Abstract:

The numerical simulation of the optimal design of gravity dams is computationally expensive. Therefore, a new optimization procedure is presented in this study to reduce the computational cost for determining the optimal shape of a gravity dam. Optimization was performed using a combination of the genetic algorithm (GA) and an updated Kriging surrogate model (UKSM). First, a Kriging surrogate model (KSM) was constructed with a small sample set. Second, the minimizing the predictor strategy was used to add samples in the region of interest to update the KSM in each updating cycle until the optimization process converged. Third, an existing gravity dam was used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the GA–UKSM. The solution obtained with the GA–UKSM was compared with that obtained using the GA–KSM. The results revealed that the GA–UKSM required only 7.53% of the total number of numerical simulations required by the GA–KSM to achieve similar optimization results. Thus, the GA–UKSM can significantly improve the computational efficiency. The method adopted in this study can be used as a reference for the optimization of the design of gravity dams.

ABSTRACT Kemajuan teknologi sudah merambah ke semua tipe dan proses bisnis hingga menjadi suatu persaingan antar perusahaan industri maupun non-industri. Pemanfaatan nilai teknologi pada proses bisnis dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dari berbagai aspek yang berujung pada peningkatan transaksi dan pengurangan sumber daya untuk menghasilkan keuntungan yang maksimal bagi suatu perusahaan. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sebagai salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi sudah banyak dipakai di Indonesia namun hanya mencakup perusahaan besar dengan sumber daya yang mumpuni. Tidak seperti di lingkup internasional dimana beberapa Unit Kecil Menengah (UKM) sudah dapat menerapkan ERP, di Indonesia mayoritas UKM masih sedikit atau bahkan belum menerapkan nilai teknologi secara konsisten ke proses bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka ERP Framework untuk menganalisis sistem ERP berbasis mobile yang sesuai untuk UKM di Tasikmalaya menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari in-depth interview dengan beberapa pemilik UKM. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah poin-poin penting sebagai dasar untuk perancangan mini-UKM mobile yang sesuai untuk UKM tradisional terutama di Tasikmalaya. Utilization of technology value in business process can increase efficiency and effectivity from various aspect which lead to increase transaction and reduction of resources to yield maximum profit for a company. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as one form of technology utilization has been widely used in Indonesia but only includes large companies with qualified resources. Unlike in the international sphere where some Small Medium Enterprise (UKM) have been able to implement ERP, in Indonesia the majority of UKMs are still few or even have not applied the value of technology consistently to their business processes. This study uses the ERP Framework framework to analyze a mobile based ERP system appropriate for UKMs in Tasikmalaya using data obtained from in-depth interviews with some UKM owners. Abstract:

UKM atau biasa disebut Usaha Kecil Menengah merupakan salah satu usaha yang banyak berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian negara. UKM candra mas merupakan salah satu UKM yang bisnisnya banyak melibatkan kayu. Berangkat dari masalah banyaknya kayu bekas sisa UKM yang tidak digunakan, mahasiswa melakukan proses perkuliahan dengan metode Service-Learning dimana mahasiswa akan terlibat langsung dalam membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang ada untuk mengembangkan keterampilan akademik sekaligus rasa tanggung jawab dan komitmen mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Service-Learning yang tahapannya dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi masalah yang ada, mencari solusi, menghasilkan produk akhir hingga tahap test untuk mendapatkan feedback. Hasilnya adalah produk lampu yang dapat dilepas pasang dengan nilai estetik menggunakan resin dan kayu untuk merefleksikan cahayanya.UKM or commonly called Small and Medium Enterprises is one of the businesses that has contributed the most to the country's economy. Candra mas UKM is one of the UKMs whose businesses used a lot of wood. Departing from the problem of the amount of used wood left over from UKM that is not used, students conduct a lecture process using the Service-Learning method where students will be directly involved in helping solve existing problems to develop academic skills as well as students' sense of responsibility and commitment. The research method is using the Service-Learning method whose stages begin with identifying existing problems, finding solutions, producing the final product, to the test stage to get feedback. The result is a removable lighting product with aesthetic value with using resin and wood to reflect the light.

Salah satu kompenen dalam Tridhrama Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Setiap dosen wajib untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian sebagai wujud dari tindakan nyata mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan ditengah masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh dosen fakultas ekonomi UKIM di Desa Hatiwe Kecil adalah Penguatan Usaha Melalui Pelatihan Pembukuan dan Pemasaran Produk Ikan Asar Desa Hative Kecil Kota Ambon. Ikan asar Desa Hative Kecil sudah terkenal sejak dulu. Ikan asar merupakan makanan pokok yang sehat dan bergizi juga dipakai sebagai ole-ole ketika pergi keluar Ambon. Usaha ikan asar hative kecil ini merupakan usaha kecil yang dikelola oleh rumah tangga. Saat ini, Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) merupakan pelaku ekonomi terbesar indonesia sehingga perlu dikembangkan. Demikian halnya dengan usaha Ikan asar Desa Hative Kecil Kecamatan Sirimau Kota Ambon apalagi pada masa pandemi ini, pendapatan usaha mulai menurun sehingga dibutuhkan strategi untuk mempertahankan penjualan. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan pemasaran dan keuangan pelaku usaha ikan asar kota Ambon. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan pemasaran melalui promosi baik secara offline maupun online juga pengetahuan pencatatan keuangan yang benar. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini yaitu pelaku usaha memiliki laporan keuangan sederhana bagi UKM dan memiliki pengetahuan promosi.

Abstract:

FTI UKSW memiliki bus untuk mengantar mahasiswa dari kampus utama yang berada di jalan Diponegoro ke kampus FTI UKSW yang berada di jalan Gunung Payung. Banyak mahasiswa yang menggunakan bus FTI UKSW tersebut untuk berangkat ke kampus FTI UKSW. Tetapi masalahnya adalah belum tersedia aplikasi bus FTI UKSW. Perancangan aplikasi bus FTI UKSW ini dibuat untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, agar nantinya dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang jadwal, serta informasi pengumuman terbaru lainnya seputar bus FTI UKSW. Aplikasi bus FTI UKSW ini juga dapat membantu pihak universitas untuk mendata mahasiswa yang menggunakan bus FTI UKSW tersebut. Cara mendata mahasiswa yang menggunakan bus FTI UKSW adalah dari hasil data yang didapatkan dari mahasiswa atau penumpang bus yang sudah melakukan scan barcode saat akan naik atau menggunakan bus FTI UKSW. Karena itu perancangan aplikasi bus FTI UKSW ini menggunakan teknologi barcode (pada aplikasi ini menggunakan QR Code) dan berbasis android. Aplikasi ini juga menggunakan Firebase Realtime Database yang berfungsi sebagai database yang bisa mendapatkan data secara realtime atau waktu pada saat itu juga. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah telah berhasil merancang aplikasi bus FTI UKSW menggunakan barcode berbasis android, sehingga aplikasi ini dapat membantu mahasiswa atau penumpang bus dan pihak universitas yang dimana sebelumnya tidak ada aplikasi bus FTI UKSW.

Abstract:

Poskestren merupakan salah satu Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Masyarakat (UKBM) di lingkungan pondok pesantren yang mengutamakan pelayanan promotif (peningkatan) dan preventif (pencegahan) tanpa mengabaikan aspek kuratif (pengobatan) dan rehabilitative (pemulihan kesehatan). Keberadaan Poskestren sangat penting untuk menangani kesehatan para santri. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membentuk Poskestren dilingkungan Pondok Pesantren Darul Mukhlisin, Malang. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan, pelaksanaan sosialisasi melibatkan seluruh warga pesantren yang dihadiri 60 santri dengan hasil hampir seluruh santri tidak pernah mengetahui tentang Poskestren, tidak pernah dibentuk UKS dan kader kesehatan di Pondok pesantren. dan seluruh santri sangat antusias dalam mengikuti program ini, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan seleksi kader kesehatan, dan pelatihan pengukuran Tanda-tanda vital. Program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini masih pertamakali dilakukan di Pondok pesantren Darul Mukhisin sehingga sangatlah penting untuk memfasilitasi kesehatan para santri dengan cara membentuk Poskestren, untuk itu program ini harus terus dilanjutkan dan dievaluasi secara berkala. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan (1) menghasilkan produk aplikasi UKOM Online dan (2) mengetahui kebermanfaatan aplikasi UKOM Online yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Alessi & Trollip. Uji alpha dilakukan oleh 2 ahli dan uji beta oleh 309 mahasiswa program studi PGSD FIP UNM yang melaksanakan UKOM online. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik deskriptif. Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk aplikasi UKOM Online dengan fitur utama fitur manajemen peserta ujian, manajemen soal, manajemen ujian, dan manajemen sertifikat, serta dilengkapi panduan penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penilaian ahli menunjukkan aplikasi UKOM Online masuk dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan, sementara dari sisi pengguna aplikasi UKOM Online ini dalam kategori sangat bermanfaat. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi UKOM Online dapat meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan UKOM secara efektif dan efisien dan tentunya berkontribusi terhadap kontrol mutu lulusan perguruan tinggi di era pandemi Covid-19

Abstrak. Penelitian pengembangan dengan judul E-UKBM Model Eksperiental Jelajah Alam Sekitar (EJAS) Pada Materi Perubahan Lingkungan telah dilakukan pada bulan September 2019 sampai Maret 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menguji kevalidan serta kepraktisan E-UKBM model Eksperiental Jelajah Alam Sekitar (EJAS) pada materi perubahan lingkungan. Produk E-UKBM yang dikembangkan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah Model Eksperiental Jelajah Alam Sekitar (EJAS). Subjek penelitian adalah 35 siswa kelas X MIPA B-2 SMAN 3 Malang. Hasil implementasi berupa data hasil validasi validator ahli dan data angket respon siswa sebagai pengguna E-UKBM. Hasil validasi E-UKBM oleh ahli media sebesar 97 persen (sangat valid), hasil validasi oleh ahli materi berupa hasil validasi butir soal dan komponen materi E-UKBM sebesar 100 persen (sangat valid). Hasil validasi oleh ahli perangkat pembelajaran dan praktisi lapangan berturut-turut menunjukkan bahwa E-UKBM sangat valid dengan persentase sebesar 97 persen dan 95 persen. Data kepraktisan setelah implementasi E-UKBM yakni sebesar 88 persen yang berarti sangat praktis untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. E-UKBM model Eksperiental Jelajah Alam Sekitar (EJAS) materi perubahan lingkungan yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi syarat kevalidan dan kepraktisan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Biologi.Abstract. Development research with the title E-UKBM Experiential Model Exploration of the Environment (EJAS) on Environmental Change Materials has been carried out from September 2019 to March 2020. This study aims to (1) Test the validity and practicality of the E-UKBM Experiential Nature Exploration Model (EJAS). ) on the material of environmental change. E-UKBM product developed with the ADDIE development model. The learning model used is the Environmental Exploration Experimental Model (EJAS). The research subjects were 35 students of class X MIPA B-2 SMAN 3 Malang. The implementation results are in the form of expert validator validation data and student response questionnaire data as E-UKBM users. The results of the validation of E-UKBM by media experts are 97 percent (very valid), the results of validation by material experts in the form of validation results of questions and components of E-UKBM material are 100 percent (very valid). The results of validation by learning device experts and field practitioners respectively show that the E-UKBM is very valid with a percentage of 97 percent and 95 percent. The practicality data after the implementation of E-UKBM is 88 percent which means it is very practical to use in learning. The E-UKBM Experiential Exploration of the Environment (EJAS) model of environmental change material developed has met the validity and practicality requirements for use in Biology learning.

Abstract:

KIM-1 (kidney injury molecule 1), a marker of acute kidney injury, is produced by epithelial cells of renal proximal tubules. Elevated KIM-1 levels in urine and plasma are associated with renal cell carcinoma (RCC). The aim of this study was to compare the significance of non-normalized uKIM-1 values and those normalized to urine creatinine, as urinary biomarkers in RCC. The uKIM-1, urine creatinine and their ratio (uKIM-1/Cre) were studied in 118 RCC patients and 58 apparently healthy subjects. The median of uKIM-1 in the healthy group was 0.71 ng/ml (1st and 3rd quartiles were 0.35 and 1.23, respectively) and in RCC patients it was 2.36 (1.43; 5.93) ng/ml. The medians of uKIM-1/Cre were 0.77 (0.49; 1.18) and 2.42 (1.41; 4.61) ng/mgCre, respectively. Stage I RCC is statistically significantly different from stages II-III and stage IV using uKIM-1/Cre values (p = 0.0056 and p = 0.0012, respectively); using uKIM-1 values significant differences occur only when comparing stages I and IV (p = 0.015). In both healthy individuals and RCC patients, uKIM-1/Cre levels were slightly lower in subgroups younger than 50 years than in subgroups older than 50 years, whereas a similar trend was observed for uKIM-1 only in patients. In healthy men and male patients, uKIM-1 levels were higher than in the corresponding groups of women (the differences were not statistically significant), but the use of uKIM-1/Cre values eliminated the gender differences. A high correlation was found between the concentrations of uKIM-1 and urine creatinine in three healthy subjects followed up for 3 weeks (Spearman’s correlation coefficients were 0.758, 0.825 and 0.933, respectively). The data obtained are clear evidence of the need for normalization uKIM-1 to urine creatinine in RCC patients.

UKBM is a small learning unit based on basic competency-based textbooks. The preparation is done sequentially from the easiest to the most difficult to help students learn independently and achieve learning mastery. The research aims to (1) determine the characteristics of the UKBM compiled, (2) describe the preparation and development of UKBM, (3) analyze the development of UKBM-based assessment components, and (4) find obstacles, problems, and solutions for teachers in developing UKBM-based assessment components for Biology High School in Malang City. This research is qualitative descriptive research at State High School in Malang City. The data is primary data from interviews with 5 Biology teachers and secondary data from UKBM scores and documents. The instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation guidelines. The characteristics of UKBM Biology at State High School in Malang City are in accordance with the characteristics of UKBM guidelines. The preparation and development by the Principal who represents the school in training, then developed by teachers and MGMP that adjusted in each school. Obstacles to implementing UKBM are (1) the emergence of heterogeneous groups in the classroom based on the ability to accelerate UKBM implementation and (2) requiring team teaching and extra effort given that student learning acceleration is different and learning infrastructure adjustment to learning progress and needs.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of UKBM in developing students' cognitive in the Biology Subject of MAN Bangkalan. UKBM is a small unit of study arranged sequentially from easy to difficult. UKBM as a learning tool for students to achieve knowledge and skill competencies in learning using the Semester Credit System (SKS). A good and interesting UKBM indicator is being able to provoke students to read and practice, thus encouraging students to study hard and work on the UKBM competency test and consult the teacher if there are difficulties. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explain and analyze students' knowledge of the effectiveness of UKBM. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained directly from respondents by interview method. The research subjects were MAN Bangkalan students who were randomly selected with a total of 6 students, 3 students with 4 credits, and 3 students with 6 credits. This research was conducted on October 20, 2021 for 1 day at MAN Bangkalan, with 8 questions about the effectiveness of UKBM on the learning outcomes of Biology subjects for students. The results of the research are that the use of UKBM is quite effective for the KBM process for Biology subjects for Class X students at MAN Bangkalan, but students also expect supporters to maximize the UKBM by zooming and google meet so that the material is better understood by students. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektifitas pengunaan UKBM dalam mengembangkan kognitif siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Biologi MAN Bangkalan. UKBM yang bagus dan menarik indikatornya adalah mampu memancing siswa untuk membaca dan berlatih, sehingga mendorong siswa rajin mempelajari dan mengerjakan uji kompetensi UKBM dan mengkonsultasikannya kepada guru jika ada kesulitan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengetahuan siswa terhadap keefektifitasan UKBM. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dengan metode wawancara. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu siswa MAN Bangkalan yang dipilih secara acak dengan total siswa berjumlah 6 orang dimana 3 orang siswa dengan 4 SKS, dan 3 orang siswa dengan 6 SKS. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Oktober 2021 selama 1 hari di MAN Bangkalan, dengan 8 pertanyaan seputar keefektifkan UKBM terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Biologi bagi siswa. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu penggunaan UKBM sudah cukup efektif untuk proses KBM mata pelajaran Biologi Kelas X siswa MAN Bangkalan, namun siswa juga mengharapkan adanya pendukung untuk memaksimalkan UKBM tersebut yaitu dengan zoom dan google meet sehingga materi terssebut lebih dipahami oleh siswa.

Angka kelulusan uji kompetensi (ukom) ners secara nasional dari tahun ke tahun masih tergolong rendah. Berbagai cara ditempuh oleh perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswanya dalam menghadapi ukom. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk membuktikan efektivitas bimbingan intensif terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi ukom ners. Desain penelitian menggunakan one group pre-post test design. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa ners yang telah diyudisum pada periode akhir tahun ajaran 2018-2019 Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. Sampel sebanyak 60 responden diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar evaluasi yang terdiri dari 180 pertanyaan vignette yang disusun oleh tim yang tersertifikasi item development dan item review. Data diuji menggunakan uji paired t test dengan ?=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi ukom ners sebelum diberikan bimbingan intensif berada pada rerata 36,00 (SD=09,36), kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi ukom ners setelah diberikan bimbingan intensif berada pada rerata 45,89 (SD=6,83) dan bimbingan intensif terbukti efektif meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi ukom ners (p=0,000). Bimbingan intensif sangat penting diberikan kepada mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kesiapan menghadapi ukom sehingga angka kelulusan ukom dapat meningkat.

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan kondisi UKM pakaian di DKI Jakarta dan untuk menangkap strategi terkait untuk peningkatan UKM pakaian di DKI Jakarta berdasarkan pemetaan potensi. Data primer yang digunakan diperoleh dari pengelolaan lokasi bisnis terkonsentrasi yang disediakan oleh pemerintah provinsi yang dikenal sebagai 'lokbin', perwakilan kementerian koperasi dan UKM, pemilik bisnis, konsumen, ahli, dan produsen pakaian di wilayah Jakarta melalui 115 kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan metode sampling proporsional, ada 19 responden dari Jakarta Barat, 24 responden dari Jakarta Utara, 29 responden dari Jakarta Timur, 19 responden dari Jakarta Selatan, dan 24 responden dari Jakarta Pusat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT dan Analytic Hierarchy Process. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Strategi prioritas berdasarkan hasil analisa SWOT adalah strategi pada kuadran III, yaitu strategi diversifikasi. Prioritas alternatif strategi diversifikasi berdasarkan hasil analisa AHP, yaitu alternatif strategi diversifikasi konsentris. Prioritas kriteria strategi berdasarkan hasil analisa AHP, yaitu kriteria peluang. Studi ini juga mengeksplorasi pemahaman yang luas tentang UKM pakaian di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, terutama yang berhubungan dengan manajemen, manajemen strategis, dan manajemen pemasaran dan juga dapat bermanfaat bagi pemilik atau pengusaha UKM pakaian, khususnya di Wilayah Jakarta.

Background: Cyst compression of renal tubules plays a role in the progression of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) and may induce expression of kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1). Whether urinary KIM-1 indexed for creatinine (uKIM-1/Cr) is a prognostic marker of disease progression in ADPKD is unknown.In this secondary analysis of a prospective cohort study, we sought to determine whether patients with high as opposed to low uKIM-1/CR at baseline had greater rates of eGFR loss and height-adjusted total kidney volume (HtTKV) increase. Methods: Baseline uKIM-1/Cr values were obtained from 754 participants in Halt Progression of Polycystic Kidney Disease (HALT-PKD) studies A (early ADPKD) and B (late ADPKD). The predictor was uKIM-1/Cr, which was dichotomized by a median value of 0.2417 pg/g, and the primary outcomes were measured longitudinally over time. Mixed-effects linear models were used in the analysis to calculate the annual slope of change in eGFR and HtTKV. Results: Patients with high uKIM-1/Cr (above the median) had an annual decline in eGFR that was 0.47 mL/min greater than that in those with low uKIM-1/Cr (p = 0.0015) after adjustment for all considered covariates. This association was seen in study B patients alone (0.45 mL/min; p = 0.009), but not in study A patients alone (0.42 mL/min; p = 0.06). High baseline uKIM-1/Cr was associated with higher HtTKV in the baseline cross-sectional analysis compared to low uKIM-1/Cr (p = 0.02), but there was no difference between the groups in the mixed-effects model annual slopes. Conclusion: Elevated baseline uKIM-1/Cr is associated with a greater decline in eGFR over time. Further research is needed to determine whether uKIM-1/Cr improves risk stratification in patients with ADPKD.

Dengan adanya SI/TI, tentu saja dapat memudahkan pekerjaan dan proses bisnis yang berjalan di LTC - UKSW. Namun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh LTC - UKSW, masih terdapat proses bisnis yang dilakukan secara manual dan belum menggunakan sistem yang memadai. Perencanaan Arsitektur Enterprise merupakan solusi yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam menjalankan proses bisnis di LTC - UKSW. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM) digunakan sebagai acuan dalam penelitian ini. TOGAF – ADM berisi langkah-langkah dalam perancangan arsitektur enterprise pada suatu perusahan/organisasi. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai tahap rekomendasi atau hanya sampai pada fase Opportunities and Solutions. Hasil yang ditemui pada penelitian ini adalah perlu integrasi SI/TI antar bidang agar proses bisnis dapat dijalankan secara selaras, karena masih ada bidang yang mengerjakannya secara manual. Abstract:

Objective: to assess the potential clinical significance of KIM-1 (kidney injury molecule 1) as a urinological marker for kidney cancer.Materials and methods. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to assess urinary KIM-1 (uKIM-1 — kidney injury molecule 1) levels in 67 patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and 36 healthy volunteers (a control group).Results. Both in patients and in healthy individuals, uKIM-1 levels were age independent. A difference between mean uKIM-1 values in RCC patients (2.4 ± 0.2 ng/ml) and the control group (0.7 ± 0.1 ng/ml) was statistically significant (p <0.0001). In RCC patients the higher uKIM-1 level was observed at more advanced clinical disease stages: the values increasedfrom 2.0 ± 0.2 ng/ml at the stage I and 3.0 ± 0.5 ng/ml at the stage II—III to 4.4 ± 1.2 ng/ml at the stage IV. In the group of patients with stage IRCC, most representative by the number of cases (n = 44) the uKIM-1 levels correlated with the tumor size and were increased in patients with different histological subtypes of the tumor, including clear cell, papillary and chromophobe RCC. After nephrectomy, a monotonous decrease in uKIM-1 level was observed, and after 6 days its values approached the mean value in the control group. Two days after kidney resection, uKIM-1 increased and then decreased, remaining elevated after 6 days.Conclusion. This study demonstrates that uKIM-1 can be attributed to potentially significant urine tumor-associated markers of RCC.

Abstract:

Sistem Kredit Semester diselenggarakan melalui pengorganisasian pembelajaran variatif dan pengelolaan waktu belajar yang fleksibel. Pengorganisasian pembelajaran variatif melalui penyediaan unit-unit pembelajaran utuh setiap mata pelajaran dikenal dengan Unit Kegiatan Belajar Mandiri atau UKBM. UKBM merupakan hal yang baru, sehingga penerapan UKBM memberikan perubahan dalam proses belajar mengajar serta pola pikir peserta didik dan pendidik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan Unit Kegiatan Belajar Mandiri mata pelajaran biologi kelas X lintas minat SMA N 1 Kendal tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 berdasarkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis data menggunakan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan Unit Kegiatan Belajar Mandiri mata pelajaran biologi kelas X lintas minat SMA N 1 Kendal tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi sudah sesuai dan memenuhi Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Kekuatan dari penerapan UKBM lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan kelemahannya yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik sesuai dan memenuhi SNP serta UKMB dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Kelemahan UKMB adalah peserta didik dengan kecepatan belajar lambat merasa waktu terlalu singkat. Peluang dari penerapan UKBM juga lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan ancaman sehingga keberadaan UKMB dapat terus dikembangkan untuk membantu peserta didik belajar.
