Abstract:
Menurut investor rasio keuangan seperti EPS, PER, dan ROA merupakan hal yang sangat mendasar dalam pengambilan keputusan ketika membeli saham. Sebab itu peneliti tertarik meneliti tentang Pengaruh EPS, PER dan ROA terhadap Harga Saham PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Periode 2013-2020. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu menguji pengaruh rasio EPS, PER dan ROA secara parsial dan simultan terhadap harga saham PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Periode 2013-2020. Hasil penelitian diketahui secara parsial variabel EPS berpangaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Dengan nilai t-hitung 19,74 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Variabel PER berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham dengan nilai t-hitung 15,86 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Variabel ROA berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham dengan nilai t-hitung -2,397 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,023. Secara simultan variabel EPS, PER dan ROA berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 atau nilai probabilitas < 0,05. Dengan koefisien determinasi simultan sebesar 93,4%.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to analyze investment decisions using the Price Earnings Ratio (P/E Ratio) approach. The sample companies for this study are construction service companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. This study combines descriptive and quantitative methods. The results indicated that PT. Waskita Karya Tbk., PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk., PT. Adhi Karya Tbk., and PT. Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk. are sequentially the company with the highest investment priority. This priority scale can be taken into account by investors when making investments.

Abstract:
Construction of the new office building for Public Work Department based on condition of the old building on Riau Street no. 1 Pekanbaru that cannot accommodate official activities, narrow area include with the cause of the traffic jamming in the intersection at Jenderal AhmadYani street.The Government of Riau Province through Public Work Department plans a new modern building office, and becomes the first building in Sumatra that applies green building concept. The aim of the research is to describes perseption from all who mixed up in the project to the application of ISO 14001.2004 and to analizes the application performance during the construction. The primary data is taken by range survey in the project site, the sample is taken by purposive sampling from the owner, consultant, and contractor population. From the research known that 48% respondents clarify the data is formally appropriate and perfectly fullfill the criteria in determine the principals of ISO 14001, while 46% clarify that some of those principals needs to be enhanced and 6% respondents clarify that there is unappropriation in the application. In the process of the building construction, PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) as the contractor has no satisfaction performance inenviromental management system yet, considering that PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) has low performance in some of the principals of ISO 14001.2004.

Abstract:
<p><em>The</em><em> </em><em>Financial Accounting Standards Board</em><em> </em><em>Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants issued guidelines for responding to the COVID-19 pandemic on entity financial reports, namely the application of PSAK 71 concerning expected credit losses which was effective January 1, 2020. This study aims to</em><em> </em><em>:(1) determine the application of PSAK 71 regarding expected credit losses at PT. Waskita Karya Tbk (2) the impact of the application of the PSAK 71 rules on the company’s financial statements of PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. The method of analysis used in this research is</em><em> a</em><em> descriptive method in which the aim of each data is collected to be analyzed then draws a conclusion and the type of research used is descriptive qualitative.</em><em> </em><em>The results obtained that the company has implemented PSAK 71 in the 2020 reporting period with the principle of 12-month expected loss so that it has an impact on a decrease in retained earnings by 24.2% of the total decline in the company's retained earnings in 2020 and also has an impact on a decrease in total equity by 20,47% of the total equity decline in 2020.</em></p><p><em>Keywords: Evaluation, Application, Expected Credit Loss</em></p>

Abstract:
The condition of Indonesia, which is currently being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, is affecting the stock market and economic growth. One of the events that allegedly caused changes in prices and trading volume in 2020 was the Covid-19 pandemic, which not only hit the global stock market but also in Indonesia. The economic turmoil caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia with the least impact in various sectors. A possible risk that investors and capital market analysts worry about is a recession and an economic crisis due to an economic slowdown. The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) experienced a decline, especially in the construction sector. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. Data collected in the form of secondary data from the IDX. This method uses a different test analysis model test t-test. The sample in this study consisted of 4 stocks, namely BUMN shares which were included in the construction stock sector, namely: Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, PP (Persero) Tbk, Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, and Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The variable used is the volume of stock prices before and after Covid-19. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia affected the capital market and caused changes in trading times on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract:
Hasil riset yang dilakukan National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOSH) menunjukkan hampir 88% dari seluruh pengguna komputer mengalami Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). Hampir 45 juta pekerja menggunakan komputer dengan menatap layar secara terus menerus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) pada karyawan pengguna komputer di PT. Waskita Karya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 34 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada responden. Data di analisis dengan uji chi square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan nilai α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa variabel yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan gejala Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) adalah jarak pandang (p-value = 0,002) sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan yaitu durasi kontak (p-value= 1,000). Diharapkan kepada karyawan yang mengalami Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) agar memperbanyak istirahat, memaksimalkan kedipan dan sesekali pindahkan arah pandangan dari layar monitor komputer.

Abstract:
Financial distress is a condition where the results of the company's performance are unable to meet the company's obligations. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Liquidity and Profitability in measuring financial distress in PT .eterindo wahanatama Tbk and PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the t test show that liquidity (CR) (X1) has an effect but not significant to financial distress, Profitability (ROA) (X2) has a significant effect on financial distress. Based on the simultaneous F test means that together Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.354 it can be interpreted that the effect of Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) on purchasing decisions is equal to 28.4%. The remaining 71.6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Keywords : Liquidity, Profitability, financial Distress.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan tentang karya tulis ilmiah bagi mahasiswa baru. Deskripsi ini juga dibedakan atas nama jurusan. Penelitian deskriptif ini dilaksanakan di awal semester ganjil tahun akademis 2020/2021. Populasi penelitian adalah 145 mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Sampel dipilih secara random sederhana sebanyak 107 orang. Instrumen penelitian berbentuk tes pilihan ganda dengan 5 opsi yang memenuhi syarat validitas isi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes secara virtual melalui fasilitas google form. Analisis data menggunakan statististik inferensial parametriks yakni uji t satu sampel dan uji Anova searah melalui penghitungan SPSS. Prosedur statistik inferensial parametriks dipakai karena data berasal dari anggota populasi yang berdistribusi normal dan sampel ditarik secara random dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pengetahuan tentang karya tulis ilmiah bagi mahasiswa baru berkategori rendah; dibuktikan oleh nilai uji t satu sampel sebesar -1,20 yang sig. 0,265 > p = 0,05; 2) tidak terdapat perbedaan kategori pengetahuan tentang karya tulis ilmiah bagi mahasiswa baru berdasarkan kelompok sampel pada nilai F = 0,314 yang sig. 0,903 > p = 0,05. Hasil ini sangat berguna untuk kaji-ulang atas bahan ajar yang sudah dipersiapkan tentang materi aspek pengetahuan karya tulis ilmiah.

Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan feminisme sastra. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis dokumen dan wawancara. Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian: (1) Nilai-nilai pendidikan novel Lipstick karya Achmad Munif meliputi nilai pendidikan agama, moral, sosial dan budi pekerti, dan (2) Novel Lipstick karya Achmad Munif dapat dijadikan sebagai materi ajar apresiasi sastra di SMA, khususnya di kelas XII pada semester 2. Abstract:
Sumberdaya manusia, modal dan teknologi merupakan faktor-faktor yang sangat penting dalam menciptakan kualitas produk yang harus digerakkan secara efektif, guna mencapai hasil (output) yang optimal. Untuk mencapi tujuan tersebut diperlukan adanya usaha yang didukung oleh semua pihak secara organisasi baik dari pihak manajemen maupun dari pihak karyawan. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda, populasi mengacu pada keseluruhaan kelompok orang, kejadian atau hal minat yang ingin peneliti investigasi. Berdasarkan pengertian diatas, maka populasi pada penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Panca Karya Ambon berjumlah 65 orang. Hasil yang ditemukan Secara parsial variabel penempatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Hasil uji-t terhadap koefisien regresi pada hubungan ini sebesar 0,235 adalah tidak signifikan (p-value = 0,030), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data penelitian tidak mendukung hipotesis H1 bahwa penempatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahan Daerah Panca karya Ambon bagian Transportasi Laut. Secara parsial variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Panca Karya Ambon Bagian Transportasi Laut. Berdasarkan Hasil uji-t terhadap koefisien regresi pada hubungan ini sebesar 0,505 adalah signifikan (p-value = 0,000), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data penelitian mendukung hipotesis H2 bahwa kompetensi.
