Upaya mewujudkan sekolah sehat bebas vektor perlu ditingkatkan, karena semakin banyaknya penyakit menular akibat vektor seperti scabies, dermatitis, Diare, thypoid, serta DBD pada siswa. Langkah yang bisa diambil untuk membangun Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dalam mencegah dan mengendalikan perkembangbiakan vektor penyakit salah satunya dengan menerapkan School Based Vector Control (SBVC) di sekolah. Penerapan SBVC ini menekankan pada kesadaran dan kepedulian siswa dalam pengendalian dan penciptaan lingkungan sehat. Tujuan penelitian adalah terbentuknya model SBVC dan mendapatkan gambaran efektifitas model SBVC sebagai upaya peningkatan PHBS dan penciptaan lingkungan sehat pada siswa. Penelitian di lakukan di SMP Islam Sultan Agung 4, Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMP Islam Sultan Agung 4 Semarang. Sampel adalah siswa yang mempunyai permasalahan kesehatan dan kebiasaan tidak sehat sebanyak 30 siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah Kuasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan Non Randomized One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian kuesioner. Instrument penelitian, checklist observasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indikator kebersihan perorangan, kebersihan di dalam kelas, kebersihan di jamban dan tempat wudhu, dan kebersihan di halaman sekolah antara sebelum dan setelah diterapkan SBVC meningkat secara signifikan (p<0,05). Sehingga perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada siswa dalam mencegah dan mengendalikan vektor di sekolah meningkat signifikan (p=0,00).

Sampai kini, demam berdarah dengue masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang utama di Kota Depok. Hal tersebut terlihat pada jumlah kasus yang terus meningkat dan semua kelurahan sudah berkembang menjadi daerah endemis demam berdarah dengue yang dapat dicegah dengan mengendalikan vektor. Upaya pembersihan sarang nyamuk PSN 3M Plus adalah teknologi yang disarankan untuk mengendalikan kejadian demam berdarah dengue, tetapi belum mendapat dukungan pelaksanaan dari masyarakat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi tentang pengetahuan, sikap dan praktek masyarakat dalam pengendalian vektor demam berdarah dengue di Kota Depok. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengendalian vektor DBD masih rendah, dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh sangat dominan terhadap keputusan masyarakat.Kata kunci: Demam berdarah, pengendalian vektor, promosi kesehatanAbstractUntil now, dengue hemorrhaegic fever (DHF) is the major health problem in Depok City, number of cases was increasing, and nowadays all sub-district have DHF endemic areas. This study aims to explore information about knowledge, attitude and practice in dengue control among the communities. Results of this study indicated that knowledge and community participation dengue vector control were still low, and social environment factor was the dominant factor influencingcommunity decision. Vektor penyakit adalah serangga penyebar penyakit atau antropoda yang dapat memindahkan,menularkan agen infeksi dari sumber infeksi kepada host yang rentan.Pengendalian vektor adalah suatu kegiatan untuk menurunkan kepadatan populasi vektor pada tingkat yang tidak lagi membahayakan kesehatan manusia. Upaya pengendalian vektor berupa nyamuk dengan cara biologi control dengan menggunakan predator pemakan jentik nyamuk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan ikan manvis (Pterphylium Altum) dan ikan hias cupang ( Betta Splendens Crown Tail) dalam memakan jentik nyamuk. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen. Hasil Ikan hias manvis (Pterphylium Altum) pada hari I memakan jentik sebanyak 20 ekor jentik, hari ke-II yaitu 9 ekor dan hari ke-III yaitu 7 ekor sedangkan untuk ikan hias cupang ( Betta Splendens Crown Tail) pada hari I, II,dan III masing-masing memakan sebanyak 20 ekor. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ikan manvis (Pterphylium Altum) dan ikan hias cupang( Betta Splendens Crown Tail) mampu mengendalikan larva Aedes Aegypti.Kata Kunci : Vektor, Jentik, Ikan Manvis (Pterphylium Altum) dan ikan cupang ( Betta Splendens Crown Tail)

Vector control is an approach using the basic principles of management and consideration of disease transmission and control. The purpose of vector control is to reduce vector breeding habitats, reduce vector density, inhibit disease transmission, reduce human contact with vectors so that vector-borne disease transmission can be controlled more rationally, effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Aedes aegypti mosquito control vector in a hospital in Surabaya. The Control carried out by the Hospital is to eradicate Aedes aegypti mosquitoes by installing Ovitrap, Thermal Fogging, Cold Fogging and Spraying. The type of analysis used is descriptive observational. Data collection was carried out in February of 2017 at K3 unit and Environmental Health of Surabaya Hospital. The data used are hospital pest and rodent control report, secondary data aboutnumber of mosquito, number of larvae and number of Aedes aegypti mosquito eggs obtained from unit of K3 and Environmental Health. The conclusions for the hospital are: (1) always report the Aedes aegypti mosquito vector routine every months; (2) eradicating mosquitoes in difficult places such as patient and dense populated areas; (3) based on Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 374 / MENKES / PER / III / 2010 concerning Vector Control four of the six tools used in the Hospital have been used

Mosquito are insects that cause the most health problems in society and animal, namely as nuisance insects and vector of various diseases such as malaria, dengue hemorrhagic fever, chikungunya, Japanese Encephalitis, dirofilariasis, filariasis, St. Louis Encephalitis and West Nile Virus. Control of mosquito as a vector with utilization of cattle (zooprophylaxis) needs to be done so the role of cattle is more optimize. This study aimed to know the effect of the placement of cattle around population to reduce contact between mosquitoes and human. Catching mosquitoes was done at home with two treatments, the house with cattle and house without cattle. Catching mosquitoes in human by bare leg collection method at indoor and outdoor and cattle were placed in a magoon trap. The result showed density of Cx. sitiens are known as vector of Japanese Encephalitis in human at house with cattle 12.05 mosquitoes/man/hour, in human at house without cattle 16.31 mosquitoes/man/hour, and in cattle 54.38 mosquitoes/cattle/hour. Density of Anopheles are known as vector of malaria were caught showed placement of cattle reduce contact between mosquitoes and human. Density of An. sundaicus in human at house with cattle 0.03 mosquitoes/man/hour, in human at house without cattle 0.01 mosquitoes/man/hour, and in cattle 9.63 mosquitoes/cattle/hour. Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) merupakan salah satu wilayah endemis DBD di Provinsi SumateraSelatan. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan DBD adalah dengan melakukanpengendalian vektor nyamuk pada tingkat jentik. Penggunaan insektisida dalam pengendalian vektor DBD,selain dapat menimbulkan resistensi, juga dapat berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan lingkungan. Saat inipengendalian vektor DBD di Kabupaten OKU dilakukan secara hayati (biological control), yaitu denganmenggunakan ikan pemakan jentik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasimasyarakat dalam pengendalian vektor DBD menggunakan ikan pemakan jentik. Lokasi penelitian beradadi Kelurahan Baturaja Lama dan Kelurahan Sekar Jaya. Populasi adalah seluruh rumah tangga di keduakelurahan tersebut. Jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan mengacu pada ketentuan WHO mengenai standarminimal sampel survei entomologi DBD yaitu 100 rumah. Jumlah sampel rumah tangga yang berhasildidapatkan sebanyak 217 yang dipilih dengan cara acak. Hasil perhitungan indeks jentik menunjukkanangka HI di Kelurahan Baturaja Lama sebesar 42,1% dan di Kelurahan Sekar Jaya sebesar 48,2%. AngkaCI di Kelurahan Baturaja Lama sebesar 19,2% dan Sekar Jaya sebesar 16,2%. Angka BI di KelurahanBaturaja Lama sebesar 51,4% dan Sekar Jaya sebesar 75,5%. Analisis statistik terhadap perilakumemelihara ikan menunjukkan hubungan bermakna terhadap keberadaan jentik, namun persentase jumlahrumah tangga yang memelihara ikan pada kedua kelurahan masih tergolong rendah yakni kurang dari 10%.Perlu dilakukan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai manfaat dan pengembangan potensi jenisikan pemakan jentik dalam upaya pengendalian DBD.

Abstract Dengue fever is a vector-borne disease with Aedes aegypti as the main vector. Vector controls currently depended on insecticide. Considering the negative effect of insecticide, Sterile Insect Technique (SIT) was developed. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of gamma-ray irradiation on the productivity of male Ae. aegypti. Male pupae age less than 15 hours were irradiated with 60 Gy and 70 Gy gamma-ray. When the pupae became adult, the sterile males mated with the same age females Aedes aegypti. Observation on fecundity, hatchability, and age was carried out until the second generation. Gamma-ray irradiation with the dose of 60 Gy and 70 Gy showed different effects on fecundity, egg hatchability, the emergence of the adult, and age of Aedes aegypti compared to control. Abstrak Demam berdarah merupakan penyakit tular vektor yang sampai saat ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan secara global. Vektor utama yang berperan pada penyebaran penyakit DBD yaitu nyamuk Aedes aegytpi. Pengendalian vektor saat ini sangat bergantung pada penggunaan insektisida. Dampak negatif penggunaan insektisida menyebabkan pengembangan pengendalian vektor yang lain diantaranya yaitu Teknik Serangga Mandul (TSM). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis produktivitas Ae. aegypti jantan iradiasi hingga generasi kedua. Pupa jantan umur <15 jam diradiasi sinargamma dosis 60 Gy dan 70 Gy. Setelah menjadi nyamuk jantan dewasa segeradikawinkan dengan nyamuk betina tidak iradiasi dengan umur yang sama. Pengamatan dilakukan terutama terhadap fekunditas, daya tetas, kemunculan nyamuk, dan umurnyamuk hingga generasi kedua. Iradiasi sinar gamma dosis 60 Gy dan 70 Gymenghasilkan dampak yang berbeda terhadap fekunditas, daya tetas telur, kemunculan nyamuk dan umur nyamuk bila dibandingkan dengan kontrol.

Abstract:
The results of testing thin-walled welded joints (high-temperature assemblies of epitaxial installations) obtained by electron-beam welding using the eddy current method are presented. The tightness of those parts and assemblies is controlled by vacuum and compression leak detection methods, based on increasing the test gas concentration on the one side of the test surface and sampling it for mass spectrometric analysis on the other side. Helium mass spectrometric leak detectors are now widely used in aerospace, electronics and chemical industries, as well as in the instrument making industry and scientific research. The eddy current method provides a high scanning speed and allows timely detection of the defects and prevention of the risk of accidental wear of thin-walled elements and parts of aerospace and petrochemical equipment. The goal of this work is to optimize the control of welded joints of thin (0.2 and 0.5 mm) tantalum screen using a VEKTOR-60D detector and eddy current method. The device provides the use of overhead or flow eddy current differential, tangential and absolute transducers operating at a frequency from 10 Hz to 20 MHz, as well as various dynamic transducers. The device is designed to control metal products, carbon plastics and composites for the presence of defects such as surface and subsurface cracks, discontinuities and homogeneity of materials. VEKTOR-60D allows one to get a simultaneous signal display on the flaw detector screen both in the amplitude-time and complex planes. The used sensors (PVDT-1000-2, PVD-200-2,3, and VP160A45) provided detection of the defects across the entire width of the weld and heat-affected zone in one pass along the welded joint. The defect of the welded joint of the tantalum screen was revealed as incomplete penetration (nonpenetration in the weld root) in accordance with the classification of GOST R ISO 6520-1–2012. The results proved that a VEKTOR-60D eddy current detector can be successfully used in monitoring defects in thin-walled welded joints.

AbstractThe most widely used of control chart in multivariate control processing is control chart T2 Hotelling. There are 2 kinds of control chart T2 Hotelling, namely T2 Hotelling for group observation and T2 Hotelling for individual observation. In this paper, discuss the control chart T2 Hotelling for individual observation. This control chart is used for monitoring of mean vector and sample of covariance matrix. Mean vector and sample of covariance matrix are very sensitive with respect to extreme point (outliers). Therefore, it is needed an estimator of mean vector and has a stocky population covariance matrix to the outliers data. One method that can be used to detect data that contains outliers is Minimum Covariance Determinant (MCD). From the calculation results, obtained that control chart T2 Hotelling by using Fast-MCD algorithm is more sensitive to detect outliers data than T2 Hotelling classically.Keyword: T2 Hotelling, Minimum Covariance Determinant (MCD), robust, outlier AbstrakBagan kendali yang paling banyak digunakan dalam pengendalian proses secara multivariat adalah bagan kendali T2 Hotelling. Ada 2 jenis dari bagan kendali Hotelling yaitu bagan kendali Hotelling untuk pengamatan kelompok dan individual. Pada tulisan ini membahas bagan kendali Hotelling untuk pengamatan individual. Bagan kendali ini digunakan untuk memonitor vektor rata-rata dan matriks kovariansi sampel. Vektor rata-rata dan matriks kovariansi sampel sangat sensitif terhadap titik ekstrim (outliers). Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan estimator vektor rata-rata dan matriks kovariansi populasi yang kekar terhadap data outliers. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi data yang mengandung outliers adalah Minimum Covariance Determinant (MCD). Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa bagan kendali T2 Hotelling dengan algoritma Fast-MCD lebih sensitif mendeteksi data outliers daripada T2 Hotelling klasik.Kata Kunci: T2 Hotelling, Minimum Covariance Determinant (MCD), robust, outlier.

Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi kasus DBD adalah dengan pengendalian vektor DBD dengan larvisida. Temephos merupakan salah satu insektisida yang telah digunakan lebih dari 30 tahun dan berfungsi mengendalikan larva vektor. Penggunaan temephos yang tidak sesuai aturan dapat menyebabkan penurunan kerentanan pada vektor DBD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai status kerentanan larva Aedes aegypti di tiga kecamatan di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan post test only with control group design. Telur diambil dan dipelihara di laboratorium hingga mencapai larva instar III/IV. Uji kerentanan untuk temephos dilakukan berdasarkan standar WHO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada Kecamatan Kuranji, kematian larva pada konsentrasi 0,005 mg/L sebesar 10%, 0,01 mg/L sebesar 45%, 0,02 mg/L sebesar 86%, dan pada konsentrasi 0,03 mg/L sebesar 100%. Pada Kecamatan Koto Tangah, kematian larva pada konsentrasi 0,005 mg/L sebesar 24%, 0,01 mg/L sebesar 48%, 0,02 mg/L sebesar 99%, dan pada konsentrasi 0,03 mg/L sebesar 100%. Pada Kecamatan Padang Timur pada konsentrasi 0,005 mg/L didapatkan kematian larva sebesar 12%, pada 0,01 mg/L sebesar 43%, pada 0,02 mg/L sebesar 99%, dan pada 0,03 mg/L sebesar 100%. Hasil uji One way-Anova adalah bermakna dengan nilai p<0,05 pada ketiga kecamatan dan LC99 sedikit diatas 0,02 mg/L. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah status kerentanan Aedes aegypti terhadap temephos di tiga kecamatan berkisar antara rentan dan toleran, belum mencapai resisten sehingga temephos masih dapat digunakan dalam pengendalian vektor DBD.

Abstract:
This work deals with three-phase active rectifier control. In first, theoretical part it describes several control strategies with focus on voltage oriented control. For this type of control a design is worked out, and created model and its simulation is described. Second, practical part deals with realisation on microcontroller TMS320F28335, which is main processing unit of device lent by company Elcom. Therefore in this part abilities and settings of the controller along with developped control algorithm are described. Reached results of measurement are then presented and in the conclusion they are evaluated.

Abstract:
This work is about position prediction in network, it is focused to find Landmark closest to the Host in the network (with lowest distance vector). The algorithm is based on GNP system. In terms of GNP system simulation was selected method for mathematical part of position prediction. The method was Simplex Downhill. The designed algorithm was implemented in Java. In the first step chose Host continent by meassuring the distance vector. In next step is selected nearest part in the continent. In conclusion estimate Host its position and then closest Landmark. Results from this work is important for designing TTP protocol. The verdict is that the GNP can be used for TTP, but Landmarks must be located in uniform density.

Abstract:
Dizertační práce se zabývá elektronicky nastavitelnými oscilátory, studiem nelineárních vlastností spojených s použitými aktivními prvky a posouzením možnosti vzniku chaotického signálu v harmonických oscilátorech. Jednotlivé příklady vzniku podivných atraktorů jsou detailně diskutovány. V doktorské práci je dále prezentováno modelování reálných fyzikálních a biologických systémů vykazujících chaotické chování pomocí analogových elektronických obvodů a moderních aktivních prvků (OTA, MO-OTA, CCII ±, DVCC ±, atd.), včetně experimentálního ověření navržených struktur. Další část práce se zabývá možnostmi v oblasti analogově – digitální syntézy nelineárních dynamických systémů, studiem změny matematických modelů a odpovídajícím řešením. Na závěr je uvedena analýza vlivu a dopadu parazitních vlastností aktivních prvků z hlediska kvalitativních změn v globálním dynamickém chování jednotlivých systémů s možností zániku chaosu v důsledku parazitních vlastností použitých aktivních prvků.

Abstract:
In this work, the laser control of molecules was investigated theoretically. In doing so, emphasis was layed on entering vectorial properties and in particular the orientation in the laboratory frame. Therefore, the rotational degree of freedom had to be included in the quantum mechanical description. The coupled vibrational and rotational dynamics was examined, which is usually not done in coherent control theory. Local control theory was applied, where the field is determined from the dynamics of a system, which reacts with an instantaneous response to the perturbation and, in turn, determines the field again. Thus, the field is entangled with the quantum mechanical motion and the presented examples document, that this leads to an intuitive interpretation of the fields in terms of the underlying molecular dynamics. The limiting case of a classical treatment was shown to give similar results and hence, eases to understand the complicated structure of the control fields. In a different approach, the phase- and amplitude shaping of laser fields was systematically studied in the context of controlling population transfer in molecules
Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war die theoretische Analyse der Laserkontrolle von Molekülen. Ein Schwerpunkt lag dabei auf vektoriellen Eigenschaften und im Besonderen auf der Orientierung eines Moleküls im Laboratorium. Hierfür wurde der Rotationsfreiheitsgrad in die quantenmechanische Beschreibung einbezogen. Die Kopplung zwischen Vibrations- und Rotationsdynamik wurde explizit berücksichtigt, während dieser Vorgang normalerweise bei theoretischen Untersuchungen zur kohärenten Kontrolle vernachlässigt wird. Als Kontrollschema wurde die lokale Kontrolltheorie (LCT) verwendet, in der das Feld aus der Dynamik eines Systems bestimmt wird, welche sofort auf diese äußere Störung antwortet und damit wiederum das Feld bestimmt. Somit ist das Feld mit der quantenmechanischen Bewegung verknüpft. Die vorgestellten Beispiele dokumentieren, dass dies zu einer intuitiven Interpretation der Felder bzgl. der zu Grunde liegenden molekularen Dynamik führt. In der vereinfachten, klassischen Darstellung der Probleme findet man vergleichbare Resultate. Die klassische Sichtweise ermöglicht ein anschauliches Verständnis der komplizierten Strukturen der Kontrollfelder. Zusätzlich wurde mit einem anderen Ansatz die Phasen- und Amplitudenformung von Laserfeldern systematisch untersucht, wobei der Populationstransfer in Molekülen kontrolliert werden sollte
