Abstract:
Agriculture serves as the primary source of income for a substantial number of agricultural workers, with a significant portion of the Indian population, especially in rural areas, engaged in this occupation. However, the health status of female agricultural workers is often adversely affected by various factors, including working conditions, environmental exposure, and other morbidities. As a result, they are at risk of developing several diseases, such as tuberculosis, diabetes, hypertension, lung disease, muscle pain, joint pain, and pesticide poisoning, which constitute the main occupational health concerns in this sector. Unfortunately, despite the prevalence of these health risks, many female agricultural workers do not prioritize their own health and wellbeing. According to the latest survey data by the National sample survey office (NSSO), around 54% of the Indian workforce is engaged in agriculture, mainly in rural areas. There are no unions for female agricultural workers, and they cannot receive occupational health facilities and social security schemes provided to them. This study aims to understand female agricultural workers and health-seeking behaviours and morbidities. Objectives- This study assesses the morbidity pattern among female agricultural workers and the health-seeking behaviour of female agricultural workers. It also identifies the utilization of social security schemes among female agricultural workers in villages. The study focuses on assessing the morbidities among female agricultural workers aged 18 and above residing in the villages of Wardha district of Maharashtra. For this purpose, A pretested questionnaire covering sociodemographic data, morbidity profile, socioeconomic variables, family, education, and social security measures will be utilized. The study aims to conduct a community-based cross-sectional survey among 131 female agricultural workers from the specified region.

Abstract:
Education is a human right and essential for realization of all other human rights. It is a basic right which helps the individual to live with human dignity the right to education is a fundamental human rights. Every individual, irrespective of race, gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion or political preference, age or disability, is entitled to a free elementary education. Hence the present study has attempted to find out awareness of right to education among secondary school teachers. The sample of 200 secondary school teachers was taken. A self made questionnaire comprising 34 multiple choice items was used by the investigator. It was found that both Government and Private secondary teachers have equal information regarding RTE, whereas Male school teachers are more aware of RTE than Female secondary school teachers Education is the foundation stone of national development. No nation can develops without education. The function of education is to accelerate the progress and development of nation. Education is the only means which brings about national integration. Educational achievement of a nation is also an indicator of national pride. During the pre-british Indian the indigenous secondary education was imparted in Pathshalas, Gurukuls, Gurudwaras and other religious organization. Education was banned for women and for scheduled classes and poor people. After sometimes Christian missionaries and East Indian Company established a few schools with the purpose of spreading Christianity in India. The first organized step to established planned primary schools of four years duration in India was established when Macaulay presented his famous minutes in 1835 with a view to popularize English education. In 1854 Woods Dispatch laid stress on imparting education atleast upto the primary level to the Indians. Later many commissions and committees were set up like India Education Commission 1882, Government resolution on education policy 1904, Gopal Krishan Gokhales Resolution 1911,Hartog committee 1929, Wardha Scheme 1938 and Sargent report 1944. All of them laid stress on free & compulsory primary education. After independence India adopted Article-45 directive principle of state policy laid down in Indian Constitution. The Article says, The state shall endeavour to provide within a period of ten years from the commencement of the constitution free & compulsory education for all children untill they complete the age 6 to 14 years. Kothari Commission (1964-66) recommended qualitative improvement for the purpose of science education, work experience, vocalization of education and development of social, moral and spiritual values, improvement in methods of teaching curriculum, teacher training etc. were recommended. National Policy on Education (1986) emphasized on two aspects. One on the universal enrollment and universal retention of children upto 14 years of age and another on the substantial improvement in teaching quality of education. In order to improve the education of school, Operation, Blackboard was introduced by National Policy on Education. The programme of action (1986) was laid down, the purpose of Operation Blackboard is to ensure provision of minimum essential facilities in secondary schools, material facilities as learning equipment, use of blackboard implies that there is an urgency in this programme. In India, the desire for compulsory education figured in the writing and speeches of our leader before independence. But for national development and national integration, creation of good citizens, preparation for life, development of character, development of individuality, adaptation to environment and making man civilized. India just implemented the Right to Education on 27rd August (Thursday), 2009 by 86th Constitutional amendent. It says, the state shall provide free and compulsory education to all children the age of 6 to 14 years in such manner as the state may, by law, determine. Today education is considered an important public function and the state is seen as the chief provider of education through the allocation of substantial Budgetry resources and regulating the provision of education. The pre-eminent role of the state in fulfilling the Right To Education is enshrined in 1966 International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural rights. With regards to realizing the Right to Education the World Declaration on Education for All states that partnerships between government and non-government organizational, the private sector, local communities, religious groups, and families are necessary. The realization of Right to Education on a national level may be achieved through compulsory education or more specifically free and compulsory primary education as stated in both the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. So as India is first to made education compulsory and free for all. Formal Education is given to everybody without any discrimination of sex, caste, creed and colour. Education is the powerful tool. which accelerates the process of national growth and development. Moreover, economically and socially marginalized adults and children can left themselves out of miseries of darkness and participate fully as variable assets for their nation only with the help of education. Thus, education is a key towards a successful life. Keeping in view the importance of education, the secondary education in India has been made compulsory through 86th constitutional amendment. Moreover Right to Education has declared as fundamental right by this amendment under Article-emerge as a global leader in achieving the millennium development goal of ensuring that all children complete their secondary education by 2015 as set by UNESCO. The secondary stake holders for providing education are the parents and social authorities and both these entities have to be active: parents, by sending education is supported, thus, it is important that teacher should be aware of Right to Education. If teacher are well aware of Right to Education then only he/she can make the students to enjoy its benefits and motivate them to enroll in education. Moreover, if the teacher is fully awakened about the Right Education only then he/she will not dare to exploit the child.

Abstract:
Introduction Obesity is one of the most important global issues affecting children and adolescents. The most serious lifestyle effects of adolescents’ obesity and overweight are health risks that continue into adulthood, including hypertension, dyslipidemia, hyperinsulinemia, type 2 diabetes, behavioural issues, and cardiovascular diseases. India is among the many developing nations where childhood and adolescent obesity has become a serious public health issue. Adolescence is the most important stage in physical activity, growth and development. Adolescence is a start of personal decision-making sense and the development of a customized lifestyle, including the early onset of illness, accounting for approximately 35% of the global disease burden. Many of these behavioural choices have been linked to obesity risk factors, which are mostly controlled for, such as unhealthy eating behaviour, excessive television watching, and lack of activity. While undernutrition and deficiencies in micronutrients are serious public health problems in India, obesity and overnutrition have become major problems in several areas. Aim This study aims to assess Obesity among adolescents in rural Wardha. Methods A cross-sectional study will be conducted in the rural community area of the Wardha District. A questionnaire-based face-to-face interview will be conducted with participants in the adolescent age group (10-19 years). This study aimed to identify variables associated with demographic data, age group, genetic factors, types of family, parents’ education, occupation, socioeconomic status, physical activity, and various types of food intake. Implication of study The findings of this study could be significant in the implementation of laws, programs, and initiatives to promote awareness of the associations between adolescent obesity and risk factors for lifestyle diseases. This message focuses on having a balanced diet while exercising in regular physical activity. The prevalence of obesity is reduced by this lifestyle disease.

Abstract:
Background Breast cancer is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in women and a global health issue. Breast self-examination (BSE) is a recommended breast cancer screening technique that a woman can use on her own, in the privacy of her home. Hence, awareness regarding it and knowledge to identify any changes will be a boon to the early identification and promotion of treatment. This study aimed to increase awareness and educate women about breast self-examination (BSE) to facilitate the early detection of breast cancer in rural areas of Wardha District. Methods A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted on rural women in Wardha district. Women older than 35 years of age will be included in the study and assessed using a ‘pre-designed’ and ‘pre-structured’ questionnaire inquiring about their socio-demographic profile, awareness of breast cancer, and breast self-examination. Research implications Most studies show how to self-examine breasts, but awareness and knowledge regarding the subject are not well demonstrated and applied in many studies. Although we now understand that women do not always need to use a specific BSE technique, they should still be taught and encouraged to recognize breast changes. BSE for early detection of breast cancer has undergone a paradigm change or development into breast awareness. The progression towards breast awareness is a concept where a woman is familiar with her breasts so that she detects any change that might emerge and brings this to the attention of her healthcare practitioner right away, whereas BSE is monthly palpation of the breasts in a specific manner in which women are professionally taught. Early detection of breast cancer relies heavily on breast awareness, which is why it should be covered in general breast health education.

Abstract:
AbstractA pay-as-you-go pension scheme is associated with positive externalities of having children and providing them with human capital. In a framework with heterogeneity in productivity, and stochastic and endogenous investment in fertility and education, we discuss internalization policies associated with child benefits in the pension formula. The second-best scheme displays both a benefit contingent on the contributions of children and a purely fertility-related component.

Abstract:
Background: The purpose of the study is to illustrate the preferential levels of e-learning and to highlight the effect of e-learning in comparison to the traditional method of learning among students to ultimately improve academic performance. Aims: The aim of this study is to compare and evaluate the expectations and effects of e-learning on the dental education among students and staff members at a private dental college of Wardha district, Maharashtra. Methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 499 students to assess the perception of undergraduate students, interns, and faculty members of a private dental college of Wardha district, Maharashtra, on the impact of e-learning on the understanding of lectures during the COVID-19 period. For data collection, an online questionnaire using Google Forms was prepared. For further understanding of the data, 21 questions were divided into three sections. The first section collects data regarding demographic details such as age, sex, and professional status. The second section had questions regarding the choice of e-learning tools and feasibility, whereas the third section had questions to understand the impact of e-learning on mental and physical health as well as effect on curriculum. Statistical Analysis Used: For statistical analysis, SPSS version 24 was used. Analysis of statistics by Chi-square test was done using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: All faculty members, interns, PGs, and UGs agreed that their screen time increased during COVID-19 as online classes were the primary source of learning. During this era, out of all, 67.89% of faculties, 62.96% of interns, 54.95% of UGs, and 60.67% of PGs encountered vision-related problems such as headache, burning sensation, and dryness of eyes. Faculty members experienced back and neck pain. Almost all participants agreed that they felt isolated using e-lectures. Further, when they were asked about their preferred mode for learning, live/offline mode was preferred over e-learning by 100% of faculty members, 93.63% of interns, 86.08% of UGs, and 88.89% of PGs. Furthermore, all participants showed their strong disagreement for using e-learning as their primary source of learning. Conclusions: During COVID-19, e-learning helped us to provide education across the country; however, its use as primary learning media should be judiciously carried out as it may affect the mental and physical health of the patient in long term.

Abstract:
In the era of the digital revolution, the use of technology has made technology a major demand, coupled with the development of insight and techniques, technology in this era has been widely used in all scientific fields. In the field of monetary economics, there are payment instruments that can be used to transact both in the form of goods and services. However, nowadays it is difficult to obtain information as technology develops, the term digital transaction appears. Because many activities are carried out manually, such as searching for customer information, entering inventory items, and payment transactions, the required data display time becomes very long for users and in the process of recording reports including paper, notes, receipts, pens, filing cabinets, etc. . equipment when an error occurs during the input process, generally used simultaneously. Therefore, in this paper, the aim of this DLCS (Digital iLearning Chain Scheme) researcher to utilize Bitcoin technology can help overcome the current problem of how to use Bitcoin cryptocurrency technology in the education payment system in Indonesia. This can give birth to a Bitcoin-based scholarship system. This study uses the Blockchain method to build the system, and uses Google Forms to collect information through digital observations and questionnaires. Based on the characteristics of the system, the Slovin formula is used to analyze various aspects of system satisfaction, and the results of 0.840>0.6 are used for processing, which means if alpha>0.6 then the system can be classified as "reliable". The reliability test proved that the evaluation was based on the provided questionnaire.

Abstract:
The paper evaluated implementation of the Universal Basic Education (UBE) scheme for the first ten years of implementation, 2002-2012. Pupil enrolment for the period was projected and the cost implication of implementing the scheme estimated to guide government assess its ability to continue the implementation of the scheme, review its strategies of implementation or even abandon the scheme like the previous experiment with UBE scheme. The two research questions raised for the study were answered using documentary analysis, models and descriptive statistics. The result of analysis showed that over 46 million children would have been enrolled in schools and N52.9 billion spent annually if the scheme had been effectively implemented. The sight of basic school-going aged children at motor parks, markets and hawking along major streets during school hours suggests that the implementation of the scheme has not effective. It was therefore recommended among others that government should concentrate only on the supply and management of basic education in order to garner adequate funds to sustain its implementation and, allow private individuals and non-governmental organizations to supply and manage other levels of education.

Abstract:
In this paper a systematic and well-defined student participation assessment scheme for college courses is proposed. The scheme supports the involvement of students in a variety of areas of participation within and outside the classroom with the aim of improving their learning. The scheme addresses mostly the challenges related to the practicality of the structure and design of the assessment. It also addresses the subjectivity of grading student participations. Areas of participation are widened to allow the faculty more accurate information about the conduct of each individual student towards more objective assessment. In addition, it provides the faculty with the flexibility to select areas that best fit the learning outcomes, nature of the course, availability of time and resources, and class atmosphere. The proposed scheme is initiated and developed using feedback from the teaching staff of Nizwa College of Technology, (NCT) through a survey and open discussion. The results indicate that over two thirds of the surveyed staff show agreement with the concept of assessing participation and find the scheme design clear and systematic, while 82% of them perceive the scheme as effective in improving the motivation and learning of students.

Abstract:
Access to university education is one of the fundamental educational questions in contemporary educational debates. This is because university education is seen as having an array of benefits to individuals, their households, and their nations. However, the challenge of inequality in terms of gender, income, location, and socio-economic status has constrained some individuals and households to access quality university education. In 2005 the government of Uganda introduced the District Quota Scheme to address the social inequalities in accessing university education. This study examined how the District Quota Scheme is addressing the rural-urban divide in access to university; how the District Quota Scheme has increased access to university education for children with parents who have low levels of education; and whether the District Quota Scheme is improving access to university education for children from low-income families. Following the social constructivist research paradigm and integrating both quantitative and qualitative research methods, the study found a change in access to university education by students from rural areas, students whose parents have lower levels of education, and those from low-income families as a result of introducing the District Quota Scheme. The study recommends that the government of Uganda and other stakeholders in the higher education sector should address the structural challenges to ensure that mainly the socially disadvantaged students take the biggest advantage of this scheme.

Abstract:
The Financial Scheme that plays an important role in helping students is the Gamification Scholarship Scheme. The Gamification scholarship scheme helps human life in the world of education. Gamification is an approach that uses elements in games or video games with the aim of motivating students in the learning process and maximizing feelings of enjoyment and engagement in the learning process. To encourage higher education, the government has done various things. However, there are several things that make it difficult for students to use it, such as distributing scholarships to students belonging to underprivileged families. The Gamification scholarship scheme is one of the most financially instrumental schemes in helping students, but it has not been verified which results in a lack of transparency between students and their respective Education Offices, then there is still a lack of tracking of application forms in this study, we propose a Smart Contract which addresses the lack of Scheme Scholarships for Colleges and Universities outlined above. It has four entities: Board of Education, Students, College and Bank. This Blockchain based smart contract has been developed to provide a user-friendly and transparent and constant environment between students and the education board. Blockchain platform has developed many applications but none can overcome the government scholarship scheme.

Abstract:
The author of the article analyzes the problem of logical and philosophical boundaries of the concept of «education». This topic is urgent and requires a philosophical explication. It has a connection with the problem of the correlation of concepts: «education», «teaching» («learning»), «upbringing». The author systematizes the main variants of this relationship. As a result, the author suggests three main schemes. The first scheme has one component. Consequently, the concepts of «education», «teaching», «upbringing» are identical. This scheme has several options. The first option has such characteristics: education and teaching are identical, knowledge and mental development take precedence, the upbringing plays a minor role. The main characteristics of the second option: upbringing is a pedagogical concept that forms a system. Upbringing has a wide (social) significance. The first scheme (for example) is «upbringing teaching», modern higher learning, upbringing of a «new» person in the USSR. The second scheme contains two components. The concepts of «education», «training», «upbringing» are not identical. Training and upbringing are interrelated, but they are not identical. The concept of teaching has a connection with modeling, schematization and the creation of learning situations. Learning has a connection with intellectual development and a semiotic basis. The concept of upbringing has a connection with the immediate experience of the situation. Upbringing has a connection with moral qualities and an axiological basis. Teaching solves the problem of preparing children for life. Upbringing solves the problem of including children in life. Consequently, education has two subsystems: teaching (learning) and upbringing. The first and second schemes are common. The third scheme is new. It consists of three components. The concept of education includes three concepts: «teaching», «upbringing» and «development». This scheme may be of interest to researchers, but it needs to be refined (logical and terminological aspects).

Abstract:
To remove obstacles in the path of ‘Education for All’, the government of India launched several programs, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) being one of them. Despite several attempts, the government has failed to be successful in providing education to all students and the impact of such schemes has not been very good at the ground level. In India, children are not absent from school owing to a lack of demand; rather, low quality of government education delivery is a major cause for their absence. There is a need to redefine the Indian education system or policy to a new level as government schools are unable to fulfil the growing demand for high-quality education. Direct government funding to children or parents rather than schools can provide parents or children with the ability to select the school of their choice, whether it is a government or private school. This may be accomplished through the education voucher scheme. Governments do not need to spend any additional public funds on vouchers to implement this approach. The education voucher scheme deserves an effort among the several approaches that are being pursued to improve school education.
