Abstract:
AbstractEnvironment Agency Jambi Province in 2014 stipulates that the Batanghari River uncategorised heavy pollution with the effluent of 0.3265 ppm. The river water flow into the Lake Sipin, so worried farmers catfish (Pangasius hypopthalmus) in the floating nets cage on heavy metal pollution Hg when exceeding quality standards. The content of Hg was observed through the method of survey study purposive sampling with 4 stations for 3 weeks of observation with sample analysis Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The observation that the accumulation of heavy metals mercury (Hg) meat catfish in the lake Sipin from 0.0930 to 0.3960 ppm. Hg content is in torelansi SNI standards for heavy metals Hg categories food fishery products including mollusks and shrimp is 1 ppm and 0.5 ppm for predatory fish. So fish farming Lake Sipin still safe for consumption humans..Hg value of water is observed from 0.0001 to 0.0009 ppm. Hg content was lower when compared to the water quality standard by the Ministry of Environment No. 51 In 2004 the threshold value for the biota is 0.001 mg / l (ppm). Then the category of heavy metal content of Hg in the waters of Lake Sipin still at the threshold of normal. Occurrence repaired Hg waters presumably because the number found fish brooms, Hypostomus plecostomus and plant water hyacinth, Eichhornia crassipes which absorbed Hg in the waters. The state of water quality when the observation temperatures averaging 30-32 ° C, pH 6.6 to 7.4 and DO 7.0 to 8.4 ppm. The range of this parameter is feasible for the cultivation of catfish (Pangasius Hyphopthalmus), as it supports the growth and survival. Keywords: Bioaccumulation Hg, Lake Sipin, catfish AbstrakBadan Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jambi pada tahun 2014 menetapkan bahwa Sungai Batanghari dikategorikan tercemari berat dengan limbah 0,3265 ppm.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to classify the given image as indoor or outdoor with higher success rate by mixing various features like brightness, number of straight lines, number of Euclidean shapes and recursive shapes. Design/methodology/approach For annotating an image, it is very easy, if the image is categorized as indoor or outdoor. Many methods are proposed to classify the given image in these criteria but still the rate of uncategorized images occupies considerable area. This proposed work is the extension of the existing works already proposed by experts in this field. Some of the parameters mainly focused to classify are color histogram, orientation of edges, straightness of edges, discrete cosine transform coefficients, etc. In addition to that, this work includes finding of Euclidean shapes i.e. closed contours and recursive shapes in the given image. When the Euclidean shaped object dominates the recursive shapes then it is classified as indoor object and if the recursive shapes dominates, it is categorized as outdoor object. Findings This work is carried out on the standard image data sets. The data sets are Microsoft Research Cambridge (MRC) object recognition image database 1.0. and Kodak and Coral image data set. Totally 540 images are taken into account and the images are classified 95.4 percent correctly. Abstract:
Sea cucumbers belonged to the species of Holothuria atra are one of the holothurians that could reproduce asexually through fission particularly when their ambient environments are not optimum to reproduce sexually. The reproductive pattern of H. atra has been shown to correlate with to the condition of H. atra population as well as their habitats and environments. This study aims to investigate the asexual reproduction and fission rate of H. atra in Tanjung, North Lombok, Indonesia. We conducted surveys in February, May, July, August, September and December 2016 by applying the free collection method. A total of 1,383 individual H. atra were collected consisting of 931 intact or normal individuals, 174 anterior individuals, 261 posterior individuals and 17 uncategorized individuals. Fissioned H. atra were found in every sampling conducted in the six different months with fission rates range from 5.53 to 30.40%. This research shows that the population of H. atra in Tanjung, North Lombok, are susceptible to asexual reproduction (fission). Fission rate value of > 5% is associated with an adaptation mechanism of H. atra to maintain their population in the wild. Further investigation on the environmental conditions stimulating H. atra fission is needed to understand the reproduction and population dynamic of this species in Tanjung waters.

Abstract:
Extrapulmonary tuberculosis (EPTB) in People Living with HIV (PLWHIV) is a diagnostic challenge. Our immunochemistry based MPT64 antigen detection test has shown improved sensitivity compared to current laboratory tests in the resource limited diagnostic setting. The aim of this study was to validate the implementability and diagnostic performance of the test in PLWHIV and HIV negative adults in a HIV endemic Tanzanian setting. Adult (>18 y) presumptive EPTB patients were prospectively enrolled at Mbeya Zonal Referral Hospital and followed to the end of treatment or until an alternative diagnosis was reached. Suspected sites of infection were sampled and were subject to routine diagnostics, GeneXpert MTB/RIF assay and the MPT64 test. The performance of the diagnostics tests was assessed using a composite reference standard that included clinical suspicion, mycobacterial culture, response to anti-tuberculosis (TB) therapy, cytological and radiological findings. Patients (N = 168) were categorized as 21 confirmed TB, 23 probable TB and 44 possible TB cases, 69 patients were categorized as non-TB cases and 11 were uncategorized. In the TB group, the three most common infections were adenitis (41%), peritonitis (19%) and pleuritis (14%). The TB and non-TB groups did not differ in HIV seropositivity (46% vs 42%) Among HIV negative and PLWHIV, the MPT64 test had a sensitivity of (91% vs 78%), specificity (75% vs 86%), positive predictive value (80% vs 88%), negative predictive value (89% vs 74%), and accuracy (84% vs 81%), respectively. Performance was not significantly reduced in PLWHIV, and sensitivity was higher than in the currently used tests, including the GeneXpert MTB/RIF assay. The MPT64 test improved the diagnosis of EPTB, irrespective of HIV status. The test performed better than currently used diagnostic test. The test was implementable in a tertiary level hospital with basic pathology services in a HIV endemic Tanzanian setting.

Abstract:
Purpose State-of-the-art cloud applications are problematic for collaborative document management; their current design does not encourage active personal folder categorization. Cloud applications such as Google Drive and Microsoft’s OneDrive store documents automatically, so at no point are users directed to categorize them by placing them in folders. To encourage active categorization and promote effective retrieval of cloud documents, the authors designed an add-on “nudge” called Personal Organizer which prompts Google Drive users to categorize by storing cloud documents in personal folders. The add-on prompt is triggered when users attempt to close uncategorized or unnamed documents. The purpose of this paper is to test whether using the Personal Organizer add-on leads participants to actively store their documents in folders that they personally created, and whether this promotes more successful and efficient retrieval. Design/methodology/approach To test the add-on, the authors conducted a pretest-manipulation-post-test intervention study with 34 participants lasting over three months. In both tests, participants were asked to retrieve personal documents taken from their own “Recents” list to improve ecological validity. Findings Using our add-on doubled the percentage of documents that were actively stored in folders. Additionally, using personally created folders substantially improved retrieval success while decreasing retrieval time. Originality/value Implementing our findings can improve document storage and retrieval for millions of users of collaborative cloud storage. The authors discuss broader theoretical implications concerning the role of active organization for retrieval in collaborative repositories, as well as design implications.

Abstract:
Background: Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the number one cause of death globally. Most can be prevented by addressing behavioral risk factors, where advanced practice nurses- clinical specialists in cardiovascular nursing play a fundamental role. This modern and effective role is based on advanced activities, knowledge, skills, and experience in a specialized field, which can make a significant contribution to solving the problems of these civilization diseases. The aim of this work is to explore the self-perception of advanced-practice nurses (APNs) working in cardiology and vascular medicine departments within the context of advanced-practice nursing. Methods: This quantitative exploratory study included 103 APNs working in cardiology and vascular diseases departments of specialized hospitals in Slovakia. A validated instrument was used. Results: The overall perception was at the level of 68.01%. The highest-rated domain was the outcomes for patients/clients, and subdomains were meeting the needs, education of healthcare workers, and quality in relation to management. There was a significant difference found among hospitals with a better scoring of specialized institutions. Conclusion: There have been promising advances due to the current legislation in Slovakia defining APNs and specialists’ competencies. However, the practice in nursing for CVD patients remains fragmented, uncategorized and less valued by stakeholders and the public. According to the results, nurses have the potential and preparedness for this role in the context of their knowledge and skills in general. The Authors conclude that there is a need of such specialization of APNs in Slovakia.

Abstract:
Purpose This paper aims to gather together the minimum units of users’ identity in the Bitcoin network (i.e. the individual Bitcoin addresses) and group them into representations of business entities, what we call “super clusters”. While these clusters can remain largely anonymous, the authors are able to ascribe many of them to particular business categories by analyzing some of their specific transaction patterns (TPs), as observed during the period from 2009 to 2015. The authors are then able to extract and create a map of the network of payment relationships among them, and analyze transaction behavior found in each business category. They conclude by identifying three marked regimes that have evolved as the Bitcoin economy has grown and matured: from an early prototype stage; to a second growth stage populated in large part with “sin” enterprise (i.e. gambling, black markets); to a third stage marked by a sharp progression away from “sin” and toward legitimate enterprises. Design/methodology/approach Data mining. Findings Four primary business categories are identified in the Bitcoin economy: miners, gambling services, black markets and exchanges. Common patterns of transaction behavior between the business categories and their users are a “one-day” holding period for bitcoin transactions is somewhat typical. That is, a one-day effect where traders, gamblers, black market participants and miners tend to cash out on a daily basis. There seems to be a strong preference to do business within the bitcoin economy in round lot amounts, whether it is more typical of traders exchanging for fiat money, gamblers placing bets or black market goods being bought and sold. Distinct patterns of transaction behavior among the business categories and their users are flows between traders and exchanges average just around 20 BTC, and traders buy or sell on average every 11 days. Meanwhile, gamblers wager just 0.5 BTC on average, but re-bet often within the same day. Three marked regimes have evolved, as the Bitcoin economy has grown and matured: from an early prototype stage, to a second growth stage populated in large part with “sin” enterprises (i.e. gambling, black markets), to a third stage marked by a sharp progression away from “sin” and toward legitimate enterprises. This evolution of the Bitcoin economy suggests a trend toward legitimate commerce. Originality/value The authors propose a new theoretical framework that allows investigating and exploring the network of payment relationships in the Bitcoin economy. This study starts by gathering together the minimum units of Bitcoin identities (the individual addresses), and it goes forward in grouping them into approximations of business entities, what is called “super clusters”, by using tested techniques from the literature. A super cluster can be thought of as an approximation of a business entity in that it describes a number of individual addresses that are owned or controlled collectively by the same beneficial owner for some special economic purposes. The majority of these important clusters are initially unknown and uncategorized. The novelty of this study is given by the pure user group and the TP analyses, by means of which the authors are able to ascribe the super clusters into specific business categories and outline a map of the network of payment relationships among them.
