Abstract This article examines the interpretive possibilities associated with 2 Kgs 23:26, with special attention to the key adverb אך (“but/nevertheless” and/or “surely/indeed”). Frank Moore Cross’s well-known double-redaction theory suggests that Josiah’s reform, as described in 2 Kgs 23, constituted the rhetorical climax of the preexilic text, which was subsequently updated by an exilic author who had come to view that reform as a failure. As a result, the books of 1 and 2 Kings preserve an irresolvable tension best explained as a matter of the text’s compositional diachrony. By contrast, t

Embedding knowledge graphs (KGs) into continuous vector space is an essential problem in knowledge extraction. Current models continue to improve embedding by focusing on discriminating relation-specific information from entities with increasingly complex feature engineering. We noted that they ignored the inherent relevance between relations and tried to learn unique discriminate parameter set for each relation. Thus, these models potentially suffer from high time complexity and large parameters, preventing them from efficiently applying on real-world KGs. In this paper, we follow the thought

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems have shown significant potential for domain-specific Question Answering (QA) tasks, although persistent challenges in retrieval precision and context selection continue to hinder their effectiveness. This study introduces Document Graph RAG (GraphRAG), a novel framework that bolsters retrieval robustness and enhances answer generation by incorporating Knowledge Graphs (KGs) built upon a document’s intrinsic structure into the RAG pipeline. Background: Acute Bilirubin Encephalopathy and kernicterus is an important cause of cerebral palsy, developmental delay and hearing impairment in low-middle income countries. Interventions such as universal screening for neonatal jaundice, Rhesus immunoglobulins, intensive phototherapy and exchange transfusion have made kernicterus rare in high income countries, but in our set up such cases continue to be reported. Methods: Retrospective observational study where case records of term neonates brought to the neonatal ICU with signs and symptoms of acute bilirubin encephalopathy during the years

Abstract:
Knowledge graphs (KGs) continue spreading into industrial use cases due to their advantages and superiority over classical data representations. A problem that has not yet adequately been solved for KGs is the traceability and provenance of changes, which can be required in an enterprise or by regulations. KGs typically contain the current snapshot of data valid at a certain moment in time only. Changes over time are usually not recorded and no change history exists. The lack of suitable and scalable traceability solutions hinders the wider application of KGs. This paper presents a traceabilit
