Abstract:
Objective. As an important content of the modernization of college physical education, the intelligent physical education in colleges and universities is a main form of the progress and development of college physical education. The authors studied the influencing factors, design ideas, and model choices of the construction of smart sports in colleges and universities, aiming at promoting the reform, innovation, and information management of college sports. Methods. The related problems of the construction of intelligent sports in colleges and universities were studied by the methods of literature and logical analysis. Results. Smart sports in colleges and universities is a new type of college sports based on information technology. At present, the construction of smart sports in colleges and universities is still in its initial stage, and there are many problems. The construction of smart sports in colleges and universities not only highlights the charm of college sports and expands and enriches the connotations of college sports but also shapes the brand image of college sports with health. The influencing factors of the development of smart sports in colleges and universities mainly include macro development environment, decision-makers’ behavior, and government support. In the process of the construction of smart sports in colleges and universities, the overall planning and design should follow certain overall ideas and specific ideas, and new development models of smart growth, demand, integrated governance, and integrated development can be chosen. Conclusion. As a refined management method of college sports, smart sports in colleges and universities is of great significance to innovate and deepen the reform of college sports. We must always pay attention to the development dynamics of relevant factors and understand the development trend of smart sports in colleges and the change of influencing factors, so as to seize the opportunity, timely adjust and change the development model of smart sports in colleges and universities, accurately improve the physical health of college students, and promote the intelligent development of college sports.

Abstract:
The quality of higher mathematics teaching in colleges and universities is related to a variety of influencing factors, and the changing laws are very complex, which makes the current model unable to accurately evaluate the quality of higher mathematics teaching in colleges and universities. In order to solve the deficiencies in the current teaching quality evaluation process in colleges and universities and improve the correct rate of college teaching quality evaluation, a quality evaluation method based on big data is proposed, which reforms the information model of college teaching quality evaluation. The literature related to mathematics teaching quality evaluation is researched and analyzed, and the influencing factors of higher mathematics teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities are established. Then, collect the data of the influencing factors of higher mathematics teaching quality in colleges and universities, and establish a learning sample of college teaching quality evaluation through the star rating of the teaching quality of colleges and universities by experts. Finally, the neural network and decision tree of big data technology are introduced to train the learning samples to form an evaluation model of higher mathematics teaching quality in colleges and universities. The results show that our method can achieve high accuracy.

Capstone engineering design courses have been a feature at research universities and four-year schools for many years. Although such classes are less common at two-year colleges, the experience is equally beneficial for this population of students. With this in mind, Madison College introduced a project-based Engineering Design course in 2007. This paper explores Madison College’s experience over the past decade offering this class. Unique challenges and opportunities for engineering design courses at two-year colleges are discussed. Our findings include several recommended practices to benefit colleges and universities at any level that are creating new engineering design courses.

Based on the actual situation of a certain university, this paper studies and designs a set of perfect and reasonable teacher performance appraisal system that meets the requirements of the college, analyzes and researches the current situation of teacher performance appraisal in the college, and finds out the problem. Combining the advanced concept of being good at performance appraisal with the actual situation of the college, it analyzes the problems in the teacher performance appraisal system, summarizes the reasons for the formation of the problem, further redesigns the teacher performance appraisal index system, and gives the relevant implementation of the system. The basic characteristics presented in the organization of colleges and universities will not change. With the continuous adjustment of the organization of colleges and universities, the goals of colleges and universities are also being adjusted. ABSTRACT In order to strengthen the physical education of college students, it is necessary to reasonably allocate university sports public service resources. In order to improve the allocation of university sports resources, this study constructs the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model by analyzing the proportion of public sports service facilities in colleges and universities. Through the selection of input index and output index of sports public service facilities in colleges and universities, as well as selecting 20 colleges and universities as decision-making units, this paper constructs a DEA model, and studies the use of the DEA Tobit two-stage method to evaluate the matching efficiency of public sports service facilities in colleges and universities. The results show that the pure technical efficiency of sports public service facilities in colleges and universities is effective, and the scale efficiency of most colleges and universities is relatively high, and the proportion of sports facilities is relatively reasonable. However, there are still large problems in the proportion of public sports service facilities in colleges and universities, so it is necessary to adjust the proportion and scale of sports facilities allocation reasonably. This study verified the effectiveness of the DEA model in evaluating the proportion of public sports service facilities in colleges and universities, hoping to provide certain reference for improving the proportion of public sports service facilities in colleges and universities.

As the concept of lifelong education continues to infiltrate the education system, the examination of degree programs for junior college graduates has become a promotion path for graduates of higher vocational colleges to continue their education. It optimizes the development space for graduates of higher vocational colleges. While the enrollment of junior college graduates for degree programs is expanding, the education system of degree programs for junior college graduates and higher vocational colleges in China has also ushered in a new round of challenges and development opportunities. At present, the education system for degree programs for junior college graduates is not sound enough, and the interface with higher vocational colleges is not close enough. Moreover, there are problems such as poor communication of students moving from higher vocational colleges to universities for undergraduate education and fluctuating quality of personnel training and education. Therefore, it is of significance to study the problems of major offerings in higher vocational colleges. In our study, we took higher vocational colleges in Xiamen as an example. And we systematically study and then analyze the universities offering degree programs for junior college graduates and their majors. Finally, the problems in the connection between the majors of higher vocational colleges and those of universities with degree programs for junior college graduates are discussed, and suggestions are given for the study. Moreover, the universities should respond to the real-time development policy of the country and cultivate interdisciplinary personnel with solid theoretical foundation, innovation skills, research capabilities, professional expertise, and practical skills for social development.

In order to increase the effectiveness and teaching quality of numerous classroom activities in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the effectiveness assessment technique of teaching activities in colleges, universities, and institutions of higher education based on the optimized Apriori algorithm. A mathematical model for assessing the efficacy and usefulness of classroom activities in colleges and universities is constructed. Teaching contents, teaching attitudes, teaching methods, teaching effects, test results, and students’ performance are introduced as comprehensive evaluation factors, and a decision-making model for assessing the success and efficiency of classroom activities in colleges and universities is established by adopting scientific, reasonable, and systematic teaching methods. Through the grey correlation analysis of classroom teaching quality, the delay characteristic analysis and the adaptive parameter adjustment method are adopted. This paper constructs the optimal Apriori algorithm model of college teaching classroom activities, constructs the optimal evaluation function model of college teaching classroom activities effectiveness evaluation by the method of support-confidence joint estimation, extracts the optimal quality parameter set of college teaching classroom activities by the optimization detection method and association rule mining, and realizes the effectiveness evaluation and multi-dimensional parameter estimation of college teaching classroom activities by the optimized Apriori algorithm. The test outcomes confirm that this technique is reliable in evaluating the effectiveness of classroom activities in colleges and universities, and the directional distribution of association rules of classroom quality in colleges and universities is significant, which meaningfully advances the classroom teaching levels and quantitative evaluation abilities.

Abstract We present a method of ranking U.S. undergraduate programs based on students’ revealed preferences. When a student chooses a college among those that have admitted him, that college “wins” his “tournament.” Our method efficiently integrates the information from thousands of such tournaments. We implement the method using data from a national sample of high-achieving students. We demonstrate that this ranking method has strong theoretical properties, eliminating incentives for colleges to adopt strategic, inefficient admissions policies to improve their rankings. We also show empirically that our ranking is (1) not vulnerable to strategic manipulation; (2) similar regardless of whether we control for variables, such as net cost, that vary among a college’s admits; (3) similar regardless of whether we account for students selecting where to apply, including Early Decision. We exemplify multiple rankings for different types of students who have preferences that vary systematically.

The test results show that the fitness level of using this method to evaluate the effect of art education in colleges and universities is high, the score of the evaluation effect of art education in colleges and universities is significant, and it is in a good state in the evaluation index score table, indicating that the evaluation effect is accurate and reliable.

Micro-video technology is a kind of video with interactive and real-time characteristics, which can be free from geographical restrictions. There are also many English education videos in the micro-video technology, which has a richer background of English knowledge and local customs. This research uses micro-video technology to assist English class level in universities. This research also considers big data theory to extract relevant features in micro-video technology to improve level of college English education. The research results show that micro-video technology can improve learning interest of English students in colleges and universities. CNN and LSTM methods can better predict student grades, student performance characteristics, and teacher performance characteristics. The hybrid CNN-LSTM algorithm has higher accuracy in predicting relevant features of college English teaching compared to the single CNN method. This also shows that the micro-video technology has great temporal characteristics in English teaching. This is a friendly study for improving the quality of English teaching.

Therefore, in this paper, we have aimed to explore the discipline construction and development of medical colleges and universities in a complex environment. First, the contribution model of advantageous discipline construction to improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities is implemented. Second, the staff involved in discipline construction in medical colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province are investigated. Finally, the structural equation model (SEM) is used to test the hypotheses and verify the basic elements of the construction of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. The results show that discipline construction in colleges and universities includes the construction of advantageous characteristics, the construction of the academic echelon, the construction of scientific research, the construction of resource conditions, and the construction of talent training. The five elements interact and jointly affect the construction of advantageous disciplines in colleges and universities. And they have different effects on the university’s core competitiveness. Among them, the advantage trait construction has an implicit effect on the improvement of efficient management ability, and the influence of resource condition construction is indirect. The study provides a reference for the development of higher education. Methods: Based on this, this study uses classroom audio data mining technology to analyze the effect of multimedia teaching mode of music courses in Colleges and universities. The method of audio data mining is analyzed in college music multimedia classroom. The advanced embedded SOPC system is used to decode the MP3 audio files played in music courses by combining software and hardware. The performance of the multimedia teaching system in college music courses is optimized. Results: The hardware resources are made use of the flexibility of SOPC (System-on-a-Programmable-Chip) system. Reasonable allocation achieves the optimal design of teaching mode. Finally, the superiority of the algorithm is verified by testing. The test results show that the decoding speed and efficiency of audio files can be significantly improved by combining hardware and software. Conclusion: At the same time, the system has greater flexibility and expandable space, which can effectively promote the multimedia teaching effect of music courses in Colleges and universities. The research in this paper is helpful to the flexible transformation of multimedia teaching mode of music courses in Colleges and universities, and provides an important reference for the popularization of multimedia and the wide use of data mining technology in music courses in Colleges and universities.

Abstract:
Computer-aided instruction (CAI) is a teaching method that uses modern media to present teaching content, optimize classroom teaching structure, and achieve teaching goals. Multimedia technology integrates graphics, text, and sound, with a large amount of information, rich content, and a good way of human-computer interaction. This article aims to study the reform of basketball teaching in colleges and universities from the perspective of basketball culture. This article mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey and uses techniques such as big data statistics to investigate and analyze the composition of basketball teachers in colleges and universities in a certain province; Understand the situation; analyze and understand the impact of basketball culture on the reform of college basketball teaching; analyze the effect of the composition of college basketball teachers on college basketball teaching reform; and investigate the impact of the integration of basketball culture on students’ basketball interest. The results show that about 70% of students believe that basketball can enhance physical fitness and recreation, while most teachers believe that basketball can enhance students ‘physical fitness, impart students’ skills, and promote physical and mental health. The expectations for leisure, entertainment and heritage culture are less than 20%. From the perspective of the age structure of teachers, the basketball team of colleges and universities shows younger characteristics and teachers less than 40 years old account for more than 70% of the total. 81.0% of college basketball teachers are mainly graduates, but the proportion of basketball teachers with a doctorate is significantly lower. Some colleges and universities do not even have a doctorate. Most of them are graduates and undergraduates. Some colleges and universities still have college students. Therefore, teachers often need to have a certain basic knowledge of basketball professional culture, and they should make full use of basketball sports culture and combine them with each other to cultivate their own basketball interests and promote the reform of basketball sports teaching methods in colleges and universities.

In order to improve the student management effect of private colleges and universities, this paper combines geographic information system and WIFI to construct a private college student management system. In the structural design, this paper divides the platform into several modules according to the idea of modularization and narrates the function of each part. In the database design, this paper completes the construction of each function of the platform. In the process design, this paper determines the design process of the platform. Finally, this paper studies the key technologies involved in the system and evaluates students’ trajectory positioning and management effects in colleges and universities. This study set out to explore how the Internet was used by Journalism and Mass Communications Program students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Predominately White Universities in their college choice and if these institutions were able to provide the information the respondents were looking for in their search. The study found students that attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities still report the availability of financial aid and other funding as a major reason they make their college choice. The study also found Journalism and Mass Communications units as a whole may not be providing this information to students that are using the Internet to research their future college opportunities.
