Abstract:
Medzinárodný projekt 7RP ESTABLISH bol zameraný na vývoj metodických materiálov pre širšie uplatnenie výučby aj prírodných vied založenej na bádaní (IBSE – Inquiry Based Science Education). Na ich tvorbe a implementácii do výučby sa podieľalo 11 partnerov. Na Slovensku bolo do pilotného projektu zapojených viac než 40 učiteľov biológie, chémie a fyziky ZŠ a SŠ. Skúsenosti z projektu ESTABLISH ukázali, že učitelia mali pri implementácii IBSE pocit straty kontroly nad vyučovaním, pretože nevedeli ako identifikovať a hodnotiť rozvoj bádateľských zručností žiakov. Chýbajú vhodné nástroje, ktoré by učiteľom v tomto procese pomohli. Tvorbe nástrojov sa venuje nadväzujúci projekt 7RP SAILS. Učitelia, ktorí overujú IBSE v praxi, sa zúčastňujú prípravného vzdelávania zameranéhoaj na hodnotenie. Partneri v projekte SAILS vychádzajú pri tvorbe metodík z ich praktických skúseností. V príspevku je uvedený konkrétny príklad hodnotiaceho nástroja vytvoreného na základe prípadových štúdií z výučby prírodovedných predmetov. Prípadové štúdie z projektu SAILS prispeli k formovaniu všeobecnejšieho postupu tvorby kritérií formatívneho a následne sumatívneho hodnotenia žiackeho bádania. Prvým krokomje selekcia konkrétnej zručnosti, ktorú chce učiteľ sledovať, a definovanie nevyhnutného základu, ktorý sa ďalej rozvíja, upevňuje a rozširuje. Učiteľ poskytuje priebežne spätnú väzbu žiakovi formou dialógu o tom, v ktorej fáze zvládania zručnosti sa nachádza a na čom musí v ďalšom kroku pracovať. Podklad pre sumatívne hodnotenie žiaka predstavuje najvyšší stupeň danej zručnosti, ktorú dosiahol za hodnotené obdobie.

Abstract:
Stávající metodika i vlastní způsob hodnocení programů výzkumu, vý-voje a inovací (VaVaI) v České republice jsou nedostatečné. Cílem toho-to článku je na základě porovnání se způsobem a přístupy hodnocení programů VaVaI ve vybraných zemích EU s vyspělou evaluační kultu-rou poukázat na přetrvávající metodologické nedostatky v hodnocení programů VaVaI. Hlavním nedostatkem je, že hodnocení programů není integrální součástí jejich tvorby a realizace a není chápáno jako nástroj pro efektivní využívání veřejných prostředků. Hodnocení je prováděno pouze formálně na základě prostého popisu základních informací o programech a jejich výstupech s cílem splnit požadavky metodiky souhrn-ného hodnocení ukončených programů, která však není metodikou, ale spíše popisem průbřhu souhrnného hodnocení a obsahu zprávy z hodnocení. Nedostatečné hodnocení programů však není jen důsledkem nedostatečné metodiky, ale také nejednoznačného legislativního zakot-vení povinnosti poskytovatelů hodnotit programy a využívat výsledky hodnocení pro zefektivnění správy veřejných financí.

Abstract:
The Hong Kong government has implemented various measures to reduce waste, including a waste disposal ordinance, a green manager scheme, a waste reduction framework plan, a pilot concrete recycling plant, waste management systems and a landfill charging scheme. However, there are difficulties in implementing the waste management systems for contractors. This paper examines the existing implementation of waste management systems in the Hong Kong construction industry. Major sources of construction waste, awareness to install environment-friendly activities, benefits, difficulties and recommendations in the implementation of waste management systems are discussed. Questionnaire survey and structured interviews are conducted. Power spectra and bispectra of the survey data are introduced to assess the implementation of the existing waste management systems. It is found that formwork and temporary hoardings are the major sources of construction waste. Improving environmental performance is ranked as the least project scope for construction projects. “Propose methods for reducing waste” is the major benefit gained. However, “Lack of well-known effective waste management methods” is the major difficulty encountered by organisations. “Use of metal formwork”, “Use of prefabricated building components” and “Use of non-timber hoarding” are the recommended methods to improve the existing implementation of waste management systems. Santrauka Honkongo valdžia įdiegė įvairių priemonių atliekų kiekiui mažinti, įskaitant atliekų šalinimo potvarkį, žaliojo tvarkytojo planą, bendrąjį atliekų mažinimo planą, bandomąją betono perdirbimo gamyklą, atliekų tvarkymo sistemas ir sąvartyno mokesčių planą. Tačiau diegiant atliekų tvarkymo sistemas rangovams kyla sunkumų. Šiame darbe nagrinėjamos Honkongo statybų sektoriuje jau diegiamos atliekų tvarkymo sistemos. Aptariami pagrindiniai statybinių atliekų šaltiniai, žinios apie galimą aplinkai nekenksmingą veiklą, taip pat atliekų tvarkymo sistemų diegimo nauda, sunkumai ir rekomendacijos. Atliekamos anketinės apklausos ir nustatytos struktūros pokalbiai. Pasitelkus per apklausas surinktų duomenų galios spektrus ir bispektrus, įvertinamas esamų atliekų tvarkymo sistemų diegimas. Nustatoma, kad pagrindiniai statybinių atliekų šaltiniai – klojiniai ir laikinos tvoros. Aplinkosaugos charakteristikų gerinimas statybos projektuose laikomas mažiausia projekto dalimi. Pagrindinė gauta nauda – siūlomi atliekų kiekio mažinimo metodai. Tačiau didžiausias organizacijoms kylantis sunkumas – žinomų efektyvių atliekų tvarkymo metodų stoka. Gerinant šiuo metu diegiamas atliekų tvarkymo sistemas, rekomenduojama taikyti tokius metodus: metalinius klojinius, surenkamuosius statinių elementus ir laikinas tvoras ne iš medžio.

Mrežni pristup predstavlja novu paradigmu u proučavanju odnosa između psiholoških konstrukata i manifestnih varijabli. Prema tome pristupu varijable tvore autonomni dinamički sustav, a konstrukt se ne promatra kao njihov uzrok, već kao rezultat njihove kompleksne međusobne interakcije. Analitički se taj pristup zasniva na metodi mrežne analize koja modelira varijable kao čvorove povezane skupom bridova. Ovaj rad predstavlja svojevrsni pregled skupa postupaka u mrežnoj analizi, odnosno nudi njihovo pojašnjenje te njihovu praktičnu primjenu na dvama različitim setovima podataka. Prvi set podataka predstavlja rezultate na upitniku DASS-21 (N = 1016) i u okviru njega demonstrirani su procjena parametara mreže, izračun mjera centralnosti čvorova, identifikacija klastera u mreži te provjera stabilnosti parametara. Rezultati pokazuju da najveću centralnost imaju čestica depresivnosti Osjetio/la sam kao da se nemam čemu radovati, čestica anksioznosti Osjetio/la sam da sam blizu panici i čestica stresa Osjećao/la sam se jako nervozno. Čvorovi mreže očekivano su se grupirali u tri klastera koji sadržajno reprezentiraju Depresivnost, Anksioznost i Stres. Analize stabilnosti pokazale su ograničenu stabilnost bridova, dok je stabilnost centralnosti čvorova ovisila o korištenoj mjeri. U drugome istraživanju, koje sadrži podatke o stavovima adolescenata prema izgledu vlastitoga tijela, prikazan je Test usporedbe mreža usporedbom mreže adolescenata (n = 524) i adolescentica (n = 763). Rezultati pokazuju da se dvije mreže komponenata stava o izgledu vlastitoga tijela ne razlikuju supstancijalno.

Abstract:
The methodology of development of regional case studies of Sustainable Development for Higher Education is aimed at the promotion of the use of practical cases in teaching; it should lead to the development of research tools relevant to local environmental issues and issues of sustainable development of the region, and thus emphasizes the importance of the regional context and specifics. The publication of the cases in the form of open educational resources (OER) enables access to these materials for regionally oriented education at earlier stages of the education system, and can be used for the presentation of regional specifics, and may also serve to promote dialogue concerning the development of the territory between the different social actors. The methodology outlines the procedure for creating educational case studies and shows how they are used in university teaching. Because the methodology is based on qualitative research methods working with direct experience, discussion also addresses the ways and means of creating a knowledge base as an open educational resources (OER), to facilitate the accumulation of this experience. The methodology takes into account the requirement for continuity of learning at different educational levels and gives a brief overview of similar approaches applied at lower levels of the education system; it also shows how the results can be applied in practice. The methods of case study development and use are based on the authors’ own teaching experience, and on its theoretical reflection. The methodology clearly summarizes the assumptions for teaching sustainable development issues from a regional perspective; it offers the possibility of linking university teaching and research with practice, which should lead to an increased competence in addressing local issues of sustainable development in cooperation with universities.

Abstract:
This thesis is focused on creation of building information model (BIM) for existing buildings. The main objective of this work is to develop the methodology (workflow) for the creation of BIM model using selected geodetic methods, specifically for the modeling based on the existing documentation of the building, the modeling from the handheld distance meter and the modeling from point cloud acquired by the indoor mapping system. The aim of these workflows is to explore the suitability of these methods, to check the limits of each method and to point out the potential issues. Revit (version 2013 and 2014) was used as an authoring environment for creation of the models. Workflow for modeling based on the documentation of the building shows how to insert drawings into Revit and how to create a model based on these drawings. The workflow was developed based on experience with creation of model of an office building. The workflow for handheld laser distance meter describes how to work with rangefinder equipped with Bluetooth, which allows user to create a model onsite. The third part of this thesis deals with creation of BIM from pointcloud acquired by indoor mobile mapping system. The workflow describes data collection and point clouds processing directly in Revit using the ScanToBIM extension. The results of this work are methodical instructions for the methods described above and the comparison of these methods. Workflows contain recommended procedures and highlight common issues and mistakes. This should enable the readers of this thesis to choose the right method and avoid common mistakes.

This thesis was created for the purpose of processing methodology course named "Communication between the parents and the kindergarten" for employees of nursery schools. Participants after finishing the course should be able to respond more appropriately to often difficult situations that may arise. A higher level of communication skills should increase the competibility of the kindergarten and create a friendly atmosphere. The work is aimed at kindergartens with personalized education which have their own origin in Spain. The author looks at the problem through benchmarking (continuous and systematic comparison to the top of this branch-- Spain, Poland). Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, interviews and observation. The result is a course methodology which includes six exemplary studies and their solutions with some other advice for a mutual communication.

This thesis focuses on developing methodics for performance comparison of data warehouse systems. Firstly, the thesis defines data warehouses in various development stages of organization BI and describes knowledge about data warehouses. Methodics developed in the thesis describes architecture of standardized data warehouse, data flow between areas of data warehouse and processes in data warehouse. Understanding of these concepts is crucial for assurance of methodics applicability. Methodics offer logical progression of steps, which start and include testing of data warehouse systems. The contribution of the thesis is in having guide, what needs to be done when organization must do while testing various systems for data warehouses. Also it describes how this testing should be done on middle level detail, which is the absolute minimum level of abstraction that can be done due to wide applicability of methodics. Methodics offers solution to the problem of performance comparison when organization need to answer question - Which data warehouse system should we use in our organization? However, methodics expects already some knowledge about data warehouse content.

This thesis was focused on creating a company budget. The theoretical part of the thesis was aimed at literary research of accounting, costing and creating of company budget, especially its modern methots to reduce of imperfection of traditional budget methods. Revenues and expenditures were subjected to analysis of percentage and annual percentage development. The elasticity and index were calculated as well for the period from 2010 to 2015. The budget was created by traditional budgeting met-hods by EBIT as a top indicator on 2016. The budget consist from sales and direct and indirect costs. In an effort to increase the company's performance were applied mo-dern methods beyond budgeting represented KPI indicators.

The aim of this thesis is to pass on the specific view on problems of multimedia and e-learning in teaching including making a methodology for creating multimedia teaching application. The methodology will make the work of creating multimedia teaching application easier for the creators (especially teachers). As a component of this thesis is a detailed description of functionality of software Camtasia Studio. This software offers sufficient quantity of functions for creating the multimedia data. This software was used in creating a few sample multimedia applications. This created multimedia applications were tested by students and succeeded. The thesis is concentrated on all teachers and offers them a chance for better teaching. It is not limited for teachers, it also can be used by other people. There are also mentioned problems of compression, codecs and formats, which are related to the subject of this thesis. There is also mentioned a topic concerned with communication, because it is considered as a part of teaching.

Abstract:
Příspěvek je rešerší článků, zveřejněných hlavně v databázích Web of Science (WoS) a Scopus, zaměřených na 5 hlavních témat, a to: 1. Vliv detailnosti modelu na výsledky simulace 2. Optimalizace plánování výroby s ohledem na využití energie a přírodních zdrojů 3. Plánování výroby pomocí simulačního modelu v kontextu Industry 4.0 resp. 5.0 4. Metodika přístupu k tvorbě simulačního modelu v kontextu Industry 4.0 a využití simulačních modelů 5. Koncept Industry 5.0 Tato témata jsou zvolena s ohledem na možný budoucí výzkum a nutností zorientovat se v aktuálním vývoji konceptu Industry 4.0 ve spojitosti se simulacemi, plánováním a optimalizací. Koncept Industry 5.0 je zvolen kvůli možnému vysledování nových trendů. Databáze Web of Science a Scopus byly pro vyhledávání článků pro rešerši zvoleny na základě uznávání článku v těchto databázích českými univerzitami.
