Abstract:
Marine macroalgae, contributing much to the bioeconomy, have inspired tremendous attention as sustainable raw materials. Ulvan, as one of the main structural components of green algae cell walls, can be degraded by ulvan lyase through the β-elimination mechanism to obtain oligosaccharides exhibiting several good physiological activities. Only a few ulvan lyases have been characterized until now. This thesis explores the properties of a new polysaccharide lyase family 25 ulvan lyase TsUly25B from the marine bacterium Thalassomonas sp. LD5. Its protein molecular weight was 54.54 KDa, and it was most active under the conditions of 60 °C and pH 9.0. The Km and kcat values were 1.01 ± 0.05 mg/mL and 10.52 ± 0.28 s−1, respectively. TsUly25B was salt-tolerant and NaCl can significantly improve its thermal stability. Over 80% of activity can be preserved after being incubated at 30 °C for two days when the concentration of NaCl in the solution is above 1 M, while 60% can be preserved after incubation at 40 °C for 10 h with 2 M NaCl. TsUly25B adopted an endolytic manner to degrade ulvan polysaccharides, and the main end-products were unsaturated ulvan disaccharides and tetrasaccharides. In conclusion, our research enriches the ulvan lyase library and advances the utilization of ulvan lyases in further fundamental research as well as ulvan oligosaccharides production.

Abstract:
Ulvan lyases can degrade ulvan to oligosaccharides with potent biological activity. A new ulvan lyase gene, ALT3695, was identified in Alteromonas sp. A321. Soluble expression of ALT3695 was achieved in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). The 1314-bp gene encoded a protein with 437 amino acid residues. The amino acid sequence of ALT3695 exhibited low sequence identity with polysaccharide lyase family 25 (PL25) ulvan lyases from Pseudoalteromonas sp. PLSV (64.14% identity), Alteromonas sp. LOR (62.68% identity), and Nonlabens ulvanivorans PLR (57.37% identity). Recombinant ALT3695 was purified and the apparent molecular weight was about 53 kDa, which is different from that of other polysaccharide-degrading enzymes identified in Alteromonas sp. A321. ALT3695 exhibited maximal activity in 50 mM Tris-HCl buffer at pH 8.0 and 50 °C. ALT3695 was relatively thermostable, as 90% activity was observed after incubation at 40 °C for 3 h. The Km and Vmax values of ALT3695 towards ulvan were 0.43 mg·mL−1 and 0.11 μmol·min−1·mL−1, respectively. ESI-MS analysis showed that enzymatic products were mainly disaccharides and tetrasaccharides. This study reports a new PL25 family ulvan lyase, ALT3695, with properties that suggest its great potential for the preparation of ulvan oligosaccharides.

Abstract:
In this study, we aimed to isolate bacteria capable of degrading the polysaccharide ulvan from the green algae Ulva sp. (Chlorophyta, Ulvales, Ulvaceae) in marine environments. We isolated 13 ulvan-degrading bacteria and observed high diversity at the genus level. Further, the genera Paraglaciecola, Vibrio, Echinicola, and Algibacter, which can degrade ulvan, were successfully isolated for the first time from marine environments. Among the 13 isolates, only one isolate (Echinicola sp.) showed the ability not only to produce externally expressed ulvan lyase, but also to be periplasmic or on the cell surface. From the results of the full-genome analysis, lyase was presumed to be a member of the PL25 (BNR4) family of ulvan lyases, and the bacterium also contained the sequence for glycoside hydrolase (GH43, GH78 and GH88), which is characteristic of other ulvan-degrading bacteria. Notably, this bacterium has a unique ulvan lyase gene not previously reported.

Abstract:
This study has analyzed the characteristics of housing purchase burden by housing type in Busan, using house affordability index(HAI). This study's time scope is from January 2012 to December 2021, and the spatial scope selected four metropolitan areas: Busan, Ulsan, Seoul, Incheon. The research method and empirical analysis results are as follows. First, after calculating HAI among three housing types (apartment, multi-family house, and single-family house), this study conducted a one-way ANOVA to compare the results at the level of metropolitan areas. The results showed that the purchase burden of apartments was in the order of Seoul, Busan, Incheon, and Ulsan, whereas that of multi-family houses was in the order of Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, and Incheon. Finally, the purchase burden of single-family houses was in the order of Seoul, Ulsan, Busan, and Incheon. Second, spatial autocorrelation analysis was conducted using Busan’s HAI data for all housing types in 2021. The test results from Moran's I showed that HAI of apartments and single-family houses had similar spatial autocorrelation level compared with those of surrounding area, whereas HAI and PIR of multi-family houses showed contrasting spatial autocorrelation level with those of surrounding area. Third, the results of LISA showed that Dongnae-gu and Suyeong-gu were the H-H areas (Hot Spot) for apartments. In contrast, Seo-gu and Dong-gu were the L-L areas (Cold Spot) for multi-family houses. For single-family houses, Jung-gu, Seo-gu, and Dong-gu were the L-L area, whereas Dongnae-gu, Haewoondae-gu, Yeonje-gu, and Suyeong-gu were the H-H area.

This study is of literature research by collecting and analyzing the data sources of the various books, journals and documents relating to the educational thought of abdullah nashih ulwan. The study congcluded that material of moral education that abdullah nashih ulwan offers, that are, the moral education in the family and in the environment. In teaching morals, Abdullah Nashih Ulwan provided several methods such as teaching, habituation, punishment and reward and also giving good advice.

The species of green macroalga belonging to the genus Ulva (family: Ulvaceae) are utilized in various fields, from food supplements to biomedical applications. Ulvan, a polysaccharide obtained from various Ulva species, has shown various biological activities, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antibacterial, and antiviral activities. To obtain the polysaccharide ulvan that can be utilized in various fields, it is necessary to understand the critical points that affect its physicochemical nature, the extraction procedures, and the mechanism of action for biological activities. This article discusses the physicochemical properties, extraction, isolation and characterization procedures and benefits in food and biomedical applications of ulvan. In conclusion, ulvan from Ulva sp. has the potential to be used as a therapeutic agent and also as an additional ingredient in the development of tissue engineering procedures.

This research also concludes that the method is still relevant to the present reality.

The main purpose of this study is to present the history of the Ulma family from Markowa against the background of the biblical vision of redeemed in Rev 7:9-17. On 24 March 1944, Wiktoria and Józef Ulma and their seven children were murdered by German soldiers for giving shelter to eight Jews. The beatification process of the family from the Subcarpathia region began several years ago and has an unique character. It lies in that the beatification process concerns not only the parents, but all their children: Stanisława, Barbara, Władysław, Franciszek, Antoni and Maria aged from 8 to 1.5 years, and the Unborn child, still in Wiktoria’s womb. This article consists of two parts: exegetical and biographical. The first part contains an exegetic and theological analysis of the text of Rev 7:9-17, which provides a biblical context for the second part of the paper, describing the heroic story of the family.

In an Islamic perspective, morals have an important role in living life. The morals possessed by a child are a form of habit seen from their immediate environment, namely the family. Imam Al-Ghazali and Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan are some of the Islamic figures who contributed ideas regarding methods of moral education. This study writes about how the method of moral education in children in the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali and the perspective of Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan and how is the method of moral education in children compared in the perspective of both? By using a comparative descriptive method, this literature research concludes that there are similarities in the thoughts of Imam Al-Ghazali and Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan regarding methods of moral education, namely methods of exemplary, habituation, advice, punishment and rewards. Apart from having points of similarity, the two figures also have different points of view regarding the method of moral education in its application and in its concept.

Cancer is one of the most worldwide spread diseases and causes maximum death. Treatment of cancer depends on the host immune system and the type of drugs. The inefficiency of conventional cancer treatments as a result of drug resistance, nontargeted delivery, and chemotherapy-related negative side effects has caused bioactive phytochemicals to come into focus. As a result, recent years have seen an increase in research into screening and identifying natural compounds with anticancer properties. Recent studies on the isolation and use of polysaccharides derived from various marine algal species have revealed a variety of biological activities, including antioxidant and anticancer properties. Ulvan is a polysaccharide derived from various green seaweeds of the Ulva species in the family Ulvaceae. It has been demonstrated to have potent anticancer and anti-inflammatory properties through the modulation of antioxidants. It is vital to understand the mechanisms underlying the biotherapeutic activities of Ulvan in cancer and its role in immunomodulation. In this context, we reviewed the anticancer effects of ulvan based on its apoptotic effects and immunomodulatory activity. Additionally, we also focused on its pharmacokinetic studies in this review. Ulvan is the most conceivable candidate for use as a cancer therapeutic agent and could be used to boost immunity. Moreover, it may be established as an anticancer drug once its mechanisms of action are understood. Due to its high food and nutritive values, it can be used as a possible dietary supplement for cancer patients in the near future. This review may provide fresh perspectives on the potential novel role of ulvan, reveal a brand-new cancer-prevention strategy, and improve human health.

Abdullah Nashih Ulwan emphasized on child education about faith, moral (character), physical education, rational thinking (reason), psychology, social skills, and sexual education. The application used the are through providing examples, customs, advice, attention/supervision and punishment. Islamic Perspective is a complex and thorough education. Education lasts from birth until death, making education something very important, especially from parent to child, and the child unto himself or herself. Everything that is taught should be in accordance with the Quraan and hadith and must not violate the laws and the knowledge itself must not be deviant. The application must be as in ways or methods exemplified by the Qur'an and the Prophet Muhammad PBUH.</p>

Religious character is one of the 18 aspects of character values according to the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, which ranks first. Its position in the first order illustrates that this character is an essential character that children must possess in line with the concept of child education in Islam in Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's view. Abdullah Nashih Ulwan is a Muslim figure who plays an active role in da'wah and Islamic education. He argues that proper character education directs humans to have good personalities who hold fast to the values of faith in Allah SWT and realize that Allah SWT is always watching over them. Religious character is the character, character, or personality of a person who is closely related to God and is based on the teachings of the religion he adheres to. This study aims to analyze the concept of children's education in Islam from the perspective of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan. Then the concept he explained was relevant to forming religious characters in the family environment. This study uses library or library research with a content analysis approach or content analysis, then collects data and draws conclusions from the research results. This study concludes that the concept of children's education in Islam in Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's view is closely related to the formation of religious characters in the family environment. Awareness of parents in carrying out the responsibilities of faith, morals, reason, physical, psychological, social, and sex education with exemplary methods, advice, habituation, attention, and punishment is very influential in forming religious character in the family environment.

Abstract:
In this information and technology era, families face many challenges, especially in terms of childcare. The many social issues related to the family, especially the role of parents, make government institutions take the initiative to build family resilience by providing parents with knowledge about parenting. This article intends to highlight parenting activities for young parents held by the Surabaya City Government through the Puspaga (Family Learning Center) program. This program is intended to increase the knowledge of young parents about parenting towards children and make them aware of the importance of knowledge about parenting as a provision to foster harmonious families. Data was collected using interview techniques with participants and Puspaga administrators and documentation techniques. To assess this practice, the author uses child education theory according to Abdulloh Nashih 'Ulwa who emphasizes education in the fields of faith, morals, physical, psychological, resourceful, and social. The parenting program for young parents held by Puspaga is compatible with the concepts of Islamic education according to Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwa.

This article tries to adapt the concept of religious education curriculum in the family with Islamic perspectives whose main source comes from the thought of Islamic education scholars. Islam considers education in the family to be the oldest informal religious educational institution. The role of parents or families is very important to the successful education of the child, because the child has more time at home with his family. Religious education in the family is intended to shape children into human beings who believe and fear Allah SWT and have noble character and religious values that are carried out in daily life. Seeing how important the role of the family in educating children, a curriculum concept is needed as a reference for Muslim parents in educating their children. Thus, parents can guide their children by providing educational materials that suit the needs, ages, interests, and talents of children, as stated in Ibn Sina and al-Shaibani's thoughts on the concept of education in the family. Besides, aspects of the use of methods in educating children are important things to be considered by parents. Abdullah Nasih Ulwan offered methods that parents can use in educating children, including methods of role models (uswah hasanah), habituation methods, advice (mau’izah) methods, methods of attention, and methods of punishment.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the association of allergic rhinitis with air pollutant concentrations using the follow-up data of elementary school children in Ulsan, Korea. Methods All students of four elementary schools in Ulsan, South Korea were surveyed at two-year intervals. The survey used data collected five times, over a nine-year period from June 2009 to April 2018. The questionnaire used in the survey was a modified version of the ISAAC (International society of asthma and allergy of children) questionnaire. A skin prick test (SPT) was performed with 24 standard antigens. To estimate the levels of exposure to outdoor air pollution, the concentrations of sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), ozone (O3), carbon monoxide (CO), and particulate matter 10 μm or less in diameter (PM10) were used. As a dependent variable, a history of allergic rhinitis diagnosed by a doctor during the last 1-year was considered. Logistic regression analysis was used to select variables suitable for the statistical model. The selected variables were then used to assess their association with the dependent variable using the generalized estimation equation. Results Among environmental factors, SO2 was associated with a high risk and PM10 was associated with a low risk of allergic rhinitis. The risk of allergic rhinitis from living in a house built within the last year was high, and the risk from living in a multi-family house or apartment was higher than that from living in a segregated house. History of allergic diseases in the family was a high-risk factor for allergic rhinitis. There was a relationship between a history of bronchiolitis at less than 2 years of age and a high risk of allergic rhinitis. Boys were at a higher risk than girls. Conclusion From the follow-up data of elementary school students in Ulsan, Korea, the concentration of SO2, which is an indicator of the degree of industrialization, was related to the prevalence of allergic rhinitis. Among all the risk factors, history of allergic disease in the parents was the most important factor, and the study reconfirmed the results of the previous studies.

Oleh itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kaedah pengamalan keluarga di Putrajaya dalam pembangunan minda anak remaja berteraskan perspektif ‘Ulwan. Reka bentuk kajian ini adalah kajian tinjauan menggunakan alat soal selidik untuk meninjau 384 responden yang dipilih dalam kalangan ibu bapa beragama Islam yang mempunyai remaja di Putrajaya. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan kebanyakan ibu bapa menghantar anak ke sekolah agama untuk mendalami ilmu agama (min = 3.44), mengenal pasti bakat dan potensi anak (min = 3.44), dan mengenal pasti kecenderungan serta minat anak (min = 3.41). Implikasi daripada kajian ini dapat membantu ibu bapa memantapkan ilmu keibubapaan dan seterusnya dapat diterapkan kepada remaja di rumah. Penyelidikan ini turut menyumbang kepada pihak bertanggungjawab agar lebih progresif menguruskan pembangunan belia dan keluarga di Malaysia. Adolescents are a valuable asset and pillar of strength for a country. However, a handful of Muslim adolescents now practise behaviour based on lust, free association between men and women, lifestyle and ideology far removed from religion, and social symptoms that would destroy generations. The mistakes in the way of thinking and lifestyle of these wayward young people must be corrected by developing and strengthening their personal intellectual values. This study was aimed at analysing the family practice methods in Putrajaya in terms of adolescent mind development based on the perspective of ‘Ulwan. This study was designed as a survey using a questionnaire instrument with 384 respondents comprised of purposefully selected Muslim parents with adolescents in Putrajaya. Data was analysed with descriptive statistical techniques using SPSS. Findings of the study showed that the majority of parents sent their children to religious school to further their religious knowledge (mean = 3.44), identify the child's talents and potential (mean = 3.44), and ascertain the child's inclinations and interests (mean = 3.41). The implications of this study may help parents strengthen their parenting knowledge and skills, and subsequently inculcate this among the adolescents in the family. This study may also contribute knowledge and understanding to enable those responsible in managing adolescent and family affairs in Malaysia to be more progressive and effective.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the usefulness of a diagnostic method for trichomoniasis that uses sequencing of the Tv-E650 gene. Methods: Totally 109 patients visited Ulaan Tuuz Hospital, National Center of Communicable Disease, Ulaanbaatar and were examined for trichomoniasis using wet mount examination, Papanicolaou (Pap) smear, culture and PCR. A family of 650 base pair (bp) long repeats from the T. vaginalis genome, designated as the Tv-E650 family, was sequenced for five Mongolian strains. Results: As a result, 21.1% (23/109) were positive by wet mount, 18.3% (20/109) were positive by Pap smear, 28.4% (31/109) were positive by culture and 36.6% (40/109) were positive by PCR. The differences among the strains are single-nucleotide and 2-nudeotide substitutions and insertions or deletions. The sequence uniformity of the strains as well as the presence of identical mutations in different isolates suggest efficient sequence homogenization mechanisms. In blast results, the Tv-E650 repeat family is conserved in all T. vaginalis strains examined, regardless of their diverse geographical origin. Conclusion: TheTv-E650 repeat family of 7? vaginalis is a simple, rapid sensitive and specific accurate method for identification and diagnosis of trichomoniasis.

Песни Ёр-ёр являются наиболее распространенным практическим жанром музыкального фольклора узбекского народа. В исполнении ёр-ёр есть строгий порядок, основанный на требованиях соответствия традиции свадебного процесса. Песни ёр-ёр исполняются только женщинами на свадебной церемонии. Они имеют различия по стилю, исполнению, содержанию и форме. Поскольку между фольклорными произведениями наблюдаются межжанровые связи, сходство отчетливо ощущается в художественности и структуре песен улан и ёр-ёр. Иногда они поются иначе, плачущим тоном, как шаманские песнопения. In the musical heritage, the reflection of the life and way of life of the people is represented by the versatility of themes and the variety of genres. Folk old songs are important for their historical, cultural, artistic and aesthetic value. Yor- Yor songs are the most common practical genre of the Uzbek people's musical folklore. In the performance of Yor- Yor, there is a strict order based on the requirements of the wedding process tradition. Yor-Yor songs are performed only by women at the wedding ceremony. They have differences in style, singing, content and form. Since inter-genre connections are observed between folklore works, the similarity is clearly felt in the artistry and structure of Ulan and Yor-Yor songs. Sometimes, they are sung differently, in a crying tone, just like shamanic chants.

Abstract:
A rod shaped, Gram-stain-negative, chemo-organotrophic, heterotrophic, strictly aerobic, non-gliding bacterium, designated strain PLRT, was isolated from faeces of the mollusc Aplysia punctata (Mollusca, Gastropoda) that had been fed with green algae belonging to the genus Ulva. The novel strain was able to degrade ulvan, a polysaccharide extracted from green algae (Chlorophyta, Ulvophyceae). The taxonomic position of strain PLRT was investigated by using a polyphasic approach. Strain PLRT was dark orange, oxidase-positive, catalase-positive and grew optimally at 25 °C, at pH 7.5 and in the presence of 2.5 % (w/v) NaCl with an oxidative metabolism using oxygen as the electron acceptor. Nitrate could not be used as the electron acceptor. Strain PLRT had a Chargaff’s coefficient (DNA G+C content) of 35.3 mol%. Phylogenetic analysis based on the sequence of the 16S rRNA gene placed the novel strain in the family Flavobacteriaceae (phylum ‘Bacteroidetes’), within a clade comprising Stenothermobacter spongiae, Nonlabens tegetincola, Sandarakinotalea sediminis, Persicivirga xylanidelens and Persicivirga dokdonensis. The closest neighbours of strain PLRT were P. xylanidelens and P. dokdonensis, sharing 95.2 and 95.5 % 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity, respectively. Phylogenetic inference and differential phenotypic characteristics demonstrated that strain PLRT represents a novel species of the genus Persicivirga, for which the name Persicivirga ulvanivorans sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is PLRT ( = CIP 110082T = DSM 22727T).

This paper presents a couple of methods to evaluate the heat removal factor FR of flat plate solar collectors, as well as a parametric study of the FR against the tilt angle β, and (Ti − Ta)/G, and its effects on the a0-factor (FRτα) and the a1-factor (FRULmin). The proposed methods were based on indoor flow calorimetry. The first method considers the ratio of the actual useful heat to the maximum useful heat. The second takes into account the slopes of the family of efficiency curves (FRULmin) according to ANSI/ASHRAE 93-2010, and the minimum overall heat loss coefficient, ULmin. In both methods, a feedback temperature control at collector inclinations from horizontal to vertical allows the inlet temperature and the emulating of the solar radiation to be established by electrical heating. The performance of the methods was determined in terms of the uncertainty of the FR. Method 1 allowed a three-fold improved precision compared to Method 2; however, this implied a more detailed experimental setup. According to the first method, the effects of the tilt angle β, and the (Ti − Ta)/G, on the a0-factor were considerable, since FR is directly proportional to the a0-factor. The changes in (Ti − Ta)/G caused an average change in FR of 32% The FR shows almost linear behavior for inclinations from horizontal to vertical with a 14.5% change. The effects of β on the a1-factor were not considerable, due to the compensation between the increase in FR and the decrease in ULmin as β increased.

Cerato-ulmin (CU) is a 75-amino-acid-long protein that belongs to the hydrophobin family. It self-assembles at hydrophobic–hydrophilic interfaces, forming films that reverse the wettability properties of the bound surface: a capability that may confer selective advantages to the fungus in colonizing and infecting elm trees. Here, we show for the first time that CU can elicit a defense reaction (induction of phytoalexin synthesis and ROS production) in non-host plants (Arabidopsis) and exerts its eliciting capacity more efficiently when in its soluble monomeric form. We identified two hydrophobic clusters on the protein’s loops endowed with dynamical and physical properties compatible with the possibility of reversibly interconverting between a disordered conformation and a β-strand-rich conformation when interacting with hydrophilic or hydrophobic surfaces. We propose that the plasticity of those loops may be part of the molecular mechanism that governs the protein defense elicitation capability.

This study analyzed the various methods of and reasons for committing suicide among 90 firefighters within a 10 year period (2010-2019). The study discovered that: the suicide rate per 100,000 people has gradually decreased in the general public and police, while the number of suicides among firefighters continues to increase; the suicide rate arranged in increasing order by province, was Gyeonggi < Seoul < Jeonnam < Gyeongbuk < Busan whereas the suicide rate in terms of the number of staff followed the order of Jeonnam < Ulsan < Chungbuk < Gyeonggi < Seoul; the highest suicide rates were found among firefighters in the Sobangjang (fire sergeant) position, who were in their 40s, and who had served fewer than 10 years; the reasons for committing suicide were family discord, depression, hopelessness, debt, and job stress in that order; those in their 20s and 50s committed suicide due to depression while family discord appeared to be the cause for those in their 30s and 40s. To prevent firefighters from committing suicide, we need to initiate a dedicated psychological counseling organization, run a firefighters’ suicide prevention program at the fire academy, and strengthen the psychological autopsy for firefighters’ suicide and statistics management, etc.

The article presents the thematic analysis of the letters by the famous resident of Verkhneudinsk — Ulan-Ude Ekaterina Aleksandrovna Sergeyeva (married name Tan-skaya) at the turn of the 19th–20th centuries. The letters are a unique historical source shining a spotlight on everyday life of the city. We have chosen the letters in which Ekaterina told her family and friends about Verkhneudinsk. Being a native of Chita, Ekaterina perceived Verkhneudinsk as her native and beloved place due to the the fact that her family and friends lived there. Obviously, the young girl placed her atten-tion on the most vivid and significant events from the social life of the city, such as mobi-lization and the passage of the first train. Considering the city provincial and gray, she during her long stay in St. Petersburg was sincerely interested in its life. Summing up the study, we have emphasized that despite the scarcity of subject descriptions of the city E. A. Sergeyeva’s (Tanskaya) letters show us the love and warmth of the residents to the city regardless the monotony of its cultural and social life, and unsuitable living conditions.

PiS and Fidesz are mnemonic warriors who tried to enforce their memory politics already during their first government terms – as the analysis of their flagship museums, the Warsaw Rising Museum and the House of Terror in Budapest shows. The current illiberal governments treat museums they ‘inherited’ from their predecessors differently: While PiS changes content at the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, the Museum of the History of Polish Jews and the Holocaust Memorial Center in Budapest ‘only’ lost their directors. Even mnemonic warriors must take international developments like the ‘universalization of the Holocaust’ into consideration. Kaczyński and Orbán favored opening new museums rather than changing museums identified as ‘Jewish’, even those that explicitly deal with Polish and Hungarian complicity. New museums, like the Ulma Family Museum, the House of Fates in Budapest and the Warsaw Ghetto Museum, focus on rescuers of Jews and heroic uplifting messages.

Abstract:
A various type of descendents(後裔) were documented in household registers of Daegu, Ulsan, and Danseong produced in the later Joseon Dynasty. Joseon gave preference to the descendents of Ancient Sages since its foundation in 1392. They could have been privileged to be assumed as a governmental officer or to be excused from diverse duties, including military ones. For example, those who held ancestral rites for Ancient Sages(奉祀孫) could been assigned to the upper position on military duty such as Chunguiwui(忠義衛). Despite of uncertainties on ancestors’ lineage, they could be excluded from the Seven lowest services(七般賤役). Therefore, being recorded as an descendent of ancient sages on the household register was closely related to be given preferential treatment on duties. This study attempts to trace about 100 years of history of the houses of Gong Sebal(孔世發) and Gong Huiryun(孔希連) of Ulsan, both descendents of Confucius, and that of An Guoungwoo(安景佑), the descendants of An Hyang. The members of those families started to appear as descendents of Ancient Sages from the household register of 1680s. From then, they tended to enter into Chunguiwui, thereby being exempted from military service and moving in the upper positions in military service. However, there were various social problems caused by the exemption of the descendents of Ancient Sages from military duties. First, there were many cases of falsifying family lineages as if they were descendents of Ancient Sages(冒稱, 冒錄), in order to avoid their military duty. Second, it started to cause problems of double obligation of military service to them. Therefore, in order to resolve these issues, the government had to issue Gyehasamok(「계하사목」) to certify their military exemption. The Joseon Dynasty gave special treatment to the descendents of Ancient Sages by imposing the upper positions in military service. This policy, however, led to a number of negative effects in military administration in compliance with social changes in the later Joseon Dynasty.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the social factors of suicidal behavior among minors in the urban environment. The author sets the goal to reveal the regional specificity of social factors that define the manifestation of suicidal behavior of minors in Ulan-Ude; and for this purpose, develops and tests the sociological methodology for the studying suicidal behavior among school students aged 12-17 in Ulan-Ude. The research results are based on the sociological survey of school students, expert survey of the personnel of public educational institutions, analysis of Rosstat official statistical information, as well as analysis of the documents of public educational institutions. The article demonstrates the clear correlations between the low standard of living of the population of the region, financial situation and the well-being of the family and the suicide risk among minors. The methodology of systemic analysis allowed determining most significant social factors of suicidal behavior and revealing the regional specificity of manifestations of suicidal behavior of minors. The novelty of this work consists in the comprehensive analysis and processing of empirical data of the sociological survey conducted by the author. The acquired results have social and applied value, and can be used by educational institutions and state authorities in assessing the risks of suicidal behavior among minors, as well as in developing the programs aimed at prevention of escalation of suicidal behavior. It is established that the manifestations of suicidal behavior among minors in the urban environment are substantiated by socioeconomic problems, low material wealth of the population, unemployment of parents, living in low-income and single-parent families, migration of the population of rural areas to the city, overall social ill-being.

Abstract:
In the late Ming Dynasty, a family of the Po, who was a Mongolian military officer, emerged in Xuanfu. At first, they served as “Yi Ding(Tatar Soliders)” in Jiubian(nine-frontier fortification system of the Ming Dynasty). Unlike the Mongolians who joined the Wei Suo system in the early Ming Dynasty, the Po family served as private armed servants of Ming Dynasty border defense generals. They not only serve as frontline soldiers for border defense generals, but also serve as Mongolian language translators for them. In short, they have a lot of effectiveness.At the same time, they were incorporated into the military status of the garrison in Xuanfu, and became officials in the camp step by step from the positions of garrison and guerrilla.Its members took part in a series of eastern expeditions and western wars in the late Ming Empire, such as the Imjin War, and participated in the battles of Jigsan and Ulsan to expel the Japanese army, while the father and son of Pou Tingxiang participated in the war between the Ming Dynasty and the Later Jin Dynasty and sacrificed their lives on the battlefield. After the change of Dynasties in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the members of the Po family chose to become officials in the Qing Dynasty for the sake of family interests, and tried to let the next generation continue to engage in the army and maintain their glory. However, due to the collapse of the former Ming Dynasty’s military officer system, the Qing Dynasty’s vigilance against the former Ming Dynasty’s generals, and the characteristics of the Qing Dynasty’s military system and military officer system itself, the Po family did not get the same position of power as the former Ming.In the end, like other generals on the Jiubian(nine-frontier), the former Ming generals, who were born as adherents, gradually withered away in the Qing Dynasty.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has implications for changing the attitudes and behavior of the world community, including in the field of education. The Indonesian government, in this case, has decided to study from home (BDR) for schools to universities in addition to the work from home (WFH) policy. BDR challenges have both advantages and disadvantages. Among the weaknesses that need to be watched out for is the burnout of children in online learning from home, which cannot be denied because similar conditions are also experienced by parents, which erode the enthusiasm for learning to spirituality in the family. Therefore, this paper examines how to reconstruct the spiritualization of education for children in families amid COVID-19. This qualitative research used a descriptive approach, describing the data obtained from the interpretation of the term "tazkiyah" in the Qur’an and verses related to children's education to be contextualized into building the spiritualization concept of children's education in the perspective of Qur'anic Sufism. As part of the literature research, the data analysis adopted Gadamer's hermeneutics developed by Fakhrudin Faiz that hermeneutics revolves around text, context, and contextualization. The results showed that parents have a major role in children's education amid COVID-19 as the prominent educators in the family. These findings corroborate the opinions of Comenius, Nasih Ulwan, Abdurrahaman An-Nahlawi, and Ki Hajar Dewantara about the importance of family education. The spiritualization of children's education in the perspective of Quranic Sufism integrates the three theologies in religion as proposed by Barbour, namely the theology of revelation, natural theology, and religious experience. Therefore, the spiritualization of children's education is a necessity.

Abstract:
The current trend of education is more concerned with the intellectual aspects of students, thus giving birth to people who are good at science but tend to be lacking in morals, ethics and religious values. Seeing this fact, the author raises the method of educating children in Islam from a well-known Islamic figure and it is proven that his work has existed for a very long time and also from the Qur'an and Hadith. The method used is hermeneutic, namely using linguistic logic by making explanations and understandings of the meaning of words and the meaning of language as basic ingredients. The results of the study, the Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan method is very suitable for making our students understand commendable morals, making our students able to distinguish bad qualities and our students have strong religious provisions in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and Assunnah. , and the methods of other scholars/figures can also be taken as a reference for educating our children. Exemplary methods, customs, advice, giving attention, giving punishment, lectures, stories, questions and answers, discussions and others. And also like the teaching method in the environment, according to him, is very influential in education. The environment in question is a family, community, educational institutions and mosques. According to him, educators and students must decorate themselves with sincere intentions, good qualities and noble character. Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan's comprehensive educational method is still very relevant to the educational methods of other scholars and also to the current Modern Education Method.

AbstractThe Polish and the Hungarian governing party, PiS and Fidesz, are mnemonic warriors who had already tried to enforce their memory politics during their first government terms, as their flagship museums, the Warsaw Rising Museum, opened in 2004, and the House of Terror in Budapest, opened in 2002, show. In museums they ‘inherited’ from their predecessors, the current governments either change content, as PiS at the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, or ‘only’ battle against the directors in office, as happened at the Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw and at the Holocaust Memorial Center in Budapest. Yet even mnemonic warriors cannot ignore international developments like the ‘universalization of the Holocaust’. As the author shows, the Polish and the Hungarian governments favored opening new museums over changing existing museums identified as ‘Jewish’, including those that explicitly deal with Polish and Hungarian complicity. New museums, like the Ulma Family Museum in southeastern Poland, the House of Fates in Budapest, and the Warsaw Ghetto Museum, focus on rescuers of Jews and uplifting messages of Polish and Hungarian heroism.

Currently, there are more and more phenomena of attitudes or habits that can damage the body or body which has a negative impact on the faith, morals, psychology and minds of children. So that in this case it is important for parents and educators to know and understand the big responsibility in providing basic physical education to their children according to Islamic teachings. The purpose of this research is to find out the basic physical education of children in Islam according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan. This research is a type of library research, namely research conducted through critical and in-depth assessment of library materials that are considered relevant to the research topic. The results of this study show that basic physical education for children in Islam includes: 1) Providing a good, lawful living for their family and children, 2) Following health rules in eating, drinking and sleeping; 3) Protect yourself from infectious diseases; 4) Treat Diseases; 5) Principles of not endangering oneself and others; 6) Familiarize children with sports and riding, such as the sport recommended by the Prophet. namely; archery, swimming, horse riding, and spear throwing practice; 7) Familiarize children to be zuhud and not dissolve in pleasures; 8) Instill firm character, attack children and stay away from reactions, deviations and mischiefs.Keywords: Children, Islam, Physical Education

Through Library Research research, the results show that the form of parental responsibility for children's physical education is to provide a living for families and children, follow health rules in terms of eating and drinking, protecting themselves from infectious diseases, treating diseases, getting children to exercise, instilling the character of officers. on the child. In addition, immoral acts that need to be avoided to maintain the physical or physical health of children such as avoiding smoking, narcotics, sex and masturbation. Melalui pendidikan fisik menjadi pendidikan yang disiapkan untuk tumbuh kembang seorang anak sehingga fisiknya dapat tumbuh secara kuat dan sehat. Melalui penelitian Library Research hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap pendidikan fisik anak yaitu memberikan nafkah kepada keluarga dan anak, mengikuti aturan kesehatan dalam hal makan dan minum, melindungi diri dari penyakit menular, mengobati penyakit, membiasakan anak berolahraga, menanamkan karakter perwira pada diri anak. Selain itu, tindakan asusila yang perlu dihindari untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan fiik atau jasmani anak seperti menghindari rokok, narkotika, seks dan perbuatan onani. Abstract:
Migration, which is a rational labour issue within society, has become a hot topic globally. In recent years there has been an increase in labour migration due to globalization, disparities in the development levels of countries, culture and environment, social instability, political regimes and war. The objective of the presented study was to research the push & pull factors affecting the migration of Mongolians to the Republic of South Korea. The survey was conducted among 498 Mongolians living and working in the Jeollanamеdu and Jeollabugdu districts of the metropolitan cities of Incheon and Ulsan, as well as in the capital city Seoul. Numerous statistical techniques were applied to test the reliability and validity of the data, as well as factor analysis to confirm that the concepts of each variable were correctly measured, correlation analysis to assess the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, and multiple regression analysis to predict the value of variables used in the study. The results of the study showed that the major push factor was an economic one, for which the main motives for migration were low or instable income, the economic downturn and poverty. Likewise, the pull factors were also economic, whereby the motivation to migrate to South Korea was driven by high wages, wellbeing, the opportunity to save and/ or social factors, such as access to quality education, the cultural experience and joining family members who had already settled in the country.

Abstract:
The article deals with the artistic heritage of the outstanding Buryat artist Tsyren-Namzhil Ochirov (1920–1987), whose artistic phenomenon is based on the specific combination of the life philosophy, “naive” simplicity of depiction and the poetic love to his motherland called the Tonto Nyutag by the Buryat people. The public interest to his art was raised during the artist’s lifetime. In the early 1970s, several articles dedicated to his art were released in local newspapers. His unique artistic manner was studied by a group of young amateur artists who were members of the Republican Center of Amateur and Folk Arts in Ulan-Ude. Serious research work on his rich artistic heritage conducted by art critics and scholars started after his death. In the late 1980s and the early 1990s Svetlana Tsybiktarova, the art critic and the science assistant of the Khangalov Historical Museum in Ulan-Ude, together with her elder colleague from Leningrad Natalya Iofan, released the article entitled “The artist from Mogsokhon”. The name of Tsyren-Namzhil Ochirov was introduced to the world of art experts for the very first time. The authors revealed the correlation between his art and the traditional Buddhist painting. Tatyana Boronoeva in her monography “Graphic art in Buryatia” made a partial analysis of Tsyren-Namzhil Ochirov’s art in the chapter “Art of self-taught painters and the problem of ethnicity in the Buryat graphics”. Larisa Nikolaeva in the article entitled “The art system of the Buryat amateur painter Tsyren-Namzhil Ochirov (1920–1987)” shared with readers some interesting facts from his life. In her article, she also underlined some similar features of the traditional Buddhist painting in his art. In 2019, the year prior to the 100-th anniversary of the artist, the family of Tsyren-Namzhil Ochirov published an album of his graphic works. The content of the album was compiled by his granddaughter S. Tarnueva. One hundred and fifty drawings were selected from the family archive and were introduced to the wide public. The rich art heritage of Tsyren-Namzhil Ochirov numbering about five hundred works includes thirty manuscripts and wooden items of the decorative and applied art. The author of the current article makes an analysis of the graphic works of Tsyren-Namzhil Ochirov from the funds of the National Museum of the Republic of Buryatia and from the private collection of the artist’s family. Of a great importance for the author of the article is the definition of his art’s origin, which is, on the one hand, derived from the traditional Buddhist painting, and, “the Buryat Zurag” on the other. The latter is the painting created in a specific artistic manner that reflects the world perception of the Buryat people. For the better description of the topic, the author publishes the conversations with the daughter of the artist Roza Tsyrenovna, with the painter Alexander Moskvitin, his close friend and the speech of the Buryat artist Zandan Dugarov at the event Round Table dedicated to Tsyren-Namzhil Ochirov’s art in 2016. The author of the article uses artistic methods and elements of the historic approach as the complex tool in her research work. Статья посвящена творчеству выдающегося художника Цырен-Намжила Очирова (1920–1987), чей феномен заключается в своеобразном синтезе народной философии, «наивной» простоты графического изображения и возвышенной любви к своей малой родине «тоонто нютаг». Факты биографии буддийского самодеятельного художника, близость его творчества буддийскому наследию установлены в исследованиях 1980–1990-х годов, а в 2019 году впервые опубликовано около 150 произведений Очирова из личных архивов семьи. В настоящей статье представлен впервые проведенный анализ графического наследия Ц.-Н. Очирова на основе материалов из фондов Национального музея Республики Бурятия, а также частной коллекции из семьи художника. Определены истоки творчества мастера, связи с традицией буддийской графики, бурятским мировоззрением, стилем «буряад зураг». Автор впервые приводит материалы личных бесед с членами семьи и коллегами художника. В исследовании использован комплекс искусствоведческих методов и элементы историко-описательного метода.
