This study aims to identify the relationship between service quality complaints with customer satisfaction in the Bogor branch Transvision, to identify customer characteristics, and identify the relationship between variable customer characteristics with customer satisfaction in the Bogor branch Transvision.This research was conducted at Transvision Bogor branch in March 2017. Samples taken were 76 customers. The sampling technique is using probability sampling. Data sources used include primary data such as questionnaires, interviews, and observations, and secondary data, such as books, official sites related to research. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis and non-parametric statistical analysis. Correlation test using the Chi-Square formula and Spearman Rank with validity test using the Pearson product moment formula. Analysis X1 regarding customer characteristics, variable X2 regarding the quality of Customer Relationship Management services, and the last variable Y1 is customer satisfaction in Bogor branch Transvision. The results of the correlation between customer characteristics X1 and customer satisfaction Y1 at Transvision Bogor branch get a low correlation value, which means that there is no relationship between the two variables X1 and Y1. While the value of the correlation between the quality of service X2 with the number of customers in Transvision Bogor branch Y1 get a high correlation value means that there is a relationship between the two variables X2 with Y1. On the other hand, the system currently running at PT. Transvision, especially in the inventory section, in data processing errors often occur delays in goods orders due to monitoring of stock items that are still done manually with the number of items available. Even if the goods that consumers are looking for are in empty stock because the delay in stock input of goods can cause sales to decline, the goods that should be able to be sold cannot be sold. The author makes a problem limitation only on the Inventory Information System at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh using Visual BASIC.NET application, which is the purpose of writing, namely to identify and design the Inventory Information System at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh. There are two methods that the author uses to collect data, namely field studies and library studies. From the results of research and observations that have been made at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh, it can be concluded that the existence of this Inventory Information System Program Information system at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh becomes precise, and accurate, especially in the inventory section. And obtain information about the inventory of these goods becomes easier and this information system is able to solve problems that often occur at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh is difficult in controlling and supervising the inventory of goods and planning the procurement of goods. This procurement information system can avoid excess inventory and overcome the scarcity of goods which is of course highly expected by business actors so that an information system program is created in order to obtain quality information.

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of personal factors on the decision to subscribe to Transvision cable TV, (2) the influence of psychological factors on the decision to subscribe to Transvision cable TV, and (3) the influence of personal factors and psychological factors on the decision to subscribe to Transvision cable TV. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through literature and questionnaire methods. This study also uses saturated sampling techniques or sampling techniques if all populations are sampled. The sample in this study were 98 Transvision cable TV customers who included the Tongkaina urban community in Manado. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Personal factors have a positive effect on subscription decisions, as evidenced by the value of t count which is 2.363 with a significance value of 0.020, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.143. (2) Psychological factors have a positive effect on subscription decisions, as evidenced by the value of t count of 2.114 with a significance value of 0.037, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.145, and (3) Personal factors and psychological factors have a positive effect on subscription decision, evidenced by the results of F count of 5.236 with a significance of 0.007. The R square value or coefficient of 0.099 shows that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 9.90%, while the remaining 90.10% is explained by other variables outside the study.

This study aims to develop E-Learning learning media and test the validity of Android-based Smart Apss Creator (SAC) products for transvision sales employees in Jakarta. Using the Research and development method. The development step refers to the Bord & Gall development model. There are 10 steps in the development of Borg & Gall, but this research is limited to 9 steps, namely research and collection of initial information, planning the initial product format development of the initial trial, product revision, small scale field trial, product revision, scale field trial the size and revision of the final product. The population in this study were 10 employees of PT. Transvision Jakarta sellers. The research sample goes through 3 stages, namely the User-Test (one-to-one), the Small Group Test and the Field Test. This SAC software contains information about the history of the company, the company's vision and mission and the products of the Transvision Company. Product development after validation by 3 media experts and by 3 material experts get a score of> 83 which indicates that this application is feasible to be implemented. Try out the use in 3 stages, one-to-one evaluation with 84% results, Small Group evaluation 83% then 83% field evaluation which shows that the application of the development is feasible to use.

This research aims to find out whether a salesperson’s technical competention, sales soft capability, service orientation, and adaptive selling have any impact to improve salespersons’ performance in a case study of Prepaid Television Channel Transvision’s Salesperson in distribution area Central Java and Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research takes 102 respondents as the object and uses sampling technique.Data analysis technic that is used in this research is structural equation model (SEM) from AMOS 22 software. The test result done using SEM shows the goodness of fit full model criteria which are Chi-square = 67,203; Probability = 0,035; CMIN/DF = 1,400; GFI = 0,905; AGFI = 0,845, TLI = 0,904; CFI = 0,930; dan RMSEA = 0,063. Therefore, it can be said that the model in this research is qualified to use. The research findings show that from 6 hypothesis being tested, there are 2 hypothesis rejected and 4 hypothesis accepted. The first hypothesis which is salesperson’s technical competency has positive impact and is significant. The second hypothesis which is salesperson’s technique has positive impact and is significant. The third hypothesis sales soft capability has positive impact but is not significan. The fourth hypothesis sales soft capability has positive impact and is significant. The fifth hypothesis service orientation has positive impact and is significant. The sixth hypothesis which is adaptive selling has positive impact but is not significant with value. This research has several limitation and gives the agenda for the further researches to be done after this research.

Les travaux presentes dans ce memoire se situent a la croisee des aspects de traitement d'images et d'architectures, c'est-a-dire l'adequation entre algorithmes et architectures. Le probleme que nous cherchons a resoudre est de definir le schema de parallelisation permettant d'obtenir la meilleure repartition des charges de travail sur les processeurs et des temps de traitement minimaux. Dans un premier temps, nous presentons deux classes de methodes de segmentation non supervisees d'images en regions: les methodes de division-fusion et les methodes de relaxation associees a une modelisation markovienne, ces deux classes etant tout a fait representatives en traitement d'images. Dans le cadre du projet europeen prometheus, deux methodes de segmentation du mouvement apparent correspondant a ces deux classes sont decrites. Ces deux methodes servent, dans cette etude, d'exemples applicatifs pour la validation des travaux. Un panorama structure sur le parallelisme en traitement d'images est ensuite donne, aussi bien en ce qui concerne les types de machines rencontres que sur le volet algorithmique. Il s'en suit une description de la machine d'evaluation transvision. Dans un troisieme temps, la parallelisation des phases de division et de fusion est etudiee. Elle debouche sur la proposition a la fois de deux nouvelles approches de fusion et d'un schema de parallelisation de type ferme de processeurs pour une repartition optimale des charges de travail. Dans le dernier volet, le probleme de la parallelisation de la methode de relaxation deterministe est aborde. Une etude bibliographique et le modele d'execution de la machine d'accueil permettent d'entrevoir ce probleme par le biais d'un schema de parallelisation de type mspmd. Les resultats obtenus sont la preuve d'une mauvaise repartition des charges de travail sur les processeurs. Un schema de parallelisation de type ferme de processeurs est, de ce fait, propose, mais les temps de traitement de l'algorithme montrent que le processeur maitre constitue un goulot d'etranglement dans le fonctionnement de ce schema. Un retour au premier schema de parallelisation est necessaire pour pouvoir atteindre les objectifs temps reel application

La programmation de calculateurs paralleles dedies a la vision artificielle est un probleme delicat sans outil adapte a cet effet. L'utilisateur est astreint a decrire explicitement le partage des operations et les communications inter-processeurs. Les travaux presentes dans ce memoire sont relatifs a la caracterisation de methodes de parallelisation d'applications de traitements d'images pour une machine mimd a memoire distribuee developpee au lasmea: transvision. Ces travaux sont une etape preliminaire vers la definition d'un environnement d'aide a la programmation parallele. Ce memoire est constitue de 6 chapitres. Apres une presentation de machines paralleles de vision, le chapitre 1 presente une taxinomie des operateurs de bas et moyen niveaux. Le chapitre 2 presente une chaine complete de segmentation d'images au sens contour et d'extraction de groupements perceptifs de segments. Chaque etape de traitement est decrite precisement. Le chapitre 3 decrit la parallelisation de cette chaine de traitements, decomposee selon cinq taches de complexite equivalente. La parallelisation de chaque tache est decrite ainsi que la mise en uvre de l'integralite de cette application. L'extension du schema de parallelisation est abordee et trois evolutions possibles sont presentees en fin de chapitre. Les chapitres 4 et 5 presentent deux autres chaines de traitements et les schemas de parallelisation proposes pour une machine mimd a memoire distribuee. Les papiers minces en raison de leur faible grammage et de leur faible epaisseur sont sujets au phenomene de transvision qui se caracterise par la vision sur le verso de la feuille de l'impression effectuee sur son recto. La transvision s'exprime a partir de la mesure des facteurs de reflectance des papiers imprimes et non imprimes et peut se decomposer en une composante de transparence et de penetration de l'encre. Les phenomenes d'agglomeration de charges minerales contenues dans les papiers minces sont analysees par microscopie electronique utilisant la fluorescence x ; l'agglomeration des charges influence les proprietes de diffusion de la lumiere des papiers. La qualite de la formation de la feuille intervient indirectement sur la transvision dans le sens ou elle influence le jugement de l'observateur et non la mesure proprement dite. L'etude qualitative de la formation realisee a montre des differences de formation en fonction de la floculation des fibres et des diverses qualites de papiers. L'introduction de nouveaux composes fibreux et mineraux dans le papier a permis d'ameliorer la transvision du papier non surface a l'amidon. Ainsi, les fibres de cellulose regeneree diminuent a la fois la composante de transparence et la composante de penetration de la transvision. On peut egalement remarquer que le remplacement du kaolin calcine par des charges siliceuses permet de diminuer la composante de penetration de la transvision. Une nouvelle technique de precipitation de carbonate de calcium favorisant la forme aciculaire a par ailleurs ete etudiee. Cette methode permet de precipiter a l'interieur des fibres un carbonate de forme aciculaire. Nous avons obtenus de meilleures caracteristiques mecaniques du papier ainsi qu'une meilleure retention des particules. Les traitements de surface ont egalement ete etudies en enduisant le papier en size press avec une sauce legerement pigmentee. Cette methode est interessante du point de vue economique car l'utilisation d'un pigment en forme de plaquette moins onereux que le liant permet de reduire a la fois la composante de penetration de la transvision et les couts de production tout en ameliorant legerement les proprietes optiques. Les essais effectues au laboratoire ont pu etre reproduits sur la machine des papeteries du leman.

La transvision est la tendance d'une image à être vue au verso de la feuille imprimée. L'efficacité de l'extraction du véhicule de l'encre qui est nécessaire pour quantifier les trois composantes de la transvision est étudiée ainsi que l'influence de l'extraction sur l'imprimé et sur les équations permettant de calculer les composantes de la transvision. Des programmes d'analyse d'images ont été développés pour quantifier les détails visibles sur le verso d'imprimés. La quantification du niveau moyen de gris, des points sombres, des longueurs d'onde entre 0. 5 et 5 mm et de la sévérité des marques de toile permet de modéliser l'évaluation subjective de la transvision. Les marques de toile du côté de l'imprimé entraînent une pénétration inégale des pigments d'encre dans le papier mais ne sont pas visibles au verso de l'imprimé. En mesurant les mêmes caractéristiques sur des feuilles non imprimées, il fut possible d'obtenir de bons modèles permettant de prédire la transvisionPrint-through is the tendency of the ink deposited on paper to be seen on the reverse side of the print. The efficiency of the oil extraction process required to quantify print-through into three components is studied as well as the influence of the extraction on the print and on the equations used to calculate print-through. Image analysis routines were developed to study the details seen on the reverse side of prints in details. The quantification of the mean grey level, the dark spots, the wavelengths around 0. 5 to 5 mm and the wire mark strength allowed to model subjective print-through. The wire marks from the printed side leads to uneven ink pigment penetration but are not visible on the reverse side of the print. By measuring the same variables on unprinted sheets, it was possible to predict print-through with a good accuracy

Les travaux présentés dans cette thèse ont permis de clarifier le potentiel des fibres recyclées (RCF) et les limites rencontrées dans la fabrication de papiers magazines Super Calandrés (SC). La pâte recyclée contribue à améliorer densité d'impression et homogénéité des aplats en héliogravure mais tend à détériorer diffusion de la lumière, transvision, marbrage et points manquants. L'origine des différences observées entre les papiers à base de RCF et ceux à base de fibres vierges a été étudiée en simulant les effets de la composition fibreuse, du recyclage et du raffinage sur la qualité des papiers SC. Le taux de fibres chimiques s'est révélé être un paramètre influençant la plupart des caractéristiques des SC, dont transvision et marbrage. Par contre le taux de fibres mécaniques à paroi cellulaire épaisse a un effet marginal sur la qualité des papiers SC. La tendance vers une augmentation des points manquants lorsqu'un papier SC à taux élevé de pâte recyclée est imprimé en héliogravure a partiellement pour origine le raffinage de la RCF à haut niveau d'énergie spécifiqueBased on industrial experience of UPM mills and advanced pulp and paper analysis, this thesis has aimed to clarify the potential and limitations of recycled fibres (RCF) for Super Calendered (SC) magazines and recommend future developments in fibre processing technology. RCF is found to improve SC print density and evenness in Rotogravure but tends to deteriorate light scattering, print through, calender blackening and missing dots. The origin of the differences observed between virgin fibre and RCF based SC has been studied by simulating the effects of fibre composition, recycling and refining stages on SC paper quality. Chemical fibres content turns out to be a parameter driving most of SC characteristics, including print through and calender blackening. Conversely, the presence of coarse mechanical fibres within RCF was found to have a marginal effect on SC paper quality. Finally, the trend for more missing dots when printing RCF compared to virgin fibres based SC originates at least partially from high energy RCF refining
