Siekis įsitvirtinti sudėtingoje ir įvairialypėje aplinkoje lemia naują požiūrį, kad pagrindinis organizacijos išteklius yra jos nematerialus turtas, tai darbuotojų žinios ir gebėjimai, kurių palaikymas ir integravimas į organizacijos veiklas tampa kritinius svertu, užtikrinančiu verslo strateginę plėtrą. Miškas – svarbiausias miškininkystės įmonių išteklius ir pajamų šaltinis, kuriam būdingos specifinės prigimtinės savybės, lemiančios ilgą jo „gamybos“ ciklą, o tuo pačiu – ekonominės naudos gavimo ypatumus, kas sukelia esminių problemų priskiriant mišką vienai ar kitai turto kategorijai pagal tradicinę apskaitoje naudojamą turto klasifikaciją, kurioje įmonės turtas skirstomas į ilgalaikį ir trumpalaikį. Savo ruožtu miško (medynų) vieta turto klasifikacinėje sistemoje lemia šio turto apskaitos ir vertinimo būdus bei pateikimą finansinėse ataskaitose, o tuo pačiu ir finansinės informacijos palyginamumą. Tyrimo tikslas – identifikavus probleminius miško klasifikavimo teorinius bei reglamentavimo apskaitos standartuose aspektus, ištirti miškų (medynų) klasifikavimo praktiką privačiose Lietuvos miškininkystės įmonėse ir pateikti miško klasifikavimo reglamentavimo apskaitos standartuose rekomendacijas. Ištyrus miško klasifikavimo apskaitoje reglamentavimą nustatyta, kad skirtinguose apskaitos standartuose miškas (medynai) klasifikuojamas skirtingai. Atliktas Lietuvos privačių miškininkystės įmonių apskaitos politikos tyrimas parodė, kad miško pripažinimo ir klasifikavimo srityse taip pat yra esminių skirtumų: didžioji dalis įmonių miško (at)sodinimo išlaidas pripažįsta turtu, tačiau kitos jas priskiria ataskaitinio laikotarpio sąnaudoms; 73 proc. įmonių mišką (medynus) priskiria atsargoms, tačiau kitos įmonės mišką klasifikuoja kaip ilgalaikį turtą. Tyrimo rezultatai taip pat indikavo nepakankamą miško pripažinimo ir klasifikavimo aspektų reglamentavimą verslo apskaitos standartuose. Siūloma papildyti 17-ojo VAS „Biologinis turtas“ nuostatas, konkretizuojant miško pripažinimo ir klasifikacinius aspektus, o pačius medynus klasifikuoti kaip ilgalaikį biologinį turtą, kuris vėliau perklasifikuojamas į trumpalaikį biologinį turtą, jo apskaitai taikant savikainos arba tikrosios vertės būdus.

Abstract:

The development of leisure as an economic activity has come into focus over the last century. Nowadays, a commercial leisure property has gained an important role within the total spectrum of world economies. Despite these developments in the leisure sector, the valuation of property for the purpose of commercial leisure is still regarded as an Achilles’ heel. The accepted approach to the property valuation in UK is to perform an open market valuation for the existing use. However, for the specialized properties including leisure assets, the distinctive valuation methodology has to be applied. This paper outlines the principles of methodology that are commonly used for the valuation of leisure property in the UK, Lithuania and other countries. Factors affecting the valuation process with respect to the property development and investment decision are discussed. The study is accompanied with examples of valuation method applications and analyses of individual case studies of golf course valuation. Santruka Per pastaraji šimtmeti laisvalaikio vystymas tapo reikšminga ekonomikos veiklos sritis. Šiuo metu laisvalaikio verslo nekilnojamasis turtas vaidina svarbu vaidmeni pasaulio šaliu ūkineje veikloje. Nepaisant laisvalaikio sektoriaus išsivystymo, nekilnojamojo turto vertinimas laisvalaikio verslo srityje vis dar yra silpnas. JK priimtas nekilnojamojo turto vertinimo būdas pagristas atviros rinkos vertinimu pagal turto paskirti. Tačiau specializuotam nekilnojamajam turtui, taip pat ir laisvalaikio, išskirtinis vertinimo metodas turi būti taikomas. Šiame straipsnyje apibūdinami principai, kurie taikomi laisvalaikio nekilnojamojo turto vertinimui JK, Lietuvoje ir kitose šalyse. Straipsnyje nagrinejami veiksniai, kurie daro itaka vertinimo procesui, kai nekilnojamasis turtas vertinamas vystymo ar investavimo tikslais. Tyrime pateikti golfo aikštynu vertinimo metodu ir analizes pavyzdžiai.

Abstract:

The principal‐agent problem arising from asymmetric information in presales of uncompleted properties in forward property markets has been well‐recognized. Since buyers are not able to inspect the uncompleted properties when they make the purchases, developers may hide information about the negative aspects of the properties or over‐state the quality in order to generate an extra profit in the presales on top of the equilibrium value as if the properties were sold in the spot market. In this regard, the study adapted a forward‐spot property repeat sales pricing model to explore the pricing of presale properties compared to that of spot properties in which the principal‐agent problem does not exist. The findings suggest that developers were able to impose a wealth transfer from the buyers in pricing presale properties taking the advantage of asymmetric information embedded in forward property markets. Santruka Nekilnojamojo turto (NT) agento problema, kuria sukelia neproporcinga informacija iš anksto parduodant nebaigta statyti nekilnojamaji turta išankstiniu NT sandoriu rinkose (angl. forward property markets), yra gerai žinoma. Kadangi pirkejai negali apžiūreti nebaigto statyti nekilnojamojo turto, vystytojai gali nuslepti informacija apie neigiamus nekilnojamojo turto dalykus arba perdeti kokybe, tuo siekdami pasipelnyti iš išankstinio pardavimo papildomai prie likutines vertes, lyg nekilnojamasis turtas būtu parduodamas neatideliotinu atsiskaitymu rinkoje (angl. spot market). Šiuo atžvilgiu tyrime taikytas išankstiniais sandoriais ir neatideliotinais atsiskaitymais pagristo kartotinio NT pardavimo kainodaros modelis, siekiant iš anksto parduodamo NT kainodara išnagrineti lyginant su neatideliotinu atsiskaitymu rinkoje parduodamu NT, kai agento problemos nera. Išvados rodo, kad vystytojai turejo galimybe pirkejams primesti turto perskirstyma paimdami iš ju daugiau, kai iš anksto parduodama nekilnojamaji turta ikainodavo naudodamiesi neproporcinga informacija, būdinga išankstiniu NT sandoriu rinkoms.

Bartošas Taboraitis buvo Vilniaus vyskupo Alberto Taboro brolis ir savo politinę veiklą vykdė jo šešėlyje, dėl to Bartošo asmenybė iki šiol netapo atskirų tyrimų objektu. Atliktas tyrimas patvirtina tik Bartošo politinės karjeros priklausomybę nuo brolio Alberto užimtų pozicijų, o įgytas turtas buvo labiau paties Bartošo veiklos valdovo dvare ir jo vedybų su Ona iš Nemiravičių giminės rezultatas. Straipsnyje taip pat atskleidžiami mažai žinomi politinės Bartošo karjeros etapai, tokie kaip tikėtinas jo paskyrimas vienu iš komisorių, turėjusių atlikti Lietuvos ir Lenkijos sienos nustatymą. Tekste plačiai aptariamas Bartošo giminės ratas, pateikiama daug iki šiol nežinotų su jo kilme susijusių faktų, tai yra svarbu ir Alberto Taboro karjeros kontekste. Nors Vilniaus vyskupo asmenybei pastaruoju metu istoriografijoje buvo skirta daug dėmesio, brolių Taborų šeimai jo teko mažai.

[straipsnis ir santrauka lietuvių kalba; santrauka anglų kalba] Dvidešimt pirmo amžiaus pagrindiniu požymiu galima būtų įvardinti nuolatinę transformaciją, apimančią visas sritis. Ypatingai greitai tobulėja ir keičiasi atsiskaitymų ir pinigų sritis. Technologijų evoliucija ir tobulėjimas lėmė naujų transakcijų būdų atsiradimą, internete, mobiliuosiuose telefonuose, skaitmeninėse kortelėse. Įvairios mokėjimo/pavedimo sistemos nepaprastai praplėtė atsiskaitymų alternatyvas ir galimybes. O tokios sąlygos suformavo galimybes kriptovaliutos atsiradimui. Tyrimo tikslas – išnagrinėti kriptovaliutą, jos sampratą, naudojimo privalumus ir trūkumus. Tyrimo metodai – mokslinės literatūros analizė, informacijos sisteminimas, lyginimas, interpretavimas ir apibendrinimas. Įvertinus kriptovaliutų atsiradimo priežastis, galima teigti, jog kriptovaliutų atsiradimui didžiausią įtaką padarė technologinė pažanga bei siekis surasti greitesnes, pigesnes bei konfidencialesnes atsiskaitymo priemones. Kriptovaliuta galėtų būti apibrėžta, kaip skaitmeniniai pinigai ar turtas, išreikštas el. būdu. Ši valiuta pasižymi decentralizacijos, nekontroliuojamumo bei didesnės jos valdymo rizikos savybėmis. Svarbiausi kriptovaliutos naudojimo privalumai galėtų būti: atsiskaitymų konfidencialumas; atsiskaitymų greitumas; pigesnės finansinės paslaugos; papildomos investicijų galimybės. Trūkumai - sunkiai prognozuojama, svyruojanti vertė; galimi sukčiavimo atvejai; galimybė kriptovaliutas naudoti nelegaliai veiklai.

Abstract:

<span>The Modern Age gave rise to secular ideology. Religionists got worry about religion that is getting out of the community of life. Research proves that secularization has revolutionized the religion of society with the traditions they carry. </span><em><span>Turas</span></em><span> (tradition) in this context is dogma, that is, something that has the truth and is based on religious texts. It can be either the text itself or the thought. In order to appreciate </span><span>Turas</span><span> as a dogma in the modern world, it must undergo a process of secularization. In this case, <em>turats</em> should be viewed live with the community and historic. <em>Turas</em> is not a transcendent element apart from the life of society. Hassan Hanafi and Khaled Abou el-Fadl received secularization and led him to revise the meaning of tura by using three approaches in reading turats, revolutions, transcendence, and hermeneutics. Secularization is not the abandonment of religious dogma but it reconstructs the appropriate meaning.</span>

Abstract:

Pengajaran kitab turats sebagai salah satu komponen pesantren menjadi karakteristik utama Pondok Pesantren Ibnul Amin Puteri (PPIAP) Dzuriat K.H. Mahfuz Amin Pamangkih. Penguasaan kitab turats merupakan sarana untuk tafaqquh fî ad-dîn. Ilmu alat dan mufradât bagi pesantren ini dianggap sebagai alat utama untuk menguasai kitab turats. Penggunaan bahasa Melayu dalam pengajaran kitab turats dapat memudahkan santriwati memahami dan menguasai alat utama tersebut. Meskipun bahasa Melayu tampak unik dan janggal jika dipadankan dengan bahasa Indonesia sekarang, penggunaan bahasa Melayu ternyata berkontribusi besar bagi pemahaman santriwati terhadap gramatika dan kosakata bahasa Arab. Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk menguak keberterimaan bahasa Melayu dalam pengajaran kitab turast di PPIAP Dzuriat K.H. Mahfuz Amin Pamangkih.

Abstract:

<p>The problem of source authenticity is the first question that a man who seeks the truth asks. This paper explains the phenomenon of turats and dynamics in several generations. Many people who strongly reject turats for no apparent reason, because they have not understood it. Conversely many also receive turats with a round but also understand it. Their unfamiliarity with turats, because they have lost the formulas of the salaf they use in every rulisannya. Each turats is written with a code that is a particular formula used by a group of humans to establish a secret relationship between them. The turats code here does not mean the secrets to be stored but it has been used among salaf scholars.</p><p> </p><p>Masalah penelusuran keaslian sumber adalah permasalahan pertama yang clipertanyakan seorang manusia yang mencari kebenaran. Tulisan ini menjelaskan fenomena turats dan dinamikanya pada beberapa generasi. Banyak orang yang menolak keras turats tanpa alasan yang jelas, dikarenakan mereka belum memahaminya. Sebaliknya banyak juga yang menerima turats dengan bulat tetapi juga memahaminya. Ketidakpahaman mereka terhadap turats, karena mereka telah kehilangan rumusan yang dimiliki para salaf yang mereka pakai dalam setiap rulisannya. Setiap turats ditulis dengan kode yang merupakan sebuah rumusan tertentu yang dipakai oleh sekelompok manusia untuk mengadakan hubungan rahasia antara mereka. Kode turats disini bukan berarti rahasia yang harus disimpan akan tetapi memang telah dipakai diantara ulama salaf. </p><p> </p><p> </p>

If properly applied, knowledge management may become a useful tool for business transformation and even the key to competitive advantage. Knowledge management is a very complex problem and can be tackled from several viewpoints: socio-organizational, financial and economical, technical, human, and legal. Knowledge management is essentially about facilitating the processes by which knowledge is created, shared and used in organisations. In this paper we address the technological aspect and survey available software systems that support different knowledge management activities. We categorize these tools into groups, based on their capabilities and functionality: document and content management tools, groupware and collaborative tools, taxonomy software, data mining and knowledge discovery tools, knowledge portals and networks, e-learning systems, intelectual property management tools, competence management tools, etc. We discussed samples of tools that represent what the market offers. We do not claim to cover the entire market, which is large, dynamic and expanding. Our research shows, that the most available tools are specialized, but some integrated suites exist too. To implement an efficient knowledge management system, organizations must identify their main problems, assign priorities, define strategy, and then select appropriate tools. Even though this paper focuses on tools, it is important to state that technology alone will never be the right solution to knowledge management. There are other components of knowledge management systems, and they are discussed in this paper. One popular and widely-used approach is to think of knowledge management in terms of three components: people, processes and technology. Another approach review the roles of knowledge management in learning organization from four perspectives: personal knowledge management, learning organization, organization culture, and organization corporate. Additionally, we present different ways of classifying knowledge management systems, and what requirements they must to meet.

Lajnah Baḥthul Masā’il MUDI Mesra Samalanga adalah salah satu penetapan fatwa dengan merunjuk kepada turath fiqih madhab Shāfi’ī, dalam penetapkan hukum menggunakan teks-teks kitab sebagai patokan dalam penetapan fatwa. Adapun tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode istinbāṭ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum Islam doktrinal dan sosiologi melalui pendekatan kualitatif kemudian di komparasi untuk menjawab permasalah di atas. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh bahwa: Metode istinbāṭ Lajnah Baḥthul Masā’il mengikuti pendapat ulama Shāfi’īyyah yang ada di dalam turath, dengan pendekatan qawl yaitu sebuah metode mencari teks-teks kitab yang ada, berdasarkan kedudukan sebuah kitab. Jika tidak didapatkan qawl ulama, maka mengunakan pendekatan ilḥaqi, yaitu sebuah metode untuk menghubungkan permasalahan hukum baru dengan permasalahan hukum yang telah sebut sebelumnya, dengan melihat pada masalah tersebut kecocokanya, kesamaanya yang terdapat di dalam turash kemudian akan di-ilḥaqi (mulḥaq bih) atas dasar persamaan di antara keduanya (Wajhul ilḥaq). Dan apabila pendekatan ilḥaqi tidak dapat dijadikan sandaran untuk fatwa hukum, maka akan mengunakan pendekatan qawa’īd fiqihiyyah, yaitu mengunakan qā’idah yang terdapat di dalam kitab uṣūl al-fiqh.

Abstract The paper presents aspects of the design and execution of the Turdas tunnel located on the local variant (route), on the Coşlariu - Simeria section, from the rehabilitation project of Brasov – Simeria railway line, component part of Pan European Railway Corridor IV, for train circulation with maximum speed of 160km/h. The tunnel crosses through alluvial deposits with silt and clay with locally sand layers at the upper part, sand and gravel with water in the middle part and marly silty clay and neogenic marl, with swelling phenomena, at the lower part. The overburden is between 2.00m and 13.00m. The initial project provided execution in underground, on 510.00m in the central area and from surface at both ends, 225.00m at the entrance and 45.00m at the exit. The new optimized project, based on new geological and geotechnical studies, proposed an execution from surface for the entire length of the tunnel. To establish the optimal solution two methods of surface execution and structural solutions were analyzed comparatively: “Cut and Cover” and “Cover and Cut”. The adopted method was “Cut and Cover”, with a structural solution composed of a temporary retaining structure – diaphragm walls with a special internal lining. This has been divided in six sections with different behavioral types, taking into account the ground configuration in longitudinal profile and the geological and geotechnical data. The technological execution phases are presented in detail. To investigate the behavior of this type of structure under soil and swelling actions, three-dimensional finite element analyses were carried out, taking into account the execution phases for each cross section. A monitoring system was provided to verify the stresses in the temporary retaining structure and the internal lining and also to calibrate future calculations.

En Oriente Medio existió, especialmente durante la Baja Edad Media, una tendencia por parte de los reinos e imperios musulmanes a atraer soldados desvinculados con el territorio que fueran leales a la dinastía importadora. Las tribus turcas, de origen nómada y procedencia centroasiática, fueron el grupo más demandado para ocupar el puesto de capitanes militares de los Estados sedentarios de Oriente Medio, e incluso acabaron en algunos casos asumiendo rangos de soberano. A comienzos del siglo XVI se da la circunstancia de que, con la entrada de las armas de fuego, varias dinastías de origen turco se consolidan en una región tradicionalmente inestable. Uno de estos imperios, el safávida, conquista el poder mediante una nueva ideología religiosa; mientras que el otro, el mogol, se apodera del norte de la India siguiendo la ruta tradicional de los conquistadores. La pretensión de este artículo, realizado en gran parte mediante el Maathir ul-Umara (una recopilación de las biografías de destacados oficiales del imperio mogol escrita en el siglo XVIII), es analizar las condiciones de vida de las élites turcas en ambos imperios y ubicar la primera oleada migratoria del imperio safávida al mogol en un periodo de consolidación imperial mutua (1544-1627). Entendiendo esta oleada migratoria turca como un fenómeno novedoso respecto a las anteriores, analizaré el papel que jugaron las relaciones exteriores de los dos imperios, la conflictividad religiosa y las relaciones de poder entre el soberano y sus súbditos turcos, así como el impacto que tuvieron estas migraciones en la región.

Se reporta un episodio de uso de un nido de mirlo Turdus merula por parte de una pareja de tórtola turca Streptopelia decaocto, el cual modificaron agregándole una plataforma, en una zona residencial en la ciudad de Madrid (España) durante mayo de 2018. El nido fue construido por el mirlo durante un periodo de unos 5 días, y 13 días después fue usado por una pareja de tórtola turca, donde la hembra colocó dos huevos, eclosionando dos semanas después. Este constituye el primer reporte de uso de nido de mirlo por parte de la tórtola turca. The use by the Eurasian collared-dove Streptopelia decaocto of a nest of common blackbird Turdus merula is reported, which was modified by adding a platform, in an urban area in Madrid (Spain) in May 2018. The nest was constructed by Blackbirds, and thirteen days later was used by a pair of a Eurasian collared-dove, where the female laid two eggs. This represents the first record of interspecific nest use by Eurasian collared-dove.

Neste trabalho analisa-se as desigualdades de composição social das turmas de 5º ano da rede pública brasileira. Além disso, busca-se verificar se há correspondência entre a composição das turmas e os critérios de enturmação declarados pelos diretores. A composição social de cada uma das turmas foi calculada a partir do percentual de alunos negros, do sexo feminino, reprovados, de baixo nível socioeconômico e não proficientes em Leitura e Matemática. O Índice de Theil-L descreve a desigualdade entre as turmas quanto à sua composição e compara aos critérios para organização das turmas. Constatamos que há um descompasso entre a distribuição desigual dos alunos e a percepção dos diretores, mesmo quando afirmaram utilizar critérios de enturmação baseados na heterogeneidade.

O presente estudo tem como objetivo descrever o processo de transição de turmas separadas (por sexo e altura) para turmas mistas nas aulas de Educação Física do sexto e sétimo anos do Ensino Fundamental do Colégio Militar de Porto Alegre. Sua fundamentação teórico-metodológica está ancorada nos Estudos de Gênero e na História Oral. Foram realizadas quatro entrevistas com docentes da instituição. Os dados advindos das entrevistas foram cotejados com documentos do Sistema Colégio Militar do Brasil e outros referentes às questões de gênero e de coeducação na Educação Física. Considerando a alteração dos critérios de organização das turmas, realizada no início de 2018, os docentes mencionam o quanto esta nova configuração demandou alterações na sua conduta, visto estarem habituados a trabalhar o conteúdo esportivo levando em conta a diferença que identificam entre habilidades e performances de alunos e alunas.

Abstract:

Food—enjoying it, preparing it, serving it, distributing it, and using it for healing purposes—is central to life in the Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization (3HO). In 3HO’s early years, food beliefs and practices were instrumental in creating community, shaping members’ identities, and establishing group boundaries. Over time, members created a variety of organizations linked to 3HO, and many members became Sikhs. They created businesses, several involving food production and sales, and some quite successful. In 2010 representatives of one of their organizations, Sikh Dharma International, sued the managers of one of the businesses, Golden Temple Bakery, accusing the managers of “misappropriation of valuable assets.” This paper examines the growth of 3HO businesses within the context of national food production and distribution, and it considers the internal stresses of 3HO institutions revealed via the trial.

This paper examines the tradition of zikr and study of turats on Thursday nights in Papringan Village. This paper aims to examine the reception of the local community on the hadith about particular days so that the routine schedule of zikr in Papringan Village is held on Thursday night and not Friday night as is customary in the other locations. Furthermore, this paper examines the impact of zikr and the study of turats on the Papringan Village community. With interview techniques, this research shows that the reason for establishing Thursday night as a routine night of zikr and study of turats is because it has just happened (hereditary) and there is glory on Thursday, the day of forgiveness of sins. The reception of the results of zikr and study of turats was received quite well as evidenced by the conducive behavior of the local community (forming the good akhlaq of the community). However, tradition of zikr and study of turats on Thursday nights in Papringan Village not significantly contributes to the understandingof Islam.
