Kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan semen di Bursa Efek Indonesia ialah menganalisisa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Guna menelaah keadaan keuangan perusahaan caka patau tidak, dan mampu di diketahui memakai analisis rasio. Maksud penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada Wijaya Karya Beton, Waskita Beton Precast dan Semen Baturaja. Rasio likuiditas Waskita Beton Precast dan Semen Baturaja perusahaan mengalami kenaikan menjadikan keadaan perusahaan dikategorikan dalam keadaan cakap, berbanding terbalik dengan Wijaya Karya Beton yang mengalami penurunan menjadikan tidak dalam keadaan cakap. Rasio aktivitas menampakan tingkatan di setiap tahunnya menjadikan keadaan perusahaan Waskita Beton Precast dan Semen Baturaja dikatakan dalam keadaan cakap, tapi Wijaya Karya Beton yang mengalami penurunan menjadikan tidak dalam keadaan cakap. Rasio solvabilitas menampakan bahwa modal perusahaan Waskita Beton Precast sedikit menanggung utang atas kreditor, menjadikan keadaan perusahaan dikatakan dalam keadaan tidak cakap, Berbeda dengan Wijaya Karya Beton dan Semen Baturaja berada dalam posisi yang cakap. Rasio profitabilitas menampakan peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun dapat diucapkan perusahaan Karya Beton, Waskita Beton Precast dan Semen Baturaja berada pada posisi yang cakap meskipun Waskita Beton Precast mengalami sedikit penurunan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis prediktabilitas kebangkrutan pada PT Waskita Karya Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan antara lain laporan keuangan PT Waskita Karya Tbk yang dapat diakses melalui website www.idx.com sebagai laporan keuangan tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Altman Z-Score dengan menggunakan lima rasio yaitu rasio modal kerja terhadap total aset (X1), rasio laba ditahan terhadap total aset (X2), rasio laba sebelum bunga dan pajak terhadap total aset (X3), rasio nilai buku ekuitas terhadap nilai buku total liabilitas (X4), rasio penjualan terhadap total aset (X5). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Waskita Karya Tbk diperkirakan akan bangkrut antara tahun 2014 hingga 2021. Hasil Nilai Z-Score berada kurang dari atau <1,81, sehingga disimpulkan PT Waskita Karya Tbk diprediksi mengalami kebangkrutan. The purpose of this study was to understand and analyze the predictability of bankruptcy at PT Waskita Karya Tbk. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used includes the financial statements of PT Waskita Karya Tbk which can be accessed through the website www.idx.com as financial reports for 2012 to 2021. The analysis technique used is the Altman Z-Score method using five ratios, namely the ratio of working capital to total assets (X1), ratio of retained earnings to total assets (X2), ratio of earnings before interest and taxes to total assets (X3), ratio of book value of equity to book value of total liabilities (X4), ratio of sales to total assets (X5) . The results of this study indicate that PT Waskita Karya Tbk is expected to go bankrupt between 2014 and 2021. The Z-Score results value was less than or <1.81, so it was concluded that PT Waskita Karya Tbk was predicted to experience bankruptcy

This research aims to analyse whether the implementation of PKBL program at PT Waskita Karya comply with general principles of CSR and Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007, and to know whether the implementation report of PKBL at PT Waskita Karya comply with those principles. The method used in this research is descriptive method with content analysis approach by analysing the implementation and reporting of social responsibility,. The results of this research show that PT Waskita Karya is already has done its PKBL. But the implementation did not comply with GRI Guidelines and PKBL Report is not a Social Responsibility Report mentioned in UU No. 40 Tahun 2007. The recommendations are PT Waskita Karya should fill its Working and Budget Plan in compliance with Permen BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007, do more various events on its Program Bina Lingkungan and learn more CSR issues in GRI Guidelines so that Program Bina Lingkungan PT Waskita Karya could be equal with CSR.

Wijaya Karya telah disusun sesuai dengan Pernyataan PSAK No. 2 pada periode 2018-2022, dan untuk mengetahui perbandingan penyajian laporan arus kas PT. Waskita Karya dengan laporan arus kas PT. Wijaya Karya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, pengamatan dilakukan pada laporan arus kas PT. Waskita Karya dan PT. Wijaya Karya periode 2018-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan komporatif. Komparatif deskriptif membandingkan variable yang sama untuk sampel yang berbeda. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dalam penyajian laporan arus kas didapati bahwa PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) dan PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) menyajikan laporan arus kas perusahaan menggunakan metode langsung. Kedua perusahaan tersebut juga menyajikan laporan arus kas menurut klasifikasi 3 aktivitas arus kas yaitu aktivitas operasi, aktivitas investasi, dan aktivitas perusahaan. Namun, perusahaan melakukan penyajian laporan arus kas belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan PSAK No. 2.

Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perbedaan kinerja keuangan PT Wijaya Karya, Tbk dan PT Waskita Karya, Tbk. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, teknik analisis komparatif dan teknik analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Kinerja keuangan PT Wijaya Karya, Tbk periode 2015-2019 pada rasio pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur aset menciptakan kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik sedangkan pada rasio struktur modal dan profitabilitas mampu menciptakan kinerja keuangan yang baik. 2. Kinerja keuangan PT Waskita Karya, Tbk periode 2015-2019 pada rasio pertumbuhan penjualan dan profitabilitas menciptakan kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik sedangkan pada rasio struktur aset dan struktur modal kinerja keuangan yang baik. 3. The financial performance of cement companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is toanalyze the company's financial statements. In order to examine the financial condition of the company or not, and can be known using ratio analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of Wijaya Karya Beton, Waskita Beton Precast and Semen Baturaja. The liquidity ratio of Waskita Beton Precast and Semen Baturaja companies has increased, making the company categorized as in a capable state, inversely proportional to Wijaya Karya Beton which has decreased making it not in a capable state. The activity ratio shows the level each year makes the company Waskita Beton Precast and Semen Baturaja said to be in a capable condition, but Wijaya Karya Beton which has decreased makes it not in a capable state. The solvency ratio shows that the company's capital, Waskita Beton Precast, bears little debt to creditors, making the company said to be in a state of incompetence, in contrast to Wijaya Karya Beton and Semen Baturaja are in a capable position. The profitability ratio shows an increase from year to year. It can be said that Karya Beton, Waskita Beton Precast and Semen Baturaja are in a capable position even though Waskita Beton Precast has decreased slightly.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk selama empat tahun (2016-2019) berdasarkan analisis likuiditas dan profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2016-2019, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan yang terdiri dari neraca dan laba rugi PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk periode 2016-2019. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas pada tahun 2016 dan 2018 cukup baik dan pada tahun 2017 dan 2019 kurang baik karena berada dibawah rata-rata standar industri yang menunjukkan jaminan atas kewajiban jangka pendek rendah. Sehingga dikhawatirkan berpotensi tidak dapat memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Hasil analisis rasio profitabilitas menunjukkan PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk dalam menghasilkan laba dari sisi NPM dan ROE baik pada tahun 2016-2018, dan dari sisi ROA cukup baik. Namun pada tahun 2019, rasio profitabilitas PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk tidak baik dalam menghasilkan laba yang optimal dan perusahaan dikhawatirkan tidak mampu memaksimalkan sumber daya dalam menghasilkan laba bersih dan kurang mampu memenuhi kepentingan perusahaan dan kepentingan saham.Kata kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for four years (2016-2019) based on liquidity and profitability analysis. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the financial report data of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the 2016-2019 period, while the sample in this study is the financial report consisting of the balance sheet and profit and loss of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk period 2016-2019. The technique of data collection is done by documentation technique. The results show that the liquidity ratio in 2016 and 2018 is quite good and in 2017 and 2019 it is not good because it is below the industry standard average which indicates that the guarantee for short-term liabilities is low. So it is feared that it will potentially not be able to meet its short-term obligations. The results of the profitability ratio analysis show that PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk in generating profits in terms of NPM and ROE both in 2016-2018, and in terms of ROA is quite good. However, in 2019, the profitability ratio of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk is not good at generating optimal profits and the company is feared not to be able to maximize resources in generating net income and less able to meet the company's interests and share interests. Companies must observe and analyze the company's performance in order to survive, one of which is to conduct a performance analysis from the financial side of the financial statements. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for six years (2015-2020) based on profitability analysis. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is the financial statement data of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015-2020, while the sample in this study is financial statements consisting of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015-2020. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation techniques. The results showed that the ability of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk from profitability, namely in obtaining profits, generating profits using total assets, and the ability to generate profits using good equity in four years, namely 2015-2018 but in 2019-2020 it was not good and was unable to maximize returns. Profit and meet the interests of the company and shareholders. Overall, it can be said that the performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, was quite good in 2015-2018 and not good in 2019-2020 because its performance was still below industry standards.

Waskita Karya, by designing an Employee Data Collection Information System using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The research objective involves an in-depth understanding of employee problems and data management at PT. Waskita Karya, with results in the form of developing applications supporting the Employee Information System using PHP and MySQL. Data collection methods were carried out through library studies involving literature from library books and other scientific works, and field studies using interviews and direct observation of research objects. The employee data collection process is carried out by an administrative staff member who is assisted by two administrative staff in the employee sector to record and input employee data. The research results show that the Employee Information System at PT. Waskita Karya has been implemented according to procedures using PHP and MySQL-based computer technology as a database. The research results show that the Employee Information System at PT. Waskita Karya Banda Aceh has succeeded in integrating appropriate operational procedures and utilizing computer-based technology with PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database backend.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan pengaruh CR, DER, dan EPS terhadap harga saham PT Waskita Karya Tbk selama periode 2015-2023. Data sekunder pada penelitian ini bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan PT Waskita Karya Tbk. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial membuktikan bahwa CR tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sementara DER membuktikan adanya pengaruh secara negatif serta signifikan dan EPS berdampak positif dan juga signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa CR, DER, dan EPS secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham pada PT Waskita Karya Tbk periode 2015-2023. Hasil analisis Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,858 mengindikasikan bahwa sekitar 85,8% dari variasi dalam Harga Saham dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi dalam CR, DER, dan EPS.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and understand the calculation and reporting of Final Income Tax Article 4 Paragraph 2 for PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk B2B WWTP Development Project Palembang City. Primary data is used in this qualitative research project. This study aims to find out how to calculate, withhold, pay, and report income tax according to Article 4 Paragraph 2 for the 2020–2021 tax year. PT. The Waskita Karya B2B Palembang IPAL Network Development Project has complied with Government Regulation Number 40 of 2009 and PMK Number 153/PMK.03/2009 for the calculation of final PPh article 4 paragraph 2 of construction services, with a rate of 3%, based on these results. According to Government Regulation Number 40 of 2009 and PMK Number 153/PMK.03/2009, PT. The Waskita Karya Palembang B2B IPAL Network Development Project is in accordance with the final guidelines for withholding PPh Article 4 Paragraph 2 for construction services. Because they deduct the total payment for building services based on PPh article 4 paragraph 2 after making the payment, the service customer in this situation is a tax deduction. Moreover, PT. Waskita Karya Palembang WWTP B2B Network Development Project complies with Government Regulation Number 40 of 2009 and PMK Number 153/PMK.03/2009 concerning Payment and Reporting of Final Income Tax Article 4 Paragraph 2.

The decline in performance was due to the performance of several projects belonging to PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk not meeting production targets such as the Becakayu Project Section 2A Ujung. This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Competence, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Becakayu Project Section 2A Ujung. This study used the sample of 60 respondents which were then analyzed by using SEM PLS and correlation matrix between dimensions. This study resulted in Transformational Leadership and Competence having a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment had no effect on employee performance. However, the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan Waskita yang penulis dapatkan dari situs resmi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan yang ditinjau dari sisi likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvency mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan pada tahun 2020, kemudian memulih pada tahun 2022 dan stabil pada tahun 2023.

The movement of SOE's Construction shares with the code WSKT has also experienced a downward trend. Based on the dynamics of the business environment, the purpose of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of the Indonesian construction industry to identify Waskita Karya's challenges and opportunities. In addition, the study will determine the company's intrinsic and relative value if it defaults on its debts. The research will compute the company's value using the discounted cash flow (DCF) method and comparable companies. The study analyzes the impact of bond payment delays on Waskita Karya's financial performance, examining how these delays affect cash flow, liquidity, and overall financial health. The study focuses on the company stock valuation of PT. Waskita Karya Tbk and the impact caused by bond payment delays. The findings provide valuable insights for investors, stakeholders, and financial analysts, helping them make informed decisions about their investment in Waskita Karya’s and better understand associated risks and opportunities. In conclusion, using the discounted cash flow analysis method, the implied value per share is IDR 550.22.

To better understand if fraud occurs in the financial reports generated by PT Waskita Karya Tbk in 2020–2022, the research problem is linked to the Cash Flow Shenanigans hypothesis. Positive and negative aspects of the contemporary, still-evolving age exist, such as an increase in dishonesty or fraud. Intentional deception has the dual goals of deceiving others and enhancing one's personal benefit. Financial statements that are false, especially those that mention cash flow, are one of the most typical forms of fraud. The information reviewed in this article suggests that PT Waskita Karya Tbk may be using the company's cash flow to conduct fraud or perpetrate it again. Using the company's cash flow ratio and keywords from the available references, this research approach combines qualitative and quantitative analysis. According to reports, the company transferred monies intended for financing activities to operational funds in the first cash flow scam. Reviewing the study's findings revealed that the company had stolen money. The fourth Cash Flow Shenanigan is an increase in operational cash flow caused by unsustainable operations. Finding out if PT Waskita Karya Tbk has ever engaged in fraud is vital since fraud may hurt all parties, especially investors.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how PT. Waskita Karya as the implementing agency for the construction of the Depok-Antasari toll road implements the policy, knows and analyzes the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the policy, as well as the efforts made to overcome the factors inhibiting implementation. This research was designed using 4 indicator dimensions, namely: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The method used is qualitative-descriptive which produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and behavior that can be observed from people or subjects. The techniques used to collect data are: observation, interviews, documents and audio-visual material by testing the validity of the data through the triangulation method based on sources, methods and theories. The informants in this research are: Secretary to the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, Independent Commissioner of PT. Waskita Karya, Operational Director of PT. Waskita Karya, as well as Nur Afni and Novis Radhyan as community users of the Depok-Antasari toll road. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the obstacle to implementing the National Strategic Program policy in the construction of the Depok-Antasari toll road is land acquisition, which apart from consuming a lot of budget, also wastes time. The problem of land acquisition specifically occurs because there is a lot of overlapping land ownership in the community, so they have to wait for a court decision to determine who actually owns the land rights. Researchers suggest that time space needs to be given to the Land Registration Agency (BPN) to disseminate information to the public about land ownership simultaneously so as not to waste time in implementing policies.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a broad impact on the Indonesian economy, including the construction sector. Many projects were delayed due to the company's funding difficulties. PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk as one of the companies engaged in the construction sector was also affected by the pandemic, indicated by declining financial performance. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Waskita Karya before and during the pandemic and to examine the company's financial ratios. The study used descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The data comes from internal companies and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using the secondary data, the analysis focuses on the current ratio, quick ratio, debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and return on equity. The results showed that several indicators of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk's financial performance were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In terms of liquidity, the current ratio and the quick ratio differ significantly before and during the pandemic. The solvency ratio, both the debt to assets ratio and the debt to equity ratio, were not significantly different before and during the pandemic. In profitability ratios, return on assets and return on equity are both significantly different between before and during the pandemic.

To find out the size of the valuation ratio of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020 is the purpose of this research/experiment. This study uses a population and sample. The population in this study is the financial statements and stock price data of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The sample in this study is financial statement data which includes balance sheet, income statement and share price of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis using the ratio Price-Earnings (PER), Price-to-Book Valueratio (PBV) and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The results of the analysis of the calculations carried out show that the Price-Earnings ratio (PER), Price-to-Book Valueratio (PBV), and Earnings PerShare (EPS) are at the level of increasing and decreasing (fluctuating) from 2016-2020. This is due to many factors, including a decrease in the price-earnings ratio and a decrease in earnings per share. The PER value from 2018 to 2019 experienced a significant increase, namely from the value of Rp. 5.75 to Rp. 21.48. In 2020 the PER value decreased again (Rp. 2.65) due to the influence of economic conditions that did not improve from the end of 2019 due to the covid19 pandemic. The PBV value in 2020 has increased again, from 2019 it was in the range of Rp. 0.69 to Rp. 1.18 in 2020. The 2019-2020 EPS value recorded a significant decline in 2019 of Rp. 75.79 and (Rp. 692.92) in 2020. This was due to a significant decrease in revenue and profit for the year from 2019-2020.

Untuk mengetahui besar kecilnya rasio penilaian PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2020 merupakan tujuan dari penelitian/percobaan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dan sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dan data harga saham PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan yang meliputi neraca, laporan laba rugi dan harga saham PT Waskita Karya. Percobaan ini memakai metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan perhitungan data rasio Price-Earnings (PER), Price-to-Book Value ratio (PBV) dan Earning Per Share (EPS). Hasil analisis perhitungan yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa rasio Price-Earning ratio (PER), Price-to-Book Value (PBV), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) berada pada level penaikan dan penurunan (fluktuasi) dari tahun 2016-2020. Hal ini disebabkan banyak faktor, antara lain penurunan rasio harga-pendapatan turunnya laba per saham. Nilai PER tahun 2018 hingga 2019 mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan yaitu dari nilai Rp. 5,75 menjadi Rp. 21,48. Pada tahun 2020 nilai PER kembali mengalami penurunani (Rp. 2,65) karena pengaruh kondisi ekonomi yang tidak membaik dari akhir tahun 2019 akibat pandemi covid19. Nilai PBV pada tahun 2020 nilai PBV kembali meningkat, dari tahun 2019 berada pada kisaran Rp. 0,69 hingga Rp. 1,18 pada tahun 2020. Nilai EPS tahun 2019-2020 mencatatkan penurunan yang signifikan ditahun 2019 sebesar Rp. 75,79 dan (Rp. 692,92) saat tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan jenis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Publikasi PT Waskita Karya, Tbk. Periode Tahun 2010-2019. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Hasil koefisien determinasi senilai 0,906 atau 90.6% Pada Uji hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa Ho4 ditolak dan Ha4 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price to Book Value (PBV) terhadap Return Saham.

The sample companies for this study are construction service companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. This study combines descriptive and quantitative methods. The results indicated that PT. Waskita Karya Tbk., PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk., PT. Adhi Karya Tbk., and PT. Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk. are sequentially the company with the highest investment priority. This priority scale can be taken into account by investors when making investments.

Sebab itu peneliti tertarik meneliti tentang Pengaruh EPS, PER dan ROA terhadap Harga Saham PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Periode 2013-2020. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu menguji pengaruh rasio EPS, PER dan ROA secara parsial dan simultan terhadap harga saham PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Periode 2013-2020. Hasil penelitian diketahui secara parsial variabel EPS berpangaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Dengan nilai t-hitung 19,74 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Variabel PER berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham dengan nilai t-hitung 15,86 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Variabel ROA berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham dengan nilai t-hitung -2,397 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,023. Secara simultan variabel EPS, PER dan ROA berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 atau nilai probabilitas < 0,05. Dengan koefisien determinasi simultan sebesar 93,4%.

Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. yang menjadi populasi sebanyak 281 karyawan di PT.Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Proyek Revetment Retaining Wall Dumping 2 Pelabuhan Benoa. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin, didapatkan 74 responden untuk ukuran sampel. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan stratified random sampling disproportionate. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuisioner dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan analisis dapat didapatkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan sikap kerja terhadap keluhan LBP karyawan PT Waskita. Beban kerja yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan tekanan fisik pada tubuh karyawan, terutama pada punggung bagian bawah.

The fundamental goal of this exploration is to break down outsourcing and company competitiveness. A large number of literature reviews have been completed to accomplish the targets of this study. Outsourcing has become unavoidable and almost many multinational companies outsource to take advantage of scarce internal resources. In this study it was observed that the proprietor of the organization is the main winner in the outsourcing and off shoring situation. Furthermore, a detailed literature review shows that along with many other motives, the cost factor causes a major influence in outsourcing. Meanwhile, competitiveness is the company's ability to compete with commodities that meet customer needs in terms of price, quality and variety. This is possible as long as the company has a competitive advantage and its affirmation comes from the company's internal conditions and in a competitive and supportive economic environment.

Hasil peneliiian ini telihat bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, Return On Asset berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan sedangkan kurs berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. This study focuses on the specific time period of 2016-2020 and aims to ascertain and examine the impact of capital structure and profitability on the valuation of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variable X1 represents the capital structure, precisely measured by the debt-equity ratio (DER). The independent variable is the company PT. Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk, a prominent manufacturing company, throughout the period of 2016-2020. The study population consisted of 12 years' worth of financial reports from PT Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk, encompassing quarters 1-4. This totaled 48 financial reports. The sample for analysis was selected using the time series approach, resulting in 20 financial reports from 2016 to 2020. The data testing strategy employs several linear regression analysis methods, utilizing an alpha significance level of 5%. The findings of this study demonstrate that the capital structure has a notable adverse impact on the firm's value, reducing it by 22.4%. Conversely, profitability substantially positively influences the company's value, increasing it by 30.8%. Both capital structure and profitability have a 53.2% impact on firm value at the same time.

PT Waskita Karya (Persero) pun mengambil langkah tersebut demi mendapatkan tambahan modal dan mengejar kinerja keuangan yang lebih baik. Namun, tak semua perusahaan bisa sukses menggapai tujuannya setelah melepas sebagian sahamnya ke publik. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk membuktikan sukses tidaknya perusahaan setelah melakukan penawaran saham perdana (IPO) tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji rasio keuangan perusahaan sebelum dan setelah IPO. Penelitian menggunakan metode riset deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder perusahaan sebagai bahan analisis. Analisis fokus pada rasio lancar, rasio cepat, rasio utang terhadap aset, rasio utang terhadap ekuitas, pengembalian aset, serta pengembalian ekuitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, mayoritas indikator kinerja keuangan perusahaan tak berbeda secara nyata sebelum dan sesudah IPO. Hanya rasio utang terhadap ekuitas setelah empat tahun pertama IPO yang menunjukkan hasil perbedaan nyata.

The result of the study showed that partially there were two variables, namely trade volume and exchange rate that had positive and significant effect, in addition; it was found that the inflation had positive but not significant effect. While interest rate showed that there was a positive and significant effect on stock price. It could be seen from F-obtained 66.926 which was higher than F-table 2.59. It could be stated that independent variables affected the dependent variable. This paper is intended to determine the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and the quality of accounting information systems towards the implementation of internal control over financial reporting at PT. Waskita Tbk. The population in this study was PT Waskita Tbk employees who were under the Division I office in charge of the Sumatran region with a total population of 552 employees, with a sample used by 100 employees. Data analysis method in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the simultaneous Corporate Resource Planning System and the quality of the accounting information system influence significant effect for the assistance of internal control over financial statements. While Enterprise System Resource Planning has a significant effect on internal control over financial reporting, accounting accounting information systems have a significant effect on controlling financial reporting. Researching to improve internal control over reporting, PT. Waskita Tbk. Continue to renew the use of information technology to be able to increase the use of internal control.

Construction of the new office building for Public Work Department based on condition of the old building on Riau Street no. 1 Pekanbaru that cannot accommodate official activities, narrow area include with the cause of the traffic jamming in the intersection at Jenderal AhmadYani street.The Government of Riau Province through Public Work Department plans a new modern building office, and becomes the first building in Sumatra that applies green building concept. The aim of the research is to describes perseption from all who mixed up in the project to the application of ISO 14001.2004 and to analizes the application performance during the construction. The primary data is taken by range survey in the project site, the sample is taken by purposive sampling from the owner, consultant, and contractor population. From the research known that 48% respondents clarify the data is formally appropriate and perfectly fullfill the criteria in determine the principals of ISO 14001, while 46% clarify that some of those principals needs to be enhanced and 6% respondents clarify that there is unappropriation in the application. In the process of the building construction, PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) as the contractor has no satisfaction performance inenviromental management system yet, considering that PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) has low performance in some of the principals of ISO 14001.2004.

Pemilihan sampel ditentukan melalui metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang didapat sebanyak 60 sampel berdasarkan laporan keuangan masing-masing emiten secara pertahun selama tahun 2015 - 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dekomentasi, yakni dengan membaca laporan keuangan yang diterbitkan oleh BEI. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa, (1) Price Earning Ratio (PER), memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial; (2)Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Debt to Equity Ratio) memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi internal terhadap motivasi dan dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan di kantor PT. Waskita Karya divisi gedung. Metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data sekunder dan primer. Analisis data menggunakan metode path analysis atau analisis jalur dibantu menggunakan software dengan program SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian secara parsial yang paling kuat adalah pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, selanjutnya komunikasi internal dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi internal berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap motivasi dan Kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi internal melalui motivasi berpengarug signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Growing the economy is a concern for President Joko Widodo's (Jokowi) government, which is why attention is so important to the construction companies. Some of the largest construction firms reported major rises throughout the value of federal contracts. Attempts to improve the infrastructure services of the organization can be made through a control system of factors affecting the performance of the company which ultimately determines the business success in achieving its goals. PT. Waskita Karya Tbk and PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk implement green construction, and green building for their environmental management quality standard, meanwhile PT PP (Persero) implement 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) theory. Regarding raw materials / products which come mainly from nature. Those three businesses have received no reports over the course of the year about the environmental business. The environmental management system then proves that improve the management standard will increase productivity and decrease the risk.
