Abstract:
The Wedding Archive Management Information System at the KUA Sukadiri Tangerang is currently very much needed so that in managing the archiving of wedding document data for Sukadiri residents it can be more organized and easy to find. Previous problems occurred when filing arrangements related to Wedding Archive Management were not properly regulated, causing problems in the form of slow search of the required wedding document data until the data was scattered. The purpose of this study is to design and build a Wedding Archive Management information system for KUA Sukadiri Tangerang so that the arrangements for archiving marriage document data are well organized. This study applies data collection methods, PIECES system analysis methods, system design methods with UML diagrams, Visual paradigm, Black Box Testing, Laravel Framework and PHP programming language. The results of the research are in the form of a Web-based Wedding Archive Management Information System that can search wedding document data in a short time and has been implemented at KUA Sukadiri Tangerang.

This study studies the factors that influence consumers in using make-up services at Dalung Badung's Kha Bali Wedding and to find out the dominant factors in choosing make-up services at Kala Bali Wedding Dalung Badung. The method used in this analysis is the purposive sampling method. The researcher took a total sample of 84 respondents which were the results of 7 x 12 items representing. The results of this study prove the fact that the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions using make-up at Dalha Badung's Kha Bali Wedding are the hallmarks of Dalung Badung's Kha Bali Wedding, the strategic location of the company, the payment system, the price according to quality, the choice of location, reference from relatives / family, have used make-up at the company, choose the product that you want. Abstract:
Pre-marital guidance has become a regulation of the Ministry of Religion. With the aim of providing an understanding of domestic life in realizing a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family, and can minimize the occurrence of disputes, violence and even divorce. Bride and groom in East Balikpapan sub-district participated in a pre-wedding guidance program for initial debriefing for prospective brides at KUA provided by BP4 (Marriage Advisory, Guidance, and Preservation Agency). Through this program, the prospective bride and groom will be required to attend pre-wedding classes or guidance for approximately 16 hours of meetings to obtain a certificate which will later be used as a requirement when carrying out a marriage at the KUA. The KUA employee of East Balikpapan District agrees with the existence of pre-marital guidance. That way the bride and groom get education for their readiness, regardless of the assumption that people who are getting married do not need to take part in these activities. However, the optimality of pre-wedding guidance carried out at the KUA of East Balikpapan District is only like a supplement, sufficient but not optimal, in the implementation of pre-wedding debriefing there are still many shortcomings, such as short time and the material provided is also lacking in depth.

Not all prospective brides have the knowledge and provisions related to building a harmonious household, so that many household relationships are found that do not find the purpose and meaning of a marriage. With a lack of knowledge, when dealing with conflict, the bride and groom often cannot address household issues that end in divorce. So it is necessary to provide early education about the romance of household life. This was also carried out at the KUA of Tagulandang District, Sitaro Islands Regency. Implementation of courses for prospective brides based on Regulations issued by the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion concerning Courses for Prospective Brides No. DJ.II/491 of 2009. This Regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance is responsive and the government's concern for the high rate of divorce and domestic violence in Indonesia. This study discusses how the course of the prospective bride and groom is carried out at the KUA, Tagulandang District, Kepl. Sitaro which has been carried out for every pair of bride and groom who will carry out the wedding. Then to find out how effective the implementation of the bride and groom course is in the context of debriefing the bride and groom who will carry out the wedding. This study uses a type of research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method obtained is primary data sources, namely data from interviews with informants and participants who have attended bride-to-be courses at the KUA, Tagulandang District, Kepl. Sitaro. While other data sources, namely secondary data sources, including those that explain primary data sources, such as Perdirjen Bimas Islam No. DJ.II/491 of 2009, research results and related official documents. The results of this study concluded that it is important to hold bride and groom courses for every couple who will carry out the wedding. Even though it's not completely perfect as an inhibiting factor, at least every bridal couple is given coaching and counseling until after the wedding accompaniment.

Marriage becoming as a complex ceremonial nowadays. It’s no longer about the ceremony itself, but a bride also had to prepare about non-technical activities, such as wedding administration. There’s three common issues in handling wedding administration, bride’s lack of knowledge about wedding administration, complicated procedure, and there’s no clarity about wedding administrative’s cost standard. These problems are worrying, because it makes bride spent more times and money than it should. This wedding administrative application, is about to solve all those problems. Using PHP and YII2 Advanced framework, this application designed into a web-based application that provides information about wedding administrative. Users will get known about the real procedure in handling wedding administration, so it will takes less time and money. Marriage outside the KUA becomes polemic in itself when the culture that is considered alms by the community is different from the state's point of view. The wedding procession is a value in itself for the community so that the wedding procession is sometimes accompanied by customs and traditions so that the sacredness in marriage is seen and can be felt. This paper is an empirical study with a sociological approach. This approach is carried out to see and analyze the legal, cultural and social aspects of the practice of marriage processions carried out by the people of Malang City. This paper argues that the majority of residents prefer to hold a marriage contract outside the KUA. This is influenced by several factors, first; the sacred factor; Second, the ease of implementation factor; third, elements of customs and culture; fourth, avoiding bad prejudice from the community, so that many residents prefer to carry out the marriage contract outside the KUA rather than at the KUA.

This research is to build a Multimedia Application Service for the Pasar Jambi District Religious Affairs Office. The Service Multimedia Application is a comprehensive overview of marriage registration which includes information, registration, announcements, services, facilities and infrastructure as a back-up for the Pasar District KUA Service Multimedia Application. Therefore, profile and service data must be available, complete and accountable. Through thesis activities, Nurdin Hamzah University tried to create a multimedia service application at KUA Pasar which is located in Jambi Province in an effort to create a Multimedia Application for Wedding Services at KUA Pasar Jambi. Based on the identification of the problem, therefore, the objectives of this thesis research activity are: 1) create a profile of the KUA Pasar and 2) a Multimedia Application for Wedding Services that can be accessed computerized and programmed using the Visual Studio Code programming language, MySQL database, XAMPP, Capcut and Medibang Paint. The requirements for the KUA Service Multimedia Application System are: 1) The input required in creating the system is service video data, 2) The processes required for creating the system are the main page process, the history page process, the structure page process, and the vision and mission page process and 3) The output required is a video of KUA services.

The aim of the research is to describe the processions of wedding ceremony that done by Pauh society. It also aims to find out whether the values of Islamic education are still carried out by the society in the wedding processions. The research was descriptive qualitative method using naturalistic approach where the data were obtained through observation and interview. The subjects of the research were the head of KAN Kerapatan Adat Nagari in Pauh, ninik mamak, cerdik pandai, the head of KUA, and religious leaders. Snowballing sampling technique was used and the head of the KAN of Pauh was decided to be the first key informant. Based on the information gathered from the key informants, it was found that Islamic education values were reflected in the procession of wedding ceremony. It is recommended that wedding ceremony in West Sumatra should be held properly based on the Isamic teaching.

This Study aim For analyze influencing factors​ quality services at the Cibinong Regency Religious Affairs Office (KUA), Bogor Regency, in particular in context communication, commitment, and integrity lord in serve wedding poor society. Research methods descriptive done with 194 respondents use random sampling method. Analysis results show that communication, commitment, and integrity in a way simultaneous influential significant to quality service. So that the purpose of this research is 1) Knowing what the social impacts during the covid-19 pandemic are for people who carry out contracts at the KUA, Sungai Ambawang District. 2) Knowing how to carry out the marriage contract between the guardian and the prospective groom at the KUA, Sungai Ambawang District when socializing. Using qualitative research methods, namely field research and sociological juridical approach. The data sources used primary data in the form of interviews with the head and head of the KUA Sungai Ambawang District and secondary data in the form of books, articles, journals and other documents. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. Data collection tools using interview guidelines and soft phones. then checked for validity using source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. So it can be said that: 1) The social impact during the covid-19 pandemic for people who carry out the marriage contract at the KUA, Sungai Ambawang District is to minimize wedding financing because there is no reception. And when planning a festive wedding reception is on the agenda and something may not happen. And 2) the implementation of the marriage contract at the KUA, Sungai Ambawang District at the time of social registration by registering online through simkah.web. And at the time of the implementation, keep shaking hands normally, only applying health protocols and using gloves for the prospective groom and the head of the village/guardian to avoid direct transmission of COVID-19.

The article discusses a small, but rather rich in content, collection of objects from the Department of Ethnography of the Peoples of the Caucasus, Central Asia and Kazakhstan of the Russian Ethnographic Museum for Nogai Culture of the North-East Caucasus (Karanogais), which was collected at the beginning of the last century by K.A. Inostrantzev. This collection under stock number 333 is the very first museum collection on traditional Nogai culture. The collection fully demonstrates the features of the traditional culture and art of the people. It contains unique materials that have long been lost in the environment of everyday life and do not have originals in the central and regional museums of the country and in private collections. These are the interior items of the yurt, items of male and female costume, wedding arba, wedding yurt and felt decorations of the wedding yurt of the late XIX - early XX centuries. The main objective of the study is to consider museum objects of the collection 333 as objects of historical and cultural heritage, to identify and study them as an independent scientific source. This formulation of the problem was primarily due to modern trends, when in the era of digital computer technology in the humanities, interest in the latest research practices is growing. The study of objects of traditional culture using modern techniques would allow to reveal already seemingly sufficiently studied material from a new point of view. In this sense, museum collections play a significant role and sometimes are the only source for studying objects of traditional material culture and art of some peoples. And therefore, the allocation of the specifics of the information resource of museum material for its further analysis is one of the urgent tasks today, both in historical disciplines and in the field of related sciences. As part of this study, a detailed analysis of museum objects was carried out, the attribution of things was compiled, a classification was created.

Guidance of adolescent before marriage is carried out by Islamic Religious Instructor, Head and KUA Head. Islamic religious leaders guide mosque adolescents, prayer rooms and teaching assembly through routine or weekly teaching activities. The headman and head of the KUA carry out coaching for the bride and groom before the marriage ceremony. The lack of funds received by the KUA resulted in the implementation of the bride and groom course which caused the implementation to be not carried out to all prospective brides and responded by the KUA of Semarang regency through the private coaching of the bride and groom who wanted to carry out the wedding. This research is a qualitative analytic research and is a type of field research. Primary data sources, namely data obtained from interviews with the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Semarang, KUA in all districts of Semarang, and participants in premarital sex education, and secondary data in the form of books on marriage. Data collection methods are done by interview, documentation, and observation.

Abstract:
The Ministry of Religion, in response to the high divorce rate, has undertaken various initiatives aimed at sustaining family resilience. One such initiative is the Sakinah Family Service Center Program (Pusaka Sakinah), which seeks to enhance the role of the KUA in safeguarding Indonesian families from divorce. This article emphasizes the need to assess the implementation of the Pusaka Sakinah program by the KUA, including the strategies for advancement and the execution of counseling programs. Employing qualitative methods, this research conducted case studies focused on KUA Besuk. The study revealed several key findings: firstly, while enhancing the KUA's role in fostering sakinah families is achievable through the Pusaka Sakinah program, ensuring the sustainability of the program is challenging due to the KUA's heavy reliance on external funding. Secondly, there are limited initiatives and innovations because the concept of the Pusaka Sakinah program is not fully comprehended and has been misinterpreted during the restructuring of KUA, resulting in confusion, reduction, and even rejection of programs perceived as burdensome by KUA. Thirdly, there is still inadequate synergy in the implementation of the program with similar initiatives undertaken by other ministries and local governments. This article describe the implementation of Pre-Marriage Courses in Pringsewu District KUA and its impact in reducing divorce rates. The conduct of Pre-Marriage Courses is still lacking or not optimal; either in terms of institutions, executors or resource persons, pre-facilities, financing, participants, and course materials. Abstract: Marriage is a husband and wife relationship between a man and a woman to form a family. There are several conditions in marriage that must be fulfilled both religiously and legally in force in Indonesia. To carry out the marriage, the prospective bride and groom must register at the nearest Religious Affairs Office (KUA), KUA is an institution established by the government to handle marriage matters. At marriages, various age groups are often found registering at the KUA. This research was conducted using the Data Mining technique through the K-Means Clustering Model to determine the age grouping of marriage which aims to make it easier for the Office of Religious Affairs in educating the prospective bride and groom from a future perspective and an economic perspective in terms of having a child. The research dataset is data on prospective wedding brides at KUA Rawang Lama, Panca Arga in 2022 with a total of 102 samples, by forming 3 clusters, namely: the Ideal cluster of 76 prospective wedding brides (age 19-30 based on husband's age and age 18-25 based on age wife), a good cluster of 20 prospective marriage brides (age 28-44 based on husband's age and age 24-37 based on wife's age), and a risky cluster of 6 prospective marriage brides (age 49-72 based on husband's age and age 39-58 based on wife's age), and produces a Silhouette Score of 0.57. Untuk melakukan pernikahan, calon kedua mempelai harus mendaftarkan diri pada Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) terdekat, KUA merupakan lembaga yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah untuk menangani masalah pernikahan. Pada pernikahan sering ditemukan berbagai kalangan umur yang mendaftarkan diri di KUA. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Data Mining melalui Model K-Means Clustering untuk menentukan pengelompokkan umur pernikahan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pihak KUA dalam mengedukasi calon mempelai pernikahan dalam sudut pandang masa depan dan sudut pandang ekonomi dalam hal memiliki seorang anak. This study aims to determine: 1) the differences in marriage patterns between social strata in traditional and modern times in Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency, and 2) the impact that occurs from shifting marriage traditions. This research is qualitative in nature using descriptive approach. The research was conducted using purposive sampling technique. 10 informants were selected by using the criteria: (a) families that have married their children more than once, (b) representing lower-class criteria, (c) representing upper-class criteria, and (d) representing position in religion. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation, and interviews. Checking the validity of the data is done by member check. Data analysis stages include data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and data verification. The results of this study indicate that 1) there are differences in the pattern of marriage between social strata in traditional and modern times in Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. (a) In traditional times, only men from the upper-class may marry lower-class women. (b) In modern time, a specific pattern of marriage occurs among social strata. If a man derived from tana' bulaan or tana' bassi family will marry a woman from tana' karurung and tana' kua-kua, then their descendants will become the descendants of tana' bulaan and tana' bassi or aristocrats. On the other hand, if a woman from tana' bulaan or tana' bassi marries a man from tana' karurung or tana' kua-kua, then their descendants will no longer be aristocrats even though they still have royal blood. 2) The impact of the shift in wedding traditions covers positive and negative. (a) the positive impacts are marriage does not longer rely on social class, anyone can find his / her own partner, and everyone is allowed to take care of it in the government system without involving the wider community. (b) the negative impact is the waning of the value and meaning of the rampanan kapa' custom; many people do not care about the Toraja custom anymore, especially in the wedding tradition.

This thesis is the result of field research at KUA Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency. The study was conducted to analyze the implementation and impact of the Minister of Religion Regulation (PMA) No. 12 of 2016 concerning free marriage fees, at the KUA of Bunut District and the views of Islamic family law on these rules in the Maqashid sharia frame.This research data was collected from the Regulation of the Minister of Religion Number 12 of 2016 as primary data, as well as interviews with the parties implementing this regulation, namely 5 KUA officers in Bunut sub-district, and 10 brides who registered their marriage at KUA Bunut sub-district for free.The results of this study indicate First, in the implementation of PMA Number 12 of 2016 cannot be realized, due to the ignorance of the KUA and the bride regarding this rule, in addition to the previous rules, namely PP number 48 of 2014 and also PP number 19 of 2015, have similarities, in in terms of content so that the KUA still uses these rules, and many brides prefer to carry out marriages for free during the KUA Operational hours and its implementation in the KUA Office, Second, the impact of the Minister of Religion Regulation No. 12 of 2016 concerning Free Marriage Fees outside the KUA in the KUA Bunut District, divided into 2 parts, namely positive and negative impacts for both the bride and the KUA in Bunut sub-district. In the wedding tradition, after the contract (ijab qabul), the groom reads sighat taklik which is listed in the marriage certificate. The legal consequences for the groom must fulfill all the contents of the promise contained in the shigat taklik, while for the bride, it can be used as a reason to file for divorce to the Religious Court, if violated by the male partner. The purpose of this study was to find out the views of the heads of KUA throughout the city of Yogyakarta regarding the reading of sighat taklik. The approach used in this research is a normative approach. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. The article found that: 1) Some of the heads of KUA throughout the city of Yogyakarta said that sighat taklik talak is mandatory because it is a legal umbrella for a wife so that her husband does not act arbitrarily to her. Others think that sighat taklik talak is not obligatory to read because it interferes with the solemnity and sacredness of the marriage contract procession. 2) Regarding its effect on reducing the divorce rate, three heads of KUA are of the opinion that it is not effective because there are still many wives who file for divorce from their husbands because their husbands violated sighat taklik talak, while the other eleven are of the opinion that whether or not it is effective in reducing the divorce rate, does not have to be caused by husband violates sighat sighat taklik divorce. This research is to find out how much influence the Year of Widower has on the event of marriage at the KUA, Pati District, Pati Regency. This study uses a qualitative type of research with sociological juridical methods, namely research conducted in order to find out how the law runs (applies) in the Pati District area. In analyzing this research, the author uses an analytical approach that seeks to describe, analyze and assess the data related to the problem. Communities in the Pati District, Pati Regency, in carrying out wedding celebrations, some of the community still have an influence on the number of days, markets, months, and the Year of Widower. The impact of different types of education can almost certainly be their mindsets are also different. For people who still believe in these calculations, on average, it is caused by the teachings of their ancestors who passed down the science of counting. However, for people who are educated and understand the teachings of Islam, they begin to think ahead and use logic and Islamic teachings sourced from the Qur'an and hadith, thus they no longer use the calculation of days, markets, months and years of widowhood. So, whenever they want to carry out their wedding celebration, they are not affected by the calculation. Dalam menganalisis penelitian ini, penulis menggunakanpendekatan – analisis yang berusaha menggambarkan, menganalisadan menilai data yang terkait dalam masalah. Dalam penelitin ini penulis berusaha mengidentifikasi aspek aspek yang terkait dengan fenomena yang terjadi ketika akan memasuki Tahun Duda dengan cara menggali informasi dari petugas yang ada di KUA Kec. Pati, perangkat Desa yang mengurusi tentang pernikahan (P3N) serta masyarakat di wilayah kecamatan Pati Kabupaten Pati secara luas. Menurut petugas terkait dalam praktek pelaksanaan pernikahan yang dilakukan pada Tahun Duda memang agak sedikit berkurang, bahkan sebagian ada yang tidak berani sama sekali untuk melaksanakan pernikahan pada Tahun Duda. Masyarakat di wilayah Kec. Pati Kab. Pati dalam melaksanakan hajatan pernikahan sebagian masyarakatnya masih ada yang berpengaruh hitungan hari, pasaran, bulan, dan tahun duda. Dampak aneka ragam pendidikan yang berbeda bisa hampir dipastikan pola pikir mereka juga berbeda. Bagi masyarakat yang masih percaya dengan perhitungan tersebut rata-rata disebabkan oleh ajaran leluhurnya yang mewariskan ilmu hitungan tersebut. Namun bagi masyarakat yang sudah berpendidikan dan memahami ajaran Agama Islam, mereka mulai berfikir maju dan menggunakan logika serta ajaran Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan hadits, dengan demikian mereka sudah tidak menggunakan perhitungan hari, pasaran, bulan dan tahun duda. Sehingga, kapanpun mereka hendak melaksanakan hajatan pernikahan mereka tidak terpengaruh dengan hitungan tersebut. Research results show that more than half (57.8%) of respondents lack knowledge about Tetanus toxoid immunization. Researchers hope the KUA can weave cooperation with local service health to gift education about health reproduction on satin as supplies readiness reproduction, prepare life house healthy stairs, one of them gift education in the implementation of Tetanus toxoid immunization.

The family is the smallest social unit that has a very large role and contribution in creating a quality generation. Prospective bright generations will be born from sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah families. However, with the high divorce rate, it is proof that the quality of the family is still far from expectations. In addition, considering the high number of marriages, reaching 40 pairs per month who are married at KUA, Lubuk Kilangan District, the purpose of this service is to provide marriage psychology information and pre-wedding courses to prospective brides so as to be able to increase knowledge and understanding of prospective brides, especially those who will marry at KUA. Lubuk Kilangan District. Marriage psychology material is given through lectures, then a pocket book is given to each bride and groom that contains information related to marital psychology which includes family psychology. In addition, pre-marital counseling was carried out and a WhatsApp group was formed to accommodate questions and problems of the prospective bride and groom. This activity is effective in increasing the knowledge and knowledge of the prospective bride and groom in marital psychology material as their provision in dealing with problems in their household in the future. The enthusiasm and activeness of the participants during the activities and in the discussions that have been held can be seen. In addition, participants were also active in expressing their knowledge and curiosity through the counseling groups that had been held. Finally, the KUA also hopes that similar activities will be carried out to assist the KUA in providing knowledge to the bride and groom, especially in the field of psychology.

Abstract:
The intellectual prose of Vladimir Nabokov is not easy to be filmed. Thus, filmmakers have made a lot of changes in the original text. The goal of The Luzhin Defence creators’ was to show a completely new interpretation of Nabokov’s novel and present it to the public. This is why they simplified the plot, added some dynamism, made it more epic and attractive (love triangle, Luzhin’s mother’ suicide, erotic scenes, conspiracy, kidnapping, failed wedding). Luzhin’s childhood has been presented as a series of flashbacks. The hierarchy of characters has been changed: two equivalent characters are in the center (Luzhin and Natalia). All other characters have been given their first names and their biography. The film is spiced with feminism: the female character is stronger than in the novel and the story of a chess player (Luzhin) is presented from the feminist director’s point of view. Love story is placed in the center of the plot and it covers the topic of the game of chess. The motif of chess is connected with an extra independent character providing comments about chess to a viewer. Nabokov’s idea about the transcendental nature of arts, madness as the price for being a genius, is not presented in the film. The conflict in the film is not about metaphysics, but about intrigues and envy. Additionally, the plot has been complemented with an epilog to Nabokov’s story. After Luzhin’s suicide Natalia finishes the championship chess match by following his notes about the game and takes a revenge.

The purpose of the study was to find out the strategies given to prospective brides regarding BP4 premarital guidance during the covid-19 pandemic and to find out the mechanism given to prospective brides by KUA officers during the covid-19 pandemic.This research includes field research that uses an empirical normative approach that is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects are the supervisors in the KUA environment, namely the Penghulu as well as extension workers at the KUA, West Pontianak District. Then the data sources which is researchers used for this study were primary data sources, namely direct data from the subject and secondary data sources, namely data from books, journals, and other data. The techniques used by researchers in this study are interviews, documentation and observation. In the data analysis technique for this research, namely reducing presenting, and finally drawing conclusions. Furthermore, from data sources to research techniques, the researchers then checked the validity of the data in order to prevent fraud or lies. Based on the results of the research obtained by the researchers, it can be concluded that the delivery of premarital coaching during the covid-19 pandemic by BP4 KUA West Pontianak District has been running optimally and smoothly. 1). The strategy for pre-marital coaching during the covid-19 pandemic by BP4 KUA West Pontianak District was carried out using only two strategies, namely the delivery strategy before the marriage contract and the delivery strategy when the bride and groom came to the KUA to provide marriage documents. We use this submission to provide pre-marital coaching with the lecture method and interview method. 2). The Samin community remains a group that adheres to the teachings of Saminism. In the Samin community, the culture of the wedding ceremony is contrary to Islam. There are so many things deviate from Islamic ways, such as the term “weton” (birthday) which is frequently used as the fundamental tendency for the Samin community in determining marriage mates, days and dates of marriage in a Javanese perspective and do not involve the KUA in the marriage procession. In Islam, marriage unlimited to the symbol of the birthday of every couple, both male and female. This is explained in al-Dzariyat: 49. After the presence of Islam as a religion of da'wah, the culture of the Samin community began to experience systematic changes, both religious and nationalist through the propagation of empowerment with a cultural approach. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan analisa kwalitatif. Tehnik pegumpulan data obsevasi, dokumen dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian adalah dua orang aparat KUA Kecamatan Kertak Hanyar dan empat orang warga yang melangsungkan pernikahan di tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas Pelayanan Pernikahan di KUA Kertak Hanyar selama pendemi Covid – 19 ( tahun 2020) tetap berjalan dengan mengikuti protokol kesehatan dari pemerintah, begitu pula warga yang memerlukan pelayanan pernikahan bisa secara langsung dan bisa melalui on line namun juga tetap mengikuti anjuran pemerintah mengenai protkoler kesehatan. Begitu pula pada saat acara akad nikah, baik yang dilangsungkan aula KUA maupun di rumah warga masyarakat disiplin mematuhi anjuran pemerintah, seperti menjaga jarak (tidak berkerumun), memakai masker, mencuci tangan pakai sabun. Jumlah pendaftaran permohonan pernikahan di KUA Kecamatan Kertak Hanyar pada tahun 2020 sejumlah 316, terjadi penurunan ( 9 %) dibandingkan tahun 2019 yaitu (345). Tapi kalau dibandingkan tahun 2017 (jumlah pemohon 216) dan tahun 2018 (jumlah pemohon 280), maka untuk tahun 2020 terjadi kenaikan permohonan pernikahan. This study is about wedding culture on Songo Ramadlan night in Parengan Tuban, East Java. In this research location, there is a wedding tradition called malem songo that has been passed down from generation to generation and it is not known for certain when this tradition was first implemented.. Seeing this, the researcher carried out research with the aim of (1) knowing the factors that cause marriages to occur on the night of the 29th of the month of Ramadan in the community of Parengan District, Tuban Regency (2) to find out the perspective of customary law and Islamic law on the occurrence of marriages on the night of the 29th of Ramadhan in the people of Parengan District, Tuban Regency. This research uses a type of empirical legal research where all information is obtained from documentation and interviews, using a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the data collected is primary data, namely interviews with Parengan District KUA officials, figures and several community members who held weddings at Night Songo and secondary data from books that have relevance in research, which is then edited, checked and compiled carefully and arranged in such a way analyzed. The results of this research show that getting married at night songo has become a tradition and is deeply rooted in the people of Parengan District, which is considered to bring blessings in Javanese culture and is seen as a form of local wisdom. Therefore, the implementation of this marriage is to avoid complications, because the Songo Ramadhan night is not regulated by religious principles or Javanese law.

After the consent is granted in the marriage of a husband and wife, the recitation of taklik talak takes place as part of a marriage agreement in Islam. This research is based on the consideration of the pros and cons of the Sambas Malay community, especially religious leaders regarding the marriage agreement called taklik talak in Islam. With a qualitative research method that is a phenomenological approach in the field, the author described how taklik talak exists as a marriage agreement in Islam and its application to the Sambas Malay community. The fact is that almost every married couple in the Malay community of Sambas does not say taklik talak by the husband to his wife after the consent is granted, only knowing it has been written or included in the marriage book without notification to the husband and wife. Although it is not obligatory to verbally express the taklik talak which is already written on the marriage certificate, once the taklik talak has been read out, it cannot be challenged again. If an agreement that has been agreed with a husband and wife is not fulfilled by one of the parties, then the other party has the right to submit the matter to the Religious Court to resolve it. The results in the study concluded that the pros and cons of implementing taklik talak as a marriage agreement in Islam were caused by a lack of knowledge of the Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974 Article 29 concerning Marriage Agreement and Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) Article 46 concerning taklik talak as well as the lack of exposure from the KUA through religious counselors and BP4 to premarital couples in Sambas.

The problems of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR), Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and stunting in Jember Regency need to receive comprehensive attention. Because this is a complex issue and involves all parties. Pre-marital examination is an effort that needs to be done for couples to suppress these problems. Pre-marital examination is important for the bride and groom to see their health condition in order to prepare for a healthy pregnancy and produce healthy offspring. The purpose of this study was to see the level of knowledge of the bride and groom about Pre Marital Check Up at KUA Kaliwates, as well as to optimize pre wedding classes for the bride and groom. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach, data collection with research questionnaires. The sample in this study were all 60 prospective bride and groom couples at KUA Kaliwates. This research was conducted in June 2022 and used total sampling methode. Data analysis using frequency distribution. The results showed that 60 respondents (69.8%) consumed Folic Acid, 55 respondents (64%) consumed Fe tablets, 51 respondents (59.3%) received TT Immunization. Most of the prospective bride and groom have a good level of knowledge (65.1%) about Pre Marital Check Up and the rest have a sufficient or insufficient level of knowledge. So it can be concluded that health education related to Pre Marital Check Up must still be carried out as a preventive and promotive effort to improve the health status of women as prospective mothers. Pre-conception perfect nutrition is the key to the birth of a normal and healthy baby as one of the specific nutrition intervention efforts is the prevention of stunting cases.. This study aims to examine the effect of the intervention of leaflet media education methods on increasing knowledge about preconceptional nutrition of the bride and groom. Methods: This study uses a Quasi-Experimental design with one group before and after intervention design on 20 prospective brides at KUA, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. Result: Based on the results of the bivariate test, it is known that there is a significant effect of the leaflet media education method on increasing knowledge about preconception nutrition of the bride and groom. Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to discuss the view of Islamic law on the validity of marriage guardians in cases of elopement. The research method used is a qualitative method with normative juridical. Data collection was carried out by observation and interview techniques for three elopement pairs and with the head of the local KUA. The results and discussion showed that the elopement factor occurred due to the parents' disapproval of the bride and groom's wedding plans. The disapproval was caused by financial unpreparedness and not being old enough for the bride and groom. The impacts caused are in the form of internal family problems, problems in state administration and social problems. The three elopement couples were married in the absence of a guardian who obtained guardianship permission from the guardianship of the nasab. In addition, marriages are performed without applying for marriage dispensation to religious courts because three of the six are minors. So it can be concluded that both religiously and legally in Indonesia, the marriage of the three couples is invalid.

Marriage is formed through a sacred bond between a man and a woman, said to be sacred because it is regulated by religion and then confirmed by state laws , customs and society. Pre-marital guidance itself is something that must be done and prepared in order to obtain provisions to live a new life. The importance of premarital counseling is due to several aspects, including problems of individual differences, economic problems, problems of individual development and problems of socio-cultural background. This is what encourages researchers to conduct research. Islamic Religion Counselors as well as guidance partners of the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, and as the spearhead in carrying out the task of guiding Muslims in achieving a quality and prosperous life both physically and spiritually. This study aims to find out the role of the Islamic Religious Counselor at the KUA in Srengat District in providing religious guidance or counseling to the community in an effort to form a sakinah family. What is the method used by Islamic Religious Counselors in changing the paradigm of society in understanding sakinah families and how is the process of premarital guidance taking place at KUA Srengat District. This study uses an approach qualitative. The data collection method is through observation, interviews and documentation. The research objects are: Islamic Religious Counselors at the KUA Srengat, while the subjects of this research are the people in the Srengat area (youths who have married and who will carry out the marriage). The number of informants who were the target of this research data source were two prospective brides, two newlyweds (married) and one Islamic religious instructor. In this study, the researchers proved that the role of the Islamic Religious Counselor in providing premarital guidance to the community was quite efficient, because the function of the Islamic Religious Counselor at the Srengat District Office of Religious Affairs was to convey information to the public and give advice or so-called guidance, function as a consultant and function as an advocate. . The method used by the Islamic Religion Counselor at KUA Srengat to change the community's paradigm in understanding the meaning of a sakinah family is by providing an explanation of the position of the prospective husband and wife, the rights and obligations of the husband and wife, the joint rights of the husband and wife, and the joint obligations of the husband and wife. Abstract:
This research is entitled Application of Marriage Management Information Systems (SIMKAH) in Improving the Quality of Marriage Services at KUA, Ilir Barat 1 District, Palembang City. To improve quality in a service, service management is needed with the aim of being able to provide satisfaction with the services provided. This study aims to determine the application of the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) in improving the quality of marriage services at the KUA, Ilir Barat 1 District, Palembang City. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusions of this study are: (1) The application of SIMKAH used includes: Technology such as technology is adequate starting from computers, printing machines and Wi-Fi. Information such as data is stored safely because recorded data will be stored as a digital database. Humans are like human resources who are competent and professional. (2) Management of the services they use are: Physical Evidence such as the facilities provided are appropriate. Reliability as each employee has expertise in their respective fields. Catching Power is like a fast employee in responding to every complaint and providing a solution. Guarantees such as fast, accurate, timely, accountable. Empathy is like employees who are quick to respond when there are wedding parties that are still not clear and understand. (3) Supporting factors for the implementation of SIMKAH are infrastructure (sophisticated technology, Wi-Fi network), competent human resources and reward. As for the Inhibiting Factors, such as network disturbances which are sometimes less stable. For future researchers this scientific paper can be used as a reference for research in the same field.

The data obtained can be used as a foundation and first tool as the main basis for the implementation of research in the field. Because this study discusses secondary data. Researchers are also looking to understand information more deeply by using the theoretical foundation as a guideline. The result of this research is the values of Islamic education given during the implementation of SUSCATIN (Bride-to-be Course) are the value of creed, sharia values, and ethical-moral values. The value of faith (belief) is directly related to Allah SWT (Hablun min Allah), such as helping the bride-to-be prepare herself ahead of the wedding by covering psychological and spiritual religion. In the life of the Pekal community, Ketahun Subdistrict, North Bengkulu Regency, marriage is often found without going through the KUA (Office of Religious Affairs), in other words not recorded by the State. There are still many Ketahun people in North Bengkulu who do marriages through an intermediary of the Kaum (traditional headman). The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of the Pekal community in marriage. This study uses empirical legal research methods to see the working of law in society and the juridical-sociological approach. The results of research on the existence of people in marriage in the Pekal community are as leaders of traditional marriage ceremonies. The leader of the traditional wedding ceremony is interpreted through the form and symbol of traditional marriage, reflected by social values ​​that are needed in the formation and development of the Pekal community's identity. Likewise, the social value is interpreted, which is one of the things that is very closely related to the life activities of the Pekal community, which in general is a form and arises from every human being. Dalam kehidupan masyarakat Pekal, Kecamatan Ketahun, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, sering dijumpai adanya pernikahan tanpa melalui KUA (Kantor Urusan Agama), dengan kata lain tidak tercatat oleh Negara. Masih banyak masyarakat Ketahun di Bengkulu Utara yang melakukan perkawinan melalui perantara Kaum (penghulu adat). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui eksistensi Kaum pada perkawinan masyarakat Pekal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris untuk melihat bekerjanya hukum dalam masyarakat dan pendekatan yuridis-sosiologis. Hasil penelitian mengenai eksistensi kaum dalam perkawinan di masyarakat Pekal adalah sebagai pemimpin upacara perkawinan adat. Pemimpin upacara perkawinan adat ini dimaknai melalui bentuk dan simbol perkawinan adat, tercermin nilai-nilai sosial yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan identitas masyarakat Pekal. Demikian pula nilai sosial dimaknainya, yaitu salah satu hal yang sangat erat hubungannya dalam aktivitas kehidupan masyarakat Pekal yang pada umumnya sebagai wujud dan timbul dari setiap manusia.

One of the 5 (five) pillars of marriage is fair. Imam Syafii, Imam Abu Hanifah have different opinions regarding the determination and criteria for fair witnesses in marriage. Imam Syafii said a marriage is not valid if it is not attended by two fair witnesses while Imam Abu Hanifah said a witness does not have to be fair, including also regarding the legal status of marriage if the witness is unfair. Referring to this background, the focus of this research is to discuss the views of the heads of KUA throughout Palangka Raya on the provisions of fair conditions for marriage witnesses.This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach included in the cluster of empirical research. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation which are semi-structured as well as online data searches (library research). Data analysis techniques in this study are: 1. Data collection; 2. Data reduction; 3. Presentation of data and drawing conclusions.The general results of the research focused on the views of the heads of KUA throughout Palangka Raya on the provisions of fair conditions for marriage witnesses, where the witness determination procedure carried out so far has 4 (four) stages namely, taking marriage requirements, returning physical evidence, counseling candidates the bride and groom and shortly before the wedding ceremony. fair conditions. This article discusses early marriage in coastal communities. This study uses quality research. The phenomenon of underage marriage in North Luwu Regency is considered high in recent years. The reasons for early marriage occurring in North Luwu district are poverty and education which influence the occurrence of early marriage. Poverty is one of the causes of inability to access education and unemployment. Without education, there has been a paradigm shift and culture. Furthermore, the static paradigm is one of the reasons for the persistence of culture and customs, including culture and customs that are not prospective. The factors that cause the spouse to be underage because the prospective bride has become pregnant before marriage, is due to the weak economic condition of the community, due to the weak level of education of the community. This causes parents to prefer to marry off their children. <p><em>Abstrak</em> -<strong> Pernikahan merupakan salah satu tugas perkembangan dewasa awal. Persiapan pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh pasangan dapat dilakukan melalui kursus pranikah. Kursus pranikah adalah pemberian bekal pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang kehidupan rumah tangga/keluarga dalam mewujudkan keluarga sakinah, mawaddah warahmah serta mengurangi angka perselisihan, perceraian, dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat gambaran persepsi dewasa awal tentang kursus pranikah. </strong><strong>Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei</strong><strong> menggunakan. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang melibatkan 30 responden. </strong><strong>Penelitian </strong><strong>menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria dewasa awal usia 18 sampai 40 tahun, </strong><strong>masa pernikahan kurang dari 10 tahun dan sudah pernah mengikuti kursus pranikah di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) sebelum melangsungkan pernikahan.</strong><strong> Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dewasa awal memiliki persepsi yang</strong><strong> </strong><strong>baik terhadap kursus pranikah yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil persepsi terhadap hukum pernikahan memperoleh nilai rata-rata </strong><strong>3,50, dimensi mengenai mekanisme dan prosedur pencatatan perkawinan serta dimensi merawat cinta kasih memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,37. Berikutnya dimensi penanaman nilai keimanan, ketaqwaan serta akhlaqul karimah dalam keluarga memperoleh rata-rata 3,32. Dimensi terkait fikih munakahat memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,27. Serta dimensi pengetahuan umum mengenai kursus pranikah memperoleh rata-rata 3,17. Rata-rata kedua terendah adalah terkait kesehatan reproduksi yang hanya 3,04. Dan hanya satu dimensi yang memperoleh nilai rata-rata dibawah 3 yaitu materi mengenai manajemen konflik, dengan rata-rata 2,97. </strong><strong>Saran dari penelitian ini agar kursus pranikah dapat diikuti oleh dewasa awal dalam mempersiapkan pernikahan. </strong><strong>Diharapkan </strong><strong>Direktur Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam dapat terus berkomitmen dalam menetapkan peraturan mengenai kursus pranikah dan menjadikannya sebagai persyaratan untuk melangsungkan pernikahan. Demikian juga bagi Organisasi keagamaan Islam yang telah memiliki akreditasi dari Kementerian Agama, agar terus melaksanakan pelatihan untuk penyelenggara kursus pranikah agar menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dalam pelaksanaan kursus tersebut. Wedding preparations can be done by the pair through a premarital course. Premarital course is giving a better understanding and knowledge of the life of the household / family in realizing harmonious family, mawaddah warahmah as well as reduce the number of disputes, divorce and domestic violence. This study aims to look at the picture of early adult perceptions about premarital course. This research was conducted by a quantitative method with the type of survey research use. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis involving 30 respondents. Research using purposive sampling with criteria early adulthood ages 18 to 40 years, a period of less than 10 years of marriage and have completed a course of premarital at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) before a wedding. The results showed that mature early have a good perception of premarital courses as indicated by the results of the perception of the marriage law to obtain an average value of 3.50, the dimension of the mechanisms and procedures for registration of marriages as well as the dimensions of caring loving obtain an average value of 3.37 , Next dimensions planting values of faith, devotion and akhlaqul karimah in the family receives an average of 3.32. Jurisprudence related dimensions munakahat obtain an average value of 3.27. As well as the dimensions of a general knowledge of the course of premarital gained an average of 3.17. Average of the two lowest-related reproductive health is only 3.04. And only one dimension to obtain an average value below 3 that material on conflict management, with an average of 2.97. Suggestions from this study that the premarital courses can be followed by early adulthood in preparing for the wedding. Expected Director General of Islamic Community Guidance can continue to be committed in setting the rules regarding pre-marital courses and make it a requirement for a wedding. Likewise for the Islamic religious organization that has had accreditation from the Ministry of Religion, in order to continue to carry out training courses for organizers of premarital order to produce competent human resources in the implementation of the course. Javanese people believe that there are several months that are not well chosen as the wedding month, because there are calamities or disasters that will occur in the household, namely: Suro (Muharam), Mulud (Rabiul Awal), Poso (Ramadan), and Selo (Zulkaidah). This article further examines the attitude of urban communities who have received much internalization of understanding, cultural influences, and environmental conditions that are generally industrialists against the adat ban. There are three Religious Affairs Offices (KUA) in the Sidoarjo area that are used as research objects, namely (Waru, Sedati, and Buduran). ) The reason for choosing these three locations is the typography of the area that is mostly inhabited by traditionalist Muslim communities. But in the last decade, this region has changed, from an agricultural area that relies on agriculture and fish farming, to become an industrial area with the establishment of various types of factories and other types of businesses. Based on qualitative and quantitative data, there has been a trend of behavior change in the Sidoarjo community which in the period 1984-1985 the percentage of marriages on the month was avoided a little, it was seen that there was an additional percentage according to the data taken in the last 10 years. The people of Sidoarjo are now starting to move to not be fixated on the rules of the month election. In the past, the number of couples married at four months was avoided only slightly. And now, there is a change in tendency even though the percentage is not too significant.

Abstract:
In Indonesian society, marriage has legal dualism. Namely, marriage (which) should be listed in the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) and the marriages were not recorded (Sirri marriage). In fact, if we examine more seriously, many Sirri marriages cause harm especially, on the part of women and children. And in fact, not the least negative effects caused by Sirri marriage. This paper discusses sirri marriage in the perspective of Islamic law and the National Marriage Law. Because sirri marriage not stated explicitly in both the Qur’an and hadith, hence, to determine the law (istinbat al-hukmi), jurists of Islamic law (in this case) do ijtihad whereby sirri marriage is categorized as al maslahat al murasalah, which refers to the maqasid al-shari’ah. However, sirri marriage is actually problematic for several reasons. First, sirri marriage is not part of prophetic tradition. Because, the Prophet advocates and implements wedding party (walimah al-’Ursy) with aim to proclaim marriage to the public (i’lanun nikah). On the other hand, the recording of the marriage is the leader commands (Ulil Amri). Meanwhile, Allah and the Prophet ordered to obey the leader (Amri Ulil). Since the recording of the marriage will benefit Muslims (maslahah), then Muslims should stay away from harm (mudharat). Second, sirri marriage is not in accordance with the national law of marriage, because the point ‘marriage record’ does not exist in the concept of sirri marriage. Whereas, marriage registration set forth in Article 2, paragraph 2 of Law marriage, no. 1 of 1974 and article 2, paragraph 1, 2, 3 of Law no. 9 of 1975, the Code of Civil Law (KUHP) and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI).

The function of KUA in the activities surrounding the religion of Islam, including providing service and guidance in the area of present services in terms of marriage and reconcilement for Muslims, provide services and guidance in the field of development of Sakina, family consultation conflict or household problems, and so on. Integration between the computer and artificial intelligence into the post-wedding consulting services is one approach in overcoming the limitations of the expert (religious instructor).This research aims to identify conflict in marriage by applying Naive Bayes algorithm at the stage of determining the groups of test data (retrieve), then entered the stage of the search process of the highest similarity value by using the Nearest Neighbor algorithm (reuse). The data source and the test data used are divided into two groups, namely marriage, and history data consultation, While the group conflicts are identified will be divided into five classes, namely an employment factor, the factor of age, educational factors, factors the number of weddings, and social status.Testing is performed by the use of 12 data, consisting of 11 data cases and 1 test data. At the stage of determination of group conflict acquired test data included in group one i.e. F001 (factor of the job), so at the stage of looking for value similarities used only the base case of the class F001 i.e. KK001, KK003, and KK008. The KK001 similarity has a value of 0476, KK003 of 0882, and KK008 of 0142. The case with most high similarity value will be stored as a base case. If the value similarity obtained less than the threshold value that is 0.8, then the solution of the case will be revised by experts. The results of the calculation accuracy, using 35 new test data that gets the value of 82.86%.
