Abstract:
In recent years, great changes have taken place in the economic environment, policies, competitive environment, and market of colleges and universities. Furthermore, factors including the reduction of number of students every year has led to the continuous decline in the number of students enrolled in colleges and universities. Facing this problem, it is essential that colleges and universities should build their own brand value and attract more high school graduates with the brand value of colleges and universities. Nowadays, higher education has been popularized and internationalized, and the competition among colleges and universities has gradually increased. In fact, colleges and universities can obtain high-quality school running resources by relying on their own loyalty, reputation and social status, and can also achieve greater development space in the field of education. Therefore, university managers began to pay attention to their own brand value. The brand value of colleges and universities cannot be directly reflected, but needs to be reflected from different aspects. For this problem, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to study the brand value of colleges and universities. By selecting many aspects as the indicators of the dynamic evaluation system of brand value of colleges and universities, this paper constructs a dynamic evaluation model of brand value of colleges and universities based on analytic hierarchy process. After analysis, the total score of the brand value of a university is 84.12 and the grade is “B.” Based on the analysis of the results, it can be concluded that the overall score of the university is high and has a certain brand value. However, it is weak in talent training and academic reputation.

Abstract:
The idea of lifelong education has aroused great concern of domestic researchers for adult non-academic training. Colleges and universities, as the main venue for adult training, provide the basic guarantee for the training of talents in our country. This also makes the social service function of colleges and universities become increasingly prominent under the current social background. However, in the aspects of the management system and organizational reform, the college adult training shall be differentiated from normal talent cultivation and construct an organizational structure with features such as networking and diversification. Only that would lay a good foundation for the development of colleges' adult training industry. Based on this, this study analyzes the management system innovation, organizational change and organizational culture and characteristics of adult training in colleges and hopes to improve the management of adult training in colleges and universities.

Abstract:
Since ancient times, sexism has existed in all aspects of people's lives. Women have always been at the bottom of society. Even upper-class women also have to abide by the principle of " obeying father at home, obeying husband after getting married, and obeying son after the husband died" as the social ethics. After the founding of new China, the idea that "women hold up half the sky" gradually spread. On the whole, the social status of Chinese women has been greatly improved. But sexism is still rife. Especially in colleges and universities, the underlying sexism on campus, in its "normal" form, is ignored. In view of this phenomenon, the author conducts in-depth exploration in the hope of attracting people's attention.

Abstract:
After entering the first decade of the new century, information technology has brought some profound changes in all aspects of social life. In the field of education, teaching mode to teaching concept has been severely impacted. Especially in the more open university classroom, the changes brought about by this shock are more pronounced. Classrooms of all majors have ushered in a wave of innovation. The use of cutting-edge information technology to build efficient classrooms has become the direction of multidisciplinary efforts. While promoting the upgrading of ideological and political classroom teaching in colleges and universities, it has become a common topic for ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities to effectively promote the effectiveness of ideological and political classroom teaching. In order to investigate the current teaching recognition of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities and the need for courses to integrate new technologies, this study used questionnaire survey and group comparison analysis as the main methods to distribute online questionnaires to 621 students from 6 colleges and universities in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It is divided into students’ interest in ideological and political courses and the interest of teaching content. According to the analysis of previous literature, a control group experiment of ideological and political courses is designed. The experimental results show that after wireless communication and artificial intelligence technology are combined with ideological and political courses, students’ learning is more efficient. Finally, according to the results of experiments and questionnaires, the problems existing in the current teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities are summarized, and then, innovative reform suggestions for the teaching methods of ideological and political courses are put forward.

Abstract:
Purpose Higher education institutions are regarded as forerunners and pioneers of sustainability. However, it is to question whether they actually fulfill their role model function. This paper aims to reveal whether selected universities in Australia and Austria meet the reporting expectations about their activities on sustainability in very heterogeneous environments. Design/methodology/approach Annual reports of selected universities in Australia and Austria are screened by the qualitative text analysis suggested by Mayring to identify their information policy on sustainability. Following the standard definitions, sustainability comprises economic, environmental and social aspects as main categories, which are supplemented further by specifically adapted eight subcategories. Findings The results reveal that the universities concentrate on economic information, preferably on accounting, whereas social aspects are of second importance. Environmental activities that essentially shape the image of sustainability for the majority of the stakeholders are mostly unattended. Research limitations/implications For further research, the authors suggest analyzing the reports of additional countries to get a bigger picture on the role of sustainability information in university reporting. Possible limitations are because of language use and time requirements, as each report must be encoded manually. Practical implications The results reveal the gaps that standard setters should fill by enforcing sustainability content in universities’ reports. Originality/value This paper is the first to analyze the annual reports of international universities in respect to sustainability. Hereby, we further fill a gap by applying a qualitative text analysis on the basis of individually derived categories to reveal the sustainability aspects more precisely.

Abstract:
A thorough understanding of the current Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) practice education mode in colleges and universities and the college students’ entrepreneurial intention is crucial to enabling the entrepreneurship of college students to play a more important role in the development of social economy. However, existing studies generally neglect the influence of college students’ entrepreneurial intention on the teaching quality of I&E practice, so to fill in this research blank, this paper aims to study the relationship between college students’ entrepreneurial intention and the teaching quality of I&E practice. In the beginning, this paper built a research model for the relationship between college students’ entrepreneurial intention and the teaching mode of I&E practice in colleges and universities and an analysis model for the college students’ entrepreneurial intention. Then, this paper adopted the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (IF-AHP) to further analyze college students’ entrepreneurial intention, and the correlation between college students’ entrepreneurial intention and the teaching mode of I&E practice in colleges and universities was analyzed in detail. After that, in the experiment, this paper focused on 7 core factors in 5 dimensions, and performed cross analysis on these extracted factors and college students’ entrepreneurial intention. At last, this paper summarized the data of 6 monitoring items of 2 sample sets and gave the scores of college students’ entrepreneurial intention in the 6 aspects, and the results suggested that for college students with stronger entrepreneurial intention, the teaching quality of I&E practice was higher.

Abstract:
Big data is the product of the development of the times, which affects all aspects of social development and reorganizes the ideological and political network system of universities. The development of big data brings new opportunities and challenges to the NIPE (network ideological and political education) system of universities. Therefore, universities should pay attention to the data in the ideological and political network system. The NIPEDM service platform was developed, which combines the existing Web-based PC and mobile development technology to find a new educational DM (data mining) path. Using classifiers to predict students’ future performance, a new NB_BPNN (Naive Bayes-BP neural network) model is proposed, which effectively combines the advantages of two existing models. The experimental results show that the new model has achieved good results in the field of learning evaluation.

“Educating the heart” has long been a theme in service-learning indicating the importance of developing awareness, understanding and respect for people unlike oneself. Particularly at the tertiary level, however, changing conditions and pressures on universities and colleges to produce “employment ready” students, manage with reduced funding and adjust to changing academic priorities can pose real challenges to service-learning programs. This article explores situations which may deflect the ability of service-learning programs to fully develop aspects of educating the heart. Additionally, the article suggests alternatives that can promote reinvigorated service-learning programs featuring intercultural understanding, strong multi-cultural ties and viable social relationships among students and with social organizations, community groups, and local people.

Abstract:
Students from disadvantaged backgrounds often find that succeeding on the path of upward mobility through education requires that they distance themselves from their communities, family, and friends. This distancing often involves the weakening or loss of aspects of their lives that are meaningful and important to them: their relationships with family and friends, their connection to their communities, and their sense of identity. These goods, by their nature, are not ones that are easily replaced. Yet their loss can be mitigated by the development of new relationships and new communities. In this essay, I argue that colleges and universities have an obligation to facilitate the mitigation of these costs for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Doing so, however, is not as simple as it might seem. These students often feel alienated from campus life outside of the classroom and many do not even attend residential colleges. These two factors suggest that universities and professors will need to take more seriously the classroom as a central site for giving students from disadvantaged backgrounds opportunities to enter into new relationships and find new communities.

Full text
Abstract:
Modern American nursing has an extensive ethical heritage literature that extends from the 1870s to 1965 when the American Nurses Association issued a policy paper that called for moving nursing education out of hospital diploma programs and into colleges and universities. One consequence of this move was the dispersion of nursing libraries and the loss of nursing ethics textbooks, as they were largely not brought over into the college libraries. In addition to approximately 100 nursing ethics textbooks, the nursing ethics heritage literature also includes hundreds of journal articles that are often made less accessible in modern databases that concentrate on the past 20 or 30 years. A second consequence of nursing’s movement into colleges and universities is that ethics was no longer taught by nursing faculty, but becomes separated and placed as a discrete ethics (later bioethics) course in departments of philosophy or theology. These courses were medically identified and rarely incorporated authentic nursing content. This shift in nursing education occurs contemporaneously with the rise of the field of bioethics. Bioethics is rapidly embraced by nursing, and as it develops within nursing, it fails to incorporate the rich ethical heritage, history, and literature of nursing prior to the development of the field of bioethics. This creates a radical disjunction in nursing’s ethics; a failure to more adequately explore the moral identity of nursing; the development of an ethics with a lack of fit with nursing’s ethical history, literature, and theory; a neglect of nursing’s ideal of service; a diminution of the scope and richness of nursing ethics as social ethics; and a loss of nursing ethical heritage of social justice activism and education. We must reclaim nursing’s rich and capacious ethics heritage literature; the history of nursing ethics matters profoundly.

Abstract:
This research determined the degree of leadership initiative of the 376 senior high school students from Laguna Philippines Local Colleges and Universities (LCUs) to enrich their HIV/AIDS education. Results showed that the students have high levels of knowledge and awareness on HIV/AIDS and its effects on physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. They have a high status of opportunities in terms of their current senior high school curriculum vis-à-vis HIV/AIDS education; which means that the students have a high degree of becoming leaders on their own accord; especially if the local colleges and universities coordinate and collaborate with each other. Health Education on HIV/AIDS was a joint effort of these collaborations that educated the senior high school students accurately and completely about HIV/AIDS. Results also showed that the students have a high status of challenges and weaknesses, and low status of strengths for their current senior high school curriculum vis-à-vis HIV/AIDS education. Thus, it was recommended that they must become more conscious on what level do they understand/know about HIV /AIDS; be transformed in terms of their attributes in becoming leaders advocating about HIV/AIDS for every young person in every community.

Abstract:
With the rapid development of the Internet era and the high popularity of computers, China’s economy, politics, and culture have made rapid progress in recent years. In order to adapt to this era of rapid change, China’s higher education has also undergone great changes and carried out reform and innovation. As the top priority in the Internet era, computers should be reformed first. The traditional education model is mainly teacher-centered and classroom-centered. The disadvantages of this teaching mode are that students’ subjective initiative cannot be fully developed and brought into play. Traditional teaching pays attention to knowledge teaching and ignores ability training. It emphasizes speaking and neglects practice. Therefore, in order to meet the development needs of the new era and cultivate modern talents, colleges and universities began to explore the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode. There is an application of TRIZ theory to the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and TRIZ theory is a theory for solving invention problems. Its main content is to find its own laws in the process of technological evolution and analyze the laws to get a general solution, but there are many obstacles in exploring the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education; for example, many governments do not support this education reform and do not broadcast relevant education and teaching funds for schools, resulting in uneven configuration of software and hardware in schools. According to the survey, the proportion of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the eastern coastal areas is as high as 70%, while the proportion of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the central and western regions is only 10%. This set of data shows that regional differences are the main reason for the differences in education development. In terms of the proportion of education funds, although the annual education funds will gradually increase in recent years, the proportion is still a drop in the bucket in front of huge fiscal revenue, with the highest being only 0.1%. Therefore, in order to improve the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education mode in colleges and universities, according to their own characteristics, the reform is carried out from the aspects of practical ability, competition participation, and training plan, and the BP neural network model is introduced to predict and analyze the effect of teaching methods. The results of this paper are investigated and analyzed. Finally, the investigation on the development of KAB course and SYB course and the analysis on the stability and error of BP neural network are within the allowable range, this shows that the model established in this paper is more favored by students than the traditional teaching methods, more in line with the social reality, the effect is more ideal, and the result is more stable.

Our research, based on a sample of 500 veterans currently studying at Israeli colleges and universities, suggests that certain aspects of military service are associated with greater entrepreneurial intentions. Specifically, the desire to engage in entrepreneurship is higher among veterans with command experience than veterans without. Similarly, veterans of technological units generally express greater entrepreneurial interest than veterans of combat units. A comparison of commissioned and noncommissioned officers yields curious results and offers a possible direction for further investigation. Although Israel is among the few countries that maintains a mandatory draft, the general applicability of these findings to countries with volunteer forces is discussed.

Abstract:
Aim/Purpose: Higher education has faced increasing perceptions, mainly by students, of unwelcoming campus racial and diversity climates. As a result, during the past decade, there has been a peak in the inaugurations of chief diversity officers. Yet, little is known about how these offices are established. Background: This study explores and describes the emergence of the chief diversity office at two research-intensive universities. Methodology: This study utilizes a qualitative case study to answer the research questions. Contribution: The study provides new knowledge about the impetuses that prompt the formation of chief diversity officers. Further, the findings inform the higher education community about the establishment of chief diversity offices at two universities that might help institutions inaugurate new offices. Findings: Findings illustrated that the formation of the chief diversity office at these research universities represented structural responses to cultural issues on campus. Recommendations for Practitioners: A recommendation for practitioners is to consider a thorough assessment of the campus climate as a means to prompt the formation of a chief diversity office. The structural attributes of the realized unit should be directly associated with the specific context of the respective campus. Recommendation for Researchers: Recommendations for researchers are to empirically address social identity when examining chief diversity officers and to further investigate job and work attitudes, such as organizational commitment or burnout, in these leaders. Impact on Society: Present day colleges and universities are the most diverse in history. Considering changing demographics, it is important to understand how institutions are structurally responding to diversity on campus. Future Research: Future research might investigate the nuanced ways in which institutions of higher education are inaugurating new offices and appointing new diversity leaders. Considering the distinct aspects of diversity, scholars might explore the salient skills or relevant background experiences that colleges and universities are seeking in these new leaders.

Abstract:
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the use of integrated campus sustainability plans at US institutions of higher education. The paper also offers a preliminary framework for the evaluation of these plans. Design/methodology/approach – The paper examines 27 campus sustainability plans. It determines the types and characteristics of the institutions that have adopted these plans. It then uses content analysis techniques to determine their typical contents and emphases. Finally, the paper draws on literature pertaining to sustainability plans and plan evaluation to present a preliminary tool for evaluating campus sustainability planning efforts. Findings – Campus sustainability plans in the USA are extremely diverse. Environmental aspects are most prominent in these plans, and social equity aspects are least prominent. Campus operations receive more attention than do academic or administrative aspects. Most campuses have taken an inclusive, campus-wide approach to developing their sustainability plans. The evaluation of these plans should consider both their process and their substance and should account for circumstances unique to higher education. Research limitations/implications – The research is focused on US colleges and universities and may have overlooked some campus sustainability plans that have other titles. Nevertheless, it is a fairly comprehensive analysis of campus sustainability planning efforts to date in the USA. Practical implications – Campus sustainability plans are an important integrative tool. Understanding the details and potential evaluation of these plans can help determine their broader adoption and implementation. Originality/value – As an emerging tool for campus sustainability efforts, sustainability plans allow colleges and universities to examine operational, academic, and administrative functions in an integrated manner. To date, there has been very little scholarly attention to these plans, and no prior attempt to consider how they might be evaluated.

Abstract:
Comprehensively improving the quality of teaching is the highlight of current higher education. Also, it meets the basic needs of China’s current transformation into a country for strong education. Mathematics is one of the most important subjects in education these days, which is widely applied in research, social life, and understanding various science theories and laws. Hence, improving the quality of teaching mathematics in colleges becomes an important task in modern college teaching. In particular, the wireless integration of information has enriched and diversified the teaching methods of higher education. Vigorously promoting the application of wireless network technology in mathematics teaching is not only an effective way to solve the insufficient supply of educational resources but also a bold attempt to innovate the mathematics teaching mode in colleges and universities. Firstly, this work proposes an IACO-BP (improved ant colony optimization-based backpropagation) network to evaluate teaching quality for higher level mathematics in a wireless network environment. It improves the traditional ant colony optimization algorithm from three aspects, namely ant colony pheromone adaptive volatility coefficient, pheromone iterative elite selection strategy, and population iteration, adding a variation factor to construct IACO. Then, we use IACO to optimize initial weight and threshold to solve the issue of BP network’s falling into local optimum and improve network performance. Secondly, this work puts forward a series of countermeasures for the construction of mathematics teaching system in colleges. The correctness and superiority of the proposed strategy are verified by comparing the mathematics teaching quality in colleges before and after using the proposed strategies. Various aspects of mathematics teaching, such as teaching objectives, teaching content, and teaching process, are evaluated before and after using these strategies. These features are improved by a significant margin, up to 2.6%, after applying the proposed strategies.

Abstract:
Sustainability discourse indicates a need to reconsider our approaches to social, economic, and environmental issues because, without deep transformation, global human survival is in jeopardy. At the same time, post-secondary education institutions in Canada are Indigenizing their settings but have rarely taken up sustainability and Indigenization as related concepts. In this research, participants delivering Indigenous programming in ten colleges and universities across Canada contributed their insights on the relationships between Indigenous worldviews and sustainability in their territories and institutions. The five key findings that emerged from the study are: (1) Indigenous worldviews are based on a belief in the sacred, which orients Indigenous knowledges and responsibilities for sustaining life on Earth; (2) sustainability is expressed as a function of tradition linking Indigenous identity with culture, language, and environmental health; (3) entrenching Indigenous knowledges throughout institutions is to sustain cultural identity; (4) national and international standards supporting Indigenous self-determination are primary drivers for the inclusion of Indigenous knowledges and advance the underlying principle of sustainability; and (5) Indigenous holistic learning includes social, economic, and environmental aspects of sustainability.

Abstract The diversity of international relations in the globalized world has influenced the role of a translator that is becoming more and more important. Translators’ training institutions today are to work out and to implement the best teaching methodology taking into consideration the new challenges of modern multinational and multicultural society. The thorough research of the experience in training translators and interpreters in the USA may help to find out new perspective methodological approaches to teaching and learning. This article reviews the variety of translator training programmes in Ukraine and in the USA and presents the analysis of the innovative teaching approaches that are currently popular in the education community. There exist different kinds of translators’ training degree programmes: short and long, full-time and part-time in Ukraine and in the USA. American universities and colleges provide not only academic programmes but also specific certificate programmes in translation and interpretation. The peculiarity of Ukrainian translators’ training programmes is that all these programmes are fully integrated into the university system. The approaches applied in the process of translators’ training in the American system of education are mostly new and oriented on the professional skills building. The following teaching approaches are currently used in the translators’ training process: profession-based, learner-centred, social constructivist and interdisciplinary. A social constructivist approach is more likely to be applied to translators’ training process in Ukraine under the modern conditions.

Abstract:
Introduction. In the 21st century, there is an active involvement of universities in inclusive processes; however, against the backdrop of increasing diversity, new types of inequality arise in higher education. The processes of transformation of organisational cultures in universities and their research agenda under the influence of inclusion need to be studied. The aim of the present research was to analyse the convergence of concepts of academic and inclusive excellence in foreign universities of the world level, the impact of convergence on their missions, the values expressed in official strategies, the research agenda and the infrastructure of scientific collaborations.Methodology and research methods. The authors conducted a content analysis of three strategies of world-class University associations (the Association of American Colleges and Universities, the Association of Universities in Canada, the League of European Research Universities), nine strategies for the development of universities in the USA and Canada, the European Union, and Australia. A scientometric analysis of Web of Science metadata was performed using the VOSViewer software. Results and scientific novelty. The current research confirms the convergence of values of academic excellence and inclusion in research universities. It is revealed that the concept of inclusive excellence of the university is an enriched version of its academic excellence and denotes a set of university strategies and practices aimed at achieving the best results in training, research and services through maintaining diversity and inclusive processes. The world's leading universities are actively involved in the process of creating an inclusive friendly environment and services, which are accessible to all members of the educational process, regardless of their social status and development characteristics. When universities reach academic heights, they recognise inclusion as the next level of their development. In turn, inclusion becomes a factor in the movement of the university towards academic excellence. The key characteristics and contradictions of the convergence of the concepts of inclusive and academic excellence of universities are identified. The local models of inclusive excellence of universities and the contexts, which influence these models, are described. The gaps between educational policies and research agendas of leading universities are revealed. The clusters of international studies on inclusive processes in higher education are highlighted.Practical significance. Russian universities, which implement the federal programme for improvement of international competitiveness based on the values of academic excellence, are developing in accordance with global trends. Therefore, the model of inclusive excellence of the university can be used in practical terms to implement inclusive strategies and overcome social inequality both at the university and outside of it within the framework of a new educational initiative of Russia on academic leadership.

Line dance is one of the most important parts of physical education, which has been widely and deeply promoted in physical education. To sum up, the traditional teaching mode of line dance basically focuses on the three aspects of "teaching, learning and doing", that is, for the teaching content, the teacher teaches and the students follow the teacher to learn and do. Most of the students just master the set of movements taught by the teacher, can not create their own dance moves or even participate in the competition. Therefore, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional line dance teaching, reforms the teaching content and teaching mode, and probes into the teaching mode integrating "teaching, learning, doing, practicing, researching and competing", so as to provide some reference for the teaching reform of line dance course in colleges and universities in China.

Abstract:
In this paper, we explore the improvisations made in examination practices in higher education during the pandemic of 2020. Drawing on STS, we start from the theoretical assumption that examinations constitute an obligatory passage point in universities and colleges: a sacred point which students need to pass if they want to gain recognized qualifications. We base our analysis of higher education examinations on cases from six countries around the world: Australia, Belgium, Chile, India, Sweden and the UK. We use the analytical heuristic of choreography to follow the movements, tensions and resistance of the ‘emergency examinations’ as well as the re-orderings of actors and stages that have inevitably occurred. In our analytical stories we see the interplay between the maintenance of fixed and sacred aspects of examinations and the fluidity of improvisations aimed at meeting threats of spreading Covid-19. These measures have forced the complex network of examinations both to reinforce some conventional actors and to assemble new actors and stages, thus creating radically new choreographies. Although higher education teaching and didactics are being framed as a playground for pedagogical innovation with digital technologies, it is clear from our data that not all educational activities can be so easily replicated.

Data were collected from published sources, interviews with those involved at the time, discussions and from personal experience and observations. Findings – Computers have, of course, had a huge impact on society, but particularly in relation to the use of computers in school education there was a different societal impact. Some of this related directly to education, some to school administration and some to student attitudes, experiences and knowledge. Research limitations/implications – The paper investigates the development of early courses in computing in universities and schools in Victoria, Australia. The paper does not, however, consider the use of computers in university research, only in education. Practical implications – The paper describes the significant educational events of the era from punch-card tabulating machines in the 1930s to micro-computers in the late 1980s, and investigates the relationship between the development of courses in the Universities and those in the more vocationally oriented Colleges of Advanced Education. It examines whether one followed from the other. It also investigates the extent of the influence of the universities and CAEs on school computing. Social implications – The advent of the computer made a significant impact on university and school education even before the internet, Google, Wikipedia and smart phones in the late 1990s and 2000s. Computers in schools cause a rethink of how teaching should be handled and of the role of the teacher. Originality/value – This paper investigates the history of computers and education in both universities and schools in Victoria, Australia over the period from the 1930s to the early 1990s. It considers how and why this technological adoption occurred, and the nature of the resulting educational and societal change this produced. Primary and High School use of computers did not commence until the 1970s but prior to this there is a considerable and interesting history associated with the development of Higher Education courses relating to computing.

Abstract:
In recent years, college students’ psychological problems have occurred frequently, and the early warning of college students’ psychological crisis has received social attention. Artificial intelligence and big data, as emerging technologies that have attracted much attention in recent years, have broad application and development space in improving the development of intelligent and refined education in colleges and universities. Applying artificial intelligence and big data to the practice of college students’ mental health education plays a very positive role in accurately finding and scientifically solving college students’ mental health problems. This paper combs the current application and research of artificial intelligence and big data in college students’ mental health education and then clarifies the problems existing in the practical application. Finally, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the characteristics of college students’ psychological crisis, the paper designs college students’ psychological crisis early warning data collection system from six aspects, including the educational administration system and the access control system. And from the aspects of establishing a multilevel linkage feedback early warning system, building a team of big data technical personnel and mental health education personnel, it puts forward countermeasures for college students’ psychological crisis, so as to provide theoretical and methodological support for college mental health management.

Abstract:
As the marcher of life in the times, the network has penetrated into all fields of life and played an immeasurable role. As a specific contemporary group, college students have a weak sense of self-protection and are very vulnerable to adverse factors. Some colleges and universities are trying to explore various psychological intervention modes in order to conduct psychological counselling and prediction more objectively. Network mental education means that, on the premise of using social networks, educators use psychological science methods to exert a positive impact on all aspects of students' mental health education, so as to promote the development of contemporary mental health of college students under social networks and cultivate the correct mentality of using social networks. It is combined with the established college students' rational correlation analysis system. Based on the collected data and basic information of college students' rational evaluation, the improved mining algorithm is used, and some rules and characteristics of college students' psychological related factors are analyzed from the results, which provides a new idea for college students' rational health education. Aiming at realizing the embedded data mining technology in the psychological management system, this paper expounds in detail the design and implementation of the data mining technology module suitable for the psychological management system and discusses the factors affecting students' mental health.

Abstract:
The political fight of the younger generation in Malaysia has evolved since the country achieved independence on 31st August 1957. For the past 10 years, legal literacy and students’ participation in the campus of the political landscape has given birth to an enthusiastic young generation with high leadership charisma, especially in developing countries such as Malaysia. The two main objectives of this study are, namely (i) to unravel the interpretation of positive values, spirit, and identity, when students are exposed to the ability to increase independence in the context of campus political participation, and (ii) examines the continued success contribution of big-hearted and high-charismatic students of leadership in the political development aspects of the country at the present time. The research modus operandi was implemented by utilising qualitative methods of in-depth interviews with 24 students from legal studies programs from four Malaysian Public Universities. The results of the study were through a selection of interviews of respondents which found that the pattern of students’ participation in the campus political landscape, if outlined with certain objectives, successfully serves as a medium to voice wishes and concerns on issues related to the community in higher institutions. However, the involvement in the political arena by students is subjected to the bill which has been enshrined in the Universities and University Colleges Acts 1971 (AUKU 1971), the Private Higher Education Institutions Act 1996, and the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Acts 1976. Two new findings were presented, namely (i) the political freedom given to students in this country should be utilised well, especially in producing enthusiastic young people, and (ii) political freedom is seen to be able to help shape aspects of leadership, especially at the university level and those who are charismatic and credible can drive the formation of the country in a better direction regardless of political, economic and social.

Abstract:
Islam being a complete code of life encompasses all aspects of a person’s personal and social life. Islam considers those as Muslims who submit to the will of Allah Almighty in all aspects of life. Islam is not merely a matter of private life and its worship system is not restricted only to a set of rituals, but has pervasive social consequences and develops a strong sense of moral society based on system of rules around center of universal concept of justice. Therefore, Islam proposed institutions with relation to justice, governance, cooperation and solidarity for achieving high economic growth and development. Achievement of development and growth of economy is fast in a society or country if it has developed human capital (human resource). Human capital is developed when education is imparted and facilities of health and sound life are provided to human beings. According to Islamic principles, if human beings cannot afford proper education in the society (or other facilities such as health care) then those who are well off endow their properties in Zakat, Awqaf (plural of waqf) and Charities for their better development and nourishment. These properties when endowed as Awqaf are deployed for propagation of education (knowledge, skills, training etc.) by establishing Madrassas (schools, maktabs, colleges, universities etc.) libraries, translating books, and conducting research. In Islamic society there were many Awqaf founded for establishing Madrassas. This paper is dedicated to discuss the development of human capital through education funded by Islamic Awqaf by reviewing literature.
