Thesis deals with security characteristics, legislation, premiums and reinsurance treaty program. An important part of the thesis is to ensure the new arrangements. Here I highlighted the major changes that the new rules provide for entry into the field of insurance. Finally, the thesis focuses on the first specialized undertaking in the Czech Republic. Securing private insurance plays an irreplaceable role. Facilitates the distribution of insurance and reinsurance risks at the global level, increased insurance and reinsurance of the insurance and reinsurance capacity. Reinsurance is important because of the financial stability of insurance and reinsurance, it is an essential element in ensuring the financial soundness and stability of insurance markets.

The thesis deals with the technical and economic comparison of technologies for wastewater treatment plants 50-2000 PE based on the processing of selected data ownership and operational records (VÚME, VÚPE) for the years 2013-2015 provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. The first section presents an overview of the most important laws and standards of the Czech Republic for water management, describes the characteristics of municipalities to 2,000 inhabitants and operation of wastewater treatment plants up to 2000 PE.The second part evaluates the influence of different types of drainage systems on the quality of wastewater and the efficiency of wastewater treatment. Furthermore, this section deals with the influence of technical and economic comparison of the influence of sludge management concept.In the last part I work with studies and generators for calculating the cost of sludge treatment in larger WWTP, possibly for sludge dewatering and storage.

This final diploma thesis called "Global analysis of the current business-legal environment in the Czech Republic" thoroughly evaluates business-legal environment in the Czech Republic and reveals how it is perceived by small and medium entrepreneurs. This analysis further uncovers and specifies fields where there are deficiencies in the Czech legal system. There is also a short view of the situation in the countries neighboring with the Czech Republic such as Germany, Poland, Austria, Hungary, France and the whole of EU. The topic of EU legislation was not neglected either. These new legal provisions coming from the EU are more and more becoming part of the Czech legal system and have bigger and bigger influence on the Czech entrepreneurs. Businessmen in the Czech Republic still perceive many difficulties related to the state restrictions and regulatory authorities decisions. The situation is especially gravely perceived in case of tax laws, labor laws and the overall complexity and complicatedness of the Czech legislation as a whole. Based on the research that was a part of the research, high level of conservativeness of the small and medium entrepreneurs was proved. Czech businessmen tend to have difficulties adopting new things including laws even if those could have positive impact in the end. It further seems that the Czech businessmen tend to approach their business environment skeptically but not passively. They feel like participating actively in changes in their business environment even thou it often seems impossible.

The Master´s thesis concerns about the safety of tool grinder, and in the research part deals with the legislative requirements of the European Union and the Czech Republic. The basic legal provisions governing machinery manufacturers are described and analyzed here. The second part deals with the safety of tool grinder, risk analysis and proposal of preventive measures for risk reduction. The tool grinder is analyzed here and the results are summarized in the block diagram is drawn. Moreover, there are identified potential hazards for individual parts and the appropriate safety requirements are construed.

The aim of my graduation theses is the analysis of spatial planning legislation in the Czech Republic between 1945 and present. In the theoretical part I have explained basic terms and the legal regulation of spatial planning and I have presented individual concepts of spatial planning legislation since 1945. Besides the comparison of the basic concepts of spatial planning, the practical part mainly deals with the analysis of the relation of spatial and strategic plans. I have defined the main differences between these documents and compared whether it is advantageous for the municipality to start with a spatial plan or a strategic plan. Furthermore, I have focused on the creation and the content of the spatial plan of Domažlice, focusing on the compliance of legislation in the area of spatial planning, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of current legislation and the weaknesses of the spatial plan in Domažlice. Finally, I have indicated my own suggestions on how to improve the situation.

Contemporary society is increasingly influenced by computers and internet environment and it meets with issues related to cybercrime. There are already a number of laws, whether at EU or national governments, which are trying to reduce or prevent risks associated with hackers, cyber terrorism or any other illegal activities in cyberspace. Thesis "Cyber security and legislation of the Czech Republic", is divided into two main parts. In the first theoretical part, the reader apprise with cybercrime in general. You can read about methods of investigation, types of illegal activities and how to prevent such practices. The second part consists of an analysis of the current legislation of the Czech Republic, EU and Legislative intent of the law on cyber security. I will describe the bill, analyze and appraise its benefits to society. In conclusion of this thesis, I will summarize the achievement of results and objectives of the work.

The topic of my thesis is an application of Czech and European transport systems for shipping dangerous articles by road transport. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is pointed to importance of effective legislation in the Czech Republic and the European Union, which is dedicated to shipping the dangerous articles by road transport. Also it regards to risks of accidents and possible ecologic impacts to an environment. This part compares the amount of traffic accidents in the Czech Republic and states of the EU in a frame of ADR. It shows the risks related to shipping the dangerous articles by road transport. The closing part belongs to important elements of safe transportation of dangerous matters. The second part of the thesis analyses current state of shipping information systems in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. There is the analysis, the suggestions for improvement of the systems´ efficiency and its application in the Czech Republic. The closing part belongs to my own project of shipping information system.

The diploma thesis is concerned with the problems of PPP projects (Public Private Partnership) in the countries of Visegrad Four. The term PPP can be understood as a cooperation of public and private sector. The principal aim of cooperation is to ensure public infrastructure and services. First part of thesis characterizes coutries of Visegrad Four, explains principles and benefits of PPP and informs about main countries and sectors in which PPP projects are realized. The core of the thesis is the fourth chapter which analyzes and evaluates V4 coutries on the basis of several criteria (legislation, institutional support, methodics and realized projects) and attempts to find out if those criteria influence the implementation and number of PPP projects in V4. Final part points out that PPP projects can be helpful for states in times of financial crisis to finance services or infrastructure if they do not have enough money.

in English The introduction of this thesis explains the basic concepts of the legislative regulation of weapons and ammunition in the Czech Republic and their use in specific cases. This part also briefly presents the legal history of selected institutes of weapons legislation in the Czech Republic with EU law, in particular conditions and possession of weapons, business in the field of weapons and categorization of weapons. The next part analyzes Act No. 288/1995 Coll. again focusing on selected institutes important in the context of the implementation of EU law. The following are comparisons of Council Directive 91/477 / EEC in its original version with Act No. 119/2002 Coll. in the original wording and Council Directive 91/477 / EEC as amended by Directive 2008/51 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with Act No. 119/2002 Coll. as amended by Act No. 222/2017 Coll., with an overlap into certain legal regulations. Goal of this dissertation is to establish increasing of radioactive discharges with reference to projected construction of next nuclear power units. This dissertation describes radionicludes composition in gaseous also liquid discharges and resulting impact to individual from critical group of the public. Dissertation includes annual summaries of discharges, released into environment during Temelín NPP operation. Procedure of the analysis: 1) calculation of average annual activity of most considerable radionuclides 2) determination of environment influence to radionuclides distribution 3) calculation of supposed committed effective dose 4) calculated supposed committed effective dose comparison with actual authorized limit, with double authorized limit and with dose constraint for effective dose for individual from critical group of the public, caused by discharges of radioactive substances Main conclusion of this dissertation is suggestion of to increase authorized limits for individual from critical group of the public: for gaseous discharges: 50 % above current value {--} it means 60 {$\mu$}Sv per calendar year for liquid discharges: 100 % above current value {--} it means 6 {$\mu$}Sv per calendar year This values are quite acceptable in comparison with dose constraints defined by Regulation No. 307/2002 of Coll., § 56, section 3 {--} {\clqq}average effective dose of 250 {$\mu$}Sv per calendar year for the appropriate critical group of the public, from which 200 {$\mu$}Sv shall be for discharges into the atmosphere and 50 {$\mu$}Sv for discharges into watercourses``. It is possible to utilize this dissertation in process of new nuclear power units projection, next this dissertation demonstrates radiation protection optimisation in area of radioactive discharges according to valid legislation.

The main aim of this work is to analyze the development of the foundations sector in three countries, in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Bavaria. From methodological point of wiew it is conceived as a comparative study. The main goal is the analysis of the development of foundations in these countries, especially after the year 1989 which meant a possibility to reestablish the foundations as a full-fledged institutions of civic society. Main theoretical basis of the work is the assumption, that the interruption of natural development of foundations in the Czech Republic and Hungary after the year 1948 had significant effects on their restoration and function after the year 1989. The work aims to analyze different approaches to restoration of foundations in the Czech Republic and Hungary and to compare their different initial conditions with the conditions in Bavaria, where the development of foundations in democratic environment with the exception of the era of Nazi Germany wasn't broken. In my thesis I discuss sexuality of disabled people, the service of sexual surrogacy and the conditions which are in this sense set in social care institutions. My aim is to offer an insight into the openness of the representatives of these institutions to discuss sexuality of social care recipients. This should outline what starting position for those who provide information or practical assistance in satisfaction of sexual needs of disabled people is. Besides, I compare the situation in the Czech Republic with the situation in New South Wales. In this Australian country, there was a survey few years ago similar to the one I recently made here in the Czech Republic and I want to compare their results. New South Wales is in my thesis the example of countries where providing sexual services is legal while in the Czech republic there this way of making money lies in "grey market". The different approach to legislation of providing sexual services in my point of view and also according to the information I found out influences how people perceive the service of sexual surrogacy for disabled. Based on that, I expect the results of Australian survey and also the extent of accessibility to information and sexual surrogacy shows to be more favourable than those in the Czech Republic.

The thesis deals with specialized departments instituted in prisons for persons who are in jail execution. It picks up on the bachelor's thesis on compulsory treatment of persons while the imprisonment. Its sub-objective is to introduce the issue of prison system as a whole, apprise of the specific groups of convicted offenders who are currently put into specialized departments. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. Theoretical part presents the development of the prison system, the philosophy of punishment and highlights the humanization of the Czech prison system. The section, which is dedicated to specialized departments, itemizes the different types of these departments. An example of concrete prison which establishes such department is also always presented. More attention is paid to the Světlá nad Sázavou Prison, to its conception and to its specialized department for mothers with children. The objective of the thesis was to find out what view of Světlá nad Sázavou Prison with its specialized department take the citizens of Světlá nad Sázavou and the neighbouring residents and how the media affects the overall insight into this concernment or what other factors assert.

The aim of this thesis is to compare the actual presentation and communication of library services to the public in the Dutch and Czech public libraries. Monitored were primarily legislative frameworks of mentioned countries, branch organizations and their marketing activities supporting public libraries. Theoretical knowledge was supplemented by practical findings gained during the study tour undertaken in the Netherlands. During this study tour were identified specific methods of promotion of public library services. Thesis explores these methods and outlines the possibility inspiration from Dutch library practice. The work proposes an innovation of Czech public library services using the retail concept as part of the open access collections, which was observed and verified in the Netherlands. The final comparison of selected factors on the national level provides a brief overview of librarianship in both countries.

On a theoretical level, it explains more common concepts of migration, as well as concepts related to the education of foreign students. It also introduces the number of foreign students attending Czech primary schools and primary schools in the capital city of Prague. The thesis describes the school legislation concerning education students with different motherly language, financing possibilities of the Czech language courses, and also presents with non-governmental non-profit organizations active in this field. On the practical level, the thesis focuses on different systems of education of students with a different motherly language in three primary schools in the capital city of Prague. The thesis describes how individual schools organize teaching of Czech as a second language, which support measures in the education of students with a different motherly language they provide, what special study materials they use and what extra services they offer to these students. Criminal activity is mapped in this thesis, which subjects can commit in connection with insolvency proceedings. Czech Criminal Code No. 40/2009 Coll. lays down a total of six crimes, while the Swedish Criminal Code (Brottsbalk) has seven such crimes. The current legal regulation of bankruptcy offenses in the Czech Republic is analyzed in the theoretical part. In the practical part, the foreign legislation is analyzed and several proposals de lege ferenda are set on the basis of this analysis.

Do libraries focus more on special topics from the librarianship field and do they collaborate with the public administration? The topic is adapted to general level of contemporary trends. Specifically the comparative analysis between publishing in Moravian-Silesian region in the Czech Republic and Silesian region in Poland was prepared. The part devoted to trends and future of publishing in libraries is compiled from structured interviews.

The thesis also overviews history of museum libraries on the case of four individual institutions, legal regulations pertaining to them and to their collections, as well as cooperation possibilities between other museum libraries, general libraries or other institutions. In this section I looked at the differences between the concepts of integration, inclusion and inclusive education, the legislative framework of inclusive education, the definition of attitudes, health and social disadvantage, and the possibilities of educating disadvantaged pupils. In the empirical part of this diploma thesis were used qualitative methods of research.
