At present marketing managers have to solve many problems that are in connection with decreasing importance of brand in the eyes of consumers. They think that all brands from various producers are similar, they have the same quality and don't make differences. It names as brand erosion. We have to provide consumers some added value, built competitive advantage and differ our brand from other brands to find specific place in the mind of consumers. Brand has to be unique and interesting. Czech detergents market consist of range offer of variouse detergents. We can find there various producers abroad and home. It features with high fragmentation and customer can buy there various products from various producers long time tradion, non branded products and private labels.

A questionnaire survey regarding calculations in construction companies on the basis of these analyzes was performed proposals for new surtax mode of construction company. Subsequently, the construction budget was drawn artwork using the old regime extras to construction companies as well as the budget has been prepared based on the works of new extras to directing construction company. Subsequently, the two budgets compared.

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem pendlování za prací v regionu Šumava. Snaží se postihnout, jak ovlivňuje každodenní dojíždění českých pracovníků za prací přes hranice do Německa trh práce. První kapitola vysvětluje nabídku a poptávku po práci a trh práce a v druhé kapitole se zaměřuje na specifika, kterými se trhy práce vyznačují. Pendlování představuje určitý typ migrace obyvatel, proto se ve třetí kapitole definuje migrace, typy migrace a pendlování za prací. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje dvojí pohled Evropské unie na diskriminaci, kdy jí na jedné straně zakazuje a omezuje, ale na druhé straně jí povoluje na trhu práce. Zkoumaný region tvoří jeden přírodní celek složený ze dvou rozdílných ekonomických jednotek, které jsou charakterizovány v páté kapitole z hlediska polohy, zaměstnanosti, obyvatelstva atd. Závěrečná kapitola analyzuje pendlování za prací na základě dotazníků od samotných pendlerů a od úřadu práce.

The work deals with multidimensional decision-making in the outsourcing of accounting work; it is designed for accounting companies with more than 30 employees. These companies deal with hundreds of accounting tasks of various extent and nature which would be assigned to individual accountants. Theoretically speaking, the problem of assigning tasks to individual accountants can be resolved by well-known methods of operational research; however, certain qualities of accountants are very vague and are hard to quantify. These qualities include creativity, loyalty, credibility towards clients, etc. The qualities make the application of traditional algorithms (e.g. scheduling algorithms) very difficult. Moreover, certain accounting tasks are unique and can be assigned only by experienced managers, not algorithms. This work focuses on a fuzzy description of tasks and accountants and a two-level assignment process. In preliminary sorting, individual tasks to be assigned are classified as routine, which can be assigned through a fuzzy algorithm, or non-routine, which are assigned to individual employees through the manager . fuzzy expert system dialogue.

Research of the feedback during the defenses of final works at art schools focused on new media. This thesis describes the process of defenses of the final and diploma works within six art colleges in the Czech Republic. The thesis emphasises observing the process of discussion after the presentation of artwork. Emphatic analysis of this year's final evaluation of practical work is carried out within each observed art studio. Both students and teachers express themselves to the process of the defense within this text. The text reflects the importance of this particular period and compares different approaches. In my thesis I deal with dustiness from the surface down, respectively, from the quarry Jiří and the influence of dust on surrounding communities, which are in the immediate vicinity of the quarry. Because of changes to the law on air protection law of ranked in stationary sources related activities sorting and other cold coal preparation and surface mines fuels, ores, industrial and their processing, primarily mining. With respect to this change mining companies should pay more attention to dustiness issues that arise during the actual mining of coal transport and further treatment of raw material. The company Sokolovská uhelná, p.n., a.s., should soon prepare a project leading to reduce dust in near quarries. I evaluated here already established measures to reduce and disposal of dustiness produced in relation to mining activities and I tried suggest any other solution to eliminate dust.

The aim of this thesis is compare the price unfinished house in various stages of construction with the cost of executed construction. The price unfinished house was identified by various calculation. The various calculation were compared each other. The chosen methods are develop construction budget, determine prices through technical-economic indicators and of price regulations. Price unfinished buildings and the value of construction works is determined in three separate phases, these phases are described in the thesis itself. Calculation results are processed in graphic form and at the end of this thesis are compared with each other. Assigned task is achieved by a complete itemized budget for a house with no exterior modifications and connections. From final itemized budget are created sub-budget containing structure according to specified stages of construction. In the same stages of construction are made calculations by price indicators and price regulations. Target set in the thesis is filled at the end, all the values are described and compared. The results suggest the use of computational methods is determined by the purpose for which prices are measured. Labor and accuracy while itemized budget is confirmed, the remaining calculations are mainly informative and preliminary pricing satisfactory. The benefit of the work is to verify the use of computational methods for the different phases of the construction process.

In these days are probiotic lactic acid bacteria (LAB) very often used in food processing industry, such as milk products, cheese and fermented salami production. As well as the food conservation agent. Except of the industry usage of the LAB there are microbiological aspects. Identification of the bacterial species methods based on the isolation and amplification of DNA are very often used last few years. Diploma thesis deal with the bacterial cell of Lactobacillus species lysis and it´s optimalization. At first it was tested the optimal concentration of lysozyme (3mg/ml, 5mg/ml, 10mg/ml) and the exposure times (3, 5 a 10 hours). Another testing was aimed to the use and suitability of washing powder to the bacterial cell of Lactobacillus species lysis. I tested the Amway washing powder optimal concentration (1%, 2%, 3% a 4%). Four of another comercial washing powders were tested too. All these tests were performed at the pure Lactobacillus bacterial culture. To ensure the results I tested the washing powders at the real food matrix (Acidified milk, yogurt mango, yogurt white). All the methods were evaluated at the amplification method PCR with specific primers for the Lactobacillus genus. The DNA isolation was performed with the paramagnetic microsperes P(HEMA-co-GMA) and the amount of the DNA was quantified spectrophotometrically. The PCR products detection was performed with the agarose gel electrophoresis.

Civil engineering development is connected with the application of new construction methods and the development of new building materials. Concrete, as one of the basic building materials, is part of this development. A major turning point in the development of concrete and its properties occurred with the use of new, more efficient plasticizing additives. This allowed to produce concrete with lower water cement ratio, while increasing the strength of concrete. Gradually, the compressive strength of concrete boundary has moved by several levels, when there are currently commonly used concrete with strength of about 100 N/mm2 and with the special methods of concrete production strength range from 250 to 300 N/mm2. A negative aspect of the development of (ultra) high-strength concrete is their energy and economic demands. A characteristic feature of high-strength concrete is a high content of cement and very fine admixtures, especially silica fume. One way to improve the economics of these types of concrete is the application of cheaper admixture based on industrial waste. The content of this work is the observation and description of the properties of high-strength concrete and reactive powder concrete, in which the admixtures were based on industrial waste were applied. Part of this work is the comparison of economic parameters for individual types of concrete.

The thesis deals with the reflection of the Ukrainian question in selected works of members of the first wave of Russian emigration. Attention is paid to four major political streams of Russian emigration - conservative, liberal, left-wing and Eurasian. As part of the content analysis of selected works, the historical topics and figures, the existence of the theme of the anti-Russian plot, the plan for the future arrangement of the Russian-Ukrainian relations, or the way in which the ideas were formulated were examined. A thorough analysis of all these currents revealed that, with the exception of the most leftist Socialist-Revolutionary political stream, no one had counted on the full separation of Ukraine from Russia. Though other thought currents could not imagine the separation of Ukraine, some proposed a solution that would bring more equality in the relationship between the Ukrainians and the Russians than in the pre-revolutionary period, be it the territorial or cultural autonomy of the Ukrainians.

Due to its emphasis on the concepts of self-reliance, inner guidance and the aboriginal Self, Ralph Waldo Emerson's philosophy elaborates theses that favor the individual over community, such as the superiority and sanctity of self-definition, as opposed to definitions constructed by society and imposed on the individual. It is possible, then, to perceive his philosophy as important for the formation of the Women's Rights Movement and for the emerging feminism. In his four romances, Nathaniel Hawthorne creates female protagonists who advocate for women's right to self-reliance as Emerson describes it. Hawthorne's heroines can be understood and interpreted as contemplating the Emersonian principles, thus illustrating the connection between Emerson's philosophy, and themes and motifs present in Hawthorne's romances. Related to Hawthorne's portrayal of the heroines' reflections on the concepts of inner guidance, the aboriginal Self, moral dereliction and self-reliance is Hawthorne's attitude toward the relationship between "womanhood" and "femininity" on one side, and "manhood" and "masculinity" on the other side. This diploma thesis is focused on the generation of committed teachers, regional eastern Bohemia patriotic activists that were interested in ethnography and folklore studies on the amateur level. The first part of the thesis introduces four profession-associates of the same generation, teachers from the end of 19th and the beginning of 20th Century. Subsequent chapters deal with wider cultural-historical context with the emphasis on the history of pedagogy and ethnology. In the thesis there is also the development of homeland studies depicted. These studies were introduced as compulsory at the beginning of 20th Century and were therefore suitable for deepening of the educational role of the school via ethnographical materials. The main focus of the thesis is on the intersection of homeland education and ethnographic activities of mentioned teachers (cooperation with professionals, interest in collecting…) as well as the analysis of their importance to the professional ethnography.

The city and its milieu have always been a source of inspiration and motifs for artists and writers are no exception. The process of urbanization brought along rapid social, political, cultural and economic changes which evoked immediate responses of various kinds, from welcoming and celebrating ones to those of rejection and condemnation, from those who were traditionally the most sensitive about such phenomena ~ men of letters. As a result of this fact, the image of the city has been present in literature since the first urban societies appeared and to trace it back in detail would mean a different aim from that which this work is going to follow. The main concern of my thesis is contemporary British literature and therefore I would like to focus on how the city is reflected in the works of British writers in the last two decades of the twentieth century. To provide certain general coherence, continuity and context of the theme, I will also put down a brief outline of how the image of the city has been developing and changing in English literature since the late Victorian period trying to show that the phenomenon is very deep-rooted in the tradition of the English imagination. This study is a description of syndetic means in czech linguistic works of the second half of the twentieth century. The first part of this work is focused on the distinction of syndetic means definitions in linguistic works. The second part is a description of particular syndetic means. Repertory of these means is taken from compound terms listed in Mluvnice češtiny 2 (1987, pgs 225 - 227). Elementary conjunctions and correlatives are slured. The expertise of particular syndetic means is based on criteria set by E. Hošnová in her work Studie z vývoje novočeské syntaxe (2005). The aim is to determine which means became "stabilized conjunctions" which begin to become "stabilized conjunctions" and which means is not possible to consider as syndetic. This thesis focuses on the poetry of place in the works of the two most important figures of modern Scottish Gaelic verse: Sorley MacLean (Somhairle MacGill-Eain, 1911-1996) and Derick Thomson (Ruaraidh MacThòmais, 1921-2012). Both poets exhibited a keen interest in poetry of place, although each one approached it from a very different angle: MacLean's poetry is proudly local and audaciously universal at the same time, moving from the Cuillin of Skye to Spain and Russia in the space of one stanza, while Thomson inquires in the ways in which the island environment, in terms of nature, language and religion, shapes the individual psyche, memory and creative abilities, and he is also a significant poet of the city. The opening chapter gives reasons for the choice of these two authors, introduces the structure and method of the thesis, and outlines what is meant by "poetry of place." It also sums up different theoretical approaches to places and discusses important features of Scottish Gaelic poetry of place of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, as both poets employed, altered and contradicted certain traditional patterns and motifs. This study attempts to identify learning opportunities at the Department of English Language and ELT Methodology at Charles University in Prague via a comparison with an Australian institution, The University of Queensland located in Brisbane. The secondary objective of the study is to further thesis writing culture at the Department at CU by cataloging and auditing past TEFL theses. Thus, future students could more easily and efficiently identify new areas for research and benefit from the foundations laid by previous students. The first half of this thesis provides a review of previous works conducted in the field of the history of English linguistics, with a special focus on ELT Methodology at CU. Thus, a list of Prague TEFL theses submitted between 1946-2008 follows. A similar list is created for UQ TEFL theses between 1994-2009 on the basis of research at UQ that was carried out in 2009-2010. This results in a comparison of TEFL theses topics from both universities' intersection 1994-2008. This information is then linked to establishment of areas of strength or improvement at CU. Zorientovat se v díle Jakuba Demla (1878-1961), které zahrnuje asi sto třicet původních knih a tisků, překlady, časopisecké publikace a obrovskou, z velké části nezpracovanou a rozptýlenou rukopisnou pozůstalost, není snadné. Od 20. let 20. století dodnes vzniklo několik studií či "orientačních popisů" tohoto díla, které ho otevřely a umožnily vidět jako celek vnitřně sjednocený, vrostlý do kulturní tradice a zároveň korespondující s poezií a myšlením současníků i následovníků. Po Vítězslavu Nezvalovi, Bedřichu Fučíkovi a Miloši Dvořákovi to byly zejména studie Vladimíra Binara, později Josefa Normona Rostinského. V době, kdy dokončuji tuto práci, se připravuje do tisku rozsáhlá monografie od německého slavisty Alexandra Wolla. Bezprostřední neodborný i odborný ohlas, který vyjadřují recenze či posudky, však dokládá, že orientaci často postrádali i čtenáři jednotlivých Demlových knih. Obtíže, které při četbě zakoušeli, se stávaly příčinou dlouhodobého odsudku, marginalizace a nepřijetí. Tyto obtíže však mohou posloužit také jako ukazatel Demlova specifického způsobu budování jednoty vlastní výpovědi. Wheel excavator analysis tools have been developed and used. The study included ?wheel excavators and the technical parameters and analysis with the binding on the size category of wheel excavators?. The second part of the work deals with the evaluation of the results of the data collection for the determination of the actual times of working wheel excavators; and resultant cycles, depending on the work carried out. In addition, there are factors that affect the intended performance wheel excavators and how it works in the implementation of specific operations. Part of the work is the determination of the values of the correction coefficients for the calculation of the actual performance and the determination of the actual wheel excavators, and subsequent analysis of the excavators? performance dependent upon carried out working operations. In conclusion, on the results gained from the analytical process, proposals and guidelines for the optimal use of wheel excavators within the construction industry have been attained.

Stereotyping of male and female roles is currently the subject of many discussions in various spheres of society. Stereotypes are widely used in the advertising industry, where they aim to make it easier for potential customers to identify with the product and support the company's image. Choosing the right gender for a particular advertisement depends on the nature of the product as well as on the target group. Some product groups are more gender- differentiated than others. An exemplary group are household cleaning products. Related advertisements traditionally show female characters more often than male characters. However, the time when cleaning products were promoted exclusively by women is over and nowadays, men appear in these kinds of advertisements too. The growing number of characters who are portrayed in non-stereotyped gender roles in television commercials began to be discussed more prominently as early as the end of the 20th century. From a sociological point of view, the gender role is a set of socially defined behavioral norms, reflecting what society usually expects from a man or a woman. For this reason, the portrayal of characters in inverse gender positions that is a step in the right direction in the pursuit of greater gender equality in society. In recent years in Europe, the veiling of the muslim women has become a political issue. Various laws were passed in order to regulate the appearance of the islamic veil in public. Such policies caused several protests and led to many debates over the meaning of the veil. In this thesis I focus on academic contributions to these debates. My aim is to find out what veiling stands for in the academic literature that deals with the situation in Europe (including Turkey). Both books and articles concerned with islamic veil are examined by means of the qualitative content analysis. Building on the principles of the feminist research, I also evaluate the methodologies of selected works. Another pursued aspect of the analysed texts is the use of the concept of gender.

This dissertation is focused on the implementation of legislative requirements in the area of BOZP at the selected engineering company. The practical part analyzes assessment of the level and safety of health at work. Using the JBM method, risks are identified and evaluated at at the selected workplace, including measures to eliminate identified risks or reduce their effects. These steps together with the categorization of work, represent the basic pillars of health and safety in every company. Part of the thesis is the measurement of hygienic noise limits at the selected workplace. The measured values are statistically evaluated and compared with the limits specified in the relevant legislation.

The thesis analyses the importance and mutual relationship of the human and the professi-onal quality of social workers in their decision making concerning professional dilemmas as they are interpreted in a sample of qualification theses of the University of South Bohemia. The first four chapters deal mainly with the theoretical explanation of ethical dilemmas in social work, their origin, categories, as well as with the possible solutions of ethical dilemmas published in literature. The following parts focus on selected qualification theses and their analysis. The majority of the theses emphasizes the professionalism of a social worker above all, mainly the significance of professional ethics, ethical theories and ethical code in dealing with ethical dilemmas. Nevertheless, none of them omits the role of personal (human) qualities involved in decision making, even though each stresses their importance to a different extent. In conclusion, the attention paid to personal (human) qua-lities on the one hand and professional qualities on the other hand is disproportionate in the analysed qualification theses.

Building of field roads following the complex reparcelling follows from the plan of joint facilities and is proposed with respect to the given cadastre. In the Czech traffic rules, field road is mentioned as a kind of purpose-built communication. The Czech norm No. 73 6109 defines it as a of purpose-built communication, serving preliminarily to the farmers, but potentially having also other function. It can serve as a bicycle path, pedestrian path and mainly as a road for motor vehicles enabling the owners to reach fields in their possession and their rational use. Field roads and the surrounding vegetation contribute to the landscape scenery and its biodiversity, permanently and clearly determine the borders between fields and cadastres. In summary, they contribute to stability of the cadastre. My task was to evaluate the newly-built joint facilities, namely the road network, from the point of view of their costs for the state land offices, branches České Budějovice, Tábor and Český Krumlov. Therefore, I used the data offered to me by these offices. All these data are summarised in chapter 5: Results and Discussion. In the Summary, I put together all the new findings and the course of building prices during 2000 2011.

This thesis is about processing the surveys within the complex land consolidation. The selected region is the cadastre area Vlachovo Březí. The theoretical part is focused on explanation and description of particular parts of land treatment. Particular areas of survey are described in more detail, e.g. climatic conditions or land use in the territory. The practical part is processed in accordance with Methodical instruction for land consolidation processing (Doležal, 2010). General characteristic of the area is described based on disposable groundwork. The main part of the thesis is own fieldwork which shows actual status of land use and transport accessibility of the territory. The output of the thesis is a map of actual situation of the territory processed in the ArcGis software tool which represents a base for comprehensive land treatment. Finally the dissertation suggests recommendations for the actual situation improvement.

The main purpose of research is a comparison of non-European countries representation of women in their leadership, specifically on the basis of statistically supported indicators that have been analysed. The analytical output of the research is the interpretation and outline of the spatial differences in the area of the monitored issue, as well as the finding of possible causes, with reference to possible geographical regularities and an outline of the prediction for the future of development in the representation of women in presidencies and premierships.

The result is an evaluation of the use of performance standards in practice and a description of the created calculation model which works on the basis of a multi-stage calculation with a contribution margin.

55 Závěr Hodnotit období tzv. padesátých let, byť "jen" z hlediska problematiky Táborů nucených prací a Pomocných technických praporů je velmi obtížný úkol. Složitý pro historiky, právníky, ale i současnou politickou scénu. Rehabilitace a především odškodnění lidí, nuceně nasazených, zůstává ještě dnes nedořešenou otázkou. Obávám se, že i v mnohých nedořešenou otázkou zůstane. Ať už z nedostatku relevantních informací, potažmo důkazů, tak ze strany státní moci, která dá, asi logicky, přednost aktuálním problémům. Téma své diplomové práce jsem si vybrala proto, že jsem o něm něco věděla z vlastní rodiny, ve které se vždy diskutovalo o všem. O tom, že moje prababička byla vystěhovaná ze statku jsem se dozvěděla už jako malá, stejně jako to, že rodiče matky nemohli studovat a těžko hledali práci mimo dělnické obory, přestože ukončili středoškolské vzdělání s maturitou. Prababička byla "přikázaná" do sběrného TNP v Dlažkovicích, kterému se vyhnula útěkem do Bratislavy, její statek byl znárodněn, zbytek rodiny vystěhován do vlastního, též ale znárodněného deputátního domku, kde byl trpěn. K jakési "nápravě" došlo až po listopadu 1989. Moje hodnocení tak může vyznít jako částečně subjektivní, i přes značný časový odstup. Pro většinu mojí generace je toto období dávnou historií, podobně jako II. světová válka,...
