Abstract:
The master´s thesis deals with the assessment of the state of the shore territory on the Brno reservoir, in the Osada area and subsequently the proposal for shore stabilization. As part of a personal visit to the area of interest, photographic documentation, geodetic focus and subsequent assessment of the current state of the abraded shores were made. Using the geodetic focus and data of water heights on the reservoir provided by the Povodí Moravy, s.p. the most numerous in the reservoir was evaluated in 2007-2017, the coastline retreat and the proposed shore stabilization were determined. There was suggested totaly eight measures were proposed against the further retreat of the shore line, which were incorporated into schemes and visualizations.

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá modifikací stávající pozemní verze letounu EV-55 pro možnost přistání na vodní hladině. Snahou je najít takovou variantu, která nepovede k výrazným konstrukčním zásahům do draku letounu a bude vyhovovat stavebnímu předpisu CS 23, zejména požadavkům týkající se plovatelnosti a stability na vodě. Je proveden hmotový rozbor modifikované verze a s tím související omezení hmotové obálky a rozsahu centráží. Zatížení od vody je spočítáno v souladu s CS 23. Pro toto zatížení je následně navrhnuto konstrukční řešení uchycení plováků k trupu a provedena pevnostní kontrola jednotlivých prvků a spojovacích uzlů. Tyto hodnoty jsou dále porovnány s pozemními případy zatížení a stanoveny součinitele rezerv. V závěru jsou spočítány letové výkony: maximální horizontální rychlost, stoupavost, dolet a vytrvalost.

Abstract:
The master's thesis is focused on the statistical evaluation of the most frequent level in the tank for 10 years, determining the abrasion terminant, setting retreat shoreline and bank stabilization proposals in the area of interest Svitavice on the water reservoir Letovice. The thesis consists of an accompanying report and a technical report. The accompanying report contains basic technical and administrative data, hydrology ratio and others conditions in the area of interest. In addition, the accompanying report contains a description of production and activities in wide surroundings of the tank. The technical report contains statistical evaluation of the most frequent water surface in the tank for 10 years, hydro technical calculation to determine the prognosis of the bank line recession, visualization proposal of biotechnical measures. In conclusion, an estimate cost of the proposed biotechnical measures is calculated.

Abstract:
The thesis is focused on determining the energy flows and the creation of an internal microclimate swimming pool halls. It describes the problems of design, the potential risks associated with the use of pools and thermodynamic processes heat and mass transfer. For this purpose was developed simulation program, which examines the behavior of heat and humidity in the room depending on external factors. The room can be simulated for any time period and geographic location. The outputs of the simulation are heat and mass balance, which will be covered air condition units. Three variants were designed and optimized solutions comparing claims on their operations. The experimental part is focused on the evaporation of the water. Measurement examines dependence of the speed of evaporation of water at different boundary conditions. Was investigated temperature dependence of water, temperature and relative humidity and air velocity above the water surface.

The thesis was intended to fill the information gap in the ecohydrology of the Pinus rotundata dominated peatbogs in the Třeboň Basin Biosphere Reserve, Czech Republic by studying various aspects of their water régime (i.e., transpiration of the dominant tree species, soil water chemistry, retention ability). The study is based on regular monitoring of the water table, water discharge, soil water chemistry and precipitation (during 1995-2000, study sites Červené blato and Žofinka peatbogs). Additionally, the transpiration of adult Pinus rotundata trees was measured in the field during 1999-2000 at the experimental plot in the Červené blato peatbog (330 ha, 465-475 m a.s.l.). Nowadays, the Pinus rotundata-dominated peatbogs represent almost natural (peaty) forests inside of otherwise human-made forest plantations. Long-term vegetation changes after natural disturbances such as windstorms, insect infestation and fire are only occasionally reported for the central European natural forests. Therefore the evaluation of vegetation changes after disturbances, typical of boreal forests, and their impact on peatbog hydrology has also been included in this thesis (study site Žofinka peatbog, 130 ha, 470-475 m a.s.l.). LAKE SURFACE TEMPERATURE DETERMINED BY SATELLITE IMAGES Abstract The aim of this master thesis is to create a method to determine surface temperature of water in lake Osoyoos (LSWT - Lake Surface Water Temperature). It is necessary to know this temperature in order to make easier decisions in a paradigm of global warming processes. Thanks to LSWT it is possible to make a timeline visualisation of temperature development in years. The first chapter deals with a physical definition of how to get thermal information - the basis of remote thermal sensing is measuring of radiance intensity and it's transformation to brightness temperature. This radiation is not only influenced by atmospheric properties but also by local climatic and meteorological conditions, but it is also influenced by the relief. The thesis seeks to create a method for calculating surface temperature of lake Osoyoos located at Canadian-American border. This calculation is based on data provided by ASTER using a split-window method. The method works with the differences in bands of sensing in order to remove atmospheric influences. This thesis contains several charts, graphs and pictures. The final result of this paper is a map of distribution of lake surface water temperatures. Title: Long-term underwater stays matters. Objective: The aim of this thesis is to compile the issue of long-term underwater stays from their preparation to safe descent and their transfer to a real project. Methods: On the basis of research of diving literature on the given topic thoroughly make preparations together with pilot experiments. Then implement, secure and evaluate the One week project as a long-term underwater stay lasting 7 days. Use interviews with participants to get necessary information for adequate preparation and feedback. Results: With the help of professional literature, we managed to prepare, secure and realize a long-term underwater stay in the planned duration of 7 days. The domestic record was thus humbled. Title: Involvement of muscle groups during specific ways of movement beneath the water surface Objectives:. The aim of the thesis is to find that selected muscle groups or leg muscles most involved in locomotion at specific ways to move the scuba diver under the water surface and also to compare the percentage of one intermeshing cycle are active muscles being measured, and what percentage of their involvement they vary from specific movements during the water surface. Method: The research was conducted by monitoring surface EMG measurements. The research group consists of five experienced scuba divers. Results are interpreted using tables and bar graphs using the functions in Excel. Results: The results show that most wiring muscles in modified breaststroke kick are rectus femoris (proband 1, 2), m. biceps femoris (proband 2, 4) and gluteus maximus (proband 3, 5). When freestyle kick It is vastus lateralis (proband 3, 4, 5). In Table 4, can be traced, the percentage of one intermeshing cycle will involve more muscles, and whether it was in freestyle kick and modified breaststroke kick. It is here to find some interindividual tendency as in Table 5 and Table 6, which show the percentage when the muscle enters into engagement cycle and terminating its activity in meshing cycle. Abstract:
There is a number of measures, which have been currently performed on the Brno Reservoir, with the aim at the recovery of the environment health and at the reduction of incidence of cyanobacterial water blooms. The main intervention in this efforts was the desrease of water level in 2009-2010, when the level was reduced by up to 9 m. This intervention resulted in drying of the uncovered area of the littoral bottom and in completely changed oxygen conditions in the remaining lake. The objective of my work is to evaluate changes in benthic macroinvertebrate assemblage in response to these interventions and measures. On the sites of the reservoir, selected with respect to water levels and in-depth ratios, macroinvertebrates were seasonally sampled by the Ekman grab and kick-off approach in deep muddy sites and in the littoral zone, resepctively. Samples were collected at the ?Hráz?, ?Střed?, ?Litorál?, ?Rakovec?, ?Zouvalka?, ?Rokle? and ?Horní vzdutí?. In parallel with sampling selected environmental parameters (temperature, O2) in epilimnium hypolimnium were measured. The samples were washed and conserved for later determination and quantification in the laboratory. All macroinvertebrate samples were divided into three groups: Chironomidae, Oligochaeta and Others. The result are presented in a graphical form as the biomass and density on different sites according to the years preceding the reservoir draining, during the water level decline and afterwards and discussed in association with certain abiotic factors.
