- The way immigrant students are distributed in the Italian schools appears unequal, both at regional and at local level, and also in the single schools and classes. The article reflects upon the consequences of such phenomenon and on the strategies to be carried out in order to prevent the building of "separate classes", mostly attended by students whose citizenship is not Italian. The article takes into account the ways distribution is carried out in several European countries - and in particular the case of the carte scolaire in France -, analising the policies of orientation of enrolments and the risks of school apartheid. For what concerns Italy - where there is a variety of situations because of the liberalisation of accesses - the risk of an unequal distribution and of an -inner segregation- is confirmed, which could be emphasized by special measures in favour of immigrants. Finally, the article introduces the reasons for the school mix and the debate on the consequences of heterogeneity in class, which is linked to a greater equity but not necessarily to a lower scholastic achievement, as long as it is supported by measures of complex instruction, differentiated didactic, intercultural prospective, and a planning at local level based on the pact between school and territory.Keywords immigrants school inequality intercultural education distribution

The emotional potential of sound is an excellent resource for companies and institutions seeking to test new ways of communicating with their stakeholders through the senses. However, there are still few organizations that include sound as a conveyer of their corporate identity. Audio branding aims to expand the contact points with audiences by incorporating sound elements that facilitate the recognition of the brand's values. This research attempts to understand the use that corporations make of sound as a communication tool and to evaluate its presence, but above all it wants to find out if this use is due to a strategic approach or if it is a specific decision marked by the temporality of advertising campaigns. For this reason, in this paper we have taken the radio as an advertising media. On the one hand, because it is the sound media par excellence. On the other hand, because it is where we can find the most well-known modes of audio branding such as the brand song, the jingle or the sonotype. The sample, composed of 239 inserts from the 3 generalist radio channels with the highest audiences in Spain, reveals that only 21% of items contain an element of audio branding, indicating that this is a field yet to be explored by organizations.

Abstract: Intelligence in general is a general ability to acquire skills that contain various components, to reveal individual abilities, intelligence test instruments are usually used. One example of an intelligence test, is the WAIS test (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale). The WAIS test is presented individually and requires special skills for its presentation. The purpose of this literature study is to determine the use of the Wais test tool in the diagnosis of clinical assessment because Wais has superior competence in assessing individual cognitive abilities. We raised this topic because the advantages of the WAIS test are not only measuring the level of intelligence, but also being a diagnostic tool for clinical assessments. WAIS capabilities can be used to measure individual intelligence, neuropsychological, psychological assessment, and other diagnostic functions. The research method used in this research is literature study. Literature study is a synonym for literature review, literature review, theoretical basis, theoretical study, and literature review. The data used in this study is secondary data, the data of this research comes from the results of previous studies that have been published through journal articles, books, and continuous references to the research topic. In this literature study, it was found that the use of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) test for clinical diagnosis includes, namely, being used to see indications of disease in psychiatric patients, screening for Alzheimer's Dementia (AD), a tool to see comparisons between people with beta thalassemia minor. with normal people, and as a test for trichotillomania

Abstrak: Intelegensi secara umum merupakan suatu kemampuan umum untuk memperoleh kecakapan yang mengandung berbagai macam komponen, untuk mengungkapkan kemampuan individu biasanya digunakan instrumen tes intelegensi. Salah satu contoh tes intelegensi, adalah tes WAIS (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale). Tes WAIS disajikan secara individual dan membutuhkan kemampuan khusus untuk penyajiannya. Tujuan dari studi literatur ini adalah mengetahui pemanfaatan alat tes wais dalam diagnosis asesmen klinis karena Wais memiliki kompetensi dalam menilai kemampuan kognitif individu yang sangat unggul. Kami mengangkat topik ini karena keunggulan dari tes WAIS tidak hanya mengukur tingkat kecerdasan saja, tetapi juga menjadi alat diagnosis bagi asesmen klinis. Kemampuan WAIS dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kecerdasan individu, neuropsikologis, asesmen psikologi, dan fungsi diagnostik lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Studi pustaka merupakan sinonim dari kajian pustaka, tinjauan pustaka, landasan teori, kajian teoritis, dan telaah pustaka. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, data-data penelitian ini berasal dari hasil-hasil dari penelitian sebelumnya yang sudah di publish melalui artikel jurnal, buku, dan rujukan yang berkesinambungan dengan topik penelitian. Non-verbal communication is a process of communication where the message is conveyed not by using words. For example, only by using gestures, body language, facial expressions and eye contact, the use of objects such as clothing, haircuts and so on, symbols and ways of speaking such as intonation, emphasis, sound quality, emotional style and speaking style. Even so, experts in the field of non-verbal communication usually use the definition of "not using words" with katat, and do not equate non-verbal communication with non-verbal communication. For example sign and written languages are not considered non-verbal communication because they use words, while intonation and speaking style are classified as non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication is also different from talking classified as non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication is also different from subconscious communication, which can be verbal or non verbal communication. In this case the most common is the use of clothing, where people are often judged by the type of clothing they use, although this is considered wrong for stereotypes. For example, people often prefer other people who have interesting ways of dressing. Also in job interviews someone who is dressed attractively is more likely to get a job than those who are not.

Unit Filtrasi merupakan bagian penting dalam proses pengolahan air baku di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minun (PDAM) Way Rilau untuk pemenuhan penyediaan air bersih masyarakat kota Bandar Lampung. Untuk mencegah penyumbatan pada unit filtrasi ini perlu dilakukan pencucian ulang (backwash). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dan efektifitas proses backwash yang dilakukan di Water Treatment Plant (WTP) PDAM Way Rilau berdasarkan parameter derajat keasaman (pH), kadar kesadahan, kekeruhan, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) dan konduktivitas. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa proses backwash efektif untuk memaksimalkan kinerja dari unit proses filtrasi yang terlihat dari nilai efektifitas kadar kesadahan serta kekeruhan (40-50)%. Proses ini juga sedikit menurunkan derajat keasaman (pH) (0-5)%, , total dissolved solid (TDS) (5-10)%, dan konduktivitas (10-20)%.

Beside speech, that helps children to express their feelings and experiences, establish relations with people, the drawing is one of the most truthful ways of its expression. In this paper the results of pleasant and unpleasant emotions among children through drawing of human fi gure are presented. The survey is conducted on 634 children, and the results indicate that there is difference in expressing negative emotions between boys and girls, while at expressing pleasant emotions the results are similar.

Prolonged conflict in Aceh has caused trauma in people who were directly affected. Aside from post-traumatic disorder, a traumatic event can bring out post-traumatic growth (PTG) too. PTG is a positive transformation that is resulted from an adaptation process of traumatic events in life. This study aimed to examine the relationship between coping and PTG. There were 55 respondents involved in this study, who were obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria were those experiencing by themselves certain events during the conflict, men and women over 20 years old, able to read and write, and willing to be respondents for the study. Data were collected using a demographic questionnaire, Post-traumatic Growth Inventory (α = .88) and Ways of Coping Questionnaire (α= .89). The data were analyzed with the Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The analysis results showed a significant correlation between post-traumatic growth and coping (r = .523; p < .01). In addition, coping ways that correlated with post-traumatic growth were seeking for social support (r = .545), distancing (r = .315), self-control and accepting (r=.274), while confronting and escape did not have a correlation with post-traumatic growth

Jumiang tourist area is a one of the top tourist attraction in Pamekasan Regency, East Java. This area consists of beaches and hills that have a distinctive natural beauty. The research analyses the development strategy of of Jumiang tourist area as a nautical tourism in the future. The analysis is conducted with a qualitative method of analysis, namely SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the development of the tourist area Jumiang can utilize various ways in accordance with the results of the SWOT analysis that has been described in this study. Hopefully, the results of this study and research can be the basis and consideration materials in the development of sustainable education tourism (sustainable edutourism) in Pamekasan District, so that the community can be more independent in economic life.

The present survey aims at creating the basis for an extensive study on poetry written by victims of political repressions in the whole area of Segregation in the Soviet Union: prisons, forced labour camps, Gulags and confinement. The research relies on evidence drawn from published and archive materials, concerning the 1918-1956 period. We propose a systematization of the corpus, based on a new methodology: the key-concept of ‘poetry of Zone’ as a literary track of testimony of political repression, which was synchronical to the imprisonment experience in the USSR.

Digital survey and analysis of the lusignan wing of Kyrenia CastleThe paper illustrates the documentation and analysis methods of a wing of the Kyrenia castle in Cyprus. The laser-scanner and photogrammetry Structure from Motion (SfM) survey campaigns took place during the international workshop “Reading and designing the Kyrenia Castle” held in May 2018 in Girne, involving the Girne American University (Cyprus) and the University of Florence. The survey required a more in-depth analysis of the environments around the courtyard, in particular those located on the eastern front, which host numerous archaeological finds, including the Kyrenia shipwreck, dating back to the fourth century BC. The analysis was based on the drawings (plans, elevations and sections) served as support for diagnostic and material investigations aimed at highlighting the state of superficial conservation and structures and their historical stratigraphy.

This article analyses the role of state in the policy of economic liberalisation in Vietnam. Doi Moi, which was launched in 1986, is a very influential and effective policy in changing the socio-economic landscape of the people in the country. The results of this study prove that there are positive effects on the increase of foreign investment inflows, the eradication of starvation and unruly poverty, the increase of level of education, the improvement of gender equality and women's rights as well as the sustainability of the environment after Doi Moi is implemented. Through Doi Moi, Vietnam is moving towards a developing country status with good economic performance both at the Southeast Asian and global.

The purpose of this study is to test, analyze how big the effect of financial ratios on stock prices in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, how the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Price Book Value (PBV) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) against stock prices. This research method uses a descriptive method, which is a method to describe and analyze research results but is not used to make broader conclusions. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the banking sector. The sample was determined using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression with SPSS version 25 program, hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression method. The result of this research is partially PBV has a positive effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.000, while ROA does not have a positive effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.272. DER has no effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.936 and NPM has no effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.518. Simultaneously ROA, DER, PBV and NPM affect stock prices in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The limitations of this study are the limitations of the data processed and the limitations of the variables used. This research is expected to provide benefits for the community, one of which is for investors or investors as a factor of consideration in investing in the company's capital.

Background: Social support is an interpersonal relationship where the social environment provides assistance in the form of emotional attention, instrumental assistance, providing information, appreciation or assessment to individual sufferers. Lack of social support will lead to a decline in physical and mental conditions, so that it can cause a person to be lazy to carry out routine daily self-care activities, as a result people with HIV/AIDS do not adhere to treatment programs. If people with HIV/AIDS do not regularly take anti-retroviral (ARV) for a long time, it will greatly affect the quality of life of people with HIV/AIDS. This study aims to examine the effect of social support on quality of life in people with HIV/AIDS. Subject and Method: Meta analysis was conducted based on PRISMA guidelines on article with randomized controlled trial design which published in 2000-2020. The meta-analysis was carried out by systematically reviewing articles from Google Scholar, PubMed, and Springer Link. The articles used in this research are articles that have been published from 2010-2020. The keywords to find this article are as follows: “social support” AND “quality of life” OR “risk factor” AND “quality of life” OR “quality of life” AND “randomized controlled trial”. Articles are collected using the PRISMA diagram, and analyzed using the Review Manager 5.4 application. Results: There were 6 articles were reviewed in this study which met the criteria. Studies show that social support (OR = 3.14; 95% CI = 1.42 to 6.91; p <0.001) improves quality of life. Conclusion: Social support improves quality of life in people with HIV / AIDS. Knowledge and material analysis for conservation actions related to the Maida castle in Calabria (Italy)The Maida castle is located in a hill site in historical center of the Maida City, facing two sea gulfs: Squillace gulf on the east side and Sant’Eufemia gulf on the west side. The position is strategic moreover because the castle is located in the center of Calabria between the Tyrrhenian and the Ionian Seas. Hidden in an inner area, the castle was erected on a rock which has a wide perspective view, giving the ability to control a stretch of territory between the two coasts and allowing to make an easier defense. Although today the fortress appears mainly as a ruin, it is still possible to distinguish one of the quadrangular towers as used as district prison, some inaccessible underground spaces and part of the walls. The state of degradation is evident, caused by the time action and, unfortunately, by inadequate maintenance activity. Most of the external surfaces have evident signs of deterioration, caused by bad weather conditions, but above all by weed vegetation. To better understand the role of the factors as biological aggression, a study has been carried out focusing on most common and widespread biological degradation present on the external surfaces of the castle. Samples of biological materials were taken and examined in the laboratory in order to acquire useful information about the state of the monument. Resumen: El objetivo de este artículo es demostrar que existe una poética en el urbanismo de Le Corbusier y que el tema se mantiene y se transforma en sus modelos teóricos y sus derivaciones. Desde el punto de vista teórico-metodológico, parte-se del presupuesto de que esa poética es el resultado de la dualidad entre arte y función presente en su pensamiento, originada en su formación personal y el momento histórico en el que produce su obra. El analisis se estructura con la agrupación de su produción urbanística en cuatro fases: 1-los años 1920: el Plan Ideal; 2-1929-38: las ciudades de América del sur y los viaductos; 3-1930-50: la Ville Radieuse; 4-Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial: la ciudad de los 7V y la Unité d’habitation. La reflexión final retoma la visión general de su produción urbanística y la vincula al concepto de utopia. Abstract: The goal of this article is to demonstrate that there is an aspect of poetics in Le Corbusier’s urbanism and that this theme is maintained and you can see it being transformed through the theoretical models and its derivations. From the methodological and theoretical point of view, we make the assumption that the poetics is the result of the duality between art and function present in his thought, which comes from the historical moment in which his work was made and from his personal background. This analysis is structured by grouping his urban planning works in for phases; the 1920s: the Ideal City; 1929-38: the cities of South America and the viaduct; 1930-50: the Ville Radieuse; after the II World War: the city of 7V and the Unité d’habitation.
