be realized that in prostitution women not only act as victims but also as perpetrators. If there are no perpetrators, the act of prostitution will also not exist. So that not only pimps and service users are the legal targets while women who offer themselves are protected by law and are considered victims, while the fact is that these women do not qualify as victims who are under duress or threats of violence. In reality, prostitution exists and will continue to exist even though we make regulations to prohibit its existence, even prostitution has involved underage children whose rights should be protected by the surrounding adults. In such conditions, it is best for us to make regulations to regulate it. So, prostitution can still be done but the conditions of its implementation must be clearly defined in the law. In this scientific work using the method of library data collection techniques from primary and secondary data with descriptive data analysis.

Abstract:
This paper explores women's genitalia as far as QS sees it. al-Ahzab [33] verse 59. The specific explanation is related to the use of the veil, which is widespread in the Indonesian context. This study uses a thematic analysis method of the verses of the Qur'an, and it is concluded that there are differences of opinion regarding women's genitalia, especially regarding the face and palms, whether they are classified as aurat or not. This difference then developed in the legal issue of wearing the veil for women. Regarding the use of the veil, scholars consider social conditions so that there are scholars who require women to wear the veil since there has been a lot of slander spread in the community. Some scholars do not require women to wear the veil because the veil is considered a culture that grows from the local culture. However, wearing the veil for women remains relevant in Indonesia because, in addition to the veil protecting women from naughty views of the opposite sex, it will also affect their subconscious to improve religious practices in their lives.

Fatwa is a practical law similar to fiqh (al-ahkām al-'amaliyah). Therefore, the fatwa must be context-bound; context of time (tempus), place (locus), context of natural conditions, social context, demographic context, and other contexts. In the Indonesian context, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) is the official state-recognized institution to issue fatwas as guidelines for Indonesian Muslims. This paper answers two questions: how is the MUI fatwa related to the legal status of interfaith marriages? Furthermore, is the MUI fatwa on interfaith marriage relevant to the reform of Islamic family law in Indonesia? As a result, although many scholars allow interfaith marriages because Muslim men and women are experts of the book, the MUI fatwa forbids interfaith marriages based on sadd al-dzari'ah to prevent negative impacts. This is a family law product with a renewal side, because it is responsive to social dynamics and changing times, by prioritizing the benefit based on maqasid shari'ah

Abstract:
This research aims to understand the typology of contemporary interpretation in Indonesia, especially concerning the issue of women based on the interpretation narrative in Hamka's Tafsir Al-Azhar. This interpretation arose in modern thought and was born from Indonesian society that the Dutch were colonizing. Therefore, this interpretation represents an idea with a modern background and colonial issues. One of the interesting issues in Al-Azhar's notion is the interpretation of verses related to women. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting interpretations related to women in Tafsir Al-Azhar. This research used Hans-George Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutic method. The study results prove that the context of the colonial era made Hamka choose to reinterpret the verses of the Qur'an related to women's creation. The purpose of the interpretation is to harmonize between religious values and social conditions. According to Hamka, he interpreted the female verse that said women created from Adam’s ribs. Also, he explained controversially that the interpretation of women's creation from Adam’s ribs is merely a metaphor. He explained that both men and women could build a fair social system. As well as the issue of women's education rights, Hamka tries to explain that men and women have the opportunity to obtain information and education in an equal position. The latter issue is women's social activities in public areas. In this context, it is not only men who can rule women; on the contrary, women can regulate men's domestic affairs. Therefore, it is the inevitability of the existing potential.

In the Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Adjudicating Applications for Marriage Dispensation, article 15 letter (d) states that examining a child for whom a marriage dispensation is requested may seek a recommendation from a psychologist or professional Social Worker Doctor/Midwife, Social Welfare Personnel, Integrated Service Center for the Protection of Women and Children (P2TP2A). , Indonesian/Regional Child Protection Commission (KPAI/KPAD). However, in reality the implementation of the Banda Aceh Syar'iyah Court's decision with Case number 5/Pdt.P/2021/Ms.Bna, the Judge granted the petition for a marriage dispensation by the applicant without fulfilling the conditions stated in article 15 in letter (d). In addition, in the community, parents who marry off their children have not reached the age stipulated by law, and without a recommendation letter from a doctor, even though it is very important for the reproductive health of the prospective bride. The question in this thesis research is the first dispensation for marriage according to PERMA No. 5 of 2019 concerning guidelines for adjudicating applications for dispensation for marriage against underage women, and the second consideration of the judges of the Banda Aceh syar'iyah court in granting requests for dispensation for marriage to underage women. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study found that the marriage dispensation according to PERMA No. 5 of 2019 regarding guidelines for adjudicating applications for dispensation for marriage is that the application can be submitted for those who are not of the age in accordance with statutory regulations no. 16 of 2019 regarding amendments to law no. 1 of 1974. And the judge's consideration in granting the application for dispensation for marriage without fulfilling the conditions stipulated in PERMA No. 5 of 2019 in article 15 letter d because these conditions are supporting conditions, this can be seen from the age of the applicant because of concerns that occur in the reproduction of the woman because she is still a minor.

Abstract:
Oil palm plantations have expanded massively in the isolated areas of Indonesia in the last decades. They cover more than 13.5 million hectares across Indonesia and spread into more than 10 provinces. Riau and West Sumatra are the two provinces that have been targeted for oil palm plantation expansion. When oil palm companies entered Riau and West Sumatra, they started to expand their operations and promised to provide the employment for local people, especially women. At first, thiswent smoothly. However, along with many other social, economic and environmental issues, oil palm companies are no longer giving adequate protection for the women in the labor force. Women operate in unsafe working conditions and always get an unfair share of income. The health of women who work for oil palm companies suffers greatly. They have to handle pesticides and fertilizers without protection such as masks and gloves. Although women put much effort in working for the oil palm companies, they always get lower financial compensation than the men. This situation demonstratesthe tremendous discrimination in the oil palm industry. This is violates many regulations, especially the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) article 11, which mentions that all parties shall take all appropriate measures to eliminate discrimination against women in the field of employment to protect health and safety in the workplace and to ensure equal wages between men and women. This situation not only contravenes CEDAW, but also Act Number 13/2003 about Manpower (article22) which is concerned with the safe working environment and equal wages among employees. The aim of this study is to investigate the current situation in the oil palm industry in Indonesia and how companies discriminate against women without considering the international and national regulations. This study is not only focuses on the oil palm industry itself, but also on women, and how they survive as employees of oil palm companies. This study used qualitative methods, which have been conducted through observation, key informant interviews and secondary data. The study also reveals that in order to solve the case about women labor in oil palm plantations, critical changes are urgently needed, not only from government as the policy makers, but also from many other stakeholders.

Abstract:
Objective. There is lack of knowledge about the patterns and correlates of hand grip strength (HGS) of older adults in Indonesia. This study aims to assess sociodemographic and health determinants of HGS among older adult men and women in Indonesia. Methods. Participants were 7097 individuals of 50 years and older (mean age 61.2 years, SD=9.4) that participated in the cross-sectional Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS-5) in 2014-15. The assessment measures included a questionnaire on sociodemographic characteristics and health variables and anthropometric and HGS measurements. Linear multivariable regression analysis was conducted to estimate the association of social and health variables and HGS. Results. The mean HGS was 28.2 kgs for men and 17.2 kgs for women. In adjusted linear regression analysis among both men and women, height, being overweight or obese, and having a good self-rated health status were positively associated with HGS, while age, having underweight, low cognitive functioning, and functional disability were negatively associated with HGS. In addition, among men, higher education and medium economic background were positive and having two or more chronic conditions, having severe depressive symptoms, and having moderate sleep impairment were negatively associated with HGS. Conclusion. The study contributed to a better understanding of patterns and correlates of HGS among older adults in Indonesia. Gender-specific and health related interventions may be needed so as to improve the physical functioning of the growing older populace in Indonesia.

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to examine the impact of international female labor migration on left-behind parents by taking into consideration the daughters' marital status. Data were taken from in-depth interviews with 37 left-behind parents of migrant women in East Java Province. The study showed that left-behind parents had limited access to the remittances sent by married daughters, except when they carried out childcare responsibilities. Parents of unmarried daughters had some access to remittances, but this varied according to the economic conditions of the family. Left-behind parents were concerned about the safety of their daughters overseas, the marriage prospects of unmarried daughters, the stability of their daughters' marriages and the welfare of left-behind grandchildren. Because the migration of married and unmarried daughters has diverse impacts on left-behind parents, this should be considered in programs that aim to mitigate potential negative impacts of women's migration.

Abstract:
This research uses a gender perspective to explore the condition of home-based women workers during the COVID-19 pandemic and analyze coping mechanisms adopted to mitigate the social and economic vulnerability. By applying the feminist political economy framework, the research focused on the vulnerability of home-based women workers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), Indonesia. Home-based women's enterprises constitute a major component of the local businesses. This research used a qualitative research design. Results showed that home-based women workers (PPR) are exposed to six traits of vulnerability, namely: Workers' exploitation and low wage standard; lack of social security; nonexistence of job guarantee and weak law protection; bearing the work risk that should be the employers' obligation; low bargaining position; and unregulated working hours. In addition, compounded by inadequate education and high domestic responsibilities, these women are vulnerable to political and economic conditions that are in part attributable to the societal context they find themselves in. However, amid these vulnerabilities, home-based women workers in DIY have developed resilience through community networks supported by a local NGO called YASANTI. Thus, local NGOs have played a significant role in strengthening PPR resilience in DIY.

Analysis of legal protection for Indonesian female seafarer. Based on these central issues, this study aims to determine what regulations protect Indonesian female seafarers and how to implement Indonesian female seafarer's protection based on existing ordinances. The method of data collection was a literature study, observation sheet, and interviews guide. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. This study's population was representatives of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation and members of the Indonesian Women Seafarers' Organization, namely: Indonesia Female Marine (IFMA) and Indonesian Lady Seafarers (ILS).The research results showed that national and international law had guaranteed legal protection to Indonesian female mariner of various rules and regulations. This guarantee was used in obtaining decent and productive work into independent, equal, and safe conditions with dignity so that if they do not get discriminatory treatment. Implementation of legal protection for women seafarers has not been accommodated by legal subjects, both in the legal structure, legal substance or legal culture. It is based on conditions where there are still minimum opportunities for decent work and lack of social protection for female seafarer when doing their job. This is evidenced by the Circular Letter of the DirectorGeneral of Hubla of the Ministry of Transportation No.Um.003 / 80/9 / DJPL-1 concerning the Fulfillment / Granting of the Rights of Female Seafarer, and the Circular of the Ministry of Transportation's Directorate General of Transportation Hubla No.UM.002 /89/3 / DK -17 concerning the Fulfillment / Granting of the Rights of Female Seafarer.which was philosophically issued at the insistence of the Indonesian Female Marine(IFMA) which received many reports from the female seafarer.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the characteristics of corporate governance influencing CSR disclosure in banking. Implementing good corporate governance allows the company's stakeholders to receive accurate and transparent information about the company's internal conditions through CSR disclosure. Thus, good corporate governance can affect the company's relationship with its stakeholders to maintain long-term sustainability. The research sample obtained was 180 companies from banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. A multiple linear regression test was used to test the research model. The study results found that foreign ownership, state ownership, size of the board of commissioners, and the proportion of women on the board of commissioners significantly positively affected CSR.Meanwhile, the proportion of foreign members on the board of commissioners is known to have a significant adverse effect on CSR. In addition, the results showed that diffusion ownership, the size of the board of directors, the proportion of women on the board of directors, chairman of the board of directors, chairman of the board of commissioners, and the proportion of foreign members on the board of directors did not affect CSR. However, there are differences in the level of information disclosed. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the characteristics of corporate governance used in this study do not fully affect CSR disclosure in banks. This research enriches the existing literature, considering that the banking sector is often excluded from CSR studies because of its specific legal regulations and perceived small environmental impact. In addition, in developing countries, very few studies still analyze the effect of board characteristics on bank CSR disclosures. Furthermore, this study emphasizes important implications for the banking sector, shareholders, and regulatory bodies

The existence of women, especially regarding their physical beauty and beauty, is not a myth found in works of art or literature, including those found in temple reliefs. Many temple reliefs in Indonesia depict women and their exoticism, both physically and their activities and position in society. Prambanan Temple is a temple that is known to be closely related to the figure of a beautiful woman named Roro Jongrang who occupies the main statue. In addition to the main statue, on the reliefs of the walls of Prambanan Temple there are also reliefs about other women. This relief is a text that describes women and their existence. This study seeks to explore and interpret the physical woman on the wall reliefs of Prambanan Temple. The research was conducted by using semiotic-semanalytic analysis of Juli Kristeva. The results of the intertextual research show that almost all of the women's physical relief panels at Prambanan Temple are constructed to read the signs on the reliefs as a text, so that the story or story conveyed can be easily recognized and understood. The meaning of genotext in the context of women on temple wall reliefs who appear without a physical cover or naked is a common thing or a habit in society based on geographical and social conditions. The upper physical nudity of women at that time did not affect the views of the people around, especially men. Because women are chosen not based on their body shape but other attractions that are sometimes mystical. The meaning of phenotext, women who appear naked has a negative meaning and leads to pornography, can cause unlimited male attraction, can become victims of sexual crimes, and can even be in contact with the law.

Abstract:
The age of marriage enhancement as mandated by Law no. 16 of 2019 is increasing the minimum age for marriage from 16 years for women and 19 years for men to 19 years for both women and men. However, this rule has not been accepted wholeheartedly by the community, so there are pros and cons. This study focuses on answering three questions: 1) Why are there pros and cons in the provisions of Law no. 16 in 2019 within a society? 2) What steps are taken by the community in violating the provisions of Law no. 16 of 2019? 3) What steps have been taken by the KUA and the Religious Courts in implementing the provisions of Law Number 16 of 2019? This research uses qualitative research with discourse analysis method. The researcher uses Pierre Bourdieu's theory to see the dynamics of the pros and cons contestation in increasing the age of marriage. With the genetic structuralism approach, to unite the origins of the individual mental structure, which is the product of the unification of the social structure that surrounds it. There are groups of people who agree to increase the age of marriage, and there are groups against it. The importance of mature marriage is to reduce divorce rates, poverty rates, children dropping out of school, maternal and child mortality rates. On the other hand, some people still prioritize the legal requirements of marriage by fulfilling the provisions of Islamic law (alternative options) not cumulative as required in the conditions for a valid marriage in the UUP. The arguments of people against the increase of marriageable age are based on the background of community culture, economic conditions, and free lifestyle of teenager. Unregistered marriage (nikah siri), legalization of marriage procedure and marriage dispensation are alternative steps taken by people who are against the increase of marriage age. KUA (religious affairs office) and the Religious Courts as the frontline in maintaining the mandate of Law no. 16 of 2019 using legal norms, still tightening the provisions on the age limit for marriage, marriage dispensation and legalization of marriage.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the capacities of women during the Covid-19 pandemic. In Indonesia, Covid-19 has changed many aspects. Haphazard policy making also adds to the workload of the community, both in the domestic and public sphere. Women as agents who contribute to providing food needs in the realm of the family are almost never included in policy making, especially during the pandemic. This makes the policies issued cannot accommodate the needs of women. Meanwhile, the unfinished pandemic also exacerbates the subordinate conditions experienced by women. This paper uses a gender analysis model of the Capasities and Vulnerabilities Analysis Framework (CVA) to see the extent of the capacities and vulnerabilities of women crafters of reyeng in Dusun Contong, Ngunggahan Village in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive and data collection was taken by observation and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that women crafters of reyeng during the Covid-19 pandemic were vulnerable due to limited access to aspects of health and social assistance. However, these women also have the capacity and capability to adapt to a pandemic. This capability is evidenced by the ability to use the narrow land around the house to grow vegetables and exchange food and bamboo with other reyeng women craftsmen.

Abstract:
The Phenomenon of Feminization of Indonesian Workers has placed women in strategic positions in the family. One reason is the number of economic and social remittances they have. The great number of remittances requires the optimization of the utilization of remittances through economic and social entrepreneurship. The success of strengthening this Retiring Female Indonesian Workers is a strategic matter. In the long run, there will be an increase in the quality of life of the Indonesian workers’ households. However, this study proves that Remitan and the social (network) of retiring women do not necessarily increase or strengthen their economic roles. The articulation of the roles and position of retiring female Indonesian workers (migrants) in the family and community in developing businesses (social and economic entrepreneurship) lacks significant influence. Why has the entrepreneurship of retiring female workers failed to be achieved? This study with the anthropological approach to migration proves that there are three important factors that influence it, i.e.the low capacity of female migrants to using the accumulation of income while working abroad and the internal conditions of family gender relations, and the low facilitation capacity of institutions/agencies for social change towards migrant families.

Abstract:
The number of cases of domestic violence against women and children in Indonesia has escalated year by year. Various studies have revealed the impact of family violence on children, but few have sought to investigate the sociological lives of youth who have been exposed to domestic violence since childhood. This study aimed to reveal the experiences of educated youth who are exposed to domestic violence and its impact on them. This study used a qualitative method. The research informants were educated youth who had been victims of domestic violence and were currently students in the university. The results showed that children who were victims of exposure to violence had bad experiences throughout their lives. They recorded domestic violence from childhood to growing up. They believe that parents and families are parties that are unable to provide protection. In addition, exposure to violence also causes mental health disorders, poor psychological conditions, and thoughts of refusing to marry. This study concludes that exposure to domestic violence has a serious impact on children’s social development because from childhood to adulthood they grow up in a violence zone.

Abstract:
Education on sexual and reproductive health for adolescents in Indonesia has not been fully accepted by the community. This is influenced by the complex environment of social, cultural and religious life. Many people consider that sexual and reproductive health education is a taboo subject to discuss among adolescents. These conditions make adolescents confused in determining their reproductive health behavior. However, over time, the influence of Western culture has brought freedom and open access to information so as to provide opportunities for adolescents to have negative behaviors in reproductive health. The prevalence of sexually active behavior in male adolescents (56.6%) is higher when compared to adolescent girls (43.7%). The problem of abortion in adolescents needs to be seriously addressed, because this problem occurs mostly in developing countries such as Indonesia due to the lack of access to information about abortion. This is evident from many studies which state that the high number of unsafe abortions that causes death is due to the lack of knowledge of young women about the dangers of abortion. Keywords: danger of abortion

Early marriage is still a severe problem in Indonesia. One out of nine women in Indonesia is married before eighteen. It occurs almost in all over provinces in Indonesia. There are 23 provinces where the prevalence of early marriage is higher than the national data. This article aims to determine factors that cause early marriage in several ethnic groups in Indonesia. This study reviews the Ethnographic Health Research book series in the Lampung, Sasak and Bugis ethnic groups. Pierre Bourdieu’s theory was used to analyze the phenomenon of early marriage. Bourdieu divides this theory of social practice into three interrelated parts: habitus, arena, and capital. The existence of customary rules, patriarchal systems, modernization and applicable formal laws, namely marriage laws, affect the habitus of early marriage actors. Weak economic, cultural and social capital also encourages individuals to marry earlier. In conclusion, the relationship between habits, The involvement of the capital owned by adolescent or their families influences the decision to have an early marriage. The prevention of early marriage needs mutual interactions by both structural and cultural conditions of the community. The role of traditional and religious leaders also needs to be optimized in preventing early marriage. It is also necessary to strengthen the implementation of the law that regulates the minimum age for marriage.

Abstract:
Abstract In 2009, regular labour migration from Cambodia to Malaysia grew at a rapid rate. As the result of a ban imposed by Indonesia, Cambodia’s private sector responded by immediately recruiting to fill the void. The number of women recruited, trained and sent to Malaysia was too high for the Cambodian Government to keep track of and by 2010 reports of underage recruitment, debt bondage and abuse in training centres were growing. Unable to control the recruitment agencies and with growing numbers of reports of abuse in Malaysia, Cambodia banned the sending of domestic workers to Malaysia in 2011. Since this ban, the government has been working to strengthen the system of labour migration management. The changes under way do little, however, to address the specific problems that existed before the ban. In addition, in developing initiatives that are restricted to the establishment of an agreement with Malaysia, increasing regulation and improving conditions in training centres, Cambodia is missing an opportunity to establish a comprehensive and self-sustainable system of protection, welfare and support for migrant workers. Cambodia has a unique opportunity to set up enduring systems that can regulate recruiters and protect migrants as the sector expands to other countries and other industries. In not taking full advantage of this opportunity, there is a real chance that this ban will not be the last.
