Abstract:
RESUMOObjetivo: caracterizar o perfil de indivíduos com dependência química de uma Comunidade Terapêutica. Método: estudo quantitativo, descritivo e exploratório, que envolveu 22 usuários em tratamento em uma comunidade terapêutica. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário e a análise estatística descritiva foi realizada e apresentado em percentuais estatísticos pelo programa SPSS versão 19. Resultados: o perfil sociodemográfico dos participantes demonstrou que a faixa etária mais expressiva foi de 39 a 45 anos (27,2%), sendo que boa parte (45,4%) tinha apenas ensino fundamental incompleto. Dentre os usuários houve predomínio de solteiros (68,1%), católicos (81,8%), e desempregados (36,4%). Em relação ao uso de substâncias psicoativas, o álcool representou 90,9% dos participantes e o crack 81,8%. A maioria (95,4%) teve apoio familiar durante a realização do tratamento, principalmente pela mãe (59,1%). Conclusão: constatou-se que a dependência química atinge diversos âmbitos da vida do indivíduo e tem como característica o início precoce, o que pode ser um fator importante para a constituição das características sociodemográficas apresentadas nessa pesquisa. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire and the descriptive statistical analysis was performed and presented in percentage by the statistical program SPSS version 19. Results: the participants’ demographic profile showed that the most significant age group was 39 through 45 years (27.2%), and the majority (45.4%) had only incomplete primary education. Most users were unmarried (68.1%), Catholics (81.8%), and unemployed (36.4%). In relation to the use of psychoactive substances, alcohol accounted for 90.9% of the participants and crack, 81.8%. The majority (95.4%) had family support during the completion of treatment, mainly by the mother (59.1%). Conclusion: chemical dependency affects various areas of an individual's life, and it is characterized by its early beginning, which may be an important factor for the establishment of sociodemographic characteristics presented in this research. Los datos fueron recolectados por medio de un cuestionario, y el análisis estadístico descriptivo se realizó y presentó en porcentaje en el programa estadístico SPSS versión 19. Resultados: el perfil demográfico de los participantes mostró que la edad más significativa fue de 39 a 45 años (27,2%), siendo que una buena parte (45,4%) sólo tenía educación primaria incompleta. Entre los usuarios, hubo un predominio de solteros (68,1%), católicos (81,8%) y desempleados (36,4%). En relación con el uso de sustancias psicoactivas, alcohol representó 90,9% de los participantes y crack, 81,8%. La mayoría (95,4%) tuvo el apoyo de la familia durante la realización del tratamiento, principalmente por la madre (59,1%). Conclusión: la dependencia de sustancias químicas afecta a diversos ámbitos de la vida de un individuo, y tiene como característica el inicio temprano, lo cual puede ser un factor importante para el establecimiento de características sociodemográficas presentadas en esta investigación. Zusammenfassung Einleitung In Deutschland gibt es zunehmend mehr beatmete und vergleichbar technikabhängige Patienten, die in der eigenen Häuslichkeit oder in Wohngemeinschaften versorgt werden. Fragen der Patientensicherheit wurden in diesem Kontext noch kaum wissenschaftlich beleuchtet. Anknüpfend an eine Befragung von Patienten und Angehörigen wurde die Perspektive professioneller Akteure auf das Thema Sicherheit in der häuslichen Intensivversorgung erkundet. Methodik Im Rahmen einer qualitativen Versorgungsforschungsstudie wurden professionelle Akteure in 6 heterogenen, nicht-natürlichen Focus Groups mit Erfahrungen und Sichtweisen von beatmeten Patienten und deren Angehörigen konfrontiert und nach ihren Perspektiven auf das Thema Patientensicherheit in der häuslichen Intensivversorgung befragt. Die erhobenen Daten wurden diskurs- sowie inhaltsanalytisch ausgewertet. Ergebnisse Die von den Patienten und deren Angehörigen angesprochenen subjektiven Sicherheitsdimensionen werden in vielerlei Hinsicht auch von den professionellen Akteuren als wichtig erachtet. Forderungen von Angehörigen nach mehr Partizipation werden aber eher skeptisch betrachtet. Die Sicherheit in der häuslichen Intensivversorgung sehen sie durch Kooperations- und Koordinationsmängel, Fachkräftemangel und Qualifikationsdefizite gefährdet. Insbesondere auf Seiten der Pflegenden, die zentrale Aufgaben der Versorgung übernehmen und denen damit besondere Verantwortung für die Patientensicherheit zugeschrieben wird, werden entsprechende Herausforderungen gesehen. Schlussfolgerungen Die Ergebnisse bieten Anknüpfungspunkte für die Sicherheitsarbeit in der häuslichen Intensivversorgung. Sie unterstreichen u. a. die Notwendigkeit zur Entwicklung nutzerzentrierter Sicherheitskonzepte, einer Sicherheitskultur auf Organisationsebene sowie einer flankierenden rechtlichen Regulierung.

Abstract:
Regulation 2019/817 and Regulation 2019/818 establish a framework for the interoperability between EU large scale information systems in the Area of Freedom, Security, and Justice. The new rules on interoperability aim at providing easier information sharing and to improve security in the EU, while safeguarding fundamental rights. This presupposes that the data is fully trustworthy and only accessed in legitimate ways. Due to the nature of the data, especially biometric data, and the scale of the databases, security is an obvious concern. These problems imply a high level of trust between the Member States, persons and entities that will use the information systems. Trust between Member States is not an axiom in the present context of the EU as recent CJEU decisions reveal and imply, among other aspects, a common institutional background.

Abstract:
This dissertation is aimed at analysing deeply and thoroughly the most significant topics and features reflected in the Latin American literary work of Alberto Manzi. His almost thirty years of travelling and volunteering in the indigenous communities of South America formed a background of knowledge and experiences, which turned out to be crucial for the genesis of his Latin American trilogy. In the light of this, not only are ‘La luna nelle baracche’, ‘El loco’ and ‘E venne il sabato’ a speaking testimony of Manzi’s life and inner development, but they also offer a privileged perspective on the social, historical and religious situation of the people of Latin America. For a better understanding of the books, chapter one provides an extensive historical and economic commentary stretching over a century, from the collapse of the Spanish Empire to the rise of modern dictatorships in the late ‘70s, and the long democratic transition of the ‘80s. As far as the religious background is concerned, it is important to mention the influence of the liberation theology in the shaping of Manzi’s revolutionary thought. Indeed, chapter two identifies the precursors of the liberation theology, considers the effects of the Second Vatican Council on Latin America’s Catholic Church, and presents the methodology and the most powerful intuitions of the liberation theology. Finally, chapter three employs a critical analysis of Manzi’s Latin American trilogy, which focuses on his personal journal of his time in the austral continent, and Sonia and Giulia Manzi’s testimony published in a book entitled ‘Non è mai troppo tardi’. Chapter three provides an in-depth analysis of the evolution of the author’s revolutionary thought and plot dynamics; it discusses the psychological profile of the characters, the cultural features of the indigenous traditions, and the author’s urge to involve the readership in a permanent process of self-questioning.

Le champ biomédical n’a pas échappé à l’évolution de la technologie, elle cherche aussi à intégrer plusieurs fonctions dans un espace restreint. Un des points forts du développement est la massification de points de service, afin d'obtenir un diagnostic rapide des maladies. Le diagnostique aux premières étapes de son évolution permettra réduire considérablement les coûts associés aux traitements des patients. Le présent document exprimera une alternative à l'évolution de la technologie des biocapteurs qui sont basés sur le phénomène optique appelé résonance par plasmons de surface. Ce projet de recherche vise l’étude de l’intégration monolithique des deux tiers des composants principaux qui conforment normalement à ce type de biocapteurs optiques. Tandis que d'autres projets de recherche ont centré leurs travaux sur l’intégration de la surface de réaction et le détecteur, notre travail a pris en compte l’intégration de la source de lumière et la surface de réaction biologique. Deux types de sources ont été employés au moment de faire la conception, l’étude de matériaux, la fabrication et la caractérisation de la performance de notre dispositif. La première source a employé des puits quantiques à l’intérieur d’une gaufre de GaAs qui nécessitait un pompage optique pour son fonctionnement. La deuxième source a eu une gaufre commerciale employée pour la fabrication des diodes d’émission lumineuse verticale, qui a dû être excitée par un courant électrique. On a découvert que les deux types de sources sont complémentaires. La source avec des puits quantiques a démontré une amélioration de la performance en comparaison à notre système commercial de référence. La deuxième source a démontré la faisabilité d’intégration monolithique en permettant se rapprocher à la fabrication d’un prototype commercial. La porte reste donc ouverte pour la poursuite du développement de cette technologie en cherchant un nouveau système employant ces deux sources, mais usant de meilleures caractéristiques.

Aquesta investigació pretén realitzar un estudi específic sobre una zona de caràcter rural però amb unes característiques pròpies vinculades a l'extracció del lignit des de meitats del segle XIX. El desenvolupament d'aquesta activitat en un territori fronterer entre l'Aragó i Catalunya (conca de Mequinensa) ha constituït el nucli central de la recerca, a partir del qual s'ha intentat analitzar la incidència d'aquest espai en una indústria dependent dels combustibles sòlids com seria la catalana. L'extens recorregut històric, social i econòmic elaborat ens ha permès conèixer les transformacions originades en una regió agrària amb uns comportaments alterats per la introducció de la mineria del lignit. La gran transcendència que va assolir la conca Ebre/Segre en determinades conjuntures com la Primera i Segona Guerra Mundial manifesta la necessitat de donar respostes al fort impacte que va tenir la consolidació de la mineria en un territori certament aïllat, però amb un caràcter diferenciador i històricament vinculat a la navegació fluvial.
Esta investigación pretende realizar un estudio específico sobre una zona de carácter rural pero con unas características propias vinculadas a la extracción de lignito des de mediados del siglo XIX. El desarrollo de esta actividad en un territorio fronterizo entre Aragón y Cataluña (cuenca de Mequinenza) ha constituido el núcleo central de esta investigación, a partir del cual se ha intentado analizar la incidencia de este espacio en una industria dependiente de los combustibles sólidos, como sería la catalana. El extenso recorrido histórico, social i económico elaborado nos ha permitido conocer las transformaciones originadas en una región agraria con unos comportamientos alterados por la introducción de la minería del lignito. La gran trascendencia que alcanzó la cuenca Ebro/Segre en determinadas coyunturas como la Primera y Segunda Guerra Mundial manifiesta la necesidad de dar respuestas al fuerte impacto que tuvo la consolidación de la minería en un territorio ciertamente aislado, pero con un carácter diferenciador y históricamente vinculado a la navegación fluvial.
This investigation tries to realize a specific styudy on a zone of rural character but with own characteristics linked to the extraction of lignite from middle of the 19th century. The development of this activity in a frontier territory between Aragon and Catalonia (Mequinenza´s basin) has constituted the central core of this research, from which one has tried to analyze the influence of this space in a industry dependent on the solid fuels as the Catalan one. The extensive historical, social and economic tour elaborated has allowed us to know the transformations originated in an agrarian region with some behaviors altered by the introduction of the mining industry of lignite. The great transcendency that reached the basin Ebro/Segre in certain conjunctures as the First and Second World War demonstrates the need to give answers to the strong impact that had the consolidation of the mining industry in a certainly isolated territory, but with a specific character and historically linked to the fluvial navigation.

Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power station of TEPCO is the largest nuclear power station in the world, and it has seven nuclear power plants. As the experience at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power station accident in March 2011 involving concurrent core damage at multiple units, it is considered that the risk derived from hazards of Earthquakes and Tsunamis is relatively significant in Japan, and these events have a high likelihood of damaging multiple units simultaneously. Therefore, it is very important to grasp the multi-unit specific risk. Although there are some unique accident scenarios of Multi-Unit PRA, this paper focuses on the influence of radioactive materials released outside the containment vessel on the accident management of the adjacent unit. The events including core damage and loss of containment function should be considered as the causes of the release of radioactive substances, and operator’s operation or the like should be considered as objects to be adversely affected by them. It is necessary to incorporate that into PRA to confirm the effect on risk. It is very difficult in terms of the maturity of evaluation method and the calculation load to accurately incorporate consequences derived from time series of various events and complicated interaction into PRA model. Therefore, as the first step in evaluating the risk of influence of radioactive material release on the accident management, some streamlining efforts are implemented according to the purpose. For example, Kashiwazaki-Kariwa unit 6 and unit 7 were set as the target units for model simplification. We also assume the earthquake as the initiating event due to the strong common factor for multi units. Whether or not to be operable in the adjacent plant is set conservatively based on deterministic evaluation. PRA taking into consideration the radiation influence by multi-unit accident is compared with normal PRA. Some kind of Core Damage Frequency (CDF) such as CDF1 (Core Damage Frequency at which the damage of one or the other of two unit occur), CDF2 (CDF at which the damage of both of units occur) and CDFTOTAL (CDF at which the damage of one or more units occur: CDF1 + CDF2) are quantified, and the degree of this issue is provided. Although the change of CDFTOTAL was insignificant, the necessity of further study was shown from the viewpoint of the amount and timing of radioactive substance released due to an approximately 1.5-fold increase in CDF2.

Abstract:
Guided tissue regeneration focuses on the implantation of a scaffold architecture, which acts as a conduit for stimulated tissue growth. Successful scaffolds must fulfill three basic requirements: provide architecture conducive to cell attachment, support adequate fluid perfusion, and provide mechanical stability during healing and degradation. The first two of these concerns have been addressed successfully with standard scaffold fabrication techniques. In instances where load bearing implants are required, such as in treatment of the spine and long bones, application of these normal design criteria is not always feasible. The scaffold may support tissue invasion and fluid perfusion but with insufficient mechanical stability, likely collapsing after implantation as a result of the contradictory nature of the design factors involved. Addressing mechanical stability of a resorbable implant requires specific control over the scaffold design. With design and manufacturing advancements, such as rapid prototyping and other fabrication methods, research has shifted towards the optimization of scaffolds with both global mechanical properties matching native tissue, and micro-structural dimensions tailored to a site-specific defect. While previous research has demonstrated the ability to create architectures of repetitious microstructures and characterize them, the ideal implant is one that would readily be assembled in series or parallel, each location corresponding to specific mechanical and perfusion properties. The goal of this study was to design a library of implantable micro-structures (unit blocks) which may be combined piecewise, and seamlessly integrated, according to their mechanical function. Once a library of micro-structures is created, a material may be selected through interpolation to obtain the desired mechanical properties and porosity. Our study incorporated a linear, isotropic, finite element analysis on a series of various micro-structures to determine their material properties over a wide range of porosities. Furthermore, an analysis of the stress profile throughout the unit blocks was conducted to investigate the effect of the spatial distribution of the building material. Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) hybridized with manufacturing techniques such as Solid Freeform Fabrication (SFF), is hypothesized to allow for virtual design, characterization, and production of scaffolds optimized for tissue replacement. This procedure will allow a tissue engineering approach to focus solely on the role of architectural selection by combining symmetric scaffold micro-structures in an anti-symmetric or anisotropic manner as needed. The methodology is discussed in the sphere of bone regeneration, and examples of cataloged shapes are presented. Similar principles may apply for other organs as well.

En términos de porque, en este momento, en las aulas se reconoce estudiantes y labor docente de siglo XXI, es necesario romper el distanciamiento entre los participantes del proceso, buscando una transformación importante que garantice la atención a nuevos paradigmas, consiguiendo un desarrollo integral no solamente en el plano cognitivo sino también en el emocional. En la academia, y más específicamente en los programas de pregrado, se debe cimentar dicha metodología tendiente a cambiar la percepción del estudiantado acerca de la inclusión del desarrollo integral en el aprendizaje. Pero no se debe olvidar, que dichos estudiantes que en este momento pertenecen a la formación profesional, en un tiempo, tienen como opción continuar con sus estudios, incentivados por el mejoramiento de sus competencias académicas que desemboquen en una realidad laboral mejorada y ajustada a los requerimientos del medio en el cual se desempeñan. A continuación, se presenta la propuesta del Diplomado en Instrumentación para la docencia, de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, realizado como actividad de extensión del programa de Maestría en Instrumentación Física, pero que es ofertado tanto para estudiantes de pregrado en los programas de ingeniería afines, en una modalidad conocida como formación propedéutica y para los estudiantes del posgrado con la finalidad de profundizar en competencias en el área pedagógica. En la conformación curricular del diplomado, también se tuvo en cuenta que, debido a la alta demanda de profesionales en ingeniería para ser incluidos en el sector educativo en los colegios del país, dichas carreras, no tienen un componente pedagógico que permita realizar una respuesta satisfactoria a los lineamientos del decreto 2035 de julio 16 de 2005.

Experimental imaging of ferroelectric single crystals often reveals the formation of periodic arrays of needle-shaped domains of a compatible polarization variant coexisting with a homogeneous single domain parent variant. This study examines the far field electromechanical loading conditions that favor the formation, existence and evolution of compatible and stable needle domain array patterns using a phase-field modeling approach. The infinite arrays of needles are modeled via a representative unit cell and the appropriate electrical and mechanical periodic boundary conditions. A theoretical investigation of the generalized loading conditions is carried out to determine the sets of averaged loading states that lead to stationary needle tip locations. The resulting boundary value problems are solved using a non-linear finite element method to determine the details of the needle shape as well as the field distributions around the needle tips.

Los programas de ingeniería tradicionalmente no han incluido las emociones como elemento central del aprendizaje en los programas de formación, limitando la capacidad de comprender las relaciones transactivas con el entorno, con otros y ellos mismos. En la actualidad se consideran a las emociones como parte fundamental del proceso de enseñanza por la influencia de estas en el aprendizaje, y con ello lograr la inclusión del desarrollo de habilidades y competencias sociales que hacen al profesional competente y pertinente para atender las necesidades y requerimientos del entorno concibiendo que el fin último de las profesiones es, precisamente, la sociedad. De esta forma se promueve un proceso de formación de carácter sistémico. Este trabajo reporta una experiencia de formación sistémica de aula con estudiantes de la facultad de la ingeniería de la Universidad Tecnológica del Chocó mediante la aplicación de la autorreflexión que reconoce el rol de las emociones en la formación. Su objetivo fue identificar percepciones y emociones relacionadas con ellos mismos y su entorno cercano. A partir de esto, los estudiantes recibieron información adicional que les permitiera hacer metacognición sobre sus emociones desarrollando así una nueva mirada que facilitará lidiar con los sentimientos que se generan en el proceso de formación como parte del desarrollo integral adoptado en la fundamentación teórica institucional en el desarrollo del ser Esto permitió reconocer la necesidad de los estudiantes de ser oídos y vistos como personas con temores y expectativas que residen principalmente en temas familiares y del desarrollo personal. Los profesores por su parte reconocieron la importancia de incluir en el proceso cognitivo el desarrollo de habilidades blandas, así como la gestión de las emociones, para finalmente concluir en el nivel de impacto que pudo generar este reconocimiento en las posibilidades de aprendizaje. Estos aprendizajes alrededor del rol de las emociones en la formación en Ingeniería cobran una relevancia en momentos de crisis como los vividos durante la pandemia ya que permiten a los programas reconocer el rol de las emociones en la formación.

Abstract The early detection of failures in geared systems is an important industrial problem which has still to be addressed from both an experimental and theoretical viewpoint. The proposed paper combines some extensive numerical simulations of a single stage geared unit with localized tooth faults and the use of several detection techniques whose performances are compared and critically assessed. A model aimed at simulating the contributions of local tooth defects such as spalling to the gear dynamic behavior is set up. The pinion and the gear of a pair are modeled as to two rigid cylinders with all six degrees of freedom connected by a series of springs which represent gear body and gear tooth compliances on the base plane. Classical shaft finite elements including torsional, flexural and axial displacements can be superimposed on the gear element together with some lumped stiffnesses, masses, inertias, ... which account for the load machines, bearings and couplings. Tooth defects are modeled by a distribution of normal deviations over a zone which can be located anywhere on the active tooth flanks. Among the numerous available signal processing techniques used in vibration monitoring, cepstrum analysis is sensitive, reliable and it can be adapted to a complex geared system with several meshes. From an analytical analysis of the equations of motion, two complementary detection techniques based upon the acceleration power cesptrum are proposed. The equations of motion and the contact problem between mating flanks are simultaneously solved by coupling an implicit time-step integration scheme and a unilateral normal contact algorithm. The results of the numerical simulations are used as a data base for the proposed detection techniques. The combined influence of the defect location, depth and extent is analyzed for two examples of spur and helical gears with various profile modifications and the effectiveness of the two complementary detection methods is discussed before some conclusions are drawn.

Abstract:
We introduce a novel apprenticeship learning algorithm to learn an expert's underlying reward structure in off-policy model-free batch settings. Unlike existing methods that require hand-crafted features, on-policy evaluation, further data acquisition for evaluation policies or the knowledge of model dynamics, our algorithm requires only batch data (demonstrations) of the observed expert behavior. Such settings are common in many real-world tasks---health care, finance, or industrial process control---where accurate simulators do not exist and additional data acquisition is costly. We develop a transition-regularized imitation learning model to learn a rich feature representation and a near-expert initial policy that makes the subsequent batch inverse reinforcement learning process viable. We also introduce deep successor feature networks that perform off-policy evaluation to estimate feature expectations of candidate policies. Under the batch setting, our method achieves superior results on control benchmarks as well as a real clinical task of sepsis management in the Intensive Care Unit.

Abstract:
Objetivos: Estudiar el mantenimiento de la abstinencia y posibles factores de protección en pacientes con trastorno por consumo de sustancias tras un ingreso hospitalario de desintoxicación. Métodos: estudio descriptivo longitudinal retrospectivo en pacientes que realizaron una desintoxicación hospitalaria en la unidad de Conductas Adictivas del Hospital Clínico de Barcelona desde enero del 2019 hasta marzo del 2021. Se utilizó el modelo de Regresión de Cox para identificar variables relacionadas con mayor tiempo de abstinencia tras el ingreso. Resultados: La muestra constaba de 248 pacientes (61,6% hombres, edad media 45 ±13,2 años). Un 38,4% estaba en paro, el 19,2% trabajando y el 40% eran pensionistas o jubilados. La media de meses de vinculación a los servicios de adicciones fue de 37,8 (± 54 meses). Un 56,2% cursó un ingreso de tipo voluntario y un 20,4% de los pacientes fueron trasladados a un recurso residencial después del ingreso. La mediana de días de abstinencia tras el alta fue de 35 días (IC 95% 20,4 – 49,6), siendo la media de 81,8 (±112,7) días. Los factores de protección con relación significativa respecto el tiempo de abstinencia fueron ser hombre (p=.005), estar laboralmente activo (p=.001), realizar un ingreso de tipo involuntario (p=.01), tener mayor tiempo de vinculación a los servicios de adicciones (p=.015) y realizar seguimiento post-hospitalario en dispositivos residenciales (p=.001). Conclusiones: se confirma que existe un importante porcentaje de recaídas en el consumo en los primeros meses tras el alta, como sugieren otros estudios (Grau-López et al., 2012; Xie et al., 2005). Algunas variables individuales (como el sexo y la situación laboral), clínicas (tiempo de vinculación) y del tratamiento (tipo de ingreso y de seguimiento) pueden reducir el riesgo de recaída tras el ingreso (factores de protección). Estos datos resaltan la importancia de identificar pacientes más vulnerables y diseñar planes terapéuticos más efectivos.

Abstract:
A partir de un análisis que no es contable ni financiero sino económico, Rincón-Castro y Delgado-Rojas (2017) calculan para Colombia las tasas efectivas promedio de tributación sobre el consumo y los factores de producción trabajo y capital para el período comprendido entre 1994 y 2016. Para su estudio los autores utilizan las Cuentas Nacionales del DANE bases 1994 y 2005. El objetivo del presente estudio es realizar los mismos cálculos y con la misma metodología para el período 2005-2019, pero con las Cuentas Nacionales base 2015. Los resultados indican que el cambio de base produjo una reducción sustancial de las tasas efectivas del trabajo y del capital. Por ejemplo, para 2016, la tasa efectiva promedio del trabajo se redujo en 3 puntos porcentuales y del capital en 6 puntos porcentuales. ¿Cuál es la explicación? Los cambios de las bases tributarias que introdujo la nueva base de la contabilidad nacional, ya que la metodología de cálculo, las definiciones de las tasas, los parámetros y los supuestos no cambian. Entre 2017 y 2019 se suman los efectos de las leyes de reforma tributaria 819 de 2016 y 1943 de 2018. Los cálculos para 2019 indican que la tasa efectiva promedio de tributación del consumo es 12,7%, del trabajo es 18% y del capital es 15%. La desagregación de la tasa del trabajo muestra que la tasa de los salarios es 2,3%, de la nómina es 2,7% y de la seguridad social es 13%. La desagregación de la tasa del capital muestra que la de los hogares, quienes son los dueños del capital, es 3,8%, mientras que la de las sociedades es 21,1%. Así, los impuestos en Colombia no son efectivamente tan altos, pero tampoco tan bajos ni tan bien repartidos.
