Abstract:
The article presents the meaningful review of the half-century history of the scientific activity development at the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation, from the date of the University establishment in 1971 up to the present. It is noted that originally the university was faced with the challenge of designing an organizational structure comprising research units, which was successfully solved, and consequently, two years later the first research findings emerged. The competent strategy of the University Authority and the Academic Senate focused on the main fields of scientific research for decades. Obtaining employment by the acclaimed Russian scientists at the University as well as involvement of gifted and promising post-graduate researchers with science facilitated the formation of the University scientific schools. The article features the most significant stages of the scientific school formation of I.S. Golubev, I.M. Sindeev, A.A. Kuznetsov, V.I. Vasiliev, V.G. Vorobyov, S.V. Kuznetsov, N.N. Smirnov, Yu.M. Abstract:
The article is devoted to the debatable issues of interpretation of the concept of the threat of committing a terrorist act and its signs. There is still no unity of opinion regarding the concept of threat in criminal law, its legal and factual features. This especially applies to such an important sign of a threat as its reality. Recently, in the science of criminal law, there have been opposing positions regarding whether the reality of a threat is an objective or a subjective characteristic of it.The author formulates a personal legal position regarding the definition of the concept of “threat to commit a terrorist act” and the purpose of the threat to commit a terrorist act.The article presents the classification of the forms of the objective side of a terrorist act according to such criteria as the consequence, the method of committing criminal acts, as well as the means of committing the crime (in its presence or absence):the use of weapons, which created a danger to human life and health, causing significant property damage or the occurrence of other serious consequences;the objective side of a terrorist act is the commission of an explosion, which created a danger to human life and health, causing significant property damage or the occurrence of other serious consequences;committing arson, which created a danger to human life and health, causing significant property damage or the occurrence of other serious consequences;committing other actions that created a danger to human life or health or causing significant property damage or the occurrence of other serious consequences (for example, arranging floods, disasters, accidents, collapses, damage to life support facilities, etc.).The article considers different types of goals: according to the criterion of complicated energy action with physical movements (using a weapon, committing an explosion, arson or other actions that created a danger to human life and health, causing significant property damage, the occurrence of other serious consequences) and informational or information-energy action with physical movements (demonstration of weapons, explosives, explosive devices, an object that will be set on fire, etc.) in the form of a threat. In the science of criminal law, the question of a terrorist act and various other aspects of terrorism have aroused the interest of researchers since the beginning of the 20th century. V.F. Antipenko, V.S. Batyrgareeva, Yu.V. Baulin, and V.I. Borisov, L.M. Demydova, T.A. Denisova, S.F. Denisov, O.O. Dudorov, V.P. Yemelyanov, V.S. Zelenetsky, T.B. Isaev, O.A. Kapitonova, O.O. Yatsenko, and others devoted their publications to this issue. However, despite the significant attention of scientists to the theoretical and legislative problems of terrorism, there is still a lack of a generally accepted idea about the essence of a terrorist act as a modern phenomenon, about the mandatory (defining) signs of this crime, provided for in Art. 258 of the current Criminal Code of Ukraine, and its content.

Abstract:
A language system is characterized by a certain set of properties that determine its functioning. Its variability is one of these properties. The language system is initially arranged in such a way that each of its units functions as one of its variants, the specificity of which is determined by the level to which this unit belongs. In domestic and foreign linguistics, the problem of variability of linguistic units has been studied for more than a decade. There are many works aimed at investigating certain aspects of variability. Monographs by O.S. Akhmanova, V.V. Vinogradov, V.G. Gak, R.P. Ogozhnikova, A.I. Smirnitskiy, V.M. Solntsev, N.M. Firsova, D.A. Shakhbagova, V.I. Chernysheva, V.N. Yartseva, etc. should be referred to the classical works of Russian linguistics in this area. In this article we will consider the variability factors in the language. Vеrb іs а mаjor pаrt of еvеry lаnguаgе. Abstract:
Introduction: Autonomic control of the heart is exerted by the neurocardiac axis, which comprises reflexes at three levels of cardiac activity: central (higher structures of the forebrain, brainstem, and spinal cord), intrathoracic extracardiac (stellate and dorsal root ganglia), and intracardiac. Neuromodulation of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) (ganglion plexus ablation, epicardial drug infusion for temporary neurotoxicity, low-level vagus nerve stimulation, stellate ganglion blockade, baroreceptor stimulation, spinal cord stimulation, renal and pulmonary artery nerve fiber denervation) is a new therapeutic approach for managing heart rhythm disorders and cardiovascular pathologies. Atrial fibrillation (AF) occurs in up to 30% of patients after open cardiac surgery and is associated with increased morbidity and mortality in the long-term follow-up. Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the different neuromodulation approaches for preventing postoperative atrial fibrillation (POAF) in clinical and experimental settings. Conclusion: ANS neuromodulation techniques have demonstrated high efficacy and safety for preventing POAF. Abstract:
The article examines the influence of V.S. Solovyov on the writers and poets of the Silver age. On the material of the works of Solovyov, related to the «сhinese theme»: the articles «Russia and Europe», «China and Europe», «Japan», «The enemy from the East»; the review of the first volume of works by E.E. Ukhtomsky; the poems «Panmongolizm» and «Dragon»;the tractate «The three conversations about war, progress and the end of world history»; the letter «About the recent events», – is evaluated his influence on D.S. Merezhkovsky's articles: «Yellow-faced positivists», «The coming ham», V.I. Ivanov's articles «Russia, England and Asia», «Inspiration of horror», V.M. Doroshevich's story «Goddess», V.V. Veresaev's story «Under the cedars»; «Chinese poems» and the articles of V.J. Bryusov. The political context of the works, the tradition of depicting China in Russian literature, literary and sinological works on this topic are taken into account. The comparative analysis of texts, the coincidence of a number of theoretical positions, and separate definitions and epithets are revealed. The numbers of Solovyov's positions are revealed, which are reflected in the works of Merezhkovsky and Ivanov: materialism and positivism of the Chinese, the «emptiness» of their philosophy, the denial of life and progress, the «yellow danger», the need for the Christianization of China (the last position in Merezhkovsky is not). Doroshevich's story, written at the height of the ikhetuan rebellion («boxer rebellion»), was influenced by the philosopher's eschatological prophecies. The negative image of China in the poetry of V.J. Bryusov is the textual confirmation of the influence of Solovyov, noted by modern literary criticism.

Abstract:
The article demonstrates the evolution of relations between V.V. Rozanov and D.V. Filosofov, on the basis of changes in their participation in the political life of Russia. The author shows the initiating role of D.V. Filosofov, as an editor, in the appearance of a number of V.V. Rozanov’s articles on aesthetic topics. Based on D.V. Filosofov’s letters, the article proves his admiration for the literary talent of V.V. Rozanov. At the same time, the critic was distinguished by his rejection of the political views advocated by the newspaper Novoye Vremya, with which V.V. Rozanov collaborated. The author notes that after the revolution of 1905, D.V. Filosofov repeatedly tried to convince V.V. Rozanov to join the active political opposition. The example of V.V. Rozanov’s assessment of D.V. Filosofov’s political role indicates a change in his own views on political events in Russia. A.P. Filosofova, D.V. Filosofov’s mother, following the interests of her son, switched to friendly relations with V.V. Rozanov and his wife V.D. Butyagina. Being a leader of the women’s social movement, A.P. Filosofova supported the Religious and Philosophical Meetings initiated by V.V. Rozanov and her son. She managed to draw V.V. Rozanov to the side of the women’s rights movement. The thinker had previously been skeptical about that trend. The image of the mother of the former admirer of his work, given in V.V. Rozanov’s articles, became one of the reasons for the rupture of relations between the writers. As a result, the memory of her as an embodied idea of innate vitalism served as the main motive for the thinker to reconcile with D.V. Filosofov at the end of his life.

Abstract:
Introduction: Despite the advancement interventional methods for treating atrial fibrillation, the effectiveness of catheter ablation remains poor, especially in patients with persistent and long-persistent atrial fibrillation. Thus, experts continue to explore new treatments for this arrhythmia. The issue of experimental studies investigating the association between spinal cord stimulation and atrial fibrillation is mainly attributed to the lack of optimal algorithms for spinal cord stimulation in animal experiments. Therefore, it is important to develop adequate algorithms for spinal cord stimulation in the chronic model of atrial fibrillation. Objective: To evaluate the impact of spinal cord stimulation on the model of atrial fibrillation in mini-pigs.Methods: In a series of experiments, 6 (100%) successful implantations of electrodes and pacemakers, and spinal cord stimulation electrodes were performed. The electrodes were used to stimulate the atria, creating a model of atrial fibrillation, while the spinal cord stimulation was carried out using an electrode implanted into the spinal canal. During the experiment, an electrophysiological study was performed using an implanted pacemaker. The inducibility of atrial fibrillation was assessed before and after the experiment using various spinal cord stimulation algorithms. Results: There were no complications associated with surgery or stimulation of the atria and spinal cord. Spinal stimulation had a modeling effect on the autonomic nervous system, significantly changing the average heart rate, Wenckebach point, and effective refractory period. When comparing spinal stimulation algorithms, algorithm 1 was found to significantly reduce the atrial fibrillation inducibility. Conclusion: Spinal cord stimulation had a modeling effect on the autonomic nervous system, significantly changing the average heart rate, Wenckebach point, and effective refractory period. Inducibility of atrial fibrillation decreases with changes in the spinal pacing algorithm. Received 15 September 2023. Revised 30 October 2023. Accepted 31 October 2023. Abstract:
The main issues discussed at the VIII Russian Philosophical Congress held in Moscow are considered, an assessment of its results is given. The appeal to the memory of outstanding Russian philosophers A.A. Zinoviev, V.V. Mironov, V.S. Stepin, I.T. Frolov, B.G. Yudin and other colleagues-philosophers gave the work of the congress the character of a philosophical reconstruction carried out in the space of personal knowledge. The question of the polycentricity of the modern world allowed us to proceed to the consideration of the civilizational ideas of Russian philosophers. The issues of civilizational differences and relations between Russia and the West found a significant addition at the plenary session “A.A. Zinoviev’s Philosophy and Modernity”, at which A.A. Guseynov, V.A. Lectorsky, A.P. Kozyrev and others spoke. The recognition of civilizational diversity, as A.V. Smirnov specially noted, involves thinking about the polycentricity of philosophy itself, about its role in ensuring the “coherence” of culture as an integrity. The symposium dedicated to the memory of V.V. Mironov, “Metaphysics does not die”, allowed us to draw a number of generalizing conclusions about the metaphysical foundations of philosophy and the need to understand it as a form of cultural self-consciousness and civic identity.

Abstract:
The article presents the categories of the declared topic (counterpoint, dialogism). It considers a viewpoint on the method of philosophical monologue in V.V. Rozanov’s works. In contrast to previous studies, the article shifted the focus of consideration of the creative method of V.V. Rozanov towards publication of his correspondents’ letters. The author joins the scientists who consider polyphonism to be the main method of poetics of V.V. Rozanov’s works. The article deals with the principal ideas of the dialogic method used by the thinker to work with the texts of the letters. The article notes the novelty in Russian literature of the epistolary-dialogical genre used by the writer during the publication of letters of such prominent figures of Russian culture as V.S. Solovyov, S.A. Rachinsky, N.N. Strakhov, which are now stored in the Manuscripts Department of the Russian State Library. V.V. Rozanov’s use of notes and comments to letters of his correspondents can be considered priority, marking the beginning of his unique polemic style, which eventually grew into the unsurpassed author’s genre of “fallen leaves”. It is noted that it was V.V. Rozanov who managed to turn the genre of notes from an auxiliary component of book’s content into the main one. In addition to well-known epistolary publications in the series “Literary Exiles”, the article draws attention to the fact that V.V. Rozanov uses letters of the clergy in the course of the religious and philosophical discussions of the early 20th century on modernization of the Church. The article confirmed the point of view that V.V. Rozanov used the dialogical method while creating the texts of his publications, by the example of his work with letters in the unique genre of “Literary Exiles” and in early polemical works. There is shown that the process of literary creation in V.V. Rozanov’s works invariably reflects the discursive nature of his way of thinking and exhibits before the reader the creator of new forms of self-expression in literary creativity.

Abstract:

Background. There is a continued search for effective and safe drugs with systemic hemostatic effects. Experimental data from previous studies show that low-dose fibrin monomer (FM) can reduce posttraumatic bleeding without causing activation of clotting in the circulating blood.

Aim. To study the systemic hemostatic and hemostasiological effects of prophylactic intravenous administration of FM on the background of fibrinolysis activation by streptokinase.

Methods. In a placebo-controlled study using male rabbits, fibrinolysis was activated by intravenous administration of streptokinase at a dose of 150,000 IU/kg. One hour before liver injury, FM was administered intravenously at a dose of 0.25 mg/kg. Tranexamic acid (TXA) was administered intravenously at a dose of 15 mg/kg 30 min before injury as a reference drug. After metered-dose injuring, blood loss was estimated as % of the circulating blood volume and by the rate of blood loss (mg/s). The study of blood platelet count, activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen concentration and the results of rotational blood thromboelastometry were taken into consideration.

Results. Administration of FM and TXA before fibrinolysis activation by streptokinase reduced the blood loss volume by 11.0 and 15.4 times, respectively. FM and TXA both reduced the blood loss rate by 3.8 times compared to the placebo group that received the same fibrinolytic. The administration of streptokinase in all cases was accompanied by 23–30% a decrease in the fibrinogen concentration without affecting APTT and TT. The hemostatic effects of FM and TXA were observed in vivo while preserving the density properties of the blood clot (according to the parameters of α angle, MCF and A10 in thromboelastometry) despite the administration of streptokinase, whereas a significant decrease in these parameters was observed in the placebo group.

Conclusion. The systemic hemostatic effects of FM at a dose of 0.25 mg/kg with fibrinolysis activation by streptokinase were close to the effects of TXA. Thus, FM administration can be considered a promising hemostatic therapy for the reduction of thrombolysis-associated bleeding.

Received 18 December 2019. Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the model of atrial fibrillation (AF) in mini-pigs with endocardial approach implantation of CRT-P using bi-electrodes pacing through RV/LV connectors. Methods: All surgical interventions were minimally invasive and conducted under general anaesthesia. CRT-P was implanted endocardially, using X-ray. First electrode was fixed in the right atrial appendage. The second one — in the interatrial septum or the right atrial free wall. Both of them were connected with CRT-P through RV/LV. Bi-electrode atrial stimulation was realized during a week with a basic heart rate of 150 bpm and a delay between electrodes of 80 ms (mean 450 bpm), which corresponds to the heart rate (HR) of AF. Electrophysiological study was performed during the experiment to analyze the cardiac conduction system. AF inducibility was evaluated before and after stimulation. Results: A series of experiments demonstrated that there were no complications following the device and electrodes implantation. There was a non-sustained paroxysm of AF before permanent pacing in one of three pigs. After pacing we noted a tendency to increase the baseline HR (average frequency from 94 ± 4 to 98 ± 6 bpm). Non-sustained paroxysm of AF was induced in all cases. The sustained AF with 92 min burden was induced in one pig. Conclusion: Endocardial bi-electrode atrial pacing in mini-pigs has proven to be safe. This AF model improves AF inducibility and can be considered as an alternative to epicardial stimulation for experiments employing AF models. Received 4 December 2022. Revised 17 January 2023. Abstract:
On November 19, 2021, the National Hydrometeorological Service in Ukraine celebrates its 100th anniversary. On this day in 1921. Kh. Rakovsky, Chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars of the Ukrainian SSR, signed a decree “On the meteorological service in Ukraine.” The creation in 1929 of the Hydrometeorological Center of the Committee under the Council of People’s Commissars of the Ukrainian SSR (Gimek), which united meteorological and hydrological observations in one department, marked the emergence of a single hydrometeorological service. In 1999, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On hydrometeorological activity”, in which the concept of “national hydrometeorological service” appeared for the first time in Ukraine. Over the years of activity, starting from 1921, the national hydrometeorological service in Ukraine has gone through a difficult path of formation and various subordination (from civil service to military service during the Second World War in 1941-1945). The article identifies six periods in the history of the activity of the national hydrometeorological service in Ukraine: 1st period – until 1921; 2nd – 1921-1941; 3rd – 1941-1945; 4th – 1946-1991; 5th – 1991-2011; 6th – since 2011 The hydrometeorological service reached its highest status in 1991-1999, when the State Committee of Ukraine for Hydrometeorology (the central executive body) operated. In connection with the reforms of public administration structures, since 2011, the status of the national hydrometeorological service in Ukraine has significantly decreased – to the level of the hydrometeorology department within the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Today, the main production institution within the State Emergency Service of Ukraine is the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, which directs all organizations that carry out operational hydrometeorological observations in the regions. In 1949, at the Kiev State University named after T.G. Shevchenko established the Department of Land Hydrology, headed by Professor V.A. Nazarov is an experienced scientist from the hydrometeorological service. One of the main tasks of the department was the training of specialists-hydrologists for the hydrometeorological service. The article describes the contribution of the hydrological department (1949-2021) of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv to strengthening the human resources of the national hydrometeorological service of Ukraine, briefly highlights the activities of some graduates of the department who, with their own efforts, contributed to the development of the national hydrometeorological service of Ukraine, each at his own workplace:.V.M. 90 years ago, in 1932, Design and Experimental Department (DED STP) was established at Stalingrad Tractor Plant the first specialized design department of tractor engineering in our country. During the time of existence of this department, the factory chief design engineers were V.G. Stankevich (19321938), M.M. Romanov (19381940), V.A. Kargopolov (19431949), A.K. Platonov (19491950), A.Ya. Merilov (19511957), M.A. Sharov (19581980), V.P. Shevchuk (19801996), V.Ya. Bokov (19961998), I.A. Dolgov (19982005), V.V. Kosenko (20062010). The article contains the review of main achievments, made by the department, led by each of them. Throughout these years 5 families of tracked agricultural tractors were developed at Stalingrad (Volgograd from 1961) Tractor Plant, such as STZ-NATI, DT-54, DT-75, DT-175S and VT-100, with a wide range of special modifications (transport, swamp, hillside, peat, plowing and cultivating, etc) and configurations. Short stories of the creation of these machines, their characterisics and advantages over the predcessors are given. The tractors of STP (VgTP) were used in agriculture as well as in many other areas of our countrys economy, were exported to foreign countries and deserved respect and love from tractor drivers and maintenance specialists. Overall about 4 million tractors were produced according to technical documentation, developed by design engineers of STP (VgTP) or with their direct involvement.

Abstract:
In the Russian Federation, 11 mathematics training programs were recommended for implementation in the 2020—2021 elementary school curriculum. The large number of programs raises the question of how they differ, a question which is relevant for both school administrators and primary school teachers, and parents. This article applies the criteria developed in the mainstream of the Cultural-Historical Activity approach to learning, to analyze the most significant differences in the mathematics programs from a psychological point of view. We have analyzed the methodological materials in mathematics and textbooks in the following programs for grades one through five: “School of Russia”, “The system of D.B. Elkonin — V.V. Davydov” (the programs of both E.I. Alexandrova, and V.V. Davydov and V.F. Gorbov), “Learning to learn”, and “Perspective”. Our study showed that the most significant differences between the programs concerned the type of concepts proposed for assimilation; the type of actions by which these concepts were to be assimilated and practiced; and how the means of these actions were provided. The selected criteria corresponded most closely to the program of E.I. Alexandrova, which was created within the framework of the educational complex “The system of D.B. Elkonin — V.V. Davydov”.

The moisture potential F allows describing water vapor and liquid moisture movement in material in a consistent way. The scientific novelty of the study is the development of calculation method based on moisture potential F. Practical relevance of the study is the possibility to obtain performance humidity values of enclosing structure materials by means of calculations for engineering practice. Materials and methods. A moisture transfer equation is derived on the basis of process physical interpretation, A mathematical model, consisting of heat conductivity equation, derived moisture transfer equation, spatial-time domain, boundary and initial conditions, is formulated. Moisture potential in single-layer and multilayer enclosing structures is determined using finite difference method. Results. Calculations for four types of enclosing structures are made on the basis of the proposed mathematical model: single-layer aerated concrete wall; a wall made of aerated concrete masonry base and clay brick cladding; a wall made of aerated concrete masonry base and mineral wool insulation with thin plaster layer; a wall made of aerated concrete masonry base and expanded polystyrene insulation with thin plaster layer. Conclusions. Calculated performance humidity values of enclosing structure materials were lower than values stated in regulatory documents. The presented results allow to define building heat loss definition and heating system design more accurately. Specification data on maximum wetting plane position obtained earlier were proved within the framework of the developed theory: in enclosing structures with aerated concrete base and mineral wool insulation maximum moisture content is located at the joint of plaster and insulation layers; in enclosing structures with aerated concrete base and expanded polystyrene insulation maximum moisture content is located in the insulation layer. Acknowledgements. Authors are deeply indebted to V.V. Kozlov, PhD in Technical Sciences, and V.K. Akhmetov, Doctor of Engineering Science, Professor, for discussion and useful comment in the course of study.

Abstract:
The article presents a critical discussion of arguments made by V.A. Tishkov in his essay on Counting the Peoples or Deconstructing Population Censuses [O perepisyvanii narodov, ili dekonstruktsiia perepisei naseleniia] where the author, taking the approach of social constructivism, examines the practices and experience of conducting population censuses in various countries, reviews the outcomes of the 2020-2021 Census in Russia, makes suggestions about the principles of census organization in regard to recording information on ethnicity, nationality, and language, and advances propositions and recommendations on studying the ethnic composition of the population and general ways of understanding ethnicity. These issues are addressed and scrutinized in contributions by V.V. Bublikov (“What Exactly Shows the Question about ‘Nationality' in Russian Censuses?”), E.A. Varshaver (“Census through the Prism of the Constructivist Approach to Ethnicity”), and V.V. Stepanov (“Observed Society: A Register Instead of the Census”)

Abstract:
The prerequisites for the study are modern career concepts and the concept of preparing a person for the successful construction of a career path. The modern sphere of economic relations and the labor market are very changeable and dynamic. The structure and content of professions are changing quickly, which requires constant training and readiness from the individual to change professional roles. Therefore, the formation of readiness for professional mobility is an important research issue. However, the generally accepted position is that the formation of readiness for professional mobility among students should begin at a university or college. The purpose of the study is to test the assumption that the readiness for professional mobility can be formed in senior high school students by combining traditional and game forms of education. The experiment described used a three-week course based on traditional and active teaching methods and a complex multistep business game. The research methods included: the adapted test of “Career Anchors” by Edgar H. Schein, “Methodology for Diagnostics of Reflexivity” by A.V. Karpov and V.V. Ponomareva, the test “Study of Volitional Self-regulation” by A.V. Zverkov and E.V. Eydman, “Temperament Structure Questionnaire” by V.M. Rusalov, and the test “Communicative and Organizational Skills” by V.V. Siniavskii and V.A. Fedorishin. The results of the study showed a statistically significant positive change in the controlled parameters. In general, the conclusion about the promising nature of this direction of training can be considered partially confirmed. For a more confident conclusion, studies on larger samples are required.

Abstract:
The idea of finding the source of V.V. Rozanov’s genius never left K.I. Chukovsky. The article traces the public polemical speeches of the writers from the period of K.I. Chukovsky’s residence in St. Petersburg to the end of the most vivid polemic in 1910—1911. There are examined the hidden details of the polemic of 1908—1909. It was devoted to mass detective literature. The article reveals fundamental differences between the writers. For the first time, there are presented handwritten additions to the well-known polemical article by K.I. Chukovsky “An Open Letter to V.V. Rozanov”. The author reveals the primacy of K.I. Chukovsky’s critical speech among the participants of the polemic with V.V. Rozanov of 1910—1911. The draft versions of V.V. Rozanov’s objections have never been published before as well. A comparison of the contents of K.I. Chukovsky’s letters and critical articles against V.V. Rozanov leads to the conclusion about the complexity of the writers’ relations to each other. They both highly evaluated the literary talent in their political opponent. At the same time, both V.V. Rozanov and K.I. Chukovsky followed the political direction of periodicals. Loyalty to the political programs of literary press bodies was mandatory. The article draws attention to the similarity of the ideas about the eclectic formation of cultural processes in society. V.V. Rozanov and K.I. Chukovsky were guided by the idea that political processes were secondary compared to the moral organization of a person. In the reissue of the “Open Letter”, the critic removed the texts condemning V.V. Rozanov for his opposition to the revolutionary movement.

Since we consider positive emotions and feelings of parents towards their children as the basis of responsible and positive parenting, we tend to say that responsible parenting presupposes, first of all, the awareness of oneself as a parent not only as a woman (mother), but also a man - a father (this conclusion is based on the analysis of the research of T.B. The article revises osteological collections from Chechnya and Ingushetia in the Anuchin Research Institute and Museum of Anthropology of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Materials and methods. We worked mainly with the archival records of the Museum of Anthropology and the Institute of Archaeology RAS, and directly with the museum items (skulls). The collections from Chechnya and Ingushetia originated mostly from excavations conducted by E.I. Krupnov and his students – R.M. Munchaev and V.I. Markovin in the 1930s and 1950-1960s. In addition to these materials, there are three skulls brought to the museum by V.F. Miller at the end of the 19th century, and two skulls donated to the museum by V.V. Bunak in the first half of the XX century. Results. Some inconsistencies in archaeological dates were revealed between the archival records, information in the 1986 catalog and in the scientific excavation reports. In cases when this was revealed, the revised archaeological dates were presented. The most remarkable was the situation with the Bamut cemetery. Among 7 skulls, listed in all archival documents of the Museum of Anthropology as late medieval, one skull was found to be Eneolithic. Conclusion. Osteological materials from Chechnya and Ingushetia of the Museum of Anthropology collections amount 29 storage units (29 skulls and 1 incomplete postcranial skeleton) and cover a wide chronological range from the Eneolithic to the Late Middle Ages. The craniological data for most of these materials were published by A.G. Gadzhiev and V.P. Alekseev.

Abstract:
Introduction: Pulmonary vein ostia isolation (PVI) is the main method for catheter ablation (CA) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) who are refractory to antiarrhythmic drug therapy (AAD). The data regarding comparison of the remote magnetic-guided navigation (RMN) and manual (MAN) radiofrequency ablation approaches for PVI in patients with AF and enlarged left atrium (LA) are limited. Objective: The study was aimed to comparison of the safety and long-term efficacy of the radiofrequency CA associated with RMN and MAN using in patients with AF and enlarged LA.Methods: The retrospective cohort included 534 patients (mean age 59.2 ± 8.7 years, 41.6% female) with different AF forms and LA >4.5 cm who underwent PVI between 2016 and 2019. The patients were divided into two groups: the RMN group (n = 267) and MAN group (n = 267). The primary safety objective was associated with preventing perisurgical complications, and the primary efficacy objective was disengagement from AF / atrial flutter (AFl) / AT (atrial tachycardia), lasting > 30 seconds, in the 3-month period after the index procedure without AAD. The comparison of the results with 1:1 propensity score matching (PSM) was applied on the basis of 11 covariates. After PSM, 235 patients were selected for each group. The entire cohort was additionally divided into the subgroups of paroxysmal AF (n = 355) and non-paroxysmal AF (n = 179) to increase efficacy assessment. After PSM, 310 and 136 patients with paroxysmal and non-paroxysmal AF were analyzed, respectively. Results: In the entire cohort after PSM (n = 470) patients were balanced completely according to AF forms. The mean values of LA diameter were 4.98 ± 0.61 cm and 4.94 ± 0.58 cm in the RMN and MAN groups, respectively. The long-term efficacy assessment was performed in 448 patients of the both groups excluding 22 (4.7%) patients due to failed contacts. The median follow-up period was 24 months (minimum 3 and maximum 72 months). In the matched cohorts, perisurgical complications were detected in 11 (4.7%) patients of the MAN group and 2 (0.9%) patients of the RMN group (Р = 0.021, OR = 5.7; 95% CI [1.22, 53.5]). The disengagement from AF/AFl/AT after 36 months of the follow up amounted to 62.6% in the RMN group and 47.9% in the MAN group (for entire follow up, P = 0.005, HR = 1.54; 95% CI [1.14, 2.08]). For paroxysmal AF subgroup (n = 310), the disengagement from AF/AFl/AT after 36 months of the follow was 67.1% in the RMN group and 60.6% in the MAN group (for entire follow up, P = 0.15, HR = 1.34; 95% CI [0.90, 1.98]). In the non-paroxysmal AF subgroup (n = 136), the disengagement from AF/AFl/AT after 36 months of the follow up was higher in the RMN group as compared to the MAN group (59.6% and 30.4%, respectively, for entire follow up, P = 0.005, HR = 2.01; 95% CI [1.23, 3.29]) predominantly due to persistent AF.Conclusion: The present propensity-score matching study evidentiated that RMN CA was superior over manual CA for the interventional treatment of patients with AF and enlarged LA with respect to perisurgical complications and long-term disengagement from AF/AFl/AT predominantly due to non-paroxysmal AF. Prospective randomized studies are recommended for the comparison of the outcomes related to RMN and manual CA in patients with AF and enraged LA. Received 24 April 2024. Accepted 8 May 2024.
