Abstract:
Children (and less commonly adults) with a low level of conciousness following acute head injury who have a normal CT sean are often assumed to have diffuse axonal injury of the brain. MRI may be appropriate in the subacute setting as it may demonstrate findings highly suggestive of such injury, as well as other findings not identified on CT. These findings may aid clinicians in determining prognosis. We demonstrate typical findings on various MR sequences using an index case.

Abstract:
Background: Our study investigated the effects of IOC2 index monitoring on remifentanil dosage during desflurane anesthesia. The objective of this study was to compare the intra-operative events and recovery characteristics between remifentanil adjusted by IOC2 monitoring guidelines versus remifentanil adjusted by clinical experience according to fluctuation in blood pressure and heart rate during desflurane anesthesia. Methods: Total of 50 consecutive patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) status I and II, aged 18-65 years, BMI 18-30 kg/m2 undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under desflurane anesthesia were enrolled. The patients were randomized and allocated into 2 groups, group T (Trial group=25) and group C (control group=25) using sealed envelope method. The infusion rate of remifentanil was adjusted according to IOC2 monitoring guideline between 30 to 50 in Group T whereas the infusion rate of remifentanil is adjusted by clinical experience according to fluctuation in blood pressure in group C. Remifentanil dose, adjustment frequency, infusion duration, intraoperative events, and quality of anesthetic recovery were compared between the two groups. Results: Mean dose as well as the adjustment frequency of remifentanil was significantly higher in group T in compared with group C (0.1376±0.0268 vs 0.0956±0.0223 mcg/kg/min and 5.19±1.97vs1.7±0.57 times/surgery, P<0.05). IOC2 value at the time of skin incision, at the time of gall bladder resection and at the time of skin suture was significantly different between two groups (all P value <0.05). Although apparent differences in frequencies of hypotension, bradycardia, hypertension, the total number of patents with intraoperative events were not statistically different between two groups (all P > 0.05). Both groups had similar voluntary eye opening time, extubation time, emergence agitation ,residual sedation 1 and 10 minutes after extubation, post-operative vomiting and NRS score (in PACU and 24 hours after extubation (all P > 0.05). Conclusion: IOC2 data was significantly high when opioid adjusted by clinical experience. The dose of opioid used according to IOC2 (30-50) monitoring guideline utilized higher dose in compared with dose used by clinical experience however, the intraoperative hemodynamic and recovery characteristics was unchanged. Hence, application of IOC2 monitoring might be beneficial to adjust the analgesic depth.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this research is to analyse the relationship between entrepreneurial skills and innovation commitment and entrepreneurial skills and environmental commitment as drivers of awareness on sustainable development of higher education students. Design/methodology/approach A sample of 1,318 business and management students out of the 3,535 students of Tecnocampus Pompeu Fabra University in Spain during the 2017-2018 academic year was selected to conduct a survey regarding their entrepreneurial skills and sustainability commitment, resulting in a total number of responses of 515. A structural equation model is proposed to contrast the hypothesis. Findings The statistical analysis showed the existence of a positive relation between the entrepreneurial skill of self-consciousness, innovation and environmental commitment to foster sustainability and sustainable development. It is one of the few studies related to the self-conciousness competence of the entrepreneurial skills which found, as a novelty, that the entrepreneurial skill of self-consciousness is the skill with the greater impact on innovation and environmental commitment. Research limitations/implications The limitations of the study are that it is based on a sample of students taking entrepreneurship courses at a specific Spanish University that is not representative of all entrepreneurs in all universities. Practical implications The research proposes including entrepreneurial skills programmes in higher education and research programmes as a way to assure commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability. Originality/value Promoting entrepreneurial skills among higher education students could act as drivers for sustainable development.

Abstract:
Bogdan dan Taylor, sebagaimana dikatakan oleh Armada, mencetuskan gagasan one of them. Konsep one of them ini juga terkait dengan terminologi sorge dari Heidegger yang dijelaskan secara mendalam oleh Schutz sebagai kesadaran di sini-sekarang-kemudian (here-now-then). One of them dan sorge mendapat kepenuhannya dalam pengalaman. In this article I will compare the value of empathy from the phenomenology’s and Immanuel Kant’s point of views. Phenomenology emphasizes empirical aspect as empathy basis. Whilst Kant counts heavily on rational aspect. Armada, citing Bogdan an Taylor, triggers a concept ‘one of them’. The concept relates to sorge described by Heidegger and elaborated by Schutz as a conciousness and cognition of here-now-then. The concepts of one of them and sorge have their completeness in empirical experience. In other hand, Kant rejects empirical experience as ethical base. Experiences are often observed in their particularity, hence ethics will be biased and relative. The disagreement between Kant and phenomenology arises a very question, is empirical and rational empathy posible? The interwoven connection of them is in deep import of relation.

Abstract:
In this article the collection of letters written by voluntary students during the First World War is analyzed from a philosophical point of view. The collection was assembled by Philipp Witkop during the years of the First World War and after it. The author of the article analyzes two philosophical tendencies of materialism and idealism, which appear in the letters. These two philosophical tendencies are considered as phenomena of well-ordered life in peaceful times. The main material of this research is the original text of the collection of letters, as compiled by Philipp Witkop. Then, the texts of Clausewitz, Scheler, Heidegger and Ernst Jünger were added to further enrich the scope of the study. To assess the genuinity and political meaning of the compilation of letters, the author consulted with the contemporary researchers and their results. The main method of this study is the method of reading the text, conducting conceptual analysis and then attempting to develop a philosophical scheme in order to create a senseful context of what was read. Finally, the attempt is made to reunify the contradictions which were discovered as a result of the textual analysis. This attempt of reunification of the discovered contradictions is called the dialectical synthesis. Thus, the dialectical method is one of the important methods employed during the course of this study. The phenomenon of war could be successfully defined as a phenomenon of the destruction of the harmony of usual, peaceful order of life in a state. The author comes to the conclusion that the content of the letters can be mainly divided in two subgroups. The first subgroup is the subgroup of Idealism. Roughly speaking, these are the students who are enthusiastic about the participation in the war. They have an intellectual tendency towards collectivism. The second subgroup is the subgroup of materialism. This is the subgroup of those students who do not approve of the war. The mindset of these students can be called individualistic. Finally, some letters which attempt to create a dialectical synthesis of these two tendencies could be identified. This dialectical synthesis overcomes the fear of death. But it does not abandon the value of the individual conciousness and the individual personality. The discovery of the dialectical syntheses gives the prove that there can be a more complex attitude towards the historical phenomenon of war as a destructor of well-ordered harmony. It is possible not only to be afraid of death and miss the peaceful times, but also to radically welcome the new times of war. The author highlights the complexity of the human being. But at the same time, the author offers an argument for the possibility to create a senseful philosophical scheme to make sense of the complex properties of the human experience.

However, in order to achieve the goal and promote the public value it often become dilemma because of searching market support and lifting organizational capacity on the current limited resources and condition. As a result, it can define that the function of the forth right to medium is consistently challenged. In the sum, local newspaper and medium can make the public value become valuable. It also can say that mass medium is like a light that can let each one see the value of public society clearly and easily. However, the life cycle of the news events are very short.
