Memoria (licenciado en ciencias jurídicas y sociales)<br>No autorizada por el autor para ser publicada a texto completo<br>El propósito de esta memoria es tratar de dar una visión de conjunto a través de las distintas fuentes jurídicas y literales de la jurisdicción denominada voluntaria de diversas épocas.
Como es sabido, continua siendo un tema polémico hasta nuestros días por cuanto no se ha podido determinar en forma indubitada cuál es el origen, contenido y naturaleza jurídica del instituto que nos ocupa.
De la romanística han surgido distintas opiniones acerca de la naturaleza misma de la jurisdicción voluntaria: Por una parte, ha sido considerada como una verdadera actividad jurisdiccional ejercida por los magistrados competentes; desde otro punto de vista, se le ha atribuido un carácter administrativo y, finalmente también ha sido tratada como una actividad sustancialmente administrativa desarrollada bajo formas jurisdiccionales y se ha afirmado, asimismo, que la jurisdicción voluntaria se encuadraría en una zona limítrofe entre la función jurisdiccional y la función administrativa. Se ha propugnado también, por parte de la doctrina, su individualización como categoría o actividad autónoma – como tertius genus” entre administración y jurisdicción -, caracterizada por la circunstancia de actuarse una función pública sobre relaciones o intereses jurídicos privados. Incluso se ha llegado a afirmar, en la doctrina italiana, que la jurisdicción voluntaria tiene hoy un valor sólo convencional, y que no cabe hablar, en relación con los actos que se encuentran dentro de la misma, ni de jurisdicción ni de voluntariedad.

This thesis represents a body of work developed over 10 years in the areas of management learning, organizational politics, and change and organization democracy. It focuses on the role of hierarchy in balancing the need for strategic coherence with the ever burgeoning plurality of organizational life. In recent years, there has been a variety of academic discourses that have illuminated this debate. Often coming from different epistemological traditions, each makes a helpful contribution to the debate. However, I argue that none provides, nor in some cases is intended to provide, senior managers with robust and practical methods of re-conceptualising the role of hierarchy in organization.
Based on this analysis, four key requirements for the development of theory in the area are suggested. Using these principles as a starting point, this thesis makes a contribution to knowledge in three interrelated areas. Firstly, by developing the concept of voluntarism, derived from the field of political philosophy, as an alternative organizational binding mechanism that alters the rationale for the role of hierarchy. Secondly, this concept is operationalised as a form of ‘representative’ leadership. Research data are provided which explore the behavioural dimensions and cognitive antecedents of this approach to leadership. The findings are suggestive of a democratic orientation toward leading and organizing, and on this basis, the third contribution focuses on how such leadership principles may be more widely adopted through the vehicle of management learning.

Memoria (licenciado en ciencias jurídicas y sociales)<br>El aborto voluntario o consentido es un delito en Chile que se encuentra sancionado en el artículo 344 inciso primero de nuestro Código Penal. Esta política criminal, que data del año 1875, no contempla consideraciones de género, lo que conlleva una negación de derechos, de autonomía, de libertad y a violencia de género, vulnerando los derechos humanos de las mujeres. Esta modalidad de discriminación de género, condiciona a las mujeres que quieren interrumpir voluntariamente su embarazo, a optar por alternativas que se encuentran fuera del sistema institucional de salud.
La presente tesis tuvo por objeto investigar ésta modalidad de aborto , de aborto voluntario, entendida como aquel acto que causa la mujer o consiente en que otro se lo cause con la finalidad de interrumpir un embarazo, en relación a su persecución penal estatal, a través del análisis de casos. Lo anterior a fin de proponer modificaciones legislativas que permitan a nuestro país acercarse a los estándares internacionales actualmente vigentes.
Chile, El Salvador y Nicaragua, son tres de los cuatro países que prohíben el aborto en todas sus formas a nivel mundial, no permitiendo ni aún el aborto terapéutico, transformándose en una de las legislaciones más restrictivas sobre autodeterminación reproductiva en el mundo.
Si bien en Chile hasta 1989 se permitía sólo el aborto terapéutico, hoy en día no es posible interrumpir el embarazo ni aún con esa causal como justificante. A pesar de esta prohibición penal absoluta, los procedimientos de interrupción voluntaria o consentida del embarazo se siguen practicando de todas formas en nuestro país. El abortar no es ajeno a ningún tipo de mujer, puede tratarse de mujeres acomodadas o de escasos recursos, pero son éstas últimas las que se ven enfrentadas al proceso penal y a mayores riesgos para su salud, puesto que deben recurrir a modalidades abortivas inseguras e insalubres, donde la única ayuda posible es el sistema público de salud, que sin embargo, paradojalmente, constituyen el origen de la persecución penal

In fact, the involvement of people in such actions is increasing. Nevertheless, it has been shown that the volunteer s commitment to the action that he engages in is usually very low. There is a tendency to abandon the action after a period of involvement.
The present work seeks to examine the points identified as being of great relevance in volunteering issues, such as unconscious motivations that lead the subject to volunteer actions, the volunteer's low level of commitment, the consequences that can arrive from deviations from a truly altruistic direction and, finally, to discuss the cultural idealization of doing good .
This research stems from my experience in a Volunteering Program in a corporate environment, and is based on Freudian texts and others by contemporary authors of psychoanalysis.
The text itself is intended as a tool for the elaboration of what my psychoanalytic listening has produced in four years as supervisor of more than eighty volunteers in the program called Social Mentoring, emphasizing how their work evolved, from the point of view of the psychoanalytic supervision taking place there. Thus, this dissertation supports the possibility of the contribution of psychoanalytic knowledge to Volunteering actions<br>As ações voluntárias têm sido largamente defendidas como importantes para as mais diversas áreas em desenvolvimento. De fato, é crescente o engajamento de pessoas nessas ações. No entanto, tem sido evidenciado que a fidelização do voluntário à ação a que ele se engaja normalmente é muito baixa. Há uma tendência ao abandono da ação, após um período de envolvimento.
O presente trabalho procurou analisar os pontos identificados como de grande relevância nas questões do voluntariado, como as motivações inconscientes que levam o sujeito às ações voluntárias, a baixa fidelização do voluntário, as conseqüências que podem advir dos extravios de uma direção verdadeiramente altruísta e, finalmente, problematizar a idealização cultural do fazer o bem .
A pesquisa parte de minha experiência num Programa de Voluntariado no ambiente corporativo e se referencia no texto freudiano e de outros autores contemporâneos da psicanálise para o desenvolvimento da argumentação.
O texto em si se propõe a ser um dispositivo de elaboração do que minha escuta psicanalítica tem produzido, em quatro anos como supervisora de mais de oitenta voluntários no programa de voluntariado Mentoring Social, destacando como foi se delineando o trabalho daquelas pessoas, a partir da inserção de uma supervisão psicanalítica. Dessa forma, a dissertação sustenta a possibilidade da contribuição do saber da psicanálise para as ações de Voluntariado

Divine voluntarism (Divine command theory) is a series of theories that claim that God is prior to moral obligation and that moral obligation is determined by God's will. Divine voluntarism has to be formulated in a way that it does not have undesirable implications, e.g., that moral obligation is arbitrary and that God's goodness is trivial. Also, while it avoids these undesirable implications, divine voluntarism must not imply that God is, in some way, restricted by moral obligation which exists independently of Him.
Divine voluntarism can admit God's sovereignty over moral obligation and avoid making moral obligation arbitrary or God's goodness trivial by admitting various aspects of God's will. Moral obligation is relevant to both God's will for human moral obligation and God's will for human moral good. After all, God's will for human moral obligation is God's willing that His own will for human moral good constitute moral obligation for humans.

This thesis comparatively evaluates three groups of volunteers working within the criminal justice system in the South West of England. The groups chosen - probation Voluntary Associates, police Specials and Victims Support Scheme Volunteers - incorporate parties working with the offender, the public and the victim, ie those most closely identified with the judicial process. To date, research in both Britain and abroad has chosen to focus on a single agency which has limited our understanding of voluntarismo Nevertheless, most have identified a number of issues pertaining to the use of volunteers. Through a consideration of the type of work undertaken, motivations, who volunteers, recruitment, selection and training, and the role of the professional, this thesis attempts to link and examine these issues, to illustrate that it is possible to theorise about voluntary activity in a criminal justice context. Via interviews with 164 volunteers supported by extensive observation it has been possible to gain a more detailed insight into voluntary activity than had previously been contemplated. The findings revealed that within each organisation there. ý exists a volunteer sub-culture, (abbreviated to volunculture), which conforms to the ideology of the agency. Where a volunculture is strong, as in the case of the Specials then commitment is high; where a volunculture is weak commitment is likely to be low. The study moves on to consider the ways in which organisational policy can and does affect not only the formationof-a volunculture, _ but also its degree of strength or weakness. It is shown that presently most organisations pay lip service to the notion of using volunteers, reflected in the low status they are accorded within agency priorities. It is argued that until this is realised the wealth of helping potential that exists within communities can never be brought to the fore. Recommendations derived from volunteer perceptions and organisational policies are offered as pathfinders to achieving this objective.

Rural education was heavily contested in the interwar years, rooted in diverging ideas about the countryside and rural community. Adopting a broad definition of education, this thesis examines educational initiatives within voluntary organisations, rural schools and progressive schools established in the countryside. Through an examination of these diverse forms of educational activity, this research redresses the marginalisation of the rural in the history of education and enhances historical understanding of the countryside as an educative space. Drawing on archival and documentary sources which have not been used before, it argues that conceptions of ‘rurality’ and ‘rural community’ shaped the structure and content of education in the countryside during the interwar years. It contends that a critical understanding of ‘rural education’ is needed within the history of education, one that acknowledges the changing representational and physical significance of the countryside. This has importance for a fuller understanding of dominant themes in the field, including progressivism, the expansion of the national education system following the First World War and informal education. This research also contributes to rural history by exposing the different ways in which the rural community was conceptualised among various individuals and groups, in relation to changing ideas about voluntarism, citizenship and gender.

Depuis quelques années, le développement durable s’est imposé comme une valeur sociétale. Les entreprises sont confrontées aux attentes et aspirations de leurs parties prenantes qui ne cessent de croître. Le développement durable est devenu un impératif stratégique et une « source d’enjeux stratégiques » pour les entreprises, indépendamment de leurs secteurs d’activités. Cependant, la question de l’opérationnalisation de ce concept polysémique, polymorphe et protéiforme en des pratiques managériales claires et pertinentes demeure un véritable problème pour les entreprises voulant intégrer le développement durable dans leurs stratégies.Ce travail vise à développer une compréhension de l’implémentation du concept de développement durable dans le cadre des stratégies volontaristes. Pour y parvenir, le point d’ancrage théorique privilégié a été le modèle des ressources et des compétences. Cette recherche qualitative consiste en une étude de cas multiple dans une perspective de réplication littérale. Pour décrire, analyser et comprendre l’implémentation du développement durable, des entretiens semi-directifs et des données secondaires ont été recueillis.Cette recherche est une contribution à la stabilisation et à la mise en perspective du concept de développement durable en sciences de gestion. Elle met en évidence quatre attitudes stratégiques susceptibles d’être adoptées par les entreprises et propose deux modalités complémentaires de mise en œuvre du concept de développement durable. Enfin, elle offre plusieurs pistes d’opérationnalisation dudit concept énoncées de façon thématique<br>For some years, sustainable development has imposed itself as a societal value. Enterprises are facing growing expectations and aspirations from their stakeholders. Sustainable development has become both a strategic imperative and a “source of strategic stakes” for enterprises, irrespective of their sector of activities. However, the issue relating to the implementation or conversion of such a polysemous, polymorphic and protean concept into clear and relevant management practices remains a deep concern for the enterprises that are willing to integrate sustainable development in their strategies.This work aims at developing a comprehensive approach in line with the implementation of the concept of sustainable development in the framework of voluntarist strategies. To do so, the privileged theoretical standpoint has been the resources and competence model. Such a qualitative research consists in a multiple case study, in a perspective of literal replication. To describe, analyze and understand the implementation of sustainable development, semi-directing interviews have been carried, along with secondary data collection.This research is instrumental in stabilizing and putting in perspective the concept of sustainable development in the field of management science. First of all, it brings into focus four strategic attitudes that are likely to be adopted by enterprises, and then suggests two complementary modalities for implementing the concept of sustainable development. And finally, it offers several implementation approaches - stated in a thematic way- to address the aforementioned concept

Previous issue date: 2003<br>Resumo: A adoção de uma política de medicamentos genéricos, envolvendo a produção, a garantia de qualidade, a prescrição, a dispensação e o uso dos mesmos é parte fundamental de uma diretriz para promoção e o uso racional de medicamentos em nosso País. A promoção do uso racional de medicamentos é, também, uma das principais diretrizes preconizadas pela Organização Mundial da Saúde-OMS. A fim de alcançar esse objetivo, é fundamental a realização de estudos de farmacocinética comparada de fármacos, para verificar se existe bioequivalência entre o medicamento teste e o medicamento referência adotado como padrão pelo Ministério da Saúde. Também se toma necessário o desenvolvimento de metodologias de baixo custo e fácil aplicação, com sensibilidade e seletividade adequados para realização desde tipo de estudo. Assim sendo, este estudo teve como objetivo o desenvolvimento de metodologia analítica apropriada para realização de quatro ensaios de farmacologia clínica, determinando diversos parâmetros farmacocinéticos e utilizando-os para comparar duas formulações do mesmo fármaco, com diferentes origens, em cada ensaio.
Para realização do estudo, foram utilizados oito grupos de voluntários sadios. Cada estudo será composto por dois grupos de 12 voluntários, que se
alternarão, submetendo-se a dois períodos de intemação cada. Desta maneira todos os voluntários receberão as duas formulações do fármaco em estudo, sempre respeitando um período entre as intemações. Este período garantirá a total eliminação do fármaco de uma formulação antes da administração da próxima. Estando os resultados deste estudo em acordo com as especificações exigidas, razão entre as médias de ASCO-t e Cmax entre 80-125%, pode-seconcluir que as formulações azitromicina comprimidos revestidos (teste) e Zitromax comprimidos revestidos (padrão) e azitromicina suspensão oral (teste) e Zitromax suspensão oral (padrão) comparadas, são bioequivalentes. Parte de uma base teórico-metodológica que permite afirmar que o que determina fundamentalmente esta prática e, conseqüentemente, as diferentes interpretações da função e a estrutura de relações na qual o pedagógico está envolvido. É a prática pedagógica dada sua estrutura específica de relações sociais que determina pelas condições objetivas e materiais da escola, determina também a forma de ser da supervisão. A organização do trabalho pedagógico põe o professor como trabalhador coletivo e, enquanto tal, determina a perda de seu controle sobre o processo de produção do ensino ao mesmo tempo que exige a função da supervisão. Esta desqualificação dos trabalhadores individuais, aparentemente negativa, produz uma nova competência posta no coletivo, além de criar as condições para sua pronta superação.

This thesis analyzes the culture of coercive voluntarism in Georgia during the First World War using studies of legislation and vigilance, the press, and the Georgia Council of Defense. Each of the themes studied demonstrates how organizations attempted to coerce support of the US war effort in Georgia. The study focuses on Georgia as a single state rather than simply as part of the South, as most other studies have done. The purpose is to challenge studies that have emphasized resistance only, which presents an incomplete picture of Georgia’s domestic scene during the war. In fact, many elements within Georgia—at the state, local, and citizen level—actively supported the war, often with the same level of intention, if not the same results, as did other areas of the country. Georgia attempted to comply with federal imperatives while preserving its rights as a state.

The New Right's critique of the welfare state has generated considerable interest in the history of alternative forms of welfare provision. Recent work has focused upon the continued existence of voluntarism alongside the growth of twentieth century state welfare. In doing this, it has reacted against the tendency of post-war social welfare writing to concentrate exclusively on the statutory social services. This thesis, therefore, adds to a growing body of writing on inter-war voluntary social action. However, it differs from the work of others by focusing upon the interplay of voluntary and statutory sectors in the face of war, industrial unrest and mass unemployment: in other words the upheavals of the early twentieth century. The main body of the research not only deals with the part played by both sectors in the delivery of social services, but also places voluntarism in a wider social context by exploring its ideological response to working-class assertiveness. Indeed, the belief in a British national community with interests that transcended class or sectional divisions was a common feature in voluntarism's attitude towards the above challenges and their implications for social stability. Thus, by highlighting the class objectives of the middle-class volunteer, this thesis avoids treating voluntary groups as simply the deliverers of social services in partnership with the state. As middle-class organisations operating within civil society, the charities covered in the pages ahead are placed alongside the state and capital in the defence of the existing economic and social order. Differences may have existed amongst charities over the correct mix in the statutory-voluntary welfare mix, but, as this thesis seeks to prove, this should not blind us to voluntarism's commitment to an over riding class interest.

In this work I hold that William James’s conception of religion is divided between what could be identified as his voluntarism and his idea of self-surrender. In my approach, James’s voluntarism is the heart of The Will to Believe, whereas the idea of self-surrender is the key to understand The Varieties of Religious Experience. These two works respond to a tension in James’s philosophy and canbe seen as two antagonistic intellectual projects. The analysis of this inner tension in James’s conception of religion is the core of this paper. El voluntarismo jamesiano es la médula de The Will to Believe, mientras que la idea de self-surrender es, en mi interpretación, la clave para entender The Varieties of Religious Experience. La voluntad y Las variedades responden, a mi juicio, a una tensión jamesiana y pueden ser vistos como proyectos intelectuales antagónicos. El análisis de esta tensión interna a la concepción de religión de James es el núcleo de mi artículo. Sostengo, además, que la noción jamesiana deself-surrender, a diferencia del voluntarismo, nos permite visualizar un aspecto imprescindible de la concepción de James, esto es, su aspecto mórbido.

In this thesis, I seek to advance our knowledge about the factors that make people start and stop volunteer work, thus shedding light on the capacity of volunteering and voluntary associations to foster social cohesion. In particular, my goal is twofold: first, to reveal to what extent voluntary associations function as meeting places for people from different social backgrounds, and second, to assess the resilience of civic participation in the face of labor market experiences that might undermine such engagement. I make three core contributions to the literature on voluntary association involvement. First, I pay special attention to the organizational contexts in which volunteers are embedded. Second, I adopt a dynamic approach, analyzing decisions to start and stop volunteering. Third, I attempt to disentangle alternative mechanisms that could drive the associations observed between volunteering and its potential determinants. Analyzing data from The Netherlands and the United States, my findings expose limits to the integrative capacity of voluntary association involvement. As it turns out, the civic landscape is strongly segregated. People tend to sort into voluntary associations where they mostly meet people with similar characteristics as themselves. Such sorting occurs along multiple social dimensions, including educational attainment, religiosity, gender, and ethnicity. This constrains the opportunities for building relationships that cut across existing social boundaries. Indeed, these sorting processes can reproduce in the civic domain fault lines that dominate other spheres of life. Furthermore, civic engagement and participation in the labor market are shown to be strongly intertwined, with the former breaking down when labor force exits occur. Voluntary association involvement is, therefore, of limited value for drawing labor force outsiders into public life. However, this chain of events does not necessarily unfold, as long as labor force outsiders retain aspirations to participate in social life.

Se utiliza la Encuesta Financiera de hogares 2007 del Banco Central de Chile como fuente de datos. This thesis examines the Skills Strategy for England under New Labour as a contested project to govern workplace high(er) skill aspiration and behaviour. It analyses differentiated state strategies to promote and (re)produce responsible skills ambitions; the engagement of employer and employee representatives with these strategies to stretch and reshape, and resist and restate the project; and the implications for skills provision. The research involved interpretive analysis of policy documents, and in-depth interviews with policy-making elites; strategic representatives of business and worker/learner interests; and skills providers. To support my empirical focus this thesis is located within theories of the changing form and function of the state. Adopting a ‘cultural political economy’ approach, and drawing on critical governance studies, to illuminate the interplay between meaning production and practice, I challenge the conclusion that mechanisms for skills creation in England are premised on a misunderstanding of the skills motivations of employers and employees. Instead I expose state work through policy to produce and export a skills logic; constituting and positioning governable subjects in relation to their internalisation of these logics; and the role of differentiated policies to manoeuvre subjects towards preferential skills behaviours. The findings highlight that what is presented as a coherent ‘partnership’ approach to producing enhanced skills can be better understood as three distinctive state strategies, (demand-led; leading demand; circumventing lack of demand) , which are aimed at differently imagined and constructed workplaces, (enlightened; inert; or deviant), depending on their demonstrable degree of responsible skills ambition. I therefore term this project ‘state-steered voluntarism’. However, I also expose the limitations and limits of this project. Attempts to present policy coherence lacquers over latent tensions and contradictions between the different skills strategies, creating policy ‘opacities’ which serve as spaces for the strategic voices of employer/employee representation to talk back; disorganising the practices and processes of skills delivery.

Previous issue date: 2002<br>Resumo: Este estudo teve como objetivo a avaliação da bioequivalência de duas formulações de comprimidos de fentolamina (teste x referência), considerando-se a Regitina (Novartis Biociência, Brasil) como formulação teste e o Vasomax ® (Schering Plough, Brasil) como formulação referência. O estudo foi aberto, aleatório, cruzado, de três períodos com um intervalo de sete dias entre eles, para o " wash out " necessário. Trinta e quatro voluntários masculinos com idades entre 18 e 45 anos foram avaliados através de exames clínicos e laboratoriais. Todos os voluntários foram
hospitalizados e ingeriram em jejum, 40 mg de fentolamina (teste ou referência). A coleta de sangue iniciou-se às 7:00 hs, logo após a administração, e terminou às 19:00 hs. A droga foi extraída do plasma e analisada por cromatografia líquida de alta eficiência (CLAE) acoplada ao espectrômetro de massa. A partir dos dados obtidos calculou-se: a concentração máxima atingida no sangue (Cmax) , o tempo em que esta ocorre (Tmax),o tempode meia-vida(T1/2),área sob a curva da concentração da droga no sangue de zero a infinito( ASCo-?), de zero a 720 minutos (ASCo-720),a razão da
área soba curva de zero a 720 minutos por zero a infinito (ASC0-720/ ASCo-?). Alguns efeitos adversos ocorreram durante o estudo, tais como: episódios hipotensivos e hipertensivos agudos e crônicos, congestão nasal e diarréia leve. Os dados
referentes as razões percentuais (teste/referência 1, teste/ referência 2, referência 1/referência 2, respectivamente) das médias geométricas foram: 98.6, 104.5 e 106% para Cmax; 91.9%, 101.4%e 114.2% para Tmax; 105.3%,103.9 e 98.6% para ASCo-a,a variabiliade do parâmetro Cmax expresso como coeficiente de variação foi maior que 25%. O intervalo de confiança (IC) 90% da média aritmética das diferenças individuais de Tmax inclui o valor zero e os IC das médias geométricas foram: 92.6, 82.5 e 93.9% para Cmax; 97.2, 89.1 e 94.3 para ASC o-?. Previous issue date: 2005<br>Resumo: O presente estudo tem por objetivo avaliar a biodisponibilidade relativa, baseado nos respectivos perfis farmacocinéticos apresentados após administração oral, do fármaco anlodipino, na forma de comprimido de 10 mg, em duas formulações comparativas: medicamento de referência (Norvasc@) da indústria Pfizer Ltda e medicamento teste Besilato de Anlodipino da indústria Arrow FarmacêuticaS.A. o estudo realizado foi aberto, randomizado, cruzado, sendo 2 tratamentos, 2 períodos nos quais os voluntários receberam, em cada período, a formulação teste ou a formulação referência. Houve a participação de 26 voluntários sadios de ambos os sexos, com idades entre 18 e 50 anos, previamente selecionados. Foram coletadas amostras de sangue no início do estudo e após administração dos medicamentos (teste e referência) em tempos pré-determinados. Ao término de cada tempo de coleta, as amostras de sangue foram centrifugadas (10 minutos, 2.000 x g), transferidas para tubos criogênicos, levados ao congelador e mantidos congeladas até o término do estudo para posterior análise. As amostras foram analisadas por métodos analíticos de cromatografia líquida de alta eficiência, acoplada a um sistema de espectrometria de massas (LC-MS-MS). Foram calculadas para cada formulação, na ordem, a concentração máxima atingida Cmax, a área sob a curva a partir da hora da administração do medicamento até a última amostra coletada ASC(Q-t),e a área sob a curva, a partir da administraçãodo medicamento e extrapolada ao infinito ASC(O-inf). A razão entre as médias geométricas do Cmax,ASC(Q-t),ASC(Q-inf)da formulação de anlodipino comprimido 10 mg foram respectivamente de 100.55%, 103.86%, 103.61% da formulação Norvasc@comprimido 10 mg. Os intervalos de confiança de 90% foram, respectivamente,de 95.98 a 105.33%, 99.56 a 108.35%, 98.87 a 108.57%. Considerando que os intervalos de confiança de 90% para a razões entre as médias geométricas de CmaxA. SC(O-t),ASC(O-infr)e, lativos à formulação de Anlodipino comprimido 10 mg estão dentro dos intervalos de 80 a 125% da média geométrica da formulação referência estabelecidos pela RDC 135 (maio de 2003/ANVISA), conclui-se que a formulação de Besilato de Anlodipino comprimido 10 mg (Arrow Farmacêutica S.A) é bioequivalente à formulação Norvasc@ comprimido 10 mg (Pfizer Ltda)quanto à taxa de absorção<br>Abstract: The present study has for objective to evaluate the established relative bioavailability in the respective pharmacokinetics profiles presented after oral administration, of the anlodipine tablet 10 mg in two comparative formulations: reference medicine (NorvasC@)of the Pfizer industry and medicine it has tested Besilate Amlodipine of the industry PharmaceuticalArrow. Samples of blood were colleted in the beginning of the study and after administration of medicines (test and reference) in pre-certain times. At the end of each time of collection, the samples of blood were centrifuged (10 minutes, 2000 x g), transferred to cryogenic tubes and taken to the freezer and maintained frozen until the end of the study for subsequent analysis. The samples were analyzed by analytical methods of liquid chromatography of high coupled efficiencythe a system of spectrometry of masses (LC-MS-MS). They were calculated for each formulation, in the order, the reached maximum concentration Cmax,the area under the curve starting from the hour of the administrationof the medicineto the last collectedsampleASC (O-t),and the area under the curve starting from the administration of the medicine and extrapolatedto the intiniteASC(O-inf). Previous issue date: 2006<br>Resumo: O transporte transdérmico de substâncias com o ultra-som terapêutico, método denominado fonoforese, oferece muitas vantagens quando comparado as outras vias de administração de drogas. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar a influência do ultra-som na absorção de diclofenaco dietilamônio (Cataflam Emulgel®, Novartis) após fonoforese em voluntários sadios. Doze voluntários sadios foram submetidos à aplicação tópica de Cataflam Emulgel® em uma área de 150cm2 na região do dorso. No grupo controle os voluntários receberam a aplicação tópica sem emissão de ultra-som (sham) e o grupo teste recebeu a aplicação tópica através da fonoforese. A concentração plasmática de diclofenaco foi mensurada pelo HPLC (high perfomance liquid chromatography) durante um período de 8h após as aplicações. Neste trabalho demonstramos que a aplicação transdérmica de diclofenaco dietilamônio pela fonoforese, em uma única aplicação, não induz aumento da concentração plasmática quando comparada a aplicação sem ultra-som<br>Abstract: Transdermal drug delivery with therapeutic ultrasound, method called phonophoresis, offers many advantages when compared to other drug delivery methods. The aim of this study was to verify the influence of ultrasound on the transdermal delivery of diclofenac diethylammonium (Cataflam Emulgel®, Novartis) post phonophoresis in healthy volunteers. Twelve healthy human volunteers were submitted to topical application of Cataflam Emulgel® on 150cm2 area on the dorsum. In the Control Group, the volunteers received topical application with the ultrasound switched off and the Test Group received topical application by phonophoresis. The diclofenac plasma concentration was measured by high perfomance liquid chromatography (HPLC) during a period of 8h after dosing. Esta tesis doctoral se centró en el contexto de las organizaciones deportivas voluntarias, específicamente en la figura del club deportivo, debido a la necesidad de profundizar en el conocimiento de estas organizaciones que desempeñan un rol relevante en el fomento del deporte y la actividad física, actuando también, como dinamizadores de prácticas democráticas, de desarrollo personal y colectivo y como canalizadores de necesidades e intereses.
Ante lo anterior, se planteó una pregunta de investigación: ¿En qué situación, y cuáles son las características de los clubes deportivos chilenos?, la cual se profundizó y concretó, a través de diversos objetivos específicos, que buscaban otorgarle respuesta, mediante dimensiones como: la estructura de personas, la oferta de actividades, la gestión económica, las relaciones con otras organizaciones, entre otras.
En el ámbito teórico, se diseñó un modelo de cuatro dimensiones, que abordaba a los clubes desde una perspectiva externa a una interna y desde lo general a lo específico, enfocándolos en primer lugar, desde la sociedad y sus organizaciones, hasta llegar a las características propias del club. Para estructurar el modelo, se recurrió a la Teoría del Tercer Sector, la Teoría de la Elección Institucional, la Teoría de los Stakeholders, el marco legal y administrativo de estas organizaciones y las características constitutivas de los clubes deportivos.
En cuanto al método utilizado, se desarrolló un estudio de tipo descriptivo, exploratorio y de corte transversal, aplicándose una encuesta presencial al Presidente de la organización, utilizando un cuestionario estructurado de once dimensiones, con preguntas cerradas, basado en uno empleado en Cataluña, en un estudio sobre clubes de esa comunidad autónoma (Secretaria General de l’Esport, 2010), el cual fue adecuado al contexto chileno. La muestra fue de tipo probabilística, aleatoria, estratificada, con afijación proporcional y estuvo compuesta por 150 clubes de la Región del Biobío. Estas organizaciones fueron obtenidas del Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Deportivas del Instituto Nacional de Deportes. Para el análisis de los datos, se empleó la estadística descriptiva, utilizando estadígrafos de medidas de tendencia central, tablas de frecuencia y para visualizar variables puntuales, se utilizaron gráficos. Para generar la tipología de los clubes, se recurrió al análisis estadístico por conglomerados o clusters.
Como resultados más relevantes se logró determinar en primer lugar, que los clubes surgían en mayor medida, cuando la sociedad presentaba mejores condiciones para su constitución y desarrollo. En cuanto a las características se determinó: un bajo nivel de profesionalización y poca especialización; que cumplían y concretaban los procesos de participación democrática fundamentales; que existía una baja participación femenina en todos los ámbitos; la mayoría de los clubes tenía una estructura pequeña de personas; que tenían una oferta deportiva principal limitada, pero muy diversa en actividades complementarias o alternativas; el trabajo voluntario estaba presente en la mayoría de los clubes, pero su nivel era bajo en relación al tamaño que tenían, no obstante, los voluntarios asumían muchas funciones, ya que la presencia de profesionales y personal remunerado era poco significativa; poseían presupuestos bajos y con una alta dependencia de recursos públicos, lo que se reflejaba en la alta relación con las instituciones del Estado. Los resultados permiten indicar, que los clubes deportivos chilenos se encuentran en una etapa de asociacionismo incipiente o en desarrollo, adaptándose a las demandas del sistema deportivo, demostrando una gran diversidad en función de las características analizadas, permitiendo afirmar que no existe un tipo “único” de club.<br>The doctoral thesis was located on the context of voluntary sports organizations specifically based on the figure of the club, under the necessity of going depth into the understanding of these organizations which perform a relevant role of encouraging sports and physical activities into the society.
Due to the above, a research question was set: under which circumstances and which are the characteristics of the Chilean sports clubs? analyzed in depth throughout several specific objectives.
In the theorical field, a four dimension model was designed, which addressed the clubs from an external and internal point of view and from the general to the specific, focusing from the view of society and its organizations, until reaching their own characteristic as a Club. To put together the model the third sector theory, the institutional choice theory and the stakeholders theory were used, the administrative and legal framework of the organizations and the constitutive characteristics of the clubs.
A descriptive research was developed, exploratory and transverse design study applying face-to-face survey to the presidents of each organizations, using an organized questionnaire based on a former one used in Cataluña (Secretaria General de l’Esport, 2010) the sample was probabilistic, at random, stratified, with proportional allocation, done by 150 clubs from Biobío region.
These organizations were listed from the national record of sports organizations. For the data analysis descriptive statistics were used.
As most relevant results, it was determined in the first place that clubs organizations arise mostly when society had better conditions for their formation. Regarding the characteristics, it was determined that a low level of professionalization and little specialization that completed the process of democratic participation, there were a low feminine involvement, that most of the clubs were small in size; they had a very limited sports offer but diverse in supplementary activities; the voluntary work was there, but it’s level was low; they had trifling budgets with high reliance on public resources; high relationship with government institutions.

El objetivo general consistirá, entonces, en analizar los mecanismos de los Multifondos y Ahorro Previsional Voluntario en el nuevo Sistema de Pensiones desde un punto de vista jurídico, político y económico, considerando su novedad en nuestro régimen de Seguridad Social.
Los objetivos específicos son:
- En primer lugar, verificar si actualmente se cumplen los objetivos que se planteó el legislador al momento de dictar la Ley Nº 19.768 (Ahorro Previsional Voluntario) y 19.795 (Multifondos). Para esto, se analizará de la historia de tales leyes y su posterior entrada en vigencia.
- En segundo lugar, determinar y evaluar el impacto del Sistema de Multifondos desde el punto de vista de la rentabilidad y su repercusión en las cuentas de los afiliados y en el Mercado de Capitales.
- Y, en tercer lugar, determinar y evaluar el impacto del mecanismo del Ahorro Previsional Voluntario desde el punto de vista de la previsión individual y las distintas necesidades sociales de los afiliados al sistema de pensiones.
En un primer momento, las reformas que son objeto del presente estudio significaron un importante avance, sin embargo, transcurridos más de tres años desde la publicación de los citados textos legales, resulta pertinente realizar evaluaciones y análisis críticos de los efectos y proyecciones que las reformas han provocado en el país, enunciando los avances y retrocesos que éstas han significado, con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia y masificar los efectos del mecanismo de Multifondos y del Ahorro Previsional Voluntario, respectivamente.

This dissertation attempts to answer how social and economic mechanisms operate in individual, community and state levels to impact volunteering. Both social processes and economic factors significantly impact the amount of volunteering. However, researchers have a tendency to explain volunteering only by one of these factors. As both theories are equally important in explaining volunteerism, the development of a coherent theory is necessary to combine economic and social theories. This dissertation suggested that, when evaluated together, the influences of the economic factors on volunteering diminish as individuals get more connected with the other members of the society. The three-level analysis of the volunteering largely supports the primary hypothesis of the dissertation that economic concerns for volunteering are crowded out when individuals or the society is highly connected. This finding can help practitioners design better strategies to enhance volunteering such as creating opportunities for the members of the society to interact with each other.

Previous issue date: 1991<br>Resumo: As diferenças entre os processos de fabricação e as matérias primas de formulações de uma determinada droga são algumas das principais causas da variabilidade observada na resposta individual à droga. A confirmação da bioequivalência entre diferentes formulações e/ou preparações farmacêuticas de uma determinada droga é de crítica importância para o ajuste adequado de regimes de dosificação. Neste trabalho, são apresentados dois estudos de biodisponibilidade comparativa em voluntários normais. O primeiro deles versa sobre quatro formulações de metronidazol em diferentes dosagens, e o segundo sobre duas formulações de verapamil de liberação retardada. As concentrações plasmáticas das drogas foram analisadas por cromatografia líquida de alta pressão (com detecção por absorbância UV no caso do metronidazol e por emissão de fluorescência para o verapamil). Foram obtidos os dados farmacocinéticos, e a sua análise estatística foi efetuada mediante a aplicação de diferentes testes. Os resultados mostram bioequivalência no caso das preparações de metronidazol com o mesmo conteúdo de droga, e ausência de duas equivalência para aquelas formulações com quantidades diferentes. As duas formulações de verapamil foram consideradas como. não bioequlvalentes. Essas conclusões foram baseadas nos critérios utilizados pela "Food and Drug Administration"<br>Abstract: Differences in manufacture processing and raw materials among formulations of a given drug account for some of the mam causes of variabillty in individual response to a drug. The assessment of bioequivalence between different pharmaceutical formulations and/or preparations of a given drug is of critical importance for the proper adjustment of dosing regimes. In this work, two studies of compared bioavailabillty in normal healthy male volunteers are presented. The first concerns four metronidazol formulations at different dosages, and the second two slow release formulations of verapamil. Plasma drug concentrations were analized by HPLC (with detection by UV absorbance in the case of metronidazol and by fluorescence emmission for verapamil). Pharmacokinetic data were obtained, and the statlstlcal analysis performed by applying different methods. The results show bioequivalence between metronidazole formulatlons with the same drug content. and lack of bioequivalence among those formulatlons containing different amounts of the drug. The two verapamil formulatlons were found to be non. bioequivalent. Many papers have attempted to identify why managers voluntarily disclose information about their companies. This is commonly analysed with regression methods, but these often do not account for endogeneity among common explanatory variables. This study aims to resolve the endogeneity. Data is gathered on various characteristics of 1,436 UK-listed companies. The primary models of interest are made using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). This technique allows for correlations and causal relationships between explanatory variables, potentially solving the endogeneity problems common to regression techniques. Regression models are made as a basis for comparison to both existing literature and the SEM. Analysis of SEMs indicates that Signalling Theory is the most consistently supported explanation of disclosure across all data types used. In addition, several of the best fitting models are those for this theory. As Signalling Theory is the best explanation of disclosure tested, managers are primarily providing voluntary disclosure of information in order to demonstrate the company’s recent financial performance (and by extension, the managers’ capabilities) in order to attract more investment at a lower required rate of return. Results also indicate some power to Legitimacy Theory, suggesting that disclosure is to some extent provided in order to improve the company’s image.

2015 - 2016<br>In the broad setting of the medioeval Scholasticism, between the 13th and the beginning of the 14th centuries, few theologians put the focus on one question: the angelic sin. That is: how is it possible that, according to Aristotle, a perfectly intellectual creature can make an error of judgement and so to fall in sin? This is the most relevant aspect for the authors we have picked in exam, wich, rather than investigate the role and the participation of Lucyfer in human matters, they have an obsession with the possibility itself in the angelic sin. They consider the matter a real enigma to be solved. In fact, Lucyfer is a real exception (almost impossible to be demonstrated) in a universe where the relationship between the retional and the good seems to be undeniable. Furthermore, the fact the an intellectually perfect creature can make a mistake and chose the evil come to be impossible. Ultimately, the question is: how is it possible to an angel to turn into a demon? That is, how is it possible for the Devil to rise? This is the thorny question that the scholastic theologians are trying to answer and in this work we tried to reconstruct the debate upon the matter by a historycal-phylosophical view. The question is particularly intersting in relation with the “Psychology of action” of aristothelic mould and it is linked with the debate between “intellectualists” and “voluntarists”, which found it outburst between the end of the 13th and the beginning of the 14th centuries. This work is based particularly on the analysis of three doctrinal opinions: on one hand the Thomas of Aquinas’ one, on the other hand Richard of Middleton and Peter John Olivi’s ones. Nevertheless, there are many reasons for this choise, but there is one of them particularly worth of notice: in the play of the three mentioned authors we can retrace three threaties or, it would be better to say three sections of vaster plays, which seem to be the only ones that could be defined as “threaties of demonology” in the period between the end of the 13th and the beginning of the 14th centuries. In these texts the question of the angelic sin is directly faced: we are referring to q. 16 of the Quaestiones disputatae de malo of Thomas of Aquinas, to qq. 23-31 of the Quaestiones disputatae of Richard of Middleton (1290-1330) and to qq. 40-48 of the Summa of Peter John Olivi (1288-1295). The attempt was to analyse in detail, starting from a careful study of the texts, the theories of these authors, opportunely comparing them with the theories of the other interlocutors of the debate upon the angelic sin and placing them in their very intellectual context. ¿Existe incertidumbre en el administrado respecto del reconocimiento de la aplicación de la subsanación voluntaria como eximente de responsabilidad administrativa en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico peruano? Esta es la interrogante que motivó el presente trabajo y para esbozar una respuesta se desarrolla la siguiente estructura: Primero, se analiza la vinculación que existe entre el derecho penal y el derecho administrativo sancionador, en específico entre las figuras excusa exculpatoria y la subsanación como eximente de responsabilidad administrativa. Precisándose, el análisis de la naturaleza de los eximentes para entender cómo operan y cómo debería ajustarse su regulación. Segundo, se explica los presupuestos que comprende la figura de subsanación como eximente de acuerdo con la disposición legal prevista en el Texto Único Ordenado de la Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General (LPAG). Tercero, analizar algunas disposiciones reglamentarias, emitidas por algunos organismos reguladores, donde se puede constatar que se crean “condiciones” o “limitaciones” no previstas en la norma general, LPAG. TESIS PARA OPTAR AL GRADO DE MAGÍSTER EN FINANZAS<br>Este trabajo tiene como objetivo encontrar a nivel microeconómico los determinantes del ahorro
voluntario de los hogares en Chile, dada la relevancia para los hogares el poseer la capacidad de
hacer frente a shocks adversos, esto en línea con la teoría del buffer stock, es decir, tener un ahorro
precautorio. A través de un modelo Tobit se encuentra, qué características demográficas del jefe de
hogar son determinantes a la hora de poseer ahorro, tales como edad que está en línea con la Teoría
del Ciclo de Vida, y educación que explica gran parte el nivel de ahorro. Otros determinantes
relevantes son el conocimiento de las AFP y la deuda bancaria. Por lo que se espera que este estudio
ayude a la aplicación de alguna política pública que incentive el ahorro de los hogares y que a su
vez se cree una cultura del ahorro en Chile, ya que existe evidencia internacional que sugiere que el
escaso conocimiento de la población en materia financiera es uno de los principales obstáculos que
limitan el ahorro de los hogares y con ello también el crecimiento económico.
