Abstract:
Kata kunci: pengayaan, kosakata, bahasa daerah, strategi, keluarga Abstract Massive language developments and changes have touched traditional territories, including in the Waraka State located on the coast of Elpaputih Bay, Central Maluku, where the people speak the Wemale language or the Waraka language. Only the older generation communicates in this language. For this reason, counseling was initiated to the younger generation about the importance of regional languages through community service activities (PkM) to students at SMA Negeri 55 Teluk Elpaputih. The method used is a short lecture method with questions and answers, discussion and vocabulary collection, as well as a random game of card pairs. The results show that the local language vocabulary owned by the students is indeed very minimal because the transmission between parents to children is hampered. However, the potential of the students is big enough to start inputting everyday vocabulary, and get used to it through simple sentences from within the family. Thus, regional languages should be prioritized at home. Keywords: enrichment, vocabulary, regional language, strategy, family

(GaxIn1-x)2Se3 films with 0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.4 were deposited by the thermal evaporation technique. As-deposited (GaxIn1-x)2Se3 films were irradiated using the wideband radiation of a Cu-anode X-ray tube at different exposure times. The spectral dependences of the refractive index and extinction coefficient are measured by the spectral ellipsometry technique. The optical transmission spectra of X-ray irradiated (GaxIn1-x)2Se3 films are studied for various irradiation times. Parameters of the Urbach absorption edge for X-ray-irradiated (GaxIn1-x)2Se3 thin films are determined and compared with those of non-irradiated films. The spectral dependences of the refractive indices of non-irradiated and X-ray-irradiated (GaxIn1-x)2Se3 films are described in the framework of the model developed by Cauchy, Sellmeier, Wemple, and DiDomenico, as well as by the optical-refractometric relation. The detailed variation of the parameters of the Wemple–DiDomenico model for non-irradiated and X-ray-irradiated (GaxIn1-x)2Se3 films has been analyzed. The perspective of applications of (GaxIn1-x)2Se3 films as the materials for optical sensors of X-rays is discussed.

Abstract:
Recently, extended multi-attribute profiles (EMAPs) have attracted much attention due to its good performance while applied to remote sensing images feature extraction and classification. Since the EMAPs connect multiple attribute features without considering the pixel-based Hyperspectral Image (HSI) classification, homogeneous regions may become unsmooth due to the noise to be introduced. To tackle this problem, we propose the weighted EMAPs (WEMAPs) to reduce the noise and smoothen the homogeneous regions based on weighted mean filter (WMF). Then, we construct multiscale WEMAPs to product multiscale feature in order to extract different spatial structures of the HSI and produce better classification results. Finally, a new joint decision fusion and feature fusion (JDFFF) framework is proposed based on the decision fusion (DF) and the multiscale WEMAPs (MWEMAPs) based on extreme learning machine (ELM) classifier. That is, the classification results from various scales are combined into a final one with ELM to perform the HSI classification. Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm significantly outperforms many state-of-the-art HSI classification algorithms.

AbstractIn a previous article, we studied the distribution of “low–lying” zeros of the family of quadratic Dirichlet L–functions assuming the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis for all Dirichlet L–functions. Even with this very strong assumption, we were limited to using weight functions whose Fourier transforms are supported in the interval (–2, 2). However, it is widely believed that this restriction may be removed, and this leads to what has become known as the One-Level Density Conjecture for the zeros of this family of quadratic L-functions. In this note, wemake use of Weil's explicit formula as modified by Besenfelder to prove an analogue of this conjecture.

Abstract:
AbstractMost scholarly works on exhibitionary practices of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries have focused on the meaning and importance of display, and the cultural bases, and indeed biases, that supported various inclusions and exclusions. The exhibition has usually formed part of a larger narrative of new rituals that were enacted in the modern period to serve, variously, imperial, market or patriotic objectives. Can the persistence with which the Princely Mysore state organized its Dasara Exhibition from 1907 until well after independence be understood solely within these frames? In both its choice of location and its timing, the Dasara Exhibition was organized with dogged insistence, despite its obvious failures. This can only be understood in relation to the larger changes that were envisaged for the economy of the region, as the state attempted to build a supplement, even an alternative, to the princely splendour and pomp that was on conspicuous display. This paper looks at the subtle changes and shifts that occurred during the first half of the twentieth century in exhibitionary practices as they related to both real and envisaged changes within the economy that the Mysore bureaucracy was obliged to bring into being.

Abstract:
Several, nearly-1-µm-thick, pure, unhydrogenated amorphous-silicon (a-Si) thin layers were grown at high rates by non-equilibrium rf-magnetron Ar-plasma sputtering (RFMS) onto room-temperature low-cost glass substrates. A new approach is employed for the optical characterization of the thin-layer samples, which is based on some new formulae for the normal-incidence transmission of such a samples and on the adoption of the inverse-synthesis method, by using a devised Matlab GUI environment. The so-far existing limiting value of the thickness-non-uniformity parameter, Δd, when optically characterizing wedge-shaped layers, has been suppressed with the introduction of the appropriate corrections in the expression of transmittance. The optical responses of the H-free RFMS-a-Si thin films investigated, were successfully parameterized using a single, Kramers–Krönig (KK)-consistent, Tauc–Lorentz oscillator model, with the inclusion in the model of the Urbach tail (TLUC), in the present case of non-hydrogenated a-Si films. We have also employed the Wemple–DiDomenico (WDD) single-oscillator model to calculate the two WDD dispersion parameters, dispersion energy, Ed, and oscillator energy, Eso. The amorphous-to-crystalline mass-density ratio in the expression for Ed suggested by Wemple and DiDomenico is the key factor in understanding the refractive index behavior of the a-Si layers under study. The value of the porosity for the specific rf-magnetron sputtering deposition conditions employed in this work, with an Ar-pressure of ~4.4 Pa, is found to be approximately 21%. Additionally, it must be concluded that the adopted TLUC parameterization is highly accurate for the evaluation of the UV/visible/NIR transmittance measurements, on the H-free a-Si investigated. Finally, the performed experiments are needed to have more confidence of quick and accurate optical-characterizations techniques, in order to find new applications of a-Si layers in optics and optoelectronics.

Abstract. In this research experimental investigation of the influence of copper introduction on some relevant parameters in As-S-Se amorphous thin films is performed. Copper is introduced into As2(S0.5Se0.5)3amorphous thin film in concentration of 3 at.%. Samples of As2(S0.5Se0.5)3and Cu3(As2(S0.5Se0.5)3)97amorphous thin films are prepared by the vacuum thermal evaporation technique from previously synthesized bulk samples. Envelope method is applied for the determination of the optical constants, using the transmission and reflection spectra. The dispersion of the refractive index is discussed in terms of the single oscillator model proposed by Wemple–DiDomenico. Values of absorption coefficients in the high absorption region are discussed according to Tauc's law.Instrumented indentation testing is performed, using the Berkovich geometry indenter, for obtaining the value of nano-hardness.All the determined parameters have shown the increase with introduction of copper into amorphous thin film.

Abstract:
The (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films deposited by the thermal evaporation technique are annealed in the inert atmosphere (argon) for 1 h at temperatures of 50, 100, and 150 ∘C. The spectral ellipsometry is applied for measuring the spectral dependences of the refractive and extinction coefficients of as-deposited and annealed (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films. The optical transmission spectra, as well as the optical absorption spectra of (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films, are studied depending on the annealing temperature. The optical absorption edge for annealed (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films is shifted to the short-wavelength region and broadens, as the annealing temperature increases. Parameters of the Urbach absorption edge are determined for as-deposited and annealed (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films. The spectral dependences of the refractive index are analyzed in the framework of the Wemple–DiDomenico model. The nonlinear increase of the energy pseudogap, Urbach energy, and refractive index with the annealing temperature are revealed.

Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were deposited by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering technique on glass substrates in pure argon gas. The optical transmission stectra of the films were measured by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The effects of argon gas pressure on optical properties of the deposited films were investigated. The optical band-gap of the films was evaluated in terms of the Taucs law. The results show that the argon gas pressure has slightly affected the optical band-gap of the deposited films. Furthermore, the refractive index and extinction coefficient of the films were determined by means of the optical characterization methods. Meanwhile, the dispersion behavior of the refractive index was studied by the single-oscillator model of Wemple and DiDomenico, and the physical parameters of the average oscillator strength, average oscillator wavelength, oscillator energy, the refractive index dispersion parameter and the dispersion energy were obtained.

Kata kunci: Wemose D1 mini, HCSR-04, IoTAbstractInternet of things (IoT) is a system created to facilitate humans in carrying out daily activities, such as monitoring the volume of water in a tank that is underground. To support this activity, the authors made a design of a water volume monitor that uses the youth system. The system can help observers to monitor the volume of water in the tank in real time over long distances without having to monitor the volume of water in the tank directly. The design of the tool applies to tanks with a height of 30 cm, length of 35 cm and width of 20 cm. The tool uses a mini Wemose D1 microcontroller that has a wifi module, so it can implement the IoT system and is equipped with an HCSR-04 sensor as a distance detector used to measure water levels. To be able to measure the distance of water on the tool, it needs coding language that is programmed through a microcontroller. From the design of the instrument, the measurement data obtained through the senor are 19.65 ± 0.3375 x 10-5 liters at 28 cm height while the tank capacity at 28 cm height is 19.60 ± 0.125 x 10-6 liters. From the data that has been obtained found a difference of 0.05 liters. The difference is influenced by the sensitivity of the sensor in reading the data. From the data that has been taken, it can be concluded that the water volume monitor only has an error of 6%.Key words: Wemose D1 mini; HCSR-04; IoT

Abstract:
Abstract In this work, optical properties of undoped zinc oxide (ZnO) and chromium (Cr) doped ZnO prepared at different concentrations of Cr (2, 3, and 5 wt.%) on glass substrates by a spray pyrolysis method are reported. The structural properties investigated by X-ray diffraction revealed the hexagonal wurtzite structure, noting that the crystallite size of the films decreases with increasing Cr content. The optical characterization of the samples was carried out using spectral transmittance. The refractive index, energy gap, and extinction coefficient of pure and Cr-doped ZnO thin films have been calculated. The single oscillator model of Wemple–DiDomenico was used to study the dispersion of the refractive index. The oscillator parameters, the single oscillator energy, the dispersion energy, and the static refractive index were determined. The linear optical susceptibility and non-linear optical susceptibility were also studied and discussed. These promising results achieved by Cr-doping of ZnO exhibited an important behavior for technological applications in electronic, optoelectronic devices and non-linear optical applications.

Abstract:
Ge15Se75Zn10 thin films were deposited onto cleaned glass substrates by the vacuum thermal evaporation technique. The as-deposited and annealed thin films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and optical spectroscopy. The average particle sizes of the crystallized GeSe and ZnSe phases increase with increasing annealing temperature. Some optical parameters of the as-deposited and annealed Ge15Se75Zn10 thin films were studied using both transmittance T(?) and reflectance R(?) measurements. The analysis of T(?) and R(?) data revealed the existence of direct optical band gap (EG) and the corresponding values were calculated to be 2.913, 2.802 and 2.692 eV for the as-deposited and annealed thin films at 373 and 423 K, respectively. The dispersion of the refractive index is discussed in terms of the single oscillator Wemple-Didomenico (WD) model. The width of band tails of localized states (Ee), the single oscillator energy (E0), the dispersion energy (Ed), the high frequency dielectric constant (?L) and the steepness parameter (S) were estimated.

Potassium chloride (KCl) nanoparticles were synthesized by ball milling technique with different milling time. The effect of milling time on structural and optical properties was investigated. The structural properties of the purchased samples are characterized by Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction techniques. The Raman spectroscopy of the KCl hints at an excellent alloying behavior of those compounds and a preferred crystal structure for certain composition. The optical band is calculated by analyzing the spectral behavior of the absorption coefficient in the absorption region which revealed direct transitions. The value optical band increases (4.02–5.11[Formula: see text]eV) with increasing milling time (0–15[Formula: see text]h) due to quantum confinement after the ball milling process. The refractive and absorption indices were calculated for all samples. The model of Wemple–DiDomenico was used to calculate the dispersion parameters. The nonlinear susceptibility of the third order and the nonlinear refractive index were calculated by linear optical parameters using the generalized Miller rule.

Abstract:
In this work a method is proposed to calculate the optical constants of porous silicon (PS) thin films. The method is based on the theoretical simulation of the experimental reflectance spectra. In the optical system of this method the PS is considered a homogeneous, absorbing thin film, deposited on a silicon substrate of semi-infinite dimension. The theoretical form of the systems reflectance is calculated using the summation method proposed by Airy. Light scattering is included in the model by introducing the Davies–Bennett relation. The refraction index of the material is fit with the simple harmonic oscillator, proposed by Wemple–DiDomenico. The model was tested on two samples fabricated with anodization times of 25 and 35 min; the values for the refraction indexes, absorption coefficients, thickness and roughness were calculated for both samples. The PS samples were fabricated by electrochemical anodization of single crystal p-type silicon substrates in HF (25%) + isopropyl alcohol solution.

Within the field of Digital Humanities, a great effort has been made to digitize documents and collections in order to build catalogs and exhibitions on the Web. In this paper, we present WeME, a Web application for building a knowledge base, which can be used to describe digital documents. WeME can be used by different categories of users: archivists/librarians and scholars. WeME extracts information from some well-known Linked Data nodes, i.e. DBpedia and GeoNames, as well as traditional Web sources, i.e. VIAF. As a use case of WeME, we describe the knowledge base related to the Christopher Clavius’s corre spondence. Clavius was a mathematician and an astronomer of the XVI Century. He wrote more than 300 letters, most of which are owned by the Historical Archives of the Pontifical Gregorian University (APUG) in Rome. Undoped and ZnO: Mn thin films with different Mn content ( 5, 10 and 15 mol%) were grown on glass substrates by spray pyrolysis technique. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that single phase wurtzite structure is formed in all samples. XRD results also indicated that the undoped ZnO were crystallized in c-axis oriented wurtzite structure, while the ZnO: Mn thin films were polycrystalline. The SEM results revealed that Mn presence were modified the surface morphology of the samples. The optical transmittance measurements were performed in the wavelength range from 190 to 1100 nm. The refractive index, extinction coefficient and film thickness were determined by using pointwise unconstrained minimization model. It was observed that the refractive index increased with the increase in Mn concentration. Also, the thin films exhibited the direct band gap increased from 3.20 to 3.28 eV with the increase in Mn content. The optical dispersion parameters have been calculated and analyzed by using Wemple-Di Domenico relation. The obtained values showed that dispersion energy Ed of doped samples was found to be decreasing comparing to undoped thin film.

Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) thin films have gained popularity due to their potential field applications. ZnS doped with various elements is redefining academic and industrial research. Pulsed laser deposition (PLD) was applied in the deposition process of undoped ZnS and aluminum (Al) doped zinc sulfide (AZS) on cleaned soda lime glass substrates. The doping effects of aluminum concentration (0, 2, 4, and 6%) on the characteristics of ZnS films were investigated. The ZnS and AZS thin films exhibited a direct allowed bandgap in the range of 3.40 to 3.56 eV, The band gap has been observed to be higher (3.56 eV) indicating blue shift. The linear optical parameters such as oscillator energy (E0), dispersion energy (Ed), and static refractive index (n0) were calculated using Wemple and DiDominco's model to find the nonlinear optical susceptibility χ 3 and nonlinear refractive index n2. The increasing nonlinear parameters χ 3 and n2 suggest nonlinear optical applications for AZS. The experimental methods and results are described, and the results are compared to published data.

Glancing angle X-ray diffraction patterns ofzinc aluminum oxide thin films exhibits (0 0 2) peak with c-plane preferentially oriented parallel to the substrate. The surface morphology and elemental analysis of the films was observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy attached with energy dispersive X-ray analysis spectroscopy. An average optical transmittance of 83–90% is obtained for the films deposited at various oxygen flow rates. The effect of silver nanoparticles doped in PVA on the structural and optical properties of composite films is studied experimentally. Samples are PVA films of 0.14 mm thickness doped with different sizes and concentrations of silver nanoparticles. Structural properties are studied using X-ray diffraction and FTIR spectrum. Using the reflectance and transmittance of samples, the effect of doped nanoparticles and their concentration on optical parameters of PVA films include absorption coefficient, optical bandgap energy, complex refractive index, complex dielectric function, complex optical conductivity, and relaxation time is extracted and discussed. The dispersion of the refractive index of films in terms of the single oscillator Wemple-DiDomenico (WD) model is investigated and the dispersion parameters are calculated. Results show that by doping silver nanoparticles in PVA, number of Bragg’s planes in the structure of polymer and its crystallinity are increased noticeably. Ag–O bonds are formed in the films and the bandgap energy of samples is decreased. Calculations based on WD model confirm that by doping nanoparticles, the anion strength of PVA as a dielectric medium is decreased.
