Abstract:
Abstract. Aiming at solving the problem of how to obtain the different evidence and deduce the disappeared sections of the Great Wall site, this paper quoted the concept of evidence scale and proposed a virtual restoration framework. In this paper, taking the Nine-eyes watchtower as an example, we modified the evidence-scale from 10 to 3: the existed relic, the direct evidence and the indirect evidence. The framework consisted of three parts, namely, the classification of evidence scale, the evidence checks and the generation of three-dimensional (3D) virtual models. Base on the support of the restoration scheme and 3DMAX technology, the disappeared parts of Nine-eyes watchtower was finally restored to its original appearance. The result of virtual restoration could not only help the tourists to visit the original appearance of cultural heritage, but also experience the culture value and historical vicissitude. Therefore, it was of great scientific significance and cultural value to study how to carry out virtual restoration for the ancient relics.

Abstract:
Jehovah’s Witnesses is often presented as a special religious group, one who has preached the imminence of the end of the world for an exceptional long amount of time. The implicit assumption in this statement, is also this article’s hypothesis: an imminent eschatological expectation will, over time, create an explanatory problem, where religions, for the sake of their own survival, must revise and adapt their eschatological expectations. This article examines this hypothesis by analysing the eschatological expectations presented in Jehovah’s Witnesses magazine The Watchtower, from 1985 through 2015. With the use of Roy Rappaports theory, supplemented with some new terms to make the theory fit the case of Jehovah’s Witnesses, it analyses the developments and adaptations in Jehovah’s Witnesses eschatological doctrines, and shows numerous signs of a religious organization that may be headed towards great changes in the immanent character of its eschatological beliefs.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of difficult data collection and modeling in high-rise ancient buildings with narrow interiors, a method is proposed in this paper for modeling and supporting digital restoration based on unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photogrammetry combined with three-dimensional (3D) laser scanning technology. The ancient watchtower complex in the Tibetan region of China is taken as an example. Firstly, the data is collected using an unmanned aerial vehicle and 3D laser scanner. Secondly, the two types of data are merged to generate a three-dimensional status model. Finally, by analyzing the status model and combining the similar remaining conditions, a virtual restoration scheme is proposed, and a 3D restoration model is established. The results show that virtual restoration based on 3D measurement technology can be used as a new method for the research and protection of towering ancient buildings, asrecorded by adopting targeted technology for digital documentation. It is necessary and effective to adopt a method combining unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photogrammetry and the ground 3D laser scanning technology in harsh environments. The digital model can promote the sustainable utilization of cultural heritage. It is necessary to analyze and make full use of the status model of such ancient buildings based on accurately measured data for the virtual restoration of the damaged ancient buildings. The status model of the ancient buildings can be used for display browsing and disaster recording. The restoration model can be dismantled and used to guide the repair work.

Abstract:
The article presents Jehovah’s witnesses’ moral teaching on the subject of preparation formarital and family life. According to Jehovah’s Witnesses, proper preparation for a married life andfamily forecasts good prospects for the future, people in personality development and tread breedingof a moral and religious attitude. Man realizes himself when his relationship does not change. Dulyconceived moral principles sensitize people to the problems they enter in fiancée relations. Issuesregarding the selection of future reasonable, non-misplaced love. Jehovah’s Witnesses show thedifference between infatuation, and the true love of the other person. In the modern era, manybrides explain common sexual conditions and obligations as something normal. Paradoxually thesins of people’s connections. The elders of the congregation did not begin to drink in connectionwith another thing. In the pages of the Watchtower Society articles, the issue of the contraceptionproblem leaves the objections. All behavior is unacceptable. The constant motif that is repeated inlearning Jehovah’s Witnesses provides self-esteem for self-satisfaction and directing trials to theCreator. Only Jehovah’s intervention can help to preserve the patterns of moral life.

Abstract:
Detection, measurement and monitoring of environmental pollution are considered as one of the decision basics in the environmental management. Principle planning for solving environmental problems is not possible without reliance to assured measurement with the help of new and powerful systems in monitoring. In this regard the noise pollution of airports is of great importance. In this paper by using device analysis method and utilizing a calibrated sound level meter device, sources of noise pollution recognition, noise and sound pressure level measurement, evaluation and comparison of them with environmental standards, and airside control actions of the Imam Khomeini international airport have been performed and it was showed, that the runway, ground safety and the dock have been respectively the main pollutants, so that noise pollution in the Apron area and runway at night have been 80.7% more than Iran standards and the ground safety site while alarm broadcasting has been 53.1% at daytime and 61.1% at night more than standards and these values for Dock has been 20.88% and also the value of noise pollutants in water refinery sites, watchtower, taxi parking and pilgrim terminals have met standards. Finally some solutions against noise pollution have been proposed.

Abstract:
Abstract. The Rame Tower, located in the municipality of Los Alcázares (Región of Murcia, Spain), is one of the watchtowers post coasts built in the sixteenth century in an attempt to defend the Spanish coast from attacks by Barbary pirates. Although the tower is protected monument as a BIC (Cultural Heritage Asset) is currently in a state of degradation and neglect and passively suffers the flow of time and vandalism. Like most cultural heritage assets, it is characterized by deep irregularities and heterogeneity, due both to the changes in use over the centuries and to the passage of time. In this research, a 3D survey is first realized by combining different techniques and instrumentation in order to obtain a complete cloud of points, both outside and inside. The cloud of points thus obtained serves as the basis for the realization of the HBIM model of the tower. Thanks to the points cloud you can reach a level of development (LOD) such that you can talk about digital twin of the asset. The HBIM model thus obtained will then be used for the realization of a proposal for recovery and reuse and an example of management and maintenance. The aim is to demonstrate how BIM applied to assets is useful both for its recovery and for future management and maintenance. The research also identifies which problems are found in the modeling of discontinuities typical of cultural heritage in the BIM environment and which solutions can be applied.

Abstract:
Despite the incredible adoption of cryptocurrencies, blockchain-based cryptocurrencies have likewise raised some concerns. The scalability problem is the major one among them. An off-blockchain payment channel network (PCN) has been introduced to solve this issue. PCN can fundamentally reduce blockchain scalability by constructing a number of payment channels between the nodes and without committing every single transaction to the blockchain. But as a matter of fact, there has an unwanted assumption in PCN that channel participants must remain online and follow blockchain updates, for the synchronization with blockchain to protect the channel against deception. To mitigate this issue “Watchtower” concept has been proposed. Watchtower is a watching service and always stays online that a channel participant can hire it by offering incentives for monitoring the channel and checking blockchain updates consistently to prevent fraud on behalf of the hiring party. However, watchtower may be more beneficial by cooperating with the cheating counterparty and neglecting to perform the watching service properly. The efficiency drawback can occur for that. In this work, we have been motivated by this issue and tried to find out an effective and reliable watchtower for the channel watching service from multiple watchtower nodes or candidates in the PCN. In particular, we have been approached by using the distributed Peterson Leader-Election Algorithm to find the best watchtower among multiple of them where the more successfully performed work node or candidate will be selected for the channel monitoring job. We also have provided a detailed step-by-step process of the algorithm including experiments and illustrations for employing watchtower among multiple of them.
