Abstract:
Creating the need for continuous growth and progress of all involved and connected business entities. They require compliance with certain web standards and support for multiple different browsers and devices. To be convinced of the version of the published code, we need a team that loves challenges, has the creativity and a desire for constant learning. Code, as a basis for a successful business, must be written appropriately with minimal deficiencies in logic and writing. The correctness and validity of the production code mostly depend on the program team itself and its responsibility for the written code. Vital code with errors can produce serious problems and unforeseen consequences. To achieve complete accuracy of all parts of the written code, it is necessary to use software testing and QA technique - quality assurance. The focus of the work is on the application and writing of the necessary programming code that uses QA/QC and the black-box method of testing the existing webshop. After analysis, the authors conclude that software quality control will be a constant challenge for many companies to survive in the short term of the adjustment process and that the crisis is an opportunity for courageous companies to invest ambitiously and timely in their internet business to become market leaders.

Abstract:
Grape downy mildew, caused by Plasmopara viticola (Berk. & M.A. Curtis) Berl. & De Toni 1888, is a widespread fungal disease that causes serious harm to the grape production. The long-term continuous use of chemical pesticides has caused issues with the resistance, residues and resurgence, as well as creating environmental pollution and the declining quality of the products. A biological control offers a safe and effective method to control diseases. We determined the in vitro antagonistic activity of 303 bacterial strains from infected grapevine leaves, and 12 isolates showed some level of antagonism in a detached leaf assay. Isolate SY286 reduced the disease severity in the detached leaves by 93.18%, and showed good control effects in a field assay. The scanning electron microscopy showed the damaged P. viticola cell walls when the mycelia and sporangia were treated with the fermentation liquor of isolate SY286. Furthermore, it showed an antagonistic activity against Phytophthora capsici, Phytophthora infestans, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporum, Colletotrichum orbiculare, Trichothecium roseum, and Botryosphaeria berengeriana. The isolate was identified as Ochrobactrum sp. combined with its morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical reactions and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, and it has the potential to control the grapevine downy mildew.

Abstract:
Ventilation is an important aspect to maintain good indoor air quality in a building. However, excessive ventilation causing high energy consumption of the HVAC system. The ASHRAE Standard provides a guideline to set the ventilation rate that depends on the occupants' number and space. Thus, quantification of the number of occupants is required to regulate the ventilation rate. In this study, the estimated number of occupants was estimated using a Bayesian MCMC method based on CO2 levels. The mass balance equation of the CO2 is used as a model for the calculation of Bayesian MCMC. The Bayesian method for estimating the occupants' number is tested in a 96,7 m3 office room equipped with a ventilation system. Thus the occupancy estimation and control of ventilation can be done in real-time. The test also includes conventional ventilation control based on CO2 levels directly without converting to the occupants' number. The ventilation rate based on the number of occupants at the present test chamber refers to ASHRAE 62.1. The test results show that ventilation controlled by the estimated number of occupants using the Bayesian method successfully conducted with ventilation rate per occupant closer to the ASHRAE 62.1 standard over conventional ventilation method

Abstract:
In recent years, there are many studies have been conducted in the field of light electric vehicles, especially electric scooters. These are preferred in large urban areas that are crowded with cars and cause traffic congestion in the European and Asian continents. In this study, the three-wheel electric scooter contained two BLDC motors that drove the rear wheels and, each of these motors were controlled independently via an electronic differential. This paper aims to implement a Space Vector Modulation for the Direct Torque Control unit (SVM-DTC) of the BLDC wheel-motor of each driving wheel. The proposed system had been designed and simulated by using the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. The performance of the overall system (scooter stability control system - energy storage system -power quality, etc.) with using SVM-DTC control was compared with the classical Direct Torque Control (DTC) algorithm by using the same electric scooter model. The obtained results showed clearly the improvement made by the proposed control loop system at different stages, where it could reduce the THD of the stator current from 30.99% to 6.16%,as well as it was able to achieve more than 0.2% of the charging state of the battery in 18 seconds only.

Abstract:
COSO ERM framework has been widely used for assessing the quality of internal control in many forprofit companies. However, there is still limited application of COSO ERM Framework for non-profit organizations and social enterprises with dual objectives like credit unions. This research evaluates how effective and comprehensive the implementation of internal controls is within a Credit Union in Indonesia, a member-based social enterprise offering financial services to middle-low-income groups. This is a collaborative case study of the researcher and the practitioners of the credit union. Participants shared their perspectives through questionnaire feedback, interviews, and focus group discussions, to examine the control activities within the organization and identify risks that may impact the organization’s goals. The findings suggest a critical demand for forming an operational manual with detailed structures and policies. Furthermore, the sense of loyalty is the key to enhancing members’ participation in various activities within the organization.
