Miškas – svarbiausias miškininkystės įmonių išteklius ir pajamų šaltinis, kuriam būdingos specifinės prigimtinės savybės, lemiančios ilgą jo „gamybos“ ciklą, o tuo pačiu – ekonominės naudos gavimo ypatumus, kas sukelia esminių problemų priskiriant mišką vienai ar kitai turto kategorijai pagal tradicinę apskaitoje naudojamą turto klasifikaciją, kurioje įmonės turtas skirstomas į ilgalaikį ir trumpalaikį. Savo ruožtu miško (medynų) vieta turto klasifikacinėje sistemoje lemia šio turto apskaitos ir vertinimo būdus bei pateikimą finansinėse ataskaitose, o tuo pačiu ir finansinės informacijos palyginamumą. Tyrimo tikslas – identifikavus probleminius miško klasifikavimo teorinius bei reglamentavimo apskaitos standartuose aspektus, ištirti miškų (medynų) klasifikavimo praktiką privačiose Lietuvos miškininkystės įmonėse ir pateikti miško klasifikavimo reglamentavimo apskaitos standartuose rekomendacijas. Ištyrus miško klasifikavimo apskaitoje reglamentavimą nustatyta, kad skirtinguose apskaitos standartuose miškas (medynai) klasifikuojamas skirtingai. Atliktas Lietuvos privačių miškininkystės įmonių apskaitos politikos tyrimas parodė, kad miško pripažinimo ir klasifikavimo srityse taip pat yra esminių skirtumų: didžioji dalis įmonių miško (at)sodinimo išlaidas pripažįsta turtu, tačiau kitos jas priskiria ataskaitinio laikotarpio sąnaudoms; 73 proc. įmonių mišką (medynus) priskiria atsargoms, tačiau kitos įmonės mišką klasifikuoja kaip ilgalaikį turtą. Tyrimo rezultatai taip pat indikavo nepakankamą miško pripažinimo ir klasifikavimo aspektų reglamentavimą verslo apskaitos standartuose. Siūloma papildyti 17-ojo VAS „Biologinis turtas“ nuostatas, konkretizuojant miško pripažinimo ir klasifikacinius aspektus, o pačius medynus klasifikuoti kaip ilgalaikį biologinį turtą, kuris vėliau perklasifikuojamas į trumpalaikį biologinį turtą, jo apskaitai taikant savikainos arba tikrosios vertės būdus.

Abstract:
The development of leisure as an economic activity has come into focus over the last century. Nowadays, a commercial leisure property has gained an important role within the total spectrum of world economies. Despite these developments in the leisure sector, the valuation of property for the purpose of commercial leisure is still regarded as an Achilles’ heel. The accepted approach to the property valuation in UK is to perform an open market valuation for the existing use. However, for the specialized properties including leisure assets, the distinctive valuation methodology has to be applied. This paper outlines the principles of methodology that are commonly used for the valuation of leisure property in the UK, Lithuania and other countries. Factors affecting the valuation process with respect to the property development and investment decision are discussed. The study is accompanied with examples of valuation method applications and analyses of individual case studies of golf course valuation. Santruka Per pastaraji šimtmeti laisvalaikio vystymas tapo reikšminga ekonomikos veiklos sritis. Šiuo metu laisvalaikio verslo nekilnojamasis turtas vaidina svarbu vaidmeni pasaulio šaliu ūkineje veikloje. Nepaisant laisvalaikio sektoriaus išsivystymo, nekilnojamojo turto vertinimas laisvalaikio verslo srityje vis dar yra silpnas. JK priimtas nekilnojamojo turto vertinimo būdas pagristas atviros rinkos vertinimu pagal turto paskirti. Tačiau specializuotam nekilnojamajam turtui, taip pat ir laisvalaikio, išskirtinis vertinimo metodas turi būti taikomas. Šiame straipsnyje apibūdinami principai, kurie taikomi laisvalaikio nekilnojamojo turto vertinimui JK, Lietuvoje ir kitose šalyse. Straipsnyje nagrinejami veiksniai, kurie daro itaka vertinimo procesui, kai nekilnojamasis turtas vertinamas vystymo ar investavimo tikslais. Tyrime pateikti golfo aikštynu vertinimo metodu ir analizes pavyzdžiai.

Abstract:
The principal‐agent problem arising from asymmetric information in presales of uncompleted properties in forward property markets has been well‐recognized. Since buyers are not able to inspect the uncompleted properties when they make the purchases, developers may hide information about the negative aspects of the properties or over‐state the quality in order to generate an extra profit in the presales on top of the equilibrium value as if the properties were sold in the spot market. In this regard, the study adapted a forward‐spot property repeat sales pricing model to explore the pricing of presale properties compared to that of spot properties in which the principal‐agent problem does not exist. The findings suggest that developers were able to impose a wealth transfer from the buyers in pricing presale properties taking the advantage of asymmetric information embedded in forward property markets. Santruka Nekilnojamojo turto (NT) agento problema, kuria sukelia neproporcinga informacija iš anksto parduodant nebaigta statyti nekilnojamaji turta išankstiniu NT sandoriu rinkose (angl. forward property markets), yra gerai žinoma. Kadangi pirkejai negali apžiūreti nebaigto statyti nekilnojamojo turto, vystytojai gali nuslepti informacija apie neigiamus nekilnojamojo turto dalykus arba perdeti kokybe, tuo siekdami pasipelnyti iš išankstinio pardavimo papildomai prie likutines vertes, lyg nekilnojamasis turtas būtu parduodamas neatideliotinu atsiskaitymu rinkoje (angl. spot market). Šiuo atžvilgiu tyrime taikytas išankstiniais sandoriais ir neatideliotinais atsiskaitymais pagristo kartotinio NT pardavimo kainodaros modelis, siekiant iš anksto parduodamo NT kainodara išnagrineti lyginant su neatideliotinu atsiskaitymu rinkoje parduodamu NT, kai agento problemos nera. Išvados rodo, kad vystytojai turejo galimybe pirkejams primesti turto perskirstyma paimdami iš ju daugiau, kai iš anksto parduodama nekilnojamaji turta ikainodavo naudodamiesi neproporcinga informacija, būdinga išankstiniu NT sandoriu rinkoms.

Šeimos turtas ir jo teisinis statusas Šeimos turto institutas yra ganėtinai naujas institutas civilinėje teisėje, pradedamas taikyti įsigaliojus naujajam Lietuvos Respublikos civiliniam kodeksui. Institutas įtvirtinamas siekiant vieno pagrindinio tikslo – apsaugoti nepilnamečių vaikų ir silpnesniojo ekonominiu požiūriu sutuoktinio teises ir teisėtus interesus. Šeimos turtą sudaro šeimos gyvenamoji patalpa ir kilnojamieji daiktai, skirti šeimos namų ūkio poreikiams tenkinti, įskaitant baldus, nuosavybės teise priklausantys vienam arba abiems sutuoktiniams, taip pat teisė naudotis šeimos gyvenamąja patalpa. Šeimos turto institutas atlieka apsauginę funkciją, o turtas, priskiriamas šeimos turtui sudaro materialųjį šeimos egzistavimo pagrindą, todėl disponavimui šeimos turtu nustatomi tam tikri apribojimai. Sutuoktinis be kito sutuoktinio sutikimo neturi teisės perleisti, įkeisti, išnuomoti ar kitokiu būdu suvaržyti teisę į kilnojamą daiktą, naudojamą šeimos namų ūkyje, nekilnojamųjų daiktų atveju reikalingas rašytinis sutuoktinio sutikimas. Jei sutuoktiniai gyvena patalpoje pagal nuomos sutartį, tai sutuoktinis, sudaręs nuomos sutartį, be kito sutuoktinio rašytinio sutikimo neturi teisės nutraukti nuomos sutarties prieš terminą, subnuomoti gyvenamosios patalpos arba perleisti teises pagal nuomos sutartį. Family Patrimony and Its Legal Status The family patrimony institution is relatively new in Lithuanian civil law. It came into effect on the 1st of July 2001 when the new Civil Code was introduced. The instititution was introduced for one main reason – the protection of the rights and interests of minors and the weaker (in an economic sense) spouse. The family patrimony is composed of the residence of the family or the rights which confer use of them, the movable property which they are furnished with and the items that serve for the use of the household and are owned by one or both of the spouses. Since the family patrimony has a protective purpose and the property it constitutes is a material guarantee of the family well-being, special rules apply to the disposal of family patrimony. Without the consent of the other spouse, a spouse cannot dispose of, mortgage, rent or otherwise restrict the right to use a movable item. In the case of immovable property a written consent from the other spouse is necessary. If the spouses live in a rented property the spouse who signed the lease cannot without written consent of the other spouse terminate the lease, sublease the property or transfer the rights under the lease. In cases where spouses have children who are under-age, in order to be able to perform transactions related to the family residence it is obligatory to obtain a court order. SANTRAUKA Šis magistro darbas skirtas šeimos turto instituto ir jo teisinio statuso analizei. Įsigaliojus naujajam Civiliniam kodeksui 2001 m. liepos 1 dieną, kaip viena iš naujovių buvo įtvirtintas šeimos turto institutas. Tą lėmė Lietuvos Respublikos prisiimti tarptautiniai įsipareigojimai nepilnamečių vaikų teisių ir teisėtų interesų apsaugos srityje. Taigi šeimos turto instituto tikslas – apsaugoti nepilnamečių vaikų ir ekonominiu požiūriu silpnesnio sutuoktinio teisių ir teisėtų interesų apsauga. Tiesa, ekonomiškai silpnesnio sutuoktinio interesai ginami tiek, kiek jų gynyba padeda užtikrinti su juo likusių gyventi vaikų interesus, pasibaigus santuokai. Darbe analizuojama šeimos turto samprata, sudėtis, šeimos turto teisinis statusas, jo atsiradimo pagrindai. Aptartos problemos kylančios iš sutuoktinių teisės valdyti, naudotis ir disponuoti šeimos turtu, įgyvendinimo. Didelis dėmesys skirtas teismų praktikos analizei. Analizuotos bylos susijusios su šeimos turtu, disponavimo ir valdymo ribojimu nustatymu, teismo leidimų, kaip teisminės kontrolės nepilnamečių vaikų ir silpnesniojo sutuoktinio teisių ir interesų atžvilgiu. Aptartos problemos kylančios dėl teisminės šeimos turto apsaugos, šeimos turto teisinio režimo pabaigos ir šeimos turto padalijimo. Pateikti pasiūlymai dėl instituto tobulinimo, jo taikymo reglamentuojant sutuoktinių, ar buvusių sutuoktinių turtinius santykius. SUMMARY This master‘s degree work is an analysis of the institution of family assets and their legal status. One of the new features established by the Civil Code of 1 July 2001 was the institution of family assets. This was done in response to international commitments undertaken by the Republic of Lithuania in the area of protection of the rights and lawful interests of children. The purpose of the institution of family assets is to protect the rights and lawful interests of children and the economically-weaker spouse. However, the interests of the economically-weaker spouse are defended only to the extent that such defence helps to protect the interests of the children who remain with the spouse after the dissolution of the marriage. The concept of family assets, its composition, the legal status of family assets, and the means by which they are created is analysed in the work. Problems arising from the right of marriage partners to control and use assets are discussed. Cases associated with family assets, the placing of limits on their disposition and use, and court permissions as a form of control in defence of the rights and lawful interests of children and the economically-weaker spouse are analysed. Problems arising from court protection of family assets, the conclusion of legal oversight of family assets, and distribution of family assets are discussed. Abstract:
Nekilnojamasis turtas iki šiol buvo laikomas saugia investicija. Nekilnojamasis turtas tai ne vien žmonių būstas, gyvenamoji vieta, bet tai taip pat yra ir prekė, verslo ar veiklos priemonė, kuri skatina ekonomikos augimą. Paskutinį dešimtmetį gyvenamojo nekilnojamo turto kainos Lietuvoje ir kaimyninėse šalyse augo sparčiausiai regione ir tarp Europos sąjungos narių. Didžiąja dalimi šis augimas buvo įtakojamas augančios šalies ekonomikos ir gerėjančių ekonominių rodiklių, tokių kaip bendrasis vidaus produktas, darbo užmokestis ir kiti veiksniai. Taip pat nekilnojamo turto rinką įtakojo psichologiniai veiksniai, tokie kaip nors pelningai investuoti tikintis didėlės investicinės grąžos. Greitai augančios būsto kainos leido susidaryti nekilnojamo turto kainų burbului, kuris iki šiol Lietuvos nekilnojamo turto rinkai nebuvo pažįstamas. Daugelis ekspertų tai laikė natūraliu dalyku, kai ekonomika auga, kitiems atrodė kainų būsto kainų kylimas yra per daug staigus ir jį reikia reguliuoti, nes jų nuomone kainų augimas susijęs su psichologiniais veiksniais. Tačiau augimas negalėjo būti begalinis ir susiformavęs kainų burbulas subliuško taip paveikdamas ir šalies ekonomiką. Tačiau sunku vertinti kainų burbulo įtaką šalies ekonomikai, kadangi ji sutapo su pasauline krize. Po kainų burbulo sprogimo sunku prognozuoti šalies nekilnojamojo turto rinkos ateities tendencijas, kadangi sumažėjus gyvenamo nekilnojamo turto rinkoje vykstančių sandorių sudėtinga spręsti apie dabartines rinkos... The last decade, a residential real estate prices in Lithuania and neighbor countries grew rapidly in the region and also between the European Union members. This increase was largely influenced by a growing domestic economy and improving economic indicators such as gross domestic product, wages and other factors. Also the real estate market is influenced by psychological factors, such as a profitable investment. Rapid grow of the house prices was possible to obtain real estate price bubble, which until now Lithuanian real estate market was not a familiar. Property prices began to rise rapidly in 2003, and it can be considered as starting point for emerging price bubble and in year 2005 prices raised the most during the last decade. Baltic states property market prices growth strongly dependent on macroeconomic indicators.

Objektas - ilgalaikio materialiojo turto finansinės apskaitos ir apskaitos pelno mokesčiui apskaičiuoti neatitikimų tikslingumas bei apskaitymas. Darbo tikslas - išnagrinėjus neatitikimus tarp ilgalaikio materialiojo turto finansinės apskaitos ir apskaitos pelno mokesčio apskaičiavimo tikslams, pasiūlyti tam tikrų neatitikimų mažinimo arba net panaikinimo apskaitos modelius bei sukurti ilgalaikio materialiojo turto apskaitos metodiką patogią tiek finansinės apskaitos, tiek apskaitos pelno mokesčio apskaičiavimui tikslams. Darbo apimtis – 73 puslapiai aiškinamosios dalies ir 10 puslapių skirta priedams. Darbe yra 33 lentelės, 20 paveikslų, 4 priedai.
Aim of the work – after analysis the inadequacies of the tangible asset financial accounting to the accounting to calculate corporate income tax to offer some accounting ways to cut these inadequacies down or even annul them and to found the convenient methods for the tangible asset financial accounting as well as for the accounting to calculate corporate income tax. In order to achieve the aim of the work the following tasks were raised: a) to pick out the inadequacies of the tangible asset financial accounting to the accounting to calculate corporate income tax; b) to propose the accounting method for the tangible asset financial accounting as well as for the accounting to calculate corporate income tax; c) with the aid of the conditional data to appraise the expediency of the inadequacies of the tangible asset financial accounting to the accounting to calculate corporate income tax. Magistro darbo objektas – žemės sklypo pirkimo-pardavimo sutartis. Darbe tiriama žemės sklypo pirkimo-pardavimo sutarties sudarymo Lietuvos Respublikoje teisinė aplinka ir galimybės, aptariama su tuo susijusi Lietuvos teismų praktika, atsižvelgiama į analogiškų teisinių santykių reglamentavimą užsienio valstybėse. Pažymėtina, kad būtinosios tokios sutarties sąlygos – dalykas, kaina ir notarinis sutarties patvirtinimas. Didžiausias dėmesys šiame darbe skiriamas žemės sklypo pirkimo-pardavimo sutarties dalykui – žemės sklypui – kuris savo specifika išskiria šią sutartį iš kitų pirkimo-pardavimo sutarčių, taip pat šios sutarties šalims. Pabrėžtina, kad žemės sklypo pirkimo-pardavimo sutarties dalyku gali būti tik įstatymų nustatyta tvarka suformuotas ir viešame registre įregistruotas žemės sklypas. Skirtingos rūšies žemės sklypų įsigijimui specialūs įstatymai gali numatyti skirtingas sąlygas ir tvarką. Tai susiję su žemės, kaip ypatingu nekilnojamuoju turtu, kuris nors yra ilgalaikis ir nesunaikinamas, bet taip pat ir ribotas bei galintis pasižymėti įvairiomis skirtingomis savybėmis, priklausomai nuo išsidėstymo vietos, esme. Be to, pažymėtina, kad su žeme susiję sandoriai yra reikšmingi ne tik juos sudarantiems privatiems subjektams, bet ir valstybiniu lygiu, nes būtent valstybei tenka konstitucinė pareiga užtikrinti racionalų žemės išteklių naudojimą. The subject of the Master's thesis is the Land Lot Purchase Agreement. In this paper the author studies the legal frames of the Republic of Lithuania concerning the Land Lot Purchase Agreement. The possibility of entering into such an Agreement is discussed in a relation to Lithuanian judicial practice, also taking into account the similar legal practices in other foreign countries. It should be noted that the essential conditions for such an Agreement is the subject of the Agreement, its price, and notarizing the Agreement. The emphasis of this Master thesis is the subject of the Land Lot Purchase Agreement – the land lot – which in its specificity distinguishes this Agreement from the other different Purchase Agreements, as well as the parties of the Agreement do. It should be noted that the land lot may be only a matter of the Land Lot Purchase Agreement if it is formed and registered in a public register under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. It must be mentioned that the laws may provide different conditions and procedures for the Land Lot Purchase Agreement if its subject – the land lot – is of different type. Nekilnojamojo turto (toliau – NT) rinka turi įtakos ekonomikos plėtrai. Efektyvus ir optimalus NT išteklių panaudojimas – pagrindinis besikuriančios NT rinkos pranašumas. Akivaizdu, kad NT rinka glaudžiai siejasi su finansų, statybos darbų, statybinių medžiagų, darbo išteklių, vartojimo prekių ir kitomis rinkomis. Siekiant numatyti šalies ekonomikos perspektyvas, būtina atsižvelgti į minėtų tarpusavyje susijusių problemų aktualumą bei svarbą, kadangi nuo situacijos NT rinkoje nemaža dalimi priklauso bendras šalies ekonomikos augimas arba nuosmukis artimiausiais metais. Vykdomas mokslinis tyrimas sieks įvertinti nekilnojamojo turto rinkos požymius, rodančius, kad kainų kilimas stabilizavosi ir kainos pradėjo mažėti gyvenamojo sektoriaus nekilnojamojo turto rinkoje, taip pat leis nustatyti veiksnius, lėmusius kainų korekciją. Šio tyrimo metu bus siekiama pateikti Kauno gyvenamojo nekilnojamojo turto rinkos perspektyvas. Tyrimo objektas – gyvenamojo nekilnojamojo turto rinka Lietuvoje. Darbo tikslas – sukurti teorinį modelį, kurio pagalba galėtume prognozuoti Kauno regiono gyvenamojo nekilnojamojo turto rinkos ateities perspektyvas trumpuoju (2 m) laikotarpiu. In the last few decades economic conditions has changed dramatically because of real estate market huge impact for the economy development. Obviously, that real estate market involves financial, constructional, building materials, working resources, goods, and other markets. More than once the historical guidelines of many countries had disclosed the threat of real estate market fluctuation to the harmonious development of a national economy. Encouragements of experts to resist euphoria came short of living standards’ growth and the psychological impulse that followed the tendency of residential real estate market’ growth. It was favourable for real estate developers because dwelling prices were growing and the demand was great, but since the end of year 2007, situation in real estate market’ changed. Not only in this sector but also in economy some sings of recession in trade can be observed. The object of this thesis is residential real estate market in Lithuania. The purpose is to create theoretical model, which allows forecasting residential real estate market future prospects of Kaunas region in the short time period (2 years). Abstract:
This dissertation is the first study in Lithuania to analyse Lithuanian trust of property law. Up to now, no one in legal studies has made any complex academic attempt to examine the genesis of property trust law, to discuss the characteristics of subjects and objects of this property trust law or to identify the most commonly occurring problems. There has been neither any thorough academic study concerning the sub-institutions of property trust law, i.e. the right to hold public property or private property in trust. The aim of the research is to comprehensively and systematically analyse, using foreign examples for comparison, the Lithuanian property trust law model, studying the aforementioned property law both as a coherent institution and as an amalgamation of two legal institutions intended for realisation of public and private ownership respectively. The dissertation also aims to reveal certain theoretical and practical issues and deficiencies in the regulation of property trust law in Lithuania, suggesting ways of filling gaps in Lithuanian law on both public and private property trust cases.
Ši disertacija yra pirmasis tyrimas Lietuvoje, analizuojantis Lietuvos turto patikėjimo teisę. Lietuvos teisės moksle iki šiol nebuvo nei vieno kompleksinio mokslinio bandymo, tirti turto patikėjimo teisės prigimtį, aptarti šios daiktinės teisės objektus, subjektų ypatumus, įvardinti dažniausiai pasitaikančias problemas. Nėra išsamių mokslinių tyrimų ir dėl turto patikėjimo teisės atskirų subinstitutų, t. y. dėl viešojo bei privataus turto patikėjimo teisės. Šio tyrimo tikslas yra išsamiai ir sistemiškai, remiantis užsienio teisės patirtimi, išanalizuoti Lietuvos turto patikėjimo teisės modelį, tiriant minėtą daiktinę tiek kaip vientisą institutą, tiek kaip dviejų teisinių institutų, skirtų viešosios bei privačios nuosavybės įgyvendinimui, samplaiką, atskleidžiant teorines bei praktines turto patikėjimo teisės reglamentavimo Lietuvoje problemas ir trūkumus, pasiūlant teisinio reglamentavimo spragų užpildymo būdus tiek viešojo, tiek privataus turto patikėjimo teisės atvejams.

Regulations and practical problems of accounting of fixed asset were analysed in the present paper; also, suggestions for solving the problems were presented and analysis of fixed asset in the period of three years was carried out on the example of JSC “Mintuva”. Definitions of fixed assets by Lithuanian and foreign authors, its classification’s meaning in accounting and peculiarities were analysed as well. Moreover, present legislations regulating accounting of fixed asset and their major changes were explored. Analysis of dynamics of the structure of fixed asset was carried out. Indexes of enterprise’s fixed asset’s turnover profitability were calculated, factors which had influenced their change were investigated; also, a prognosis of indexes for a period of three years was worked out. Recommendations on improvement of enterprise’s accounting of fixed asset and indexes of its analysis were presented.

Šiandien, investiciniu požiūriu, viena patraukliausių ir didžiausią potencialą pritraukti tiesiogines užsienio investicijas sričių yra nekilnojamojo turto rinka, traukianti užsienio investuotojus didesniu pajamingumo lygiu. Darbe bus kalbama apie nekilnojamąjį turtą kaip investicijų objektą, todėl abstrahuojamasi nuo gyvenamojo nekilnojamojo turto, kuris nebus aptarinėjamas, nes gyvenamojo nekilnojamojo turto kainų pokyčius didžiąja dalimi lemia paklausos bei pasiūlos santykis. Todėl šiame darbe koncentruojamasi ties komerciniu nekilnojamuoju turtu. Temos aktualumas: Lietuvos nekilnojamojo turto rinka, o ypač atskiri jos segmentai dar yra labai jauni ir yra vystymosi stadijoje. Tai kartu galima akcentuoti ir kaip privalumą, nes tai leidžia išvengti tam tikrų klaidų analizuojant kitų šalių patirtį, įgytą formuojant nekilnojamojo turto investicinį patrauklumą. Tačiau nekilnojamojo turto sritis, būdama patrauklia investicijoms sfera, yra pakankamai sudėtinga ir unikali, įtakojama ir formuojama gausybės aplinkos veiksnių. Tai sąlygoja ir didesnę investuotojų patiriamą riziką ir tokiu būdu jų atsargumą bei mažesnius investicinius srautus šalyje. The conception of real estate can be understood very differently – depending on its utilization. For some people it is either working or resting place, for others – safe investment, property guarantee, business or other activity mean. Lithuanian real estate market, especially the separate segments are very young and still in developing phases. This offers both advantages and disadvantages: investments bring big profits but convey the huge risk. The development of Lithuanian real estate market began in 1990, when the government of Lithuania officially declared independence, after which land and real estate questions became the most important. Economical growth in Lithuania was related with business development, when the demand of office accommodation stimulated trade. Investors from abroad found the investment opportunities in Lithuania attractive after the country joined European Union. The main subject of the work is to analyse the theoretical real estate and investment aspects, and after exhaustive Lithuanian real estate market research to forecast the development tendencies. Vandens ištekliai yra be galo svarbus kiekvienos šalies gamtos turtas, todėl juos privaloma racionaliai naudoti ir saugoti nuo taršos. Norint prognozuoti upių vandens būklę, reikia įvertinti vandens kokybės kaitą. Straipsnyje nagrinėjama upių paviršinio vandens kokybė įvertinant žemėnaudų bei nuogulų sklaidą baseine. Norint nusakyti nuogulų bei žemėnaudų įtaką upės baseino paviršinio vandens kokybei, buvo pasirinkta upė Jusinė. Siekiant įvertinti tipinių nuogulų ir žemėnaudos įtaką Jusinės paviršinio vandens kokybei, buvo sudaryti nuogulų ir žemėnaudų sklaidos upės baseine žemėlapiai ir atlikti natūriniai tyrimai (amonio (NH₄), nitratų (NO₃) ir fosfatų (PO₄)). Atlikus analizę nustatyta, kad žemėnaudų ir nuogulų plotuose, kuriuose vyrauja spygliuočių ir lapuočių miškai ir smėlio nuogulos, fosfatų koncentracijos kelis kartus didesnės (vietomis net trisdešimt penkis kartus) negu kitų tipų plotuose. Vietovėse, kur vyrauja dirbami laukai ir pievos, pastebimas amonio koncentracijos padidėjimas. Plotuose, kur vyrauja pelkės ir durpynai, dėl nuogulų tipo mažesnė nitratų koncentracija, o plotuose, kuriuose dominuoja pievos ir dirbami laukai, – nitratų koncentracija didėja. Nustatyta, kad nitratų koncentracijų didėjimą lemia tręšiami laukai.

Abstract:
Abstract Satellite-linked platform terminal transmitters (PTTs) are important tools for conducting research of sea turtles in their marine habitats. Appropriate conservation actions can be identified using PTTs, mounted to the top of sea turtles’ shells, to collect information about migratory routes and habitat usage. However, there is concern that PTTs introduce hydrodynamic drag that may bias natural sea turtle behavior, making the migratory and habitat data inaccurate representations of the “untagged” population. PTTs also have limited attachment durations, hypothesized to be caused by hydrodynamic loading and shell expansion during growth. The aim of this research is to investigate the hydrodynamic drag induced by PTTs on juvenile hard-shelled sea turtles, with the broader goal of increasing deployment duration and minimizing behavioral effects. A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was created to simulate the hydrodynamics of juvenile sea turtles. The drag and lift coefficients for five PTTs, virtually attached to the sea turtle model, were calculated using numerical methods. A comparison table of PTT performance is presented. The results will be used to explore PTT form factor design trades-offs that reduce hydrodynamic loading, while still meeting operational requirements. This research could enable biologists to collect data that more accurately represents the untagged sea turtle population.

Para cada turma, unidades instrucionais similares foram planejadas e executadas, cada, utilizou uma das ferramentas sob análise. As habilidades do PC, durante o estudo, foram mensuradas com base no Bebras Challenge. Como resultado, percebeu-se uma similaridade na evolução das turmas e, portanto, da eficácia das ferramentas, mesmo se percebendo uma leve vantagem da ferramenta Scratch, em termos de uma curva de aprendizado e de tempo para o alcance dos objetivos esperados.

Abstract:
Alunos de disciplinas introdutórias de programação exibem vários entendimentos equivocados de conceitos e dificuldades no conhecimento sintático, conceitual e estratégico. Tais equívocos levam os alunos a cometerem erros como atribuições erradas em variáveis, chamadas de métodos não declarados, passagens erradas de parâmetros para métodos, dentre outros. Esses erros são comuns e são chamados de misconceptions. Este trabalho apresenta um levantamento dos misconceptions cometidos por estudantes de duas turmas nos trabalhos práticos da disciplina introdutória de programação (IPC) ofertada em uma Universidade Federal. Para fazer o levantamento, foram utilizados os códigos produzidos pelos alunos durante os trabalhos práticos da disciplina. Foi usada como base uma lista pré-definida de misconceptions relacionados à programação introdutória em Python, separados por assuntos computacionais comuns em disciplinas de IPC, como laços, matrizes, vetores, dentre outros. Por fim, foi identificado em quais assuntos da disciplina cada turma teve mais dificuldade e foi criada uma lista com 14 erros comuns que foram identificados nas duas turmas.

Abstract:
O presente trabalho descreve uma proposta de um jogo online de apoio à alfabetização para crianças com risco de dislexia com base na consciência fonológica. O programa Domlexia formulado para ser utilizado com toda a turma de 1º ano do Ensino Fundamental também integra uma atividade de avaliação em cada etapa de jogo, que permite um acompanhamento do desenvolvimento dos alunos e traça um perfil do progresso da alfabetização. Foi realizado um piloto de aplicação do jogo em duas turmas de alfabetização e os resultados demonstraram melhora nos testes de consciência fonológica após um mês de uso do jogo.
