Abstract:
Potensi pariwisata di kawasan konservasi Kepulauan Togean tidak hanya pada sumberdaya hayati, tetapi juga pada sumberdaya geologi, namun belum terinformasikan dengan baik. Menanggapi hal tersebut, dipandang perlu melakukan program pengabdian dengan skema diseminasi hasil penelitian yang bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat, khususnya komunitas penggiat pariwisata di wilayah kepulauan Togean di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Diseminasi disampaikan melalui program edukasi dalam bentuk sosialisasi terkait potensi keunikan situs-situs geologi bertajuk geowisata bagi para penggiat pariwisata guna pengembangan pariwista di daerah tersebut. Tahapan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui observasi pengumpulan referensi terkait hasil studi potensi geowisata di Kepulauan Togean, kemudian melakukan edukasi potensi tersebut dalam bentuk penyuluhan disertai dialog interaktif yang melibatkan penggiat pariwisata di wilayah Kepulauan Togean. Dari kegiatan ini diperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman penggiat pariwisata mengenai daya tarik (keunikan) dari objek/situs geologi sebagai potensi geowisata berkelanjutan di Kepulauan Togean mencapai 81%.

Abstract:
Togean Islands in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, are famous for their tourist areas, rich in natural resource potential, and underwater attractions. Octopus is a high economic value aquatic biota in Togean Islands. This research aimed to determine the Octopus species in Togean Islands, Tojo Una-una Regency, based on their body morphology. Identification was made by noticing external characteristics, including the shape of mantles, arms, color, and hectocotylus. Observations on the morphology of octopuses found in the Togean Islands have many similarities to the characteristics of the species Octopus cyanea. In males, an organ called the hectocotylus is presented at the third arm on the right side of the body. This organ is not found in female octopuses.

Abstract:
The objectives of the research are (1) to find out the way of the two societies with different language and culture background assimilate together in the Togean Island, (2) to find out how to adapt their language and culture among Togean Society and the tourists in Togean island, (3) to find out the tolerance attitude exist among native people and the tourist in Togean Island, and (4) to find out the sympathy attitude between two groups with different language and culture background occur in Togean Island. The research used qualitative approach. The research findings were (1) Different language and culture background assimilation occurred when NS used a foreign language (English) to assimilate their language with NNS interaction. NS developed their language assimilation by using code switching and code mixing strategies. On the other hand, NNS also tried to acquire NS language; (2) Culture assimilation occurred in both NS and NNS when they were doing cultural practice, cultural activities, food selection, and interpersonal contact in both NS and NNS of Togean. (3) Language and culture adaptation of NS and NNS occurred at (a) intensive interaction with NS and NNS, (b) followed traditional habits of the NS, (c) eat rice for meals, (d) eat traditional foods, (e) participated in social activities, and (f) attending traditional activities. (4) Tolerance attitude between NS and NNS of Togean related to respects ethnics, ideology, accepted to other people, helpful, give appreciation, and permit among NS and NNS of Togean Islands. They have good tolerance attitude each other.Sympathy attitude is important unsure that should be done in interaction for make interaction running well, particularly for native speaker and non native speaker. In this research setting founded there are a lot of aspects that getting sympathy from native speaker and non native speaker. The aspect are language used, participated in traditional festival/ceremony, wear polite dress, followed the rule that made by native speaker, and many others. The significance of this research are:This research gives a good contribution for linguistic, especially the theory of antropolinguistics, sosiolinguistics, and psycholinguistics. It can be increased various theory of acculturation in language and culture in Indonesia. The research findings are significance for developing applied linguistics for teaching cross cultural understanding. It is also significance to give information for students and teacher in promoting their learning and teaching related to language and culture, tourism sectors in Togean Island.

Abstract:
Taman Nasional Kepulauan Togean memiliki kekayaan hayati bawah laut sangat besar, salah satunya adalah ikan family Chaetodontidae yang memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan kondisi fisik terumbu karang sehingga ikan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai indikator kondisi ekosistem terumbu karang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengamati komposisi jenis dan sebaran serta mengkaji bioekologi ikan famili Chaetodontidae di perairan Taman Nasional Kepulauan Togean, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang dilaksanakan di 15 stasiun pada bulan Februari - Mei 2017. Pengambilan data ikan menggunakan metode UVC. Analisis isi lambung dilakukan menggunakan metode index of preponderance (IP). Komposisi ikan Family Chaetodontidae di Taman Nasional Kepulauan Togean terdiri dari 12 spesies dari 3 genera. Indeks keanekaragaman (H’) berkisar antara 0,92 – 2,05, indeks keseragaman (E) berkisar antara 0,83 – 1,00 serta indeks dominansi (C) berkisar antara 0,14 – 0,44. Hasil analisis makanan pada Family Chaetodontidae ditemukan 8 jenis makanan, dan bersifat hard coral feeder. Berdasarkan penilaian ekologi mengindikasikan bahwa keadaan terumbu karang di perairan Taman Nasional Kepulauan Togean masih dalam keadaan baik, kecuali pada Pulau Waleakodi cenderung telah mengalami kerusakan. Pengelompokan kesamaan spesies membentuk kelompok yang mengerucut ke perairan Pulau Togean, menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruh spesies ikan family Chaetodontidae ditemukan terdapat di Pulau Togean.Parameter perairan meliputi kecepatan arus, salinitas dan suhu tergolong layak.

Abstract:
Abstract The hydrological complexity, the gulf shape, and the undeveloped geological setting of the Togean Islands in the middle of the waters assembled the area to be such an interesting place to discover its ecological uniqueness. Foraminifera was widely used as proxies for various ecological aspects. Real time and retrospective studies of the vertical and horizontal distribution of foraminiferal communities on such waters are the reflection of many ecological factors in the area. The purpose of the Foraminiferal research on the offshore Togean Islands is to discover the ecological roles that directly and indirectly affect the characteristics of the vertical and horizontal distribution. The study was also referring various ecological aspects from previous studies at the research site. Sampling was carried out in September 2015 using the Baruna Jaya VIII RV in the Togean Islands waters, Tomini Gulf, through a gravity core. Foraminifera analysis was carried out at four core samples from the adjacent waters of four reef islands; Una-una, Pengempang, Togean, and Kalla at 5 m to 455 m water depths. Core samples of various lengths, from 8 cm to 34 cm were dominated by planktonic foraminifera. The dominance of planktonic taxa in reef waters indicates a robust oceanic influence to the reef islands. Upwelling events in several locations in the region as well as volcanic processes that are ongoing also play a role in the distribution of the bulk of planktonic taxa in the reef waters of Togean Islands.

Kepulauan Togean merupakan kawasan pengembangan sektor kelautan dan perikanan di Sulawesi Tengah yang potensi budidaya lautnya cukup besar, tetapi belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Salah satu potensi perikanan seperti budidaya laut yang sudah mulai diusahakan adalah pengembangan budidaya ikan dalam Keramba Jaring Apung (Kejapung) atau Keramba Jaring Tancap (Kejatan). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah belum adanya tata ruang wilayah pengembangan secara detail dan operasional, sarana dan prasarana produksi seperti hatcheri untuk suplai benih serta sumber daya manusia dan kelembagaan pembudidaya/nelayan yang belum memadai. Informasi status pengelolaan dan prospek pengembangan budidaya ikan di Kepulauan Togean dibahas dalam makalah ini. Diharapkan bahwa dengan informasi ini pengelolaan budidaya ikan di Kepulauan Togean akan lebih rasional dan dapat bermanfaat bagi pembudidaya/nelayan, para pengusaha dan investor secara berkelanjutan.

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Puskesmas Lebiti Kecamatan Togean Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. untuk Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil yang bekerja pada Puskesmas Lebiti Kecamatan Togean Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una adapun jumlah sampel 47 orang. Penelitian ini mengggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 26.0 dan dalam pengujianya dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik serta uji t maupun uji F. Pengujian hipotesis dari hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel Budaya Kerja, dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Puskesmas Lebiti Kecamatan Togean Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pada nilai adjusted R Square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,528 menunjukan bahwa 52,8% Kinerja aparatur sipil negara ditentukan oleh Budaya Kerja (X1), dan Iklim Organisasi (X2), sehingga terdapat 47,2% variabel lain yang tidak menjelaskan variabel lain yang tidak teridentifikasi dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract:
Creative Thinking is the ability possessed by someone to think continuously and consistently in producing everything that is creative and original. This study aims to analyze students' creative thinking skills in solving problems in chemical bonding material for class X high school in the Togean Islands, namely taking place in two schools, namely SMA Negeri 1 Togean and SMA Negeri 1 Una- Una. The method used in this research is descriptive. The sample in this study was students of class X mipa SMA Negeri 1 Togean totaling 21 students consisting of 10 boys and 11 girls and for SMA Negeri 1 Una-Una totaling 19 student consisting of 13 boys and 6 girls. The data collection instrument used a practice test of essay questions in the form of a description of students' creative thinking abilities on chemical bonding material as many as 8 items. The result obtained for SMA Negeri 1 Togean, the fluency indicator is 76.66% in the high category, the Flexibility indicator is 60.47% in the medium category, the Originality indicator is 45.71% in the low category and the Elaboration indicator is 31.90% in the very low and for SMA Negeri 1 Una-Una the Fluency indicator is 66.31% with the medium category, the Flexibility indicator is 76.31% with the high, the Originality indicator is 52.10% with the low category and the Elaboration indicator is 35.78% with very low category. The result of the average creative thinking ability of students for SMA Negeri 1 Togean is 53.68% is in the low category, and SMA Negeri 1 Una-Una is 57.63% and is in the low category. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that students' creative thinking abilities are in the low category, one of the reasons is due to the laziness factor of each student in participating in ongoing learning which triggers students not to think creatively, especially in chemical bonding material

O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) não se opôs ao golpe militar em 1964. Sua atuação durante a ditadura foi marcada por um misto de conivência e episódios de enfrentamento, manifestados principalmente por meio da concessão de habeas corpus a presos políticos. O livro do jornalista Felipe Recondo apresenta uma corte que possuía atribuições diferentes das de hoje. Uma instituição fechada, formada por ministros reservados, que atraía pouca atenção do público. Cenário oposto ao atual, em que o STF é alvo de protestos, ameaças, suas sessões são televisionadas e seus ministros concedem entrevistas e tecem comentários em redes sociais. A leitura revela, porém, alguns desafios que permanecem mesmo após a redemocratização, como a constante tentativa de interferência do poder Executivo.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to investigate the competence goal management of (the Danish reform 2013) the educational discourse as a whole with reference to the Danish mother tongue. This curriculum study embarks on selected documents released by the Danish Department of Teacher Education. The question raised in the article deals with the problem of coherence and its potential ‘constructive alignment’ with reference to the theory proposed by Biggs and Tang (2011) and Ulriksen (2014). The investigation attempts to answer the following question: Does the competence goal management descriptions communicate with its potential receiver of the message? Theoretically, the article establishes the connection between Miller´s rhetorical theory of genre and Gee´s theory of critical discourse as the framework of the research work. The methodological approach refers to the linguistic and pragmatic concepts presented by Togeby (2014). In the final section, in which I account for the discourse analysis, I conclude that the competence goal management of the Danish mother tongue represents a fragmented picture without consistent arguments and accurate references to the field. Formålet med artiklen er at undersøge kompetencemålstænkningens (LU13) uddannelsespolitiske diskurs som helhed med danskfaget som eksempel b belyst eksemplarisk gennem et dokumentstudie af kompetencemålsbeskrivelserne i dansk. Det foreliggende dokumentstudie rejser således spørgsmålet om sammenhængsforståelsen i danskfaget i LU13 med baggrund i Biggs & Tang (2011) og Ulriksens (2014) teori om ’constructive alignment’. Undersøgelsens fokus er rettet mod en kritisk diskursanalyse af kompetencemålsbeskrivelserne i danskfaget. Undersøgelsen forsøger at besvare spørgsmålet: fungerer kompetencemålsbeskrivelserne i dansk kommunikativt sammenhængende og hensigtsmæssigt i forhold til deres intenderede modtagere? Teoretisk knyttes der an til en sammentænkning af Millers (1984) diskursorienterede genreteori og Gee´s kritiske diskursteori (2011) som forskningsperspektiv og rammesætning for de efterfølgende analyser. På det operationelle metodiske og begrebsanalytiske niveau arbejdes der med henvisning til Togebys (2014) pragmatiske tilgang. På baggrund af diskursanalysen konkluderes det, at kompetencemålsbeskrivelserne for danskfaget fremstår fragmenteret uden argumentation og præcise henvisninger til fagets stofområder.

Abstract:
Babyrousa togeanensis is an endemic wildlife of Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. Government development programs and the increased activities of local communities in the Togean Islands National Park area are causing this animal habitat to be narrowed. Monitoring the Babyrousa togeanensis population is crucial to updating their numbers in protected areas to avoid extinction. This study used direct and indirect observation methods to investigate the Babirusa population at Urulepe Point, Togean Island. Our study showed that the total population of Babirusa individuals in the study coverage area was 58 individuals per km2, higher than the number reported in the previous year. The increase in the number of Babirusa populations can be assumed to have occurred due to increased awareness of local people about the importance of protected wildlife, as well as a piece of evidence that conservation by the government through the TNKT has been successfully implemented. Environmental conditions in TNKT are good enough to support the habitat and needs of life and breeding of Togean Babirusa. The most effective method of monitoring Babirusa was camera traps because the wildlife avoids humans, making the direct transect strip method less effective for encountering Babirusa.

Abstract:
In this paper, we describe TOGAPS, a Testability-Oriented Genetic Algorithm for Pipeline Synthesis. The input to TOGAPS is an unscheduled data flow graph along with a specification of the desired pipeline latency. TOGAPS generates a register-level description of a datapath which is near-optimal in terms of area, meets the latency requirement, and is highly testable. Genetic search is employed to explore a 3-D search space, the three dimensions being the chip area, average latency, and the testability of the datapath. Testability of a design is evaluated by counting the number of self-loops in the structure graph of the data path. Each design is characterized by a four-tuple consisting of (i) the latency and schedule information, (ii) the module allocation, (iii) operation-to-module binding, and (iv) value-to-register binding. Accordingly, we maintain the population of designs in a hierarchical manner. The topmost level of this hierarchy consists of the latency and schedule information, which together characterize the timing performance of the design. The middle level of the hierarchy consists of a number of allocations for a given latency/schedule duplet. The lowest level of the hierarchy consists of a number of bindings for a specific latency/schedule/ allocation. An initial population of designs is constructed from the given data flow graph using different latency cycles whose average latency is in the specified range. Multiple scheduling heuristics are used to generate schedules for the DFG. For each of the resulting scheduled data flow graphs, we decide on an allocation of modules and registers based on a lower bound estimated using the schedule and latency information. The operation-to-module binding and the value-to-register binding are then carried out. A fitness measure is evaluated for each of the resulting data paths; this fitness measure includes one component for each of the three search dimensions. Crossover and mutation operators are used to generate new designs from the current set of parent designs. The crossover operator attempts to combine the properties of two designs. The mutation operators include addition and deletion of pure delays before scheduling, as well as changes in the register and module allocation prior to binding. The genetic algorithm applies the rule of the survival of the fittest to obtain nearoptimal solution to the otherwise intractable problem of data path synthesis. We have implemented TOGAPS on a Sun/SPARC 10 and studied its performance on a number of benchmark examples. Results indicate that TOGAPS finds area-optimal datapaths for the specified latency cycle, while reducing the number of self-loops in the data path.

Many low-lying communities around the world are increasingly experiencing coastal hazard risks. As such, climate-related relocation has received significant global attention as an adaptation response. However, emerging cases of populations resisting relocation in preference for remaining in place are emerging. This paper provides an account of residents of Togoru, a low-lying coastal settlement on Viti Levu Island, Fiji. Despite facing significant coastal impacts in the form of coastal erosion, tidal inundation, and saltwater intrusion, Togoru residents are opposing plans for relocation; instead opting for in-situ adaptation. We conceptualize place-belongingness to a land and people—through personal, historic and ancestral, relational, cultural, economic, and legal connections—as critical to adaptation and mobility decision-making. We argue that for adaptation strategies to be successful and sustainable, they must acknowledge the values, perspectives, and preferences of local people and account for the tangible and intangible connections to a place.

Recently, a Bayesian statistics approach for correction of systematic errors in Rietveld refinements has been developed and implemented as a patch toGSAS-II. This paper demonstrates the benefits of the proposed method in a series of structural refinements from diffraction data collected for one sample using four different powder diffractometers,i.e.synchrotron and laboratory X-ray and two time-of-flight neutron instruments. Differences between the parameters estimated while fitting these four data sets provided magnitudes of the systematic errors while also highlighting the efficacy of the Bayesian procedure for their correction. Structural parameters estimated from the standard Rietveld refinements using the four data sets differed significantly. In all cases, the agreement improved markedly after applying the Bayesian error-correction procedure. The Bayesian refinements were paired with a Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm, which was implemented as part of the same patch toGSAS-II, to confirm that uncertainties in the refined parameters obtained using the much faster least-squares minimization were realistic.

The survey was conducted in several sub-districts in the Togean Islands through delivered questionnaires to the community and village and sub-district officials in the archipelago. The results of the study indicate that there are several problems faced by the people of these islands for immediate intervention by the government. This research has a limitation in terms of the number of respondents so that further research can be continued using different approaches. The results obtained from this study can be used as a reference by policy makers in formulating development plans and forms of intervention needed by the people of the Togean Islands, Tojo Una-Una.

According to the United Nations (UN) Africa accounts for only 13% of the world's urban population and less than half of the inhabitants of this continent (43%) live in urban areas (Xinhua News Agency, 2017). Therefore, the cultural importance of rural architecture in this context is remarkable both locally for each society and generally for human knowledge. As Paul Oliver pointed out, vernacular architecture is the architectural language of people with their ethnic, regional and local dialects (Oliver, 1997), and it should be considered a treasure containing the knowledge, development and progress of a civilization. The formal and material results of this development lead to the reopening of the debate on its sustainability and its effects on human behaviour. The structural changes of rural habitats are putting the preservation of their cultural heritage at serious risk. The current demand for habitability fosters the use of imported materials such as cement and sheet metal to replace earthen walls and straw roofing in the simple constructions, solutions that deceptively improve the comfort of the inhabited spaces. The present article analyses residential construction typologies of traditional rural settlements of Togo, where the constructive, formal and technical variety is replaced by general solutions that, without achieving the desired housing improvement, are nonetheless contributing to the social detachment from traditions that represent the cultural identity of each community. The methodology aims at the identification and characterization of traditional residential typologies, and a final consideration evaluates the balance between sustainable development and the conservation of cultural values in rural settlements.

Data yang dikumpulkan dari daerah pengambilan contoh Kecamatan Pagimana, Kabupaten Banggai berupa data-data primer hasil pengambilan contoh pada bulanAgustus dan Desember 2004 yang meliputi data alat tangkap pancing dasar, daerah penangkapan ikan, komposisi jenis, laju tangkap ikan, dan ukuran panjang dan bobot ikan hasil tangkapan dominan. Data sekunder untuk mendukung hasil penelitian diperoleh dari enumerator dan PPI Pagimana, Kecamatan Pagimana, Kabupaten Banggai, Sulawesi Tengah. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa alat tangkap utama dan dominan untuk menangkap ikan demersal di perairan Kepulauan Togean adalah pancing rawai dasar. Perahu yang digunakan adalah perahu jukung yang dilengkapi katir dan berdimensi (LxBxD)=(700x60x100) cm berkekuatan 5,5 pk. Daerah penangkapan nelayan pancing hampir di seluruh perairan Teluk Tomini, khusus daerah-daerah yang berkarang seperti di Kepulauan Togean (sekitar Pulau Poat, Pulau Bangoh, dan Tanjung Keramat), Dondola sampai dengan di utara Bualemo. Penangkapan ikan ke sekitar Kepulauan Togean (Pulau Poat, Pulau Bangoh, dan Tanjung Keramat) dilakukan sepanjang tahun, hal ini karena daerah penangkapan tersebut relatif dekat dan mudah dicapai. Konsentrasi pendaratan ikan demersal hasil pancingan di wilayah Kabupaten Banggai adalah di PPI Pagimana, Banggai Kepulauan, Bualemo, dan Toili. Hasil tangkapan pancing dasar didominasi oleh jenis kerapu atau grouper (Serranidae), kakap (Lutjanidae), daging putih ataulencam (Lethrinidae) dan suntung batu (Sephia sp.), serta gurita (Octopus sp.). Pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Desember 2004 laju tangkap harian berkisar antara 10,8 sampai dengan 65,4 kg per kapal per hari. Jenis ikan daging putih atau lencam (Lethrinidae) pada umumnya mendominasi hasil tangkapansetiap bulan dengan persentase rata-rata tertangkap 35,04%. Jenis-jenis kerapu atau Serranidae (Plectropomus sp., Ephinephelus sp., Variola sp.) dan jenis-jenis kakap atau Lutjanidae (Lutjanus sp., Aprion sp., dan Pristipomoides sp.) yang merupakan sasaran tangkapan utama memiliki persentaserata-rata tertangkap cukup tinggi yaitu masing-masing 18,96 dan 18,82%. Jenis tangkapan lain yang juga mendominasi adalah gurita (Octopus sp.) yang rata-rata mencapai 13,45%, suntung batu (Sepia sp.) rata-rata 3,34%. Berdasarkan pada hasil pengukuran panjang beberapa jenis ikan dominan, ukuranpanjang jenis ikan ekor bulan (Variola albimarginata) yang tertangkap berkisar antara 24 sampai dengan 34 cm. Jenis ikan sunu super (Plectropomus leopardus) yang tertangkap mempunyai ukuran panjang yang berkisar antara 28 sampai dengan 49 cm. Kerapu coklat (Ephinephelus areolatus) yang tertangkap mempunyai ukuran 40 sampai dengan 82 cm. Ukuran ikan kakap merah (Lutjanus malabaricus) berkisarantara 40,5 sampai dengan 72,5 cm. Sunu macan (Plectropomus areolatus) berukuran antara 39 sampai dengan 64 cm. Kerapu muso atau gomes (Ephinephelus fuscoguttatus) pada umumnya memiliki ukuran yang lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan jenis ikan lain dengan ukuran panjang antara 64 sampai dengan 89 cm. Pemantauan aktivitas penangkapan nelayan di wilayah ini harus dilakukan untuk menghindari terjadi penangkapan yang illegal maupun penangkapan yang tidak memperhatikankelestarian.

The total population about 214 of the women who have babies with 0 – 12 months old and got diarrhea disease experiences within last 2 years. The sampling only 61 women that taken by accidental sampling technique. The tools used by questioniarre and data analysed by chi-square test. Results: The result shown that have orrelation of extra breast feeding administered with diarrhea toward babies 0 12 months old in Lebiti Public Health Center (PHC), Togean Subdistrict of Tjo Una Una Regency with pvalue = 0,002. Conclusion: mother who give MP-ASI to babies regardless of age, frequency, portion, type, and method giving the right MP-ASI.

Kajian penelitian menggunakan jenis dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang berlokasi di Kepulauan Togean Kabupaten Tojo Una Una. Informan dipilih secara sengaja dan berkriteria. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi kemudian data lapangan tersebut di analisis melalui analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa praktik destructive fishing nelayan Tojo Una Una telah mengancam pelestarian potensi sumberdaya perairan dan pengembangan sektor pariwisata bahari yang selama ini terus dibenahi oleh pelaku usaha parawisata dan Pemerintah di Taman Nasional Kepulauan Togean. Mudahnya bahan baku didapatkan pada praktik destructive fishing menyebabkan masih terjadinya penggunaan bom ikan dan racun ikan dalam penangkapan ikan nelayan. Mendudukkan pendekatan ekologi budaya sebagai sub analisis alternatif pendekatan pada pembangunan sektor kelautan dan perikanan merupakan hal yang penting terutama dalam penerapan teknologi ke sistem sosial budaya masyarakat dimana dalam proses adaptasi ekologisnya memiliki hubungan timbalbalik dengan penggunanya untuk merekonstruksi struktur sosial komunitas nelayan/masyarakat pesisir.

Gorontalo is a transit city for foreign tourists that will continue their trip to Togean islands, or for tourists coming from Togean islands that will continue the trip to Manado, Makassar, or Jakarta. Foreign tourists who opt to transit in Gorontalo prefer non-star hotels as their accommodation option. This study aimed to analyze the guest’ needs from five kinds of dimension, i.e., tangible dimension, empathy dimension, reliability dimension, responsiveness dimension, and assurance Dimension. The present study integrated a qualitative and a simple quantitative method as the research design. The data were directly collected by field observation; questionnaires distributed to the tourists were employed to collect the main data, while the supporting data were extracted by interview and documentation. As based on the findings, the backpackers’ needs for basic tangible goods involve food three times a day, a heat pump water heater, and laundry service. In accommodating the needs, the hotels can cooperate with third parties, particularly regarding food three times a day and laundry service. Moreover, the intangible service-oriented needs comprise empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. As based on the questionnaire, the respondents showed good responses and suggested improvements in several aspects, particularly on the intangible needs.

Currently, there are more than 35,000 data sets available on the Taiwan OGD website. However, the existing Taiwan OGD website only provides keyword queries and lacks a friendly query interface. This study aims to address these issues by defining a DBpedia cloud computing framework (DCCF) for integrating DBpedia with Semantic Web technologies into Spark cluster cloud computing environment. Design/methodology/approach The proposed DCCF is used to develop a Taiwan OGD recommendation platform (TOGDRP) that provides a friendly query interface to automatically filter out the relevant data sets and visualize relationships between these data sets. Findings To demonstrate the feasibility of TOGDRP, the experimental results illustrate the efficiency of the different cloud computing models, including Hadoop YARN cluster model, Spark standalone cluster model and Spark YARN cluster model. Originality/value The novel solution proposed in this study is a hybrid approach for integrating Semantic Web technologies into Hadoop and Spark cloud computing environment to provide OGD data sets recommendation.

GTP cyclohydrolase I catalyses the first and rate-limiting step of tetrahydrobiopterin biosynthesis. Its expression is regulated by interferon-gamma or kit ligand in a tissue-specific manner. Three different cDNA forms have been reported for human GTP cyclohydrolase I [Togari, Ichinose, Matsumoto, Fujita and Nagatsu (1992) Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun. 187, 359-365]. We have isolated, from a human liver cDNA library, two clones which contained inserts identical with two of the cDNAs reported by Togari et al. (1992). The three open reading frames corresponding to all reported cDNA sequences were expressed in Escherichia coli. Only the recombinant protein corresponding to the longest reading frame catalysed the conversion of GTP into dihydroneopterin triphosphate. The proteins corresponding to the shorter reading frames failed to catalyse not only the generation of dihydroneopterin triphosphate but also the release of formate from GTP, an intermediate step of the reaction. Recombinant human GTP cyclohydrolase I showed sigmoidal substrate kinetics and maximum activity at 60 degrees C. These findings are well in line with the published properties of the enzyme isolated from rat liver. The data indicate that cytokine-mediated induction of GTP cyclohydrolase I is not due to the expression of enzyme isoforms.

Abstract:
This research aims to know the strategy of development of Tourism Destinations in the Togian Islands, Regency Tojo Una-Una, Central Sulawesi Province. The island has become a major national tourist's destination in Indonesia between 50 regions in Indonesia. However, the number of tourists visited the island were fluctuated for the last three years. This research examined the tourism strategy formulation based on internal and external factor analysis at the destination. The research used some instruments to compile data, such as observation, interview, questionnaires, and documentation. The research result indicated that there were several strategies that could be implemented in developing the Togian island. The strategies were as follows: 1) developing cultural and natural tours, such as bird watching, beach activities and Bajeu village visits; 2) establishing close relationship and cooperation between public and private sectors; 3) attracting foreign investors; 4) building and maintaining the tourist facilities in some strategic locations; 5) increasing community awareness for developing tourism; 6) developing ethnic-based tour packages. Therefore, some recommendations for the destination are on developing cultural, natural, and culinary tourism; improving the public facilities; developing accessibility; and strengthening cooperation among stakeholders.

AbstractIn 2013, children living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)(CLHIV) and on antiretroviral therapy (ART) in Togo accounted for 7.6% of people living with HIV on ART. Management faces many challenges due to insufficient qualified human resources. This study aimed to assess the availability of care offered to these children in health facilities. This was a retrospective descriptive study on 244 CLHIV (under 15 years) who were on ART and randomly selected in 26 sites providing HIV medical care in Togo from July 22 to September 06 2014. Evaluation forms on children's clinical, biological, and therapeutic parameters were analyzed. Forty percent of CLHIV were between the ages of 5 and 9 years. The average age was 5 years at testing for diagnosis; 49% of children were in the World Health Organization (WHO) stage III–IV. The sex ratio (male/female [M/F]) was 1:1. Almost 71% of CLHIV were underweight (weight-for-age < − 2 Z scores Severely underweight : weight-for-age < − 3 Z scores). The patient height was not recorded in 81.6% of the cases. According to the guidelines, the criteria to be on ART were met for 90.2% of children. The average delay (from diagnosis) to be on ART was 216 days. First-line regimens were mostly zidovudine/lamivudine/nevirapine (AZT/3TC/NVP) (47.0%) and stavudine/lamivudine/nevirapine (d4T/3TC/NVP) (38.7%). Follow-up was characterized by a low rate of achievement of the biological semi-annual evaluation (19.8%), child compliance for 62.7%, a cotrimoxazole prophylaxis for 70.2%, and tuberculosis screening for 64.8%. The lost-to-follow-up (LFU) proportion was 8.9%. HIV pediatric diagnosis is still an issue in Togo. Early maternal and child healthcare and HIV care are not optimal. Recruitment and capacity building of health professionals, delegation of tasks to paramedics, and innovative motivation processes could improve care for HIV-infected children.

Payu Putat Village, known for its fertile soil and ample land, has excelled in vegetable production, including rice, vegetables, and medicinal plants. Despite these advantages, insufficient agricultural knowledge and management have given rise to environmental challenges, such as floods, surplus harvests leading to waste, and depressed vegetable prices due to oversupply, consequently diminishing farmer incomes. To combat these issues, PT. Pertamina EP Adera Field launched the Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly Agriculture program (PSRLB) in Desa Payu Putat, focusing on the Family Medicinal Plant and Organic Rice Cultivation (Bu Togar Panik) sub-unit. Bu Togar Panik's mission is to educate and support farmers in transitioning from conventional to organic farming methods, emphasizing the effective use of household waste as organic fertilizer. The program aspires to transform Desa Payu Putat into an organic agriculture hub, offering a diverse range of commodities and setting an example for other villages to harness natural and human resources for organic farming. Crops include organic rice and eight vegetable types: water spinach, long beans, basil, cherry tomatoes, purple eggplant, bird's eye chili, bok choy, and cucumbers. Additionally, nine Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) varieties, such as red ginger, pineapples, galangal, sambang, and moringa leaves, are cultivated. Launched in 2022, the program in 2023 includes activities such as organic rice cultivation training, MOL and organic pesticide preparation training, herbal basic and advanced training, facility and infrastructure procurement, group management training, and land development. Bu Togar Panik has demonstrated positive outcomes, such as organic compost and MOL production, diverse organic crops, and the formation of local farmer groups.
