Abstract:
Ni-based cladding coatings are prepared on the surface of hydraulic prop mobile column by high-frequency induction cladding with different current. Microstructures of coatings are analyzed by metallographic microscope as well as SEM, while coatings and matrix elements are analyzed by EDS. The results show that metallurgical bonding is formed among transition regions of matrix and coatings with obvious white band, when cladding frequency is 250KHz and current is 1160A. The microstructures of coatings are eutectics of austenite + carbide, relatively uniform. During the process of cladding, Fe as well as Mn in matrix permeats to coatings; while Si element in coatings permeats to matrix. As a result, the Fe content of trasition regions is raised, and the contents of Ni and Cr is comparatively reduced.

Abstract:
The overall distribution of mechanical properties of A357 aluminum alloy connection beam casting after solidification and T6 heat treatment was researched in this paper, through the mechanics performance test, metallographic microstructure observation, SEM and EDS scanning analysis of the fracture surface, the ensemble mechanical properties of connection beam casting was characterized. The results show that owing to the low cooling rate nearby the arc thick-walled department and the trasition region between the thick and thin-walled of the connection beam casting, leading to the morphology of the crystalline grains and silicon particles in this vicinity are thick. Some casting defects such as oxide inclusions located in the lateral stud district were caused by the strong erosion of high temperature melting liquid during the pouring process, resulting in the mechanical properties decreased significantly, casting defects were not eliminated in the T6 heat treatment process. Due to both the high cooling rate and the smooth pouring process among the thin-wall, forward stud and square box region of A357 aluminum connection beam casting, after the solid solution and limitation strengthening of T6 heat treatment, resulting in the overall mechanical properties were higher than other areas. The tensile strength has reached 360.96MPa, also with the yield strength and elongation respectively attained 297.95MPa and 8.82 %.

Abstract:
Very high-resolution electrical resistivity data have been presented for Zr-rich ( Cu 0.36 Zr 0.64)1-x Al x and ( Ni 0.5 Zr 0.5)1-x Al x(0≤x≤0.2) non-magnetic transition-metal-based amorphous metallic glasses in the temperature range of 1.2–300 K. All the alloys are found to fall into the strong–scattering regime (ρ300>165μΩ· cm ) with negative temperature coefficient of resistance even till 300 K. With the addition of Al in both the systems, the value ρ300 increases because of the enhancement of the degree of disorder. In the low-temperature range, they show a tendency towards superconductivity with trasition temperature Tc<4.2 K and large superconducting fluctuations. They are found to be extreme type-II dirty BCS superconductors. A quantitative analysis of the electrical resistivity, based on the electron–electron interaction and localization effects, is reported here in the temperature range, Tc<T<300 K. We find, in each specimen, three distinct regions, hitherto only theoretically predicted where the conductivity varies in a sequence of [Formula: see text], T and [Formula: see text] at low, intermediate and high temperatures, respectively. The only earlier similar observation was made in a ferromagnetic system where the interpretation in terms of quantum interference effects will always remain controversial. A number of parameters, namely, the coefficient of the [Formula: see text] term at low temperatures, diffusion constant, density of states at the Fermi level, inelastic mean free path and relaxation time, estimated from this quantum correction analysis, are in excellent agreement with those from earlier experiments on other amorphous systems.

Full text
Abstract:
The Upper Eocene Benkovac Stone Member of the Promina Formationof northern Dalmatia, Croatia, is a thinly bedded succession ofalternating carbonate sandstones and calcareous mudstones, ca. 40 mthick, exposed as a narrow, SE-trending outcrop belt near the town ofBenkovac. This unit occurs in the middle part of the Promina Formation, which is a spectacular calciclastic succession of deposits of lateMiddle Eocene to Early Oligocene age, about 2000 m thick, showingan upward trasition from deep-marine turbidites to shallow-marineand alluvial deposits. The sheet-like sandstone beds of the Benkovac Stone Memberare mainly 1–25 cm thick and have been classified into 6 facies and3 subfacies, differing in stratification or showing various internalsequences of stratification types. The thicker and most common bedsshow plane-parallel stratification passing upward into hummockycross-lamination and undulatory to flat parallel lamination (FaciesS1), or consist of only the latter two divisions (Facies S2). Subordinatebeds show convolute stratification (Facies S3), are amalgamated(Facies S4), or are homogenized and merely graded (Facies S6). The thinner beds have more uneven boundaries and show translatory ripplecross-lamination (Subfacies S5a), climbing ripple cross-lamination(Subfacies S5b) or pinch-and-swell lamination attributed to starvedand rolling-grain ripples (Subfacies S5c). The intervening mudstonebeds (Facies M) are silt-streaked and bioturbated. Trace fossils indicatea combination of Zoophycos and Cruziana ichnofacies. The sedimentary succession was deposited in a microtidal offshoretransition zone characterized by muddy “background” sedimentationpunctuated by discrete storm events. The observed spectrum oftempestite sandstone beds represents a wide range of storm events, varying in magnitude and in the mode of sand dispersal – from thepure action of oscillatory waves to pure geostrophic currents. Themajority of tempestites are attributed to a combination of these twoend-member factors, with the geostrophic currents often enhanced bya high load of sediment suspension (density-modified currents). The Benkovac Stone Member is underlain by muddy offshoredeposits (Debelo Brdo Member) and covered by sandy to gravellyshoreface deposits (Otavac Member), which in turn pass upwards intobraidplain deltaic and alluvial deposits. This regressive succession isconsidered to be a parasequence deposited as a highstand systems tractduring a gradual, stepwise rise of relative sea level. The thick parasequence consists of progradational and retrogradational sets of much smaller parasequences, the record of which differs markedly in theshoreface and offshore transitional part. The difference is attributed tothe underlying contrast in the physical factors controlling the supplyof sand to these shallow shelf zones.

Abstract:
Abstract Cervical cancer is the second most common malignancy in women and a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Statistics show that present biologic therapy has had little impact on survival in recurrent and metastatic disease. Consequently, there is an urgent need to explore the best treatment options for advanced cervical cancer. Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway has been shown to play an important role in metastasis, recurrence and drug resistance of cervical cancer. Therefore, inhibition of hedgehog signaling pathway is emerging as a new strategy for the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Reports from various solid tumors show that efficacy of targeted therapy can be compromised due to the cytoprotective effect of autophagy upregulation in cancer cells. Therefore, the present study was designed to elucidate the effects of targeting Hh pathway on autophagic flux in cervical cancer spheroids (cervicospheroids). We developed 3D cervicospheroids as an in vitro model to study the Hh signaling and role of autophagy in cervical cancer. Characterisation of the cervicospheroids showed high expression of stemness genes like oct4, sox2 , nanog and CD 133 as well as epithelial to mesenchymal trasition genes like vimentin, snail and twist indicating that spheroids were enriched in cancer stem cell population. Acridine orange staining of 3D spheroids showed that autophagy was also enhanced in the cervicospheroids compared to monolayer culture. We observed a significant positive correlation between the expression of hedgehog mediator, Gli1 and autophagy protein, LC31 in immunohistochemistry data of archival sections of 45 patients of advanced cervical cancer. A higher autophagy flux, as indicated by presence of larger number autophagic vesicle compared to normal cervix, was also observed in these sections. These results further validated our in vitro observations in the 3D model of cervicospheres. MTT data, showed that autophagy help to evade the cytotoxicity of the chemotherapeutic drug, cisplatin in the cervicospheres. We further found an aberrantly activated Hh pathway in the cervicospheroids and observed that the effect of cisplatin and Hh inhibitor, GANT61 was potentiated when the autophagy inhibitor , chloroquine, was added to the 3D spheroid culture. These results led us to conclude that that 3-D spheroid grown in nonadherent conditions can be used as surrogate model to study molecular pathways involved in metastasis. Based on our present findings, we suggest a combinatorial approach targeting both cytoprotective autophagy and Hh pathway as a new therapeutic approach for targeting cancer stem cell population in cervical cancer . Abstract:
To create a new transmission phenomenon, the availability of good data rates, the development of the internet of things (IoT), and different machine type communications (MTC) developed the ability to converse without synchronization, or the need for routing overhead in the form of synchronization overhead, while using mixed legacy fourth generation (4G) systems, based on orthogonal frequency division multiplexing, cannot meet these requirements (OFDM). Many waveform alternatives for OFDM have been proposed, including FBMC, GFDM, UFMC, and filtering-OFDM, in order to meet the criteria of the next generation system F-OFDM. As a consequence, a revolutionary filter based on a flat top weighted window is described in this work, where simulation results indicate that the suggested method outperforms prior designs in regard to spectral adeptness increased substantially acrros the deminish in the required side-information as overhead of the synchronization process. The trasitional F-OFDM uses root-raised-cosine filter. However, in this paper, novel filter design was proposed, whis is simple and real-time construction capability. This new filter is built around legacy filters, where the new filter is a combination of different filters to make use of various advantages of the old filters and get rid of the disadvangages. Abstract:
Abstract After years of intense fieldwork, our knowledge about the Neolithisation of the Pyrenees has considerably increased. In the southern central Pyrenees, some previously unknown Neolithic sites have been discovered at subalpine and alpine altitudes (1,000–1,500 m a.s.l.). One of them is Cueva Lóbrica, 1,170 m a.s.l., which has an occupation phase with impressed pottery dated ca. 5400 cal BCE. Another is Coro Trasito, 1,558 m a.s.l., a large rock shelter that preserves evidence of continuous occupations in the Early Neolithic, 5300–4600 cal BCE. Evidence of human occupation at higher altitudes has also been documented. In the Axial Pyrenees, at the Obagues de Ratera rock shelter, 2,345 m a.s.l., an occupation has been dated to around 5730–5600 cal BCE. At Cova del Sardo, in the Sant Nicolau Valley, at 1,780 m a.s.l., a series of occupations have been excavated, dated to ca. 5600–4500 cal BCE. These sites allow us to discuss patterns of occupation of the mountainous areas between the Late Mesolithic and Early Neolithic. Recent data suggest that the last hunter–gatherer occupied all altitudinal stages of the Pyrenees, both in the outer and inner ranges. A change in the settlement pattern seems to have occurred in the Early Neolithic, which consisted of a concentration of occupations in the valley bottom and mid-slopes, in biotopes favourable to both herding and agriculture.

Abstract:
Abstract- Architectural temples of the middle classical era such as Prambanan and Borobudur temples are thought to have inspired the temples in Indochina. It has become a common guess both among the tour guides in Cambodia or the researchers who reviewed the Khemer Kingdom Architecture. The existence of the relationship between the temple in Java and the temple in Cambodia is possible because Jayawarman II, who later build the kingdom of Khemer, once lived in Java when large middle classical temple style architecture was built. To find out the architectural connections of temples in Java and in Cambodia then the first thing to do is to know all the architectural unsurts in both temples. So the purpose of this study is to know the unsurts of spatial, plan, figures and temple ornaments of the middle classical era of Java and pre-Angkor temple era. This research is done by qualitative method of comparative. Qualitative research is applied by visiting and observing physical objects, then discussed using theories relating to research topics. While the object is selected using purposive sampling method, with the basic object of research is closely related to the style, wholeness and scale. Of the 80 points used in identifying architectural unsurts in the mass structure, floor plan, figures, and ornaments, the authors found 13 very similar points, 50 points to Bakong but not similar, and 17 points missing from Bakong. Based on these results the allegation that the temple of the middle classical era of Java has a relationship with the transitional era are becoming stronger. Key Words: morphology, architectural elements, Borobudur, Prambanan, Bakong

Abstract:
Abstract Massive data from observations, experiments and simulations of dynamical models in scientific and engineering fields make it desirable for data-driven methods to extract basic laws of these models. We present a novel method to identify such high dimensional stochastic dynamical systems that perturbed by a non-Gaussian $\alpha$-stable Lévy noise. More explicitly, firstly a machine learning framework to solve the sparse regression problem is established to grasp the drift terms through one of non-local Kramers-Moyal formulas. Then the jump measure and intensity of the noise are disposed by the relationship with statistical characteristics of the process. Three examples are then given to demonstrate the feasibility. This approach proposes an effective way to understand the complex phenomena of systems under non-Gaussian fluctuations and illuminates some insights into the exploration for further typical dynamical indicators such as the maximum likelihood trasition path or mean exit time of these stochastic systems.

Abstract:
AbstractA recently developed model for homoepitaxial growth on a singular surface in the presence of a Schwoebel barrier at an island edge is extended to the case of heteroepitaxy (without lattice mismatch) by introducing different adatom mobilities in the first layer (heterodiffusion) and in all the next ones (self-diffusion).The model consists of an infinite set of rate equations for adatom and 2D island areal densities and coverage in successive layers. Growth behaviour depending on the model parameters is studied with emphasis on the transient growth regimes: layer-by-layer (LL) to a smooth multilayer (SML) and SML to a rough 3D growth. It is shown that a slower heterodiffusion relative to the self-diffusion leads to a smoother initial growth and thus retards the LL → SML growth trasition, whereas a faster heterodiffusion leads to a rougher initial growth and assists that transition and especially SML → 3D growth transitition at a higher Schwoebel barrier. It is found also that in a smooth growth regime nucleation kinetics eventually acquires a universal scaling form and the corresponding exponents are determined.

Abstract:
AbstractCatalytic chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is a popular method to synthesize carbon nanotubes (CNTs). At the presence of catalysts (usually trasition metals), the hydrocarbon feedstock decomposes controllably at elevated temperatures and can form tubular structures. It has been suggested that trace amounts of weak gas-phase oxidants, such as CO2, can enhance the CNT synthesis by extending the catatlyst life. It is not clear, however, how such additives affect the CVD reaction environment. In this study, ethylene gas was introduced to a preheated furnace/CVD reactor where meshes of stainless steel were placed. Therein ethylene was thermally decomposed in nitrogen mixed with different amounts of carbon dioxide. The meshes served as catalytic substrates for the CNT growth. The compositions of the ethylene pyrolyzates were analysed both with and without the presence of catalysts, to explore the possible contributions of CO2 addition to the CNT formation. The latter compositions were compared with kinetic model predictions of the thermal decomposition of ethylene. Both experimental and simulation results indicated that 1,3-butadiene (C4H6) was the most abundant hydrocarbon species of ethylene decomposition (at 800 °C) and that decomposition was inhibitted at the presence of CO2. A commesurate effect on CNT formation was observed experimentally, whereas the quality of CNTs got improved.

Abstract:
Rationale: Epicardial epithelial-to-mesenchymal trasition (EMT) is a vital process in embryonic heart development. During EMT, epicardial cells acquire migratory and invasive properties, and differentiate into new cell types, including cardiac fibroblasts and coronary smooth muscle cells. EMT is characterized by an increase in mesenchymal proteins such as Slug and Fibronectin, and a decrease in cell-junction proteins such as E-Cadherin, and is dependent on TGF-β signaling. We have recently demonstrated that protein arginine methyltransferase-1 (PRMT1) is necessary for TGF-β family signaling and EMT in non-epicardial cell types. Objective: To determine the role of PRMT1 in epicardial EMT. Methods and Results: We investigated the role of PRMT1 in epicardial EMT in mouse epicardial cells. PRMT1 siRNA prevented the increase in Slug and Fibronectin and the decrease in E-Cadherin in TGF-β treatment-induced EMT of mouse epicardial cell line MEC1. PRMT1 siRNA also reduced the migration and invasion of MEC1 cells. These results demonstrate that PRMT1 is required for epicardial EMT. In WT1-Cre ERT ;ROSA-YFP fl/fl mouse embryos, PRMT1 siRNA reduced epicardial EMT in a thorax culture model. Among the key transcription factors that regulate the EMT program, Slug, but not Snail, is specifically regulated by PRMT1. We further identified that PRMT1 siRNA also increased the expression of p53, a key regulator of the Slug degradation pathway. PRMT1 siRNA increases p53 expression by decreasing p53 degradation, and shifted p53 localization to the cytoplasm. In vitro methylation assays further demonstrated that PRMT1 methylates p53. Knockdown of p53 increased Slug levels and enhanced EMT, establishing p53 as a regulator of epicardial EMT through controlling Slug expression. Conclusions: The PRMT1-p53-Slug pathway is necessary for epicardial EMT in cultured MEC1 cells as well as in the epicardium ex vivo .

Non-histone protein methylation is an emerging modulator of cell signaling. We have recently established a role for protein arginine methyltransferase-1 (PRMT1) in TGF-β-induced EMT in cultured cells. Objective: To determine the role of PRMT1 in epicardial EMT. Methods and Results: We investigated the role of PRMT1 in epicardial EMT in mouse epicardial cells. Embryonic day 9.5 (E9.5) tamoxifen administration of WT1-Cre ERT ;PRMT1 fl/fl ;ROSA-YFP fl/fl mouse embryos was used to delete PRMT1 in the epicardium. Epicardial PRMT1 deletion led to reduced epicardial migration into the myocardium, a thinner compact myocardial layer, and dilated coronary blood vessels at E15.5. Using the epicardial cell line MEC1, we found that PRMT1 siRNA prevented the increase in mesenchymal proteins Slug and Fibronectin and the decrease in epithelial protein E-Cadherin during TGF-β treatment-induced EMT. PRMT1 siRNA also reduced the migration and invasion of MEC1 cells. Furthermore, RNAseq experiments in MEC1 cells demonstrated that 40% (545/1,351) of TGF-β-induced transcriptional changes were prevented by PRMT1 siRNA. Furthermore, when p53 and PRMT1 were simultaneously knocked down, TGF-β induced transcriptional control of 37% (201/545) of these PRMT1-dependent genes was restored. Conclusions: The PRMT1-p53-Slug pathway is necessary for epicardial EMT in cultured MEC1 cells as well as in the epicardium in vivo . Epicardial PRMT1 is required for the development of compact myocardium and coronary blood vessels.

Abstract:
Value theory is one of the fundamental problems of economics which is applied in many different disciplines. However, the application of this economic theory in recognizing the valuation of intellectual capital of enterprises is a complex issue, especially knowledge is considered as an important form of resource and exchanged on the market. According to modern accounting theories, the accounting of intellectual capital is associated with the use of a measure of value to recognize, measure, and report on intangible assets of enterprises. However, current accounting practices do not meet the information demand of enterprise knowledge resources. This article focuses on clarifying the theoretical issues of knowledge resources in enterprises and the current state of accounting of intellectual resources in particular and intangible assets accounting in general in Vietnam in the integration period. Based on the research on content, requirements for managing knowledge resources and accounting methods, this article provides the guiding principles for the development of the accounting of intangible assets to exploit the enterprise's knowledge resources.
