Abstract:
PT. Palugada Indonesia still records their transactions and inventory of goods in traditional ways, which could result in some errors caused primarily by human interventions. The aim of this research is to assist PT. Palugada Indonesia to control their inventory through an information system. Specifically, a web-based application that can process product data, supplier data, customer data, user data and transaction data was purposefully developed in this study. In addition, the developed application has notification and sales forecast features. These features are expected to further assist PT. Palugada Indonesia to control their inventory optimally. Moreover, the application also has some other useful features, for instance in displaying more informative data, by bringing up sales forecasts and notifications. Laundry is one of the businesses engaged in laundry and clothes ironing services that are starting to develop. This laundry business provides kilogram washing services, including washing and drying services, dry cleaning and ironing, washing bed covers, washing thin blankets to thick blankets. Laundry management is done manually and simply so that mistakes often occur due to human errors in recording information and not a few missing records and quite a long recording time. Therefore, in the development of information technology today, one of the efforts to overcome this problem is to create a website-based laundry application. The purpose of this study is to build a website-based laundry application to facilitate businesses in the field of laundry, namely laundry using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL database as data storage. Abstract:
College students often select their major concentration area wrongly due to thoughtless considerations such as following their close classmates' choice. This may cause losses in time, effort, cost, and also mental energy. The research proposes a decision support system for selecting students' major concentration areas to solve students' problems in determining their study interest in informatics engineering. Profile Matching Method was chosen since it can sort out suitable study interest with students' criteria weight. The web-based decision support system was implemented using HTML, pure PHP programming languages with MySQL as its database. Boostrap and Javascript were added to enhance the web display; all application data will be saved in the hosting provider's web server. The application testing was done to 10 students as respondents in usability testing using Standardized Universal Percentile Rank-Questionnaire (SUPR-Q) for users and admins and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The conclusion was 70% compatibility of the students' major concentration area and the system's recommendation.

Oleh sebab itu, perlu dibuat penelitian untuk merancang sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi yang dapat mempermudah pencatatan dan pengolahan data keuangan laundry. Pembuatan Aplikasi Web Manajemen Laundry menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript dan basisdata MySQL sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi melalui sebuah teknologi yang disebut web service. Aplikasi Web Manajemen Laundry dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan kebutuhan, proses perancangan, implementasi, dan tahap pengujian. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Web Manajemen Laundry memiliki fitur yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah pencatatan dan pengolahan data secara akurat dan waktu-nyata. Fitur-fitur utama dari aplikasi ini diantaranya adalah pengolahan data transaksi, pengeluaran, dan laporan laba/rugi. Dalam menunjang fitur-fitur utama agar dapat bekerja dengan baik maka terdapat fitur pendukung yaitu pengolahan data pelanggan dan data pengguna aplikasi. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode black-box, seluruh fungsi menu yang ada dalam aplikasi web telah berhasil dan berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

The student information system design at SMP Negeri 9 Tapung in its manufacture uses a literacy methodology where each phase can be carries repeatedly until it gets the desired results. This development research results create a student information system application that can display school data, student data, which graphics form, and its development, including data on the development of honesty and discipline. The system also displays the student interests and talents observed, extracurricular activities, student violations, and achievement. This application still needs development, refinement, the addition of features, and suggestions, and criticism from all related parties to create a better and structured information system to improve the quality and character of SMP Negeri 9 Tapung.

Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi CBT dimana soal yang dimunculkan dari bank soal melalui proses pengacakan dengan tidak akan memunculkan soal yang sama dengan menggunakan metoda Fisher-Yates Shuffle. Dalam proses pengamanan informasi soal saat terhubung ke jaringan maka diperlukan teknik untuk penyandian pesan agar soal tersebut sebeum dimunculkan melewati proses enkripsi dan deskripsi data terlebih dahulu maka digunakan algoritma kriptografi RSA. Metode perancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfall, perancangan database menggunakan entity relationship diagram, perancangan antarmuka menggunakan hypertext markup language (HTML) Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) dan jQuery serta diimplementasikan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, Arsitektur jaringan yang digunakan aplikasi Computer Based Test adalah model jaringan client-server dengan jaringan Local Area Network (LAN). Kata kunci: Computer Based Test, Fisher-Yates Shuffle, Criptography, Local Area Network Abstract- Selection of new student candidates can be done with Computer Based Test (CBT) application. Within past years, Electronic Health Records (EHR) have been realized due to the growing number of hospitals worldwide. EHR systems can be in different forms, that refer to a wide range of electronic information systems used in healthcare. Medical institutions that might use EHRs are hospitals, pharmacies, general surgery practices, and other health care professionals. Clinical or medical coding is an important process to transform medical documents such as laboratory or radiologic results beside physician notes into universal alphanumeric codes that represents the medical diagnosis, procedure, service, or equipment. As archiving process is an important part of the clinical lab, besides searching for related information or previous tests’ results are boring work and in order to make this process easier, faster and accurate, this paper proposed the design and implementation of a web-based clinical laboratory management system, in which only authorized systems’ users such as lab assistant or physician can access patients’ records in order to ensure that the whole process is secure, accurate and reliable. This system is developed using MySQL for database design and PHP, html, CSS and JavaScript for user interfaces.

In satellite communication, Link Budget analysis is the most important part to determine gains and losses of signals from the transmitter to the receiver. Most importantly, it investigates system performance and optimum power which must be received at the receiver channel. In some cases, this information could be generated, saved for past data analysis, and share with peer users which are not found in existing web tools. Thus, it is obvious to design a new Link Budget calculator with users, database, and data retrieval support. This work focuses on designing a Link Budget web tool for X-band satellite communication through literature study and comparative analysis. The X-Band calculator is designed based on HTML, PHP, Javascript, and MySQL by ensuring several security issues, and can be accessed through mobile devices. This paper also focuses on the necessary equations of Link Budget for Uplink (Tx); Satellite; Downlink (Rx); Azimuth, Elevation, Distance analysis; and Rain attenuation. Though, comparative assessments among various web tools show some fluctuations, overall outputs show satisfactory results with small % of Errors (PoE) ensuring reliability and viability of the proposed X-Band tool for practical use.

Accreditation is one form of approval and feasibility of universities or study programs conducted by the National Higher Education Accreditation Agency (BAN-PT). The purpose and benefits of higher education institution accreditation are to provide assurance that accredited tertiary institutions have met the quality standards set by BAN-PT. In order to be able to monitor and evaluate all activities to achieve the expected accreditation value, a management application is needed that is able to integrate the entire contents of supporting data one form of visualization that can describe it is the dashboard system. This research intend to establish an Accreditation Management Information System application with a dashboard appearance in the web-based Muhammadiyah University of Malang. This application is constructed using HTML, PHP, and Codeigniter Framework by using the MySQL storage format as a database. The development method used in system development is the Spiral development model. The results of this research are that the dashboard system can provide an overview of the position of accreditation values of the University, Faculty and Study Program, so that parties from each University management, Faculty and Study Program can take action to prepare and improve values to face future accreditation assessments. The hospital location selection for COVID-19-infected patients is out to be one of the most critical decisions for healthcare sectors in high-case countries. In this study, optimal urban hospital location selection for COVID-19-infected patients has been done out of multiple alternative locations in city of Baghdad Iraq by introducing a web application system that can find the best site from alternatives by using MEREC and modified technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) algorithms. MEREC algorithm is utilized to obtain criteria weights and modified TOPSIS for ranking the alternatives. Four criteria are considered with eight alternatives sites. The proposed system has two-part, hardware part (embedded systems) designed by utilizing NEO-6M GPS receiver with ESP8266NodeMCU to obtain coordinate of regions and then, using the HTTP protocol to communicate to submit these data to database server. The second part is the web application developed by PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and MySQL used to allow the system admin to enter the locations of the alternatives with their criteria into the system to get the best urban hospital location for COVID-19-patients. The results showed effectiveness of overall suggested system and appropriateness of the modified TOPSIS method over the traditional TOPSIS method in ranking the alternative.

Abstract:
The calculation of the utilities cost of rental office in an office building that is still processed manually and conventionally is certainly troublesome for the building manager. Data processing by using office applications such as spreadsheets becomes ineffective when the number of tenants is increasing and transaction data coming in continues to grow. It causes stakeholders to often experience delays in obtaining the required reports. The research aims to build an application which can be used easily and able to provide information quickly and accurately in the process of calculating the utilities cost of rental office, which consists of the usage costs of electricity, water and gas. The application is developed by using MySQL database and PHP, HTML, CSS, Jquery as programming languages. It also applies the concept of MVC (Model-View-Controller) to the CodeIgniter framework and using agile method in developing the system. The research resulted in a web-based application of the utilities cost information system that is useful for building managers in the process of recording and calculating utilities cost automatically, so it can produce reports quickly and accurately. The advantage of the web-based application is that it allows stakeholders to obtain the required reports because they can be accessed directly online, so that the use of electricity, water and gas at rental offices can be well controlled.

On that basis it developed a web based mosque management information systems that are made with a PHP programming language, javascript and mysql database. The goal of the system is to make it easier for the mosque to manage the financial data, to manage activities of the mosque and to make it easier for the public to search for information on the existing website system. The sequence of these studies includes critical analysis, system desaign, implementation, testing and maintenance. The Darussalam mosque management system was tested by the black box method and focused on functional requirements using alpha testing. This research examination is still ina purely functionality testing phase incolving unintended objects can occur without specific testing especially on the interface part where ddynamic programming of the interface elements blending in using HTML and CSS presentation of documents. So in running the system as a web-based application, it should affect the web browser in running the system.

This study aims to design and implement a web-based drug distribution management that can help pharmacy warehouse employees manage drug data and also facilitate the preparation of drug distribution reports. Based on the results of observations and interviews at the pharmacy warehouse, data management is still done manually and has weaknesses, including the problem of ease, speed and accuracy. Management is still done using the Microsoft Office word and excel applications. The system development method used in designing drug distribution management is the Web Engineering method (Customer Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, Deployment). Meanwhile, the supporting tools or applications used to design and implement the management of drug distribution are Axure and UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language uses HTML, PHP, MySQL database and Farmework codeigniter and system testing uses the Blackbox Testing method with valid or not valid test results. The results of this study are a drug distribution management system at the pharmacy warehouse of the Pagar Alam City Health Service so that it can be used by pharmacy warehouse officers and 7 Puskesmas.

Therefore, the authors conducted research on the design of the e-pharmacy application, which is a web-based medicine sales system at the Seger Waras Pharmacy. This study aims to increase the revenue of the relevant agencies and provide complete information about drug use to customers. Data collection methods use observation and interview methods for system models using Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and Context Diagrams. The software used by MySQL as a database server, Apache as a web server, Sublime Text 3 for writing PHP and HTML programming languages, and Bootstrap as a framework. The result of the system that has been completed is an online store application that makes it possible to sell and purchase drugs online; the online shop at the “Seger Waras” Pharmacy can increase sales turnover and promote business.

This article presents the development and construction of a didactic kit of practical experiences of electrical circuits, remotely controllable through the internet, from low cost resources and devices, and easy to implement. Developed with open source technologies, the practice module was built from a Raspberry Pi, and subdivided into four parts: a web application (developed in Html, Css, Javascript, PHP and MySQL) and a local application coded in Python and runs on the Raspberry; two electronic boards, one for controlling the resistors of a circuit and the other as a variable power supply for the circuit; a cabinet designed and built in MDF to accommodate all the physical components of the equipment; and a mixed electrical circuit for experiments, consisting of 9 resistors, 10 voltmeters and 3 ammeters. To access remotely, a Login system was built, generating greater security and a button interface that, when triggered, make requests to a server, recording the status of the button pressed in an SQL Database (Structured Query Language). Tests were carried out to check the integrity of the hardware and software devices of the didactic kit, considering that they did not present any flaws, allowing the equipment to be installed in a physics laboratory, connected to the internet and made available intermittently for use by high school students.

Abstract The development of health sciences along with the continuous technological progress contribute to the emergence of web applications. There exist many applications supporting the work of doctors, whereas the market definitely lacks solutions supporting the work of nurses. This is particularly evident in long-term geriatric home care, in which the nursing specialization is developing rapidly. Care of elderly patients requires the nurse to collect medical documents from each visit. Considering the large number of diseases affecting elderly people and the number of required visits – which should exceed 4 a week – a decision was made to develop an Internet application supporting the work of nurses in long-term geriatric care. The application facilitates the process of geriatric patient description in order to eliminate the need for filling in paper medical records. This study presents the method of developing an Internet application supporting the work of nurses in long-term geriatric care. The software was developed based on an analysis of conclusions from a social study carried out in a group of 42 nurses providing geriatric long-term home medical care services in the district of Białystok, Poland. The aim of the study was to determine the features, functionality, and declarative interest in using the software. Conclusions from the analysis indicated that the attempt to develop the application had been justified. Moreover, conclusions from the social survey formed the basis for formulating the design assumptions. The web application was developed in the following technologies: HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP 7, and MySQL. First, a prototype of the solution was tested in a XAMPP environment. After successful tests, the app was tested in a nursing practice. The obtained test results raise high hopes for potential commercialization of the application.

In this study a medical record system was designed using the waterfall method. Waterfall is a systematic and sequential model for information system development. Therefore the researchers developed the system using the waterfall method. The purpose of this medical record information system is to design a medical record information system that can manage patient history data and monthly reports. The system designed is very important because to prevent errors in processing patient data. This application is made based on web using the programming language HTML, PHP, and MYSQL database. The haze problem has intensified in recent years. The particulate matter of less than 10 microns in size, PM10 is the dominant air pollutant during haze. In this paper, we present the development of HazeViz, a Haze Alarm Visual Map forecaster, which is based on PM10. The intelligent web application allows users to visualize the pattern of PM10 in a region, forecasts PM10 value and alarms bad haze condition. HazeViz was developed using HTML, Java Script, PHP, MySQL, R Programming and Fusionex Giant. The SARIMA statistical forecasting models that underlie the application were developed using R. The PM10 trend analysis, and the consequential map and chart visualizations were implemented on the Fusionex GIANT Big Data Analytics platform. HazeViz was developed in the context of the Klang Valley, our case study. The dataset was obtained from Department of Environment Malaysia, which contains a total of 157,680 hourly PM10 data for six stations in Klang Valley, for the years 2013 to 2015. The SARIMA models were developed using maximum daily PM10 data for 2013 and 2014, and the 2015 data was used to validate the model. The fitting models were determined based on the Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). While the selected models were implemented in HazeViz and successfully deployed on the web, the results show that the selected models have MAPE ranging between 35 percent and 45 percent, which implies that the models are still far from robust. Future work can consider augmented SARIMA models that can yield improved results.

However, existing system needs an ID booking to book the facilities at the Court Centre and does not delegate any confirmation to users on their booking. This paper aims at integrating stripe payment method by using the WordPress platform where it is one of the content management system (CMS) by using XAMPP. MySQL has been used to store the database while PHP and HTML have been designed to generate QR code. This system was designed based on some function needed for the new member, staffs, and students. The procedure is that the new members will register and pay their members fees. Existing student and staff will just need to sign in using their ID Number. This system has provided a booking system which presented the availability of time and date as well as the payment for the new members. Upon booking and payment, email and QR code are given to the user after the confirmation booking by an administrator. The result shows the increase of efficiency after implementing the new features on the web system which shows 86.66% of increases in term of using the website to book the facilities at the Sports Centre from the existing system.</span>

Staffing Department of Universitas Palangka Raya has used applications to manage employee data, one of them is the employee attendance list. However, the management is still not efficient because staff from the staffing department cannot directly enter employee attendance status such as leave, permission, and illness directly on attendance data processors because they have to wait for data retrieval from the electronic attendance machine at the end of the month so that the process of making attendance recapitulation runs slowly. Software development in generating a file of the attendance data of Universitas Palangka Raya employees using the Waterfall software development method. The first step is to carry out a needs analysis of the system created, including library research, data collection, consultation, and design. Based on this analysis, the system design was created that uses Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams, as the system design that will be created. The next step is writing the program code. In writing program code, the programming languages used are HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as interface designs supported by PHP and MySQL programming languages for data storage and exchange. In the next step, testing is done to test the functionality of the application that has been made using the black box method. This software will be a tool to generate files on attendance data for Universitas Palangka Raya employees.

E-commerce is one of the innovations that has started to become a new norm in this millennium. Due to the time-consuming physical shopping activities, the increase in living expenses, and the increase of responsibilities, people tend to find new ways to adapt to this new norm. Thus, buying groceries online has also been the preferred way for many people nowadays as it could save time and reduce daily hassles. This paper discusses the design and development of a web-based Groceries Ordering System with QR Code that was built using the web-based applications such as PHP, HTML and MySQL. The design and development of the prototype system involves three main phases, which are the system design, system development and system testing and took into consideration five criteria of the end-user satisfaction of an online shopping system, which are the system’s content, accuracy of information, format of the information displayed, ease of use and timeliness. The prototype system will also incorporate the QR code technology where it provides functions for information of products’ purchases and transactions. Upon completion of the prototype system, testing for usability among potential end-users was conducted, where it focusses on system’s usefulness, information quality and interface quality. Forty participants have completed the usability testing, and the results have showed that the Groceries Ordering System with QR Code has fulfilled all the five criteria of end user’s satisfaction

Based on this description, the author tries to provide a solution that is able to overcome these problems by designing a website-based mortgage calculation simulation system at Perum Perumnas Regional V with the aim of making it easier for consumers and marketing or sales parties to find information about mortgage calculations.Making this simulation system, the author uses the HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database. Therefore, Prof. Soeparwi VH needs a management information system that facilitate them in managing process and documentation of transactions, one of which is through billing or billing subsystem. This subsystem was designed using UML and was developed in a form of web-based prototype using PHP and HTML languages as well as CSS with CodeIgniter framework and MySQL for database. The development of this billing subsystem applied a Rapid Application Development (RAD) model process that focused on the working model and obtained feedback from users to improve the system. Results of this system's development were evaluated with a system feasibility test and functionality test. A system feasibility test was administered by distributing Likert scale questionnaire and analysed them based on a summated rating scale method which showed a result of 85.4%. That result indicates that users strongly agree that the system has met their needs. The system functionality was tested using a black box method and the result was that the system properly functioned. This billing subsystem could process transaction bills automatically included in the calculation. This system produced bills and reports that could be printed and exported. In addition, data was stored in a database so that it supported paperless documentation.

An online analytic service system was designed as a web and a mobile application for shrimp farmers and shrimp farm managers to manage the growth performance of shrimp. The MySQL database management system was used to manage the shrimp data. The Apache Web Server was used for contacting the shrimp database, and the web content displays were implemented with PHP script, JavaScript, and HTML5. Additionally, the program was linked with Google Charts to display data in various graphs, such as bar graphs and scatter diagrams, and Google Maps API was used to display water quality factors that are related to shrimp growth as spatial data. To test the system, field survey data from a shrimp farm in southern Thailand were used. Growth performance of shrimp and water quality data were collected from 13 earthen ponds in southern peninsular Thailand, located in the Surat Thani, Krabi, Phuket, and Satun provinces. The results show that the system allowed administrators to manage shrimp and farm data from the field sites. Both mobile and web applications were accessed by the users to manage the water quality factors and shrimp data. The system also provided the data analysis tool required to select a parameter from a list box and shows the association between water quality factors and shrimp data with a scatter diagram. Furthermore, the system generated a report of shrimp growth for the different farms with a line graph overlay on Google Maps™ in the data entry suite via mobile application. Online analytics for the growth performance of shrimp as provided by this system could be useful as decision support tools for effective shrimp farming.

The Breast Cancer Resource Centre (BCRC) of University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, started the Malaysian Breast Cancer Survivorship Cohort (MyBCC) study in 2012. Aim: As a further enhancement of the research, the MyBCC database has been developed to conduct the survey in a convenient way, which aims to predict the factors influencing different survival rate among patients from multiethnic origin using data science techniques. Methods: The database comprised of life style related data of the patients including demographic factors, information on other illness, clinical factors, quality of life, psychosocial support, physical activity, work related questions, depression score, family background, type of medication consumed and financial status of the patients. This paper presents an approach to build an automated workflow using the MySQL database management system and PHP, integrated with R and HTML for web display. Results: A relational database comprising 816 breast cancer patients' data were developed for the MyBCC cohort study. This database serves as the backend for the MyBCC application where researchers can register new patients' records, update and view the information of recruited patients by using the system in a more commodious environment than before. Besides, the MyBCC database has been integrated with R programming tool by deploying the RMySQL package to perform audits. A few important analysis using plotly package, leveraging the integration of R with database are presented. Conclusion: In this paper, the development of the MyBCC database is presented, with the aim to automate the manual process of data entry, storage and analysis for performing audits for the breast cancer cohort study. The integration of database with R for automated analysis of data are also shown using examples of predictions that can be generated using functions in R. This fully automated workflow reduces the workload and time taken in performing manual predictions using data sources stored in flat files.

Balinese script writing, as one of Balinese cultural richness, is going to extinct because of its decreasing use. This research is one of the ways to preserve Balinese script writing using technological approach. Through collaboration between Computer Science and Balinese Language discipline, this research focused on the development of a Latin-to-Balinese script transliteration robotic system that was called LBtrans-Bot. LBtrans-Bot can be used as a learning system to give the transliteration knowledge as one aspect of Balinese script writing. In this research area, LBtrans-Bot was known as the first system that utilize Noto Sans Balinese font and was developed based on the identified seventeen kinds of special word. LBtrans-Bot consists of the transliterator web application, the transceiver console application, and the robotic arm with its GUI controller application. The transliterator used the Model-View-Controller architectural pattern, where each of them was implemented by using MySQL database (as the repository for the words belong to the seventeen kinds of special word), HTML, PHP, CSS, and Bootstrap (mostly for the User Interface responsive design), and JavaScript (mostly for the transliteration algorithm and as the controller between the Model and the View). <em>Dictionary</em> data structure was used in the transliterator memory as a place to hold data (words) from the Model. The transceiver used batch script and AutoIt script to receive and trasmit data from the transliterator to the GUI controller, which control the Balinese script writing of the robotic arm. The robotic arm with its GUI controller used open-source mDrawBot Arduino Robot Building platform. Through the experiment, LBtrans-Bot has been able to write the 34-pixel font size of the Noto Sans Balinese font from HTML 5 canvas that has been setup with additional 10-pixel length of the width and the height of the Balinese script writing area. Its transliterator gave the accuracy result up to 91% (138 of 151) testing cases of The Balinese Alphabet writing rules and examples document by Sudewa. This transliterator result outperformed the best result of the known existing transliterator based on Bali Simbar font, i.e. Transliterasi Aksara Bali, that only has accuracy up to 68% (103 of 151) cases of the same testing document. In the future work, LBtrans-Bot could be improved by: 1) Accommodating more complex Balinese script with trade off to the limited writing area of robotic system; 2) Enhancing its transliterator to accommodating the rules and/or examples from the testing document that recently cannot be handled or gave incorrect transliteration result; enriching the database consists of words belong to the seventeen kinds of special word; and implementing semantic relation transliteration.

В статье рассматривается процесс создания веб приложения «Менеджер задач». В разработке используются современные веб инструменты. Непосредственно, в самой статье ведется полный разбор написания простейшего менеджера задач, с использованием полного перечня современных технологий. Которые, включают в себя технологии клиентской и серверной стороны. В серверной части будет использоваться полный стек серверного языка, в нашем случае php, и работы с базой данных mysql, используя популярный фреймворк – Laravel.
