Abstract:
Johann Sebastian Bachs Kantate "Ein ungefärbt Gemüte" entstand zum 4. Sonntag nach Trinitatis 1723 und zählt damit zu Bachs ersten für die Leipziger Amtsverpflichtungen komponierten Werken. Die Aufführungsmaterialien sind mit der autographen Kompositionspartitur und dem originalen Stimmensatz vollständig erhalten. Das Instrumentarium wird nicht aus der Partitur, sondern nur aus dem Stimmensatz ersichtlich. Das mit Clarino bezeichnete Blechblasinstrument wirft dabei jedoch verschiedene Probleme auf. Abstract:
Le culte de posession et transe (tromba) est connue dans tout Madagascar. Toutefois, les chercheurs sont generalement d’accord qu’elle a son origine au sein du groupe ethnique Sakalava residant partie nord-ouest de Madagascar. Auteur en commenęant par la clarification de la terminologie decrit le processus rituel lui-meme, qui comporte cinq etapes, dont le but est de reveler l’esprit-tromba dans le corps humain “possede”. Le medium (saha) joue un role principal dans dans le ritual du tromba. L’ auteur presente les differentes interpretations du tromba. Il conclut que phenomene du tromba est complexe. C’est donc le culte de posession et transe, et la communication avec les ancetres (razana). Tromba a indeniablement des qualites therapeutiques et il semble qu’elle a un caractere syncretique.

Abstract:
<em>Tromba marina</em>, instrument wywodzący się z monochordu, znany od czasów średniowiecza, podobnie jak wiele innych, nie znalazł swojego trwałego miejsca w muzyce profesjonalnej. W niniejszym artykule zwraca się uwagę na pewien „epizod”, który stał się udziałem tego specyficznego chordofonu, a któremu z literaturze muzykologicznej nie poświęcono dostatecznej uwagi.<p>Instrument ten miał swoje pięć minut w muzyce francuskiej około połowy XVII wieku. W 1660 Lully wykorzystał <em>trombae marinae</em> w w ustepach baletowych opery Cavallego <em>Xerxes</em>, wystawionej z okazji ślubu Ludwika XIV z Marią Teresą Habsburg, zaś w 1661 roku na dworze Króla Słońce powołano zespół składający się pięciu z muzyków grających na krumhornach i <em>trombae marinae</em>. Dlatego prawdopodobnie Molierowski Monsieur Jourdain na kartach „Mieszczanina szlachcicem” wyraził pragnienie dołączenia interesującego nas instrumentu do zespołu grającego na organizowanym w jego domu przyjęciu.</p><p>Jedynym znanym z nazwiska wirtuozem tego instrumentu był Jean Baptiste Prin (ok. 1699-1742), który sporządził zachowany do dzisiaj zbiór 216 utworów na <em>tromba marina</em> oraz napisał w roku swojej śmierci traktat <em>Memoire sur la trompette marine, </em>w którym wyraził żal, że ukochany instrument „umiera” wraz z nim.</p><p>Spośród wielu różnych nazw, jakie nadawano temu kuriozalnemu instrumentowi (<em>tuba marina</em>, <em>tuba maritima</em>, <em>Trumscheit</em>, <em>Marientrompette)</em>, najpóźniejsze historycznie, bo pochodzące dopiero z XIX wieku, są nazwy wskazujące na używanie go przez zakonnice. Są to trzy określenia w języku niemieckim bazujące na złożeniach Nonne- (zakonnica) z dodaną nazwą instrumentu lub określeniem jego funkcji w zespole: Nonnengeige, Nonnentrompette, Nonnenbas. Ich istnienie dowodziłoby, iż na niemieckim obszarze językowym jeszcze w tym stuleciu zakonnice posługiwały się w swojej praktyce muzycznej interesującym nas instrumentem.</p><p>Cecil Adkins i Alis Dickonson, autorzy monografii poświęconej historii, budowie i zachowanym egzemplarzom <em>tromba marina</em>, a także związanej z tym instrumentem praktyce wykonawczej i repertuarowi, wskazali 29 ośrodków zakonnych (w tym 26 klasztorów żeńskich), w których kultywowano grę na <em>Nonnengeige</em>, konstatując iż była to specjalność zakonnic (w mniejszym stopniu zakonników) z Europy Środkowej. Do wymienionych przez tych autorów ośrodków, dzięki najnowszym badaniom jesteśmy w stanie obecnie dodać kolejne: klasztor augustianek św. Jakuba auf der Hülben w Wiedniu oraz serwitek w Insbruku oraz trzy kolejne klasztory w niemieckojęzycznej części Szwajcarii. Co więcej, możemy także poszerzyć geograficzny obszar występowania w klasztorach praktyki gry na <em>tromba marina</em> w kierunku północno wschodnim. Mamy bowiem dowody kultywowania jej w klasztorach benedyktynek z Sandomierza i Lwowa oraz klarysek ze Starego Sącza, a także w bursie jezuickiej w Krakowie. Dodatkowo można przypuszczać, iż instrumenty takie posiadał także klasztor cystersów w Obrze.</p><p>W klasztornej praktyce muzycznej instrument mógł pełnić cztery różne funkcje: być wykorzystywany w praktyce śpiewu chorałowego, co jest najsłabiej udokumentowane, służyć jako instrument fundamentalny realizujący wraz z <em>organami basso continuo</em> lub jako substytut trąbek w obsadach wokalno-instrumentalnych, ponadto zespół złożony w trzech lub czterech <em>trombae marinae</em> z towarzyszeniem kotłów mógł wykonywać fanfary.</p><p>Jeśli chodzi o obszar dawnej Rzeczypospolitej, najwięcej informacji na temat kultywowania gry na <em>tromba marina</em> pochodzi z Sandomierza, gdzie grające na tym instrumencie zakonnice są nam znane z nazwiska i gdzie zachowały się rękopisy poświadczające tę zapomnianą praktykę.</p><p> </p>SUMMARY<p><em>Tromba marina</em>(trumpet marine) – the instrument originated from the monochord and known from the Middle Ages – was not widely used in professional music. That special chordophone had, however, its day in French music about the mid-seventeenth century. In 1660 Jean Baptiste Lully used trombae marinae in ballet sections of Francesco Cavalli’s opera Xerxes, and in 1661, at the court of Louis XIV a group of fi ve musicians was formed, who played crumhorns and trombae marinae. The only virtuoso of this instrument, known by name, was Jean Baptiste Prin (ca. 1699-1742), who made a collection of 216 pieces for trumpet marine (tromba marina).</p><p>Out of the many names of the instrument (tuba marina, tuba maritima, Trumscheit, Marientrompette), the historically latest names are the nineteenth-century ones showing that it was used by nuns. There are three names in German, based on the compounds Nonne (nun) with the name of the instrument or with designation of its function in a musical group: Nonnengeige, Nonnentrompette, and Nonnenbas, which would prove that nuns still played the trombae marinae in the German-speaking area as late as in the nineteenth century.</p><p>Cecil Adkins and Alis Dickinson, the authors of the monograph devoted to tromba marina, listed 29 monastic centers (of which 26 were nuns’ convents), in which the playing of Nonnengeige was cultivated, and come to the conclusion that in the eighteenth century this was the specialty of Central European nuns. We can add some more names to those recorded by the two authors: the St. Jakob Augustinian nunnery in Vienna, the Servite Nunnery in Innsbruck, and three convents in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Furthermore, we can also broaden the geographical range of the practice of playing tromba marina towards North-East because we have evidence that it was cultivated in the convents of Benedictine nuns of Sandomierz and Lvov, the convent of St. Clare in Stary Sącz, as well as in the Jesuit chapel in Krakow.</p><p>The instrument in question exercised different functions in the performing practice in monasteries: it was used in the practice of chorale singing, it served as a fundamental instrument in the basso continuo section, it appeared as a substitute for trumpets in the vocal-instrumental forces, fi nally – as part of a group consisting of three or four trombae marinae and kettledrums, it played fanfares.</p>

Abstract In this work, the potential of a passive solar heating system with a Trombe wall with phase change materials for the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan was evaluated. A dynamic mathematical model has been developed, and validation has been carried out by comparing experimental data. The annual thermal characteristics of a three-room residential building, a three-room residential building with a Trombe wall, a three-room residential building with a Trombe wall with phase-change heat accumulator materials are determined. Calculations show that the specific energy consumption for heating a 3-room residential building is 211 kW·hr/m2·year, and the energy consumption for heating such an object with a Tromba wall installed on the southern wall is 134.3 kW·hr/m2·year, the energy consumption for heating such an object with the Trombe wall installed on the southern wall with phase change materials are 91.8 kW·hr/m2 year. This means that the use of the Trombe wall system will lead to a reduction in energy consumption by at least 36%. The average value of the thermal efficiency of the Trombe wall for the heating period is 37.08%, and the average value of the thermal efficiency of the Trombe wall with phase change materials for the heating period is 52.6%.

Das Wechselspiel von Suggestivkraft des Heilers und Suggestivität des Patienten bildet eine wichtige psychologische Grundlage der Wirksamkeit von Heilritualen wie der madagassischen tromba. Neben persönlichkeitsspezifischen Variablen ist dabei insbesondere der situative Kontext zu beleuchten, da suggestive Prozesse in großem Maße durch psychosoziale Merkmale der beteiligten Personen zum gegebenen Zeitpunkt bestimmt werden. Musik dient der Induktion außergewöhnlicher Bewusstseinszustände und gruppenpsychologische Aspekte der Übertragung von Emotionen unterstützen die Hervorbringung ekstatischer Zustände bei Medium, Patient und allen übrigen Teilnehmern des Heilrituals. Die für die tromba charakteristische allgemeine Euphorie und Erregung steigert die Empfänglichkeit für persuasive Botschaften und therapeutische Interventionen.

Abstract:
A novel stent retriever device for in vivo mechanical thrombectomy for acute cerebral infarction has been developed. In this study, we compared the thrombus removal capacity, potential complications, and extent of vessel wall damage of this novel device with those of the Solitaire FR device by performing a histopathologic analysis using an autopsied canine model. Through this experimental evaluation, we aimed to assess the safety and efficacy of the newly developed thrombus removal device for cerebral infarction. Blood clots (autologous thrombus) were injected into 12 canines. Mechanical thrombectomy was performed in six canines using the newly developed Tromba thrombectomy device (experimental group) and in the other six canines using the Solitaire FR thrombectomy device (control group). Angiographic and histopathologic evaluations were performed 1 month after the blood vessels underwent mechanical thrombectomy. In the experimental group, the reperfusion patency was classified as “no narrowing” in five cases and “moderate narrowing (25%–50% stenosis)” in one case. In the control group, the reperfusion patency was classified as “no narrowing” in four cases, “moderate narrowing (25%–50% stenosis)” in one case, and “slight narrowing (less than 25% stenosis)” in one case. In the experimental group, intimal proliferation was observed in only two cases, endothelial loss was observed in two cases, and device-induced medial injury was observed in one case. In the control group, intimal proliferation was observed in two cases, endothelial loss was observed in one case, and thrombosis (fibrin/platelet) was observed in one case. The Tromba thrombectomy device showed no significant difference to the conventional Solitaire device in angiographic and histopathologic evaluations after thrombus removal. The stability and efficiency of the newly developed Tromba device are considered to be high and comparable to those of Solitaire.

AbstractWe classify the homotopy classes of proper Fredholm maps from an infinite-dimensional Hilbert manifold into its model space in terms of a suitable version of framed cobordism. Our construction is an alternative approach to the classification introduced by Elworthy and Tromba in 1970 and does not make use of further structures on the ambient manifold, such as Fredholm structures. In the special case of index zero, we obtain a complete classification involving the Caccioppoli–Smale mod 2 degree and the absolute value of the oriented degree.

Abstract Infinite-dimensional degree theory, especially for Fredholm maps with positive index as developed with Tromba, is combined with Ramer’s unpublished thesis work on finite co-dimensional differential forms. As an illustrative example, the approach of Nicolaescu and Savale to the Gauss–Bonnet–Chern theorem for vector bundles is reworked in this framework. Other examples mentioned are Kokarev and Kuksin’s approach to periodic differential equations and to forced harmonic maps. A discussion about how such forms and their constructions and cohomology relate to constructions for diffusion measures on path and loop spaces is also included.

Abstract Objective.—In this review, we will focus on recent molecular typing methods that can be applied to different pathogens and assess their values and limitations. Background.—Resistant subgroups within a species of pathogenic organisms often emerge as dominant strains under the selective pressures of antibiotics, vaccinations, and new health care practices. The emergence of resistant organisms has added to the burden and cost of health care–related infections. Pathogens derived from a common ancestry are often difficult to distinguish by conventional methods, and the practice of clinical microbiology and infectious disease epidemiology must adapt to this problem. Discussion.—Conventional strain typing methods provide a limited means of distinguishing epidemic from endemic or sporadic isolates of pathogens. Nucleic acid–based methods complement conventional and serologic methods of organism isolation and typing. Often, these genomic methods offer more discrimination and details than the phenotype-based conventional methods. Results and Conclusion.—Highly sensitive molecular techniques are capable of detecting single base pair substitutions and resolving the mechanism of underlying complex variation.

Der Artikel wendet sich ausführlich und entschieden gegen einige von Thomas G. MacCracken 1984 formulierte Thesen zu Bachs „da tirarsi“-Anweisungen. Im Kern ist es dem Autor darum zu tun, die Vieldeutigkeit der historischen Befunde darzustellen, wo MacCracken seiner Ansicht nach zugunsten eines (Vor-)Urteils unredlicherweise von sorgfältiger Betrachtung des Vorgefundenen weg zur voreingenommenen Selektion der Quellen und Methoden tendiere. Auf der fachlichen Ebene führt Smithers zahlreiche Belege dafür an, dass das Vorkommen der Bezeichnung „da tirarsi“ in Bach’schen Manuskripten aus quellenkundlichen, spieltechnischen und einigen weiteren Motiven heraus weniger eindeutig zu interpretieren sei als McCracken dies tue. This essay explores the cultural phenomenon of globalization ushered in through worldwide economic market expansions, international travel, technological advances, and rapid Internet communications. These transformations are influencing and changing not only cultures and individual nation-states; they are also impacting religious meaning and faith everywhere. By examining the case study of the Sakalava people of Madagascar, who practice an indigenous religion known as tromba spirit possession, we can learn how this specific cultural and religious context copes with external economic, political, cultural, and religious forces. The research also explains how Christianity needs to interact with the Sakalava religion in reconstructing the Sakalava culture and discovering gospel values already present and active. This has worldwide implications for a Christian mission of evangelization. The article concludes by outlining some consequences for Christian evangelization that attend to the local and the universal impact of the gospel vision.

Nustatyti ligonių, kuriems diagnozuotas inkstų piktybinis navikas su invazija į venas, 3 ir 5 metų bendrą išgyvenamumą po radikalaus chirurginio gydymo. Palyginti ligonių, kuriems nustatytas inksto piktybinis navikas su mikrovaskuline invazija ir ligonių su navikiniais trombais, 3 ir 5 metų bendrą išgyvenamumą. Išnagrinėti dažniausias perioperacines komplikacijas. Tyrimo medžiaga ir metodai. Vilniaus universiteto ligoninės Santariškių klinikų Urologijos centre atliktas retrospektyvinis tyrimas piktybiniams inkstų navikams su invazija į venas vertinti. Tyrimo laikotarpis – nuo 2005 iki 2011 metų. Į tyrimą įtraukti ligoniai, kuriems minėtu laikotarpiu atlikta nefrektomija ar nefrektomija su trombektomija dėl radiologiniais tyrimais patvirtinto inksto piktybinio naviko. Duomenų statistinė analizė atlikta naudojant SPSS 17,0 programinę įrangą. Hipotezėms su dvipuse alternatyva tikrinti pasirinktas reikšmingumo lygmuo 0,05. Rezultatai. Į galutinę analizę pateko 369 ligoniai. 61 (16,53 proc.) ligoniui nustatyta naviko invazija į venas: 24 (6,50 proc.) atvejais mikrovaskulinė invazija bei 37 (10,03 proc.) atvejais navikinis trombas. Trombus formuojantys navikai statistiškai patikimai dažniau pastebėti dešiniajame inkste, o mikrovaskulinė invazija dažniau nustatyta esant kairiojo inksto vėžiui. Naviko diferenciacijos laipsnis pagal PSO taip pat atskleidė statistiškai reikšmingą blogos diferenciacijos (G3) naviko sąsają su intravaskuline naviko invazija. Inkstų navikai su invazija į kraujagysles statistiškai patikimai dažniau plito į regioninius limfmazgius bei dažniau buvo nustatomas sisteminis ligos išplitimas, palyginti su navikais be kraujagyslinės invazijos. Ligonių su inkstų navikais, išplitusiais į kraujagysles, 5 metų bendras išgyvenamumas siekė 42,5 proc., o 3 metų – 54,1 proc. Vertinant 3 metų išgyvenamumą tarp skirtingų ligonių grupių su kraujagysline mikro- ir makroinvazija, 3 metų bendras išgyvenamumas mikrovaskulinės invazijos grupėje buvo 58,33 proc., o makroinvazijos grupėje 51,35 proc. Išvados. Maždaug 1/3 ligonių, kuriems diagnozuotas inksto piktybinis navikas su plitimu į venas, buvo besimptomiai, diagnozė dažniausiai nustatyta atsitiktinai. Dažniausiai pasireiškiantys simptomai buvo šono skausmas, makrohematurija ir bendras silpnumas. Navikinis trombas dažniau nustatomas, kai yra dešiniojo inksto vėžys, tuo tarpu mikrovaskulinė invazija dažniau randama, kai yra kairiojo inksto vėžys. Radikali nefrektomija ir trombektomija, siekiant maksimaliai radikaliai pašalinti naviką ir navikinį trombą, yra vienintelis efektyvus tokių ligonių gydymo metodas. Dažniausia pooperacinė komplikacija yra ūminis inkstų funkcijos pažeidimas.

L’Istria è un territorio dove coesistono diversi idiomi originati da due famiglie linguistiche: quella slava e quella romanza. Gli idiomi romanzi ancora vivi sono tre: l’istroveneto, l’istrioto e l’istrorumeno. L’istrioto si è conservato solamente nell’Istria meridionale e in sole sei località. Questi idiomi stanno scomparendo. Vivono solamente nelle vecchie generazioni. La popolazione di Sissano è prevalentemente occupata nella campagna di cui ne conosce ogni segreto e può esprimere perizia, intelligenza e soprattutto amore per la propria terra. La viticultura è un campo che, più degli altri, rifugge per forza maggiore da mutamenti perché priva di mezzi ed esperti di scuole agrarie e il tutto è saldamente attaccato alla tradizione. Ringraziando, quindi, la mancata evoluzione, la terminologia viticola si è conservata al massimo. Nella nostra ricerca abbiamo confrontato la terminologia vitivinicola dell’Atlante Linguistico Italiano (opera promossa dalla Società Filologica Friulana "G.I. Ascoli") con la parlata di oggi. Abbiamo analizzato le schede: 3938-4000, riguardanti l’uva ed il vino. L’inchiesta per l’ALI è stata eseguita da Ugo Pellis dal 9 giugno 1926 al 5-6 aprile 1930. L’informatore era Giuseppe Tromba, di anni 63, di professione agricoltore e minatore.

Amid ongoing political instability, sarimbavy — same-sex-desiring and/or gender-expansive male-bodied persons — are increasingly rendered opportune subjects ripe for intervention across Madagascar by HIV prevention industries, homonationalist LGBT rights projects backed by the United States Embassy, and many Christian institutions. This article diverges from these biomedical and moral panics by attending to the shifting temporal allegiances of sarimbavy spirit medium-activists. Interlocutors’ roles as mediums to spirits of former reigning monarchs (tromba) necessitated an onerous dedication to Malagasy history (tantara) and tradition (fombandrazana); simultaneously, many sarimbavy mediums were also men who have sex with men (MSM) activists, and thus deeply committed to moving beyond what they saw as the stigma-ridden past and present. These activist engagements and the sarimbavy counterpublics that they produced were uncannily facilitated by mediumship social networks. Through these practices of monarchic veneration, sarimbavy medium-activists implicitly challenged Western expectations that queer social movements must emerge through the subversion of social norms and secular, liberal, democratic reform. In surrendering to the seemingly antidemocratic weight of divine queen-kingship, sarimbavy mediums became “possessed” by political organizations irreducible to the modern nation-state and its colonial genealogies and, furthermore, produced human-spirit relationalities that thwarted Western juridicolegal visions of a bounded, rights-bearing subject.

In 1739, two years before his death, Vivaldi sold a group of five psalms to the Ospedale della Pietà in Venice. All but one of these psalms had been identified and located prior to May 2003, when the missing work, a Nisi Dominus in A major for three solo singers, five obbligato instruments and strings, turned up in Dresden as the unexpected by-product of a routine inspection. Like one of the other psalms belonging to the same group, the Beatus vir rv795, this new discovery, rv803, is attributed in its Dresden source to Baldassarre Galuppi. The misattribution appears to have been an act of deliberate falsification by the Venetian copyist Iseppo Baldan, who slipped the two Vivaldi compositions in to a large consignment of sacred vocal works, mainly by Galuppi, dispatched to the Saxon Hofkapelle in the late 1750s. The new Nisi Dominus is noteworthy for the high level of vocal virtuosity that all eight movements demand and for its use of rare instruments (viola d’amore, tenor chalumeau and violino in tromba marina) to lend added colour in individual movements. It is also a striking example of Vivaldi’s ‘late’ manner, which, although influenced by the galant style of younger composers, remains true to his personal idiom. At the same time, it rivals the oratorio Juditha triumphans as a showcase for the diverse talents of the Pietà’s female musicians.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest ukazanie różnych funkcji profesjolektu pielęgniarskiego. Materiał będący podstawą badań pozyskałam z ankiet i licznych rozmów, które pozwoliły zbadać świadomość językową pielęgniarek i pielęgniarzy pracujących w wybranych szpitalach w województwie mazowieckim (Warszawie, Mińsku Mazowieckim, Wołominie, Siedlcach, Płocku). Analiza formalna profesjolektu wykazała, że polska leksyka zawodowa pielęgniarek i pielęgniarzy powstaje na drodze dwóch typów derywacji: semantycznej (metafora i metonimia), np. świnia ‘przenośne urządzenie do dezynfekcji pomieszczeń metodą zamgławiania’, motylek ‘rodzaj kaniuli dożylnej’, i morfologicznej (derywacja afiksalna, derywacja wsteczna), np. wanko ‘wankomycyna’, zarurować pacjenta ‘zaintubować pacjenta’. Na podstawie profesjolektalnego zasobu leksykalnego można wywnioskować, że dla badanej grupy zawodowej najistotniejsze są czynności stricte związane z przebiegiem leczenia chorób pacjentów oraz sama specyfika poszczególnych oddziałów szpitalnych, wyposażonych w charakterystyczny sprzęt medyczny (np. pralka ‘urządzenie do wykonywania dializy’, list przewozowy ‘zlecenie na dodatkowe badania’, bocian ‘nożyczki do szwów’, odkurzacz ‘próżnociąg położniczy’). Profesjolektyzmy pozwalają na skuteczną i ekonomiczną komunikację. Pielęgniarki i pielęgniarze korzystają z nich po to, aby oszczędzać czas na porozumiewanie się z kolegami w pracy, np. hepa ‘heparyna’, tromba ‘trombafereza’, SN (Single-Needle) ‘dializa w trybie jednoigłowym’. Słownictwo zawodowe rozpatrywanej grupy pełni także funkcję ekspresywną, co jest szczególnie istotne w zawodach medycznych obciążonych kontaktem ze śmiercią, w sytuacjach zagrożenia życia (np. leżak ‘pacjent leżący’, idzie na części ‘zmarły poddany procedurom transplantacyjnym’, spadochroniarz ‘chory przyjęty w trybie pilnym’). Słownictwo środowiskowe używane jest najczęściej podczas rozmów nieformalnych oraz w trakcie czynności zawodowych.

El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar híbridos de maíz (Zea mays L.) de cruza simple de alto rendimiento en suelos de Valles Altos con alto y bajo contenido de nitrógeno. En 1999, en el Batán, México, se evaluaron 19 cruzas Ai x CML349 y x CML246, 33 cruzas Bj x CML244 y x CML352, donde Ai y Bj corresponden a líneas endogámicas derivadas de las poblaciones 902 y 903, respectivamente, del Centro Internacional de Mejoramiento de Maíz y Trigo (CIMMYT); CML 349, 246, 244 y 352 son líneas probadoras del CIMMYT. Las cruzas Ai x CML349 y x CML246 y los testigos CMS 939083, ASPROS 721 y TROMBA, denominados genotipos A, fueron evaluados en un diseño bloques completos al azar con dos repeticiones. Las cruzas Bj x CML244 y x CML352 y los mismos testigos, denominados genotipos B, fueron evaluados en otro experimento similar en la misma localidad y año. De los genotipos A, las mejores cruzas en suelos con alto contenido de nitrógeno fueron A15 y A18 x CML349, las cuales superaron en 13.4% al mejor testigo; en el ambiente de bajo contenido de nitrógeno, el híbrido A8 x CML349 fue superior en 14.3% al mejor testigo. De los genotipos B, la mejor cruza en el ambiente de alto contenido de nitrógeno fue B24 x CML244, la cual superó en 15.7% al mejor testigo; en bajo contenido de nitrógeno la mejor fue B26 x CML244, superior en 3.3% al mismo testigo anterior. Abstract:
Plućna endarterektomija je operativni zahvat koji može izlečiti bolesnika kod kojeg je nakon plućne embolije (PE) nastala hronična tromboembolijska plućna hipertenzija (CTEPH). Plućna hipertenzija (PH) je 2003. godine na III Svetskom simpozijumu o plućnoj hipertenziji u Veneciji podeljena u pet grupa. Aktuelna podela je zasnovana na Vodiču za dijagnostiku i lečenje plućne hipertenzije objavljenog 2015. godine od strane Evropskog kardiološkog društva (ESC) i Evropskog respiratornog društva (ERS), kao i novim preporukama objavljenim na VI Svetskom simpozijumu o plućnoj hipertenziji iz 2018. godine. CTEPH spada u IV grupu plućnih hipertenzija. Nastaje nakon plućne embolije kod koje je isključena perfuzija zbog začepljenja trombom. Ako nakon terapije ne dođe do reperfuzije plućnog krvotoka u roku od 3 do 6 meseci nakon akutnog događaja, dolazi do organizacije, ulaganja fibroznih niti pa čak kalcifikacije tromba. Kao posledica navedenog dolazi do plućne hipertenzije i opterećenja desnog srca sa svim posledicama popuštanja desne komore. Ako se ne leče, letalni ishod takvih bolesnika nastupa u proseku nakon 3,8 godine. CTEPH može nastati i nakon tromboze in situ. Bolesnici kod kojih su začepljene veće grane plućne arterije se leče plućnom endarterektomijom (PEA). To je zlatni standard u lečenju i na taj način može doći do potpunog izlečenja. Balon plućna angioplastika (BPA) se primenjuje kod začepljenja subsegmentnih grana i sprovodi se u više seansi. Ako su začepljene sitne periferne grane plućne arterije jedini modalitet lečenja je medikamentozni. Kod našeg bolesnika je dokazana PE i tromboza dubokih vena (DVT). Dvadeset godina pre toga, nakon saobraćajne nesreće, urađena je splenektomija. Zbog simptoma u vidu otežanog disanja, bolova u grudima i nesvestice je urađena kompjuterizovana tomografija sa plućnom angiografijom (CTPA) kojom je dokazana PE. Lečen je nefrakcionisanim heparinom i preveden na oralnu antikoagulantnu terapiju sa acenokumarolom. Nakon ponovnog recidiva PE koji se desio zbog neredovnog uzimanja antikoagulantne terapije, bolesniku je urađena kateterizacija desnog srca i pulmoangiografija, na osnovu čega je komisijski odlučeno da se bolesnik uputi u ekspertski centar u Nemačkoj, gde je doneta odluka za PEA koja je urađena i bolesnik je izlečen.

La deficiencia de fósforo (P) reduce la productividad agrícola. La identificación y selección de cultivares estables y con mayor eficiencia en el uso de fósforo (EUP) puede representar una solución más sostenible que aquella que depende solamente de la aplicación de fertilizantes fosfatados. Se estudió la interacción genotipo por ambiente (IGA) y estabilidad de la eficiencia en el uso de P (EUP), eficiencia en la adquisición de P (EAP) y eficiencia en la utilización de P (EUtP) de 25 genotipos de maíz nativo y dos testigos, cultivados en cinco localidades de la Meseta P’urhépecha de Michoacán, en suelos con deficiencia de P, con dosis de fertilización reducida (25 kg P2O5 ha-1) (BP) y alta (50 kg P2O5 ha-1) (AP). Los resultados para la EUP, EAP y EUtP fueron analizados mediante el modelo de efectos principales aditivos e interacción multiplicativa (AMMI). El análisis de varianza para EUP, EAP y EUtP mostró que los efectos de ambientes, genotipos y la IGA fueron significativos, lo que indica que los genotipos respondieron diferencialmente a los cambios de los ambientes o los ambientes probados discriminaron diferencialmente a los genotipos, o ambos. En condiciones de limitada disponibilidad de P en el suelo ácido, la EAP y EUtP fueron factores que explicaron la variación en la EUP. La mayor EUP se asoció con una mejor distribución de la biomasa de la planta y un mayor índice de acumulación de P en la semilla. Los genotipos con mayor EUP y estables en ambientes de reducida disponibilidad de P (BP) fueron Santa Clara [115], DP × Tromba [127], Macho-I-04 [234] y el criollo de la región [242]. Los ambientes de Erongarícuaro y Charahuén mostraron la menor IGA y podrían ser las mejores localidades para discriminar genotipos con mayor EUP. El germoplasma de maíz de la Meseta P’urhépecha tiene variación genotípica y estabilidad fenotípica para EUP en suelos ácidos.

Abstract:
Penggunaan energi fosil yang semakin meningkat pada akhirnya menyebabkan pemanasan global, oleh sebab penggunaan energi yang bersih seperti energi matahari sangat diperlukan. Energi matahari dapat digunakan untuk mendinginkan ruangan yaitu dengan sistem dinding Trombe. Dinding Trombe banyak digunakan dengan posisi vertikal di negara-negara sub tropis. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi suhu ruangan setelah diterapkan sistem dinding Trombe. Metode yang digunakan adalah penggunaan batu alam Pulau Timor sebagai penyerap panas dan dilakukan dengan alat simulasi berupa kotak. Perhitungan panas dilakukan dengan pemasangan sensor panas dan software berupa Adriuno Uno dan Ashare. Pengambilan data setiap 5 menit dari jam 09.00 sampai jam 21.00. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memperbandingkan kondisi udara (temperatur) udara Luar ruangan dengan ruangan tanpa dinding Trombe, dan ruangan dengan dinding Trombe vertikal,. Kondisi udara ruangan tersebut juga akan dibandingkan dengan kondisi standar kenyamanan udara untuk aktivitas manusia. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan dinding Trombe di daerah tropis akan membuat ruangan lebih sejuk Penggunaan dinding Trombe Horizontal mampu menurunkan suhu lebih rendah dibanding vertikal. Semua data yang didapatkan menunjukkan kondisi ruangan dengan dinding Trombe masih belum memenuhi syarat kenyamanan manusia sebab pada saat pengambilan data kondisi suhu di NTT sedang musim panas.

RESUMO: O uso de tecnologias passivas para climatizar os ambientes, tal como a parede Trombe, é uma forma reconhecida para minimizar o gasto energético com a climatização artificial do ar. Este artigo tem como objetivo avaliar, através do software EnergyPlus, a influência de diferentes paredes Trombe em uma edificação residencial, considerando o contexto climático de Curitiba, cidade que apresenta baixas temperaturas médias mensais. Para uma análise mais completa a respeito das vantagens em utilizar uma parede Trombe, foi realizado ainda um levantamento de custo do sistema. A partir das análises realizadas, constatou-se que o uso de paredes Trombe permitiu a elevação das temperaturas internas, especialmente quando foram abertas as janelas de ventilação interna. Contudo, nos dias de temperaturas externas muito baixas o uso da parede Trombe não foi suficiente para garantir o conforto térmico dos ocupantes. Durante o verão, a parede Trombe não provocou desconforto térmico por calor. Apesar de ter sua eficiência comprovada, verificou-se que o preço da esquadria pode ser um impedimento para a adoção do sistema. Sendo assim, ressalta-se a importância de um estudo a respeito do desempenho da parede Trombe combinado com outras estratégias bioclimáticas. Do contrário, o uso de climatização artificial será necessário. ABSTRACT: The use of passive technologies to climatize the environment, as the Trombe wall, is a recognized way to minimize energy waste with artificial air conditioning This paper aims to evaluate, through use of the software EnergyPlus, the influence of different Trombe walls on a residential building, considering the climate context of Curitiba, city where the monthly mean temperatures are low. For a more complete analysis of the advantages in using a Trombe wall, the cost of the system was also verified. From the analyzes carried out, the use of Trombe walls was found to be an alternative to allow the increase of internal temperatures, especially when the internal ventilation windows where opened. However, on days of very low external temperatures the use of the Trombe wall was not enough to guarantee the thermal comfort of the occupants. During the summer, the Trombe wall did not cause thermal discomfort by heat. Despite its proven efficiency, the window price was found to be an impediment for the system adoption. Thus, is emphasized the importance of a study on the performance of the Trombe wall combined with other bioclimatic strategies. Otherwise, the use of artificial air conditioning will be necessary.

In this regard, the Trombe Wall has also attracted attention for its potential ability to address the energy and environmental crises. Trombe Wall is regarded as a sustainable architectural technology for insulation. This article reviews the classification and configuration of Trombe Wall and the most relevant content of Trombe Wall research carried out in various countries over the past few decades. This review discusses the characteristics of the main subspecies of the Trombe Wall. In terms of content, according to the research methods of different types of Trombe walls, they can be divided into two categories: theoretical simulation research and experimental research. The advantages of this sustainable architectural technology have been highlighted, and future research questions have been identified.

Abstract:
Trombe walls provide a passive source of heating and ventilation for buildings. However, Trombe walls can also cause overheating during hot and sunny weather conditions. In this work, we investigate the potential of a multifunctional Trombe wall design, comprising a tinted acrylic sheet submerged in a water wall that functions as a thermal storage medium. The tinted acrylic sheet absorbs incident light, which is then converted to heat and absorbed by the water. The proposed Trombe wall can function as a tinted semi-transparent window to add aesthetic value. Furthermore, heated water rises to the top of the Trombe wall where it can be removed, which provides the dual benefit of preventing overheating and providing a source of preheated water for applications within the building. Experimental results performed on a laboratory-scale Trombe wall prototype showed that the percentage of solar-simulated light energy incident onto the Trombe wall prototype, over a period of five hours, that was stored as thermal energy in the water increased from 60.3% to 83.2% when tinted glass was inserted in the water storage wall. Furthermore, the temperature of the water at the top of the Trombe wall reached ~56 °C, which is suitable to be used as pre-heated water in building applications.

In this article, the comparison of energy performance between a classical and an improved Trombe wall of a model test room has been carried out experimentally. The case study is conducted in Borj Cedria, Tunisia, where there is always heating requirements. Here, we propose an improved Trombe wall whose absorber wall is covered with a thin black copper panel backed rather than simply painted black wall. The proposed idea would offer improved thermal performance, especially in natural convection. The comparison shows that the improved Trombe wall design gives an increase for both conductive and convective flux. The results show that the improved Trombe wall works more effectively than the classical Trombe wall system in utilizing solar energy for the example of test room.

Buildings are seeking renewable energy sources (e.g., solar) and passive devices, such as Trombe walls. However, the thermal performance of Trombe walls depends on many factors. In this work, the thermal behavior and energy efficiency of a Trombe wall in a lightweight steel frame compartment were evaluated, making use of in situ measurements and numerical simulations. Measurements were performed inside two real scale experimental identical cubic modules, exposed to natural exterior weather conditions. Simulations were made using validated advanced dynamic models. The winter Trombe wall benefits were evaluated regarding indoor air temperature increase and heating energy reduction. Moreover, a thermal behavior parametric study was performed. Several comparisons were made: (1) Sunny and cloudy winter week thermal behavior; (2) Office and residential space use heating energy; (3) Two heating set-points (20 °C and 18 °C); (4) Thickness of the Trombe wall air cavity; (5) Thickness of the thermal storage wall; (6) Dimensions of the interior upper/lower vents; (7) Material of the thermal storage wall. It was found that a Trombe wall device could significantly improve the thermal behavior and reduce heating energy consumption. However, if not well designed and controlled (e.g., to mitigate nocturnal heat losses), the Trombe wall thermal and energy benefits could be insignificant and even disadvantageous.

Abstract:
This paper discusses an improved approach to the Trombe wall: an insulated panel is installed on the inner side, and vents are installed at the top and bottom to connect the outer and inner air layer with the interior. Direct current (DC) fans are installed in the upper vents for stable control of the air circulation. The study first analyzed the thermal performance of this composite Trombe wall, for which the heat load was 27.3% less compared to the classic Trombe wall and 32.1% less compared to the case without the Trombe wall. However, its efficiency for heating the room temperature was not high without heating. Then, we optimized the ventilation efficiency, the proportion of the Trombe wall in the room, and the type of glazing. The highest heat load savings could be achieved when the ventilation openings used high ventilation with temperature-controlled fans and the Trombe wall about 3% of the house floor area. With the use of Low-e double-glazing, we were able to save nearly 41.3% of the heat load than that with the regular single-glazing. For the composite Trombe wall, after taking into account the optimization factors, the room temperature was significantly higher, and could save nearly 52.3% of energy compared to the pre-optimization period.

The design of the novel PV-Trombe wall in Hefei is theoretically processed in this paper. The area of winter air vents and width of PV-Trombe wall are determined, the effects of two improvements (thermal insulation and shading curtain) are investigated, and the different operating results for winter heating and summer cooling are also obtained. Results show that if compared to the original PV-Trombe wall, after thermal insulating, the indoor temperature increases by 2.36°C in winter and decreases by 2.47°C in summer and the electrical efficiency decreases by <2%. After curtain shading, the indoor temperature decreases by 2.00°C in summer and the electrical efficiency increases by ∼1%. It is recommended that thermal insulation in both winter and summer and appending a shading curtain in summer are adopted for PV-Trombe wall, especially for the diurnally used PV-Trombe wall.

Natural convection heat transfer was investigated in a scaled test facility of a Trombe wall geometry. A silicone oil was employed as the convecting medium to obtain large Rayleigh numbers (up to 1.5 × 1010, based on enclosure height) characteristic of full-scale Trombe wall in a passive solar building. The main objectives were to study effects of Trombe wall nonisothermality and location on heat transfer, fluid temperature and fluid flow patterns. As expected, Nusselt numbers were slightly larger on the Trombe wall space side than on the living space side. Nusselt numbers increased slightly as the mass transfer gaps in the Trombe wall were increased. The results were verified, for the zero gap case, by comparing with previous studies. Physical understanding of the convection process was enhanced by flow visualization data. The information obtained should be useful to designers in optimizing overall building performance for passive solar heating.

This paper proposes a novel PV-Trombe wall system combined with phase-change material, which is named as PV-PCM-Trombe system. The work mainly experimentally studies the effectiveness and characteristics of using phase change materials to improve the overheating problem of PV-Trombe wall in summer. Through experiments, the photoelectric performance of the system using phase-change board surfaces with and without a matte black paint lacquer are compared; moreover, the influence on thermal environment of building is evaluated. The results indicate the PV-PCM-Trombe wall system shows an effective cooling effect on PV cell in both experiments and that the surface lacquer coating treatment of PCM plates affects little the photoelectric performance of the system and can reduce the working temperature of PV cell.
